I like Frontpoint. The instructions on how to install it was easy to follow. We put the device on at night or when we are going out for some extended stay, and it works. It is good and I would recommend it.

Compared to the previous home security provider I had, I like Frontpoint better because of its value for money. I like all the features that it has. At first I was hesitant in installing it by myself, but it turned out to be an easy process. I love the mobile app and I use it all the time. Since I'm all by myself at home, I feel more at ease and secure with Frontpoint. I would recommend them.

When I checked out what the number one-selling, most popular security device out there, Frontpoint popped up as highest-rated. True enough, my experience with Frontpoint has been good so far. Installing the security device was not difficult - it's not perfect, but it's convenient. The whole cellular feature sold me on it too. That was hard to beat.

A friend recommended that we use Frontpoint as our home security service provider, and we have been with them for about a year now. It was very easy installing the device, and we had to call in the beginning for some small issues, but everything was very pleasant, and fine. They also have a mobile app that my girlfriend uses more than I do, and I haven't heard any complaints from her about it. There's always peace of mind knowing that we have an alarm system, and we would recommend Frontpoint.

I like that I didn't have to spend for its installation and that I can do it myself. The Frontpoint people whom I called up helped me understand the installation procedure, and I managed to do it without any problem. It was easy! My fiance, however, finds the monthly charges expensive. Nevertheless, we are happy with Frontpoint and I would recommend it.

Frontpoint is great. We didn't encounter any issues installing the device. We use the mobile app everyday; after all, it is one of the reasons why we got Frontpoint in the first place. I asked the customer service additional stickers for our windows. They sent it in the mail and didn't even charge me for it. I would definitely recommend it to other people.

My previous provider didn't service my area and Frontpoint had higher reviews when I looked at them, so I thought I'd give them a shot. I have Frontpoint for about a year now. I've also used their mobile app and it's pretty easy to access and control your system on the go.

They have high ratings online so I figured I should go with them. I've been with them for 6mos. now. Installation was very easy. I called them a few times and they helped me with it. I still have some struggles though with the motion detectors. But other than that it's pretty straightforward. Their mobile app works well and when they hear the alarm they trace everything.

I've been with Frontpoint for 6 months. The experience has been simple so far. I use the mobile app all the time. It’s good to have and was the only reason why I got it. It’s peace of mind.

It doesn't take me a long time to install it. I'm just not sure if it's really working lol because I've never had any false alarm like with the other system that I used before and I haven't got any call from Frontpoint either. But so far so good. I haven’t had any problem with the alarm system.

We did not know anybody who had Frontpoint but my daughter helped me get it. I don't have any issues and so I'm liking it so far. Any issues that I had, I called and I got my answer so it was squared away. I've used the mobile app on my phone and the website and I love it.

I was searching online and Frontpoint was listed the best among some of the better home protection security systems. The system was easy to install, and they tested it to see if it works and it does. The mobile app isn't the best there is because it seems to be a generic app only but it works. I don't have any problems with it so far and I've recommended it to a couple of people already.

I've had Frontpoint now for about 5 months and installing the service was simple. The mobile app is all I use. Being able to access and control my system on the go is great, being on the road and driving away. When I forget to disarm it when I get home, the service team calls me, I haven't had to call them. And they are always nice whenever I call them and are able to answer my questions. From where I live I'm more concerned about the wild game than I am about the people. I haven't had them long enough but I'm pretty happy with it.

I’m very proud of Frontpoint. I have two security systems from them. It was pretty easy to install. I like it and it works out. Their people are on every time. Since having them, we had a burglar two times and we caught them because of Frontpoint. I want to put a wireless camera in my house. We have an old 1880 stone house. So I do not like to tear a hole through the wall. So I'm trying to seek a more efficient wireless camera but it’s pretty expensive.

We absolutely love Frontpoint. My husband did all the installation himself. We were very pleased that we could take our system with us when we move. We also tried their mobile app and use it all the time. The first time we used it we already knew how we use our center system when we're coming and going from the house.
One time I was very paranoid and I was sure that somebody was in my house cause I left my garage door open and there was some question on how the alarm system had set the alarm but showed that the door was closed after the alarm had been set. And so I called them freaking out, and they assured me that sometimes the centers will fire if they're fired the same time. As you're setting the alarm they will show opposite. And every time I called they have been great, someone's always available to talk if I had any questions about the system. Now I feel safer coming and going especially when my husband's deployed. I have peace of mind.

Frontpoint has been my service provider for four months. In installing the security device, the windows were easy to install, but the camera was not. It turned out to be fairly expensive to install the camera because I had to drill a hole from the outside in to get it working and I live in a brick house. I love the mobile app and I like the Keyfob. But the camera? Although I can see the picture perfectly, it either saves everything or saves nothing. And even when it saves everything, it doesn't get triggered when a delivery person comes in or every time I walk in the house. It gets triggered when the light changes outside and when I play with the sensitivity.
I've played with everything and can't seem to get it to work. Every time I call Frontpoint to have them walk me through it, I'm on the phone with them for over an hour. This is getting a little ridiculous because I'm paying for a service and it's not there. They don't do any in-home services, so even if I had wanted them to install it for me, they don't provide that service.

After researching about Frontpoint online, I switched my home security service to them from a local provider, and so far the service has been the same. I had a tech call from Frontpoint and it was good, they were knowledgeable. Overall, my experience has been pleasant.

I feel a little bit more secure since installing it last February. Had a little rough time installing it at first, a couple of pieces of equipment were defective, but they sent out replacements and everyone in customer service has been great.

My friend has the Frontpoint system and he suggested I get it. My son helped me with the installation, and it was pretty easy. I liked that it's wireless. He also downloaded the mobile app on my phone and my ipad and he showed me how they renamed everything for me, and how to use it. Pretty user-friendly. I feel more secure since I'm usually alone, so I like to know when I'm coming home from work that everything is safe and sound. I'd recommend it.

Frontpoint ships you the parts and then they listed instructions on how to install it. Then they have a phone line to help you install it. The phone call was needed to help install it and they were fairly helpful. But we had one of the parts that they send defective and we told them. They sent us a new one and we returned the old one in the shipping box that they have sent us. So that was fairly simple to replace then. I'm satisfied with the service. I feel more secure and have fewer worries when I use the alarm system.

I've had Frontpoint since the beginning of the year. Installing it was pretty painless. My doors are recessed so my sensors didn’t line up really well but a quick call to customer service and they overnighted my stuff right away. I use the mobile app all the time and it's wonderful. Frontpoint is pleasant and has good support.

