We own the Vector Security system over 20 years. The monitoring station always called when alarm was triggered. Today we got upgrade of the CPU computer and panel. Service guy was working efficiently and checked entire system. I was very pleased with the service.

I have worked closely with Dottie for the past year. She is very knowledgeable, patient, accommodating. In the past I had issues that were given to Dottie on the very short notice, and she never disappointed! The technicians always show up on the time scheduled. Never had an issue with installation. Overall we are very pleased with Vector Security.

We had your system installed in our home over three years ago. After a number of neighborhood break-ins we researched several firms, and concluded that yours was the best for our needs. Installation was quick, and installer was courteous; and recommendations from him were very thoughtful, professional, and very much appreciated. Your monitoring is excellent and our only service call to replace batteries was well done.

I called in to pay a bill, I have had this company since 2004. I was switch to several people just to pay a bill. I finally was switched to this lady by the name Leaundra. She apologize for the mix up and said that she would make sure that I do not have to be switched again. She was very polite and took her time to answer all my questions. She is a credit to your company because by the time I got to her I was MAD and she changed my mindset. Thanks for her.

Mike showed up on time and even called me to let me know when he would arrive. He was very efficient at getting my Comcast system out and installing Vector's system. He was very personable and talked to me throughout the entire install and explained how the entire system worked.

We are currently in the process of moving to Vector and needed assistance. Gary was very prompt and efficient as he assessed our needs and work well with our custodial staff. Problem resolved in two days with very little interruption to students or staff.

Peter did a great job installing the system and explaining the ins and outs. He arrived on time. From the start he was very professional. He answered any questions I had and explained to me what the best options would be to protect my home.

Great job. Good customer service. Hugh was most helpful in explaining the problem and explaining other services offered. He will contact the office to set up our next service call. We appreciate the ease of scheduling this service call. Thanks very much.

I believe your service and price is better than others. Your technician is very friendly and he knows the job very well. He always on time. He explain everything before he do anything. We been with Vector for long time.

The installation went well however, it took much longer than expected. We wish the technician or staff would of helped us in setting up the software on our computers and iPhones. Overall, we are completely happy with the entire experience.

Jay arrived on time and was very professional. He did the job quick and explained everything to me. One of my Z Wave bulbs was not working so he replaced it with a new one. Jay took the time to rename the bulb and set it to the group it was in.

I have been a Vector Customer since 2007 and have had beyond excellent support from Frank ** and the technical team. My children were 10 and 6 when we had a break-in attempt at my home. This was a terrifying experience for a single mom. Frank set me up with a home security system that allowed my children to grow up with confidence that our home was secure from break-ins and fire. I moved the system to a new home in 2009. I cannot say enough about Frank's professionalism and his personal approach to designing a home security system specific to a family's need. After my father passed, Frank setup my mother with a similar system which makes me feel much better about her living alone. My children have grown and moved out, I have sold my home and no longer have need for this system, but I am sad to leave the Vector family and will definitely contact Frank for future security needs. We had a new system installed in our home by Vector Security. From the very beginning with our first meetIng with the sales rep to the install technicians it was a first class experience. They showed up on time everyday as they said they would, explained every step and when they completed the installation they sat down with my husband and I and explained how everything worked. Thank you Vector for such a great experience.

I selected Vector Security after it had been recommended to me. After researching the company, I found that Vector Security would best meet my needs due to the wonderful customer service. I choose Vector as the house I purchased was a spec home and had this system already installed in the house. I know it is an old system and at some stage I know it needs replacement but at sometime in the future. Hugh was a wonderful serviceman.

My homeowner's insurer required a copy of the alarm certificate. I spoke with Agata on the phone. She really impressed me with her ability to understand what I needed, she was able to take down the two email addresses correctly at the first attempt. Excellent!!

Darren came to do the annual inspection on our carbon monoxide detector. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. He told us that they had placed the detector too high to be effective and talked with me about where best to move it to protect us. He also took the time to show me how to check the battery level in all of our sensors. Finally, I asked him about a video doorbell and he showed what was available and how it worked. So he did what he came to do and much more. I would strongly recommend Vector because of service people like Darren who go above and beyond.

We chose Vector because we were with Comcast and their equipment did not meet the expectations we were promised. Mike showed up promptly. He was efficient on the install. He fully explained everything to do with the system. Helped us get the system onto our phones. He made himself accessible to us for future needs. I didn't feel like he was just trying to get in and get out and never see him again.

