I've had RainSoft for probably 10 years and I just upgraded my system throughout the home. The price was a big chunk when I started and it was just fine. Their reps would come out once a year and do what they had to do. This upgrade was expensive but it's fine too and I don’t have to do anything for about three years now. I don't have to flush the system anymore. The water would come out a little bit cloudy for the first day and it doesn't do that anymore at all. It's just fine all the time. The system is well worth it. I live in Antelope and the water quality is not fabulous here but it is with the RainSoft. I'm very happy with them. The reps were very prompt in their service, polite and professional.

I was at Home Depot and somebody asked me about water softening. But I didn't hear about RainSoft until Steve, our salesperson, came to our house. He was very nice and knowledgeable. We got the softener and the installation took a couple of hours. Steve came back to check on us and found out that our water wasn't soft and our toilets were leaking way more than they should have. Therefore, we didn't have soft water because our salt was all gone. So, we had to get a plumber to come out and fix the toilets, and everything was great. RainSoft’s system works for us. It provides peace of mind, which is the most important thing than the physical parts and pieces.

Everything's good with RainSoft. I was approached at a Home Depot and they offered a water test for home. A technician came to the house and did all the testing and it cleared a lot of questions that I have. I purchased the water system filter and the air filter and the installers were good. They explained everything, where they were gonna do the setup and why and how it worked. Since having it installed, I could feel that the water is softer when I shower and when I use the soap. I've recommended them and hopefully, that person gets it.

One of their representatives came by the house and gave me a demonstration. I was shocked. I got senstive skin and I was having some skin problems with the chlorine in the water I didn't know the chlorine content was that high. They went through the test and after we did the purification part, I was shocked. I said I was in and the plumber put the system in with the salt, purification system, and the canisters and routed the plumbing through it. He was very friendly and professional. He cleaned up everything that he needed to clean up. And he talked to me and told me everything he was doing and what would be the outcome for a day or two or till the system went through it. The difference in the water is night and day. My water tastes better and even washing my clothes is different. I don't itch and I don't have that dryness of my skin or the hardness in the water. It's been very beneficial to me.

The system is pricey, but the rep and the installers were really good. The rep was really nice and very informative and the installers were very professional and did a great job. We knew when we moved out to this area that we were gonna need something because we knew that it was gonna be hard water. We're glad we got RainSoft because now we feel better being able to drink the water, cook with it and bathe in it.

We recently purchased the RainSoft Water Treatment System. At first, we were a little skeptical due to the cost but after Dave ** who works for RainSoft educated us on all the benefits we were sold. I recently purchased a home in Brooklawn, N.J. and was totally unaware of any water issues. When we first tasted our water, it was like drinking chlorine and the smell confirmed we has a serious problem. So we had our water tested and found out our water was toxic. This is how RainSoft came into the picture and thank goodness they did. No more bottled water for us.

I had the EC4 water treatment system installed by Professional Water Services, Inc., on February 2, 2021, and from the beginning, it has failed to function as intended. The initial issue was that the unit never used any salt during its first year of operation. Professional Water Services serviced the unit, but despite multiple visits, the system has still not resolved our water quality concerns. In addition to repeated repairs for pinholes in our copper pipes, I recently noticed blue deposits appearing in my showers. Upon reporting this issue, the service team replaced the acid neutralizer two weeks ago, but we continue to experience problems. After adding four bags of salt, they were completely depleted in 14 days without an improvement in water quality.

We were approached at a Home Depot store by Mr. Ray **, about a free water test by your company approx. 5 weeks ago, with a promise of a $25.00. Home Depot gift card. Ray came to our home and made a presentation. We never received the gift card that was promised to us. After numerous calls to the number supplied to us, we were told that the gift card would be sent out, but it was never received. During the last call that we made to inquire, which was last week, we were assured that customer service would call the next morning. However, they never called. This has been ongoing for 4 weeks and we never got a gift card. How can a big company like yours lie and misrepresent themselves to their customers for a lousy $25.00?

The sales rep from RainSoft was outstanding. He took the time to answer any questions. He said, “No question is a dumb question unless you don't answer it.” He was showing us different things about the water and the different chemicals he was using to break it down to our level to understand what he was saying. He took the time out to explain. He said, “Don't hesitate to ask any questions. You have any problem, feel free to reach out to me any time, day or night.”

I went online and filled out a form, then RainSoft contacted us to set up an appointment. But we were supposed to have an appointment one day and the guy didn't show up. So that was a little frustrating because I had little kids. But the guy that showed up did a really good job. He explained everything great and was very understanding. We had young kids and they were a little loud, but was very patient with us. I got the purifier, the filter at the sink, the soft brine tank, and the whole nine yards. I like the system. It took a little while to notice its effects, especially in the shower, but I can tell the difference in the water quality. We also notice the difference with the filtration. We use it for our child's bottle and hopefully, that's helping him too.

RainSoft is a little pricey. But with our experience and track record with RainSoft, we know it works. We've had RainSoft 15 to 20 years ago in a different home. Moved out of state and came back, got a new house. Katy is notorious for bad water and we knew it. We did some shopping around and we knew we had good luck with RainSoft, so we went back to them.

We've always been wanting to upgrade to a better water system because here in Saginaw our water is pretty harsh. We talked to a RainSoft rep and he did really good. After the test that he did, I couldn't believe how much stuff was in our water. He went over all the different kinds of systems they had and we told him which one we wanted right now, which is the one for the kitchen sink. But hopefully, next year we're going to be able to get the whole entire house with the water softener done. The installation of our RainSoft system was great and it didn't take very long for them to do it. Right now, we don't do anything for the upkeep. They will alert us when it's time to change the filter then they'll come out and change it. Since we got the system, the water tastes a whole lot better. It's nice and soft, too. RainSoft has a great product and I would recommend it to everybody.

The RainSoft installer was very nice. However, he didn't show up till after 6:00 and had to end up drilling a hole in my wall because it had to be plugged in. We had to cut bushes on the side of our house, too. I'm grateful my husband was home because there was no way in hell that I would have been able to do such things. And the installation didn't finish until 9:30. It was well after dark. My husband had to stand outside and hold the flashlight. He was a great installer who just showed up super-duper late. And it was a relatively inconvenient process. I've had the Rainsoft for two months now and I can taste the difference in the water. I struggle with showering still and having knots in my hair afterward. But at the end of the day, it's much better than what we had. All in all, I'm very pleased.

I purchased the house I'm currently in, and the previous owner used RainSoft and left their information in a file. The equipment I had wasn't working properly, so I called the company and went with them. They got everything replaced, and it was excellent. The installers did it in a concise, quick manner. They were very knowledgeable and nice people. The equipment I have now is perfect. It's self-regulating. The other stuff was analog, and this is computerized, so I don't even have to touch it. It works good and I have water that tastes good. RainSoft also has a service where they'll come out to our house every couple of months and check the equipment. If I need them to bring salt, they'll bring it. I'm very pleased so far.

