I have obnoxiously curly hair. Since having RainSoft, it's calmed it down some, which is nice. My skin feels softer too. We get fewer spots on the dishes as well. The gentleman that came out, Chuck, was also good.

I had extremely hard water so my hair was terrible and my skin was terrible. I just bought a new house and I was searching on the internet for water softeners. The first place that I found was RainSoft and they showed up. Their guy was extremely educated on everything that I had questions on and even things that I didn't even know I had questions on. He was very detailed, friendly, and nice. From beginning to end, he was very professional. It was a really good experience.

The water test was very lengthy. He did several things. He showed me a towel that I had and the soap was still in it. He did a little test tube with the silt in it. It was very thorough. He had a little water softener of his own that he hooked up to show me my hard water. In his little bucket, he put my towel in there and he showed me that there was still soap present in there. It didn't rinse out all the way.

He showed me several systems and he also showed me stuff that I could buy on my own at Lowe's. He gave me all the options from cheapest to most expensive. I got the gold package. I got the water softener, the whole house charcoal filter, and the spigot on my sink. Now, the water is different in how it tastes and how it feels on my skin. There's also a difference in how my hair is, how my body is, and how my clothes come out cleaner and fresher. My hair is curly and it was getting straight. It wouldn't hold a curl until I got the soft water.

It's not very hard to do the upkeep. I checked it the other day and I'm still at 75% salt. I have a 25-year warranty. It's really good. I've shared with everybody about RainSoft. I told them how the guy was great. He gives you all the information and he wasn't pushy. He gives you anything you could ever wanna know. I was very comfortable and he made everything very easy

I have the water softener from RainSoft that has all the salt. I have two systems. I have the one that you hook up to the side of the sink. It is a system that makes your drinking water better. I also have the thing for the washer that does the ozone. Now, my clothes are cleaner. The water tastes better. It doesn't smell like chlorine. My ice cubes are not sticking together and I do not have a film when I wash my glasses. Just the drinking water is huge. Water is cooking easier now. Taking a shower, you don't have to use as much soap.

The East Palestine issue didn’t contaminate the water in Columbus. But it made me look up what the contents of the water in Columbus were and I wasn't happy with that. My wife was pregnant at that time. I contacted RainSoft and a young guy came for a sales visit. That was good and he went through all the stops appropriately. Even though I knew that I wanted the product beforehand, he showed me everything. The installers were professional and it didn't take too long to do the job. They showed me how the system operated and before I knew it, the thing was in and we were going.

I have the RainSoft system throughout the house. My wife had noted that her skin felt different and that her hair felt softer. When we put our clothes through the washer, they felt soft as well. The water tastes a little bit different too and it is for the better. The only issue that I'm having is with my water pressure. But I would rather have a little bit less water pressure with good water than good water pressure with bad water. I would recommend RainSoft.

The guy read the report from the water when I turned it in to Home Depot. He told us what all the different chemicals meant, and that RainSoft would take it out. The one that goes downstairs has four tanks and the salt thing. Upstairs, it has the reverse osmosis. The installers came out lickety-split. One guy came out for downstairs. Another came out for upstairs, and they took care of it right away. The water is perfect. It comes out aerated, settles down, and it's clear. The reverse osmosis would taste fuller than the one that comes out where it takes everything out, like the one over the other sink. Also, we less soap. I also got the one that does the oxygenation in the water where we don't have to use soap. It also took care of all the well water problems. The reverse osmosis is under the counter, and it only takes up the amount of space for the filters.

The sales rep explained everything -- all the tests that he did on the water in our house, what would be going in, and how it would all work. It was very informative and the installation went really well. It took over two days and they were very thorough. The only complaint I have is that I've never received the starter pack that I was supposed to get. Other than that, the system has been a game changer as far as cleaning, the taste of the water, showers, and everything else and it's easier to keep things clean. The dishes in the dishwasher seem cleaner, I don't have the water spots, my clothes are softer when they come out of the wash and dryer, and my hair is doing much better.

Kyle was my sales rep and he was a good guy. We had a blast. The demonstration showed me that my water needed to be treated with Rainsoft and then I'll have better water and I can also drink it. The installation was great. It took about an hour and a half. The installer was a good guy and everything went well. Everything's been great with the system. I have better water now and everything's good. Before having the system, when you take a shower, you don't really feel the soap on your body compared to what it is right now. You can actually feel the moisture in the water. RainSoft is a good investment. It's a good idea, especially for the water you're drinking. If it's treated, it's good for your health. So I would advise anybody to go for it.

We got the system through the whole house plus the one for a washing machine. My wife doesn't have to use any detergent and she might use some softener, but that's about it. The water for drinking is good-tasting. It originally had some sediment in it but right now, we don't have anything. We like the RainSoft system and we've told a couple of people about it. It works and we enjoy it. The price is a little high, but looking at all the pros, we decided to get it.

I bought the Rainsoft system with two containers and a drum where I put the stone and the salt in. Everything went well the day they installed it. After a couple of weeks, there was a leak from one of the tanks but there was no problem for them to come back and check on it. It's a whole lot of difference having RainSoft. The water is not heavy like how it used to be.

I just bought this home and it's an older home, and the water is hard. I saw what it did to the appliances. The first thing I did was buy the water softener because I'm remodeling the whole place and that would be the best investment. The sales rep was knowledgeable and did not push. The installation went well and the installers cleaned up. I’m loving the system. There are no white hard water spots on any of the faucets or around the sink. I love how my skin feels so much better and my hair is shiny. RainSoft is a no-brainer. If you live here in Tucson, you need it. I'm happy I did it.

Mike, the guy we initially talked to, could could sell ice cubes to Eskimos. He knew his stuff and was sharp in answering all our questions, and my wife tends to ask a lot of questions. Since the system was installed, the water feels and tastes different, and it’s easier to clean. It doesn't leave as much residue. The system that we got for the air treatment wasn't going to work for our ventilation system. So, we had to switch to a different method rather than the little unit for the house. But other than that, the installation was smooth. It was a good experience with RainSoft. The folks seem to be honest with their perspectives and don't pressure you into anything.

When Gina came, she was very nice and polite. She did all the testing with all the water and took the time to explain it to me. She also explained the different things I could get in addition to the soft water. It was a pleasant experience. We liked the product. I had it in our old house and I had to get another one for the new house. It’s a great product. I know there are other brands that are a little bit cheaper but our RainSoft has a lifetime warranty.

A rep came to our house and did some tests on the water and showed us stuff. It was pretty bad water, which we knew. We had hard water. We did the RainSoft system for the whole house. The installers were good and they took care of all our concerns. They put things where we wanted them. Now, there is a difference in the feel of the water. I'm pretty happy. For the upkeep of the system, just fill it with salt and do it once a year. Techs will come out and check everything then fill the system with salt.