I've had Vector Security for several years and extremely satisfied with the installation I had of the original install and when we added on to our home. In addition our regular service technician Tim is very conscientious when we have to have our system serviced and always informs us of Any other services available.

I called with regard to a reschedule of an appointment. Jessica was extremely helpful, courteous and friendly. She really made me feel good about my call. Really an asset to your organization. Vector seems to be a really good company and I have recommended it to many of my friends.

I have been a commercial customer of Vector for over 15 years and you provided the service I need for my fire alarms, but if you didn't have such a great customer service rep in Ricky **, I may have switched. Liz is great too, but Ricky is my main man and the reason I stay.

Vector was selected by my mother many years ago. In maintaining her home prior to and after her death we continued Vector for security. We have been very pleased with the services provided, efficiency of service and notifications, and responses to our needs. Today's service provider was excellent!

Cost effective. Sales and technician were professional and know their craft. Courteous and respectful. Helped me to learn system, and no question was a stupid question. The system was easy to learn, the instruction was easy to pick up. The salesman Chris and Chuck were phenomenal.

Vector was more than successful with getting us up and running with our new equipment and explaining how it worked. I can't be more satisfied with our experience. I will definitely recommend Vector to my friends and family and plan on staying with them for many years.

Vector was very clean and neat. They fixed my service issue and also told me about other services that they provide. The technician make sure that my cat didn't get out and I really appreciated that he wore shoe covers to make sure that he didn't get anything on my floor or carpet. I had a real good experience with Vector Security and would recommend them to everybody else that I know.

Love Vector! Stone was amazing, took his time to answer our questions and he was very honest on what we needed and what wasn't. He wasn't trying to 'up-sell' crazy features or equipment, instead he kept it simplified and efficient. I'm really impressed by their technology, the new thermostat is working like a charm and much more efficient at cooling our home. The cameras are crystal clear, apps easy to use. I know Frank **. All interactions have been courteous & positive. Since I've had service, there was only one time sometime ago where there was a long delay with the call center, being placed on hold wherein the police showed up but that would have been a positive if there was actual trouble. I am completely satisfied with all staff & service.

Vector's customer service reps are always pleasant, informative, and efficient. I get my answers and/or service requests promptly addressed with correct information. Calls are answered promptly. The customer rep I spoke to on 4/27 called me back to confirm a change that I had alluded to but hadn't specifically requested. She is an excellent representative of Vector Services.

I used another alarm company prior to Vector. I've been much happier with all aspects of their company from service, product and cost. I really like the monitoring system and the convenience of the mobile app. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Happy with my overall experience with this company. Sales process was pleasant – Chris seemed experienced & intelligent about the different variations of a home security setup as well as addressing the monitored smoke/fire issue... which I believe is equally as important! Install/activation was quick & professional. Todd, their installer was friendly and worked quickly & efficiently. Professional company... installer wore a uniform... drove company trucks. Vector always is there when I needed them. Mike always takes care of me in an efficient manner. Vector always tests additional equipment when they are here to make sure I am as secure as possible. Had Safeway Industries since we built our house. Needed to upgrade. We have been dealing with Nicole for years and she helped us with Nora the sales person to decide on upgrade items. The new keypads are much more user friendly!

I really appreciate the fact that Derek came here today to do an inspection and informed me of a lot more. He not only changed every battery in the system, he also showed me an app of the crime in my neighborhood. He also found that I needed to add a smoke detector and a motion to my system. He really cares about his customer. Thanks.

Builder was in area and seem to be great company and sales rep informed me there was no smoke detector near electrical box. Was a great idea so had him install one. Gentlemen was on time and call to inform me he was on his way. I will have no problem referring Vector security to my friends and was very nice.

We just went with Vector for the second time after bringing them over from our old house. The Service, Technology, and Prices are unbeatable. We've referred three friends that all came over from different monitoring systems and feel the same way. Great experience.

We have used multiple security companies in Tallahassee. Vector is by far the best both in customer service and product. I've had to call a few times with glitches (new built home so expected some issues, and once because of the dog) and they are always taken care of right away, and professionally. Would recommend them every time. Stone and his group are definitely above the rest in our book.

