Frontpoint has been very cooperative and the product they said they had was true. It has worked fine. Also, when I bought the whole system, I didn't have to pay upfront for the installation so it worked out for me. Overall, it's a good product with a good price.

We've used Frontpoint for three years at one of our homes and a little over a year at another home. So far we've had just a few little problems with a couple of sensors. When I called them they were very knowledgeable and worked with me. They sent in some stuff to replace it as far as one wasn't working quite right and we relocated it and since then it's been working pretty well.
With Frontpoint's system we can check one of the houses with the computer every once in a while since we're not there very often. If for some reason when we left, we didn’t lock away we’d use the computer to make sure it’s locked away.
That's right, you should be able to access your entire system from your smartphone, computer, or at home! We think protecting your home should be as easy as possible and it sounds like we did our job right.

I had some trouble getting the motion detectors to stick to the wall but other than that, it was a super easy installation. Also, I love the mobile app - I can't imagine not having it. Frontpoint goes above and beyond our expectations. Their customer service is outstanding.

Frontpoint has more features and alarm controls compared to my previous provider. Their team was efficient and courteous. I didn't encounter any problems with them and I'd recommend them.

Installation of the device was pretty easy. We got the stuff, followed the directions and installed it ourselves. We use their mobile app all the time which is nice and very convenient. Also, every time I've called Frontpoint, they've been very helpful, answered all my questions and took care of my problems. The experience has been great and we feel safer with Frontpoint.

I read the reviews on the internet and liked what I saw so I decided to give Frontpoint a try. Based on my own experience, it's very easy install and easy to use and the couple of times I called Frontpoint they've all been excellent.

I've been using Frontpoint for six months now and we chose them over others because of the features that they have available at the certain price plan that we wanted. We also like that we have the ability to control things using our cell phone, although there are a few features that I'd like to be added in the mobile app. But for the most part, it's good and installing the security device was extremely easy and their team has all been positive.

Installing the device was very easy. They assisted me when I installed it and it was great. I just have one problem with them. When you travel like for three days out of state, if there's a problem they don't call the police immediately. They told me they need to call you first. I said, "That doesn't make sense. I'm not at the house so if there's an alarm, if I told you and I notify you that I'm not at the house, then you should call the police immediately." They told me they don’t really put in or honor that kind of request.
That's what they told me before last week. I don't know if they've fixed that because last week I had a vacation and notified them and they didn't tell me that "we need to call you first before we call the police" and customer service made a note of it from the time I was out to the time we'll come home. I don't know if that's the new policy now that they need to call the police immediately when we're not home. But I think that's the best thing for them to do.
Thanks for pointing this out! If you are going out of town and want the police to be dispatched immediately in the event of an alarm we can certainly do that! Just give our Support Team before you leave and let them know any alarm going off should be treated as an emergency and you would like the police to be dispatched immediately. This is something we can note on your account, and when you arrive home just let us know you're back!

Frontpoint's reviews and ratings were good and I spent probably about 45 minutes on the phone with one of their more technical guys where he explained the system to me in a way that I could understand. It's just that I'd like to be able to have a little more flexibility in the system for things that I'd like to do without having to call them to get it programmed. But as far as service, I can always get a hold of somebody that can answer the questions without a lot of running around.

I have used Frontpoint for about four months for a brand-new house. Their feedback on Angie's List from a variety of users were all positive and the price point and other capabilities were equivalent to their competitor, so it looked great to me. The installation part wasn't that good. The downside with Frontpoint is local security people. Usually when you buy or rent a home security system, they bring over experts and they install it in the appropriate space, set it up, and walk you through it.
With Frontpoint, you just got to figure out all that stuff yourself (ie: the right camera angle). I'm a little frustrated with that, in addition to me also not being pleased with a couple other features. As an example, we armed the system this past week, went out of town for a long weekend, and I kept getting triggers sent from our front door. So I logged on to my computer and there's no visible reason. In other words, I have a camera out the front door and though its triggering an alert, when you look at the video for that trigger, there's nothing/nobody there. Why is that happening? There is a sensitivity issue here. Is the camera set too high or too low? There are all these technical things which makes it difficult, plus a couple other things that I thought were going to happen that didn't happen.
I'm not really pleased with Frontpoint at this point and I'm looking actually to terminate my services. I had 15 triggers going on and I was in a situation where I couldn't actually log on to Frontpoint to see the video clips because it didn't send one. It just said that the front door security has been triggered, and I thought somebody was trying to break into my house. Unfortunately, I haven't had a chance to call their Customer Service about it since I'm super busy.

The installation of the system was easy. We tried the mobile app but then I forgot the password. Frontpoint was the cheapest provider out there that's why we chose them, and we have recommended them to people.

Installing my Frontpoint system only took me five minutes. The process was very simple and I like how it was flexible. I didn't have anyone to come into the house. I love the mobile app as well. I use it when we're on vacation. It's good and convenient in case I leave the house and forget to set the alarm. There are no lines or anything across my house. Moreover, Frontpoint representatives have been very professional. Anyone that I've talked to was quick to deal with or fix any issues that I've had or quick to respond. The cost is also reasonable and it'll be nice to be able to take it with me to my next house.

I like Frontpoint because of combination of things: just the ease of installation, the cost, the helpfulness they gave me when I was setting things up. Also, it's always been very positive when I interact with them. I love their mobile app, too. Although during installation, initially I had trouble deciding where to put things, and then I didn't have the right script. But when I called them, they sent me everything I needed and we got it all worked out.

I bought two systems from them, one for my own house five years ago and one for my dad about a year ago because his house got broken in. Installing the device was easy. My son and I just put that together in less than an hour. I’ve had some false alarms but the Frontpoint team has done really well and I've been pleased with them. I would and have recommended them to some people.

