My brother got the tub from Safe Step and I also got one. My favorite feature of the tub is the pulsings. I like the hydrotherapy with the micro bubbles. And I also like the light therapy, I turn my lights off in the bathroom and just go into a zone, just thoroughly relaxed. John, the salesperson from Safe Step, was great. He made me feel quite comfortable with the installation. When the installation team came, they explained everything thoroughly. They ran over all of the features and considerations, like the hot water heater and they also gave a demonstration on how to use the features on the tub itself. They were on time, neat, considerate, gave fruitful suggestions and recommendations, and they did the job within the timeframe that they quoted, in fact, even earlier. They were superior!

I was looking online at walk-in tubs due to my health conditions and asked to have information and a DVD sent to me and in a few minutes received a call from a man wanting to set up an appointment to explain the benefits of their program. The product seemed like a great investment but due to looking to filing for disability and having to quit my job and having a family to provide for I was hesitant to jump at the purchase. The salesman became very rude saying "You knew you were facing disability, why did you have me come here? You need to get your ducks in a row."

He began asking if my home and car was paid for and other personal questions. He wouldn't take no for an answer. He asked if we could afford to pay $185.00 a month but never said for how long, he said 10 years. The price was $20,000 but after discounts the price dropped to $14,000, how can there be that much of a markup? I called the company and complained, I was told I would receive an email with a lower price but it must be where the DVD is. Stay away from Safe Step Walk-In Tubs.

I can't get enough hot water into my Safe Step tub, so I've only used my once. The sales rep probably didn't listen when I asked him to put the tub in and get some water to my washer and dryer. When he brought the tub out, it was the wrong way. So I had to send it back and wait for another seventeen days before they could deliver it again.

My only complaint is with the Safe Step Walk-in tub is that it takes long to fill up. I’m glad there are warm seats in, but even then it takes a good 20 minutes to get enough water in it to start the jets. But once the jets start and the water is in there, it feels wonderful. It has helped me a great deal.

The Safe Step tub is great. We liked their pricing and the people that came out to do the demonstration. My husband is in a wheelchair and he can only take a few steps, but he can take a couple of steps to get in the tub. It's good for him as it helps his remaining leg. The team that came to do the installation also figured out where the handles needed to be and what needed to be done.

The people from Safe Step were great. I like the tub and it works fine for me because I have a bad knee. However, I thought that the entrance was going to be a little bit wider. That's the only thing I didn't like about it. I asked the guy who came if their tubs are custom-made for the size of the person. And he said something like, “Well, we have, I think, four sizes or something.” I got the tub for my husband. He’s not a great, big guy but he is 186 or 196 lbs. and he has scoliosis. That means he has a problem sitting up straight. I seem to feel that when I try to put him in it, it’s close for him. He also has had a stroke and he’s weak on one side so it’s hard getting him into anything. But other than that, when the guy called me to say he was going to come and put the tub in, they did it so fast and they were efficient. I would recommend Safe Step Walk-in tubs.

There were a few things I forgot and I wasn't thinking before I put it in. I would've never gotten this. We don't use the tub as much as I thought. I'm not happy at all with the whole situation. He encouraged me to refer sales to him, which I had tried doing but most of my friends can’t afford it. Safe Step's a little expensive and with redoing the whole bathroom, that made the total cost so much more. There’s nothing to do about that. The sales representative at Safe Step showed us a video that's quite impressive. But the final product is not what we've expected and there's no showroom that we could go to actually see one. I'm not totally happy with the price we paid. When you buy a vehicle you want to test drive it. But there was no way to test drive a tub and the price is that of a used vehicle. Nevertheless, it might have been a bad decision on my part and I'm a little disappointed in myself for going through with something that's so expensive and not be able to actually try it out firsthand before we bought it.

I do understand that it's more of a medical device or apparatus that we use. The safety features are there and there are only a little tweaks and twerks about it that I wished I had rethought it a little longer. The tub is not quite long enough. They don't give you enough options there. It was the only one-size-fits-all type thing. So it could've been a few inches longer. The location of the jets for your feet should have been closer together because, when you're taking a bath, you don't always spread your feet apart.

