We decided to make the move from Massachusetts to Florida. We chose KB Home since they were recommended by my brother who purchased a KB Home the year before. We had a positive experience and are very happy with the overall quality and value of our KB Home.

My wife and I are very pleased with our new home in the Mirabel community. Staring with sales, Josh ** was very easy to get along with and did not pressure us at all. He made the experience very enjoyable. Our construction manager Daron, always kept us up to date on timeframes and what to expect, which was great for us as this was the first time we ere purchasing a new construction home. Overall the entire process was a pleasure and these two men treated us like family and went above and beyond to ensure our complete satisfaction.

The customer experience was unmatched, and can honestly be said to be better than what we could have asked for during our first home buying experience. We have purchased our dream home, something I thought we would not have been able to do, at a price that can't be argued. We are definitely happy to be part of the KB family.

KB Homes are affordable and energy efficient. From beginning to end the KB Home experience is very enjoyable because KB representatives are kind helpful and very knowledgeable about there trade. I would definitely do business with KB Home in the future as I am truly satisfied with my home buying experience. My only complaint is the warranty personnel as they have not been helpful with servicing my home for warranty issues.

I am overall happy by choosing KB Home as my home builder and KB loans. It made my life a lot more easier as this is my first home buying experience. It felt like hand holding and showing every step of the process. I would definitely recommend for anyone to go with KB Home especially if first home buyers.

We were pleased with home building materials, timely manner in which home was completed, friendly staff, and professional loan officers. The front exterior elevations design are simply beautiful and the floor plans fit today's lifestyle. KB Homes has had issues many years ago and their reputation wasn't excellent, but we feel KB Homes has successfully redeemed itself among the public, improving the quality of their materials, and hiring staff that genuinely have your best interest at heart. We are glad we decided to build with them and look forward to making great memories in our new home.

This is our second KB Home in San Antonio. Our first experience wasn't so very good but we decided to give it another chance in another community in the city. The construction team did everything they could to make this a better experience for us. Even though there were was some tough moments, they ultimately delivered.

Most things in the entire buying/building process were rather fine. I think the construction part of the entire process could use some more refinement. Like double checking the correct upgrades and selections were installed and cleaning up on the construction site. Beer cans everywhere is totally unprofessional. Everyone else I encountered (sales, studio, mortgage) were professional, understanding and courteous at all times.

I live in a KB home and so does my daughter. My daughter bought a KB home in 2013. When we bought her home we never looked at the windows. Recently my daughter showed me her windows. There are five that do not close at all. Whoever installed the windows installed them wrong. There is a plastic piece that is up against metal. There should be an opening where the solid metal piece is so that the plastic piece could go up into window when you close them. I have called KB Home and they sent a technician out. They said the windows were installed wrong and that he tried to get in touch with the company that installed the windows and that they have left town and that KB Home will not do anything to fix them.

Hello! I’m not rating the home itself. This review is about my experience with their sales team, namely their sales manager, Justin. We had to change lenders and I was extremely grateful that they continued to work with us even though we missed our close date and had to start over. I received a letter that extended our close date. When we couldn’t make that date I reached out the Justin who said that if I brought $3000 to the office, I would have 30 days to secure financing ($100 a day) BUT if I failed to do so I would lose my earnest money AND the $3000. Scary, right? Justin reassured me that if I switched to KBHS the process would be quick and the likelihood was that it wouldn’t cost me the entire $3000. Let me tell you, Ryan ** and KBHS kicked butt! They worked hard knowing how much it was costing per day. We got clear to close in two weeks. That is amazing! By my calculations, it cost $1600 in hold fees.

Great experience with the staff in sales, design studio and construction team. Some opportunities for improvement with the KB Loan department in better communication but overall the sales, design and construction team were able to assist every step of the way. Very satisfied with overall purchase of our new build house. We will be recommending to friends and family.

I was not able to move into the house prior to leaving for NY for the summer. I closed remotely and have been promised a walkthrough when I return. It is my hope that everything will go smoothly then.