I have used Frontpoint for two years now. It was easy to install and it worked like it should. I also use the mobile app a lot for activating and deactivating it mostly. Their team have always been able to take care of any problems I had.

We really enjoyed Frontpoint's service but my husband is currently without work so I asked them to give us a discount and they put us on something called the budget plan which is them just charging us a fraction of what they would so we didn't have to cancel the service. I thought that was really nice of them and a good customer loyalty tactic. Overall, I've had an excellent experience with them, and the security system is good.

Frontpoint was great and very helpful during the installation. They walked us through it and hooked us right up. We use their mobile app and we love it - it's very convenient. I feel safer now. My dog is home by himself during the day and I feel like he's also safer.

We've used Frontpoint as our home security service provider for at least two years. The cellular service, the options, and the price were key factors in choosing them over other providers. Installing our security device was easy, simple, and there were no problems at all. Plus being able to access and control our system on the go was a good selling point too. I really like it. Everyone in the Frontpoint team seemed good, professional and helpful. I would recommend them again.

I did some market research on available security systems and found Frontpoint on my own. I decided to use Frontpoint over other security service providers because of consumer reviews and the mobile aspect with the embedded cellular chip inside the home station so there's no hard wired phone line. I am satisfied in using the Frontpoint mobile app. Additionally, I called to change out the battery on my base station and whoever I spoke with on the phone was excellent.

We used to have another system in San Francisco and we had Frontpoint at a different house that we had. The other system came and did all the installation, and the motion detectors, motion sensors, are pretty inconspicuous and so forth. I always thought they were a very high-quality service. My problem with Frontpoint is you have to do your own installation. You finally get through it but it turned out every single time I called, I learned something I didn't know. The initial instruction wasn't all that thorough. But the service people are always couldn't be more accommodating, always had it done well.

I installed Frontpoint at one of my tenant's locations, at several locations. And it was pretty simple and easy to install. I also had a chance to interact with their people and it went fairly well. All my questions were answered so all in all it's a pretty good experience with Frontpoint.

I bought a house and used Frontpoint as my security service provider due to the good reviews at the time. The experience has been great so far. However, during my phone call with them in which I asked if my trial period was up, the representative thought I’d cancel my service. She lied and said I missed my trial period by a day. A week later I found out that I still have over a week and a half left on the said trial. It really upset me that the level of integrity wasn’t there.

I've installed Frontpoint device three times now and it's easy. The team at Frontpoint is very good and everyone's been great. They helped me work through a couple of situations with the first installation I had with the recessed door -- how you have to drill holes and put the recessed ones in. They gave me a lot of phone assistance with that. Then also the girl worked with me really well for getting all the correct information for my insurance company, this last time around with the new house. I've recommended Frontpoint to other people.

Everything with Frontpoint has worked exceptionally well. I'm technically proficient so installation wasn't hard at all but the big reason why I chose it over other companies is because the process is quick and easy and we were able to do it ourselves. It was a monitored system too, which is what we wanted. The only issue we had was the matte finish on some of our walls made some of the adhesives they provided not work. I replaced the adhesives with command adhesives and used it for the glass break sensor, the motion detectors, and camera mounts.
We also use the mobile app all the time. It's critical for us because my wife and I sometimes spend weeks away on the East Coast. On New Year's Eve, my wife came back to the house by herself and I was able to watch on the camera to make sure she got in safely. I can actually see her at the door. I think it's a great way. But I do have concerns because anything that's a program is hackable and there's always in the back of my mind that somebody could get into our system electronically and turn it off or monitor it. But I think that's a risk to take with anything that's on the Internet now. And the convenience Frontpoint gives makes it worth it.

Frontpoint's customer service is great. The equipment is also easy to use. But there are kinks to it. We had one issue where there were some parts of the feature that's being worked on and we weren't aware of it. And the control panel is the ala carte. We hope to see some equipment changes and I'm hopeful that in the future, Frontpoint will have better equipment and features.
Well then we're glad to say we have some awesome plans for the future of our products line so keep an eye out for updates!

My overall experience with Frontpoint was really great, really seamless in terms of them responding when things go wrong, and Customer Service picks up right away when I have general questions. I'm really happy. I did the installation myself. I was a little worried about that, but it's been fine.

I have Frontpoint for 6 months now. One thing I want is it's wireless so I can carry it anywhere I wanted to. It has many features and I can access it through my phone through the the mobile app which is very good. The team is also always very helpful and supportive so I'm happy with Frontpoint.

In the interactions that I had with their team, one was good and one didn't really know what they were doing. Installing the Frontpoint device was easy. When I called, they were able to help me set it up quickly. The batteries they sent me, however, didn't work. When I sent it back, they sent me a new one shortly after. I also like the mobile app a lot. I'm a college student, and so the system's in my house, at where I go to school. And for the summer I'm home but I have friends that have been using my washer and dryer so they've been needing to go into my house so I need my alarm's not on when they go. I have to disable it from my phone, and that's very nice and convenient. I would recommend Frontpoint.

Prior to Frontpoint, we had a local company as our home security provider and I have told people that Frontpoint has the best 800-number/customer service I've ever dealt with. I literally even asked one of their people one time how do they do it. I have a decent-sized organization and I said "How did they do it? How did they train all of you to be that good?" I'm impressed. I had the opportunity to use their mobile app and it looks pretty good, too.

We like that Frontpoint has cellular technology and wireless capabilities - the mobile app is an excellent feature! Installing it was easy. Frontpoint's price point and package made me choose them so now I have been using it for a year. It came in the mail and I just stuck it where it needed to go so installation was easy. I called the company and they double checked everything for me and turned on my system. When I first contacted the company, the lady I talked to was great. The guy that helped set up my system was very helpful. When I had to call the cancel line, they were also very helpful. Their mobile app is nice, but I don’t use it very often. But if I need to get someone into my house and don't want to give them the code, I can get them in. So far, I've had a good experience with them.