If I were paying so much money, they should give more options and more custom fit or custom design because everybody's different. Nobody is the same length, height, and weight. That's going to work for me in the next eight years that I'm paying for it, so I'm trying to convince myself to be happy with what I've got. I bought it more for my wife. She fell out of the tub a time or two. Overall, at least she'll be safer in the time that we use it.

I have a pretty new home, and had a really nice shower where the Safe Tub went into. When the salesman came in my home, he told me that they would take the shower out and put the tub wherever I wanted. The shower was put in after the bathroom was in so I knew it would fit through the door. But when the installation came, all of a sudden, I see them carrying out my shower in pieces. They took it all apart instead of taking it out in one piece. I was going to put it down in my basement.

And when I walked in, my Tongue-and-Groove flooring was pulled apart right where the Safe Tub was going to be. Instead of them putting the flooring back together again, they put the tub in. So I told the installers that that piece of wood should be together. They tried to do it after the tub was in by reaching in and trying to put a screw and pulling it together. They were able to pull it together a little bit but it's still a quarter of an inch apart. I had to cover it up with a rug, but they should have done that better.

Also, they took off the baseboard and said it’s hard to get it back right. They didn’t have it right next to the wall. It’s a brand new home so it was at the wall before they took that baseboard off. They caulked the space between the wall and the baseboard instead of getting it back to where it was. They caulked it all the way along that wall and behind the toilet, and they left six inches that they didn’t caulk. It shouldn't been caulked in the first place because the walls are straight. I’m very dissatisfied with the construction.

Safe Step Walk-in Tub is the best thing I ever bought. I love it and I know it's the only one made in the USA and that makes a big difference. Everybody that I’ve shown it to, they have loved it. I'm disabled and I got a shower that’s got a seat, but there's nothing to hold on to. It was getting really, really tough for me because I had a garden tub but I couldn't get in it because I've got nerve damage. The nerve damage has affected my legs and hands and everything so when I saw Safe Step Walk-in tub advertised on TV I go, "That's what I need right there."

I called, made them come out, spent three hours here, and I figured, "Oh man, this tub’s gonna cost a fortune." But it wound up it was cheaper than everybody else and a better guarantee. Everybody else was only guaranteeing their tubs for a year but this one’s guaranteed for life. Since installation, the jets really help a lot in massaging me and I feel better because I've got back problems and my legs. There’s nothing wrong with this tub and if anybody wants to call me and ask me about the tub, I'd be more than happy to talk to them.

I got to use the tub twice and each time we had a total flood that even one time went so far as into the basement. When I turn on the jets and lean back against them, the water goes out over my shoulders onto the back of the tub and then goes into the floor. That's a problem I'd like to know how to rectify.

They need to go into more specific ways that the water is not going to come out over the tub and the shower curtain. We had to cut a shower curtain. When they called, they said, it would have to have a 48-inch shower curtain, but there is no such thing. I tried my best to get a hold of somebody and I haven't reached anybody yet. I'd love to talk to the salesman that came and talked to us about getting it and putting it, but I can’t get them to answer the phone. I get a recording.

We liked what the salesperson had to say about Safe Step but we felt we were a little mislead by him because he was telling us about when we could start making payments. They would send us the payment booklet. It was an old fashioned concept but we thought it was neat that they still did that. There are companies out there that still did that and that we could go ahead and pay because he gets the settlement each year. So we were going to pay a whole year with that settlement, one month at a time filling out the payments for each month and sending it in that way.

We received our first statement this week and they don't do that, and I can't pay ahead on it. We're going to have to take the time and trouble to open a separate statement account and put the settlement money into that. And then take out of that every month to pay them which is a little of an inconvenience for us but not majorly. It deals with consumers more than the feature, that he should explain that to them. That he should know how it works on the financing side. And if he doesn't know or not sure, he'd have to contact the finance company. And for that, they do something that they don't.

