I purchased a stair lift for my house. I went to a couple of other places and I went to USA Medical Supply. They had a display right on hand. They had different chairlifts that I could try in the store. They gave me a variety of different options, new, used, or rental. They explained it. I tried them all. I picked the one that I wanted and made my appointment. They came out very quickly. They got it done in just a few hours, and I've been very happy with it ever since. I really like it. It's really comfortable for me. I'm not a big person, so I got one that was on the smaller side, and it fit very well in my house.
The installers were really good. The gentleman came out to my house, took all the measurements and discussed the different options with me in addition to what they did in the store. He was very professional, nice, and he assured me that he would come back out. They have a whole team that installed them. The whole thing was a really good experience. I would recommend them to anyone.

The rep showed up on time, saw what we needed and gave us a price. I asked if they could put it the next day. They came back the next day and installed the stairlift. They did the installation in less than an hour and everything was clean. I was very happy with the whole thing. It worked out very well. Help when you need it is good help. The other companies were talking five days out.

They replaced the batteries in my scooter and fixed the tail light and the front light. They did an excellent job. It was a good experience. Paul was excellent. They also helped me with a battery charger and they were excellent in explaining everything. They seemed to be right on the ball.
