I have the water softener installed a couple months ago. The sales representative was great; the rest did not provide the level of customer service suited for lifetime. Installation was schedule on a day I was available and got cut short. It was understandable that emergency happens, but when I asked for the reschedule time nothing was communicated. The territory manger was looking for a response to confirm installation was completed without knowingly that the tech came back unannounced. These guys don't know their own product or follow guidelines (at least in my area).

I heard about RainSoft from the salesperson at Home Depot and got a free water testing. The installation was excellent. The water is definitely softer now. I’ve had peace of mind since the system was installed.

We first heard of RainSoft 25 years ago. My mom was getting older, and her skin was giving her trouble drying out. And I don’t know where she heard about RainSoft, but she scheduled an appointment with this gentleman who came out and did a test on her water. And she was just impressed with what she was listening to. And that was the first time that she set up to have the softener filtration throughout the whole house.

I was having issues with the water having iron, and I was having some trouble flushing the toilet, and water spots. But after having the RainSoft system there, I still have some water spotting, but the iron buildup had stopped in the toilets, so it seems to be working okay.

I went to RainSoft at Home Depot because there was too much chemical in the water. I got a premier system, and I add salt to it probably once a year. Before we had the system, the water didn’t taste good and it left scum on the glass door and the floor. Now, the water is really nice and tastes great.

There were issues with the hard water here in San Antonio. We talked to one of their associates at Home Depot and they got us set up with an appointment. The rep was very knowledgeable about the product. She went through the whole demonstration using the water from our kitchen faucet. And she did a cold test, explaining everything. She was really personable and it was a really good demonstration, and we were sure that it was something that we needed.

We already had a system in the house from the previous owner, but it was located outside, so we called RainSoft to replace it because we wanted it in the garage. The installation went smoothly, and the installer was amazing. In terms of customer service, it seems like communication is not their strongest point. The price is quite expensive, but overall, I don’t have any issues with the system. If a friend or a family member is looking for a system, I would tell them to go for RainSoft Water Treatment Systems.

We needed a water system because we have such hard water where we live, and a RainSoft sales rep actually came by. He was really nice, knew what he was talking about, and he answered our questions. So, we got a system that covers the whole house, and we have it in the kitchen sink, and the water now is a lot softer, and it’s nicer to take a shower.

The Home Depot rep made it very interesting for me to sign up and have someone come out and give me a presentation on RainSoft. Once I got the presentation, they sold me on it. So far, my wife and I are enjoying the system.

We have the RO RainSoft system and it takes out chlorine. I've always been cognizant of water, how many chemicals are in it, PFAOs, and runoff. We lived in Kansas and then here. Our water is hard, but with RainSoft our water is now super soft and there is less consumables. Get RainSoft. It's expensive but it depends on what your budget is and the economy. Also, it's what you're putting on your body and what you're drinking.

RainSoft had a free test kit. I sent that off and a guy came out and did more tests. Just seeing all the dirty and nasty stuff was why I got RainSoft for the whole house and the drinking water. Everybody I worked with, from the customer service on the phone to the salesman to the installer, everything was great. In the short term, there has been a change in the taste of the water. I'm sure in the long term, we'll see less corrosion around where the water comes out of like the pipes and all the faucets.

We reached out to Home Depot and they sent RainSoft. The salesman was very knowledgeable and interesting, and he did a good job selling the system. The installation was excellent.

I got my RainSoft system in California through Home Depot and brought the same system with me to North Carolina. It’s been working great. When we had the hurricane, the water in my house was fine, whereas a lot of people in the area had water that wasn’t safe. I did have to install an extra system for something in the drinking water. I would definitely recommend a RainSoft system if you’re on well water.

RainSoft sent a card on the mail, I called them and then I got it. The guy was was amazing. He was very professional, very nice, and explained everything. Everything was well taken care of. I feel better and my skin is soft.

It’s a whole house system and I chose the most expensive one. It's only been installed for three months and it's a good system. The water tastes much better. I already referred my friend.

We use less soap. m hair is softer, all that kind of stuff. And there's no upkeep now. it looks like what we need to do in the future is just very low maintenance. The sales representative at RainSoft was very nice and knowledgeable. I purchased a water softener, a filtration system, and a reverse osmosis system. The installers who came were very professional and experienced. Since having the water system, we definitely feel a difference in the shower. Everything just seems to be running a little bit smoother. We’re not getting all the rings around the toilets and sinks and everything like that.

They then compared that to having a filter, and we went from to have a whole house system installed. Everything that comes into the house runs through a filter. I no longer have hard water stains or clogged faucets. The taste of water is 100% better. My soap lathers up a lot faster. I am well pleased with it and have no complaints. I have already recommended RainSoft to friends.

RainSoft’s system served me well. I enjoy the soft water I get for showering and it’s done what I’ve expected it to do. I just recently upgraded my system for the drinking water under the sink and I’ve been thinking about calling them back to tell them that my water pressure from my regular faucet has been low. They normally come out and take care of my problems.

