We've had Frontpoint for about a year and a half and their team has been pretty good. Also, using their mobile app to arm and disarm the system has been convenient. However, I had some problems with the smoke detectors. We put the detectors on the second floor and it kept losing connection, going off and sending in alerts, so we kept getting called on that.

I've been using Frontpoint as my home security service provider since for a year. I use their interactive features from my mobile phone on a regular basis. Being able to do this is great which was also the reason that brought me to it as well as the sense of security as it does its job. However, I wish the audible portion of the alarm was louder because it's not as loud as my previous system where my neighbors heard it. But Frontpoint is still better because my previous didn't give me the opportunity to have a remote access to my alarm.
That remote access does make things a lot easier doesn't it? Thank you for letting us know what you think!

I'm not too happy with Frontpoint. I'm on contract for two years but as soon as the contract's up, I have to get a better security system. We have the motion sensor and it doesn't go off when it's dark in the house. When I came in at nighttime and I didn’t even get to use the remote to disarm it, it didn't sense me at all. Anyone can come to the house and nobody would know that they were leaving. Also, with the plan I got, I don't have enough to put all the windows - just have enough for three of them and it didn't fit my needs. But, I'm happy that they're very efficient if I do get an alarm and they do call me.

It's extremely easy to install my Frontpoint security device. Although it was hard for us to keep the device on our doors, so we had to duct tape them. I have an irrational fear of people breaking in the house so I feel a little safer since installing it, but I'm not sure if I really do since I feel some of the stuff that we have, like the windows, doesn't work.

I've been using Frontpoint for about a year now, although I did use a different security system before. In comparison, Frontpoint's better - like night and day. Their people have been very good too. Furthermore, Frontpoint's interactive features work great. I love being able to access and control the system. I work out of town a lot and I can turn the alarm off from anywhere to let my dad in during the times he comes over to check on things. Since having the system, I’ve had no worries too. I feel a lot safer and one of their guys gave me good guidance on what I was looking for. I’m overall very satisfied with the Frontpoint and I wouldn’t change it for another.

The system would have been easy to install but I have recessed doors, so I had to do some drilling which made it a little more difficult. I wish I had an installation done by a professional, but I was able to muscle it good. I'm halfway through my contract with Frontpoint. I've always had great customer experience with them. They're always very helpful and friendly.
I use the mobile app, but I have a smartwatch and it would be convenient if they would develop something for a smartwatch so it's easier for me to arm and disarm my alarm. It will be really cool. The Frontpoint system made me feel a little bit better knowing that I have some security options. One time my house was breached and somebody tried to enter, but the alarm I think scared them away. However, I don't use the system as often as I should. It's hard for me to always remember to turn it off when I come home. I use it usually when I know I'm going to be away for more than a night.

Frontpoint has been my home security provider for 18 months. Ordering supplies has been very easy as well as the installation. I use their mobile app to my alarm all the time. I love being able to control the system anytime and I definitely feel a strong sense of security.

I was referred to Frontpoint by a client and I have it for less than a year. I bought it because it was required by my insurance company and it's basically monitoring of smoke detectors so it's not much of a security system at all. However, the installation was easy and they've been helpful when I needed help.

Everything has been fine with Frontpoint. I found it easy installing the security device and their team has been good. Also, it's good that I can control my system using the mobile app, though I'm not able to get the push notifications from the Frontpoint app. But, it's still comfortable knowing that I have an alarm.

It’s been a great having Frontpoint. Installation of the system was not easy because it took me half an hour to set it up. I got my friend involved too. Then I went to her house to set up her security device as well. I will stay long with them in the way things are going. Every time I have an issue, their response is always quick. I always use the system’s mobile app and it's amazing.

Frontpoint's system is wireless and it was easy to set up. I've had it for almost a year and a half now and their team is also very courteous and friendly. Some of my neighbors have had break-ins but they don't have any kind of security, and since installing my security device I've had no worries. Plus I got the sign and stickers all over my house, so when someone looks at that, they kind of say, "Okay, I'm not gonna touch that house." Overall it's been a good experience.

I'm very satisfied with my experience with Frontpoint. I had an issue with the billing but I hope it's squared away. I was late sending a payment in. It wasn't overdue but the payment and the next bill crossed in the mail so I had paid both of them and the right amount. I also noted the dates and kept it. I thought we were all set but when the last bill came, it also said there was a past due balance. I have enough stuff going on in my mind so I just paid it but I still think Frontpoint owes me for one month. I did not call customer service so that's on me.

So far, it's been a good experience with Frontpoint. I have been using them for a year and a half now. I had an easy time installing the security device and the customer service was helpful and their team was nice. I like that I can access and control the system anytime, anywhere through a mobile app. I can turn it on from my mobile phone when I'm away. It's convenient. Since having the system, I feel safer.