The installation team went above and beyond with trying to preserve our existing enclosure which was a large shower. So we could either sell it or keep it if we ever moved. If we wanted to take the tub with us, they can put it back in there. That was pretty good. I like the aromatherapy and that's nice. Although it is a little struggle trying to find the right kind of one because most of them, they would dissolve in the bath and I know that it has oils in it that can mess up the tub so we can't get that kind but I think we found them now. That way we have some options for some different scents other than the one that come with it. I use the shower feature most often which is nice to have that as well as the tub feature. I've only used the tub feature once or twice and I like it. It improves my husband's condition. He's been in a significant amount of leg pain after being in the tub than before we got it.

My Safe Step tub very well done and everything was nice, except that the amount of water was not good. We used it just once, but I'm going to set it up and we'd use it. I like it because I could lay down on the tub and relax. It's a different thing altogether and it will be fun. However, the man who offered the tub didn't explain how much water we need to have. After he fixed it, he did it, and now we can't use it because the one we have is for 40. The hot water tank is not good enough. We can't use it with so much water. I'm going to get some cement blocks and put them in there so it uses less water. That way, I can use my 300 tank. They told me I should get 400 at least. If I were designing it, I would make it hold a lot less water (less a foot down in the bottom). There's a lot of wasted water and water is expensive now.

Safe Step has more features than other tubs and the way it drains is different from others. My personal favourite is when I get in there and let the whirlpool work up my knees and the bottom of my feet. Also, it seems my skin is softer now from the micro-bubbles. My wife likes it, too. Everything is working fine on the tub but it took a little to get used to having strobe light. The sales representative we spoke with was courteous, and he went through everything when he explained it to me and my wife. Their installation team was efficient. It took them about 4 hours to get it all done.

I have a gait problem and saw Safe Step on TV. I liked what the sales rep told me when she came to talk to me for a consultation. I'm still trying to enjoy my tub and like the microbeads. I'm not sure what the thing that has reddish markings were for or if it's for lighting, and I was trying to find it from the book and I couldn't so I don't touch it. Everything is okay except for the installation team that destroyed two of my blinds. After they left, I went in the toilet and saw the blinds were out of the thing and I can't put it back so I have to go get someone now to fix it.

I was there with them and watched them all day. It appeared that they knew what they were doing. The guy was an electrician and a plumber. My husband and I had been thinking of getting my parents a bathtub since my dad has had a stroke and my mom hasn't been able to get in a bathtub, other than sitting on a shower chair. So we had my mom purchase a bathtub from Safe Step. They have some great experiences with it. They’ve been able to get in without a problem. I’ve got someone that sits with my dad and is able to help him a little bit more into it. It helped with dad’s circulation and my mom feels a lot better when she gets in and soak and get the massage that she needs.

Their team had been very professional and helpful. They told us exactly about how long it was going to take and it really didn’t go over that. They were great. The only thing that was forgotten is the scent thing that goes with the tub. My mom wants me to look if there was something special we could put in. Other than that, she’s been thoroughly pleased with it. I'll very much recommend them.

Nevertheless, we chose Safe Step because it is all in one while the other brand had to keep adding pieces. The tub and all its features were good. I feel safer getting in and out and feel more relaxed because I'm taking a bath before I go to bed and it helps with my sleep. It's also wonderful to have with my myalgia. I don't have to stand up when washing my hair. I'm able to sit down and take my bath which is difficult with regular bathtubs. It's really convenient. I'd definitely recommend Safe Step.

On the other hand, I'm not happy that they did not put the cost on two different cards as I had requested. Although a paperwork was written for the two separate credit cards, nobody ever called me. Safe Step Walk-in Tubs is great. Everyone was great. Their sales rep was very good - a very pleasant gentleman. The installation team was very good too. My mother has Alzheimer's and she's not doing very well, so it's a blessing to have it. It has the lowest step so that she can be able to step in. My mom is 82 and she can't even begin to walk in by herself. She needs assistance just getting in. The handles, everything is just so much safer. We worry about her falling all the time. If she falls and breaks her hip, that's the end of it. I feel safer in her getting in and out of it. It's so easy to step into. It is very expensive but worth every penny. We look at the price of safety, and if she were to break a hip, the cost is nothing. The only thing I didn't consider was it takes 30 minutes to fill up. But other than that, it's great.