I picked Frontpoint because of two things. I can pick ala carte and get exactly what I wanted. I didn't have to take a mammoth package from the security company and have lightweight and very simple things. I like that about them. Second is I like that I could get everything set up myself and that I didn't have to wait for a tech to come to my house and lose time from work. Those were both very appealing for me as a consumer. Moreover, the price was what I expected. I like the mobile app. I've used it for those times when I've driven away from my house and I'm like, "Oh, did I ever set the alarm?" Then I can check and see if it is set or not and set it if I'm even not there. Other people might want more services, but if you're more on the DIY and that you just want something simple, I'd recommend Frontpoint.
Being able to customize your system is a must, and we understand that. You should never have to pay for something you don't need and we will make sure of it! Thank you for the feedback.

Price was a primary consideration in deciding to use Frontpoint and I like some of their features better than the other security provider I've had before. Installation was very easy and I like being able to access and control the system on the go. Plus Frontpoint team have been very responsive.

I had Southern Security for a long time and it really wasn't doing very much. I wanted to have a more up-to-date system and found Frontpoint. Installation was no problem. I even got help whenever I needed it. Using the mobile app is very easy, too. Overall, Frontpoint has been very good. I’ve had it just about a year now and I’m very happy with it.

The big old ConsumerAffairs and consumer reports button on the internet said Frontpoint is good. So I went for it. I talked to them on the phone and they've been pretty great. Being able to access the system on the go is awesome. Otherwise, I wouldn't do it. I called them and they resolved my problems and everybody was happy.

(1) I like the illustrations and the simplicity of the instructions. I found the instructions very clear and very concise. (2) I'm really excited about the smoke alarm feature and not having to worry that my house is being broken into while I'm out of town. I live by myself so having that peace of mind helps. (3) My boyfriend sometimes will be at my house and he doesn’t have a key but I can set the alarm using the mobile app so he can turn the key.

I was looking for the best home security on the market right now and Frontpoint was by far the leader as far as consumer ratings. We choose them because of the mobile option since it enables me to arm and disarm my house from my phone. I would also get automated messages telling me when the door is open or when they're left open. I can set reminders. I liked the whole automation part, it being wireless, and the ability to take the devices with me anywhere - there's no installation - it's super convenient. I love the fact that it asks me to put in my password and my fingerprint every time I log in. It tells me everything. It also hasn't had a glitch, I've never had issues arming or disarming the house. It's perfect and I love it! I've already recommended to some of my friends.
We know getting "perfect" is hard to come by, so trust us when we say you've got us blushing over here!

It's been ten months since I bought the device. It's pretty good. I even recommended it to my neighbor. It was very easy to install, very user-friendly, and it gives me all the alerts and alarms. I have a garage door opener that has an app with it too. With the combination of the two I feel safe when I’m out of town.

The monthly costs made us decide to use Frontpoint over other security devices. Installation was pretty easy except for where to put the motion sensors was confusing. But other than that, it was pretty straightforward. I use alarm.com for mobile app, the one that Frontline partnered with. I didn't have the best start up with Frontpoint but they're a decent security company.

The alarm has gone off but no one called to check on it as to why it went off. When this happened to the previous one we had, the other company called us.

My experience with Frontpoint wasn't very good. It was easy enough to install and use the device and the mobile app is convenient, but I'm not sure if we're going to use it again for our new house. The problem is that there is no way to permanently attach them to our door and windows. There's been a couple of times that it just keep falling off my windows and right on the ground. Luckily, I was home. If I hadn't been home, I would assume that that would simulate a break-in. I feel like they need to offer the adhesive replacements (for temporary stays) and also the ability to be able to put screws to make it permanent so we don't have to worry about the devices falling off.
Michael, we actually DO offer different forms of adhesive! Generally we never see problems with the current adhesive we send out to you, but in certain situations we can send out 3M tape that supports up to 300 lbs! We'll have someone reach out to you to get that sent out asap.

Frontpoint was ranked number one in my area when I researched about them online so I went with them. I've been using Frontpoint for six months now. I installed the device myself and it was easy. However, I have one problem with the sensors that keep going out. Frontpoint was on it and called me every two seconds in case somebody was trying to do something, but that was because one of the sensors was messed up. I moved the problematic sensor and it seemed to be doing fine now.

I am happy with Frontpoint. I found out about them online, and went with them based on online reviews, cost, and ease of installation. It was pretty simple installing the security device, and they have been helpful with the initial setup. The mobile app is pretty convenient as well.
We like to make sure you get a system that is simple to setup and it sounds like you got just that!

Installing the Frontpoint security device was very straightforward and easy. I also use their mobile app all the time. There was a time when my daughter came home and couldn't find the code and it started ringing all over the place so she had to call customer service to figure out how to disable it and everything worked fine.

Prior to Frontpoint we had a local security provider that was old-fashioned with the wires in the wall. Frontpoint, on the other hand, is more technologically-advanced with the web-based and phone-based, and their user-friendly mobile app. Installing the system was simple and easy to do. The customer service was thorough in walking me through the process. My interactions with the team were smooth as they were helpful and resourceful. When I was needing new sticky parts on the back of the sensors, they sent out some immediately. With the security device, I have become more conscious of the security of my home. I have never used the security system at night when I'm in the house before, so it's something that I do now with my wife. I would recommend them.

Frontpoint has been so far good since I had them 3 months ago. However, installing the device was a little frustrating though I figured it out in a few hours versus a few minutes but it was okay. I called customer service once to find out how to set my alarm for instantly going off and they were helpful. Overall, I feel better about having an alarm system.

Frontpoint offers affordable prices, and their customer service is excellent. It took me a few tries to get everything lined up correctly but installation was relatively easy. The mobile app function works well. I feel more secure having it.
Lining up those sensors can be a little tricky at first, but we're glad to hear our Support Team was right there to help you when you needed them!

Frontpoint has been excellent. They followed up and were on time. I am very pleased. With their mobile app, I have set up my phone and iPad to update me whenever there is activity in the house. Being able to control over what is happening inside of the house, especially when I am outside, is something that I like. When I'm inside the house, I would use the windows and doors setting. However, I still do not have every window and door secured, so I still have some worry that not everything is completely monitored. Still, Frontpoint is great!
Melissa, depending on what equipment you have, you may not need every single door and window secured with a sensor. Certain sensors like the glass break and motion sensors help cover a much larger area with the use of only one sensor. This way you spend much less money and cover a much larger area! Please let us know if you ever do want to keep building onto your system and we would be happy to help you do that.