I feel secure with Frontpoint. Everything has been excellent and their staff has been very helpful. I did the installation myself and everything went well. It was very easy. I've been using them for over a year now and I have had no problems. It's a good experience.

I have used Frontpoint for at least a year. We decided to use Frontpoint because we had a close friend whose home was burglarized in town so I became concerned about our options for home security. Also, we wanted something wireless. Their representatives have all been very helpful. It's been a while since we had any issues, although it was a false alarm and the other one was one of the door sensors kept falling off. So we got that replaced.
Installing Frontpoint was really easy, it took less than a half an hour to install the little different pieces. We also use the phone app occasionally to disarm and arm, and the view live video. We have a live video monitor that's been really helpful to look when we're away from home because the skylight system triggers our sensor to go off or the video to go off and give us notifications. But that way, we can use our live video monitoring to see if there was anything going on inside and its been working great.

I was looking at various options on the internet and saw Frontpoint's wireless feature. I've been with them for around two years and have it in two different homes. I like having the wireless service and the ability to manage my security system on the phone, which I couldn't do with the other provider. I've also had some cases where I had to have technical service over the phone and they've been very helpful. I had a motion detector grow bad and they were able to help me figure out why I was having a false alarm. They'd send me another one. I like having the system. In this environment, it's helpful to have the knowledge that when I'm not at home, I can arm it and know that my family is safe and can be aware if someone breaks in. I have recommended Frontpoint to friends.

Frontpoint has been good so far. Setting up the device was very easy. I use the mobile app all the time and it’s quite good. I feel safer now. The interaction with their representatives was also good.

I've had Frontpoint for a year now and the security device was easy to install. The rep I spoke with was good and since the installation, I'm feeling safe, although after one year, the tape's now coming off.

Frontpoint is affordable and the device was easy to set up. Its interactive features are also very useful. For example, if I'm in my bed and I have my phone next to me and I don't feel like getting up to arm it, I could just do it from my phone. Plus, I feel better knowing that if I and my roommate are not home, technically, there's somebody else keeping an eye on the house. They also have a fantastic customer service with friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful representatives who are very easy to work with. I'm very happy with the very good service provided by Frontpoint.

We loved Frontpoint. It only took 10 minutes to install it. It was so easy that we called them to make sure that we did it right. We thought that it's got to be more complicated. We're currently not using it because the house we're renting already has an alarm system in it. If it wasn't for that, we would still be using it. We had a couple of incidences where our alarm went off and they responded immediately. We've been very happy with it. We could call anytime and ask questions without always giving our information. They knew who we were. Everyone had been very friendly and understanding. One time, we thought that someone was breaking into our apartment. The lady that took the call was very calm. Also, I love that I can arm and disarm the system from my phone. I've already recommended them to my sister and to a friend of my dad's.

We had a rash of break-ins about a year and a half ago, which is the reason why I got the Frontpoint alarm. My neighbor across the street also got the Frontpoint home security system at the same time, so we helped each other out in setting it up. I had no problems with installing my device. I had one bad sensor, so I contacted the phone number in the back, and they sent out a new sensor. But that was the only issue I had with them. Any question I had, they were able to answer. The only thing that I would recommend is that they put their Help number up front versus having to search for it in the documentation because it was difficult to find that. But once I found the number, they were easy to work with and they solved all my problems.
I arm or disarm my security system and use my cellphone for almost all of it. I'm also considering putting on and off lights on my phone. I like the fact that if I'm out of town, I can always check the system to make sure that if somebody, like one of my relatives, comes into my house and forgets to arm it, I can arm it where I'm at. I feel better and more secure with the Frontpoint security system being in there. As of right now, my experience with them has been quite positive.

We found Frontpoint when we were looking online for a home security. We got their system and it was easy to install. Sometimes the kids stayed in the house and left the alarm sound. Frontpoint responded real quick. I don't have much complaint so far and I'd recommend it to a friend.

