The process was very easy. They scheduled my blood work exam at home and the company had additional questions which we resolved via email. The entire process couldn’t have been any easier. My family is now protected and we have peace of mind.

The entire process was seamless, efficient, and time saving. They set up my medical exam and came to my house which was super convenient. My husband didn't even have to have a medical exam and I'm assuming because his medical records were up to date and mine weren't but very happy with both our processes.

When looking for any Life Insurance Policy, I have to admit this Company lacks heavily on its due diligence with actually they themselves reaching out and actually verbally speaking with a customer who is seeking said Policy. Haven does not pick up a phone like a normal person would and contact you in regards to what medication you are on and why. Instead what they do is lack research for themselves and ask you what each medication you are on and why. Well needless to say they denied my application to even see numbers as far as monthly bill wise, instead they turned me down and I could've in the end turned them down as well.

I’m an introvert and don’t like talking to someone on the phone so the online process was very easy and convenient for me. I had my medical exam done at home by a very nice lady, got my results and quote within a week which was more or less the same than what I was quoted before the medical exam. Overall I’m satisfied with my terms.

Just had my first child so was looking to add life insurance. With a newborn I didn't want to deal with the hassle of a traditional company. All the phone calls and in person visits, who has time for that? Haven was by far the easiest for me to apply to and gave me a better rate compared to others. They look at driving record, credit score, etc. to help make that decision. If you are lacking in those areas you might be better off with a traditional fully underwritten policy.

An easy 10-minute process and in the end no surprises. The rate is exactly what was quoted. And a great rate at that! Love the graphics by the way. The only thing is I wish I was able to pay annually.

The process went pretty smoothly. The whole process was able be be handled on-line without having to wait to talk to a representative. Even the scheduling of the medical evaluation went smoothly. The whole process is integrated nicely, and rather surprisingly, went through the whole process without any glitches. The only part that was somewhat disappointing was that the final monthly rate that they came back with after the medical evaluation was almost double the price they quoted me initially, and I am a pretty healthy guy.

The complete process ended up taking 3 months (from application date to policy acceptance). The process was lengthy I assume due to COVID-19 and the holiday scheduling for the medical exam; however was vastly different from the convenient process being marketed. I am technically a 35 year old female in excellent health and completed a medical exam- but because I had a previous seizure caused by withdrawal from an anxiety medication (no longer applicable and no risk of reoccurrence)- I was given a worse than standard rate for average health. Was also sent a question regarding a mole I had removed by a dermatologist at age 21. After having invested so much time in this process, I had to accept a short-term policy but will be seeking another provider.