I noticed a lot of calcium buildup around my appliances and even my water wasn't as hot. RainSoft was at Home Depot, and Steve came out and tested my water. I chose the whole home system, and then did the reverse osmosis under my sink and got the washing machine one, too. Now, my water's a lot hotter and there’s no calcium buildup. It leaves your skin feeling soft and silky, your hair feels nice. It really cleans your dishes. There's no hard water buildup, any spots or stains. My clothes smell great. I don't even have to use soap. And there's very minimal upkeep. I just have to fill the salt maybe every three months.

Very happy with my install. The technicians Shane and Jose were very knowledgeable, explained everything with details and made sure we had no questions by the end of the install. Hoping to be happy and excited for years to come with my Rain Soft system.

I officially joined the RainSoft family a week ago, and today I had my system installed! Jacob came out and truly went above and beyond. Because my home is an older one, he had to install the system in a shed—he worked tirelessly all day in the heat to make sure everything was done right. The RainSoft sales rep was good. The only thing that I didn't understand, and I'm not sure he even mentioned it, was that the system uses a lot of water to do the reverse osmosis. For instance, in the morning or when I make a pot of coffee using that particular water spigot, it'll run a good while, for five minutes, just run water down the drain.

I have three filters under the counter and the tank. I haven't touched it because, twice, I've tried drinking it and I get weak. I've called them twice. They've come out and they tested the water. They kept saying, “The water is good.” I don't know if it's me that I'm eating something. I'm trying to figure out what it is.

We were looking for filters. We went to Home Depot. We talked to one of the salespersons in there. They have some in there. But he told us, “The best thing for you to do, we can refer you to one of the chemical people. They can come and go to your house and check your water. They will tell you what you need. And then you go from there.” We said, “Okay.” And that's what happened. They referred us to Rainsoft. We bought the system for all throughout the house. Now, the water is soft. And our skin doesn't get so dry. We like Rainsoft. The installers were good workers as well. We were really happy with them. They did a good job.

We live in a rural area, pretty far out in the country, so we are very often on boil-water notices. So we purchased Rainsoft. Since having the system installed, the water definitely tastes better. We did have hard water, so I don't see spots all over stuff like we did before. You can tell it's softer just like in the shower.

The Rainsoft rep who went to my house was okay. He was really informative and nice. The system that we got was almost $11,000 worth. The price is ridiculous. But since having the system, I’ve noticed the way the water feels, when you get out of the shower or in the shower. Also, I don't think I ever really drank the water from here until we put that in. Everybody in the house seems to really like the Rainsoft system.

They've been great to work with. They did exactly what they said they were gonna do when they were gonna do it. We got no complaints whatsoever. Everything’s working fine with the Rainsoft system.

RainSoft’s customer service was very nice when we were setting up the system and the only complaint that we have is that two different people who came here told us two different things to use. One serviceman told us to use block salt and the other said crystal. But other than that, we are very satisfied. Since the RainSoft Water Treatment system was installed, the water is softer as we wanted.

Our experience with Rainsoft has been great. We got everything they had to offer. We got the oxidation, the filtration, the air filter system and the reverse osmosis system. The salesman was very professional, and the installation guy was very professional too. He was nice and polite as well. We’ve had better water since the installation of the system.

The installation of our RainSoft went pretty good. We ran into a problem during the installation, but it wasn't anything on the house and it was a defective part. The bypass to go to the filter system, one of the seals was pinched. I had a little bit of a water leak and it had to be replaced. We love the water system, the drinking water tap that we got that makes the alkaline water. I'm a big water drinker, so that's perfect for me. Cost-wise, it's expensive. It's $13,000. I wish there were better options, because the way our finance option is, it’s either pay X amount for 3 years or either triple that price and pay it in 10 years.

I'd recommend RainSoft. The installation was easy and simple, and we had no problems. Since having the system, we like that we have clean water. As far as the overall cost, it's not a bad price. I signed the paperwork and I was waiting on a phone call from the company to make a payment. I just haven't gotten that call yet. The young lady who I sent the paperwork to gave me a number to call. So, I got to do that.

The salesman was well-informed and excellent. I said I’m not gonna buy a water softening system but if they insist and wanna come here, I’ll take their $50. We ended up buying the system, so the salesman, AJ, did a great job. And the installer who came here was very good. He worked quickly and efficiently and knew what he was doing. He was helpful in suggesting how to set it up and it was done in a few hours. The system has been working well since then.

Rainsoft spoke to me at Home Depot and we were in the phase of deciding if we wanted a water filtration system, and it was just the right timing. When the rep explained everything, I said, "Yeah, that's the one I wanna go with." Our water was hard for the skin, especially for my wife. My hand was always dry. We also figured that our kids' skin was starting to dry out as well. So, we thought we need to invest in the water filtration system. I've had a good experience with Rainsoft, so far. Recently, one of the pipes wasn't secured properly. But they came out and fixed it the next day.