I've been using Frontpoint for almost two years now. It was easy to install, I did it myself and had it all set up within 20 minutes. However, the instructions says to keep the motion sensor four feet off the ground but that was a horrible idea because my cat triggered it. So I've had several times where they've called to ask me if I was okay. No one's ever been in my house but they've always been courteous, very prompt and deliberate in what they're doing and I've never had any issues. I also use the interactive features a lot and like that I can grant my friends access and they can use the app as well. A couple of them can and I also like that I can track who is entering my house based on the security code that they enter in.
The one thing I don't like is that when they call you to tell you something has been triggered in your house, it doesn't tell you which sensor. They have you register your sensors online in their platform and say sensor A is connected to the bathroom window but when they get the alert, it doesn't tell them that. So it kind of makes it pointless. If they told me that the only sensor going off in my house was the motion sensor and none of the other sensors had gone off then I'd be able to say that everything's fine because it's my cat. I wouldn't even need to send my neighbor over. But if they say they have a notification that my garage door sensor is going off I'd ask them to send someone over to my house because no one's there and the garage door is not supposed to be open. The mobile app is good, very effective and tells me when I get notifications on which sensors have been activated.
It's great to hear that everything is working well and that you are enjoying those interactive features. We also understand why you may not like the fact that our Monitoring Station does not tell you the exact sensor that was triggered. This is in place for security reasons, however, you can always give our Support Team a call and they would be more than happy to tell you exactly what sensor was tripped. Installing the Frontpoint device was simple, I didn't have to contact customer service. I use the app to set or disarm the system and it has been good. If the alarm goes off, they call pretty quick. However, I probably would like a few more sensors for what I paid for but other than that it was okay.

Frontpoint is a good service and having the system has been more convenient for me. I had a good experience with one of their reps, who was very nice and knowledgeable. I've used Frontpoint's interactive features a couple of times as well, although being able to access my system any time has been both good and bad. It is relatively secure, but if I can do it, anybody can access it too. But overall, it's a cost-effective solution to the problem I had.

We had another provider before but now we've been with Frontpoint for a little over a year. The reason we switched was because Frontpoint's price was guaranteed while the other one kept raising the price during the contract period. Installation was not a problem at all and everyone in their team has always been very pleasant. We did have a recent occurrence however. We had people working in the house and my stepdad had come over to let our dog out, and he had forgotten that the workers were coming. The alarm went off and we weren't notified very quickly. I know Frontpoint doesn't want to call the police right away in some cases. They did call my husband but didn't leave a message about the alarm going off. It was hours afterwards before we knew about it - somebody could have taken everything before that. We were a little concerned about this incident.
Erin, this does sound a bit odd, however there are several safety measures that could have stopped you specifically from being called immediately. We're going to look through all your account interactions and alarming events, then have someone from our Support Team reach out to you to explain why everything happened as it did. I have used Frontpoint for more than a year. It's good. The people from Frontpoint have been friendly and able to answer all my questions. I use their mobile app all the time and it's easy being able to access and control my system anytime, anywhere.

Installing the device was relatively easy. We always arm the system from the phone when we go upstairs and sometimes from the car if we forgot to arm it from the phone on our way out. If I had questions, Frontpoint has been very quick to answer. We have some issues with false alarms that we’ve been able to clear up but it has nothing to do with the system itself – it was the heat vents.
Glad to hear all your sensors are working properly and you figured out your heating vents were the reason for some of those alarming events.

I'm very pleased with Frontpoint, it's working for us very well. Every time we leave the house and we put it on I feel very secure that the house is going to be taken care of if nobody is here. I haven't had any qualms with it and it works all the time. Twice my dog wind up tripping the alarm, but Frontpoint called us right away and we came right home and fixed the problem. We appreciate it and so we'll keep with them. I just wish FrontPoint has cameras. That would work better.

I have been using Frontpoint since 2014, and we once called their team for a billing update and a credit card matter, and those interactions went fine. My husband has the mobile app on his phone, and since installing the system, we've had peace of mind.

The only thing that bugs me is the sticky things. Even if I put them all right, eventually they wind up falling. It's the only pain in the neck. But I know it's the way it is for self-installation. I don’t want to put nails in the house and it’s not hard-wired. Customer service set me up with some of the stickies. There was also an issue with one of the alarms not working right and they took me step by step. Their customer service is the best thing. It is 100 times better than the other place. I would love to do all of Frontpoint's interactive features but right now we really can’t afford to pay more than what we’re paying.

One time, I had an alarm go off accidentally and I really expected a call. I called them and I was informed that my alarm certificate was out. I don't know whether I should have been a put-out with Frontpoint but I'm glad they called it to my attention. I did take care of it and everything is okay so far. I have no complaints.

I was researching companies for alarm systems. I came across Frontpoint and eventually got their system. I installed the device myself and it was an easy task, with their customer service rep being very helpful in this regard. Once, our alarm was set off by mistake and they called immediately. Their mobile app is excellent. It's the feature I usually use since it's how I set my alarm.

I've used Frontpoint for about a year and a half now. My husband did all the work for the installation and overall, it was pretty simple and easy. Twice we had to get a new board because ours would stop connecting and the Frontpoint reps thought it's because of the mobile connection or the towers. Nevertheless, I felt secure since having Fronpoint and it's such a good thing. I'd recommend it.

