I'm pleased with everything except, when I signed up for the insurance and I was talking to the agent, he told me what my deposit was and they took it from my account. And there was a glitch of $138, which I had no idea who authorized it or what it was for because it wasn't the same name for the insurance for the Freeway. So, I called the bank and I asked them to stop that unauthorized charge. When I discovered who it was, it had something to do with Freeway Insurance. My money was put back, but they made an error and it caused me to cancel my debit card, which I'm still waiting for. That's an inconvenience for me. They weren't aware that it was done until I drove over there and told them that they took taken an extra $138 out of my account. I wonder if they would have caught the mistake if I hadn't saw that.

I like Freeway. I was with Direct Auto last year, and I was paying almost $400 for insurance. They were trying to give me things I didn't need. I saw all the commercials for Freeway on TV and thought, “You know what? I'm gonna call them and give them a try.” I had a good experience with the rep, Miss Kawanza. She was very helpful and she explained everything. She told me the stuff that I have with the plan because I applied back for a liability. She said I had roadside assistance and they'll help me with towing if I get a flat tire. She was really good to me.

I had New Jersey Manufacturers before and when I looked up insurance on the Internet, I found Freeway Insurance. Their rep, Chris, helped me out when I needed it and he was good. I put my information in already through the Internet, then he helped me out. The customer service was really good. I have an older car, so I'm comfortable with the amount of coverage I was provided, and they're a lot cheaper than what I was paying before for the type of car that I have.

Freeway was one of the best-rated companies on the Google search that I made for insurance companies. I called them and they had a representative who asked me a few basic questions. Then, he asked for my birthday as well as the make and model of the vehicle. He did a great job and was clear and concise. He didn't have a whole lot to say on the policy, though. I was moved to another representative who was more of an expert on the west side of the state. She had a list of different policies for me. She was very personable and thorough about the coverage she was finding for me. I was looking for a reasonably priced policy and something that could get me a well-covered plan at the same time. I got a great price, which was way better than what I had previously, and it also covers important things. Both are very good.

I'm thankful I have Freeway Insurance but one thing I’m concerned about is the pricing. When I went to Northern California, I saw a $400 insurance policy for a year, and I don’t know how they’re able to give people in Northern California more affordable insurance than in Southern California. But I'm happy I have Freeway Insurance. I had one interaction with customer service, and the rep was nice, even though it was late at night.

I had Progressive at one point, but when my car wasn't working, I learned that I needed more insurance. Freeway was the cheapest that I ever came across and their customer service rep was easier to talk to. So, I decided to sign up with them and I've been their customer for two weeks now. I got full coverage, but on my coverage card, they put liability on it. So when I get pulled over, it'll pull up liability on my card. But their rep said that once they call in, it'll show something different. Other than that, I sent a couple of people towards their way.

My experience with Freeway went well. I made one call and, by the end of that call, I had insurance. It was a good experience. After I got off the phone, I realized that the money I spent on insurance would be half of what a ticket would have been if I had gotten caught without it.

I needed an SR-22, and then Freeway was the first to come up on the website. They worked with me and helped me out. The price was pretty good. It was not too bad. It was not out of my budget.

Freeway Insurance was the one I was recommended to. I've been with them for a month. My interactions with the representatives were great. Also, the coverage is good. Eventually, I’ll get full coverage. I will recommend them.

Freeway Insurance's rep was helpful. I could have paid more online than I went in person and I thought it would be more expensive than online because people say the third-party people is the better price. I didn't fall for that. I went in person and the rep gave me the best price. It was $200 off from what I would pay online. That was the bonus. Everything has been good with the services.

My experience with Freeway has been good. I used Progressive previously. I needed something that has a more reasonable rate. Because Progressive starts out good, but then they just almost double after your first six months. I went with Freeway, and it was great. I feel like the coverage was good for what I was after. Overall, it was welcoming and great, and I had nothing but good things to say about the whole experience. It was also quick, easy, and to the point. I would highly recommend them.

I live not too far from the community, and I've been dealing with Freeway for a couple of years now. Whenever I get a car, I just go up there and insure it with them. When you go in, they have great customer service. Their reps have been kind and nice.

The other insurance companies were very popular but if one was going to be too high, the other ones would be the same, so I didn't even bother with them. I went with Freeway and the reps were professional when they were talking to me. The customer service rep who signed me up had three policies and she gave me the one that was the better deal. She told me what my options were so that helped.

Right now, I'm in the process of waiting for a claim on my vehicle that caught on fire. It was around the beginning of the month. My Ford Expedition King Ranch was parked and it caught on fire in my work. I've been stuck without a vehicle. Freeway is dragging their feet. I don't know what's going on. The Copart came and took my car to the auction yard, so I don't even have my vehicle anymore. They said it's totaled, yet they're not doing anything. Freeway gave me the best rates that I've ever gotten. I got full coverage. It was real simple to sign up, and the payments were low. However, when I've filed the claim, they keep jerking me around and I don't like it. This whole insurance claim has been going on for the last three weeks.

