The most recent claim we had was with our microwave. We had a problem getting the proper parts so it was difficult for a while. But they managed to replace almost all the parts until it became fixed. Everything's working fine.

Our Realtor gave us a list of different warranty companies and we decided to go with OneGuard because they had good incentives at the beginning. They offered a free carpet cleaning before we moved in. There was a couple things that they offered that the other ones didn't. We had a plumber come out today for a leak. It's the third time we used this plumber. We decided to always request for them because they have a good service and they know what they're doing.

It's easy to go online and submit a claim with OneGuard and they end up getting back to us pretty quickly. Somebody schedules the service and they give us a call within 24 to 48 hours. All the people that they've contracted to come out have done a really great job, too. They've helped us with a leaking water heater, a gas leak near the water heater, a gas leak under the stove, and an electrical light switch problem. We also always schedule our AC tuneups through them and we've had a broken AC twice. Sometimes it takes a little long for things to get done through OneGuard versus calling somebody and it gets done that same day. Sometimes, it also takes a few days or weeks for whoever they're contracting to get to call us back.

One time, we had to ask them to change contractors. Then, I would prefer using the same contractor for the same issues but they would not always do that until sometimes I'd tell them that I would rather get this particular company. But they're good about it if I asked them to switch and they're easy to work with. Other than that, I'm really happy with them and everything's been great.

The most recent claim was for rekeying of the doors, and it went great. The contractor was awesome. We also sent in a claim when the garage door broke. The gentleman that came out was awesome as well. We ended up replacing a new garage door opener. He knocked it out in about an hour and a half. Everything's great. We had a pool repair that we disagreed on with OneGuard. It was a leak and there was a matter semantics with whether or not the pipe was above-ground versus not above-ground. But ultimately, we ended up getting it fixed ourselves. Other than that, the only other issue was when we had the AC inspected. The gentleman was trying to get it replaced right away, which took a lot longer than to get it approved by OneGuard.

We only needed to use OneGuard twice and the claim process was very easy. The representatives we spoke to were very polite. The techs that were sent out were professional and cleaned up after themselves. I was just a little confused about the door locks for the locksmith. It was like an extra charge for each door and I thought it was a one-time service fee to come out. But that was my misunderstanding. I would recommend OneGuard. I've never had any problems with them.

It takes a long time for OneGuard to answer the phone, especially on the weekends. They said they'd be open for 24 hours. But one weekend, I was on hold for one hour just to get someone to answer and take our claim. If I've called in the morning around 9:00 or 8:00, Arizona time, it will still take about 25 minutes for me to get someone. Bur as soon as I get someone on the phone, they do amazing and they process it fast.

There was one time we had an issue where the people came out and serviced all four air conditioning systems in my house. I asked them to service three, but they ended up servicing all four. It was supposed to be $69 for each one and then they canceled my account two months later without telling me that I didn't pay the $69 service fee for the extra air conditioning that I didn't ask to be serviced. I wished they would have called me so I would have paid it 'cause I never had any problems paying the fee.

When we first moved into our house, we had a very hard time with plumbers. We had a plumbing company come out about eight times to fix something in our bathroom. We have a custom tub with these really expensive handles. The plumber just put the tools to tighten it up on top of it and scraped up the hot and cold handles, which cost $400 to replace. Then we had a septic tank and the guy who did the septic tank worked on it without any gloves on. Then he came upstairs and he was touching everything without any gloves on and tracking the stuff in there.

The plumber told us that he was gonna come back. Time went by and he didn't come back and he stopped answering calls. This was the first time we were having this problem. We contacted the plumber personally and he said that he was going to come and put the parts back in. That had been three months and he kept blowing us off. We called OneGuard and after two hours on the phone and with multiple different people, they finally had this guy come back out and he still didn't fix it. OneGuard kept saying they couldn't get a new plumbing company out because he was the original person. Finally, they did get a second plumbing company but they couldn't fix the problem either.

OneGuard ended up paying us out but it took a whole seven months before they even paid us out on the problem that the guy originally told us he couldn't fix. That was the only problem with one plumbing company. We've had a really good time with our air conditioning people and the other plumbers we've had. We just know now when we call, not to request that plumbing company anymore.

My water heater went out and our washer was leaking. For the water heater claim, I had S.W.A.T Plumbing and that claim went great. For my washer, TrueVine was the company and the techs said they had to order parts which would be in in 10 days. They called last Wednesday to say the parts were in. I missed their call so I was trying to call them back for two days. Their voicemail is full half the time. I stayed on hold last Friday and waited until somebody finally answered. Truevine finally called and said they would be out the coming Thursday. So, we're just now getting the washer repaired. We’ve been sitting here an extra week without our washing machine. Overall, OneGuard works well. It always takes two trips to get something fixed but that's normal these days.

I've used my OneGuard warranty three times. Once it was for my HVAC system and another time it was for a problem with big fuses blowing. I also used it for a leak in my main bathroom shower. That claim is still in progress. Whatever it is, the people on the OneGuard side have been great. They quickly provide me with good people to do the job. I'm very satisfied with them. I want to get the same service for my other house in Colorado.

OneGuard makes the claims submission super easy. They follow through with all the claims I've submitted. I had one issue but it was one that OneGuard already knew was giving issues to other customers as well. They let me go out of network for that service. The quality of work performed so far by OneGuard has been perfect. They're very easy to work with and they don't give a whole lot of pushback when you need to use their services.