The battery kept issuing a low battery alarm. We had changed the battery twice so this was not the problem. Chris the technician was very helpful in diagnosing the problem. He had all the parts needed to repair our system. He promptly re-set the whole system and got us up and running very quickly. We have been with Vector for 5 years and are very happy with the service we receive. I do wish the monthly charges were less though - I have thought about switching to some of the less expensive such as Ackerman but I don't want to go through the hassle of changing system.

Have had Vector Monitoring last 3 home. Technicians are always knowledgeable and professional. Looked at other monitoring companies; was not impressed. Customer Service team are helpful and courteous. Monitoring Team great.

We have had an unacceptable time trying to either get satisfactory service (that doesn't work) and we have sent two certified receipt letters since November 2016, requesting a disconnect. Even though they sign for the receipt of the disconnect request, they just ignore it and keep sending bills. I have had a couple of folks call to try to get me to pay. I tell them the SAGA and they are embarrassed and say they will pass along my reasonable request to disconnect. I'm still getting bills. I would recommend that no one signs a contract with these folks. Ignoring terrible service and repeated disconnect request is one way to keep subscriber counts high. This is an UNACCEPTABLE way to run a company.

I chose Vector 4+ years ago because I was very satisfied with the Vector installation in my New Jersey home. I've been pleased with the quick response whenever there was an issue to address, like my broken connection on a bedroom door. Evidenced by the succession of phone calls and the police response yesterday, the system is working just the way it is supposed to work.

Needed copy of my alarm certificate emailed to my insurance agent on short notice. Spoke with Agata ** and she was very helpful, courteous and sent it right away. She also provided one for me, as I had not received one because alarm was already there when we purchased the house. Ms. ** is a definite asset to your company.

The Rep, Kattie **, was extremely professional, knowledgeable and patient. My problem was resolved successfully within a reasonable amount of time. Kattie took the time to see if I was able to log into my account with the username and password.

Mike is always professional and efficient. We always ask for him whenever we have a service issue. Company is very responsive anytime we have an issue or low battery... They usually let us know before we even see it on the keypad. Would recommend company to others.

Overall me and my wife have been very happy with Vector and the service we have received. The only complaint that we have is it takes some time when calling into the office to get somebody on the line. Very happy to continue using our system.

Todd ** was very knowledgeable of equipment and was very patient with me on educating me of my first alarm system. He cleaned up after his work which I appreciate very much. Chris ** was also very patient during the sales presentation with my busy work schedule. I recommend Vector Security to anybody interested in a security system.

Reputation A+, easy to communication with, and reliable. Also feel home and person secure when using the system. Price versus value is also comparable. Technicians always on time and polite. When we move to another location, we plan to use the system if and when we retire and move from this area.

Since I got someone to talk to they've been super. Ida was very helpful & a couple guys came out yesterday to help when I couldn't get logged on to the website to set up the passwords.

I've had the alarm for more than a year and have had no problems with it at all. When I lost power the lady talked me through stopping the beeping. The gentleman came out to change batteries in my lock and did a check over of the system. Very happy.

The problem was that the cameras were not recording. Darren did an awesome job figuring out the issue and explaining what happened, as-well-as, fixing the issue and explaining how the system works. Wow! What a difference. Thank you Darren. You are awesome. I am a satisfied customer. Thank you.

Tommy is a great technician. He is prompt and very knowledgeable concerning the cameras and the system work required should you need an answer. I always receive quick response times from Vector. Cameras are very clear and placement coverage of the cameras is terrific.

Requested Alarm Certificate for insurance purposes. Agatha ** provided prompt, professional and friendly assistance. She responded to our request quickly, enabling us to obtain maximum value from our security monitoring. You should clone her. Her professionalism speaks volumes for Vector Security.

We have had Vector Security for our homes since we lived in Herndon, VA so approx 20 years or more. The cost is the best out there and the service is impeccable. We feel very safe being in vector’s care. Would highly recommend this company.

I was very pleased with the representative from Vector Security. Tonii answered all of my questions and made sure that I understood everything completely. The staff at Vector is very helpful, and the Installer was so patient with me. I am glad that he took his time and thoroughly inspected my old system, and had a pleasant experience with the installation and instructions he provided me with.

I scheduled a service call because I was having issues with my light module and with my one glass break. Kevin showed up right on time and fixed everything quickly. He was very nice and friendly. I had a wonderful experience and would recommend this company to anyone.