My boyfriend that did the device installation has made one or two calls to Frontpoint and was very impressed with customer service. Installation went pretty easily and with the security device installed I feel safer because my boyfriend apart from installing the device also set up alerts. Like for instance, when my son leaves the garage door open we get alerted.

I called Frontpoint and they were just the right fit for us. The installation part was very easy but I haven’t used them to a full extent yet. Nobody's been into our house so no reason for the alarm so far. I have not used their mobile app yet but that will probably be easy if I decide to do that, too. Sometimes we've unplugged the device then we install it again because the beeping just reminds me that it's there like a warning to anybody. It does make us feel safer.

I like the system and they are very helpful. I like that they are flexible to my needs when I call and need to alert them. I live in the country, and I have no neighbors. Should there be a fire or a break-in, if they try to call me at my first number and then the next, there are five minutes lost, during which a burglar or a fire could have already done a lot of damage. So I asked that first call they make is to the sheriff. I can usually talk representatives into doing that, but it would be great if it were an option for those of us who do live in the country. Overall, however, my experience with Frontpoint is good.

Frontpoint is excellent. I've had them for five years now. At the time, it was a better deal with Frontpoint than the rest of them that were out there. I notice now there's another one out there that's cheaper. I might be changing. I got it in my house in Pennsylvania and in Florida at my other house. They are $30 a month for the fees and the other people are only $15. Other than that, Frontpoint is excellent.

Few weeks after I moved in to my new house, somebody broke in so I needed a security system and a big dog. Installation was easy, had a walk-through where to put them. Everybody was really nice. They know the product, so they're very knowledgeable. I definitely feel more safe now and the mobile app makes access to the control system really easy. In general, I'm happy with Frontpoint. They secure my home.

Frontpoint is pretty good and I've had it for six years now. I didn't have any problem installing it since I got technical assistance. They've been real cordial when I've had false alarms and they were always real responsive.

I like the Frontpoint system but I have one complaint. When I go to label the numbers on a door or a window, it wipes it out. You should be able to call up and talk to a representative where they could print my contacts on the windows and doors since I have been unable to label them the right way. I left a feedback on the contacts and never got a callback.

I learned about Frontpoint through Angie's List, and decide to go with them because they had a wireless feature. It was pretty easy installing the security device, and they also have a mobile app, which is very convenient. I would recommend them.

Installing Frontpoint was easy. The person on the phone that walked me through it was great. Did all the tests and everything. I use the mobile app every day. Accessing and controlling my system on the go makes such a difference. I think I use the system more than some of my friends that don't have a system that has the mobile app because they always forget when they leave their home. I don't have to worry about it. I can get in a call and then after a couple of minutes, it beeps me and says, you forgot to set your system. I think it's fantastic. A couple of times, the alarm has gone off once because someone came in that wasn't supposed to be there and then a couple of times, it was accidental. The team has been great on responding and canceling it if necessary. So it's been good.

I've been with Frontpoint for over a year now. I like how the overall system works - how it is easy to use, has wireless capabilities, and has the mobile application. Installation was also easy. Everyone I've worked with at Frontpoint was very competent, efficient, and quick. They tell you what they can deliver and they always deliver on it. The ease of installation and the use of cellular communication over hard landline made me choose Frontpoint. Everything has been all good so far. There was one instance where we had some housework going on and fire detector sensors went off. They called right away and then we told them what the cause was and they offered to put a temporary suspension on it until the work was done which was definitely helpful. I’ve recommended Frontpoint to a family member who has also signed up.

Frontpoint has been good so far. Their price and self-installation feature made us decide to choose them over other home security service providers. Installation was fairly easy, and I did it myself. During the initial setup I also had interactions with their team. We enjoy the mobile app that allows us to access and control our system on the go.

I've been with Frontpoint close to one year. Easy installation. I'm using the mobile app when I go out of the house, I put that, I setup the alarm. Then, when I'm coming back home, I just disarm. I already recommended them to all my friends.

Frontpoint has been my home security service provider for about a year. Their satisfaction rating made me choose them. For the most part, the installation was okay. But I had a problem with one piece of equipment which I could not get to work. Although it was very difficult physically for me to manipulate it, I was hoping that it could be replaced. I still haven't gotten it to work and each time I've called, I've been told to try something else. The only way I can get to it is to stand on the sofa and it doesn't work. It would have been fixed very easily by telling me I could send that piece back and get a replacement. But since that wasn't offered to me even with more than one phone call, I was disappointed.

I have been using Frontpoint for at least five years now. Compared to the older home security provider we had, Frontpoint is way better. Installing it was easy as I basically connected it, plugged it up, called them and then I set it up. Their mobile app is convenient as it allows me to see when somebody gets on. In case I forget to turn it on, I can do it from anywhere. Their team was good in helping me with any questions I've had - I've never had one that they could not answer. I am recommending Frontpoint.

I have used Frontpoint as my home security service provider and it seemed like a good product. One night, I was not very good with the buttons at all, and it took a half hour to 45 minutes to resolve an issue that was brought on by me because I pressed the wrong button after I locked up the house. I had to make calls and they called me back, and it seemed they don't have enough people on board to service me quickly. But overall, I'm happy with Frontpoint.

Been using Frontpoint for six months as our first security provider. Decided to use it over others due to its simplicity, very Apple type thing, easy to order, easy to monitor, easy to do. No problem with the installation, very smooth. And I use its mobile app all the time when we're out the door. In fact, it's our only interface with the system. The security device is more of a banner out in front of our house that we have a system. User Friendly and we're happy with it.