I was looking for an alarm system online when I found Frontpoint, and I'm really pleased with them. I just have to call when I need them reset something for a couple of my doors since I had to take some of the alarms off and then readjust them. So I just call them and have them run a test and get that going again. They were very helpful, and walk me through it step by step. I'm not good with computers or technology at all and they got me through it. I would recommend them.

I've had Frontpoint for a year now and installing the device was easy from a couple of standpoints. We had a few doors that were non-standard but they were very good about shipping us some of the correct sensors versus the standard sensors so it went okay. Their alarm.com app is also very easy to use and the customer service is very responsive and always had a solution. We've been very happy with Frontpoint.

I might have called twice to work out a couple of things but installing it was easy. I use the mobile app daily as I find it convenient and like the sense of security it's able to provide. Been with Frontpoint for about eight months. We had a different system prior to installing this one. The other system was older, so it was wired in and there was no app or anything for it unlike Frontpoint which has a mobile app that I like. It's nice to be able to tell what's going on at home. We had a couple accidental alarms and had to be in contact with customer service. When they call, they are always friendly and able to help out. The only concern I have with Frontpoint is that Canadian dollars are low and it's billed in American, which I didn't really think about when I put it in.

My dad told me about Frontpoint and I've had them for a year now. He also helped me out in installing their security device. Frontpoint's mobile app is practical so I use it a lot. Also, it's very easy to get a hold of somebody when I have questions unlike when you call some other companies, you have to go through five different people and hit ten different numbers before you get a hold of them.

We did have some difficulties with the installation of our Frontpoint security device. We have a wider frame around our door and it made it difficult for the sensors to meet one another so we had to do some modifications. Their team have been excellent. They have been patient with us and have worked with getting us through the problems that we had. We're satisfied with the system. We had tried their mobile app and we enjoy that we can access and control our system on the go. Our main reason for buying it was because we're snowbirds and we're gone on the wintertime. Once it's set, were not real active with it on a daily basis.

Frontpoint is my first home security system and the experience has been good. I haven't had any break-ins. I had their mobile app for free when I first signed up. It was nice, but there was really no point in me having it. I had to be in contact with customer service just a few times when guests have opened the door without me unlocking it first and then Frontpoint calls. They have been great about calling and I like it. They have been friendly every time.

It's very easy to install Frontpoint as they laid out the instructions very well. The online support was great and hassle-free and when I had questions, it was very easy to get the representative on the phone who helped me out and talked me through anything I needed. I use the mobile app almost everyday especially when I'm on vacation and I know that people may be coming over to walk my dog out or my friends or parents need to get into my house -- I could turn on and off the alarm at ease. Frontpoint has great customer service-- very good selling point.

Some of our friends had Frontpoint in Fallon, Nevada when we were stationed there and told us that it was great because it's movable. We've had it for a year now. We have the camera and like the fact that we can check on our house and I like being able to control it all from my phone. Their team called us right on point when we had a door that blew open and wasn't closed right so the alarm went off. Frontpoint is convenient, fast, and there's security.

We did the installation of Frontpoint at our mom's place. It was very easy and we didn't have any problems. We also had to call the people to get things set up and they were very friendly and helpful. It works as expected.

I love the Frontpoint mobile app. I feel more secure in my home and especially when I'm away because I can check it with my app. But I don't know if there's something wrong with my system because there were two mornings when I forgot to turn it off and when I got up and opened the door to go get my paper, everything was fine. Next thing I knew, the police was at the house. My alarm never went off to me and Frontpoint never called me. But they called the police and they called my daughter-in-law. I've only used them since March of this year. My son and his family used them for a long time. It was my daughter-in-law who installed it for me so it was very simple. I would highly recommend them. They worked extremely well and I know that if I called them, they'd solve the problem for me.
There are only very specific times during which you could set off an alarm and the alarm not "sound"-or you aren't called. Please give our support team a call if this ever happens again, but you most likely pressed a very specific button more than one time. Installing Frontpoint was no trouble. It was self-install for the most part. I use the mobile app frequently as it is convenient. Their people are prompt and good. I have no complaints. I've been with Frontpoint for about a year. Installation of the security device was very easy. No problem at all. I like their mobile app, it works great. I never had to call customer service for anything. In terms of feeling safer or having fewer worries the experience is pretty much the same with the other security service provider that I had previously.

It was easy installing Frontpoint. There were a couple small questions I had but the tech support was good in answering them quickly, so I was able to get everything installed fast. There have been a lot of times that I have walked out of the house and forgot to set the alarm, so the mobile app is a nice feature to have. Overall, it has been a good experience.

The overall experience with Frontpoint has been good so far but the thing is, other companies are offering more equipment fro the same subscription fee - for example I got only two window sensors, the other company offers ten. I have at least 50 windows at home but I only have two window sensors so that's really frustrating. Frontpoint's service has been very good but for the same price, we should have something more so I will probably not go for a renewal with them.
The reason your security consultant might have not given you a bunch of sensors even though you had a large amount of windows and doors is because multiple sensors we offer cover vast areas of space, which can eliminate the need to spend extra money when you don't really need to. For example, depending on your home's layout, you may only need one motion sensor instead of five door and window sensors!

Installing it was harder than they said. Since our windows are vertical and they crank out rather than lift up, we had to figure out a way to keep the sensors close enough for them to work. I like that they have a mobile app in place. My interaction with the people at Frontpoint is all good. Overall, my experience with is great. It makes me feel more secure.

I'm disappointed with getting locks I want to put on the front door. There is nothing compatible. Also, the battery would go dead all the time then it would go out at an inconvenient time and scare the neighborhood to death. But overall the security system has done well - I like the console and the different features in it. Their security system seems to be the best out there and so far I've enjoyed my experience with them. The young lady I was talking to when I was installing the device walked me through every single step. It was awesome.

The rent on my daughter's apartment went up by $300 or $400. I told her, "No, we're not going to pay that. I'll just buy you a house". So we're in the process now of finding her a home. I was looking in the yellow pages and it was a toss-up between Frontpoint and others and I picked Frontpoint. Compared with others, Frontpoint is a lot better and probably cheaper. I got a system for my house and I ordered one for her house. They have good equipment and it is better than the old security system I had. Installing the security devices wasn't difficult at all. The people at Frontpoint were very nice. Every time I talked to them, they've been very helpful and I have no problem with them.

