I am using iMoving to relocate from Denver to Hollywood. The pickup was excellent; the three young men that packed up my apartment were quick. There was a small issue with the first delivery attempt, but once I involved iMoving, the problem was quickly rectified. Trey, the ops manager, kept in touch with me during the whole drop-off process; he had my back when I needed it the most during this move.

I have never been put through the living hell of trying to move when from the start iMoving didn't send local movers and get me moved out on the date I paid them thousands of dollars for. They didn't show up on that date at all because they were sent from 8 hours away in MO when I live in TN and was only moving a couple of hours away. After 3 days of trying to get anywhere with these losers, they still didn't get me moved out because they worked another job in on the date I paid them to move me. They forced me to pay thousands more dollars to another moving company to get me moved and they ripped me off for $3,300.00. This was a horrible experience and after they threatened me, I had to call 911 and get a police officer sent to my house.

We were blindsided and felt we were being shaken down for more money. This happened throughout the move. I called One Coast Moving to complain. I find out, iMoving only contracts with this company. They have lied to One Coast and threw the bus. Trevor misrepresented what we were getting. We paid 2,815.42 for moving only to learn there were for us hidden fees for stairs. We didn't get all of our dressers.

They quoted me for what cubic footage I was using but when the moving company they hired to move me the leader of the team said they was way too low. He said I had about half again the cubit feet but when my furniture arrived at my destination there was not that much room taken up in the truck to justify the extra amount I had to pay to get everything moved. Sometimes it was even hard to get in contact with them with information. I’m reluctant to recommend them and would not use them for any future move if I’m in need.

So when I asked how they obtained my information, they told me I would have to visit their website to "fill out the information." Excuse me? I had never seen their logo or their website before. But she proceeded transfer me to a broker.

They came within the window they gave me for both the pick up and drop off and the movers were very careful in both packaging and moving my belongings. Thankfully everything came in one piece … I hope I don’t ever have to move again but if I did - I’d use iMoving.

Do not, under any circumstance, hire iMoving. My nightmare experience was as follows: I contracted with imoving.com to pack up the contents of my home in Wilmington, Delaware and move it to Deerfield Beach, FL. Apparently they subcontracted with Midwest Moving & Storage The contract provided that the move would be July 7, 8 or 9. The mover did not come then. Nor did he come on the 10th. They showed up on the 11th at 7 pm and completed packing at 1 am. They told me I woulod be compensated for each day they were late, but I have never received any money.

I had an absolutely awful experience with iMoving, a moving broker that promised a "set in stone" quote but ended up costing me significantly more than agreed upon due to their own mistake. Here's what happened: Initial Quote: I provided a detailed list of items to be moved from Arizona to Illinois, including dimensions and weights. iMoving assured me their quote wouldn't change, unlike other companies. First Red Flag: I was charged an extra $92 for second-floor items, even though I had specified everything was on the first floor. I accepted this as my oversight and paid.

Truly the worst! They claim to be affordable, transparent, and with no lengthy phone calls. Sadly they are none of these. After being kept on the phone for close to 40 minutes, we were given the single most outrageous quote we have ever heard. After telling friends of our experience, we heard more of the same. Two friends actually used them and wound up trying to report them to the BBB but of course they are not members. One is still trying to get money back. STAY AWAY!

iMoving is not deserving of a "1" rating but that's the lowest I could give them. DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT use iMoving.com to move your household goods! Based on my very recent experience, iMoving is very unprofessional, a complete scam and uses unethical business practices. I caught Trey ** of iMoving forging my electronic signature on numerous iMoving documents. Forgery is a felony. Forgery looks like a standard business practice at iMoving. Trey ** of iMoving quoted me an initial price of $9975 later reduced to $8818 to move my household goods from Colorado to Pennsylvania.

iMoving was the broker company I was assigned by the broker company Moving APT for an auto transport. There are many errors on their booking page--ridiculous typos and fake pictures of celebrities who are your "helping agents" with a different name. The more I looked into them, the more I regretted allowing Moving APT to book me with them. iMoving then assigned me to ANOTHER company who never assigned a moving driver for me as they never were able to secure one with the price they charged me. This company would have never told me there was no driver available had I not been persistently calling them. They did not let me know there was no assigned driver and that there was a "system glitch" till my pick-up window began and that is because I was calling them nonstop.

I essentially paid a 3rd party to aggregate and complicate the entire move. I paid 1263 to move a 1 bedroom into a 3 story town house, the move included a king bed, sofa, chair and a half, a desk and some boxes. 2 weeks before the move I had to change my move date from 5/1 to 6/1, they never contacted the mover to advise him of the change, so he contacted me 3 days before this move. I had to contact imoving and have them contact the movers regarding the change. Imoving repeatedly guaranteed me that assembly of furniture was included in the price and 3 days before the move the mover said they told him that it is not included.

Found out about iMoving thru the internet as I was searching to find a cost effective copany that could handle our move from California to Texas. Received a call from iMoving and discussed what our needs were. Went thru initial inventory with sales rep and received a competitive quote. Paid for services, then I received another call form another sales rep and went over the inventory. Nothing matched and I was told the fees would increase, I agreed and waited to hear from the third party moving company they would contract.

Imoving.com made it easy and stress free to move. They took care of everything. The mover they got for me were outstanding. Other moving companies need to train with them. Professional, friendly and great price. Thank You.

So at first I was little skeptical; but speaking to the staff they put me at ease and assured me everything would be taken care of and they would make good on every one of my concerns. The guys overdelivered. They set me up with a reputable carrier, oversaw the whole process and then were very polite and diligent in their efforts to make sure everything ran accordingly. Besides the damages which are out of their control which I did get a claims form for, had a great experience.

Missed pickup date commitment. Failed to update account and additional charges for inventory. Did not return phone calls for status. Did not provide status as promised. Do not use this outfit. Unprofessional.

Within 30 seconds of hitting enter, my phone was ringing. Spam Risk phone numbers. It has been 2 days since I have entered my phone number to this website and I have had a total of 29 missed calls from ALL different numbers. I am blocking them all, and they just keep coming in. I regret putting my information on this website.

I booked a move with IMOVING in March and they are a market place broker for movers. I chose AFFORDABLE MOVES USA. I had scheduled a pickup to move either on April 20th or 21st 2022. On April 19th, I contacted IMOVING to verify when pickup date was. There was no truck scheduled and basically dumped me in the grease. I had to find a new moving company less than 24 hrs and pay an extremely higher price. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they claim no liability.