I’ve been using Frontpoint for almost two years already. I used to have another home security provider, but Frontpoint is probably better. I haven’t had any problems with it. I installed the device myself, and it’s really not much of an experience. It was easy and self-explanatory. I’ve had a couple of accidental alarms going off, and Frontpoint has been fine doing the contacting. That’s been a good experience. I’ve tried their interactive features too, both the website and the phone app. I especially like the phone app. It’s quick and easy.

We've had Frontpoint for less than a year and our experience has been good. It was pretty simple to install the security device. The team at Frontpoint are friendly, knowledgeable, and they’ve always been there to answer questions. I feel a lot more secure since installing our security device.

Installing the Frontpoint device was easier than I expected it to be. Their team called when my alarm went off and I haven't turned it off quickly. One time they called to let me know my alarm had gone off while I was away. I was close to home so I went right back, but there was nothing. It was one of the sensors not working right and they replaced that. I sent the defective sensor back in the packaging that I received from them, but they didn't get it so I was charged for it even though I returned it. When I called to tell them about it, they took care of it and I was very happy.

I hate Frontpoint. It's too expensive. I'm paying three times as much as I would never pay for and I could probably get something cheaper with cameras and everything. I should have researched before I ordered it. I'm totally disappointed and I would never recommend them.

It was very simple installing Frontpoint and I've had it for about a year and a half now. I love how I’m able to arm and disarm the system using their app on my phone. They have contacted me before because I had a door left open, which caused the alarm to be set off. And since installing it, that has happened for maybe half a dozen times already. I’d recommend them.

I Googled the best alarm company and their alarm services, at least five different websites popped up and it was like a checklist. Then, someone from Frontpoint contacted me within the hour and walked me through the process of what it would be to get their service, the inclusions and exclusions, and if I wanted to get a bigger package. Frontpoint was the best for what I could financially afford at that time.
I've been using it for over a year and installing it was extremely easy. The instructions that Frontpoint provided were extremely helpful and really made the process black and white for me. I feel much safer now. When my alarm went off once, the police were notified and Frontpoint talked to them because I wasn't available and I had no clue what was going on because my phone was off at the time. Their representatives have been extremely helpful. Every time I have an issue, or a piece of equipment got defective, Frontpoint replaced it for me at no cost. It's been really good service.

I have Frontpoint for my home security, and I’ve been using it for a little over two years already. Everyone in their team have all been fabulous. The girl that got me signed up was awesome. When I had it installed, it wasn’t hard at all. I have a computer guy, and he came out to set up all the cameras. The program and the cameras are great. It’s easy to pull up any of them online and look at them. It’s very user friendly. I also downloaded their app on my phone and have used it. If I’m not in town, I can pull up my cameras and see what’s going on through it, and that’s awesome. I feel very secure with them out, especially since we live outside the city limits. It’s really been a great experience for us and I wouldn’t change a thing. They’re a really awesome service.

Frontpoint is very user-friendly. It only took me five minutes to set up the system. I also use their mobile app and I like the fact that it sets a history where I can see when a door was opened and closed and who opened it or unlocked the system since we've got multiple codes. Everybody feels safer around a bit of land so it's nice to have that peace of mind especially if I'm traveling or out of town on business knowing that the wife and kids are home and protected. The only issue I've got is that some of the sensors have been going offline intermittently. It might be due to the extreme freezing cold temperatures in our area right now. But despite that issue, I'd recommend them to a friend.
Thank you for the recommendation, and with temperatures anywhere below 32 degrees, you might see some intermittent signals. We urge you to keep the heat in your home a little higher than normal in order to keep those sensors warm.

I have been using Frontpoint for about a year and a half now. They have good customer service during setup. Everything's good and we use our smart phones to arm and disarm the system, and to me, that’s a great feature that's nice to have.

I have been using Frontpoint as our home security service provider for a little over a year, after being with ADT. The two are very similar. I do enjoy that the Frontpoint is non-landline, but rather, a cellphone tower. That was one of our main reasons for changing because we wanted to get rid of our home phone line. Installing the Frontpoint security device was very easy. I use their mobile app on a regular basis. It is very easy and simple to use, and I like it. I contacted the team for initial set up and everything went very smoothly. The only comment or suggestion I have on the equipment is a longer power cord option. Sometimes the place that I want to put it on the wall is not close enough to an outlet.

We've had Frontpoint for about two years and since we've had this home security, I feel better about leaving and entering my house knowing no one would be inside waiting for me. I may not use their mobile app a lot but when I do, it's very effective.

I like Frontpoint, they’re good. They sent over the equipment, did the installation myself and it was very easy. There have also been a couple of times I’ve talked to their people and they have been great and very helpful. I run most of my system from my phone and I love it. I’ve always felt pretty good about it, gives me some peace of mind. I would recommend them.