Frontpoint is a good system. I like it better than my previous system. Installation was pretty good but they have some practical jokers with their customer service. But other than that, I would recommend them.

I use Frontpoint in my new business. I chose them over others because it was super simple. They asked me how many doors I have and how many motion sensors I need for my areas and then they come pre-programmed. All I have to do is peel the two sides of tape off the back and stick them up where they tell me to, and then they program on them from where they are. They test them all and make sure they're all working. When we're done, my employees and I both have the app on our smartphone and then we can actually go through a name on the sensor where we put them so we'll know exactly where it is. Like for instance, we're a pawn shop so we have them labeled 'pawn room' and 'cargo door' and 'freight door' and 'front entry.' So if any of those sensors activate we know exactly which one it is.
We've never had a security issue but we've got them on the phone if I have a question or ask them how to do something. They were excellent. One time, I called in because we added a semi-trailer as part of our on-site storage facility and we needed to put windows and doors and motion sensors in it. So I needed to order additional equipment and then get hooked up to our system and it was super simple. I have no complaints at all. I've been very pleased with their service and with their product.

I haven't used Frontpoint in four months already. I would like to cancel it, but I'm locked into a contract. In installing it, all the little stickies that they gave to stick on the device fell down. When I tried to report it, they gave me the runaround. I don't like Frontpoint.

Frontpoint is competitive price-wise and they offered enough equipment to cover all my doors and stuff. They also have excellent customer service. Installing it was easy but I took my time so it took longer than was suggested that it needs to take as I was trying to do it correctly. I use their mobile app on occasion and it seems that it works - that's a nice perk when I need it. I haven't had any problems, it's good. We do feel more secure, we turn it on every time we're out of the house and my city had a crime issue for a small town so it makes us feel better about that. They're the best out of the ones that I checked out.

Chose Frontpoint over other security services due to its good rating and customer service. Installation of the device was very simple. It took me probably a matter of 15 minutes to install it and I like the mobile app. I had to call Frontpoint when I first got started, I wasn't sure on a couple of things and they were very knowledgeable. I had some problems but they walked me through everything I needed to do. And since having the security device I feel safer. No worries.

I was referred to Frontpoint by my husband's cousin. Frontpoint is easy to install, but living in an older house with doors not perfectly leveled, I had a hard time with the magnets connecting. Everything has to be measured right. I'd still recommend them though.

I chose Frontpoint because of their online rating and ability to remotely access everything. The mobile app was the main reason I got it and I enjoy it a lot. Installation went fairly easy. I had a sensor that didn't work and issues with the camera working intermittently but they've always been good with shipping something out right away and getting it over here. Service wise, they're excellent.

Installing the Frontpoint security device was easy. I managed to do it in an afternoon by myself. One of my favorite features is that I can access and control my system on the go with the mobile app. Their people have been extremely easy to work with, really friendly. It's one of the better customer experiences I've had with any company I've worked with. Frontline works well for us because my husband gets home late at night. It's allows me to know that he gets home safe, what time he gets home and what time he leaves for work. When maintenance people come by, it is nice to know when they come and when they go. I highly recommend them!

Installation was okay. The sensors do the job although I wish I got a few more. They said they were giving them to me for free but after I got the unit, I'm actually going to pay for them now. Before I ordered it, I could have gotten as many sensors as I needed for free and then they convinced me not to get that many sensors. But then I figured I needed them now after I bought it. I don't know how many dollars it is for a sensor but now I got to pay for them. And I haven't gotten the new sensors yet.

Everything was easy to set up with Frontpoint and the folks at Customer Service walked me through the programming. One of the sensors was bad. There were no problems when I returned it and they sent me another one right back out, and everything was set up within a day. I'm pleased with it as far as the capability and a lot happier with it than I was with the previous system that we had. Where we live, weather disturbances sometimes knock the system out but with this, I haven't had those issues at all so I feel safer.

I have Frontpoint for maybe a year now. The device was pretty easy to install. The app is not bad, though it doesn't really work for us as we expected it to but I can get around it. Sometimes when I send the information to it, it can't verify that that command was sent. As for customer service, I called two times and it's one of the best customer service I've received.

I've had Frontpoint since January and have their mobile app on my cellphone and it's very handy. I called their customer service about a device and they sent me a brand new device within a couple of days and it worked great. When I began service with Frontpoint, I made the attempt to hook up the notices onto my cellphone but I couldn't for some reason. I followed the links online on my email but I was never able to do that. It would be nice if somebody emailed me how to make it work so that I can try to fix it. When I got the service from Frontpoint, I was told that it would work with my Nest products and it is not working with my Nest products which means that I have a service that won't tell me if I have a fire in my house and that was the whole point of getting it because I'm rarely in my house. So I'm paying for something that is not even useful to me at this point. I asked about the specific Nest product and I was told when I ordered it that it would work. It was a compatible product. I called back and I was told "no". I was told "wrong, that does not work". So we're still going back and forth with this bill and things like that. I would not recommend it.

I'm having a good experience with Frontpoint except for the fact that every once in a while, my phone hookup doesn't work so it presents quite a problem. Because when I go to bed at night, I bring the phone upstairs, plug it in, and set the alarm. If the phone doesn't work, I have to run downstairs and look for a keychain. I’m using the app and it just says, “Try again.” I try again and it doesn’t work. But then all of a sudden, I don’t do anything and then it’s working again. It's happened about four times. I reported it once before and someone said, "Oh, maybe you should unplug the system and then it'll fix itself." It's dangerous for me to be running down the freaking stairs. I wish that somebody would do something about it.

The only bad thing about Fronpoint is when I go to my house, I forget to disarm and when I forget, I go inside and it gives me three minutes to disarm it. This is wrong because the key turns in one minute and it could let somebody in. It gives a chance for thieves to commit a crime when the alarm does not go on right away.

We had another provider and the system was getting old so we decided to see if there was anything else out there that we’d rather be with. It was then that we discovered Frontpoint. The prices were good so we decided to try them. We’ve had a few little problems but nothing major. We had the box installed. We didn’t want a cord plugging into the wall and we found out that their product has to have a cord plugged into the wall or they don’t guarantee it. We were able to add the one at the back door by just attaching it. But the one in the bedroom, we had a handyman come in to put a plug in, so we can plug behind it. We’re going to have to bury a plug somewhere in there and that’s a little disappointing. But other than that, the guy they sent to install it was very efficient and we’re happy with them.