I love everything about Rainsoft. I’ve had it for 10 years now. Every three years, they replace the carbon in the carbon filter. Then once a year, they come and replace the filters underneath the sink for the reverse osmosis. A month ago, they did the carbon filters and the reverse osmosis. The guy said, “Sorry. Your tank is so old, we need to replace it.” That cost me a pretty penny, but the guy told me for the rest of the life of the system and my life, I won't pay for anything. Using the system has definitely made a huge impact. I kept thinking, “My hands aren't clean. I can't get the soap off my hands.” But, they explained to me, “No, that's just the soft water. That's how soft it feels.”

I had RainSoft in the last two houses I had and they did good in the last one. We just moved in this house and bought the system 3 months ago. I have it in my house, pool house and shop. The difference in the taste and feel of the water is 100% and I'd recommend it. If the price is wrong, I wouldn't have bought it.

My consultation experience with Rainsoft was lovely. The lady that came was Dorothy. She was very nice and polite. The technician that came was a polite and very nice gentleman. We're still waiting for our electrician to come. As far as the water system, I like that we don't have lime scale on everything now. What I would change is that it takes up a lot of space. I’d like it to be a lot smaller. I also would like them to add a salt delivery and dump service. We're old and those bags are heavy.

I knew RainSoft's warranty and equipment quite well and I checked it against other companies which didn't stand up to them. The only problem I had with it was, I first contacted Home Depot, because I live in Broussard, Louisiana, and there wasn't a local RainSoft dealer. They completely fumbled the ball. I ended up finding one through RainSoft corporate, and they were very helpful. They came out, did what they had to do, put the equipment in, and I'm very pleased with it.

We got to know about RainSoft from Home Depot. RainSoft is great, and we've had nothing but positive experience with them. We've had a system in place throughout the home for about a month. I've seen the tests and our water is better definitely than what it was. The taste is very good.

A lady came by the house after we saw an advertisement for RainSoft, and we talked to her and let her do a demonstration on our water. We ended up getting the whole house and the drinking system, and so far, it’s all been good. We also had a very good interaction with the installers. I had a very good overall experience with RainSoft.

I continue to go with RainSoft because their system has always been good. I’ve dealt with them for over 20 years now, and I just purchased a new system from them. The cost is fine, it's comparable to the others out there. Overall, I had a good experience.

So far, so good. Having the RainSoft water system makes a difference with the taste and the softness of the water. I've talked to other people about it as well. It may be time for me to get some more salt but when I checked Home Depot, it's a little bit cheaper to get it from them than getting it directly from RainSoft.

I'm not completely blown away by RainSoft Water Treatment Systems. But it is definitely a good product. It was a free service with Home Depot when we purchased a refrigerator. We got a gift card. So, we scheduled the guy to come out. It was interesting.

With it, I can tell a big difference in the water when I bathe and in everything else. The water is softer.

During a free consultation by Rainsoft Water Systems, the technician showed us how dirty our water was. He pulled up the official water test that the government does and explained what the problem was in our water. Since having the system, our water tastes better, it's no longer leaving the hard water stains, and our skin feels a lot better. When we had a problem with a part that started leaking, they were out the next day and had it fixed. They did everything pretty well, and I've been impressed with them.

RainSoft was recommended when we bought an appliance from Home Depot. We have well water and it was in very bad shape so we need it. The consultation was fine with me. He was very informative. He knew the product very well.

My parents gave our name to the sales rep that came to their house to install their RainSoft. And we got the one that most people order, their air purifier package. The customer service representative was really good. We can definitely tell the difference and everything. It's just been me and my wife that experienced the difference and so far, so good. But now both my boys are home from college. We’re still getting accustomed to it but I think it's going well.

Would Not Recommend – Disappointing Experience from Start to Finish. While the salesperson who helped us was incredibly personable and easy to work with, they failed to mention one critical detail — that refunds are not an option under any circumstances, even if something goes wrong. This should have been made clear upfront. After the installation of our reverse osmosis (RO) system, the water remained cloudy. The installer’s response? “Wait a couple of weeks and it should clear up.” Seriously? Isn’t the whole point of installing a filtration system to have clean, clear water immediately?

Don’t buy from this company! They sold us a highly expensive filter, promising maintenance and salt! Now they say salt must be paid and they want to charge more than $1300 for maintenance! Don’t trust them! They don’t keep what they promise during sales process!

Airmaster Ultra initially was a good system until it failed. The system has two electronic boards. The board that controls the UV and ozone failed. It was replaced but the germicidal light was not working. This was mentioned to the technician that the indicator LED did not appear to be illuminating like the other LEDs. Technicians stated this is not a problem. Checked this system a few months later and this LED was not working at all. Contacted Florida Energy water and air. Technician came out. I have problems fixing the system. This problem was yeah.