I have two kids, a seven-year-old and a three-year-old, that have really bad eczema. The rep that came out and did a demonstration told us that both of his kids have eczema as well and having the purifier would definitely help out with that. We've only had the product a couple of months, but when my wife and I noticed that our kids' eczema wasn't clearing up, we had a tech come out to do a follow-up. He did an inspection and noticed that one of the motors on our purifier was clogged. It hadn't been working for a good three weeks.

We got the big tanks in the house and our water is very good. We feel super clean. I asked my daughters if they wanted to go with RainSoft as well but they said no, that I can get cheaper things through Home Depot, and that I don't have to buy the whole thing. But I am happy with what I bought and we tell everybody about it. When our electric went off twice though, I kept telling my husband I didn't think the system was working.

We're in a new community and it's a brand-new house. Our concern is that it’s city water instead of regular water. RainSoft stopped at our house and talked to us, and they were excellent. We got their water softener which is a one tank instead of a two-tank. The price was pretty high but the system works great. Now, we have a better quality of water. We can tell the water tastes better and seems to feel better in the shower.

It was a great experience with the salesperson. He talked about the system and gave us knowledge about the area. Our chlorine level was high and I could smell it in the water. Having RainSoft, our food tastes different. When I come out the shower, I don't have to put on lotion. I'm not as ashy. I'm pleased with RainSoft and I already got them two plus customers.

The consultation appointment went very well. The young man was very well prepared, knew his product and explained it well enough that I bought the system. It's very expensive and I would've liked to get it for free, but it is what it is. When the installers came, they worked very hard and did an excellent job. They went above and beyond because they had to reroute some piping through some shelving that I had in the garage, which made it a bit more difficult.

The water where I live at sucks. But as soon as that system went in, it made big time difference. Now, I don't wanna get out of the shower. The water is soft. It has kind of like baby old feeling. Everything's good for now.

We had the system installed on August 27th. It has worked intermittently since then. We have not been able to get any consistent service or support. We would like to return it. But we have been trying to get it fixed first. RainSoft has shown up a couple of times not with all the equipment or personnel that they needed. Sometimes, they didn't show up.

We just purchased a home with a Rainsoft EC5 system that is a year old. This new system was definitely a big plus when deciding to purchase the home. One month after we moved in the system kept regenerating every day. Called the dealer and they determined the Motherboard is bad and is 1200.00 to replace. Motherboard fails after ONE YEAR?! The tech did not check any other parts of the system, just pressed a few buttons.

Rick was great. He came out and he answered so many questions that we had even while we were looking at other companies, too. It was nice and easy to have him come out. He looked at what we had set up and gave us a great amount and what was planned to be done on the house. It was great. Rick was a really great resource. He was always the first one who answered questions for us. We purchased the RO system from Rainsoft. The installers were great. The boys were wonderful. They went through all the information with us when they were done, and they were very courteous and respectful to the equipment in our house.

It was pretty simple to set up the appointment with Rainsoft. We called them and then they asked what was a good time for us. The rep came by and it was like having a conversation with a friend. He was very nice and polite. He was also very informative and educational. The installation team introduced themselves and explained what they were gonna do. They answered any questions that we had and then they walked us through how to do everything that they had set up and how everything works. They were very thorough. The water is much softer than it was before. It ruined me for drinking water in public. The system is expensive. But for what you get, I can understand the price.

I liked RainSoft's demo and the projection of the product. The rep did a good job. He was too talkative, but that was okay. Also, the installation was very professional. My daughter came over and said, “There's something wrong with the water. It smells. It's not right.” She called somebody at RainSoft and said, “You need to get your butts out here. My dad spent $9,000 on this product. Get out here and fix it because it's not worth what we spent.” Somebody came out, and it has been perfect since. The water is fine.

The RainSoft company out of Elk City did work perfect for us and takes good care of us. Wayne, the salesperson, came out and did the demonstration. He was great. Checked back with us. The installers were in and out in two hours. It was great. The system works like we wanted it to. The difference in the water, how it affects our skin, and washing clothes and dishes. Everything is exactly what we wanted.

It'd be crazy if someone didn't give RainSoft a try. I was at Home Depot one day and there was an associate talking about RainSoft, then he said that they could send someone out to do a free water test. I took advantage of that and it went great. The rep showed me the difference in the water, and that was astonishing. I was amazed by it and therefore, I was happy with that. The system I got goes all through the home.

My mother-in-law has a system from RainSoft, which made me decide on them. The experience with the sales rep was perfect and the installer was great. He worked hard. After the installation, the first thing we noticed was the difference in the water’s taste and how it feels on your skin.

I've heard of RainSoft in the past and I needed the product. When I was in Home Depot, I was looking at water softeners and there was a representative that asked me some questions about my water and wanted to know if I wanted a free home water test. I said yes, then I got contacted by RainSoft and went from there. My interactions with them were excellent. I found them very credible. I purchased a water softener and carbon filter and an RO system. The installers showed up on time, got the job done and cleaned up. They did a great install and I’m happy with the product.

I needed a reverse osmosis. I went to one of RainSoft's associates and asked for her to show me some of the products they have. She had advised me that someone would be coming to the house to test my water, and one thing led to another. I felt very comfortable with the representative. He was excellent. He answered every one of my questions to my satisfaction. I got the reverse osmosis and the water softener. The installers were quite knowledgeable for being as young as these two young fellows were. I had questions. And as they were doing their thing, I would ask them, "Okay. When you're finished with one thing, then let me know exactly what you have done." I knew what was going on the whole process. It was incredible. I would love for them to install everything in my home.

We did a water test through Home Depot and then Rainsoft called and asked if they could come over to the house to take some samples of the water. They did a really good job presenting everything and were pretty transparent about the whole situation. They didn't really tell us that they were there to sell us a water softener, though, for a while. So, some of the questions seemed a little odd till they put it in perspective that they were there to try to make a sale. But we ended up buying it. They were really professional. It took a little bit of getting used to the system but it works pretty good. There are a couple of things that I'm not super excited about. But overall, I'm pretty happy with the whole thing.

I got the water softener, the osmosis, and the whole house filter. The installer was awesome. He was so knowledgeable and smart. He showed me everything out of the various forms. We also loved the installers. They were very patient. We were waiting for some work to get done, so we couldn't do it right away. But they were okay with us calling them back a couple of weeks later. Everything worked out perfectly. So it was great.

The salesman from RainSoft was very informative. I got the system which has the salt and then, the tube. Inside, underneath the counter, we have the drinking water filters and the little container for the water. The installers couldn't find a drain so they had to use a tube to go out to the street. But other than that, everything was good.

The RainSoft rep that came out to the house was great. The only thing is she promised us some free products, and when the gentleman came to retest the water, he sent me to a website, but it didn't have any free product there. So, I had to pay for it. The rep told me he was supposed to bring it, and then he didn't bring it. As far as the system, it's been okay. The water is clearing up.

