They brought me a ramp through Stavros. They did great with the installation. They did it in a day. Everything worked out perfect. The original guy that came asked me what I would like and he did everything perfect. The way he drew it up was the exact way it went down. There wasn't one hiccup in the whole process.

I had called a couple of providers and they wouldn't touch my stairwell because I didn't wanna go around a corner. I had taken the wall out at the top of the stairs and made stairs going straight up but only 12 inches wide. I told Acorn that was what I was gonna do and they told me that they wouldn't put a stairlift in. I showed the rep from USA Medical a picture of my situation and his tech saw no problem at all.
I bought a refurbished stairlift and the installers did a wonderful job putting it in. It's all bolted down to the stairs and the wall and it can't go anywhere. It's perfect. The techs were clean and very pleasant. They made sure my wife used the system and told us all about it. They made sure it worked well. But the chair pair broke down right away. I was having two problems with it. I took a video of it and they sent a couple of techs to check the electronics. They couldn't find anything wrong so they sent a tech with another carriage.
The tech with the part took the whole carriage off the rail and put the replacement on. He was very polite and he explained what he was doing. I recommend USA Medical Supply. I worked with the store in West Springfield and they were very courteous. I understand that I bought a refurbished unit and things will happen. But they took care of the problem so I have no complaints. If I had a brand-new one and I was having those problems, that would have been different.

I purchased a stair lift for my house. I went to a couple of other places and I went to USA Medical Supply. They had a display right on hand. They had different chairlifts that I could try in the store. They gave me a variety of different options, new, used, or rental. They explained it. I tried them all. I picked the one that I wanted and made my appointment. They came out very quickly. They got it done in just a few hours, and I've been very happy with it ever since. I really like it. It's really comfortable for me. I'm not a big person, so I got one that was on the smaller side, and it fit very well in my house.
The installers were really good. The gentleman came out to my house, took all the measurements and discussed the different options with me in addition to what they did in the store. He was very professional, nice, and he assured me that he would come back out. They have a whole team that installed them. The whole thing was a really good experience. I would recommend them to anyone.

The installers were wonderful. We switched out the wood ramp to a metal ramp. When the installers came out, they measured and did what they had to do. Then they came back the next day and installed it, and got it all done. They were very, very professional and very nice. The ramp was too steep to get Pat down. So they added a new piece to it. But the ramp scares me because today we had a frost and it was slippery.

The rep showed up on time, saw what we needed and gave us a price. I asked if they could put it the next day. They came back the next day and installed the stairlift. They did the installation in less than an hour and everything was clean. I was very happy with the whole thing. It worked out very well. Help when you need it is good help. The other companies were talking five days out.