I installed Vector Security when this house was built (2005) and the initial installer, Joe **, was great. Until recently, I have only needed service for light switches installed by Vector and connected to the alarm system. Each time they came out, were polite, then told me they were not able to perform the service since they were not electricians. This is even though the company installed what was there. So I stopped calling Vector and considered switching my monitoring company. After all why pay for service halfway.

Micky ** was very professional and well spoken. He answered all of my questions to the best of his knowledge and was very patient with us as a first time customer. He was so generous to meet me and help me on a Saturday at my earliest convenience. Helped me plan my scheduling around moving to our new home and spent an extensive amount of time making sure we had all of our concerns met. Micky also made as many suggestions for our new home as he could mentioning the layout of the home and making sure we have adequate security. I would recommend Micky and Vector Security to anyone I know and will meet in the future. Thank you for all your hard work.

Just want to say that Derek has explained to me everything I needed today. He showed me why my smoke detector keeps going off and he moved it to a better location. He was very nice and cleaned up after himself. He also patched a few holes while he was here.

Vector Security gave me a timely service appointment. They were right there at 8am at the beginning of the service time window indicated. Service was friendly, professional and efficient. Prior to coming they had diagnosed the problem (low battery issue) and reported it to me while on vacation. They followed up until they reached me and I scheduled a service call to fix the problem. We purchased the house new with Vector Security was already installed. We have had very few problems. Two backup batteries have gone bad in 19 years. Your system gives peace of mind. Technician is very professional and friendly. In the future I may consider a camera or two.

Needed Certificate of UL Monitoring for my insurance company. Agata ** came on the line and immediately knew what I needed. She was efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. Emailed the certificate within 15 minutes after we spoke. I will now send this to my insurance company to obtain a discount on my premium.

We were referred to Vector by a family friend. We've been with the company for quite some time. Vector provides service like no other company we've had before. The staff is always friendly, professional and eager to resolve any issues. They've always responded in a timely manner to alarms and when service is needed they're here! I have been a Vector Security customer for about 24 years. Rick ** has been my salesman for the last 19 years. He has always returned my calls promptly and has given great customer service. His technical knowledge of the security system is way above what the normal salesman knows. He always has time to troubleshoot any problems that occasionally occur with a security system. This is not to say that my security system is always acting up. Like I said before, I've been a customer for 24 years and I can count on one hand the number of issues that I've had. I'm very glad that I have such a reliable security system. I would give Vector Security and Rick ** 5 stars for their customer service and reliability.

We choose Vector Security because we heard they are the best alarm company around, and they are RIGHT!!! The installer are awesome, customer service is awesome, central station is awesome, and the service techs are awesome. I would recommend Vector to anyone.

Was dissatisfied with other security company and by chance your door to door crew showed up the day after a bad conversation with other company. Their jackets had patches for Honeywell equipment and it hooked me. Most of my family from Grandma to me worked for or retired from Honeywell. Since then I've been happy with your service and monitoring.

Excellent service. Tech arrived promptly and replaced a defective sensor, which solved the problem. He also checked the batteries in the other sensors and replaced old ones. I have had Vector Security for over 15 years (or perhaps more, time flies) and have always received prompt, thorough, and courteous service. Keep up the good work.

We are totally satisfied with our Vector Service! We have had their alarm system at two different locations and have never had any problems. In fact, we actually switched service from a competitor because of their absolute professionalism in Sales, Service and Safety!

I decided to switch to Vector because my mom has had their service for last 25 yrs. and has always had a good experience. They have a really easy to use mobile app and I decided to have them install a doorbell camera that we absolutely love. No more answering the door to be inconvenienced by solicitors! Had it at my business. Needed to upgrade and sales set me up and the installer did a great job. So good I inquired about my home. Price was right and install went great. Love the features. Installer was very helpful.

Installer was late. Didn't communicate well. Broke out the wall around the outlet. Second person, George, was rude and interrupted me constantly so I let my husband deal with him. He was there for HOURS, redoing everything that the installer did, setting up our accounts, codes, etc and explaining everything to my husband. And he patched the wall. He just SHOWED UP, when I asked Darryl to schedule with me. Fortunately, my husband was there to work with him. Darryl showed up 2 days later to say my bill would be the same and for me to sign documents.

The original security company that installed my system went out of business, and I was leery about doing business with someone new. But my concerns turned out to be completely unfounded. I found Vector Security online, and read many nice things about them. So I decided to give them a try--and I am glad that I did. Their technicians are knowledgeable, tidy, and efficient.