I was looking for security systems and Frontpoint were one of the companies that came out. There was one website that were rating them and ranking them and it seemed to be their customer satisfaction is really high. It is definitely better than my previous provider. Every time I've called them, I've been able to talk to somebody and everybody has been helpful and friendly, and it always seemed more interactive so somebody could tell me exactly what was going on.
I also use their mobile app all the time. It works pretty well. I know it was updated so I could use my thumb ID for iPhone 6 which has been pretty cool so I don't have to enter in a number every single time I log into it. It's pretty quick and pretty seamless. I could actually check it a couple of times just to make sure I closed the garage door. That was kind of nice. I have already recommended them to people.

Some of the things that were attractive about Frontpoint, more so than other companies, were: (1) there's no contract; (2) pricing was a little bit cheaper; (3) the willingness for them to let us try certain services and not lock you into something; (4) they're willing to give us our money back for the equipment. There's no other sweet deal like that around. What kind of got us to go with Frontpoint, however, was the customer service. The first person I talked to at Frontpoint was awesome. I've talked to ADT and I didn’t really care for the level of customer service.

I had a hard wired system before and I wanted to go cellular. I looked up on numerous sources online and Frontpoint popped up in the top 3 of almost every survey I've seen. We went with them and it was easy installing the system. The people at Frontpoint were very helpful.

We chose Frontpoint due to the good reviews online and pricing, but the biggest thing is their wireless connection. Installation only took me 20 minutes since their reps walked me through it and they were extremely helpful. Also, their mobile app makes it super easy to control the system especially when you forget to lock. You can also check the logs to make sure nobody has been in and out of the house.

I went with Frontpoint because they are topnotch but the only complaint that I have is that the fire and smoke detectors keep falling since I have a popcorn-textured ceiling. So I needed a hardware to stick that which I did myself. I had a couple of fire department and police dispatches but I got it resolved. Also, they're real sensitive, but other than those, it's pretty good. In fact, I would like to see some external motion sensors for outside for any intruders in the backyard.
We can totally understand how the texture of your ceiling caused some issues, and for that we apologize. If you see consistent problems like that in the future please consider putting that sensors at the very top of one of your walls where it meets the ceiling. Hopefully that surface will be much smoother!

My mom's friend told me about Frontpoint and I've had no complaints about them since the installation. It was easy and straightforward although I had to do something through a computer before I could activate the system. I didn’t understand but they clarified it later that I had to register through the county first before I’ll be able to have the system installed. I guess the alarm would still work but the police wouldn’t do something. We use their mobile app exclusively but I thought there would be a notification that would remind me to turn on and off the alarm up to a certain point. That would be good but overall, it's been easy, low hassle and they're responsive.

I went with Frontpoint because of their customer service and its convenience. We use the mobile app all the time and we love it. However we had a little bit of an issue. We had to get an electrician to come in which cost $500. So it wasn't like what I was told it would be set up. But other than that it's just fine.

I had an awesome sales experience with Frontpoint so we settled with them knowing that they are for real. Also, they are $10 cheaper than our previous company for the same coverage that we are getting right now. Installing the device was pretty simple and pain free with the help of one of their guys. The directions out of the Frontpoint's security device box was confusing so I called and talked to a rep who walked me through the entire process and it was very simple. Their mobile app is lovely because if you forget, you can easily turn your system on. Also, you can check whether or not a family member is back home or not thru the mobile app which is really nice. After I got the system installed, I gained peace of mind that you know no one is coming in since I am in a new home in a new neighborhood and usually stay home alone.

I love being able to access the system using the mobile app and installing the device was pretty easy. The only problem I ran into is when the door and the door frame weren't flushed with each other and the sensors did not line up so I had to MacGyver something at that point.

Installation of Frontpoint's device was easy and simple. You take it out of the box, stick them somewhere, turn on the main base, and call their tech support to enable it. We use their mobile app everyday to enable and disable the alarm and it works as expected. However, at this point, I wish I had not gotten an alarm system and I would not recommend any though they work pretty well.

I recently bought a house so I was wanting an alarm. I went online and found Frontpoint online, and they were one of the best rated alarm companies. I called in and decided to sign up. I use their mobile app everyday and I like that when I'm not home, I know when my security alarm is being armed and disarmed. If it were to go off, it would let the police and my phone know.
That's right, you would not only get an immediate call from the authorities, but you can have alerts sent to your phone immediately.

My house got broken into and the sheriff recommended Frontpoint. A friend helped me install it and everything went well. I came across online that Frontline was the best and was rated number two or three. I was with another company before and this one's less expensive and no contract plus installation was very simple. We only had one glitch and then I called, and they sent an additional part.

I've been with ADT for about four years and wasn't satisfied with the services anymore. I went online to see if I can get another company. I read reviews and talked to my brother, who's an engineer also, and based on what I read and saw about Frontpoint, decided I'd go with them. Installation has been excellent. I'm not a techy person but I did it myself. I have the mobile app and I can view everything that's happening at my house from my phone. Frontpoint has been very, very good to me.

Frontpoint is good to have in the house but we wanted to have a gadget wherein we can control the temperature of the house on the cell phone when we are out. Installing the security device was good, but not great because the system is not connected to each individual window. Our previous security system had that kind. The other thing is that the distance should be at least six feet, not above that and that looks silly in the house. It should be more than just five.

I learned about Frontpoint from a co-worker who has it at his home. So I got one too and it only took less than thirty minutes to get our Frontpoint device in place. I didn't utilize the whole system, so it probably wasn't as bad as some people would experience. It was simple to setup and implement. It was good to sign. The only suggestion I would make is that I prefer to stay signed in all the time. But when you stayed in, it doesn't prompt for any kind of code. It would be helpful to have a four-digit access code rather than having to enter a whole password.