When I was shopping around, I found a deal on Angie's List with Frontpoint and it had a little package. I purchased the package and that's how I got started with them. It was really easy to install my Frontpoint security device. It was the first thing that I've ever installed and it was pretty good. The instructions were great and it worked out really well. I didn't run into any issues at all.
I've had the opportunity to try the Frontpoint mobile app. I actually use it all the time. I really like that feature. That's one of the things I was looking for when I was looking to buy an alarm system. It was great that it was available. I downloaded the application on my phone and my wife got the same application on her phone. So it's really nice, especially since we have a newborn right now. It's nice to be able to arm the system even if we're in bed. I'll just open up the app on my phone and then arm it. It's nice to be able to see if anything triggered it or if any of the sensors are open. It works out great. I have it set so that if the front door is left open for a certain period of time, it will let me know. And it's nice to see get a notification on my phone saying if the system was armed or disarmed, whenever it is armed or disarmed. When members of my family get home, I am able to see that they have disarmed the system and they're home. So it's great.
Activation was good when I called in for it. That went really well and also when I added some water sensors recently. I actually added four alarms and that was really nice too. I was able to call and order those extra sensors and then once those were ordered, they came pretty quickly. Then I installed those and called and then they were able to add those to the system. So overall, every time I called, it's been a really good experience. Everything has been taken cared of in the shortest time. That's actually really nice because sometimes when you call the customer service of companies with certain things, you call and hope you get somebody who knows what they're doing or else you just have to call back and try again. But that's never been the case with the Frontpoint guys. I've always gotten someone who's able to help me the first time.

I looked up security system providers in my area online and got Frontpoint. Installing the security device was quick and easy. I live in Saint Louis and they said I had to have a professional come and do it, and they did a really good job and were very nice. I use the mobile app all the time. It's awesome being able to access and control our system on the go and I love it. I've only had to talk to their reps a couple of times, and they've been very easy to talk to and are very polite and helpful.

I've used Frontpoint as my home security provider for about a year now. Installing my security device was pretty simple, except the control panel when you install it to the wall. You install it that way so people cannot check it out or take it out. It takes 30 minutes to install that because one's going horizontal and the other one's going vertical.
I use the Frontpoint mobile app all the time. At times it's very misleading because some of the windows or access points in your security system are open or active when you don't do it, or something becomes open or active and it goes off. So you have to go look and see if it's open or closed. I've had interactions with the team at Frontpoint and they've been great. Overall I'm very satisfied with Frontpoint. Nothing to complain about. It's pretty good.

I didn't have to have somebody come in and install my security device, it was wireless. I could arm and disarm from my cell phone. I've been really pleased with Frontpoint.

Installing the Frontpoint security device was pretty easy to do and their mobile app is convenient. Everything was pretty straightforward. One time, we forgot to disarm the alarm before we got home, they called and it’s been working well. We now have peace of mind because of Frontpoint.

Frontpoint Security had the best rating, one of the top rated security systems, that's why I went with them. Their mobile app is very useful particularly when we travel. Even when I was out of the country I was able to check what’s going on in my house. If I'm not sure about the security system, whether I locked them or not, I can do it through my mobile. It’s very comforting.
So far I haven't had any problem at my home. But the couple of times I’ve reached out to call they were so helpful. The response is good.

A friend told me about Frontpoint. I had another security company come to my house but they seemed like crooks so I went with Frontpoint. Installing the device was a piece of cake since I am pretty handy around the house. I use the mobile app everyday and it’s absolutely fantastic. Frontpoint offers better services and prices than others. Initially, I installed some of the pieces incorrectly. Eventually I got it right when I had to call them to help me out. My interaction with the team was smooth, and I've been pleased. I would recommend them.

I saw Frontpoint online and learned that a few of my family members use them too. I’m using them for a year now and so far, the experience has been good. Installing the device was really easy. My husband did the installation and the only thing I did was just to walk through it with the guys over the phone. The mobile app is convenient because there are times I forgot to turn it on and I realize, “Oh, I can just turn it on.” Customer service is awesome. We had an incident and I got a call right away when something happened. They’re pretty responsive.

Frontpoint had the best reviews which made me use them as my home security service provider. The installation was very simple, self-explanatory and easy to do. It took less than an hour to set it all up. Since then, I feel reassured. Our neighborhood does have break-ins from time to time and I have the peace of mind to know that we're covered. I also tried the mobile app. It was great. It's just convenient to arm and disarm it away from the control panel. The salesperson I dealt with was great, super helpful, very enthusiastic - great customer service.

Our property's remote and I wanted to be able to use cell phone technology so we decided to have Frontpoint as our security service provider. Being able to access and control your system on the go was fun and works well. Their team members were friendly and helpful, able to answer any questions. They're proactive, I would sleep with them.

I like that we can keep the Frontpoint Security device even after the term. Also, they were one of the few folks who has a mobile app, which I use when I'm away or when I forget to turn the alarm on when I'm already in bed. The installation process was easy, the customer service is good, and the use of online tools and mobile apps is great. The only negative thing about it is the five-year lock-in agreement, which is just too long.
We're glad to hear that there are a lot of things you like about your Frontpoint system however we only offer 1, 2, and 3 year contracts so if there is some confusion over the length of the contract you signed please give our Support Team a call. My brother was researching security systems and found Frontpoint. One of the big features of the system is that you can install it yourself without having a professional and do just as good as a professional. I only had one confusing issue during the install. I called and they told us how to do it right away and it took me 30 minutes.

We just moved from Wyoming to Missouri. Since we’ve been here I've gotten four phone calls in one week and two emails from Frontpoint folks saying our system was not set. But I don’t need four people calling me telling me my system is not set up because I know it’s not set up. One phone call should have been fine. Anyway, other than that everything’s been fantastic.
The guy whom we talked to when we're still in Wyoming was extremely informative. He answered all of our questions, was very patient with us then based on our conversation he sent us exactly what we needed for the installation. Then when we were getting ready to move, I called them back and they said they would research if there was a need to register with the police department. They acknowledged that we're moving to a new place and they're very responsive in that regards. Also, when I needed a few more pieces, one extra door and one extra window sensor plus a new sign that says you’re being protected by home security system, all of that was mailed same day I placed the order.
So far I’m happy with what I got and with the way the system works.