Setting up a consultation with a RainSoft sales rep went fine. I filled out the paperwork. They gave me a call to schedule it, and it was smooth. The rep was great. We did the whole RainSoft package. Everyone that did the installations was great. We just had a lot of feedbacks during the installation process, so it took about a course of a week, but it was all great. They did a good job. Customer service was great. They’ve always been on top of it. We're very happy with the product. So far, it's been stellar. It has definitely improved our quality of life, so it's a good price.

We like the way RainSoft made the presentation and the price. Everybody was also courteous and nice. The installers were professional. They notified me when they were doing stuff. I was pleased. It was a nice experience.

My interactions with the RainSoft sales rep went great. He was very nice and very professional. I enjoyed it. I already knew what I wanted. So, we were just going over the treatment, and then the extra stuff that I will be getting for signing up. I had got the water treatment and the one for under my sink in my kitchen. The installer was very professional, quick, and they kept me updated.

I had a small RO system to start with, then I was approached at the Home Depot by one of RainSoft's representatives to do water testing. I knew that the water here in Graham, Texas is really bad. So, I asked them to come and do the water test. They said our water had way too much chlorine in it and there were several other chemicals in it that shouldn't be there. They also said that if this water was in the city swimming pool, they wouldn't let you in it. So, we decided to put a system in. It's been functioning great and so far, I haven't had to add salt or do anything. But I know that you got to make sure to keep the salt in there once a year.

The water tastes awful in Savannah, so I wanted to improve the water quality. Installation was fast, and now, our water's clean and good.

Everything was pretty legitimate with RainSoft. The person who was selling the equipment was bright and convincing. We ended up purchasing two of the tankless water heaters for the house because the house is 4000 square feet. So, we needed two units. We also got the water softener and the reverse osmosis. The installers were educated and they did good, although they came back once because there was a leak. One of the fittings that they installed apparently failed, so they repaired it within due time. Since we got RainSoft, the water is more conditioned and softer. Also, the drinking water that we get through the reverse osmosis is a quality water.

I loved the system so much I bought another one for my other home. Got them all checked out. The installation was as great as the sales. The techs went above and beyond. I was super impressed with them. But the customer service after the sale left a lot to be desired. It was nothing like the sale and installation. Very poor service over the phone. I'm usually at the home where I have an issue with the system only on weekends, and RainSoft couldn't send anyone. They told me right off the top that they couldn't send anyone for months.

The installers were thorough. They installed two tanks and the bin with the salt in it. They also installed a sediment filter. They did a good job. I'm pretty picky, and I am happy with the results. Everything's going good so far and I hope everything stays that way.

Paul, the sales rep, was very respectful and knowledgeable about the product. I live in Tamarac, and the water system is not the best. I purchased the water system from RainSoft and one that does alkaline water. Having RainSoft, my water quality is better and I feel better in my shower. I thoroughly like the product. I've been recommending the water system to my friends, not because I want to but I need to because it's a very good system. I'm trying to get a friend of mine who has a well at his house to get one. I don't know if RainSoft does the well system, but I would love him to have something like that. I shared my water with him, and he's enjoyed it.

A good salesman sold me on the system, and although the product is good, it's very overpriced. I should have done my due diligence and got some price comparisons before purchase - oh well, lesson learned. What is really disappointing, however, is the cost of replacing filters that can only be done by an authorized dealer for 350$ a year! I can't even find filters that are off-brand comparable. I will be purchasing a brand new system for the same cost of filter replacement this year.

Please don't buy. They charge 7k for all the system and every year it's 250$ for service which they never talk about. It's waste of money and not worth it. I paid 7k but now finding ways on how to come out of this agreement. Don't do the same mistake.

I am extremely disappointed in Rainsoft as a manufacturer! I have contacted them and reported issues with my local dealer and my dissatisfaction with the dealer. I was told that unfortunately they cannot manage how that dealer treats their clients and they are the only one that will service my area. I now have $12,000 worth of Rainsoft product sitting on my carport that does not work. I have tried to reach out to other dealers however they will not service my system. I cannot resell the system as I would need to go through the same horrible dealer that I have had to deal with for the last 3 years that will barely even return a phone call and does not show up for appointments. Please do your research prior to buying this product as to your options for regular maintenance and servicing. If it goes the FEWA I would go with another product.

Totally Ripped Off!! A RainSoft Representative, Ronald D. **, dba Water Tech One from Enid Oklahoma took $4300 from me and said he would order our unit and install it when available. When we didn't hear from him for 6 weeks we called corporate in California, and was told twice that someone would reach out to us. This began on 7/31/2024 and it is now 9/26/2024. No communication has happened. We have now filed a police report for fraud and are waiting for the District Attorney's office to complete their investigation. It is my understanding that the State of Oklahoma Attorney General is being made aware... so we will see. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with RAINSOFT... Once a reputable company that we did business with for 40 years, but no more!! Corporate says they can't to anything... but Ronnie sure took our money!

I liked the presentation. The guy did a great job and I watched it all. I know that our water isn't the best here. I grew up on a farm in Nebraska, so I know what hard water is like. All of my family have water softeners, so I knew the benefits of it. Installation took the majority of a day because my water heater is inside a small closet along with my washer and dryer. All of that wasn't gonna fit in there, so the installers had to trench all the way halfway around my house to put the system out there.

The presentation was good. They tested for chlorine and calcium, but I thought that they were gonna test for more than what they did. But the boy was knowledgeable. Our water was real hard, and I like RainSoft because the water is softer. With the RainSoft system, I drink the water now. We had a chlorine taste which I've never tasted since we've had the system. If you can afford RainSoft, get it.

I will say that I don’t have any issues with the water/system. However when you pay the very expensive fee to install the system they make it seem as though the maintenance is much more reasonable because all you need to do is pay to replace the filters. However I have changed the filter three times since purchasing this system and the price gets more and more ridiculous each time. They call to schedule and they quote me one price. Then when the tech comes he tells me a completely different price and says, "Oh that’s because they didn’t include parts." It feels deceptive and dishonest and I don’t understand why the price for the same filters to do the same job should double in price.

I was shopping at Home Depot and somebody asked about the water filtration system and if we needed one. The presentation was very well done. I got the system that goes through the home, and there's a 100% difference in the water. Things definitely are getting cleaner, and I don't have the problem that I had with the water before. It was coming out dirty. I would definitely recommended RainSoft.

I called RainSoft Water Treatment Systems over in Charlotte and they were good people. They sent a guy out. They looked everything over. They have serviced us over the years. But this time, we needed a new unit. So, we went ahead and got a new one. He had put on our unit. Everything went good. It's easier to operate. It's less hassle than the other one. It does its own thing. The only negative to me is to come out when it's $180 just to look at something is way out of line. When I was still on the old one and needed help, the only way I could have them out would be for the $180. Other than that, they're good people and got a good product. Check RainSoft out and see if that's how you feel about it as far as the service.

The testing done by the Rainsoft rep was eye-opening. He showed us that our water was not as clear as it was assumed to be. The installers were also very professional. They cleaned up everything and did everything well. Friendly atmosphere when they came in. The system has made a big difference, especially the taste and the smell of the water. Something we were not accustomed to until we got the RainSoft. I'd highly recommend it.