We have the worst water here in Bolingbrook. We pay a fortune for it, and everyone says it tastes disgusting. A few years ago, we had our bathtub refinished, and it was snow white. Then all of a sudden, black streaks started running down it.

Since the installation of Rainsoft water softener in 2018, this top of the line model EC 5 - 75 hasn't worked properly even for a couple of months, Generating throughout the day instead of its programmed Overnight, which results pushing heavy Brine into my house drinking water. Damaging ice makers, pressure assist toilet flush etc. I have to empty 30 gallons of water heater tank just to be able to take a shower. Dozen of technicians visits from Florida Energy water and air resulting hundreds of dollars for changing several mother boards and even changing the resin canister did not help. Don't waste your money on Rainsoft.

We couldn’t be happier with our RainSoft water system. From the moment it was installed, we noticed a huge difference, especially the chlorine smell, which disappeared immediately. That alone was worth it! The taste of the water is so much better now. We actually enjoy drinking straight from the tap, which we never used to do. Coffee, tea, and even cooking have noticeably improved because the water is just that much cleaner and fresher. Highly recommend this system to anyone tired of the unpleasant smell or taste in their water. It’s been a total game-changer for us!

This was way over priced then they want to charge you 200 every year to service it. Well when they installed it they left a leaky pipe cuz I was not gonna pay them 200 every year. They was gonna charge me 140 to fix a pipe. When it was installed I was told I could of had almost the same system for 2300. They charged me 6000. Stay away. Please do research before hiring someone when moving here to Florida. They see money signs and thinking you getting a good deal.

The presentation was pleasant and informative. He showed me the hard water, the chlorine, we talked about what we wanted in water coming out of our tap, and he wasn’t pushy, so it was relatively painless. I bought the RainSoft house system that goes through the whole house, and I've got additional drinking water spigot on the tank. The changes in the water was immediate. The water is nice, it feels good. The shower is not soft, and I told him that ‘cause I don’t have any problem with the water the way it is. But it’s noticeably different, and it tastes really good, especially my coffee ‘cause I use my drinking water in my coffee and it’s perfect. I think the unit was a little overpriced. I chose to finance it 'cause it's manageable and I got some things going. But I think $6,500 is a little bit much. Is it worth it? Is the monthly payment good for me? Yeah, it’s cool.

My sister-in-law got the system and she was happy with it. When the RainSoft rep came out and did the presentation, my wife really liked it also. We went on and purchased it. They did an excellent job with the installation. My yard is already starting to grow grass in the area where they had to lay the lines and everything, so it worked out very well. My main thing I noticed more than anything is that the ice in the ice maker both smell and taste better. I'm a former mechanic, so it's hard to tell on the skin if it really feels softer. But my son and my daughter say the water feels a lot better.

Somebody came out and demonstrated the system, and he was professional. The installation team explained everything too. After the product has been placed in, my daughter’s skin condition is getting better, and the water tastes better. Our skin is getting softer, so it is good on our skin. Overall, RainSoft is great, and I’m enjoying the system.

Marco showed up for our annual service today changed 5 rubber gaskets that cost $12 online and did some sort of update but wouldn't say for what and when asked about the wifi interface not working he said "it doesn't matter". $243.00 INSANE.

We got the original RainSoft system 10 years ago after seeing them in Home Depot. When the guy did the water test, he had a hard time showing me what he wanted to show me since my water was hardly bad at all. I got it because my wife donated a kidney and I wanted to do everything I can to protect the one that’s left. Recently, we just replaced the old system since its brain was dying. The new one has been working great so far.

And then it was Marvin who came to the house for the consultation, and he was great. And the installer was also good. The price was more than what I wanted to spend, but I went ahead with it.

I got a RainSoft Water Treatment System because of the quality of my water. I knew I had a problem because there were several things in the house that indicated to me that there was a problem with my water. For example, inside my toilet, they were always black. Also, in the kitchen, the sink around the faucet where the water runs down just stayed gray and black-looking all the time. I'm a very clean person. The other thing was I love water, but I got to the point where I couldn't stand drinking the water coming out of my faucet. I lost my desire for water. So those were the three things. Then, when the representative came out and tested my water, even though I have a filter on my refrigerator for my ice maker, it didn’t even pass the test.

My father moved in with me recently, and I knew the hard water would probably not be good for him as well because he's 88 years old. My kids, I’d prefer for them to just be able to have nice water. It’s just something that I thought would be a good thing for my family. I have a little, especially with my skin. It's funny because usually I have to put lotion on my skin because my skin always gets really dry. And lately, I catch myself not even needing to put lotion because the water seems to leave my skin feeling soft and not dry, so it's been actually pretty satisfying to know that now I'm cutting down on certain things like my normal routine, having a morning routine that I hate doing. So it's kind of worth the extra money I'm spending because it's actually saving me a little bit of time on certain areas that I probably should be taking care of myself, and I'm not. The whole process of installation went perfectly fine. It went faster than I thought. The only issue was prolonging them to complete the installation, which was because of the rain that kept coming, so it was hard for them to put the drainage system in. So they have to come out and do the work twice until that second time, he had to work in the mud whether he liked it or not, because it was just like, “Just do it.” I felt bad, but everything just seemed to go smooth. I didn't find any kind of inconvenience or anything like that. It's exceeded my expectations. Granted, I'm still getting used to the whole feeling kind of slimy afterwards.