My husband installed our Frontpoint system and he didn't have any problems at all. When he had questions, they were answered easily. It's also great being able to access and control our system on the go using the mobile app, except the last time we were going to do it, I forgot my password and log in so we weren't able to do so. I do have to figure that out but I like it a lot.

Frontpoint first came to our attention through our son, he recommended them to us. The installation was pretty painless. Then when I wanted to move the thing where you turn it on, I called Frontpoint and they were very good - they walked me through it. That went well, we've had absolutely no problems with it.

I haven't had a false alarm with Frontpoint and everything's been great. Being able to access and control my system on the go is a plus and it is absolutely pertinent for my lifestyle. However, I was sold a motion detector because I was told that I needed it in my certain circumstance, but then I couldn't return it. That was a little frustrating. So we just sold the product, and then I had to order more window alarm things after. That sucks because either it was a miscommunication or just him wanting to sell me stuff. I can't differentiate between that. But I figured it out so I just have to buy more things.

Frontpoint was responsive but not intrusive and helpful. I was able to work with the salespeople and they were good to their words. I was not the easiest customer but we worked them out. They showed some flexibility and we got the deal. So it was a good experience. I was dealing with another one that's traditional home security (ADT) at the same time and it almost felt like I was being worked.

It's easy to install and it's easy to take care of because it's all wireless. I'm really happy with it. Everything is working fine so far. I feel secure with this alarm system and I like the mobile app.

When we installed the Frontpoint system, it wasn't hard at all. We just had to put them on the wall and that was it. I use the Frontpoint mobile app but it's easier for me to use the remote I have with the alarm. I've had the system for 9 months and it's been good. It doesn't take long for them to call me back when it goes off.

Frontpoint is easier, friendlier, and nicer compared to the other security device I used. The guy we dealt with was superb. He helped us navigate some special offers and customize a solution for us. The setup installation was also good. Being able to access and control our system through the mobile app is awesome. The only negative comment I have is that every couple of months they send me an email saying that I'm late. However, they are pulling the money out on time as I'm on a direct debit out of the bank. Nevertheless, they are a good company, and I would recommend them.

The installation went pretty smoothly because I was able to use everything I mostly had already in the house. Their service is pretty good compared to my previous security service provider. I keep forgetting to turn it on though, but when I do, I usually use their mobile app to turn it on. Convenience-wise, that's a lot better. Overall it works great.

I've been satisfied with the way it works. However I should have called before I started installing it. It gives instructions on how to install it but I didn't know that those little arrows had to be in the right place so I didn't get the door things lined up just like they were supposed to be. I had them upside down... If only they had told me to call to begin with I could have gotten those positioned right in the first try rather than to try to have to pry them off and remove them. However I did not see where they said to call before I started installing it...
I also got the smoke alarm and I'm not absolutely sure if it's working or not. It didn't have a light on it like most of them do. If it's supposed to, it's not working. Now if I knew for sure that my smoke alarm worked, I would be happy with it.

My other service was integrated into our electrical system but I prefer the Frontpoint system. So far, the experience with them has been very good and is exactly what I wanted. It's very easy to install, operate and make changes - overall, a great system!

I think the customer service is much better at Frontpoint than my previous provider. Installing it was easy and I have fewer false alarms being triggered and fewer fines when I switched to Frontpoint. They've been very responsive and easy to work with.

I did a search on the internet for the best, highest rated security system and it showed Frontpoint to be number one. Installation was easy and simple. I have used it since October of 2014. Their team were always good. The only time I ever had any problems and ever had to talk to anybody is when my sister-in-law came into our house one day back when we first had the system. She forgot about having an alarm system and didn't know the password. I have also tried their mobile app. It's really great and worth it. You just don't have to worry about anybody breaking in. Great experience. Highly recommended.

I haven't had any problems with Frontpoint. Installing it was simple, you just peel the sticker and you stick it on. I use the mobile app to disarm my system whenever I get home. I really like that I know what time my daughter leaves the house and when she comes back from school because it sends me the notification. It also lets me know that she disarms or rearms it when she's home. So it's nice to know that my daughter's safe. It's really simple to use.

I had Protect America as my home security before, but I like Frontpoint better because it’s more secure and it doesn’t connect to the phone line. It was easy to install so I didn’t have any problems. Now I can just turn the device on using the mobile app on my phone if I leave the house.

Frontpoint has excellent service and product. It is a little overpriced, but it is worth the money. As far as monitoring goes, it's the same as my previous home security provider, but I like Frontpoint's alarm system better. Installation was quick and easy as it only took half an hour to do the whole thing. Customer service is good and helpful. They're easy to deal with. When I was installing on a Saturday, I phoned in my question and someone gave me an answer. That was impressive. I am very happy with them.

Installing Frontpoint was all right. A lady talked me through it but I was actually trying to get around that because I don't like installing myself. Our previous companies installed our security devices for us. That's the only negative - I'd rather have them come out and do it. We have a large home so there was a lot of stuff to do. But other than that we do feel safer with Frontpoint, we can set the alarm while away in case we forget it and have two video cameras.
Also, they have a very good service and courteous staff. They are very helpful, informative, and prompt. For instance with the other company, when the alarm goes off they would never call. Whereas with Frontpoint, when I set the alarm off, the next thing I know was there's a cop at the door. I called my wife and said, "Hey, what's the word?" Then she gave me the right word, and I said, "Okay. They're on it." It was definitely a positive experience so far.

It was easy installing Frontpoint. We've used the mobile app and it's good and handy. One night, we had forgotten that the alarm was set and my husband left the house so the alarm went off but I didn't know because when he left the house, I was in the shower. So it was going off for a really long time and the police ended up coming. Frontpoint was calling and I wasn't answering it because I don't answer numbers that I don't recognize. But then they kept calling and I was still in the bathroom so I had no idea. My husband goes out of town quite often and that's when we use the alarm. When he's gone, I set it every night before I go to bed. There's been lots of break-ins in our community and our house hasn't been hit but because of Frontpoint, I feel safer. I'd recommend Frontpoint.