Freeway Insurance has always been great. They treated me really well and they were kind enough to take me back this last time. I thought I was getting a better deal going somewhere else, but I got the shaft. Everybody at Freeway is really nice. I've been paying there for years, and I'm really comfortable going there. I know everybody there. I would recommend them.

Freeway Insurance is a good company. For the most part, they are looking for our best interest. My concern was trying to find the best rates, and Freeway Insurance did that. It was a great price. I liked it. That's why I went with them. Besides the part that the rep put my WDL number wrong, signing up was all good. We already got it handled. I requested a manager, and he fixed it from Freeway's Oregon facility. It was a minor mistake -- stuff that happens in companies.

Overall, Freeway Insurance a great company. They find you the best price, and they work with you. They were good for me so I would imagine they'd be good for anybody. Considering the rise in prices, their pricing is better.

Freeway Insurance was almost $250 cheaper than what I was paying, they have an office there in the city where I live close to, and they were very kind and understanding of my situation. Their rep did everything. We worked on it for four days before she finally found the perfect thing for me. And it worked out for me. I had my first month but they canceled it 8 days afterwards. I gotta wait until this Friday so I can pay it again. Other than that, I was happy with it. The rates are reasonable, and coverage good.

I Googled insurance companies near me and learned about Freeway. The process with them was easy and I love the rep. She explained everything very well and broke down the coverage, so I understand it very well. Freeway has great service. They move fast and are very polite. The price is kind of high, but it's okay. The quality is great and I like it so far.

Freeway's customer service rep was good and getting set up was was quick and easy. I just went and got SR-22 and liability. Some places don't do SR-22. Freeway had everything I needed.

It was easy to sign up with Freeway. Anthony in Yakima was wonderful. He was super easygoing and explained everything fine. I got a call yesterday from another guy who works with Anthony. He wanted to do a follow-up and see how I liked the product. I have the minimal amount of coverage for the maximum amount of dollars and I think insurance in all is like legalized extortion. You may not use it for 5, 10 years but it’s still collecting money.

My experience with Freeway Insurance went very well. The agent spoke very well, and held everything in a very professional manner. He found me a good insurance plan. That’s something I was looking for. I enjoyed the service. I’m very comfortable with the coverage. Also, Freeway is a low insurance and they have a better deal. I tell anybody about that. I even tried to get my sister to change over their insurance to Freeway. Do it. You need to try it.

The customer service with Freeway was good. The worker during the signup process was good and explained it perfectly.

I got supposedly a good deal from Freeway Insurance on Oct 21, 25 for a year but yesterday I found out on April 9, 26 not even a complete six months that it was not so. I received a letter from the insurance co, that I owe another extra 4 hundred and something and that it's due on the 7th and I'll have to pay a late fee if after the seventh and I received the letter on the 9th. Not knowing that the agent lied to me and the agent now doesn't work there so tomorrow on the 10 of April I'm going to try to talk to Wendy the manager and see if she could help me with this issue. She was supposed to call me back yesterday and never did. I wouldn't recommend them. It's the second or third agent that always disappears after they make their deals.

My experience with Freeway was good. Their customer service representatives were helpful. The coverage was the best that I'm investigating. The other ones were too much and this one was the best that I could get. I feel like I have insurance and I can drive safely with no worries.

I was hung up on twice today by customer service agents, and licensed insurance brokers at Freeway Insurance. I called the first Broker and she told me she did not feel like adding more coverage to my auto policy and told me to call back in 10 days and then hung up on me and I was sent directly to an automated survey. I’ve been called back and spoke to a different customer service agent who is also a licensed broker at Freeway and he asked me if I liked surveys. When I told him no, he sent me directly to a customer service survey. Both agents hung up on me mid sentence. I’ve never been treated so rudely to me in my life.

The customer service at Freeway Insurance was great and helpful and the rep gave me all the information I needed. The process was fast, and there were no hassles. The policy is good compared to the one I had. I'll most likely recommend Freeway. They have good service and the prices they give you are the prices they put down, so you can rely on them. It’s easy to make payments. They just take it out of my account.

I liked that Freeway works with you. They work with your income. I spoke to them first on the phone, and then I went in the office. The office looks nice. Everyone was nice. I worked with Anthony. He was good at his job. I got the basic coverage. Overall, it was easy to sign up, they were very helpful, and they work with you.

I like the representative from Freeway. She's very informative, she asked questions, and she listened. She's an active listener and whatever questions I had, she knew how to direct those questions and she was educated on what the product was. She told me a lot about the policy. She offered it as an addable. It was, honestly, according to what I really wanted at the time. She was friendly and had great customer service. My experience signing up was good.