I installed RainSoft in February, and I love it. The quality of the water has changed from night to day. I used to buy bottled water, and now I drink it straight from the faucet. The whole process was quick. After seeing the presentation at my stepson’s house, we set up a schedule, and the technician came to our house to install it. The technician was very polite, skillful, and knowledgeable. They explained everything in detail.

We’ve had RainSoft before and there is a difference in the water without a doubt. When you shower, your skin is softer. But I'm really frustrated with their salesperson who gave us the consult and signed us up. He said he would come back a week later to test the water. We were gonna be out of town, so I contacted him when we got back in town. He was supposed to come on a Wednesday. 10 minutes after he was supposed to be here, he texted me and said he was stuck two hours away from me.

I've had RainSoft for years but went dormant on the service. We had an older system so we got it upgraded. The techs were outstanding. We had a level of expectancy for when the system was new, and we're happy with the product and service.

It’s a massive difference having RainSoft. The water down here is very hard, it was making my wife's hair very brittle, making my daughter and wife's skin break out, and it was leaving large bits of sediment on the shower heads. Now there's no hardness to it at all. My skin feels different almost like it tingles. We don't have to use lotions and other products because it stripped all the bleach out of the water. It doesn't smell funny, it’s very pure, and it tastes clean. I like that RainSoft has a unique system that it can self-clean.

The consultation with RainSoft was great and the water test went really well. It was informative and really interesting. I purchased the product that has the base filter the chlorine filter. Since having it installed, I have noticed a difference in my water.

The water is smoother because of the RainSoft water system, and it keeps the shower and bathtub a lot cleaner. The salesguy was good and the installer was pleasant and quick. The only problem I have is I got a $40 coupon for Lowe's, and it won't go through because I don't have a pin number which they never gave me.

Since having RainSoft, I’ve noticed a difference. A rash on my back, which I think was being caused by chlorine in the water, went away, and the water feels cleaner. Another big benefit is that I don’t have to buy distilled water for my CPAP or $50 filters for my refrigerator, and we can drink water out of the tap comfortably, which we couldn't do any of before.

We got the drinking water, the air purifier, and the CleanStart. Got installed in the garage. I guess we got the whole package. The installation was very good.

The accompanying products are useless. Highly disappointed. For example, the dishwasher soap doesn't clean the utensils. The shampoo results in excessive fair fall. Same for other products. They asked to provide referrals and that they would give $50 for each referral who gives an appointment. Guess what. Of the 5 visits, only got a $50 gift card for one referral. Didn't expected this from a reputed firm like yours.

We were wanting to get a softener, and we had seen RainSoft advertised at Home Depot. The sales rep was very professional and personable. We enjoyed working with them.

I think I first heard about RainSoft through Lowe’s. One of their representatives came out, and the experience went exceptionally well. We had a water purifier installed, and it’s amazing. It’s good for your hair and skin, and the water tastes fantastic too. I highly recommend them.

We're very happy with the RainSoft equipment and the interaction we've had with the people who represent them. I'd heard of Culligan and some other types of brand names, but Rainsoft’s reviews were good. Our house is a new build and we've been in it for less than a year. One of the primary reasons we purchased from Rainsoft and had an interest in a full water soft system was because of the scale that builds up in our water that comes from the city. The scale which was visibly noticeable in our coffee maker and different places is gone. The dishes do appear to be cleaner, too. The system has done what I was hoping it would do. We have the RO part and we enjoy it. It's good. The price that we paid for the system was reasonable. We’ve also told relatives and non- relatives about Rainsoft.

I have a daughter who has autism and we were living in an apartment. We had a very scary experience where she had a rash on the back of her right knee, and it wasn't going away. I was told to give her a warm bath, which I did, but it kept getting worse and worse. It started spreading, and she was sent home from school. They didn't want her there and said it looked contagious, and it was a big thing. I then took her to the doctor. They kept giving her medicines and nothing was working. Finally, I get to the cancer place and they did a skin test. They gave her this really strong steroid cream. We then moved and changed from an apartment to a condo I bought. The rash started to go away. I was putting that medicine on her, and it made the rash go away.

I purchased RainSoft based on the demo done on my dishwasher from Home Depot. I have young grandchildren and I know it's just going to get worse. The gentleman was wonderful, very communicative. He had some challenges and needed to come back, but it was all done very well. I think there needs to be more information provided to those who are going to finance. I know there's a handshake partnership with the finance company, but they're very difficult. I had to do a lot of work to get onto their site in order to set up payments.