We thought our previous provider were the only ones that service the area. But after doing research we found that Frontpoint was one that would could give satellite service because our previous company could only do a landline. And the landline bill kept going up and up and up, and we don't use the landline. We just use our cellphone. So there's no reason to have a landline other than security and I was looking to be able to eliminate a bill because we're retired and on a fixed income. The best thing with Frontpoint is that you just need to plug it in and you can really take it with you if you would move unlike our old provider which is wired.
I think the device is monitoring my home since I never had any reason for them to call me and it's never gone off. I just contacted them at first to ask a few questions to make sure that it was working. But I'd probably feel more comfortable if they would check back with me and do a test with me every now and then. I'm just assuming and hoping that it's working. So other than that it's been pretty harmless.

I chose Frontpoint because of the technology that they were using. It was wireless. I could put things around my house without having a string of things everywhere. And it seemed to be expandable to me. Installation was very easy. A quick phone call to activate the system and just placing all of the various detectors around the house. The Frontpoint mobile app is also very nice and helpful. This is a house where I'm here a few days of the week and it's nice to be able to control things remotely when I'm not here. It's always been a positive experience when I call them on the phone. They're very attentive to details and to customer service. No issues and I'm very happy with them.

I've had Frontpoint for about eight months now. It was very easy install. Calling and dealing with the staff is very easy too. I use the mobile app everyday and feel safer knowing it's turned on and that if someone breaks in, I'll hear an alarm and someone will be notified.

Frontpoint's cost was very fair compared to the other providers. I think the option of setting it up by myself also lowered the rate. It was nice to be walked through the installation process over the phone and to be able to do it myself as opposed to have to contract somebody to come in and do it for us. The app provides easier accessibility and you can access the system no matter where you are. It lowers anxiety and increases your illusion of control and security. I got it mainly because of my wife and it certainly reduced her anxiety or lowered her fears of a home invasion. I grew up differently so it's definitely helped her more than me. Overall they provided clear directions and the system is easy to manipulate and cost effective.

Frontpoint had the best price package for the product. Installing it was pretty straight forward. It came in the box, I read all the instructions, hooked everything up and I called the number. Then the guy talked me through checking the box, all the sensors and everything. The whole thing just probably took me less than an hour. Everybody I talked to there has been very nice and very knowledgeable. It's nice to have a feeling of security especially if I go out of town. I know the house is kind of being watched and if something happens I'll know about it. I know the alarm works because my wife left for work one morning and forgot to disable the alarm. I had the day off and I was in the shower and didn't hear the alarm coming off and the police showed up at my door. I use the app all the time and it's pretty handy. I'm pretty happy with it.

Frontpoint is my first experience at using a home security. I like their cellular technology versus landline - the ability to be able to remotely activate and see the status of my security system. The sensors and all the other stuff came marked and they were just stick-ons so it was very easy to install. As with any service, I wish it was a little cheaper, but I'm still very well satisfied. They're a good experience and I'd definitely recommend them.

The thing that really impressed me about them is their customer service. It was really like I had a personal contact with the company and that made a big difference. Their rep was really helpful and I got a good deal on the equipment package. I've been very happy with it. I only had a couple of issues with them. One of the equipment didn't stick right and then it pulled off part of my wall. A couple of times they sent the wrong equipment but they were really nice about it. I had to go and send it back then they sent the correct one. It wasn't as smooth as I hoped but it was okay.

Frontpoint's great. I've called them now and again and their people are good, professional, and handled what we are dealing with. Their security device is also easy to install. I had no problem with them.

I got broken into so I started researching online for the best security system. I saw Frontpoint was up there with a couple of others. Installing it was easy and quick and I use the app all the time which is the best they could have added with it. I've been using it for 6 months and since installing it I haven't been circling back around to make sure that nobody around the block is gonna go to my house.

We've been using Frontpoint for a year and everything seems fine. So far, I've liked everything about it and haven't had any issues with it. Installing it was reasonably easy for us to do. I've used the mobile app, even internationally, and it works fine so I feel safer having it day to day.

I've been using Frontpoint for two years now. Before Frontpoint I had ADT and the ADT system was old compared to the Frontpoint which is more modern. With ADT I was reliant on a technician. Every time I had a problem I’d call technician out. Whereas Frontpoint was online-based, it was DIY-like (install your own alarm system which was very easy) and I don’t have to wait for a technician to show up. Also, Frontpoint has a mobile app that I use all the time and it's very convenient. I like the two-way communications. I can arm my house and then I can also see my house with all the sensors. It's very forward thinking. And then I also have a watch which I like the fact that they created the app for the watch. Now I don’t have to take my phone out. I can just actually activate my alarm from my watch.
The only issue I had was with the reliability of some of the sensors. I had one door that would never register close or open accurately and they would happen on and off. And I have a sensor for my garage door that sometimes will show that it's still open when the garage door is closed. I had to contact them over those situations. I didn't exactly get the service I thought I should have gotten but I'd still recommend them.
John, it sounds like what you might be experiencing with those sensors reading open when closed is a little bit of interference. We are going to have someone reach out to you shortly to make sure you get the kind of service your looking for. You deserve the best and we're here to give it to you.

Frontpoint seemed to be the highest in the reviews and ratings online so it was a unanimous conclusion to go with them. There were some ups and some downs to it when installing our Frontpoint security device. The installation, as far as talking to the rep and getting it hooked up and connected, was really easy. We have no issues now with them but we were having some issues at the very beginning with the adhesive on the backs of each of the devices actually sticking to the wall for a decent amount of time and not just falling right off 10 to 15 minutes after we installed it. Once that stuff actually started to stick, it was great but that was kind of frustrating to start with.
I do use the Frontpoint mobile app everyday, mostly just to disarm and arm the system. But I'm looking in the future to try to use it for home automation as well. It's awesome being able to access and control our system on the go. It's definitely a time-saver. It relieves a lot of stress knowing that if I didn't think I armed the system or closed the door properly, I can look up the system on my app or online and I can see and know for sure that in fact my garage door was closed and my system was armed at a specific time. So that's extremely helpful and nice to have as reassurance for someone who's anal with needing the door to be closed or has to drive by the house a second time if there was any doubt that the door was closed.
Since installing our Frontpoint security device, my day-to-day life now includes arming and disarming the system in the morning and afternoon when I get home and making sure the system was disarmed before opening the sliding glass doors. But the biggest change is being reassured that the doors are actually closed and the systems armed.
When we first moved into the neighborhood -- it's a new neighborhood so I get a little bit cautious about having strange trucks that are obviously construction worker trucks, but you never know. When we'd leave the house, I'd close the garage door and if I had any doubt and my spouse wasn't sure if it was closed either, I would have to swing back around and double check to make sure it's closed. But with the security system, I don't have to do that anymore because I know that the system won't arm if the door is open and I can check out the system online or on my phone to make sure that the door is in fact closed and the system is armed.