I heard about OneGuard from a colleague at work. She was already having OneGuard for a year back then. She told me the service was good. There are no long wait times. I was also thinking about getting an appliance warranty back then and with her feedback, I went there then, with that one. I've had a couple of things done recently. The very recent one was my dishwasher was broken. Usually, it takes about a few minutes to talk to the person on the other side, let them know what the issue is and then they take care of sending out someone. Most of the third party companies also arrive on time, depends which company it is. But they come in the timeframe that they talk about. They do their job good. I'm happy that I've taken OneGuard.

OneGuard was partly a Texas-based company and they employ people in Dallas, so I went with them. If you know exactly what service you want and you only have one thing to claim, the claims process is very easy to do on their website. In this case, I had two plumbing issues that I wanted to put in. So, I had to call them and I was on hold forever. That part was difficult because of the repetitive, continual, same halt music the whole time. But the second time I called in about something, they answered the phone right away.

The contractor that was sent out was great and they came quickly. They did have to return for a repair on the toilet that took some more parts that they didn't have with them on their truck. I also had to pay quite a bit myself because the warranty didn't cover the whole thing.

I have a glass bowl sink with a glass countertop under it. I had one experience with a plumber early in the purchase of my home wherein he was afraid to do the work because he was afraid the bowl would break. They left without fixing it, but I let it pass. I could have called and gotten it taken care of, but I wasn't angry. I've used OneGuard several times since, and it's a wonderful service.

I bought my home four years ago, and the seller included the membership with the purchase of the home. I was impressed with the service, and I've updated it every year. It's worked very fluidly. I usually have someone out within three days at most. I have a work order in now. I called at 4:40 yesterday and was told I would get a call the next morning. I got a call last night. It's a plumbing leak, and they were on top of it.

The most recent claim that we had was for a refrigerator repair. Sending in the claim online was easy and fast. The techs had to order simple parts that took three weeks. Then, they set an appointment for repair which took another week and a half or so. So it was more than a month before the repair was made.

When filing claims, I'd call in and tell OneGuard that I got a problem. They'd get back to me saying that so and so would be coming to fix it. They'd debit my credit card for 69 bucks. They’ve sent good contractors. I haven't had any troubles.

The process is good and the people are good too. But some of the times the coverage isn't very good. OneGuard only covers up to a certain amount. One time I had a leak, they only covered fixing the pipe. I had to repair the walls myself or pay to have the walls repaired. Also, when it comes to major appliances, they don't do a good enough job covering it. They've repaired my air conditioner five times already in the last two years instead of replacing it. It would've been cheaper for them in the long run to replace the air conditioning unit as many times as I had to call them. But they replaced my washing machine one time and the garbage disposal one time. For little things like that, they're good. They have helped a little bit.

We’ve called OneGuard for repair of my refrigerator. I called them for repair of the ceiling fan. There was a service charge. The claim representatives were great. Since OneGuard services Texas where I’m at, I would recommend them. They are not nationwide, so I can't recommend them to my Kansas family.

They can handle things fairly well. I had an instance where they were supposed to put the work order that day but the rep didn't put it until the next day. So we had to go an extra day without hot water. I wasn’t happy about that. But they did good on everything else. The tech that came out did a good job. He put the hot water heater in and then last night, we heard a drip. So there's a leak. So they're gonna have to come back out and fix that. They're supposed to be here between 12:00 and 3:00 today.

I sent in a claim last week for rekeying the house and it went well. The tech was great. He was professional and it was a good service. We also had a plumber come in yesterday. But he wasn't able to do all that was needed to be done because he needs to replace whatever is needed, so he's gonna schedule to come back. Overall, the claims process has easy and good to deal with.

I am pleasantly surprised at their response time. As far as when I call OneGuard, I have a response from whatever agency is coming out within four business hours, which surprised me. We had a locksmith out and he was very quiet and efficient. He got the job done very quickly. William, who came out on our HVAC call, was thorough and got the problem fixed. We had to have somebody out two times because there were multiple problems. I understand that when you're dealing with electrical things that sometimes there are cascading events, when there's more than one problem. It didn't get fixed the first time. But William came back, and he got it done. He was very friendly and well-informed. He was knowledgeable about what needed to be doing. If I ever have an HVAC problem again, I would request for William to come back. But it would have been nice if they'd have found all of the problems at the same time on the HVAC.

We usually call OneGuard to submit a claim. I like the reps. Also, we like some of the contractors better than others. And it depends on what they are doing. But there were two people who came out that were good to work with. One was Lauren with Sprinkler Doctors, and the other one was Chad with Clear Pool Solutions. OneGuard is very easy to work with.

My daughter’s sister-in-law works for OneGuard. I've got good service from them. I've just filed online and usually got a phone call. The only time I didn't was in the middle of the summer when I had an air conditioning issue. That's pretty normal out here in Phoenix. You have to wait a bit. But otherwise, it has been almost immediate. There have been lots of different companies and everybody has been great.

OneGuard takes care of us. We don't ever have any pushback from them. The claims submission is pretty simple and easy. It's done online because of the pandemic. I only had one claim since this started and it was for my garbage disposal. I told the rep what happened, gave him a picture of what kind of garbage disposal it was, and a guy was sent out. So far, the quality of the contractor has been pretty dang good. I'm very happy with OneGuard. I'd tell my friend and family to give them a call. Anybody that owns a home should not be without this protection.

UPDATED 3/19/2021: It has been 4 months now no refund when call, they say we send check, don't know which state they in US. Cant reach check in post for 4 months now to Texas. I hope to get my cancelled policy fee 300$ back. Writing this to help others FYI. Thanks. Zubair

ORIGINAL REVIEW: Fraud company. They don't do major repair. I bought a property and wanted to have heater repaired. They rejected service claim after taking service full year fee. They find excuses to avoid claims repairs.