The Frontpoint mobile app is very easy to use. Once in a while, there would be a little snag but I don't know if it's an app issue or an internet connection issue but overall, very convenient. The staff was very pleasant. The gentleman we spoke with initially to set it up was very helpful. And one time when the alarm went off and my husband kept getting the code wrong, the lady that I called and followed up was also very helpful.

I have no problem with Frontpoint's system. It's really simple to install so I don't have to worry about it too much. And I like the fact that when I go away, I can access it on my phone so I'm happy with it right now. It seems to work really well but one of the bad things is that when they withdraw the money from my bank account, it's always late even though I have an automatic withdrawal. Every month I get "Oh your payment isn't in" and it's driving me nuts. But as far as the system goes, everything looks pretty good. And maybe next year I might add a few more things with it.

So far I've had Frontpoint for about a year and I'm mostly enjoying my service with them. But there's been an issue that they've been unable to resolve. My garage sensor doesn't work. It's literally 15 feet away from the unit. They just said that it couldn't work and they didn't have a very good explanation. They weren't willing to come out and replace it for me. They sent me a double-sided sticky tape and told me to move it somewhere else. So I just gave up and it hasn't worked in a year.

The installation that I did myself was pretty simple. I also had the opportunity to try the Frontpoint mobile app and it works pretty well. They work well but they are pricier from what I found from other competition. I should have done a little bit more research. They also don't provide a very good billing option because you don't know whenever they're going to bill you and you have no way of checking your account.

I chose Frontpoint due to neighbor's recommendation. Installation went fine and mobile app works good. The only question I have is if the rate is competitive, given what I've seen on television. But other than that, we're very pleased.

I'm happy with the service of Frontpoint in general. It was a nightmare at the beginning before I could manage to install it because the number of representatives was so few. So it took me about 48 hours simply because there wasn't anyone available to answer my basic questions. There was also an incident when I was away and one of my guests could not work with the system as I had instructed her. So the alarm went on and on, and they called me.
I was abroad and they told me there was no way that they could cancel the alarm without my permission. They're nice, but I thought that this is something that is important. Because, the whole service is about the fact that somebody is away and something happens. So I thought it was strange that when the police is there and they can communicate with them, they are not able to cancel the alarm. Or maybe the customer service was not aware about that. The next time it's happened just by accident and I figured out that there's a problem with the design of the system.
We're glad you make this point! For your own safety, no one on our end can touch your alarm system's arm and disarm feature. Only you and people you authorize can use your system's arm/disarm feature. So we apologize if your alarm going off while you were away is frustrating, but after some time it will stop sounding out loud.
If you would like to give us a different contact number to call in case of another alarming event so someone else can go to your home and shut off your system, we would be happy to take that information from you! Just give our Support Team a call when you get a chance.

Installing Frontpoint wasn't too hard. Whenever I call, they were helpful. Especially when a couple of our sensors didn't want to stay on. Also, I've set the alarm off by accident several times and they never give me a hard time. I like to go to sleep with it on, especially. It makes me feel better because our house is really big and it's hard to hear something there.

Frontpoint was easy to set up - I did it myself. And when I had one incident with the motion detectors, they called me right away to make sure everything is okay. They knew and said it wasn't an intruder and that it was tampered with. They called me the minute I turned off my alarm and guided me on the phone while I checked things out. I was really impressed.

Our landlord has Frontpoint at his house. And after we had a break-in, we talked to him about it and installed it over here. Installing it was really easy. I just pulled it out of the box, stuck everything where it needed to go, and called and activated it. One day I called in for a replacement piece. The customer service representative was very friendly. I was on and off the phone in about five minutes and then got a replacement part in two days. So it was very nice to have that happen so quickly and not have to worry about it.

We've always had the wired security systems before since I have sisters sleeping downstairs but the Frontpoint salesperson said that's not necessary. He suggested that we use a motion detector instead. I know that I can disable the motion sensors but then I feel like what's the point in even having the system on if I'm not going to be notified of anyone coming into the house other than if they break a window. I positioned the motion detector so that it was right at the base of the stairs but we may not put that on as I don't want it deactivated if my sisters get up in the morning before me and we don't turn the system off when they go downstairs or if one of them is a sleepwalker and goes down to the bathroom. Now, I'm always having this fear that it's going to set the security system off. I don't feel as secure with it.
I got it on my garage door, front door and back door but if they break a window we don't really open the windows in Arizona, especially right now it's 120 outside. But if they come in a way other than a door, then when is the system going to really go off? I feel kind of disappointed about having gone with Frontpoint because I'm not even activating it at all during the nighttime hours. And that's usually because we're home during the day since we work from home so it's not as much of a concern for us during the daytime. I'm not angry and everyone has been friendly so far. But I'm frustrated right now because I'd really like to use it at nighttime.

Installing Frontpoint device was super simple. We use their mobile app every day and it makes us arm and disarm the system, it's perfect. We got broken into in October last year but since we had the system it's less stressful and we have peace of mind. I've already recommended it to a ton of people.

I'm totally fine with Frontpoint. I haven't had any break-ins or anything. Any time that there were some false alarms, they called promptly. I haven't had any problems with them.

Installing it was very easy and they were very good. I needed it at two different locations and they set me up. They've been fantastic and we've had false alarms and other alarms and they've contacted local law enforcement if I wasn't able to be there, or even if I was. And all in all, it's a great thing. Everything is easy to deal with. They made everything very simple and it works.

Frontpoint had good reviews and it was competitively priced. I can also manage the system through the apps on the cellphone that's why I chose them over others. Installing the device went fine. I needed help but there was somebody available when I called to walk me through my experience. Some of the adhesive stuff that Frontpoint uses is not very sticky so I had to drill things into the wall which is different than what they advertise. But that was just a learning experience. Being able to access my system on the go is great and very convenient. The sound bite is it provides me with a level of security and convenience that I didn't have before. I'd recommend them.