I arm and disarm the system with the smartphone on a daily basis, which being able to access it anywhere is absolutely essential. One time I had to put in a request for a new battery, and a couple of them were delivered within days after my request. I then had other question about the rings and Frontpoint answered it. It's been a positive experience.

I've had Frontpoint for 2 years already and I like them better compared to ADT - their contract is too long and I can't take it with me. The installation was really easy for me because I'm techy, followed instructions and you can get one on YouTube. Their team was super friendly and when the notches on my door came off, they sent one the next day. The fact that I'm able to access the controls remotely through the app on my phone is great, really convenient and easy. It's awesome that when I'm upstairs and have to turn the system on, I don't have to go downstairs. My landlord came by the other day and thought the system was great and awesome because I don't have to wire anything and get a written permission, and that's the reason why I didn't continue with ADT. Frontpoint's system is great and fits my lifestyle.

Frontpoint works and the staff are always very helpful and willing to talk. I like the system's interactive feature, but sometimes it doesn't always kick in. The online service through phone does not necessarily always engage the system. Other than that, I’ve recommended them to a friend.

I used a local company before for my security system and it was an old, hardwired system so when I went to upgrade, I went to Frontpoint. I've had it for quite a few number of years now. The thing I liked about it was it's self-installed. Frontpoint send it pre-configured and you get to do it. They walk you through and it works. I've had a really good luck with working with them. I've put a similar system in my dad's house in Houston two or three years ago and then we moved him out of there and moved the system and upgraded mine. Working with them has been easy to do. I love that I'm able to do all stuff at my iPhone app. I look at the cameras, the thermostat, and the garage door. It works really good.

We've had Frontpoint for two years and we haven't had any issues with them. Installing the device was exceptionally easy - just peel and stick little sticky tabs on the back of each device and they just stick right on the different points in our house. Also, the Frontpoint team was friendly. The representative was very helpful in resolving the issue very quickly when I had a question about programming the keypad that came with my system. I have used Frontpoint’s interactive features using my their app and it's is a very positive aspect because it is one of the key features that I liked when looking for a security system.

I've been using Frontpoint since August of 2014. It was recommended by my brother-in-law, and then I went online and researched it. One of the reasons I picked it was the fact that I could install it myself and control the process, and not have some third party come into my house. I find the system very easy and intuitive. Activating it was straightforward. I like the functionality of being able to access the system anywhere, especially if I forget to set it or if I need to disarm and to allow someone in the house.
My concern about having the house broken into has lessened. The fact that I have a dog at home during the day and the system is there in case of fire or something is reassuring, too. It's a good value on home security. I've recommended it to my neighbor who eventually purchased the system. Our experience has been very positive.

I have trouble with the Frontpoint camera once in a while but that's usually a power issue on our end. Other than that, I use it everyday in my home and haven't had any problems.

I'm pretty happy with Frontpoint. I like being able to unlock my house using my phone. I have friends coming over and sometimes I'm not home so that's nice. Also I have young kids and I like the fact that I can know if they open the door. Everything's working fine and I have no complaints.

The Front point system is a self-installation system. I called them up to have it activated. The reps I spoke with were very helpful. I have a camera installed and I use that with the interactive features. I like that I can manage and control the system anytime, anywhere.

I had a wired service with a cell phone backup but I wasn't happy with the customer service and lack of flexibility. I started doing some research and the ad that I saw intrigued me about getting an entirely wireless service rather than depending on a phone system. That convinced me that Frontpoint was the one to try. The installation was very simple and Frontpoint's customer service go above and beyond. If I need to know something, I call them and within minutes I know what I need to do and they walk me through it. They're very easy people to deal with. I've tried the arming/disarming feature with my phone but mainly use the confirm status. I really enjoy Frontpoint's service.

We've been really happy with Frontpoint because they've been good we're pretty well-covered. The few times there were false alarms, they were right on top of it and luckily we haven't had any real emergency. I installed the system myself; it's stick and peel and then they program it for me over the phone, so it's really easy. I have the arming and disarming app on my cell phone too, but I'm never really away where I had to check anything from a mobile spot so I haven't tried it. But everything can be done with an app if I need it remotely, so it's been a breeze. I'm actually getting ready to buy a couple more things from them to do some additional windows in my house.

I've had Frontpoint for two years and we went with them because of the updated sensors, control box and wireless. Installing the system was really quick and easy. I've had positive interactions with their team members as well. They've been helpful. We also do the interactive feature that can arm and disarm my system from my phone all the time. However, keeping us in a three-year contract should be evaluated. If the company got happy customers, they’re gonna stay. If their customers are unhappy, they should let them leave.