The whole process from our first walk through the model homes to closing and even the support afterwards has been so personal and much less stressful than it would've been without such talented, responsive, professional and capable leaders. The design center experience was so much fun despite the pressure of so many choices. The support and communication from our sale representative and construction manager throughout the building process was phenomenal. And now that we've moved in and are enjoying our new home, we continue to be impressed with amazing customer service and support. We can honestly highly recommend KB Homes to others and be excited for their journey. Huge thank you to the KB family!

KB Homes made the process of buying a new home so easy. This is my second from the ground up home in the past 12 years. I wish KB had been my builder back then. From the homes design to its livability, KB Homes just make sense. You can't say that about a lot of home in the greater Sacramento area.

Working with KB Homes in the purchase of our new house has been a fantastic experience. Being able to see the house built literally from the ground up was a wonderful and lasting memory! Having the ability to pick all the appliances, flooring, hardware and paint is absolute magic!

Great home buying experience with their sales staff and construction superintendent. They were very timely responding to us and keeping us up to date on the progress of our new home. They worked closely with us every step of the buying and building processes.

We felt at every step of the KB Home buying process, everyone went out of their way to ensure our questions were answered and we were kept up to date on where we were at in the process. From our sales representative, David, to Brenda at the home studio, Mike in construction and Brian at KB Home loans. We love our new home and are very satisfied with our choice of KB Homes.

At times throughout the buying experience, I feel that the different parts of KB weren't communicating well with each other, until pressed by customer to do so. I found this annoying, considering I accepted KB services for all parts of the transaction, that it could perform. In other words, I did not shop around for a lender and such, expecting the KB entities to work seamlessly together. I don't believe that is what happened and would shop the competition on all fronts, in the future, based on this current experience.

Great company with long history, which delivers great homes. Unlike many other companies KB does not mess around and has a simple model - build it well and move on. These days I rarely hear any complaints about KB, unlike about many other builders around, that constantly go into court and battle over their failing houses. Staff is experienced and great, easy to work and most importantly - all staff members always communicate on time and provide weekly updates. I was enjoying my building experience and would recommend other people to look at KB Homes, if they have such option in the area. Keep it up guys!

When the process began I felt things were going along smoothly. Robert ** was the sales agent that was my point of contact. He was very nice but to be honest did not follow up nor was attentive as a salesperson should be. Most of the information I received was from the app I downloaded and Belinda **. I'm disappointed with what feels like a deception on a option that was given. I informed Mr. ** I had reservations on the purchase because of the 500 dollar HOA fee. He came back with a resolution that management offered to pay it for 3 years. Come to find out there's also a street reservation fee that he did not mention to me. I gotta say when I saw the HOA bill for 700 and plus I was upset. I tried contacting both Bob and Belinda but still no response.

I have said enough! If someone would like to speak to me I am more than welcome to. Even better if they come to the property of comment to see the issues. Use it for KB company training of what not to do!!!

Of all the houses I saw, KB Homes had my favorite Floor plan; I loved it! The whole team was very competent, professional, and attentive. The only thing that needs to improve are the finishing touches on the house, I was slightly disappointed. The customer service has been amazing in helping fix all the issues. Overall, yes I would recommend KB Homes.

KB Homes was an amazing experience from beginning to the very end. Everyone involved in the process were professional and knowledgeable. Questions were answered in a timely manner. Customer services is very important/critical in this process and they exceeded all expectations. As first time home buyers I felt like I was in good hands.

Five years ago the average construction quality of KB Homes was limited and not attractive to buy... Today we admire the improvement, designed and quality of their construction and professional team with their vision for strong customer service and high customers satisfaction. Congratulations!

From the very beginning picking out a lot and floor plan to receiving my keys - KB's staff was absolutely amazing! Very patient, understanding and helpful. Terri, Wes and David kept in close contact with me and always answered any questions or concerns I had. Katie was patient and helped me make design choices which could be overwhelming. The overall process lasted around 6 months and I couldn't have asked for a better team to help me along the way!

Through all the process this experience had been excellent. The KB home family made me feel home, appreciated and understand. Some people have negative comments but not me. Every single moment was 100% satisfactory. If you go to Lakewood Pines talk to Victor **. He'll find out the way to get you your dream house. If you get KBHS talk to Luis **, he'll guide you financially, and Billy ** will keep you updated every step.