We’ve had RainSoft for about 16 years. Ours eventually stopped working, and they no longer had parts for it, so we had a new one installed. We’ve been very satisfied with it. My husband and I had the original system installed many years ago, and it saved us a lot of money on detergent and probably water heaters, since hard water can damage them.

We got free water testing from RainSoft when we bought a refrigerator from Home Depot. The installation team was all professional. They cleaned up the mess and explained to us how to use it. They’re very nice and awesome, and so was Fred, the one who sold it to us. He was very courteous.

I was always interested in water softener systems before. A lady at Home Depot stopped me and talked to me about Rainsoft and I signed up. Consultation was very thorough and the installation team was fast. I am pleased with their product.

We had regular city water before we had RainSoft. My husband was in Home Depot one day and someone from RainSoft talked to him about the system. I thought our water was fine before, but after the rep showed us a demo of how much stuff she had to put in the water, I thought it was gross. That was really eye-opening for me. The system we have now is functioning great, and it cleaned out the sediment at the bottom of our water heater, causing it to flood out. It’s been great.

I purchased a system from RainSoft after they did the water test for me. Now that I have it, the water quality is good and the water feels silky.

I got a RainSoft water softener because the water quality is not that great in my area. Every aspect of it was very professionally handled. Everybody called to make sure everything was okay, and the installation team who came out was excellent. We had a leak on the system under the sink, and they said that they have been having issues with that. They immediately called someone who came right back and took care of it. Now we noticed that the water doesn’t leave spots on things. Everything’s working fine, and we love it.

They came to the house to test my water. When I ask what the water was like the sales person I would not drink it never having a water system before came from city water. I figured we needed to get a system so I trusted him and it cost over 5000.00. Then when it came time to get new filters they told me it was over 300.00. I said no so at that time I had my water tested and it turned out to be fine. So don't do what I did and take their word for it. Have your water tested by someone else or yourself before you have any water system put in. If I had it to do all over there would be no system in this house...

Number one, since day one with RainSoft, was skin and hair, are what differences I noticed the most. So far, we're very happy with it. Everything with the sales representative went well. They explained everything to me, and that’s why we wanted to have it. We saw two different people, Jeff and John, and they were awesome. They were great.

My brother was first to find out about RainSoft, and I became interested in it for the health benefit, like to have a better skin and better clothing. Before, we use the water from the faucet and then the city water, and we would buy water bottles. The system is going great, and what is important is that the water makes the skin softer and less dryer. The clothes come out smoother too. My phone will give me an alert when to add salt, and we keep checking weekly.

A Home Depot employee approached me about water softeners and I was pretty sure I wasn’t interested. But I set up an appointment anyway. I told the rep when she got here that I probably won’t buy it but we did. She was really patient with us. One tipping point was it really wasn’t gonna go in our garage, and when we were teetering a little bit, she included the little enclosure for it.

RainSoft is a good product. It was actually the cheapest one. They’re the local dealer. Customer service and the sales representatives were good. We got a water softener. Installation was quick, taking only an hour and a half.

The sales presentation was perfect, and so far, so good. At the beginning, the water looked a little foggy, but it cleared up so it’s okay. Upkeep is easy to do. I just have to put salt in every two months.

Service person was very good, he took his time to check everything. I can say it was good. He came on time and he answered all the questions that I asked him about the product. He was very gentle and kind. He showed me another problem with the air cleaner where the bulb was not working. He made sure everything is working. There was no problem. Thanks!

The RainSoft representatives are great. The problem is I shouldn't have to call that many techs out. First, there were still air bubbles, so he drained the kitchen faucet. Second, the water is cloudy in the bathroom. Once we let it sit, it dissolves, but it shouldn't still be doing that since we had it installed in December and it’s almost March. I don't know if it’s with the installation, but they need to do something better.

RainSoft has been great. The people have been very friendly and very knowledgeable. 

RainSoft came out, did all the testing, and explained everything. I also got a little housing for the system on the outside of the house. They installed all of it. It looks good. They leveled the ground so it’s not tipping or shaking. It was a great install.

RainSoft called me if they could set up a demo. Afterwards, the guy came out and showed me what a softener did to the water. That presentation was informative, but it went on and on. A guy showed up for the install, and in three or four hours, he was done. I got a water softener system that has two tanks and a salt deal outside and something above the washing machine. It works, and I don't taste the chlorine in the water anymore. According to my wife, it’s more expensive, but we still bought it. We like it.

The RainSoft representative was informative, helpful, and friendly. We enjoyed him. He was good at explaining stuff. He listened to what we said we wanted and installed it the way we wanted it. We got the system for the whole home and outside, plus the electrolyte or whatever in the kitchen. We would like it to be less expensive, of course, but it’s probably very comparable to others that do the same thing. Now the water tastes good and it’s softer. We would tell our friends they really ought to check out RainSoft.