We've only been back in the States for a year and a half. We had ADT in San Antonio, but moved overseas. When we came back and tried to get ADT, everything they quoted was doubled when the guy got here so we started looking around. We looked at Frontpoint, Vivint and somebody else. My husband decided to go with Frontpoint, and we've had them for a year and a half.
We did the wireless so John installed all of it. He had a problem with one of the sensors because of the way he stuck it but got it fixed. I set my fire alarm and the team at Frontpoint calls right away whenever something happens. We're using their interactive features through our smartphone app, and I love it. We're computer geeks so for us, it's perfect.

Whenever we call the team at Frontpoint, their response is good. And if there's no answer for IT, I can just leave a number and they call me back pretty promptly. We had our alarm resent one time and the one who helped me was very helpful. We use the alarm.com app, which is pretty good because I can access the system from outside or shut off the alarm on the inside. We definitely feel safer since we had the device installed, and I like having the sign out front, too. So it's been a good experience.

Frontpoint has better service than our previous system. We've had the same level of security but Frontpoint is easier to maintain and change if I need to change anything. It was also very easy to install. We had one defective sensor and it was replaced by Frontpoint within a day or two. Their team was very professional and helpful. Moreover, I've use their mobile app for turning the security system on and off and I like it.
That's right, our system is easier to manage and our system is totally portable so you can take it anywhere with you if you move.

We had Custom Security before for our home security and after we changed to Frontpoint since last year, I could say Frontpoint is obviously a lot better since it's a more advanced system. There aren't a lot times where we're having any technical difficulties with Frontpoint which we had with the other system which is why we changed.
During installation, we had to have some direction and had to order additional sensors, but installing the entire system was not very difficult. We've had a couple of times where the system has been inadvertently discharged, and we've had the customer relations people contact us quickly. Also, all our dealings with them have been very pleasant and easy. It's wonderful that we're able to use the mobile app to arm and disarm the system anywhere, anytime and that's one of the reasons why we switched. I like the fact that we can monitor the system even if we're not home and it works really well. Frontpoint security system has been good and we're very happy with it.

When I had forgotten my password and when someone has set the alarm off accidentally, the staff of Frontpoint has taken care of everything in a very professional and efficient manner. Frontpoint has improved my family's sense of security and I'm very satisfied with it. We had it for a year now and it's installation, which I did myself, was very easy. At one point, one of the sensors didn't work so I had to call them. I use their mobile app when I'm out of state and overall, everything's been good.

Everything went well when I installed the Frontpoint system and at first, their team members were pretty cool but when they got me on, I asked, "What if I didn't need it in the future?". Somebody then mentioned something like there's something more and that we can work something out. I wasn't planning on staying where I was and I tried to cancel a couple of times, but now it's really hard to cancel. I don't use the system anymore but I have to keep the subscription to it. Before I can do anything else, I have to pay it off first.

It's our first to have a home security and we've been using Frontpoint for a year and a half now. Installation was easy. Somebody assisted over the phone and it wasn't painful at all. When the alarm went off accidentally, they immediately called and it was a good interaction. When I ordered more sensors apart from the original order, they were very helpful in helping me install them. They're very professional, helpful, and efficient. Some of the sensors are not easy to install especially when the doors are not leveled to each other. If the sensors can be more user-friendly, I would appreciate it. I control the security system through my app. It's good, reliable and works efficiently. I travel frequently and my family feels very safe with the system installed.

We started with Frontpoint late 2014. The device was simple and so easy to install. Their team was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Since we started using the system, we feel safer, especially my 10-year-old son. However, one day, we went inside the house, opened the door for someone and the alarm went off. I went to the panel and disarmed the system and no one called or contacted us about that. The office should know that the system went off and normally, they will call to confirm if there's any issue. However at that time, no one called and that was confusing. But that's happened only once and we didn't pay more attention about that. I'm still happy with them.
We completely understand how that alarming event could have been a bit confusing, however, your system is programmed to have a 30 second dialer delay. This means that when your alarm goes off, you have 30 seconds to disarm the system before you will receive a phone call from the monitoring station. One of the main reasons why I chose Frontpoint is the phone access. They have interactive features where I can arm or disarm the system using my phone or computer and I use them all. Our garage door sensor fell off two times but they helped me out with that and sent me new sensors. The team was friendly, helpful, and wanted to make sure I was taken care of. It's been six months that I've been using Frontpoint. I installed it myself and it was fairly easy. I had one component that was bad, so I had to ship it back and they shipped me a new one. Their team also answered any questions I had. Their mobile app is important to me because I have two houses and it allows me to see what's going on on either one of them. Overall, I've had a couple of problems with a sensor that keeps giving me trouble, but I haven't had the time to get technical support from Frontpoint to resolve it. It's an exit sensor and so it only goes off when I'm leaving. And so it's just never been convenient for me to stay on the line and have their technical people work through it. I don't know if it's a bad battery, but overall I've been pleased. I find their customer service very receptive in response.