It was frustrating at the beginning of installing the Frontpoint system until I figured out what I needed to do and then it was a breeze. Customer service was also very patient with me when I called. Having it helps with homeowners insurance. If you have a system, your homeowner's insurance is less.

I chose Frontpoint due to the flexibility of their system that was easily adaptable. I could set it up myself in the house and installing it was fairly easy and straightforward. I ordered some other materials, updated the system a little more and did some add-ons and the people from Frontpoint were always friendly and helpful.

Installing the device was pretty easy. I've been using the mobile app and it seems good but it’s a little slow sometimes. Nevertheless, I enjoyed it. I've had to call customer service a couple of times due to the fact that I forgot that I had the thing on and I was messing around in the garage. By the time I get to the keypad, they've already given me a call. They've always been friendly whenever they call me. I'd definitely recommend them to a friend. Overall, my experience has been phenomenal and I'd definitely recommend Frontpoint to a friend. I’m trying to get ready to think about installing video cameras, but they are pricey for me right now.

My apartment got broken into back in September of last year, and I started calling everybody I could until I ran across Frontpoint online when I Googled security systems in Houston. My decision to use Frontpoint over other home security systems was mostly due to the cost factor. But then also the feature of being able to look at it from my cellphone swayed me a little bit.
It was super easy to install my Frontpoint security device. I followed the directions and then I called the Frontpoint guy when I got it all put up and he checked everything. I just moved to a home and everybody that I've ever talked to at Frontpoint was saying, "Here, do this." From the customer service standpoint, everybody's been great. I've had the opportunity to try the Frontpoint mobile app...That's one of the reasons why I went with them because I really like having the app where I can be notified and see when it's on and who's disarmed it.

I like Frontpoint. It's really reliable. I like the flexibility because you can access it remotely from everywhere. I think the actual control box which seems to be too simple and antiquated having all the buttons can be improved with better features like a touchscreen. Other brands have a little bit better controller on them. But I'm overall satisfied.

I've been using Frontpoint since September of last year. I use their mobile app everyday and I like it. The home automation features of Frontpoint are very easy to use. I use some lighting features and thermostat remotely, and it's all very helpful. I've called the customer service multiple times and they are the best customer service group I've ever dealt with.

Installation was easy - Frontpoint uses wireless communication system so I didn't have to deal with someone working all over my house with wires. Service is great - a couple of smoke alarms went off and right away they called. They are easy to work with and very easy to speak to. Mobile app is great - I actually don’t really use the panel because the mobile app is much easier to use. Overall it’s a very good experience.

I found out about Frontpoint during an internet search. Installing the device was easy. I used the mobile app and I really like it. Every now and then it messes up, but it only messed about two or three times this past year. You can turn it off and on whenever you want to. Instead of getting somebody to tell you, you can turn it off for them. I have talked to the people at customer service a couple of times when the alarm went off. They were friendly and were able to answer my questions. The only thing they could do to make it better would be to make it a little bit cheaper, if possible.

I chose Frontpoint because of the price and because it's a cellular alarm. I didn't want anything on the regular phone. The device is self-installed, so there's no problem at all. On the other hand, I tried their mobile app in the beginning but I didn't want any more expense.

For the most part, Frontpoint is okay. I think though that the frequency and timing of the phone calls is one of the worst thing about the service. Additionally there's only been two motion sensors that have stayed up on their own without us having to go get additional sticky tapes or things to keep them up. So it's disappointing that we were not able to actually put them up how they're designed to be used. This is the fourth security provider we've had but one of the previous provider we used comparatively had less initial setup and monthly cost.
When I contacted Frontpoint about our issues, they sent out additional sticky tape and anchors for screws but not actual brackets. It just felt like there's this disconnect with them understanding what to send to take care of the situation. It doesn't seem like a language issue but more like a familiarity. With the issues we have with their system, I don't feel like my house is safe when were not at home. The rest of their service is pretty comfortable across the board but there's nothing really to stand them apart from others.

I didn't have any issues with Frontpoint. Fortunately, I haven't had to test it with an actual break-in. But the system went in nicely, we set it up, and I haven't had any problems. In the beginning, I had a couple questions when I was configuring the cellular system. They answered all my questions and they got me up and running that day. I would recommend them for sure.

I looked up online a whole bunch of security companies, and there was a website that was just dedicated to rating the different companies and Frontpoint was second on the list. There was another one above it but I didn't like them when I called them. They were very pushy and really trying to sell me, so I figured I'd call Frontpoint. It was the customer service that I liked better so we decided to go with them. Installing the device was very easy.

I've had Frontpoint for a year now. I'm a lazy person so it took a while when installing it, but was pretty easy to do and the customer service people were helpful. I like their mobile app because I can see when doors are open and shut. It also enables me to know who have keys to the house for child watching and who are coming and going in at the correct times. It's easy, convenient and affordable.

I did a web search on home alarm and Frontpoint came up in the search. The online reviews I got were outstanding, so I decided to go with them. Installing the home security system was easy. I tried the mobile app and it’s awesome. I put it in because I was traveling abroad and I got a couple of alerts. I was in New Zealand, so I texted my wife to make sure everything’s okay and it was cool. They did a really good job. We also had a problem recently with our battery that went dead in the unit. They sent us a new one out and walked us through fitting it in.

Installing Frontpoint Security device was very hard. I had to call back and get reinforcement, like adhesive, and even then they still keep falling off the wall. Customer Service in terms of availability and responsiveness are alright. I haven't noticed any changes as far as feeling safer since having the device. I thought about cancelling the service due to the fact that I have to pay over a thousand bucks if ever I would continue on with it. I'm thinking of not renewing since I don't want to continue it when three years is up. I chose them because they are rated number one so I thought that the experience would be fantastic but now I'm surprised that it got such high ratings because I don't really see how it’s any different than anybody else.