RainSoft is a good company. We used to have a water softener, and then we got rid of it several years ago, which ruined our appliances, our pipes, everything in the house. Dale was great. He explained everything to us in detail. I could tell he liked his job ‘cause it created a great atmosphere. The installer wanted to come that week, but we were busy, so he came the following week and he was great. We really love Kinetico. We had such hard water where our pipes clogged clay in them, and it was awful. Now the whole water has changed, the way it comes out and feels and does its job and stuff like that. Maxine called twice to make sure our service is good and running, and everything's okay. We still have the RainSoft sign in our yard even in the snow. I put it up on the hill of the snow so everybody could still see it because everybody has bad water around here.

I heard of RainSoft at Home Depot, and then a representative came to the house and did a presentation, which was great. I learned a lot. The demonstration was very detailed, hands-on, and felt everything, especially the softness. And he was here for a couple of hours. And when they did the installation, very respectful young men came in, explained everything, and answered all my questions. And it was done within two hours.

The RainSoft System was already in my condo when I purchased it. I've continued to use them throughout the time for maintenance. But I had an issue where I needed them to come out and check the system, and so that's what they did.

Everything was excellent with RainSoft. I'm enjoying the water. First, two guys came to do the whole presentation, told us what's in our he water, and then compared the water that came from RainSoft. It was very cool. They were very nice and we had a good time.

Someone called me and then a person came to my house to talk about the water. I took the $10,000 plan. After that, we took an appointment and a person came to my house to do the installation. They were on time.

A couple of household members were dealing with skin conditions, so I decided to get RainSoft. Setting up the consultation was seamless. They sent someone to come out to test the water. It wasn’t very in-depth, but he gave a brief overview of how the system works.

I was a previous owner about 12 years ago, so I was already familiar with RainSoft. My brother called to say he was getting it installed, and he referred them to me so I could have it installed again. The representative was good and very entertaining. He seemed knowledgeable about it and upfront.

We’ve had RainSoft before in our previous homes. We weren’t necessarily looking to get it this time, but we probably would get it at some point. A sales guy happened to come by, and he was pretty convincing, so we got a RainSoft system. It was installed without a hitch, within 24 to 36 hours. There was also a follow-up service call to make sure that we were given everything we were promised.

I have a good experience with RainSoft. They have good customer service. I also had a pleasant experience with their representative when I first talked to them. I have the RainSoft system with the carbon filter and the salt system. Now my water is definitely a lot softer, tastes better, and feels cleaner.

The RainSoft installation did a good job, and the change in the quality of the water was immediate. We notice that our skin is softer already.

We had the RainSoft system installed. But initially, it looked like it was a used one. One of the canisters looked beat and scratched up. The installer said he couldn’t do anything about it but to call the person that initially initiated it.

We haven't had to do anything with it. I would tell anyone that comes to our house that we like RainSoft and they can also tell the difference.

The installers from RainSoft came immediately and knew what they were doing. They did a nice and very neat job. Although the product they ordered wasn’t the right one, they sent it back and two days later got the right one. They came right away, put it in, and I was very happy with them.

We had RainSoft installed through a company that partners with Home Depot in Philadelphia. The tech that came to do water testing was very knowledgeable and demonstrated the way the softener and filter work very well. After having skin issues from using hard water, this seemed like a no brainer. We’re about a month into using the system and have noticed that our dishes dry down without residue, our shower doors and hardware also have much less residue on them. My skin has started healing and I was able to start using fragrances again.

I've had RainSoft since the year after I bought my house back in 1999. I upgraded my system a few months ago, and the experience was exceptional. The water quality improved from number 3, now at 0. It’s doing exactly what it’s supposed to do.

We’ve liked RainSoft since it was installed and everything’s been good so far. I was shopping at Home Depot when someone approached me about our water quality. They offered to do some tests at home, and that’s when the person came out.

My nephew had a system put in. I've been thinking about it, so I got RainSoft. It was nice. The guy seemed to be efficient in what he was doing and knowledgeable about his product. They told me when they were gonna turn the water off. They turned it off, got done. The water's back on, and everything's fine. They'd walked me through. I had knowledge of the systems before I've had both in different houses I've been in. There's a huge difference. Better tasting, soft. Good product, good people to deal with. Everything was as promised, on time and on budget.

We like the product of RainSoft and the way it feels. We have no issues with it at this point in time. The sales representative was good.

I've owned a RainSoft system for 35 plus years. Well, I'm going to be a remarkable person, because I've owned the system before in three other homes. And this is my fourth home. I originally bought its softener and reverse osmosis system in 1989 and 1990.

We live in Killeen, Texas and the water is terrible. When we moved into the house, it had corroded the faucets. We couldn't even redo the bathrooms or anything in the house until our water was soft. The sales representative was very informative, installation right down to the follow-up was fantastic, and we can drink the water now.