We had City of Hollywood, Florida water and they treat it. They feel they need to make it safe for consumption but the tap water tastes like chlorine and there are all sorts of other stuff in there. The guy from RainSoft tested our water and he explained well what was found. It was pretty much all expected. The installation guys were great. They explained exactly what they were doing. I was home all the time, so I was not disturbing them, but I questioned what they were doing and how they were doing it. I suggested on where to make the installations versus what they had planned, and they accommodated for everything.

We've got the three tanks on the outside and the ozone thing for the washer and dryer. I got the probe up in the air conditioning and the additional filters underneath the kitchen sink. Since having the system installed, the stuff that comes out from the internals of the toilet itself stains more so I gotta clean my toilets a little more often. I see a stain, I wash it. The wife says that her elbows are softer. People should check out RainSoft. I'd recommend it. I had no issues at all and the product is doing what they said it was gonna do. The system could have been cheaper though.

RainSoft's sales rep was knowledgeable and she represented the company very well. I selected the system with the filter charcoal carbonated system because I wanted a complete home filtration system and when it was installed, the guy came very late at night. It's powered through electricity then I have to add salt, but they will come and add it for me. Since we had the system, my wife says her skin is softer and her hair is a little bit better. And the coffee and the tea is better.

I got RainSoft’s whole home water filtration system and the reverse osmosis for drinking. The installers were the best and it was fantastic dealing with them. After the first year of replacements, they do all themselves and that's included, and they come out and train you how to do the basic water filter changes for under the sink for the reverse osmosis. Then, they show you how to monitor and make sure that you have salt in the water softener tank. The app has reminders so you can check the salt level remotely and it'll tell you if there are any issues with the system or it gives you some stats on how much water you filtered and when you should expect to add salt. The app is user-friendly though it could be a little more updated. I'm an app developer, so I have a high level of expectations for apps, but as far as what it does, it does it well. I haven't had any issues with it.

The rep was fantastic. He was easy to talk to and answered all of our questions. The installation was much quicker than I expected. The team was very informative. When one of them had to go back to the office to get a spare part, they let us know while the other one stayed here and continued to work. We're very pleased with RainSoft so far. The quality of the water is a lot better.

Do NOT BUY! Horrible customer service! Called multiple times, no return phone call by salesman or service department to schedule appt as Clean Smart does NOT work!! Clothes smell!! You DO need laundry detergent! Installation was disorganized and took 2 days and still NOT right! Shoddy workmanship! Laundry soap and other products promised and not delivered. Salesman will talk a great game but never return or return your phone calls or come back to retest water. Save your money and take it elsewhere! I would give it a -10 rating if I could! Buyer beware!!

I got the whole house system from RainSoft. The water is super now. You can even dip the dishes in the water and set them on the counter and they won't even leave a streak or spot. It is also really good for your skin. One of the reasons I wanted it too is because I have sensitive skin and my old lady seems to like to buy all these fancy soaps. Now, my skin is smoother and it's not drying out or breaking out.

The guys that came and installed the system and the salesman that came by the house and sold it to me were slap-up guys. You could not ask for better explanations. The salesman was at my house till 2:30 in the morning. He was having to sell me a product. I like to learn, so I've studied a lot of the water softener stuff over the last couple of years, and he explained everything to me thoroughly and answered every question I had. I said, "Well, I've got to buy it now because I can't prove you wrong."

I could not ask for a better system. It doesn't have any routine maintenance or routine maintenance items like filters that you have to change periodically. You add the salt to the receptacle, and it tells you when it's low, you add more. I don't know the consumption rate of it yet because I haven't had to add any, but they told me a four-person family would last about six months-worth tank of salt.

We had RainSoft back in our first home in Pasadena in ’99. We moved to Conroe and started having some calcium deposits, and we were using a filter and stuff on our refrigerator. I started seeing people's concerns about the water, and I said, “You know what? We're putting in brand new water heaters. Why don't we go ahead and get a water softener and a filter, so that way, the water heater lasts longer?” The RainSoft sales rep was really good. He came out to the house within a day of calling him and shared the product. He shared exactly what we were looking for. He didn't try to oversell or add anything to it. The installers were Johnny-on-the-spot. They put it in within a week. The next day or so, they were out there, putting it in, and it's a really good system. They did a really good job.

When I'm asked, I do highly recommend RainSoft to people. I noticed that the shower head and stuff like that are starting to clean themselves. There's no residue left in the sinks and in the showers. The water tastes a whole lot better coming out of the reverse osmosis than it did through the refrigerator filter. You use just a dab of soap and it goes forever. Water is really soft. We're using less laundry soap in our laundry on our washing machine. Clothes tend to not smell soapy.

Setting up a consultation with the sales representative from RainSoft was pretty easy. They found a time that fit my schedule and showed up on time. So, that worked out well. He was super helpful and a really nice guy. Everything's good and he followed up with me and he came by my work. I got the single tank filter system without the smart panel. I also got the air purifier. Since having the systems installed, the white marks on the refrigerator and lots of watermarks on our dishes disappeared. My skin’s improved. My hair is better as well.

I bought my RainSoft system the same day as the presentation was made about it. That was phenomenal. The installation was very good and the technician cleaned up the work area after he was done so I was satisfied with that. The difference with having this system is night and day. I have softer skin and there's a lot less water usage. If I'm washing dishes, not too much liquid is required. I also got the system installed on my washer so I don't use bleach anymore. I highly recommend RainSoft.

We were looking into getting a water softening system, and my husband had looked for a good company online and then in the stores around us, and we saw RainSoft online and at Home Depot. The water was extremely hard, and we knew it from the taste and our skin and hair. So, we were looking to improve the water for those reasons. The representative from RainSoft was really nice, polite, very kind, and showed up on time. He did a great job. The technicians did really good, too. They worked pretty diligently and pretty quickly and gave quick suggestions. When the gentleman came out after the system was installed and tested again, the water was great. The system improved our life in so many aspects.

From the water testing I had through Home Depot, RainSoft called and we set up the first Saturday I was available, and they installed the system that Sunday. The technician was great. He was quiet. Once I got the system in, I cleaned my teapot with vinegar and got all the scaling off of it again. It has been crystal clear since. I've had the system now for a couple of months. I really appreciate it. It's an excellent system and it's doing a great job. I'm really happy about the fact that they don't own stock in salt because it takes so little salt to do such a great job.

Their reps were very professional and knowledgeable. We got a two-tank water softener that does minerals and chlorine. We really like it. It also has charcoal and resins to get rid of the minerals. Since the installation, our water has tasted better. Also, when we wash, we don't feel our skin is as dry. Also, it's easier to clean things. Their reps came to my home and they spent time looking over everything and I think that they were fair. Also, I wasn't going to go look anywhere else because I didn't have the time and I needed things done right away so it was convenient. They installed the system and it cleaned all of the pipes as it was going through the house. The ultimate problem was I had to get a new water heater. But without the RainSoft system, getting a new water heater doesn't help. Everything that's already in the pipes made the other water unsafe. I felt better having the water softener and that everything is getting cleaned. They also helped with the furnace, so that was good.