Frontpoint was what I was looking for for a home security provider because I didn't want to have an internet-based system that would have been an extra cost. Everything went easy during the installation although I had one switch that was not right. Their guys have been nice as well. It has been great every time I called them about one of my sensors which I didn't use very much. However, they need to get better with the thermostat - to tell what the temperature in the house is. They used to have it but not anymore. They want me to go to Lowe's but I'd rather have something that they have. I just hook it up, they plug it in and we're ready to go. So if the temperature goes below 60 degrees, I'd get a call. They say that they had it but when I talked to one of their guys, he said the company's out of them and added they don't have many people up in the northern parts of the country so they're not doing anything with that.
Other than that, I use their interactive features all the time too when I'm at home and I like being able to access and control my system very much. It gives me a time record of when someone comes and leaves. Nobody's getting in there and if someone does, the alarm's coming. I've been using Frontpoint for two years now and my experience has been very good overall. With Frontpoint, I have fewer worries.

I've had Frontpoint for a year. The installation of the security device was easy, but the volume on the control panel doesn't seem to be working so that causes some problems every once in a while. I have the mobile app and it works well and is a good thing to have although it could be cleaner and faster. I'm happy with the company.

It took me about 20 minutes to install the device. I've been using it for a year now and I feel more comfortable with it. I heard it from a person that had Frontpoint and they liked it so I called them. The only thing I don't like is that when you recommend somebody they will get $50 or a free month and the person that told me about it never got it.

I had a great experience with Frontpoint. The security device is easy to use. I installed it and didn't need anybody else coming to the house. Their customer service was so helpful in many occasions. I'm very happy with the company, and have been recommending it to my friends.

I like Frontpoint. It's easy to use except the app is not good. We have the whole package and the lighting feature, and I have to keep going back and forth the screens because of the number of rooms we have. It's a bad layout and it's the one thing I hate. I literally have to go to a new screen to light the room, turn it off, go back to that screen, select the new room, turn it off, and go back. I should not have to do that. There can be an update that fixes it and they haven't.

Installation our Frontpoint security system was really easy. I called in to ask their team some questions during the setup process and they were very polite and helpful. And now, I feel more secure having it.

I was looking online and comparing a few different companies, and saw a lot of positive reviews for Frontpoint. Price-wise, it's good and we’ve been happy with it. We've been using the system for about a year. It was extremely easy to install. We only had an issue with one of the door sensors that wasn’t working right but Frontpoint sent a replacement within a couple of days. Anyone I've ever talked to had been extremely helpful and were great reps to work with.
We use the mobile app a lot. We like it and it's definitely been great. Frontpoint gave us a little bit more security knowing that being away from home, if something were to happen, we'll be notified immediately. There were times when we accidentally forgot to turn the system off and immediately we got a notification on our phone.

It's been one and a half year since I got Frontpoint. I talked to them on the phone once and that took care of everything. Their reps were friendly and answered all my questions. I also installed the device myself and it was easy. I got the instructions online and they were straightforward. So I didn't have to wait for someone to come in and know those things - it was seamless. Also, it's neat that they have interactive features like the app that I use. I can look at things and arm or disarm the system through my phone.

Installing our Frontpoint security device was very easy, and we've been using it for two and a half years. The team at Frontpoint has been really good. We have a house watcher, and she went into the house and tripped the alarm so they called a couple times.

We got Frontpoint because of the discount on the home insurance. It was easy installing the security device and it is also easy to use. We use our smart phone all the time to arm and disarm it. That's the only way we do it. When the transmitters weren't talking to the main box, Frontpoint had to give me the extra long distance phone. They were friendly and were able to answer all my questions.

Frontpoint responded very well whenever we needed them, and they’ve been very good.. They had a little bit of problem with some of the pieces coming off the door, but they were helpful in figuring out what we needed to do.

It’s been two years since we've had Frontpoint and my interactions with their team have been okay. I've been using their interactive features with an app. It doesn’t always work, but I enjoy it if the app is working. We’ve had issues with the sensors being tripped for no reason. We got some help and they’ve been okay working with us. It’s frustrating that we’re paying for a service and then we have to wait for a new sensor to come. This kind of issues could be worked out, and it would be great if we know we’re safe all the time.

I had ADT come out and they said I needed to get a home phone which I didn't have and that was hard to get through Time Warner. I researched and Frontpoint seemed to be the highest rated of all the security companies so I went with them. It took me 15 minutes to install the device. It's so easy! The alarm went off the first week I had it and Frontpoint called and the police came. I felt secured. Frontpoint is great!