Overall experience was excellent, I had a great salesman in Al and a great construction manager in John over at Lake Minneola Landings! They both were on top of everything and letting me know step by step and also provided pictures ! Really helped since I was in Las Vegas selling my home! Put me at ease! Much appreciated guys.

Our overall experience with KB Homes have been great. Once we walked in we were welcomed and shown around the neighborhood. We were able to also engage with our neighbors to see how they felt about the new development. Any questions we had the sales staff and construction staff had the answer in no time. We were pretty impressed with the turnaround in the response. We really loved our experience and letting some friends know that there is room for them in Cypress Landings.

My KB Home experience could not have been better had it not been for the professionalism of their team members in the Shadow Grove subdivision. From the moment my realtor brought us to the office we felt like this was finally where we wanted to build. Our construction manager, home sales consultant, and loan officer are a great team of individuals. My only pause for concern with my home buying experience is Home Pro Operating. I wish that KB would consider using another contractor in regards to security and prewiring their homes. Someone should really be doing more checks and balances with all of the third party vendors. Overall price point is good for the area of Pearland which is vastly up and coming.

The entire process was very smooth with our new KB Home build. The whole staff was tremendous to include sales, design studio, loan processing and construction staffs. We hired our own inspector who concluded the house is well built and a great floor plan. We were delivered what was promised at a solid price. We have recommended KB Homes and already have a family member building a house in the same neighborhood.

Not much transparency with process before construction starting. Studio pricing difference still has me upset without much offered to help the price gap. Accepted $300 upgrade but still spend $2700 more than I thought and wanted to.

Decided to go with KB Trevato because the model homes were lovely and we cannot beat the price. Also I got a nice lot. With Jolanda ** help we were able to get the house. Also from KB home loans we were helped by Tara ** who helped us having a smooth process without any hassle. And Tony ** and Norman ** have been taking care of us if any small issues comes around. Overall we are very happy and satisfied by the decision of going ahead with KB Homes.

I started this home buying journey with buying a resale and fixing it up. I'm so glad I changed my mind and decided to stop at Magnolia Grove. I love this house, this neighborhood, and the care and kindness given to me by my KB Dream Team!

KB has a great team from start to finish. Our sales rep, Sam, was very friendly, always welcoming, and very knowledgeable. Our loan officer, Lionel, was competitive and knowledgeable. The construction staff, Mario, was friendly and beyond knowledgeable in this field. I can't stress enough how happy we were with the process and our home itself!

Everything from sales to construction was exactly as promised. Until we went with KB mortgage. Rudy and his boss were unacceptable and unapologetic in our eyes. Go with the builder but get your own lender!

KB Homes are not only built to your plans and desires, but they exceed your expectations. They are caring and attentive, and follow-through. Their homes are energy-efficient in ways you wouldn't think of, and their neighborhoods are designed to be communities.

KB demands their subs work for pennies, use substandard materials, and practices. Based on poor designs by KB's architects and engineers, then years later when the houses start leaking or having structural issues, KB sues their subs saying it was their fault. Shame. If you buy a KB home, you get far less than what you pay for.

After shopping around within our desired area, we kept coming back to KB. We toured several other builders and felt KB offered more "bang for your buck" than the others. We then fell in love with their floor plans and finishes. We believe for our money, KB offered the best value. What we did not realize in the beginning, was just how much value we would receive from the KB staff.

My overall experience is as satisfying as it can get. I would not hesitate on buying other house from KB Homes and recommend it to everyone. On my experience, there is not perfection in construction especially working with contractors but KB Homes does its job to get it done and make it happen.

Nothing but issues since move in. Just the latest, tore out part of our backyard fence to put up a new one for the new house behind us. Not the whole back fence, only about 3/4 of it. Left gaps in the fence and just threw all the stuff we had hanging or leaning up against the fence into the backyard and tore up plants putting the fence in. NO notification!!

We moved from a home we had been in for over forty years. We were rather anxious about the move to a townhome in a new area. KB could not have offered more support. The customer service team has been outstanding. From the tiniest mark on a wall to trimming trees on a neighboring property they have been on the job.