But I'm still confused because they're supposed to give these free products. I chose my free products but I have to call again because I don't know how to get them. They gave a certificate to redeem the products but last time I called, the rep said they don't have me in the system. This is a little more difficult than I thought.

The installation team did a super job. Not only did they help by installing the water softener, but they offered to put in a new kitchen sink faucet for us while they were putting in the reverse osmosis system for our drinking water. That was something they didn't have to do. Since the installation, the system has helped us monitor our water usage. Secondly the water is 156% better than it was, especially with the reverse osmosis for drinking and being able to separate. It's been a great system. We really like it.

Setting up my consultation was very good and everybody loved it. The rep and the tech who installed the system were knowledgeable. We had a drinker water system installed and we are satisfied. The entire system is almost $10,000 which I wasn't expecting. But other than that, everything is okay. Before, when we were washing our dishes, I used to see water spots. Now, those are gone. We got the resin filter, the big, tall filter and the RO under the counter. Since the installation, I have clean water, which is all I was looking for. Every six months, the reps come and put salt in the system and it's got an automatic backwash. You don't have to go out and do it yourself. Somebody will come by in six months and we'll get them to change the salt and check the system. I told the lady next door that we had maximum chlorine in our water. So, we got the RainSoft system. I explained all about the water. I've been that way for years since around 2000. I started using the under the sink just to get rid of the fluorides because I'm not happy with it and they continue to stick it in our water because it makes your teeth pretty, but it does kill you.

We've got a saltwater system from Rainsoft. You put the salt in it and it purifies all the water. Now there's no build-up. It's soft water now. Then the water tastes better. We haven’t bought bottled water since they installed it, because we got a little spigot on the sink that you use to drink water out of. The water looks better, cleaner and clearer. All we got to do is just keep an eye on our salt, and then we just add our salt to it. Anything else, they come out and fix. They give us a level. It takes four bags of pellet crystals and each time when you see the level’s going down, if it says two bags, then you add two bags.

The local service people with RainSoft have been phenomenal. They instantly return calls and answer questions. It's a far cry from the other provider. She picked it up and told us, “Oh, you know, you live in the city of Philly, maybe test your waters, see what it comes back as.” So we sent away for it and then RainSoft followed up with us in regards to the sample and asked if they could come out to our house and do a further review of the testing of the water here. We set up a date and then there was a gentleman that came out here with his whole testing kit. He tested the water and showed us the different impurities that were in my water.

The technicians were very friendly. They answered all my questions that I had. They didn't give me any issues. They were very clean during the process of installation. We got the basic system, and we did get the alkaline faucet as well. Now, when I wash my hands, it feels nice and softer. The shower feels different. I don't have to use as much soap and shampoo. Even with the washer, I don't have to use as much detergent. I also got the AirMaster through RainSoft. It has this germicidal and this odor-neutralizer that helps clean the air and the airflow.

It's been a year and a half that we've been in the house and I'm satisfied with the service that RainSoft has provided us. The tech is very professional and efficient. I'm comfortable with him in my home. He was out a year ago for regular maintenance and he made recommendations.

We moved into a new house and there was already a RainSoft system in it, but then we started smelling the sulfury smell. So we called Rainsoft to see about getting it serviced, and then we were able to upgrade from there. The old system that was installed was moved from a house that was on city water, but we are on well water, so it needed a little something extra to get the water up to par. It was a very quick turnaround. We talked to somebody on Friday, and by Sunday, it has been installed. The smell has completely gone away and the water feels softer. It feels like it gets my dishes cleaner. I feel cleaner. I had a great experience. Everybody was very friendly and very willing to break things down and tell me how it all works without any issues.

The sales rep and the installer were very good. The installer knew what he was doing and did things in a timely fashion. He was a very approachable, nice guy. After getting the system, we immediately noticed a difference when taking a shower. There's a bit more suds because the water is soft.

I had a good experience with the sales rep of RainSoft. I thought I was getting the water softener but he didn't explain to me that each piece was a little bit more money. So that wasn't fully disclosed to me, which was why I was a little confused. With the whole system, he sold us the cleaner for the heat and air unit. But he never even mentioned it to me. I didn't even know what it was. When the installer asked me about it, I said, "I don't even know what you're talking about." I came to find out, it wouldn't even fit my system anyway 'cause we didn't discuss this and we never looked at it.

That by itself was supposed to be around $1,200. I was under the impression I was gonna get back the $1,200 credit. But they said, "Oh, no. You're only gonna get back 450 because it was sold as a package." There was a lot of miscommunication and a lot of things were not divulged that should have been divulged. We were left with a lot of questions and no answers.

RainSoft was very accommodating during the whole process, like coming out right after the hurricane and looking at everything and determining what we needed. They have always been prompt. We call them up. They got someone out and took care of the problem. Or if they couldn't come, they had an explanation for it. So, they have always been very good. And all of their people are good. Whatever we had is not what they use anymore. We had to go to a different type of process with the salt. And they recommended a peroxide drip system for better treatment. The water is very clear.

The rep from RainSoft who came out was very well-presented and knowledgeable. We talked about our concern, the water and a few different things. Then, he did some water samples and showed us the different things about our water and the soaps that RainSoft provides. We got the whole system. We got the one that goes in the garage with the two canisters and the one that goes under the sink. It’s a double filter. It was a great experience with RainSoft. There are people who can talk to you and give you some information without having other things and trying to sell you extra stuff. It was very enjoyable.

The rep was great. She was very thorough, knowledgeable, cut right to the point and knew her stuff. She definitely took her time. The techs were very thorough too. They came in and did what they were supposed to do. RainSoft was very accommodating. We had our system installed one week and then we were getting our garage floor quoted the next week. So, the techs came back out, uninstalled it for us, set it aside in our laundry room and then came out a day later and put it back in for us once our garage floor was good to go. After we had the RainSoft system installed, our skin was softer and I wasn't breaking out as much. My hair was cleaner. The laundry clothes feel softer and fresher. We haven't used a whole lot of the sample products because we don’t use it very much but they’re fine so far. Sometimes when I have greasy dishes, I would go back and use my regular Jet-dry. But most times, I just use their dishwashing detergent.

Their rep Munchy explained everything. The installer cleaned up after himself. I was in the middle of work so he didn't trouble me. I was happy with everything. We got the system under the sink and there's a tap. Downstairs, we have two big drums that we put salt in. We also have an air purifier. I was diagnosed with cancer over one year ago and I used to have a lot of hair fall. But since having the system, I noticed that my hair is not falling as much. My kids love the system. Whatever Munchy said was true. Nowadays, when we leave the house, we have to have our own water bottles. When I drink the water, I can't tell much difference with the water but I can certainly feel it in my hands, body, face and hair.