RainSoft had someone at Home Depot offering a free water test to come out to my house. The sales rep was a pleasant girl, and the installation team was courteous and knowledgeable. They walked us through it all, what they were doing, and they cleaned up real nice after themselves. We set up the automatic monthly payments, and these payments are what enabled me to get the system. However, the water system started cutting loose all the stuff in my plumbing, and my main line clogged up. I had to jet it out a couple of times, but ever since then, it's been running fine. It apparently broke loose all the sludge that's been built up in my plumbing. My skin feels a lot better, and so far, everything's good.

We just redid our bathroom after years of hard water. Our neighbors had RainSoft installed and they liked it, so we had the guy come down. He was good. We had no problem with him. The installer came out the next day and had it installed in a couple hours, put it exactly where I wanted it. I'm happy and I would recommend them. The only thing I wasn't happy about is the financing on it. I knew it was already gonna be a little bit high, but it's not working out so well. I gotta figure out how to redo the financing on this thing.

I’ve always thought about getting a water softener for my house because the water here is really hard. It leaves a lot of deposits. The water comes from deep underground, maybe about 1,000 feet of artesian water. It has all kinds of minerals in it, including arsenic and fluoride.

I had a test on my water, and it came back with high lead. It’s very strange because part of my house has a problem, and the other part doesn’t. I had my water tested by the county in my front bathroom, and there were no issues, but the back bathroom came back with issues. So, I went to RainSoft to look for a product for my home, and I purchased the system that goes under the kitchen sink, and they ran a line to the back bathroom. Bathing in it is not a problem, but it’s the drinking it, brushing your teeth, and stuff like that.

I heard about RainSoft at Home Depot, and then the person just offered a free water analysis. And so, I let him come to the house and give me the analysis, and then I got the whole spiel. And he was very nice, very knowledgeable, and very convincing, obviously, about the system.

We were looking for a water treatment system when we moved into this new house because the water in the area is not great. And RainSoft happened to be the brand that the company we went through put in. And the representative that we talked to from that company was great. He walked us through all of it, the parts of it, and how it worked. And the installation was very well done, very neat, and professional. And after it was installed, the water quality has been outstanding. It’s so clean and soft, and it doesn’t have any taste. So, I’m very happy with it.

We like RainSoft a lot. The only complaint I may have is they were supposed to have sent me some laundry detergent and I still haven't received it in about three weeks now.

We had the RainSoft sales rep come to the house and give us a water test. I always had concerns with our water. It's something I’ve wanted to do.

I just wanted purified water, so I looked into the RainSoft whole house system. During installation, they couldn't find where the water came into the house, and they dug in the wrong place for several hours until they said they were gonna start at my meter and dig across my yard until they found the source. And I said, “No. You get your guy out here.” They have a machine that will find where the line is.

I didn’t know anything about RainSoft before. My father has a water softener system, but I never paid attention to it. We got ours because my wife bought a refrigerator at Home Depot, and they scheduled a free water test. That's when I got suckered into buying the water softener. He did a good presentation, made a good point, and the testing was great. We did like the way the water tasted, so we went for it.

After the installation guys installed the system, they took off thinking everything was good. Unfortunately, one of the units started leaking water. So, they had to come back and repair several seals on the unit. I noticed two months later that my system didn't work. So, I called RainSoft, the local distributor, and asked them to come out and check things out and found out that it wasn't installed properly. They corrected their errors within a matter of hours. I like the silky feel of the water and the absence of the chlorine smell.

Somebody at Home Depot came up to us and offered a water test. My husband wanted to do it and it turned out that it was not just a water test, it was really a sales job. There was a lot of pressure by the salesperson to buy the RainSoft system and I didn't have a full understanding of everything. I had changed my mind but I was told I couldn't change my mind so I kind of resigned myself that I have to get it. I liked the people that I talked to. They were very pleasant. But I got caught up in the pleasantries and I didn't have a chance to think clearly about whether I really wanted it and whether I could really afford it.

We were new to the area and someone called from Home Depot and we had the guy come and check our water. Jordan, the man who came and explained the whole system, was very good. My husband liked the guy who installed the system. He let us know when he was going to arrive. He knew what he was doing and took his time. He was excellent. The RainSoft system seems to be very good. When the installer came back and checked it, he said it took a while to get all the water out of the tank. But it’s been good. We could have someone come and put some more salt in it when we need it but my husband said we could do it ourselves.

Where to begin, super friendly staff, BUT! Had a 10k plus system put in at my home in the Bluff. When it was being installed, I asked if it would work having it installed outside because the control box (whole system really) looked less than robust. Inside they installed a free reverse Osmosis, came home day one and water was flowing from under my sink. They sent someone every other day and the leak never was fixed. Called my guy Barry Wirt at Triton Construction and he fixed it in about 10 minutes. I digress.

The water was terrible and smelled so bad here in Okeechobee. My mother was getting skin problems with the water for that reason. We started with a filtration, but it was not enough. It was only to drink water. But for the showers and all of that, we needed something better. So far, we are satisfied with the RainSoft product. It is really nice. The water is coming out pure and clean. It is softer. It smells and tastes better. I love it so much. We just need to order more soaps.