Prior to having the tub, I'd have to walk her all the way across the house into our showers. She cannot bathe herself so I had to take my shower doors off the shower, walk her all the way across, and she has to just stand and hold on to a walker. In the shower, it's very difficult to bathe her in that mesh. My wife is a little short so it's hard for her to reach across the top of the shower because it is fairly tall. But with Safe Step we just put it in her bath in the tub. It's now just three steps right from her bathroom (we got a split planned house: our bedroom’s on one side of the house, and her bedroom’s on the opposite side) so if she has a mishap, it makes it so easy to clean her up.

They seemed to be a father-son team and were very efficient. When they were ready for us, we went up and asked them questions and they went over everything we needed to know.

As for the tub, I like the things in the back because I have back pain. However, when I first turned it on, water went all over the floor and everywhere so I have to keep a towel around it. Nonetheless, it’s more fun sitting in the tub and I'm enjoying it. I got it because I couldn’t stand very long at a time, so I like sitting rather than having to stand to bathe. I also love the light. It's fun.

I love my Safe Step and everything about it. My favorite feature is the jets. I'm disabled and also have autoimmune disease, and along with those I have arthritis and when I get in that tub at night, it's like the old Calgon commercial: take me away. "It's my jet water. Please take me away." It is absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend and will continue to recommend that to anyone who is suffering with arthritis and joint pain.

My husband has degenerative disc in his back. He was aching when he got in the tub. He put on the jets, sat there, and when he came out, he got in the bed and slept like a baby all night long. He normally tosses and turns but went sound asleep, I thought he was dead next to me. We absolutely loved it and the gentlemen who installed it were fantastic.

I just have one small concern where they had to build the ledge because I had a kidney tub in my bathroom and they had to dismantle that. Where they join the tub and the platform that they built, the patty didn't really seat properly. I don't know if my husband can do something, but he really doesn't have the use of his hands like he used to. But it would be greatly appreciated that if ever they're in the neighborhood, if they could come by and put a little adhesive gel on the portion of that tub.

My mother likes the walk-in tub we got from Safe Step. We liked the design of the door opening where we didn’t have to stand on our head to close the door. Also, the installers did a good job. They were two nice men that came out, and left it professionally done. However, I am not satisfied.

We don’t like how long it takes to fill up. The water does exit quickly, but filling it up takes a long time. And we have the water on full blast. Then my mother was looking forward to was the aromatherapy and that’s what doesn’t work. They said, “Oh, if you leave this on for a while, the aromatherapy will be great.” They were ready to leave so we didn’t leave it on. And that’s where the problem is. Now we’ve said, “We need some more aroma beads.” They told us that you could go at any place to buy these beads so I went to several Bed Bath & Beyond, Bath & Body Works, Walmart.

Well, I went on a wild goose chase and that really made me mad. When they actually sent some beads that you could order, they were totally different than the beads that they gave us. Also the beads that they originally gave us had no aroma at all. At that time when they gave it to us, I told them I couldn’t smell anything. They said, “But once you put it in there and the air passes through, you’ll smell it. I didn’t believe it then, and it most certainly did not work. When we got our new beads, that still did not work. They were lavender and we should be able to smell that aroma. We left it going for a long time and there was no aroma coming out of it. It would've been my favorite feature, together with the microbubbles. Those are very good and my mother really likes those on her legs. She said that she feels as though she can tell a difference in her eczema. It seems to be better for her.

Also, we’ve called them a couple of times because something’s not working. The salesman says that they’ll get the guy to call us and come over. And we’ve never gotten a call. We’ve been doing a lot of chasing around and we’re really not happy about that aspect of it, ‘cause when somebody says they’re gonna call you back, I don’t want to have to work at this. I’ve had to get on the phone and then when I’ve had to call the salesman he says that he’s called in to the home office. And I talked to the home office after and they said they haven’t heard from him. The run around is ridiculous. I’m upset about that.