I choose Vector because Alex ** works there. We have also had Vector at many other location for a very long time. Steve is a very good salesmen and explains everything well. Alex does my installs and he is very professional and very well educated.

Vector Security is the very best Security Alarm Monitoring systems I have ever done business with and there have been many others. The price monthly is phenomenal. They give a military % discount monthly. The most important is that the alarm monitoring portion of Vector is when my alarm goes off they respond within 1 minute. They even have a different password which is a distress password if someone is in the house.

The service rep was courteous and polite. Help fix co2 detector. I asked he would change a battery for me and he was willing to help. I appreciate his dedication to his work. Service excellent. I would highly recommend Vector to anyone.

My kitchen window sensor was malfunctioning. We had a false alarm due to the malfunction and the system kept saying that the window was open. Great service. He called to inform me he was on his way and fixed my issue quickly. He even wore shoe covers!!! Keep up the good work and the shoe cover.

Highly recommend this company. The sales rep Chris was very thorough and reviewed solutions I didn't think about previously including water sensor in basement, fire/smoke detectors and a doorbell camera that is very useful! Their installer Todd was very courteous and explained all the "technology stuff" - which actually was easier than I thought. The Vector App was awesome.

During my 12 years as a Vector Security customer I had great customer service, from installation to disconnect 4.5 years ago. I signed my contract with Vector Security on March 3, 2017 and the alarm wasn't installed until April 15, 2017. Greg ** (Home Security Consultant) did not go over setting up my safe/panic words. The installer (Darious), while friendly and good at installing, showed up at 10:30am, without calling that he would be delayed. I had an arrival time between 7-9am. While I may sound like a person who complains a lot, I don’t which says just how annoyed I’ve been with my return as a customer.

Technician continually unable to complete requested work. Needed to come back multiple times. 3/20/17 appointment arrived late, was unable to speak with our IT dept, because it was too late in the day. Was unable install the software as requested.

I am currently having difficulty with (Freddy **) and find that I no longer wish to use your services. I had acquired his number to have a new alarm installed, because I was looking for a lower rate than what I was currently paying and knew my contract was coming to an end soon. On the date 03/17/2017 that Freddy came out to quote and install my new alarm system. I showed him my current contract and was told by him that there would not be a problem and to go ahead and call Central Security Group to cancel my services with them. I was skeptical and questioned what he was telling me, but he assured me and that if in case I were to receive a bill from them to notify him so that I would be reimbursed.

Referred by a friend, it did take longer than usual for the job to be completed. Because of Mr. Wyatt ** and his commitment to the company we waited for the completion. We were unable to keep our planned vacation. I would be honest with any interesting person because of what we endured in the process.

We had a very helpful employee - Agata ** - handle our request for Alarm Certificate for new H.O. Insurance. She was courteous, prompt in her response to our request and an excellent representative of your company. First time we ever called your customer service and it was an excellent experience.

I was using another service and was not happy. Vector rep in area, discussed switching security systems and it was installed that day. I am very satisfied with my system and your service. I have told a few of my friends about your system and how much I enjoy having my home secure, whether I am home or out of town. I will continue to tell others about your system and excellent service.

These were additions to our existing Vector service. We enjoy the security Vector brings our family and wouldn't consider using another company. Today's installation went very well; no problems. The glass breakage sensors and cameras look great; using the cameras via the app and website is so simple. Our technician was very knowledgeable and super nice.

James has provided excellent service in the installation of the new system. He informed me of all of the features of the system and products Vector had to offer. James was punctual, in uniform, and well educated of the products. I would recommend Vector because of his service.

Very pleased with this company overall! Shopped around but they seemed to be the most grounded & easy to talk to about getting information to make a decision. They have a local office so I work with local people & I don't have to call a big national call center. Our installer was patient and thorough with their orientation; answered all our questions and even programmed most of the settings. I recommend this company for home security!

They were the first systems here when we bought the house. Customer service was excellent in that they were friendly, knowledgeable and appeared to be interested in our question. Do not remember installation. It took place in 2003, have not updated system since then.

Vector Security has been my security provider for 12 yrs. I very pleased with service. Tim serviced my system and found a second issue other than the one he was there for and corrected it. This is the second home that I have had Vector Security and will recommend them to family and friends.