The installers were very professional. When I used to have regular water on, I would feel itchy when I come out of the bathroom. The RainSoft system is very good. We've stopped buying bottled water so that's gonna save us money.

The sales rep was good. He was thorough and explained everything to us. The installer was here a little over an hour and he did a nice, neat job. So far, everything's all right. We’re on city water, and we're noticing a lot of difference with RainSoft. The showering and laundry is still good. On the other hand, I'm still not used to the taste of the water. It is definitely better, but it has a different taste to it. I still drink bottled water.

A salesperson called to set up an appointment, and when he came, he was friendly, as well as very courteous, professional, and thorough. We still have a few issues and he's been a great point of contact to get those resolved. The reverse osmosis is a good product. However, the company I dealt with is an affiliate of Rainsoft. They're called Sweetwater Plumbing, and I had some issues with the plumbers that came out. We worked through it, but one guy was a little rude. He was a master plumber and there was two other guys that fell under him. They claimed that the master plumber had hearing problems. I have hearing problems, but at least I ask what, or I'm not assuming. I would tell people I have hearing problems, and I can't understand. The master plumber didn't make me feel good and I tried to avoid him the whole time. That didn't help, but the other two got the job done.

When we purchased the home we live in, we already had a RainSoft system. But we noticed that our water softener system is failing. We were starting to get odor in our water. I called the RainSoft office in Delaware and shortly after that, someone from the office contacted me. They scheduled an appointment and they had the gentleman came out and talked to us about the different systems that were available and the programs that were available to RainSoft. He tested our water, and then made his recommendations. Then we pretty much agreed to what system that they recommended because it's pretty comparable to the system we already had. The guy that installed it was quick and he explained everything to us. Everything was pretty quick and really smoothly. Everyone was real nice.

I was having pump problems then my water turned brown. My water would also taste like metal. I had RainSoft come out and test the water. Their rep did a pH test and metal test to check any weird stuff in the water. He did it while my grandchildren were there and they were very excited about that to see that. He showed us the different things, the different colors, and what they meant on the chart.

It turned out that I had a very low pH, a lot of metal, and a little bit of the other stuff in my water. He then showed us what their system would do and I had them put the system in. They selected it for me and told me it would give me better quality of water. They put three canisters in and a salt tank. And they told me I only had to check it once a month to make sure that there was enough salt in the tank. Now you can drink the water and it's delicious. When I take a shower, I don't feel dried out and itchy. My hair is softer and my clothes come out softer in the wash. RainSoft's people were wonderful and very informative. They came in, did what they had to do, and cleaned up after themselves.

The house we live in is on a well and water started smelling really bad. It was leaving the sinks and bathtub with orange stains. Rainsoft's reps weren't pushy and they let me call them back and decide what I was gonna go with. That was helpful. The installation of the system was easy. The techs did all the work. They had to go underneath the crawl space and run the pipes up through the floor. They were done in four hours and had the system hooked up and running. Since then, the bad smell has gone away and there is no more staining in the sinks. I'm very happy with the system. If you're on a well and you have the same problems, I recommend it.

But they called and they said it was going to be late. I told them that if it was gonna be that late, they should wait until the next day. So that was what they did. They kept us up with whatever was happening. Since having the system, I've noticed I use less detergent.

I got a water treatment system from RainSoft, and the people who installed it worked hard. They were diligent. They had to finish something up the next day and they accidentally left the water turned off at the house when they left. So, I had to call and get them to come back to turn that back on. I'm a firm believer that mistakes happen and you want to minimize them, but it's so much about how people handle the mistakes. They handled it well. So far, the system seems good. Every now and then, I put a couple of drops to the water tester thing they gave me, and say, "Yeah, it's still nice and soft."

They did give me a collection of soaps, cleaners and shampoos. They gave me one soap, initially, and there was a box of more stuff and I noticed that that first soap they gave me was different from the rest. I'm also finding the shower soap feels a little slimy, but I just switched to that. My laundry seems to be coming out clean. My dishes are coming out clean.

Overall, customer service is fine. I was very happy with it other than the one little glitch on the water being turned off. I feel like the app and the interface on the computer are clunky and need to be modernized. I had set a vacation when I went out of town recently, and I ended up leaving after I thought I was going to, and so I ended up running some water. It gave me a notification of, "Hey, the water came while you're on vacation." I couldn't figure out how to get rid of that. I ended up having to send an email to customer support. I was told, "You need to unplug the system and plug it back in." That makes no sense at all. I'm a principal engineer. I'm an embedded programmer. I've been doing this for 25 years. I couldn't figure out any way to do it. If the answer is unplug it and plug it back in, someone needs to bring the system up to modern standards.

The salesman was funny and very friendly. He was even playing around with our daughters and they had fun with him. They were tasting the water and had little experiments together. The installer was very friendly, too. He would always smile when he was here and that meant a lot because when you're having a bad day, that's what you want. Since we got RainSoft, the water tastes great. The kids didn't want to drink water before, and now they drink water all the time. So I'm really grateful and I'm the most satisfied customer ever. I also called them to get into the account so I could get my soap. We love that including the air fresheners, detergents, and shampoos.

The RainSoft representative was Johnny-on-the-spot. We had a meeting within a couple of days and it went from there to installing the softener, full home filtration, plus an RO filter system. The installer was very professional. You would not have even known they were there when he left. My icemaker was not working right and ice cubes were not clear but it didn't take long after the system was installed and the ice coming out of it is crystal clear. My icemaker works now like it never did in the past.

Our water is really bad. There's so much chlorine in it that it burns your eyes when you take a shower. The tech really knew what he was doing. He was able to answer any questions I had. Since the system was installed, the difference with the water has been night and day. Even the faucets feel different when you turn them off and on. But the system uses more salt than advertised. They told me that it was a year's supply of salt but it was gone in a month. The system is steep but it's worth it.

Setting up with RainSoft was straightforward. The sales rep walked us through the process and tested our water. I was impressed with the knowledge of the representative and patience. From when we said we wanted to go with the system, RainSoft was ready to have someone in here the following day, which was an aggressive turnaround, and I didn't expect that. So that was nice. But it was during the freeze. They attempted to install but the line was frozen. So they came back that Monday to do the installation once it warmed up a bit.

I had an extremely good experience with RainSoft. There’s a clear difference in the taste of the water and the dryness of the skin. I was using the soap that was provided and following the directive as far as what they said. Visually, it seemed like it was underdosing because I wasn't getting as much foam and bubble that I'm used to. I discontinued using the soap provided because when we bought the additional product, that soap wasn't adequate for me personally. So I'm back to using my normal Tide.