My in-laws got their system installed a few years ago with Rainsoft. When we got our house, there was a letter sent to our address. They came out, tested the water and demonstrated the benefits of having their water softener program. My wife and I were already on board with getting a water softener, so it was perfect timing. The water is more drinkable now. It also doesn't feel like it sticks to you and feels like the water just beads off a little better. I'd definitely recommend RainSoft. They have a good program in place and it's a quality product. Any questions I had, they were able to answer and they kept me informed on the whole process throughout.

They did the water testing and the presentation was excellent. Also, the installation was successful and they were in and out. When I opened the garage and they took off the stuff, I went upstairs for a few minutes and by the time I came back, they were packing up to leave. Then, they walked me through the app, the booklet, and everything. I've recommended it to a lot of people already.

The water testing and presentation was very informative and the installation was quick and fast. The installer knew exactly what he was doing and did a great job. It took him no time. Now that we have the system, the water is delicious and it's much softer. I do want that other system that goes on the washing machine, which keeps you from using laundry detergent. But the actual system that I have on the house is wonderful and I would recommend them to everybody.

They came out and tested our water for certain hard metals and stuff like that. Then, they scheduled the installation two days after and it went very smooth. They explained every single thing to me in detail and I knew exactly how it works when they left.

We bought our house and we are on a well. I like ironing and we also had hard water. We were in the market for water softening, too. The Rainsoft installation went great. It took them an average amount of time to install it. I would recommend Rainsoft.

The presentation by RainSoft opened our eyes to what we were drinking. We got the water system all through the home and the water tastes better now. My hair is much better as well. If I'd known about RainSoft years ago, I would have gotten it.

I love RainSoft. I wish I would have done it a long time ago. I told people I know they should get one, too. The presentation was good. I like the idea of how they did it to show what our water was like against the ideal. Their rep did more than testing the water, and he showed us some other stuff as well like how much better your hands feel after. The installation went very well. The guy was super accommodating. I had an interesting setup over here and he was able to work around it and did a really good job doing it. He was very clean and efficient.

Me and my family had a gentleman first initial “M” come to my house to demonstrate their water softener system 7/31/2024. He had us smell it, taste it, see it and mostly feel it. I was kind of sold on the feel but was hesitant but of course salesman are taught to be pushy. He tried to sell me on the products (soaps, dishwashing liquid) lasting I can’t remember maybe 3 yrs. Whatever the timeframe I was given I knew it was a lie. I liked the soft feel. I mean the name is called Rain “Soft”. Once the system was installed 8/10/24 I was pleased with smell and the feel when washing my hands. The taste of the water coming from water dispenser from my refrigerator I could’ve passed on. I was told by “M” some people noticed a salty taste from the non-drinking water faucet they installed.

Had a EC5 and a Ultrefiner II system installed in 2021 - It is nowhere near worth the price paid - You are also perpetually trapped into a cycle of supporting a local dealer to do general maintenance because they firewall their own filters behind their archaic, overpriced, ridiculous servicing model. This might have flown in the, I don't know - '70s.

Everything went well with the installation of our RainSoft system. The guy who came out to do the further testing was very informative and knowledgeable. The people that installed the system were very efficient. They were quick. Since having the system, I can feel the difference in my skin from the water.

RainSoft came out and gave a presentation. I've heard of them for years and it was fine. The sales rep was good. It was just he never came back and checked our water. He said he would follow up but he did not. We've called him and he did not. They also said they were going to bring us four bags of salt and we haven't gotten any.

I just bought the house and the reps came out to give us a sample and tell us what to expect. We got the system set up and installed in less than a day. Since then, the water is a lot softer. My partner has dry skin and it has helped his legs with the water softener. We enjoy the RainSoft system. It's a good product.

Everything went smooth with the installation. They were very good in what we should expect, and that was how it was done.

Our contractor said RainSoft was good so we called them and we liked what we heard and the way they did things. The man who came out was knowledgeable and everybody did their job and did it good. We left pleased. The installers got the installation done and left. They told me about when to add salt and we did that last week. We never had a water softener and you got a little film on you when you’re showering or washing things. But after you dry off, you're okay. They warned us about it and we were familiar with it. It feels soft and I'm getting used to it. They call and update me when the charcoal filter needs to be done because they said I'm in the computer system. So, that impressed me a lot and that's what I like. In a year's time or on the due dates to update things, if they call and do that and the system is still working good, then it was worth every penny to do so.

I requested an appointment to get an introduction to RainSoft and for them to come home to my house and show me the product. I got my appointment and signed up with them then. It's been good. The process was fast and they have good customer service.

My experience with RainSoft has been very good. The demonstration worked very well and the installation went smoothly. My main reason for putting it in was the taste of the water in the county we live in and now it is much improved. The softener is a little overpowering, but it's okay. We deal with it. I also need to call the rep ‘cause there's supposed to be some soap that they'll provide but we haven't seen that yet.

The presentation was thorough and informative. It was a bit long and I didn't realize at first that it was gonna turn into a sales pitch, but it did. But we should have known better because usually, any time someone takes time to come to your house, there's always something that's gonna happen. We've had a couple of hiccups with the installation, but they came right out and fixed them. So the customer service is good and very responsive. The product is good. We filled our hot tub with water and the water isn't so hard. The water tastes really good. At first I thought that we should only do the kitchen because it was really costly. But we ended up doing the whole house. We got what we expected and what we were told.

The consultation with RainSoft went well. We enjoyed their reps' politeness and them talking to us and explaining everything. The installation team was great. They were very friendly and polite and addressed us properly. They explained everything to us. They told us what they were gonna do beforehand. We bought a new house, and so we're new to the state as well. The water definitely was a big difference with the RainSoft because now my husband will not drink bottled water. He likes this, and the water is softer. It’s pricey but it's gonna be worth it. I definitely would recommend RainSoft because you feel the difference. I'm from Southern California, and I was in the military. And when I first went to boot camp, that's when I really noticed that there was a difference in the water. This RainSoft water is very soft when it hits you in the shower. I'm like, “I like this because you can't even feel it beating down on you."

Our experience with Rainsoft has been good. We like the way the system works. We've had it for over 10 years, and we did an upgrade last year. As far as I know, Rainsoft is an okay company.

My installation experience with RainSoft was good. They were great. Setting up a consultation with them was easy, too. We got the one that goes under the sink and has a faucet for drinking water. We also got the reverse osmosis or the one that you put salt in outside our house to salt in our water as well.

We first heard about RainSoft at Home Depot. They had the water test kit down in Orlando and I picked one up a few years ago, but just decided to recently get the water tested back here in Georgia. The gentleman who gave us the presentation did a great job with it and sold us on it all. We got a full house system with two tanks outside. Before, I wouldn't drink the tap water because I could smell the chemicals in it but now I don't smell anything. I've had several people come to our house just so they can drink the water. There hasn't been much in the way of upkeep but we are a bigger family, so they told us that we would be running out of rock salt earlier than some people. I did notice that that's a little low, so the only thing would be to run and grab a bag of rock salt from somewhere at some point. The installers said that we could get it from Lowe's or Home Depot, but to kind of just wait for when the maintenance comes. If I don't need it sooner, then I'd wait for the one year maintenance.