When a man from Safe Step came, he explained about it good so we didn't look into other tubs. We liked what he was saying so we got it. I also got arthritis and polymyalgia rheumatica. I fell in the tub already, so that was another reason why we bought it. The people who came to install it were very good and clean. They were great.

So far, it's been good. I feel nice and clean when I come out of the tub so I'm pleased. Unfortunately, I've got too many things against me so I haven't noticed any changes in my day to day life. When I do the tub, it takes a long time to fill and to empty, so I'm taking up reading now. The only thing I can’t figure out is how to do the shower. When I pick up the handle, it slips down. Another thing I don’t understand is when we go out into the garage. They put a box out there, a safety box to get electricity in the house to the tub. It beeps every now and then. I don’t understand what that is. I haven’t had a chance to call, though I was going to. What happened was I wasn’t there when the installers finished. My neighbor was here because I had a doctor’s appointment. So they demonstrated the tub to her and I didn’t get the answer to some of the questions that I wanted to ask.

Some days too, I don’t want to take the tub, I just want to sit in there and enjoy a shower. I’m washing my hair now without using the spray. I’m leaning over and washing it from the faucet. So I still wash my hair in the tub. But I’d like to be able to go in there and if I wanted to and wash off my feet for the day without filling the whole thing up, just use the little bit of water. I got to still figure it out but I am happy with it. I have a problem with those, but outside of those, it’s okay. The tub's good for me and I'm very happy with it. I'd recommend Safe Step. It’s a good investment. When I figure out these little things that I have questions about, then I’ll be completely happy.

What I like about their tub is the fact that I can sit down and enjoy the pleasure of taking a bath. I feel real special when I come out and relaxed. Safe Step Walk-in tubs had the best warranty I was looking for when I searched on the internet. The sales rep was great to work with. The installation team explained everything and was good to work with as well. They cleaned up good. I like the tub because my mother can get in and out of it any time she needs to and it's easy on her. Every time I go around, she thanks me for the tub. Safe Step came up with a good product. I've got regular one that I put downstairs for my mother but it doesn't sit up high like Safe Step. She didn't like that as much as the one she got now. I'd recommend Safe Step. They all have done a good job.

As others, we were misinformed about the water heater being able to fill enough to use the tub. Okay if you like cold water or heating water on the stove by the bucketful. The is possibly one of the most costly mistakes we have made in our 54 years of marriage. On my husband's first try, after 15 minutes of filling slowly, while I was going for heated stove water he started pushing buttons (I can't leave him alone) then he decided to get out. I got back just in time to stop him from opening the door but still had water everywhere from all the jets that still weren't covered with water so blew water everywhere. Now this safe tub has a ladder beside it so we can fill it over a 45 minute reheat and I help him climb into his wonderful new tub!!! Rather defeats the purpose... doesn't it? I won't post a picture of him climbing his ladder into his tub.

Most of the buttons are placed in bad places for getting in and out without pushing them. Then the expensive shower curtain doesn't keep the water from hitting the sides, front and back wall and since the tub is tilted forward lots of water runs around the surround and hits the floor. Very poor design on the surround. Because of tilt the door will not stay open as recommended to save the door sealers while not in use.

I saw the Safe Step walk in tub before but had no interest in it at that time. Then I got to a point where I needed some support mainly in bathing because I lose my balance which is why I got interested in coming back and taking a look at it again. The sales representative was the owner. I sent them a card requesting the latest information from them. I didn't hear back from them for awhile as they had the wrong zip code on my card so I called them one day. The owner happened to be in the area and said he was going to make sure to stop and see what my interest was. We had quite a chat and he went through the cost thoroughly. I had gotten a quote from another company but I liked talking with this fellow better. I had a good experience with him because only in a matter of days, he was back with me.

I have too many birthdays to sit in a regular tub so I really enjoy this. I didn't need all of the bells, whistles and the little therapeutic nozzles. I just want to bathe. So he said "We can do just exactly what you want." I was treated very nice and had phone calls and mail from them. They were very much up to date in staying onboard with me. He said they could do it in less than a day but it took them at least about six hours at the most and they left everything spotless - no dust and dirt laying around. They were very thorough in how they covered the flooring while they were in and out with it so I'm very well pleased.