Vector is a brand that I know and trust. My sister and husband are customers which helped make my decision easy. Jeff ** made the paperwork process very easy. Peter arrived promptly, on time, and was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He was extremely polite and helpful.

I did research when I moved 2 years ago to Florida and spoke with Cory and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. I moved forward with the home security install. This install contained 2 outdoor cameras and a doorbell camera.

Mr. Tommy is an outstanding Tech. He is extremely knowledgeable in all areas. He is also exceptionally pleasant and professional. Whatever question I asked he was always able to give me an answer. He is truly an asset to the company. Best service to-date.

We chose Vector for our Mt. Vernon location because we have had great success/customer service in our other two locations. Our sales guy was Steve **. He took the time to explain the services and costs, he was fast and efficient. My Installers were Alex, Ed, Spencer, and Todd. They were on time, Very friendly, and explained the system completely. They took the extra time to set up all necessary employees in the system, and help me reset my password in the system. I would suggest Vector to anyone for home or business.

The service call was quick and carried out by a friendly representative. I've been pleased with the service I've received from Vector for five years. The price for security monitoring is fair, I like the selection of services I can choose from, and I appreciate the included service calls!

Mike arrived on time. Very kind and explained everything to me. He explained everything he was going to do prior to installation and went over everything once he was done. He was very thorough with the training and made sure I was comfortable with the new system. Mike did a very excellent job. I have been a happy Vector customer for 17 years now.

Tim is a great person to talk to. And he call and let me know about what time he is going to be here. And he knows what he is doing. Lets me know what he putting by the windows and alarm might go off and it's ok just reset it. I would recommend Tim to anyone.

Just upgraded my system to include monitored smoke alarm and quickly received a support letter to reduce my homeowner's insurance costs. Was originally referred by a friend and employee now retired. Have been with them almost ten years now. They provide excellent, prompt service and are always helpful. They give personal attention to customers and I would highly recommend over other providers.

We have been a customer of Vector for quite a while. The experience has been good. We opted for a system upgrade a few weeks ago. All the service personnel have been professional, helpful and courteous. Alex was very professional and even sold us an extra buzzer for the back shop.

I would have to say my install technician was the nicest, knowledgeable and patient technician we had ever been around. He cleaned up after himself to the point we did not know he made a mess. He was very knowledgeable of the equipment placement and of the equipment themselves. He was very patient with us old people during training of the alarm panel. Vector has been a good system but the last couple months I left several messages when our old system began to go out and it would take up to 5 days before I could get anyone to call me back. When the old system finally went it took another week to get in touch with someone. I rate your customer service on a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the worse. I would rate Customer Service as a 9 for not returning calls. It seems to have improved as of today because Customer Service contacted us to tell us there was a problem. The technician called within 2 hours. So I would say an great improvements.

I have no complaints about the vector system. It is awesome. However, I am getting really frustrated with dispatch. When an alarm goes off they need to speak quickly and tell me which location and which sensor so I can respond quickly with what to do. They are very slow with getting the information to me.

Alarm was beeping five times every five minutes in am and again at night. Every day without fail. PEĢ who answered phone immediately identified the problem and transferred call to the appropriate technician. PEG was kind and reassuring that the problem could be solved. Technician PAT requested that I go through the keypad, gave instructions clearly, stayed with me. Then PAT reviewed the instructions (to erase an alarm memory) for future use. It was a pleasure to have a problem-solving by these competent and reassuring people. They deserve recognition.

I needed to secure an alarm certificate that I need to provide to my insurance company. I was very impressed with the speed in which my request for a copy of my alarm certificate was acted upon. Very good work.

Technician arrived on time. Called ahead. Quickly determined and reviewed purpose for the service. Fixed two main items on the service Order. Checked fire alarms and main system batteries and replaced one. Verified work. Worked quickly and efficiently. Fully satisfied with service call.

A technician came to my new home and did a walk thru. One week later, no one had called. There was no record of his visit. He walked through a second time. I called. Again, nothing had been submitted from the technician. I had to tell Vector what equipment I wanted. It took me over 2 weeks to get any answers. I was transferred to EVERY department! No one would take responsibility. Total incompetence from each department.

I just want to say, that Vector has treated me very well all these years. We have another system in our other home and whenever there is a problem, Vector is very prompt in servicing our systems. The guys that come and fix the problem are always extremely nice and respectful.