I was at Home Depot in my local area and they had free home water test kits. My water used to be awful, so I submitted that and RainSoft's reps contacted me. I went through an analysis and I ended up revamping my water system. The installers were in and out of here quicker than I could get to the bank to give them a tip. I had a little cash around, so I could only give them a little tip. But they were very knowledgeable, kind, and polite. I could not be happier with the crew that put it in as well as the gentleman that came out to do the assessment. It was also a fair price. So far, I'm very happy with my RainSoft system. Since I got it, the taste and the color of the water have changed because it used to be yellow due to all the iron. I've even put it through Brita pitchers and that didn't seem to help. It just stained the pitchers. It's also not staining in the bathroom anymore. So, the water is better now, though I still have to put rock salt in my water softener.

We moved to Houston and the Houston water is not the best to drink. I came from Connecticut and Connecticut water is perfect. So, I wanted to get a water softener system. The guys that came and installed my generator said they could also install a water system. So, I used the same company and I ended up getting a RainSoft system. So far, I like it. The water tastes better and taking a shower is nicer. I’d tell my friends that I had a very good experience with RainSoft.

I grew up on RainSoft. My parents had them for years and ever since we moved in, that was the first thing I wanted because the water was so hard. So, it was a no-brainer for me to purchase the system when it became available. The installation was great. The techs were very professional, courteous, and mindful. Even though the guy installing it was training, they still managed to make it seamless as if he wasn't even training him. Since then, I noticed the difference in the taste of the water and it is not as hard as before. My hair is not as dry and I have a lot more soap now because I don't need to use as much.

With the RainSoft system, the water tastes good. I drink it now out of the spout for the water filter. I feel better drinking the water because this water didn't taste good before. Some days you could go rinse your mouth with the toothpaste or take a pill and you didn't wanna go to the kitchen, you just want a little Dixie cup that you use in the bathroom, but it tasted horrible. Now, it cleans well too. They told us that we would have to add salt to it every so often. It would tell us when it needed the salt added, and that would be all we need to do to it. They would come out to maintain it.

I contacted RainSoft Water Treatment Systems on the internet and I put in a request. I like the soap they gave and the installation was quick. They came in and did a professional job. The water tastes way better. I recommended RainSoft to a couple of my neighbors, but the price was a little high for them because they have three dogs and a child, so they are not economically able to do that.

Someone from RainSoft called me and offered a free water test. The fellow who came knew what he was doing and yet, he was fun. He made the whole time enjoyable and found out that my water was crappy. He did the usual tests on my water and filtered water because he brought his own filter and compared them chemically and on settling. At one point, he said he could use a cup of coffee and he flushed it through with his filtered water and then made it with filtered water to show how much better the coffee tasted. I got the water purifier with the salt in it and the control panel. The first price the rep gave me was outrageous. I said I didn't pay that much for my house. He came down a few times and it got to a point where it was still expensive but I could afford it.

Cody was the rep who came over and he was great. He had a good sales pitch. It was pretty thorough and informative. It was pretty smooth overall. The installation took bout an hour and then the tech gave me a full rundown of the machine and how it operates. The water is a lot smoother now.

We were contacted by RainSoft and we agreed to have it installed. The installation went fine. After we had it installed, I looked up something and there were some not-so-great reviews about RainSoft and that alarmed me. We hope we don't run into any problems when it's time to get service. But we got softer and cleaner water, and we're happy.

Jeff was the sales guy that came to the house. He tested everything and did a good job. We got the reverse osmosis system and the price was very reasonable. The installer explained everything to us as he was doing the installation and went over everything with us. The system works really well. I love having soft water. But I downloaded the app so I could monitor it, and I wasn't able to get it to work on the Wi-Fi.

I had no idea how much the quality of my house water could affect our quality of life. I am so much more eager to drink it and wash my hair. My kids’ dandruff has completely cleared up. My good soaps finally have a chance to work making my skin softer and cleaner. I couldn’t be more thrilled with this system.

I love Rainsoft. I like the fact that I don't have to buy and spend money on expensive soaps in the stores or bleach. We do not use so much hot water either. The taste of the water is awesome, too. I'm very happy with the whole system. Everything is great.

I'm very satisfied with RainSoft. I've had it for years. It's reasonably priced compared to buying cases and cases of water. The water that it produced tasted so good. It tasted like Aquafina to me compared to sink water. It's probably been 12 years since I got the system. I just upgraded. I went from the original system and went to an upgraded system which is even better. I'm very happy with it. The people from RainSoft are very prompt. They explained everything that they had to do. The maintenance is yearly. I just call them, make an appointment, and they come and do it.

We paid way too much money for the system but the sales rep was good and the installation team was awesome. Rainsoft did what they said they were going to do and the warranty to me is the best in the country. I like the free cleaning supplies as well.

RainSoft's sales rep was knowledgeable and professional. We got a whole home and RO system from them and since we got it installed, there's been a big difference in our water. I would recommend them.

Everything was fine in my experience with RainSoft. They were very professional and excellent. It's a new system to me. I like it so far. I'm not gonna lie, the first exchange, all the time putting the salt, was too much work. They also told me it would take about six months. But it didn't take six months. We put some more salt in there last month. But everything else is good. They're a very good service. At least, you know what you're drinking and what is in your water.

My little girl goes to a clinic in Lake Charles who recommended that we put a whole home water filtration and reverse osmosis in our home. They referred us to a local company who then offered RainSoft to us, which my wife fell in love with the idea of. We ended up getting RainSoft. The people at the company were great to work with. They did a good job explaining the benefits of the system. They sold my wife really well on it. We weren't looking to get it because we were already spending a good amount of money with the other stuff. But when they pitched it and sold it to her, she wanted to get it.

My initial experience with RainSoft was really good. I signed up at Home Depot and then we had someone come over and they did a demonstration, which was fine. We decided that night to do the install. The hook-up was really good. The guys who came out and installed were great. So, everything was really good. It's just they've never come back to test our water or to show us that it's clean, and we never received our $250 gift card from Home Depot. Other than that, the RainSoft equipment has been great so far. The water is a lot softer. It feels different. We did the reverse osmosis as well. So, the water tastes different as well.

RainSoft's rep was a professional guy. He knows what he is doing. Also, RainSoft is a good system. I like it. It cleaned the water good and made my wife's skin feel better. It's soft water now and it tastes good. We had a party over here this weekend and I recommended RainSoft. I let them taste the water and they were very satisfied with it.

MIKE AND Joe were very good in telling us what was going on and how to proceed after repair. They were both willing to do anything for us. They install our water tank and it work beautiful. I am very happy with the service and would call again. They're the best.