A gentleman came out and ran the full gambit water test. He was very polite. The only issue was he kept going, "This is bad water." I knew my water was hard, but that doesn't make it bad. The installers showed up within a half hour of the anticipated show time, and both were extremely polite. They showed where everything was accessed and how to read the meter on the top of the filter softener system. For the reverse osmosis system, they explained that we have to go through periodically and empty the initial tank to let it refill so that it will run through and do a recharge cycle. They also told us to check the salt levels periodically.

We picked up some additional third party water test strips, and about a week after we had the system installed, we went through and ran the test on both to make sure that it was doing what it was supposed to be doing, and it was. At the moment, we are happy with our systems. The water in our subdivision is hard, and we were able to get it down to a zero hardness. The representative who came out and did the initial sales for the system gave us a bunch of his business cards and said that if we did any referrals, that we could then be eligible for a $20 gift card from Home Depot.

I've never wanted a water softener. I never was interested in a water softener. Here on this farm, we have well water and it's hard water and there's iron in it. So, I was interested in a water filter system but I didn't really know what avenue to go on, and I'm not made of money, but the RainSoft guy showed me how the system worked and assured me that the salt did not wind up in my house. I didn't want to drink salt water. I didn't want my flavor of my water to change too much. He had a great presentation. That convinced me that their system can remove a lot of the lime and calcium. Three guys showed up for the installation. They put it next to my well. I do not have a well house, and so that was really easy. They just dug it in and shook hands to say goodbye. It was very simple. I had easy access piping for them.

I like the system. I'm very happy with it. I do a lot of canning, and so there used to be precipitate that would show up on my jars from the calcium and lime in the water, so I’d have to add vinegar to the water so that that didn't happen. I don't have to do that anymore. Everything comes out fine without all this lime all over the jars, so I'm very happy with it. RainSoft has been a very easy company to deal with. Everyone’s super friendly. There was a tech that came out to give me a checkup after it's been in for a few months and gave me a few more tips on how to manage it and what to look for. I do recommend RainSoft highly to anybody.

RainSoft tested the water in the house. They showed samples of what it was like through our existing filter, what it was from the city, what a couple of bottled water was. And they showed us all the experiments. Having such a demonstration of different examples on the spot was the main reason we went with it. The installers were very knowledgeable, quick, and clean. They said they would reach out to me when it was time to change filters.

I can tell the difference in the water. Since I've been drinking this one at home, if I'm ever out and about and I buy a bottle of my usual brand, I can't drink it. Even the gentleman who did the demonstration at our home for the RainSoft system said Smartwater is the closest water to their filtration system. I can actually tell that it has the same texture in water.

I got the water filtration system for the whole house, the reverse osmosis underneath the sink and the air purification one in the air conditioner. They were very fast and everything looks good after they installed it. They did a great job explaining everything to me, like how it works. It was a great experience with RainSoft. All I have to do is put the salt into the tanks every few months. I can check on the app at any time. It's super convenient. If I ever add any, I just update the app and the app will send me reminders if it's running low. But I can also just step out into my garage at any time and look inside there. We changed Wi-Fi routers a few weeks ago and I didn't even think about that being tied to my Wi-Fi Router. I got a message on the app that said my system hasn't been connected for 24 hours.

Working with the rep was a very positive experience and the installer, Josh, was very professional, explained everything to us and did a good job. My wife loves the RainSoft system. We have soft water which is soft on the skin and the water tastes better than the Ozarka water, which is the only thing my wife drinks. People should consider putting the RainSoft system in if they can afford it. It's a very expensive system but it’s a vey good one.

The installation was quick and easy. The same day the techs were installing our RainSoft system, they were doing our plumbing. They explained everything including the air filter, the laundry, and the water filter. But they couldn't connect the filter because I had an electrical socket outside that wasn't working. I had a cousin of mine who is an electrician come yesterday and he replaced that socket.

Since getting the system, I want to drink the water. Showering is also nice because i know the water is clean. It's also good to know that our air is filtered. Doing our laundry is easy too. We don't really need soap. We love every part of the system. Also, their rep Paul was exceptional. I had an awesome experience with him. He still checks in every once in a while.

I had a water softener that was 26 years old and it quit working. I have a tankless water heater so I have to have soft water for that. I found RainSoft and they answered. I looked at the comments that were made about the company. I called them and asked questions over the phone. I then had them come out and install the system. I have the whole house system, which is what I had before and what I needed. I needed a company that could provide a large system and I wanted it within a certain price range so that I knew that it was a quality system and that it was gonna last for a long time.

The installation was my least favorite part of the system. I moved into this house a year and a half ago and I've had a lot of work done on the house. Depending on how long the installation took, it was several times that they would call. Every one of those companies, the owner called, came out, checked on the work being done, and made a follow-up call after the work was done to see how I liked it, if I was happy, and if was there anything else I could do. With RainSoft, the owner was the one who came out and told me about the system, tested the water, and saw where it was gonna go. We talked about some things that he was gonna do.

I made the purchase directly from the owner of the company. The installer got here and he didn't know about some of the arrangements that we had made that were a little different than some of the regular installations and he refused to do them. He wasn't going to take the old system out. At least I got him to get a dolly and move it out of the utility room and into the sunroom by the backdoor. The owner had promised me some extra bags of salt, which I still have not gotten, and he didn't know anything about those. He wasn't the best representative of the company. That aside, the unit itself is fine.

I was having residue on my shower head and I had to clean it every couple of months. My rep was very thorough and his professionalism was good. He did a lot of visual tests for us to understand the concept behind it all. I got a whole house water purification system with another system to produce reverse osmosis water. With the system, our water tastes like bottled water. I bought my own tester and it tests good. Also, the water is a much higher quality for taking a shower and washing clothes.

The consultation was intense and very comprehensive. It was way more than we expected I got a very personable rep who has been doing this a long time. During installation, the salesperson was a little pushy but polite. They wanted us to engage with a bunch of other products that they have and they also wanted to do some advertising on our front door. Our goal for the testing was to see if we needed a water filtration system. Based on what we found out, the water in our area definitely benefits from it. The installation crew got the system installed quickly and without issue. It was a clean installation. They were very professional.

With the system, we saw a dramatic difference in the water. We come from the US Virgin Islands and for three decades, we were used to nothing but rainwater we collected ourselves. With the water here in Delaware, washing my hair felt weird and I couldn't get it clean or dry. Also, we were having skin issues. After the system went in, it felt like we were back to rainwater again which was very comforting.

Part of the RainSoft pitch was also soap products to use with softer water, formulated for that. We have transitioned to using those products and everything is really good. I couldn't figure out what the pink stuff was in my sinks, toilets, and shower. I had thought it was bacteria, which is the kind of thing we would have found in our warm, tropical environment, but it turns out that that was residue from the hard water. With the system, that is almost non-existent. Also, our drinking water tastes a lot better.