KB is great! Our home is beautiful and we love our neighborhood. From the sales, office to design all the way to construction each person that helped us left a lasting impression. The value of our home exceeds our expectations and the design center offered so much that our home looks beautiful inside. We are so blessed and excited to live here. We would buy KB again for sure!

Good Home Buying Experience that Could Be Much Better - It could be a much better experience if the entire team (sales, maintenance, loan officer, processor, closer, etc.) were on the same page. It felt disjointed because I each person appeared to care only about their lane. I walked away feeling like it could've been much better customer service.

Overall we had a great experience with KB. There was a water leak in the bathroom for to an installation error, but they fixed everything like new free of charge. They fixed EVERYTHING we talked them to, no questions asked. Juan and Val were fantastic! Pricing was the selling point for us, good value.

KB Homes is definitely the best builder offering the greatest value! After visiting several other reputable Builders, I discovered that KB Homes offered more square footage, amazing floor plans & elevations, and great construction for the value.

This first home buying process was definitely a pleasant experience. From the floor plans, to the staff, I was completely blown away with the builder. Professional and informative staff which is strongly needed throughout a home buying process; KB matched the ideal experience in which influences a buyer to purchase.

In Summer 2018 I entered into a contract with KB Home to purchase a new home in Rocklin (**), but unfortunately my initial work agreement with my employer (William Jessup University) fell apart after a few months and I had to withdraw from the deal. KB Homes representative, Jean **, told me that if I send them a letter explaining my situation, it is likely they will return my $3000 deposit, but they did not even bother to reply! I am very disappointed with KB Home, especially now that I have realized other companies like Shea Homes and Century Communities almost always return their customers’ deposits when they have legitimate excuses for not going ahead with the contract.

First off, lets start with the reason most people are drawn to KB Homes is they're cheaper than other homes. With this in mind, the phrase know what you're getting comes into play. Being cheaper means cheaper materials, cheaper building practices and cheaper subcontractors. I can only speak to my personal experience and opinions, so take this with a grain of salt. I was lucky to live literally around the corner while they were building my house, so I was there almost every day. I am all about cheap, and when it comes to materials, I am ok with cheaper. Those things I can have some control over if I treat them well (my philosophy, anyway).

Very professional and courteous. They helped from day one with the process. From the home itself, to financing. Everything went smooth and efficiently. From the time we put earnest money down and closed on the house it was only approximately 6 weeks. Thanks.

From the first experience meeting the sales staff, to going through the whole process of picking the home and options, to dealing with the construction crews, I couldn't of been happier with our purchase.

Before buying a KB Home. I did my research. KB Home has really stepped up to the plate by making their homes better and more energy efficient. I feel like I made a smart decision and I got a beautiful new home that I am proud to own!

KB Home have provided us a superior service and product from start to finish. The price of the house is reasonable and that's reason why we were able to do a great upgrades. The ending product has materials of good quality and a beautiful finished.

The home buying process is nerve racking and especially if you're building a new home. I enjoyed that I had one to three calls a week from the construction and/or the loan staff. I felt that if we had any questions they were answered quickly.

We started the build process thinking that KB built quality homes at a reasonable price. What we found is that quality is only there when you force the issue and check up on them during the build process. Be ready for phrases like "that is how we have always done it", "that is normal" and "we only do it this way". First thing you should know is that these are engineered homes. This means that the walls are built somewhere else and will show up on a big flatbed. The quality of the wood is terrible. It is like they went shopping for the worst looking pieces of lumber available. I counted over 50 studs that I would have thrown aside if I was picking them out at Lowe's or Home Depot. For our build only the front and back walls are reinforced with OSB.

We enjoyed our buying and building experience with KB homes. Antonio, James and Jeri always made every effort to help us no matter how big or small the question. We would recommend a KB Home to anyone looking to build or buy a new home. Thank you for a great building experience.

KB Home is a great option for first time buyers looking to customize every detail of the home. The sales team is very friendly and not pushy at all. Our experience with Bert was that he truly cared vs. some salespeople only looking to sell you something and profit from it. The Design Studio has many options to choose from and offer great selections. Our contractor John kept us informed on construction and helped explain the inner workings of the home. Overall very happy so far in our first 2 months.