We were so excited to get this system put in only to later find out that it is at least $500 a year on top of what you're paying for the system to service. We even asked about servicing and they just said there was some filters and that was all which is now a lie. We've come to find out. I would definitely not recommend buying one of these systems unless you want to pay hundreds of dollars on top of what you're already paying for which is a $10,000 system. We were also recently told that they can never guarantee a price for servicing because it's always changing. It has only gotten more expensive each year and we are unable to have our system serviced and wish we never got it.

I do have bad experience with customer service. I purchase a long time and I was calling in to have a maintenance set up and they are very unprofessional treat a customer. I need a tech to come in by my house and they are making funny about price and not treat me the way we all supposed to be treated, I have been a customer for a long time and I will make all my payments on time and I need a list to be treat with respect, I need a tech and I can't call because they don't care about your concern that's all.

DO NOT buy this system. They have a monopoly on the upkeep and they will charge you for every little thing. Our dealer is located in Columbia, SC and I am getting ready to file a complaint with the BBB. The system is supposed to last for at least 15 years and it hasn't even been 5 years, yet.

I waited on RainSoft to order my faucet because they didn't have the right color, and then they found out they don't even carry that color. My whole kitchen did the matte black and when they came out, they only had the copper faucet, which was fine. He said, “We'll put this in. That way, you still can use it. And then we'll order you a black one.” Then that took a little while because he had the understanding that they could get a black one, but then they were out of them. So, then they had to order some from a different wholesaler and then come back out and schedule it. They finally came out and replaced it. I've asked them to come back out and do a second water testing because I wanna see what I'm paying for. I just gave them $12,000, and I haven't heard back. So, I till want them to retest it.

We went to Home Depot. We asked someone to give us some sort of demo. We were not aware only the RainSoft would come. We planned to buy something else, which would come in much lower cost. But RainSoft came, gave the demo, and convinced us to buy the product. We were looking for some sort of convenience, like not going to a store and buy the different product. So, we thought, "Let's go for it." The installation was very smooth. The technicians were experts and did everything in less than an hour.

RainSoft Water Treatment Systems had a good deal. The sales representative did a good job trying to sell his product. And they offered a deal for doing it first day, first visit, in terms of taking some money off the top, and were able to give us a bunch of soaps for several years, which was a great incentive on top of wanting the filter itself. It's soft water now. The filter does what it's supposed to.

Rainsoft called me for the demo and I set up a time when I was available. Then they came out and tested the water and talked about the quality of the water and what the purposes were. We debated back and forth over certain issues, about how hard the water is and the chemicals. Then we sat down at the table, and the rep showed me what they were offering and what the benefits were and the cost. They were very patient because I can be very direct lots of times in my questioning and my request for answers. They were really good. It's a good product. But it's not something that everybody can afford to do.

My brother moved here two years ago and he got a RainSoft system. I loved his water and wanted the same thing he got. I went with RainSoft and the process was smooth. The rep was a good guy and I liked him. He listened to my concerns about what I did and didn't want, and we came to an agreement. With RainSoft, everything's good. I like the taste of my water. I don't taste any chlorine. I like that the system does my whole house too. I got clean water in the house. If you can afford the system, buy it.

We found RainSoft through Home Depot. They called us and made an appointment. The salesman was excellent in the demonstration and it made us make the decision. We were also happy with the free products that you get after you sign up, like the soaps. That was pretty cool too. We like the interest-free deal, which we're paying off right now. It's wonderful. The best part of the whole thing was the boys that came to do the installation. They were fantastic and so knowledgeable. They took their time, explained everything, and kept making sure if we had any questions after installation. They did a fantastic job. They put the bow on the whole deal. I cook a lot and I wanted to cook with clean water. The water system solves all of our calcium issues and all of the buildup. So we're very happy. I'm really very happy with Rainsoft.

We were at the Home Depot and I saw that little kit to test your water. So we did it and I sent it in. Then we got a call and RainSoft set up an appointment. The tech came by and then we went over it. It was quick and easy. We didn't put a lot of thought in it. The system came with reverse osmosis and we liked that. So we don't have to buy a lot of bottled water. The installation was all done in one afternoon for about four hours. It was a pleasant experience. Nothing went wrong. The guy was a young fellow. He was courteous and polite. We were happy with it.

I've been meaning to get something for my water because it's hard out here, and the timing with RainSoft was good. Home Depot called me with a survey. The initial consultation went smoothly. The guy was very thorough. He stayed here a couple of hours. Everything worked out well. Since having the system, the taste of the water changed. My family likes it. There's a little smell, but I don't mind that for the trade-off.

We bought the whole bang and we love it. It's the best and I was totally impressed. Also, their reps were amazing. I tell everybody about RainSoft and I'd tell others to get it.

The rep was nice with my husband, my daughter and me. He was overall a great guy and very knowledgeable. We ended up getting the water treatment system and the air filter through the house. The installer came over a little bit late morning and stayed till 4:00. I was at home working the entire time, and there were no disturbances. I didn't have to worry about what he was doing. Even though the RainSoft system might be a little pricier, it's amazing. Water tastes better, being filtered, and my skin and my hair are feeling great after the main water treatment system.

The communication between us and the vendors has been a great experience. The team, from the person who came and gave us the presentation to the installer, was excellent. A rep came to the house and gave us a demonstration and full rundown on how the system operates. The installer was very detailed and cleaned up every little thing after himself. That was impressive. We had one issue with one of the systems leaking underneath the sink but they came out the next day and changed the faucet purification for us. Rainsoft is an amazing system. It works. It feels different when you're taking a shower and the water tastes way better when you're drinking it.

I have good water. I just wanted a softener for the hardness. I came across RainSoft through Home Depot, and I had a consultant come out. The installation went smoothly. It was efficient. I would recommend RainSoft.

We had iron bacteria in our water. We liked what RainSoft had to offer us as far as their system. Their sales guy was very delightful. Our system works good. Our water is much cleaner now. It's much softer. It's 10 times better. We're happy with it.

The rep was ok but he never informed me it will cost over $1,000 in changing filter systems. Purchase the system through Home Depot and they don’t stay behind what they sell customers. I tried to explain how dissatisfied I was about not knowing the future cost to the company directly but they didn’t help at all. Don’t buy their product.

RainSoft scheduled a time to come out and everything went well. There's a couple of big tanks in my garage and then a system for a separate water spigot under my sink in the kitchen. The installers were great. They didn't bother me at all. They knew where it needed to go. It was very smooth. Everything is working really well. I'm very, very happy with the system. They did an excellent job and I'm very happy with the result. The price is always an issue and it's always more than what you anticipate it’s gonna be. But water is getting more and more important. I've gotten a good system for what I had to spend.

I originally filed a two-star review after I experienced a difficult time getting our local RainSoft installing company (High Quality Water of San Diego) to respond when my system abruptly broke down two weeks after installation. Subsequently the company has been very cooperative, we have now resolved the issue, our system is now working very well, and I'm very satisfied with both the staff and the service. I believe that my experience was a rare result of logistic and communication difficulties. I would recommend RainSoft and High Quality Water of San Diego to anyone interested in dramatically cleaner water in Southern California.