We got both the salt water softener and the filter apparatus beneath the house to filter the whole house supply. We also had a four-stage filter system underneath the kitchen sink that services a dedicated super clean water spigot. If we had gone a la carte to a similar water softener system, we might have saved a bunch of money. But that's all right 'cause it ended up being very quick and efficient. It saved me some hard work.

When they installed our Rainsoft, they chipped the kitchen sink. They said they had to make a report about it. The tech said, "I'm sure they're gonna have us put a new sink in. It'll get taken care of." But I haven't heard anything. But I love the system. I like the way it makes the water taste and how I feel when I take a shower. Amazing.

They politely informed me how I could set up a sample test. I took them up on that and the rep who came to do that was really informative. He was able to do the testing which involved some high-level language that most people are not gonna understand. He was able to explain to me in terms I could understand how the water testing turned out. I did the purchase with his supervisor over the phone. She offered to call their local installer and he offered to come on Christmas Eve. He drove an hour from Flint to do the installation. He was a super cool guy. The system works great.

I have a Wolverine Home Water System in my basement and I wasn't exactly sure how the the hardness of my water was still coming out of the tap after all that. But the rust color stuff went down as well as the staining of the hard water. Rainsoft was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The overall experience was great.

We purchased a total water filter and a water softener, and the RainSoft team who installed that were wonderful. I also signed up for the extended plan with the company so that they would take care of the regular maintenance. Right now, all I have to do if my salt gets low is call them to have them come and fill it. Since we got RainSoft, our water is softer and it's not as drying. Neither does it leave a residue like it used to.

RainSoft left me two or three cards in my mailbox. I didn't know what it was about so I reached out and they told me about the product. They asked me for a time to come and do a test. They came and did the test and I liked the results. The rep did his presentation and demonstration. I was able to see the difference between the water I had and what the device would do for me. He also gave me different options. I went with the full option because I wanted my entire water system to be treated.

The installer did all that he had to do then he came to my kitchen and installed the one that was for drinking. When they were done, they cleared up and they asked for some time to teach me how to do a few things like how to check the salt level and the basic maintenance. Someone else came to do another check to ensure everything was okay. He inspected the salt, the system, my drinking water, and the tap from which I would drink water. I've used the product for about four or five months and it's been good. They have really good customer service.

The rep who came to the house was really professional and knowledgeable. He introduced himself and then, he did his display and it was awesome. He was really good at his job. Then, the installers came and they just got to work. They explained to us how the system works, how to troubleshoot, and to contact them if there are any issues. Also, they have records of when it will be time to change the filters for the drinking water and they said that they would contact me.

RainSoft's reps came out and did a presentation. The first one didn't prepare correctly and when we tasted the water, it was nasty. But a second rep came out and her name was Angel. She explained the product and when she let us taste the water, it tasted good. She also told us how much we could save. She showed numbers and asked us how much we paid for water. During the installation, the techs hooked everything up really quick and explained some of what was going on with the water. They let us look over the work, too. Since then, when I wash the dishes, do laundry, or take a shower, I know the difference. When I clean my dog, her skin looks better. Multiple people asked us about our RainSoft system and we told them that with it, the water is healthier. We also told them how it's better for your skin and that it's a good product.

We got a water purifier and a water softener was involved with that deal. The installation was excellent. The techs were very quick and efficient. We like the system a lot. The only drawback that I'm really frustrated with is that after the system has gone through its process purifying, there's a shutoff valve that is made out of plastic when it should be made out of metal. After a few years in the Texas heat, that plastic valve is gonna start to get hard and crack. It's gonna be defective quickly. That's a big miss when you spend that much money on a system. When I started to put my system against some of the others I've seen, it felt like it got cheap on me. Putting a metal valve doesn't cost that much more to do.

Other than that, since getting the system installed, the water has been definitely fresher and I really appreciate that. It's easier to drink as opposed to what we were getting. My showers are better also. I'm happy with the system.

The rep that came out did a great job. We were impressed by the different tests that he had and how clean the water was. But I did not like the amount of money that he started off with. The initial price was around 12,500. But we ended up paying 44. My neighbor got his a couple of years ago and he paid 65. To me, it's not right. I was happy that I got it down, but other people may have been getting ripped off. Home Depot did talk to me and I told him the same thing.

When the guy came to install the system, he knew what he was doing. He was quick and fast. He came the same day that we ordered it and it was dark. It was crazy. But the plates could be secured to the wall better. They're shaking in the wind and that's all my water to the house. Because now, he put a valve on there so that I can get pre-water before it goes through the system. My son complained once that the water tasted salty. I checked the system and, that night, it rejuvenates. So we dumped that out, and had it run for a little bit, and then it was fine ever since. I'm satisfied with the system.

We have a well that has a really bad iron problem. The iron in the water messes up our clothes. It has also changed the color of my grout in my brand new shower. We got the full house system where you put salt crystals in and the reverse osmosis system under the sink for drinking water. The water is great for drinking. Also, I don't have to use as much soap on stuff and I could tell the difference with the lathering. I love Rainsoft. If you have hard water, these are the people you want to go with. They are much cheaper.

RainSoft called to see if I would be interested and they would come and test the water. I was interested in what they told me on the phone. The rep explained everything in details very well but I couldn't financially afford what he had told me. I scheduled an appointment but after I thought about it, I called back the very next morning to cancel it. They forwarded me to a manager, and the manager stated, "I understand you can't afford it, but how about the water system for the sink alone," which I ended up with. The installer who came was great. He explained everything and made it very easy for me to be able to remove the stuff when it comes time to change my filters. I can tell a difference in the drinking water. I don't have to buy any more water and I just keep refilling my bottled water that I use all the time. Everybody that comes over uses the drinking water too. I also don't have any room for storing water bottle cases. The system eliminated that.

Our area had really crappy water. RainSoft did a very detailed presentation and showed us the pH balance of our water. They also showed us the different taste tests of our water. I drink bottled water so when it came to tasting the water, I passed on drinking the faucet water. The installation was very quick. Ours was a little bit more extensive because of the way our house is ran. We have two units on our property. For the under-the-counter system and for the system on this side, that took four to six hours. We're in our second month with RainSoft and we feel a difference in our skin and in the household products that we use. So far, everything has been smooth. RainSoft has done everything that they had said they were going to do.

We had hard water, so you would see a lot of salt deposits. Whenever we used to fill the water, even after filtration, you would see a lot of deposits. So, we feel that the chlorine and all the water purification minerals that they had got extracted after the installation of the RainSoft system. So, before that, they were in pretty high content. The system looks good. The experience was good as well. We saw the effects immediately after the installation. We were able to see that there were no longer any kind of salt deposits, and the softener work like magic. Along with the whole house, we also got the water purification. So, the taste of the water has improved. Also, we noticed that we require less soap as compared to previous. Also, there is less harshness. We can see that in the skin and hair improvement.