The homes are well built with nice underground gutter/drainage systems to handle flooding issues that may arise. Love the serene environment and streets with well placed beautiful lights to light up the community. The accessibility to a large number of malls and other commercial settings is an added advantage to owning a home in this community.

Our experience with KB Home was made very easy by the people that we worked with and how well executed the process was. Our house was built quickly and everyone we worked with addressed any concerns we had in a very timely manner.

We moved here from the Midwest. KB representatives were flexible and understanding, as we watched our home being built from pictures on our phone. We only had to travel to FL twice. The Selection Studio is beautiful, so beware---it is easy to go over budget. Our advice: relax and enjoy the whole experience!

After 1 month of living in my newly constructed KB Home, I can say with honesty that the experience has actually been a great pleasure. For our first home buying experience, the sales staff, construction process, studio selection process and closing were all relatively smooth and problem-free. We had small issues along the way regarding negotiation of pricing, construction/design concerns, appraisal issues and closing, however, the KB Homes staff provided excellent customer service throughout and in the end, they provided exactly what we wanted.

KB Homes are nice and the sales and service we got from them was great! We wanted a better selection of upgrades and appliances but were not available. This was our first time buying a new home and it was a good experience working with Joanna and Debbie.

The process was smooth and was moved in to our home within 3 weeks. Everyone at KB is polite and professional and is always available when you need something or have questions. I would 100% recommend KB Homes to anyone.

KB Home made the home buying process simple, but more importantly, comfortable. Complete, blessed. The only request I would like KB Homes to know is to Place grass on homes before closing, then the appearance would look a 100% better and customer that's making these big purchases will feel complete hands down.

Our experience with KB Home was very poor throughout the whole process. Multiple items were changed without our consent. The sales staff and upper management that we spoke with were not very helpful at all. It was more of a take it or leave it scenario with every issue we encountered. The one bright spot we had with our build was Chase **. He was our builder and did a outstanding job. Overall our experience was one of the worst I have experienced. I would not recommend KB Home to anyone!

KB Homes will do whatever they can do make sure you are happy with every single part of the home building process. When you say jump, they backflip. Each person at this company knows everything there is to know about your home, and the best way to go about completing it on time. Do yourself a favor and if you want to buy a home, do it with KB!

Sweeta, our sales consultant was very helpful throughout the process, and KB Home certainly offered homes that fit in our searching criteria. The surrounding area is also easy to access and very clean. All of the KB houses are very nice to looked at.

Overall, our experience with KB has been more positive than negative. The design center experience and customer care AFTER the close of our house were amazing and worth noting. It was so nice being able to move in and then still be provided customer service to make small cosmetic and warranty items worked on. It definitely felt that KB genuinely wanted us to feel happy and comfortable in our home. However, KBHS and our projected completion date was a part of the process we were not satisfied with.

It was my pleasure to work with such a great team from KB Homes. They are truly dedicated to customer satisfaction from the time of signing the contract to the close of escrow. Even after, their team checked up on me to make sure everything is to my satisfaction.

Overall, it was a good experience. It would be nice to know the sequence of events in the construction process and the mortgage process. I would enjoy the opportunity to provide more in-depth suggestions on how to improve the process.

It is a company with a lot of experience in building houses. The sales and construction staff is highly professional. KB Home has a construction system very friendly with the environment and the digital system to design the style of the house is quite attractive and efficient.

Working with KB has been a dream! They were so nice and helped me at every point of the process. Any question or concerned I had was answered immediately. At every step of the process they were thorough and I felt so comfortable working with them.

Pleasant sales people. Value for Home. Only three problems the homes are too close together. And no 3 car garages for the large homes. Width of garages too narrow for storage. The clothes closets are in some of the bathrooms mildew problem.