We really liked RainSoft. The sales guy and the installer were good, then they had somebody come back for quality assurance and do inspection. It was all professional and done well. The only thing was, when the inspector looked at the system, there was a bit of a leak. When the unit was initially installed, there was a little seal inside that got crimped somehow. They were able to fix it right away, and it was fine. The cost of the system was high, but it’s considered a premium product. Therefore, it was worth it for the quality. We really wanted the filtration, most importantly, and it's good. Our water is softer.

The consultation was a little annoying because I was told that it was gonna be an hour or two-hour thing. So it was set to start at 7 o'clock at night and the salesman did not leave my house until 11 o'clock at night. It was a weekday so I had to work the next day and I still hadn't eaten dinner yet. So that was quite frustrating that the salesman did that. But other than that, everything else went perfectly. I love the RainSoft products. I got the reverse osmosis, filter, water softener and one other filter. The installation worked great though the techs had an issue. One of the pieces was broken but they ordered a new piece and the tech came back and put it in.

We got a call through Home Depot about RainSoft and setting up the consultation and when the rep actually came out were good. We purchased a two-tank system and I was happy.

We had rust stains in our toilets for years and I was sick of dealing with it so I looked into a water system. The sales rep from RainSoft came out and they were super nice and not pushy. But the installation took about three times as long as what we expected for it to take and we had somewhere to be that day. The installer was about an hour and a half late and then we had a few leaks afterwards. But everything is working good. Skin is all the difference in the world. We have been using the laundry system as well and I'm super impressed with that. I like the quality of the system a lot. It's expensive, but it's got a lifetime warranty and it's transferable.

The sales reps were great. They were both very knowledgeable and presented the information very well and let me know everything about Rainsoft. The installation was fast. The only hiccup was the one part was they did not come in on time. But an installation was done within a day. Everything was fine. They just have to come back and change the color of the actual faucet. So, it’s very minor. Since the installation, the water tastes so much better. I have peace of mind when I give the water to my kids as well.

The rep with RainSoft was excellent and the installation was seamless. Everybody loves the water so it worked out like we hoped it would. It's been a great experience. I hope RainSoft gets optimized so that people don't have to plow through Culligan before they get to RainSoft's side. We went with Culligan at first but they said that they couldn't even put in our unit because we had copper pipe. They were too lazy to put in some PVC pipe.

I wanted a better water quality for my family and I. We did the free water test and our experience was really good. We already had an off-brand water softener system, and the guy was able to show me what our water looked like through our normal tap as well as through the softener that we had, which wasn't bad, but it wasn't the best compared to what RainSoft had. That's what drove my wife and I to decide to go with them. We got the drinking filter as well. We set up an installation appointment and they were there within two days. It was fantastic, and we immediately noticed a difference in our drinking water. Our dishes are much cleaner too.

I purchased a refrigerator from Home Depot, and it came with a water test. When the guy showed up and told me he was from RainSoft, I said, “Hey, I could tell you right now it's probably gonna test bad. All my faucet fixtures are turning white and have the limescale on them.” The guy did the water test and explained to me how it was, then I went from there and I was asking him the questions. There was no pressure during the visit, and it was all done and easy.

I had a previous RainSoft system and when we moved, I decided to purchase from them again. I did the whole house, then I did the under-the-sink. The installers were pretty fast though they did the installation in two separate appointments. Then, everything was cleaned up. One-time, we lost water pressure on the drinking water. Since we had just moved in, I noticed it after the first time that we drained the equipment. RainSoft came right out and took care of it so, it was no problem at all.

I purchased about $6,000 worth of products from RainSoft. A card in the mail happened to be at the time that I was looking for a water treatment program. Everything was excellent with the sales consultation. I'd recommend RainSoft highly.

I already know that my water was hard. My wife worked at Home Depot and my brother has a softener from RainSoft. So, when the RainSoft rep came out and did the presentation, I was like, "Don't waste my time. Just explain to me which one you think I need with the number of people I have in my house and the size of my house." He was fairly okay with details. The quote was expensive, but I've purchased one myself from Home Depot and put it in myself and I wind up having problems with that a few years later. So, hopefully, I don't have any problems with this one. If I do, hopefully, I'll call RainSoft and they'll come out and take care of it. The system has a lifetime warranty. The installer was courteous and respectful. Our water now is like it's supposed to be. It's just there's a slimy-like feeling when you take a shower.

We got a RainSoft water softener system for the whole house. We got a phone call from Home Depot initially, and we set up a consultation which was very quick and easy. We had the consultation the same day that we received the phone call. The interaction with the salespeople with RainSoft was good. As far as the installers, the original one was excellent. They were very responsive. Somebody had to come back because the system was leaking. The second guy wasn't as efficient, and he wasn't even as friendly as the first one. He ended up slicing one of our water line. There was water everywhere.

We love RainSoft. When we moved into the neighborhood, the HOA said that they recommended it. I had known other people that have gotten the system so, I was already familiar with it. We set up an appointment and RainSoft sent a salesman. He did his demonstration and we liked the idea. He was very good. The team came to do the installation and they were very thorough and professional. It was done well, very fast and efficiently. We got the whole system and they got the tanks out there in the garage. Since having the system, it’s nice when you take a shower.

We like RainSoft. We had chlorinated water and when their rep did the water test, I was not surprised. We bought their under the sink system and the installation took about an hour and a half. After they were done, right away, we noticed a difference in our water.

There was a little bit of an issue with the system but the QA guy that came out fixed it. Everyone did a great job and I appreciate it.

Sitting on my couch one late afternoon I received a knock at my door. A local representative presented herself professionally and personable regarding the purpose of her visit. I agreed to the free water test after a discussion regarding current status of the local water resources and provider. Less than a week after, I received a call from a very courteous customer service employee providing the results. After a very detailed conversation, I agreed to further investigation via in-home appointment with a sales representative. He spent almost two hours reviewing the results of my free water test and showing real time examples of my current water supplier's quality vs. the RainSoft product results. The difference was quite surprising and "eye-opening".

We bought this system RainSoft in 2022, we have one for the entire home plus we bought another system for under the sink for Alkaline water. The system under sink did work for 2 month and stop coming out water from the faucet, we call the company for warranty and they said $215.00 for the visit plus $75.00 per every 30 minutes pass. I said to them that the system was new and had warranty but they said the warranty was only in parts not in service. If we do not pay what ever they want to charge for the service, labor, NO warranty. Now the system from outside is leaking water and we needed to turn it off. We paid around $8,000 dollars and the system do not work, inside or out. Not correct, this is a scammer, Next step is to sue them, call the news and check with the lemon.