Our RainSoft system works great. It works so quickly that it is amazing. I had a place already where it went, and it fits in there great. They put in a flush out, so if I need to, I can turn the system and spray out from right there and clean out stuff, and then everything else washes itself out. I don't have to do a whole lot of work. The water now is a little softer. You can feel it when you wash. The taste is better. Everything is really better with it. My son uses a kettle. We use it for tea, and I've yet to have to even take it out and clean it, which before, I was descaling it every five days. I've got a CPAP machine, and I haven't had a problem with that. It's a lot cleaner.

We're on an annual maintenance program with RainSoft and we have both a water softener and RO system. They check the salt levels but usually, I have enough salt delivered once a year when they do their annual inspection to last me. We've had the same water softening and RO systems since we've been in the home, which has been 12 years. But I had the RO system replaced this year because we had a leak in one of the main storage units. The techs who installed the new RO system were excellent. We've used the same people and we've dealing with the same personalities from day one. So, we have at least a decade of experience with the same representative that they have in the Columbus area for us, and their service and the professionalism are first-grade.

Installation was nice and fast, and the cost was fair. The 10-year contract is long and expensive, but it's expected. We had one hiccup where the filter was clogged, so we had a guy come and he fixed it quickly. I personally never drink tap water, but the system is fantastic. I love the filter. We got the water softener system out in our garage tied into the shut-off valve, and then we have a sink system as well. The Rainsoft sales guy came out and checked our water and showed us comparisons of what a RainSoft system would do with our water compared to what we had. We went through all of the options that my wife and I were committing to. I'm a huge proponent of technology and I like the ability to track water usage so that way if we have a leak, we'll be able to detect it. The installer gave me a heads-up on when he was going to show up. He showed up, introduced himself, and had a couple of trainees that helped him out. He took my suggestions in and he listened to me.

The rep was good. He wasn't pushing too much. He answered all the questions I asked. But they have two different types of under sink. One was reverse osmosis and the other is a two-filter thing without the tank. I asked for that because reverse osmosis wastes water with a 1-to-1 ratio. So, I'm wasting the same amount of water as with filtered water. Plus, we don't have much space under the sink. But the sales reps say they don't carry that anymore. I found out later that they still do.

I ended up getting the reverse osmosis system and they offered me to switch to the two-filter one later on once we found out that he did not tell me the truth. But I just stuck with the reverse osmosis one because that gives the purest water. That other model would have cost me a little less and saved more space. Right now, the reverse osmosis unit is two-thirds of the space underneath the sink. Also, it's a little pricey. Other than that, we're satisfied.

He did a test on the water and he did his little magic tricks for us. We were excited and we were very pleased with his sales pitch. Then, he sent a guy to install it and the installer was real quick. He was ready to rock and roll as soon as he got here and he did everything. He also explained all of the maintenance to my boyfriend. Getting the system is healthier for your hair, your skin, and for the kids and the water tastes better. Also, it saves you a lot of money. We had RainSoft before at our other house. This time, we had a double RainSoft mechanism, plus the Rain tank. The complication was that the person that installed the RainSoft connected the waterline above ground, and he ran the waterline all the way across underneath the house. And he only insulated a third of the pipes and it froze during the freeze. So, we asked him to come back out and finish the installation. He came back out and added another third and he has never finished the installation. I've called in to Mark at the office several times. I said, "Send somebody else that can complete this job properly." He said, "I'll take care of it," but he didn't. The system works. I'm just disappointed that I pay $9,000 for a system including installation and they wouldn't even respond to my calls.

I'm very happy with my RainSoft system. Even in my white bathtub, the water is crystal clear and it never looked that way. The true test is not only am I comfortable drinking it, my coffee tastes better. On top of that, I have tropical fish and you can never give them tap water. They would be dead in 10 minutes. The rep who tested the water was good and everything went fine during installation. Since getting the system, our water is cleaner. But the company that they use for financing people is horrible. They were saying there were hidden charges after I signed up and got the equipment installed. The salespeople need to be more knowledgeable and honest on that. Also, my rep could have done some follow-up calls and asked how everything is going. But I never heard back from her. I thought about getting a water softener system, not the purification system. But once I had seen the Rainsoft purification system and the softener, I decided to get both of them together. The sales guy was cool. He loved his job. The installation guys were great. Even the guy that came and did the financial stuff with us was great. I asked him all the questions and he answered them. I had a good experience all the way around. We noticed the difference right away. Everybody said how the water felt. When it first goes through the system, it makes you feel slimy. But from there, you can tell a difference. The clothes are a lot softer. We did the whole thing where they give you the cleaning supplies, the laundry soap, the glass cleaner, the industrial soap, and the body wash type soap. I like that. The laundry soap and dish soap work great.

The reps told us about the RainSoft system. They said they had a water cleaning system, softening, and it cleaned out certain things in the water. We liked what I heard, so we told them to move forward with putting one in. They came very fast. Once they got it in, they put it in the garage. They moved some pipes up to the ceiling then over to where the laundry room was. They brought the water line to where the washer drains out. We didn't like the pipe that they brought down from the wall because it was visible. I noticed that late at night, it would start making a lot of noise. Apparently, it's cleaning itself out. It goes on for about an hour, and that's wasting a lot of water there. They're supposed to come back. They're going to talk to us about how the system is working. The company provides different soaps so you don't have to buy detergent. You don't have to buy dishwashing or a hand soap for the bathroom.

When Josh with Rainsoft came out with his presentation and his honesty, Rainsoft was a system that we decided to go with. The system that we ended up getting isn't a salt system, but it's cleaned by salt. It was installed the very next day. They didn't place it where we wanted it at. They had it in the middle of the garage. Towards the garage door, there's a cubby-hole. People that I know that have a salt system have it placed in that cubby-hole and it takes up less of the garage. It was an issue as far as my wife getting in and out of her car. They came back out after I mentioned it to the salesman that we weren't happy with the install. But it was professionally done. It looked good and clean. I appreciate them coming back out and doing the adjustment.

I had the quality control guy come out and he explained something to us that wasn't explained. He told us to let the tank run low on the salt because there is water and it can't cake up, to make sure that it's not creating a crust. We add a little bit of salt. It uses about 2-pound of salt when it flushes the system. It's minimal. The system achieved the outcome of the water that we're gonna get at the house that we were looking for. My wife feels her hair has gotten a lot healthier. She's happier with her skin.