I bought my house in 2013. First issue, house being built on wrong lot. I made several calls because the light bulbs kept blowing out. I called so often, they gave me a case of light bulbs. Each time, they found nothing wrong even though light bulbs continuously blew out. I have had to hire an electrician to do some rewiring and need to call an electrician again due to some lights 'humming' when turned on and my porch light not coming on and my security light continuously going out. I called KB Homes when I lost power in the rear of my house and was told, "Sorry. Your warranty has expired". Even though they have record of an ongoing issue with the lights going out which had to be an electrical issue, I'm SOL. I have found more negative reviews than positive ones.

This was my first new home experience and it was great! I had seen your sign, came in for a tour and we were off! Within a month, I closed on my home and I am a happy person. I love my home, I love the layout and the whole experience was top notch!

My experience with KB Homes was wonderful, I'm a first time home buyer and I have heard horrible stories about buying a home. Well the team at KB Homes, made my experience very easy. KB Home makes great promises, however frequently and regularly fails to meet standards and requests of Homebuyers. I will never recommend or purchase another KB Home purely due to the problems I had during the construction process. There were behind schedule which put me into a pinch due to moving out of an apartment. I gave them the opportunity to need more time 8 weeks and 4 weeks before the expected completion date. The day of completion they told me they would be five days late. There were lots of grand promises made, however the execution was terrible. There were many shortcuts taken that the inexperienced homebuyer would not pick up on.

Overall KB Homes has been a very professional and organized company to do business with. From contract signing to being updated along the way throughout the process I felt that I was valued as a home buyer. The staff was always there to help and I feel very fortunate to have had such a smooth home buying process. The KB Home Studio is one of the highlights of the entire experience, where you can really bring your visions to life. Thank you KB Homes!

From the HVAC system, the types of faucets included that controls the water flow, saving you money, to the CFL lighting, energy saving appliances from a well-named brand and many other energy saving features.

We shopped around a lot before picking KB was our home builder and we are so glad we did. No matter how many model homes I toured, I always came back to this one. The things that were standard in our home would have been upgrades with other builders. The customer service has been great. We are so thankful to KB and its staff for building us our dream home!

During the home buying process it has been overwhelming, however when we first met Amber she was right there to answer all of our questions. Many new construction homes are not much different nowadays. Maybe different quality of materials and different size of home. And locations, etc. Out of all that I think the most important matter is who you meet at the first place and how they are. If I did meet someone else besides Angie, I might bought my house from other builder. Starting from her I met several people from KB Home. They are all trustworthy people. If I have another chance to buy one more house, I would look for KB HOME people again.

We purchased a model and the construction of the home was very good. We used an outside lender so there's no comment on KB financing. There are minor issues to be resolved but that was to be expected since it's been a model for approx. 3 years. Overall we are well pleased with this home and our experience with KB Home.

We closed 22 days from going into contract and he really had his work cut out for him. He jumped through all the hoops for us and he made sure our home was move-in ready following closing. I looked at 3 other builders and they did not offer the choices KB offered. In fact one painted the interiors one color and offered no other options. KB's design studio gave us many choices and let us design our home.

The experience I had with KB Homes was very surprising. The way they made the process so simple. Especially since I was in California buying a home in Florida. Their customer service and eagerness to want to make the process, was simply amazing.

As stated above: We waiting a long time to do this survey as we could not properly gauge our feelings about our experience. Dealing with KBHS felt like a cumbersome experience. Our initial closing date was scheduled even before our walkthrough was scheduled. We constantly had the feeling they were trying to hurry and get us to close. The construction manager Bill ** has been great fixing our issues but he seems so very busy. He along with our sales consultant Robbie Moreno have by far been the highlight of our experience with KB though We still have issues with our home that are still being worked on. I kind of expected a bit better quality in a new home.

Buyer beware!! If you are contemplating buying a home built by KB Home, please, please, please, beware. You better get a separate, private home inspection done before assuming occupancy of your home or you will soon regret it. As much as I would like to give this builder a zero, I can't. My experience with KB was initially a good one, at least with the sales staff. I bought my home some 12 years ago from KB, built from the ground up and paid upwards of $250,000 for it. Due to the shoddy construction of my home, my house is now currently falling apart around me. Not from poor upkeep, but from shoddy construction.