In reading some reviews online, Frontpoint by far was the best in customer service. Setting up the device was easy, the instructions were good, and the customer service person we called was helpful and patient with us. I use the mobile app in activating and deactivating the alarm. Since we had Frontpoint, we felt more confident that our stuff is secure and safe. My wife feels a lot better now when I'm not around. I would suggest, however, that the sticky thing used to attach the device to the walls need to be changed - they are the permanent type that leave marks on your wall if you move a lot. Still, I'm recommending them!

We have just moved to this house and our neighbor recommended Frontpoint to us. They also showed how the system works and we're really happy with it. In the previous house where we lived, we had another home security provider which was not as sophisticated as Frontpoint. So when we moved out we just wanted something which is more current in the systems. Installing the Frontpoint device only took me five minutes. Everything was pretty clear in terms of what it does and how it needs to be done.
The only challenge I had was when I had the magnetic points on the door. They kept falling off and I didn't have any spare double-sided tape to do that so I used something else. I had a temporary measure to get the door to work and then I had a talk with one of the people at Frontpoint, and they sent me another set of double-sided tapes. And that was it. I never had to call anyone after that. It's convenient. Often times we forget we have it so opening the doors would suddenly wake up everybody else in the house, but that's what it is supposed to be for, so it's good. I have recommended Frontpoint to a couple of people to use it.

A friend of ours had Frontpoint and told us about it. Frontpoint was simple to install for as long as you read the documents. It was straightforward. Since I go to work before my wife and that my wife often forgets to set the alarm, we mostly use the mobile app to arm our system. I think that it is a great feature. We also like that the representative we dealt with when we purchased the system was friendly and helpful on the phone.

I had Frontpoint installed 4 months ago and it was a pretty easy installation. Their rep was helpful too and so is their customer service. Their mobile app is good and I like that I could disarm or arm from my phone and I could let people in the house if they're stopping by. Since installing Frontpoint, I feel safer and I don't think about the fear that much anymore. However, I had two occurrences in the past where I didn't fully understand how the password process would work, when it would alarm and when they will call. It was either I didn't understood or I wasn't informed thoroughly enough so that was just tricky to overcome when we thought we had something going on and we couldn't get the password right. But they corrected and we also had a motion sensor issue but the guys from Frontpoint stayed on the phone with us for 40 minutes and talked us through options so all is well. I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

The call and process, figure everything up and going was very pleasant. I haven’t come across anybody that wasn’t pleasant and easy to deal with. I decided to use Frontpoint over other home security providers because it was wireless and the security system that I chose was smash-proof and had the cell phone backup. I used to have ADT's Simon XT system but you had to have a cell phone attached to it and there were a couple of issues wherein I had an alarm or two and ADT didn't respond very quickly. I've had some alarms with Frontpoint and they responded and called me on the phone before I turned around. I would walk in the house without turning it off and forget it, walk up and the motion sensor would get me, and before I could get it turned off, they'd be calling. So they were very, very quick to respond and that's what I want. In the rural area that I live in, I want that to be the case. Since installing it, I feel more confident and secure. No doubt about it, I would recommend them.

It's good that I am able to access and control Frontpoint on the go because I use it all the time to wake my son up. He wouldn't get out of bed with the alarm, so sometimes I set the alarm and he's up. I'd do that from Dallas and I'm a hundred miles away when I set the alarm, and it wakes him up. Also, this device is easy to install. If there's any problem I had with it, it's when the panel is not working right. Sometimes when I am not around, the panel is low. So, I got to check up the wires and I had to reset it for 30 seconds and put it back. So, that's the only drawback I have with Frontpoint. Other than that, I am happy with the experience and I'll recommend it.

My younger son had Frontpoint Security. Then I got one as well as my older son, so now, the whole family has this system. While it took me a long time to install the security device because I'm slow and fuzzy, when it finally got installed, it worked fine. They have always been friendly and were able to answer all our questions. We haven't had any burglars around here lately. No break-ins. So were doing pretty good, and I am happy with them.

99.9% of the time Frontpoint has been outstanding. The only issue I've had with them at all is a couple of times is that the android app would not open and that's how I use the security system to arm it and disarm it. It would not let me get into it. As far as the system itself, I haven't had any issues at all with it.

I like that I can do the installation myself, which was fast and easy. I mainly got the device for my wife, daughter, and my older parents that live with us. I wanted to make sure that if there was a fire or if somebody broke in, there is something that we can rely on especially when I’m out on the road. The smoke alarms had went off twice from cooking, but we were happy with the fast response. I've already had one of my close friends join us into having Frontpoint as well.

I did a Google search for the best the highest rated security system and Frontpoint Security Systems came up. Installing the security device wasn’t as user-friendly as I anticipated but it was partially due to my door frames. I have French trim on my doors so it wasn’t their alarm system, it was the fact that I had a frame so it wasn’t within an inch. Ideally those things would have a little bit further gap so I had to cut additional adjustments with my door frames. I called their customer service when I was having trouble and they were really helpful.

Installation is simple and easy. I used the Frontpoint mobile app once and then got locked out. But I've been too lazy to call them to get myself unlocked :))

I've had Frontpoint for over a year now. Installing it was very easy - just plug it in, set it all up and get the door sensors on. Then further on, I just follow the routine of setting the alarm every night.

I’ve had a home security provider before and Frontpoint is better. Simple installation and their team members are always very friendly and very quick to respond. I've only had one problem: one of the devices they had sent me was bad and I had to get it replaced but overall it's a great product with reasonable price.