The one who did the demonstration was very good in all aspects. However, I live in a double wide manufactured home and our hot water heating is only 30 gallons. He said, "that may not be enough." In actuality, he knew that wasn't enough because the tub takes 50 gallons.

When the installers came they told me, "you can try it this way." And I said, "I don't just want to try it. If there's something wrong that needs to be added, tell me now." They said, "you may want to add another type of hot water heating tank or tankless water or something like that." In any case, they didn't say that you absolutely must and I was still hoping for the best.

Even when they were giving me answers that alluded to the fact that the water heater system might be alright, I have to put a bigger tank in. I found out very quickly that hot water only came up to my knees but they did an outstanding job in installing it. Very clean and very quick. They were here at 10 and gone before 3. My wife is hemiplegic, half of her body isn't very coordinated. She was in a severe car accident in 1979, so she's been incapacitated. We got a tub and everybody that I talked to at Safe Step were all really good. That includes the installation team who was very thorough going through all the controls, etc. The only minor thing was one of the color of the buttons for the microbubbles was swapped.

I'm 16 years older than my wife, I'm 73, she's only 56. I'm a normal 73-year old. I've had a couple of mild heart-attacks but they run in my family and we're all long-lived. Other than that, I'm fine. I can still hit a golf ball really far. I'm coordinated and I can still help my wife move around a lot. For me, it's very relaxing in the tub. The jets are more important than the microbubbles which my wife loves. As for her, both the microbubbles and the jets are very therapeutic. She has considerable arthritis, too. We use the tub alternately. I try to get her to use it at least three times a week, and I use the showers three times a week.

I've bragged about Safe Step to everybody. We live in 55 plus community and every one of our friends have seen it, and everybody wows when they see it. I already told my brother who is 14 months younger than I am about it and he really needs one. He still rode cutting horses and injured his back really bad. The one thing that I would recommend to anybody getting Safe Step is to make sure they have at least a 50-gallon water tank. I have my 50-gallon water tank because that was one of the things that the installation team said. I was thinking about it, and they said it's a very good idea so I did it.

I'm just disappointed in how much water it takes to fill it. It takes an hour to ready your bath but it's good once you get in there.

We really enjoy our Safe Step walk-in tub. We chose it because it looked the best, it's really pretty and I like the lower step that I have to take to get in because it helps a lot. I've only used it twice before bath, but my favorite feature is the glowing bubbles that come out and circulate around you before the foam. We do have a problem that they're looking into. Something was in front of where the feet is, and on the front and outside of the panel. Michael, the representative, took pictures of it and we haven't heard any more about it yet. But overall, we'd recommend them.

The person that came out to my home was very good and nice to me. I'm wanting to get that bad to have a down payment on the tub to get it put in because I have had blood clots twice in my lungs. It's safe, I don't have to worry about climbing over into the tub and take care about falling. The installation team were very good. They had to remove the door to my bathroom in order to get the tub in and put it back up as if the door had never been taken down. I just like being able to get in the tub, to sit in some good warm water and take a bath. Plus all the extra features like the water jets are very useful to my face, legs, etc. I have osteoarthritis so that helps me a lot, too. I have been telling people about Safe Step.

I really enjoy my Safe Step Walk-in Tub from the first minute I sit down until the last minute I get out. I like everything about it. It's beautiful. Talking to their sales rep was fine. Their installation guys were also very good people, very professional. They did everything and cleaned up. The only thing that I'm sad about is that I didn't get it earlier. Overall, I'm satisfied with my experience and I'll recommend Safe Step to everybody.

I use the tub and I love it. Our old shower is dripping however and I can't stop it. I have to put a towel under it after I take a shower. Nevertheless I would suggest for everybody to use Safe Step because it's really helps with the ache and pain as well as the relaxation it brings. I have a bone spur in my foot and that seems to relieve it.