Frontpoint has a sense of failure. I've had some arming issues where one sensor failed when I went in. The alarm did not go off as projected so I was concerned. But I found out it only goes off when burglars come in so it’s totally fine. Then they sent me out a replacement sensor without a return envelope. I couldn't find one and they just charged me 33 bucks for that sensor and it's just annoying. But they said they're going to send me another envelope. They're a good company and there's no question about it. I have been able to provision sensors myself that's very useful. They've also talked me into adding light control which is very nice. It's definitely a value-added feature on their system.

I discovered Frontpoint via Google and I chose them based on the reviews and my conversation with the rep I talked to. We've had it for a little over six months now. We use the mobile app and there is a less-than-a-minute delay in the transmission from the app to actual system but other than that, everything seems to work well. Customer service is great and whenever we have issues or we needed to use the warranty, everything was taken care of. My husband and I always check in with each other to make sure we've activated the system because we feel a lot safer with it on.
That smartphone app is pretty cool, isn't it? The online review and the fact that the alarm is completely wireless is what I like about Frontpoint. It was also easy to install and complete. I like the idea that I can control it from my phone and from the computer. In addition, I like the feature support and everything has been good.

I heard about Frontpoint from a friend at work. I like using their mobile app to make sure it is armed while I'm gone. One of the issues I have is the tape that the sensors come with is not the best. I've had to replace the tape on one of them. The plastic sign they sent also ripped off during the high wind and I haven't been able to find one online to replace it.

We recently bought a house and the previous owner had Frontpoint Security devices in her house. It was a first for us to use this product. We have their mobile app in both our phones and tablets and it's awesome that we can turn the security system on or off using our phone. Now, we feel a lot safer since we had the security device in our home.

This company sucks! You have to do everything yourself. My security system hasn't worked for about two weeks now and I have had to spend a bunch of extra time calling them every evening when I am trying to go home from work. They don't know what is wrong and there is no one they can send out to fix it. I think I will go to costco and buy a new security system with a fleet of cameras that I don't have to pay $50 a month for. I maintain my own system as it is now. What am I paying for?!!

It's been a little over two years that we've had Frontpoint as our home security provider. I used ADT before but Frontpoint is much better, more customer-friendly, more informative and their app works well. It's not the greatest as far as informing me when it's on and off - it has its moments - but other than that, it works alright. I had a couple of sensors go on me and Frontpoint reps walked me through testing it out and made sure it was a bad sensor. After that, they sent me a new one with no charge. Their customer service is very good and anytime I have questions, they are there for me.

I have had Frontpoint close to six months. When I installed it, some of the double-sided tapes were falling off so I got to buy some more of that. A couple of the sensors are falling off the walls because the tape doesn't stick. Occasionally, some of the sensors on one of our side doors falsely does what it does even when it's not, but I can't figure out why that is. Also, I think comparatively, the price is not on scale. But it's not bad, even though it has a couple of minor flaws.

I’ve had Frontpoint since October. Installing it was easy. I spoke with someone from the company who talked me through on how to do it. The instructions were pretty easy to follow so it didn’t take very long.

I live in the city and it's a rough area but I feel so safe in my house because I have Frontpoint security. I put it in 6 or 7 months ago. It was real easy to install and the people I've talked with have been very helpful.

I decided to use Frontpoint because of the price and ease of installation. I talked to them to get a tutorial on using the system. We also had a false alarm, so I talked to them to cancel that. They were great and I feel like they're reliable.

Using Frontpoint's home security service provides an additional sense of security and safety. I have had it since December of 2014. It's not difficult to install but it did require a phone call to customer service.

I’m very happy with Frontpoint. I get to use it when we leave home to go on vacations a couple of times a year. It was very easy to understand the whole process. It was very straightforward. I called a couple of times and their people were very nice and I had a good level of comfort dealing with them.

I like it so far but I haven’t had enough experience with it. We've been away from the house and just got back so we haven't been using Frontpoint other than to protect the house while we were gone.

I had Vivint for a very short amount of time, but it was a rental house so it wasn’t my contract. At the rental house, I didn’t have the capability to arm and disarm the house from my phone. But now with Frontpoint, I can do that. It was like having different levels of service, and Frontpoint is cheaper than the other service provider was and you get more for the cheaper. I decided to go with Frontpoint because I could access and control my system at a much cheaper rate than the other companies. It's $23 less so it's a lot. Installation was very easy and it didn’t take very long so I’m very satisfied with it.

The Frontpoint customer service was fantastic. I spoke to several of the security system folks and I felt that Frontpoint had better customer service program. Installing the device was very simple, very intuitive instructions and it was easy to do. I also tried their mobile app and that's the only way we arm and disarm our home system other than when we get up and when we went in to leave. When we initially installed it, I had one sensor that didn't get initialized properly and a couple of false alarms. I spoke with a young man who was able to identify what the issue was and got it fixed quickly and we've had no issues since. It was a great experience.

Easy, set and forget--that's my experience with Frontpoint. It's better than the other one I used to have since it is less expensive and I have more control of everything. Installation was straightforward and I love the mobile app.

So far we like it and the web app that we can use with it although we don’t use it that much ourselves personally. We had the security system installed in our house in Phoenix and we have renters in it right now.

Prior to using Frontpoint, we had another home security provider and compared to them, Frontpoint is cheaper and it's effective. Frontpoint was touted as being either number one or close to being number one in home protection, that's why I decided to use it over other security service providers. Installing the device was simple. I would strongly recommend them but would advise people to do due diligence on their cost compared to other security systems.

Initially a friend of mine gave me a name of the company and I typed it in as Frontpoint in Google and it came up and I got calling around and I noticed online the ratings for them were really well. Frontpoint does everything they said it was going to do. During the set up, one of the end points was not synchronized so I called in for service and they helped me. I have jobs that put me in a little bit of a travel mode so I have to go away every once in a while. Frontpoint's mobile app allows me to remotely look at it, and make sure I remember to turn it on. I'm cautious when I'm leaving and so far I don't have issues.

I have been using Frontpoint for three years. The installation was pretty easy so I just did it myself. It seems to be working pretty good. I use the alarm.com mobile app to set the alarm, status, and it lets me do anything I want to do with my security system as far as setting it and unsetting it. So far, I have no troubles at all.