It's my first home, so it was very exciting to select how my house will be in the inside and outside. Really want to say that the whole team as a one did a great job and that KB should feel proud of the people who actually make your company move forward, James, Jeremy, Mariel, Rosa and Linda, all of them were amazing people who helped me through the process and made this purchase possible and a pretty exciting one. We were told by a variety of people, that buying a home is a hard and long process. But for some reason we didn't find it that difficult. When we told friends and family about our house they were in shock and awe, because it seems like it happened so fast. Everything just kept moving along smoothly. We were even told, "Y'all make buying a house look easy." And my response was it's because of the KB people we were working with. Their communication and dedication is what kept the ball rolling.

My KB Home experience has been great. We compared houses with other companies that were around the same price range and came to the conclusion that KB offered more for the price. The houses looked better as well. Next up, lakefront house!

Home was not delivered on time as promised within industry standards. Staff did not have end user and their needs included in their delivery of our home. (i.e. wet garage floor with wood imbedded in concrete, showers caulked, blue take still where identified areas to be completed before possession, sod dead, flashing not completed above front door and on and on). KB Home loan underwriters created unreasonable and unnecessary requirements during application process. You need to value your customer and supervise the trades that work for you. They just are like unattended children not knowing what to do or say.

Everyone at KB, from sales, construction and lending seems to be knowledgeable and efficient in what they are doing. Phone calls and emails were returned timely and any questions or problems that arose were taken care of quickly. People listened to the customer and wanted to help. A pleasure doing business them. Keep up the good work!

My wife and I decided to buy a new build here. Even after my sister warned me about many negative reviews that have since been removed! We chose one of the models 2003 in Riverview, Florida in a community called Medford Lakes. We noticed the windows and sliding doors are much smaller than the model. They charged me full price with no concessions. They came back saying that it was an upgrade and no where on my contract states the window sizes or sliding door sizes. The manager said that there are signed in the models stating that the model isn't what you get!!!

I wanted to say that from the first moment I walked into the sales office or model home I was greeted by Frank who very nice and in detail help me throughout the process of picking a lot and the home style I wanted and always optimistic through the process. I'm pleased with KB Home.

KB Home by far surpassed the other companies that I've dealt with when buying a home. They made the transition quick and easy and really worked with us to provide my family a home that we really wanted. The team that worked with us were so friendly, courteous and made sure it fit our budget. They were accommodating throughout the buying process and even after buying, with follow ups and touch ups and fixing anything we needed. Someone was always available. Very blessed by the service KB Home puts out.

Overall my experience was negative. I purchase a very expensive home and the amount of dishonesty and disrespect that was apparent is upsetting. I am a life long resident of Manteca, I work in the community with families and professionals and I would not recommend KB. The home is beautiful although the lack of professionalism in your customer service team lacks integrity and honesty. At one point I even had to call corporate office because no one was calling me, I felt as though no one could take the time out to call me and answer my questions on the closing of my home. At this point I am still completely frustrated with KB.

KB has great customer service. All my questions were answered. Overall throughout this whole experienced KB kept us up to date with the whole process of the house from signing papers to closing. They've even helped us after moving in. I had a minor leakage underneath my sink, and my front door knob wasn't locking properly. Both issues were fixed in a timely manner.

KB Home was a good first time home buyer experience for me, being able to pick out all of the features for the home from countertops to light fixtures to carpet color was by far the best part of buying a brand new home since you are able to get exactly what you want from the beginning. You do pay a premium for brand new, but you also get a very energy efficient home that will likely need little to no repairs for years to come. KB seems to stand behind their product and takes feedback seriously if you have any complaints, they are also very receptive to fixing any issues as they come up. I did not use their in-house lender as they misplaced my original paperwork and delayed my approval process by a couple of weeks which left a bad taste in my mouth over the poor handling of my application, but the house is great and I'm glad I made the purchase.

I have a bad experience with KB Home. Materials and quality of workship are very poor. I feel that I am not in a new house. In fact, paint and texture are horrible. Doors and baseboards not well done. Did not like irrigation system. It is too loud. Garage was not well done. I will not recommend KB Home for all these reasons and I am thinking of selling soon. Not happy.