I previously had a large oversized tub in my master bathroom because my dermatologist told me I had to start taking bleach baths three times a week for about 30 minutes at a time. It was about 26 inches deep and I had to get up about 30 inches to get into it - I couldn’t do it, and thought that a walk-in tub would work. One of my neighbors had just installed a walk-in tub and they were very pleased with it. So I started looking into companies that install walk-in tubs, and saw Safe Step's tub in one of the ads in the paper. I called them, sent an email, and their rep came out and went through the whole rigmarole. He’s very pleasant and after I evaluated the tub, my wife and I decided to buy it. The tub was about $1,000 less than Safe Step’s competitors, and had some features I liked that the other companies didn’t have.

I like the dual jets from the front and back, and the soft jet from the bottom which oxidizes the water. I fill the tub up and when it gets up over the jets for the little bubbles down the bottom, and I turn the bubble thing on. Then I let it work on my feet and lower extremities because my problem is from my knees down, and it feels really good. I put a quarter of a cup of bleach in that water and it foams. I don’t need any soap and come out sparkling clean. I can get in and out the tub really easy because it has the crawl with the handle bar inside the tub, and Safe Step also put one over the faucets for me. I like the way that the door fastens from the inside, as well as the way it drains. It's a very good tub, and I'd recommend it without a doubt.

Everyone (sales reps and installation team) seemed to work well at Safe Step. They set the tub in no time at all and it works great. I'm able to take a bath with the tub as opposed to a regular one where I couldn't fit into and get out. I'd recommend it to others.

My husband picked this walk-in tub. After searching online, he said it was the best one by far. The sales guy and the two installers that put it in were absolutely professional. I love the back jets and the microbubbles. I'd recommend this tub. I have even invited people over to use it.

We love our Safe Step Tub - it's really great. I thought it's something I could need and it worked out really good. In addition, the sales rep I talked to was kind and sorted everything on the tape and he got it set up. Once they had the money, everything was done quickly.

My wife's 91-year-old mother moved in with us and needed a walk-in tub instead of going in a shower. We chose Safe Step, and their team was very good. They were telling me that the caulking was coming loose on some spots but other than that, it's doing good. I like the way the tub heats up and just relaxing in it. We're very happy about it and enjoy it. I’d recommend it to a friend.

We have a brand new Safe Step Walk-in Tub. It helps my husband, his bad shoulder, and one bad knee. I've also used it and I may have had the water a little too hot. I have MS and I really got to watch what I do and what I don't, but it's very user-friendly and very nice. I like it when it changes colors. It is very nice and we're very pleased. I got to become a little more user-friendly too because I don't know which button I'm supposed and not supposed to push. I've only used it one time and it made my MS flare up. Maybe I've had a little too hot water, but it really makes my feet feel good. Sometimes I can't feel my feet because they were numb, I can walk across a nail and I wouldn't know I did so that feature is really nice.

My Safe Step Walk-in Tub is everything that I want. It's great and I love it. The jets are my favorite. If I had any complaint, it'd be that it fills too slowly. However, I understand that it's because there's so much water that has to be put in. But it's fine.

Their installation team was very nice, efficient, and absolutely cleaned up afterwards. I had nothing to do but get into it and use it. I like the micro bubbles. I love my walk-in tub and I don't ever want to get out of it, I even put pictures up on Facebook and brag about it all the time.

The salesman from Safe Step Walk-in Tub was really good. If he were selling a can of milk, I'd buy it. He pointed out what cost to go to a nursing home. It was either that or the nursing home. I think it'll pay for itself and it'll be beneficial. We really had to have it. So in the end everything went fine with the salesman and I don't have any complaints. When it comes to the tub, my favorite feature's the water. I just fill it up to the seat. I take a bath myself and I like to lay down in the tub. My husband apparently really likes it too. He stays there quite a while (an hour to an hour and a half) and it's hard to get him out. On the whole, we chose this tub and we're happy with it.

We called Safe Step and the man who came to talk to us about it was very informative and friendly. We enjoyed the presentation that he gave. Adding to that, the installation team was super and did a great job installing the tub. The main guy and his helper were very nice. They picked up everything and cleaned up after themselves. I love my walk-in tub and many of its features. Just being able to get in and take a bath is wonderful (I hate showers).