The presentation was great. It was very detailed, and the rep performed a water test on the spot and showed us what the quality of our water was and what the Rainsoft product would be able to do for us. The softening system we got has two components to it. One of them being just a big vat of salt, and the other one being where the water initially flows through and it's dispersed through our entire home. We also, along with that softening system, bought the reverse osmosis system for our drinking water. Our water tastes better, and when we bathe, we feel that our skin retains its natural oils. Rainsoft is rather expensive, but it's a good investment in our quality of life and overall health.

The in-home visit with RainSoft was enough to sell us. So far, the system is working. We noticed a difference. The water now is good. It has a better taste. I feel better when I get out of the shower, too. We just need to figure out how to buy and order other ingredients. We need more stuff like soap.

I had just bought my house and I was getting postcards in the mail talking about, "Hey, we got a free gift card for you." I called, and the first company that I had gotten ahold of couldn't finance me. Another one I talked to was RainSoft, and we had the appointment set up. They came out, showed us the demonstration, and we loved their equipment. We tried to get them, they approved us, and installation went really smoothly. The price of the equipment could be cheaper, but at the same time, for everything that we got and the benefit, it's a good price.

It's been a good experience and RainSoft. The sales rep wasn't pushy and I liked him being able to show us exactly how bad our water was. The installation took two hours which I thought would be right about the amount of time needed.

Rainsoft did all the testing. The person who came out to do my system was great. I had a great experience. Our water is now great. My kids have eczema and health issues and the water system is helping with their skin. The kids noticed a difference in the shower, and we have good drinking water. Everything is great. Rainsoft had great pricing, and quick and easy setup. They were super fast at installing. Overall, I like it.

I wish more people knew about RainSoft. We got the whole home system and the reverse osmosis under the sink. I loved everybody that we met with. The installers were in and out quick. It went smooth. Our laundry is cleaner. You know how sometimes you wash clothes and the laundry still has that weird crunchy feel to it? That's gone. And my skin is not as dry after a shower. And I love the taste of the water.

When the young lady from RainSoft, Tracy, came in, she was very thorough. She answered all the questions. They showed us the difference in the water that we were drinking and the water that we could get with the RainSoft. She was good. The water is like night and day. It tastes amazing. I'm glad that anywhere that we can go, if I need to get water out of my sink now, it still tastes the same. It's refreshing. I was not a huge water drinker, but now, since we've gotten the unit, I got water bottles everywhere. Also before, when we took showers and baths, it felt harsh on the skin. With the new filter, my skin just feels better. As far as the unit goes, it lets you know when it's time to refill the salt basket. And right now, they were saying that my salt basket will last about a year before I have to do anything with it.

RainSoft Water Treatment Systems' rep was very thorough. He was very straightforward with all the information. Made sure that everything was accounted for when he talked about it. He was very in-depth with everything in his personal experience as well that he has had with RainSoft in his own home as well. It's a very adequate system for our home as far as servicing at least a family of four. But some things that were advertised were not as accurate. For example, it was mentioned that by going to a water softening, that it would remove any excessive scum lines related to toilet water as well as a residual scum found in your bathrooms. That was not true. We continued to have the same issue after the RainSoft.

The RainSoft representative was very nice and knowledgeable. I told her I was very impressed by what she told me, because even though I wasn't a water operator, I learned a lot from my husband. She explained everything to me just like I was in elementary school, so I understood what she said. It's not like she used all this technology and verbiage that was way over my head. I liked that not because I wouldn't understand it, but because I know that she was not out to con me with these big words.

I wasn't sure what brand the guy would pitch when he came here. And when he told me it was RainSoft, it rang a bell. It's a long-standing name. And his demo was very convincing. He had the water right there at my spigot and showed us the results of this test. The main part I wanted was the part about the water not needing as much soap. And all the good soaps that came with the system was something I didn't know about. I knew about drinking water. But it all came together.

It was fine with the sales rep and I purchased a water softener and filter. The installation process was easy and they cleaned up everything. Also, they showed me what I needed to watch out for. My water is way better now with the system.

I had a water filter in a home that we sold and I wanted it in the new one. We got the whole house water system and the drinking water fountain, and everything functions wonderfully. I like the soft water, and that was what was important to me. I highly recommend soft water filtration.

I was at Home Depot and curiosity got the best of me. RainSoft’s sales process was very informative. Killeen, the area that I live in, always has boil notices and now that I got the system, I don't have to worry about that issue for the most part. The system is expensive though. We got the reverse osmosis drinking water as well as the system itself. I got the whole maintenance and warranty for just about everything on it and RainSoft’s techs brought the bag of salt with the system and showed us how to put the salt in. My wife’s face cleared up a lot because the water now is not as hard so it's not damaging her skin.

I went through Home Depot and had a water test and it was a very good experience. The installation team was great. I needed a new water softener because my old one was old and wasn't even working. I also purchased a water heater because that was old too. Within a couple of weeks, there was a difference in the water. RainSoft seems like a good service and I would recommend them.

The consultation was great. We did a water test and I got the regular water softening system. The installers were super fast and they explained the maintenance and it might be a little difficult to add the salt because of the weight of the the bag itself. But other than that, I can tell the difference in the water mostly in the way my skin feels and in the taste of the water.

I am happy with the quality of the water from our unit. I have a problem with the service that we get from the company. There was a crack in the threads of the installed pipe and it was fixed and it happened again. Now we have green water and a brown tint to the water. I would not recommend only because of the service. Very expensive labor cost.

$10,000 for some monopolized water softener package. Oh well, lesson learned. Expensive filters need to be replaced every year (filters only sold by the company). Better products with easier filter change on Amazon.

When the RainSoft rep came in to do the consultation, I was like, “I know what you're gonna talk about, our faucets and the water and all of this.” I was very rude because I was like, “You know what? It's just gonna be another consultation. He's just gonna try and convince us to sell something.” Once he started to show us about the hot water, how we drink this water, and that we don't want to drink the bottled water, and even when we wash our clothes, I was like, “Oh, that's interesting.” So, that's what convinced us. He came up with a lot of scenarios where I was like, “Oh.” Even when we shower or shampoo and our hair and our skin, I was like, “Wow.” So, we've been with it for a month or two and we like it. So far, it's been good. The water is soft on the skin. It feels smooth. We're really happy with it.

The sales guy seemed very knowledgeable. He answered any questions we had. He had a lot of details that he showed us on the testing, what our water was and what we could make it. The installers did a good job. They came on time and got it in with no problem. They did a good job. They cleaned up and you’d never know they were here. The system works great. It all works just like the sales guy said it would. Our water is much softer now. It doesn't have any chlorine taste anymore.

They were very kind and informative when we did the initial consultation. It was very good overall. The installation was great. They did it right away.

RainSoft reached out to us, and then they came and did their consultation. My wife brought up they had a RainSoft system growing up back in their hometown and she really liked it and she was very keen on wanting to get it. So, we got a basic RainSoft system and an oxidation for the laundry system. We're surprised how quickly we were able to see immediate results with the water tasting less bleachier, and we were able to start using less cleaning products immediately where we didn't have to put as much water in it or the concentration was less. We were happy we are able to clean our laundry with less detergent. So, we were very surprised to get results as quickly as we did.