I have a difficult time with the smoke alarm provided by Frontpoint. Our kitchen doesn't have a window, so everything goes into the hallway. So I put a garbage bag over it because it always goes off, and I don't always have my cell phone with the number to call.
Karen, if that smoke and heat sensor seems to be too sensitive for your needs, please give our Support Team a call at 1-877-602-5276 and they would be happy to disable it for you. If you ever need them for anything, please put this phone number in your contacts and that way you'll always have us right there!

Frontpoint is user-friendly. They just shipped us the stuff and we told them how many windows and doors we wanted to secure and they sent us a box within a few days. I could just plug in and attach the devices myself. When I had some questions, I gave them a call and they answered immediately and were very helpful.

I did a bunch or research on home security systems, and decided to go with Frontpoint because I wanted something wireless that I could take away from the house, which if I ever sold the house, be able to bring it to a new location. It was very easy setting up the system. I use their mobile app all the time, and feel very comfortable with it. It really works out well for us. I've had a good experience with Frontpoint, and feel safer with them.
That's right! You can take your system wherever you go and we even send you a free moving kit whenever you're ready to do that.

My experience with Frontpoint is okay - not bad, not great. But I'd rather have a company that I'm saying "Wow, gee whiz!" I have not been using it as much as I was with the other security system because I don't have a remote with it and it's a little bit annoying that I have to pay so much extra to get a remote. So, I don't set my alarm except at night. So, at this point, I am not getting its full service of what I need it for.

We've been using Frontpoint as our service provider for just a few months now. It was easy, fast and convenient installing our security device. I have not had the opportunity to try the mobile app because I thought that there was an additional charge to be using that. Everybody in the service team at Frontpoint was friendly. I had an issue in the beginning where I had confirmed a certain security service and they actually set me up for a premium security service. But upon talking to them, we resolved that. Since installing our device, I feel more comfortable at home, especially at night.
The only thing I'd like to mention is when the alarm goes off, it doesn't seem very loud at all. They told me that it would be unbearable to even be around, but I don't find it to be that way...I find it to be a little bit dull. Obviously it's monitored but it would be helpful if people could hear the alarm from the outside being as loud as they say it's supposed to be. It's a little early for me to know because I haven't had it that long. Hopefully, the monitoring works. I've never gotten a call.
We promise that you are covered 24/7 now that you're a part of our family. That alarm will sound in the event of break-in, and it sounds at the legal limit of 100 decibels. If you find that this is not exactly enough, you can always call our Support Team and they would be happy to give you the model numbers of some z-wave external sirens with flashing lights- which would really scare an intruder away!

Someone who's using the service recommended it. But what made me go with them is that it doesn't need to do any wiring because everything was wireless and their price was what I wanted to pay - it also provided a pretty significant discount on my home insurance. The actual process of installing it was pretty simple. I got the box with all of the sensors and the main control unit that I had ordered. There are a bunch of instructions inside of it. I put everything up according to the instructions, called the 800 number that I had to call in order to activate the system. I spoke to a guy and we were on the phone for about 20 minutes or so, making sure that all of the different sensors were active and responding.
The mobile app has also been becoming more and more of an option that's available with all the different providers. We have tried it and it's been great. I don't use it so much, but my wife uses it a lot when I'm traveling and she's at home alone with the kids in order to see that everything is active and on, and then turns the system on and off at night.

Frontpoint seemed to fit our needs, and had really good reviews nationally so we went with them. The installation was easy and straightforward. I was able to reach the technical department each time I have a question, and they were able to walk me through any areas that I had concerns with. If you forgot to arm it manually as you walk out the door, it's very easy to do it with the mobile app. It is convenient! We felt safer, lesser worries, and we like the peace of mind it provides in making sure that our home is protected.

I found out about Frontpoint from a discounted program at work. Installing the security device was pretty easy. I have used the mobile app and it’s nice to be able to control and access your system on the go.

I found out about Frontpoint from a friend. It was very easy installing the security device. Since installing it, I feel more secure when I'm not home. I have tried their mobile app and it's really convenient. It allows me to access and control the system on the go and it's the only way that I’m using it. Also, their people were really friendly and helpful.

Frontpoint is simpler to operate. I like the fact that I can take the system with me as I move. Installing the device went relatively smooth. The representatives stayed on the line as I tested the equipment and it took about twenty minutes to set up. It was an easy process.

We have had Frontpoint since September last year and it is easy to install it as long as you follow the instructions provided. The mobile app is handy when I leave the house and if I forgot to arm the alarm, I can do it from my phone. I had dealt with the customer service people several times already because I had issues with my motion sensor going off and sending the police here while nothing was really happening. We definitely feel safer now since there is also a sign in the front yard saying that the house is protected.

Installing the Frontpoint security device was very simple and easy. I also use the mobile app and I like that you can access and control your system on the go. It's gone through at least one modification. The initial one we had was very flaky and the one that we have now is much better, easier to use, makes more sense and it's more intuitive.

We had a home security before and so far, it was night and day in comparison to Frontpoint. It's only been a few months but there's a big difference and I like Frontpoint a lot better. Installing their device wasn't hard to do at all. The only issue was one of the sensors failed, so they sent us a new one right away and the way our doors were, we had to get larger stickers. But other than that, it was pretty easy. We also tried their mobile app and we like that we can have access and control our system on the go. Yesterday, I forgot to set it but it sent me a reminder that I have not set it. With our old home security, we used to get off alarms all the time when it storms but we don't get those with Frontpoint now so that's the big difference.

I chose Frontpoint because it is cellular. I feel a lot more confident having it. I use the mobile app and I love that I am able to access and control the system on the go.

I researched different home security programs, read a lot of reviews, and Frontpoint was at or near the top of most-loved. Installation is quick, easy and straightforward. I phoned once when I had a question on the installation procedure and it went well. I'm recommending Frontpoint.