I got a flyer in the mail that was very misleading. It implies that you have a parcel that you haven't picked up. You call the number, and it turns out it's RainSoft. But the rep was great. He was there for a couple of hours, tested everything and showed me the difference between the water I had and if I had the RainSoft system. The installation was good too. The guy showed up on time and had everything ready to go. He walked me through some of the basics, like safety on, off, and how it worked. Everything's been great with RainSoft. I'm glad that I did it. You can tell a difference in the water. It tastes better and the showers are better on your skin. I also enjoy not having to use laundry detergent because I had that additional ozone thing added in.

I got online and found the manual. And I couldn't figure out how to get the system to work, so I called a dealer. The guy that had sold it to my boyfriend had died. The dealer that I could find is an hour and a half away. My boyfriend drove all the way out here, and he looked at it. He was under the impression it had a lifetime warranty, which the tank did. But the motor only had a five-year. He said, "I can try to take this back and fix it. But they don't make the parts anymore, so I may not be able to." So, I asked him what it would cost to switch it out with a new one, and I got an upgrade. Super excited about it.

The installer was great. He doesn't normally make calls, but they were shorthanded. So, he came out for the first time. He came back and installed the system. He was awesome. He said next year, the first maintenance visit is free. And they should come out and look at it once a year. My salt is not gonna last a year. But I have the app on my phone. It alarms if it needs salt. It's nice. And it tells me how much water. We're gonna build a house if the market ever gets nice again. I asked the installer if we can take the system with us. He said, "Yup, just call us up."

Some of the things we thought were going to take place as far as getting the water cleaned up in the showerheads hasn't come completely off. But for the most part, we like it. The RainSoft system has been good. Also, their reps were very professional.

RainSoft was doing a little demonstration in Home Depot and it was a giveaway. We signed up and they came over. We weren't expecting to buy because we thought it would be very expensive. But after seeing it and how it works and then hearing about the payment plans, we decided that we would like to do that. We really like it a lot and it's been working great. Everything has been a smooth process. The company itself has been really good too. They were very honest and they seemed fair. Everything that they said that the system would do, we've seen for ourselves and we're very happy. Now, our skin and our hair are so much softer.

Installation was seamless. Rainsoft came over and had it all done in one afternoon. We're happy with the system so far. It's been good. Before having the system, our water's not been high quality for a long time with a strong chlorine smell lots of times and colors in the water.

I drink a lot of bottled water and I wanted to limit that. Someone from RainSoft came out here on time and helped me out. They got things going. The guy who did the demo was very professional and that was what changed it for me. They looked at my water and they even did the bottled water. The bottled water I was using was bad. I had the RainSoft system attached to my sink. Now, I don't drink bottled water. I drink from the system I have and there is not much difference. Buy RainSoft.

I had a lot of problems with the pressure of the water at first. It's starting to get better but I have a lot of problems getting someone to come out to look at that. But the water is softer and I see less black soot, which I used to see a lot of around my toilet and sink faucets. I have recommended RainSoft to my godmother. I just would not recommend using their financing because it hit my credit really bad. It posts as if it's a credit card and has a high usage and it was a high utilization which dropped my credit score 87 points.

The installer of our RainSoft came out and knocked it out really quickly. Since having the system, the water tastes better. Everything seemed good. He also left this little box for me. It was a starter kit with laundry soap. But then he said, "In a couple of days, you'll get an email. You can start ordering stuff. You have so many days or years to use them all."

The sales rep came over, did a demonstration, and I signed some paperwork, then next day, they came out and installed the system. The guy was early, which was very nice because I was rushing for work and it only took him an hour and a half to get it installed. It's a good machine, and it goes through salt a lot slower than they said it would. The cost is definitely worth it. I'm paying 140 months on it, but subtract the cost of the water bottles and the soap that I was buying, I'm saving on it. We can drink the water from our tap, and we're also using a lot less soap. They had a deal with free soap for five years, which is gonna be saving me a bunch as well. Overall, RainSoft was good all around, and I recommended it to all my neighbors.

The RainSoft rep was good and professional. I was satisfied with his job. The rep told me why I should upgrade to a bigger system since I have the RainSoft in my down unit and it is too small for the number of people in the house. So far, so good. This one, the requirement is less than once a year I get to change the salt. It's more technical. But at least I can control it from my phone. I know what is going on downstairs and I don't have to go downstairs every time to check it. Their customer service is also top-notch. Anytime I have an issue with RainSoft and I call, they'll definitely book me a technician. I also had issues that were dealt with right away.

RainSoft salespeople came by the house and I ended up buying the water softener and the one underneath the sink for the water tap. The installer was good. With this system, I have to make sure that I have my pellets in there. I thoroughly just check it once in a while. So far, I've only added a 40-pound bag once. I purchase that at Lowe's.

The products that I received with the RainSoft system are very good. The water tastes so much better now. They took the chlorine out. My clothes are also coming cleaner. I'm not so sure it's a good thing for my hair. Sometimes it's so soft that it doesn't wanna hold a curl. But it's definitely an improvement over what I had.

The sales rep was excellent, and the people who came to test our water were good too. We went with the reverse osmosis system, the main house one, and the installers were excellent as well.

Our neighbors had done RainSoft and raved about it so we we tried it. Our rep was pretty knowledgeable and very friendly. The installers were good too. Now, our water is soft, especially with the shower. It is very soothing on the skin and you feel clean when you come out. We also have the reverse osmosis system. RainSoft is worth it and I really love it. I wish we had done it much earlier in our lives.

We got a water softener from RainSoft, and the water’s not as hard. The feel is softer. We didn't have a problem with smell. The taste is about the same. The water was good as far as taste goes before, so that wasn't really a problem. RainSoft is a good system.

I was looking for products that would filter the tap water and ended up with RainSoft. There was a visit to the house and the reps did a test of the water. They gave the results then they gave options on what I can do. I had the system installed and that was pretty smooth. I've had the system for about four months now. The quality is actually good. The system does what it's intended to and I don't have to bother about it. The filter lasts from two to three years and I don't have to do anything on a monthly basis. So far, contacts have been for them to come and do a 30-day inspection after the installation. All in all, the whole process was smooth. They did what they intended to do and they had told me that they would do. I commend them for their whole installation process and how they had good customer service, both by the sales person as well as the folks who installed the system.

The sales rep was a very good guy. He showed me, from top to bottom, the experiment with the water. It showed me how the system would pay for itself. Having the RainSoft system, I'd seen how much cleaner the water is. Also, I appreciate the little necessities that came with it like the lotions and soaps. I would highly recommend RainSoft.

I needed a filter because the water line in the toilet and the bathtub were yellowish in color. I got the RainSoft water softener and now, it's better to take a shower. The water seems cleaner. I noticed I don't have to clean the shower as much as well. I also use the water to make coffee and tea and they taste better. It also helps even with the ice maker of the refrigerator. For upkeeping, it's just a matter of putting salt in the water softener then reprogramming the machine. It's not that hard. Try to get RainSoft. It helps out.