We have Frontpoint for three years now. Installing the device was super easy and I don't need to have anybody to install it for me. We haven't talked to any Frontpoint staff as we didn't have any break-ins or any issues so far. We use the interactive features all the time and it's wonderful to access the system anywhere. We were in Dubai and was able to do it.

Frontpoint system is as good as I thought it would be. The installation was easy and seamless, and they also have a great team - friendly and courteous. Being able to access your system anytime, anywhere is also great and it's one of the reasons I went with Frontpoint. Since having the system, I feel absolutely 100% safer.

I’ve used Frontpoint for a year and a half. We found out about it when my sister was researching what was the best security system out there and she said Frontpoint had really good reviews. Installing the device was clear and easy. Also, the team at Frontpoint are really nice and helpful. No issues there. We have tried their mobile app as well and it’s great and I love it. We feel really safe with the alarm and we’re really happy we it. It’s a lifesaver.

Frontpoint has good sales reps. I've had the system at my business for over a year and so far, so good. I’m glad that I haven’t had any problems or any dealings with Frontpoint. I’m hoping that it remains the same because I really don’t want to have to deal with an alarm.

Installing my Frontpoint device was easy because their employees helped me over the phone. They told me everything that I needed to do and I got to do it myself. In addition, arming and disarming using my smartphone is easy and nice. Their app is very easy to understand. Since having Frontpoint, I felt safer and had fewer worries. In fact, I ordered some other stuff to add, too. My Frontpoint experience has been simple and excellent.

I looked online and compared home security system reviews then decided to go with Frontpoint. I had trouble finding the master code when I set up the main panel which triggered the alarm unintentionally which was really loud. It was fine though since it was the testing period and I figured it out after a couple of minutes. I like their mobile app as it makes it easy to track what's going on in the house and easy to arm and disarm the alarm. I've had the system for more than a year and it's good.

Frontpoint customer service is good and the installation of my Frontpoint device is pretty straightforward. We also use their app more to hear the beep when somebody comes in or a door opens but it is a little outdated so we ended up not using it that much. However, when I had sensors break, the replacement came pretty fast.

It's been a good experience with Frontpoint for the past year and three months. Installing it was the simplest thing I've done in my adult life - very user-friendly. However, they could improve on the video recording. They only have one camera that interacts with their system and I have to buy it from them and it was a bit pricey. I was able to get the Arlo surveillance type of system with four cameras for the price of one basically. I use Arlo in addition to Frontpoint now. I had ADT a long time ago and compared to Frontpoint, it's like night and day but in a good way. I would recommend Frontpoint all the time.

I've had Frontpoint for two years at two residences and it is better than the other provider I used before. It worked fine, it's been accurate and it's a simple system to install which was the appealing thing about it because it was a significantly lower cost option than having security guys come out. I had three estimates from people which were a joke relative to the simplicity of the Frontpoint system. I used their interactive features but I decided I did not need that capability so we just have the basic service. The feature was free for a while and I used it and I was happy with it. I just didn’t feel like paying the extra money for it.
It is our goal to provide our customers with a system that is not only reliable but also easy to use and we are so happy to hear that you love that about us!

It's a year and a half now since we started using Frontpoint. It was pretty straightforward to install. Also, our experience with the Frontpoint team had been very good. My mom has the medic alert and the fire and carbon monoxide protection and she accidentally set it off one day. They called 911 and sent somebody out. The guy who came couldn't get it off at all so they reset it. I would recommend them.

I looked into other providers before but all of them had telephone lines which any smart crook could just cut. I found Frontpoint and have it for about six months now. The technician showed up and installed the device because I'm getting too old to climb a ladder. Somebody left the back door open a little bit once and I tried to arm the system and called up customer service and it worked out okay. One or two other times, I opened the door and didn't disarm the system first (my fault) and I had to call them up and tell them about that. I'm happy with it and I'm going to add more sensors soon as I get a little bit more money.

I have Frontpoint for a year or a little longer than that. My daughter, my wife and I installed the device, and it was reasonably easy. My daughter was here because she's younger and a little more techie than I am or my wife is so that was helpful. But, most people could do it. I also had a couple of calls that were made, when the alarm went off once or twice accidentally and someone called immediately. Other than that, everything was fine. Also, since installing the device, I certainly have a greater sense of security.

It’s been a year and a half since I had my Frontpoint installed. Installation was not a problem. The team on the phone has been very helpful. I have the feature on my phone where I can arm it - it’s something I love and it works for us. Sometimes we leave the kids alone and they arm the house, and stay. I don’t know if it’s good or bad but it helps that they’re confident.

My interaction with the Frontpoint team has been pleasant. If the alarm goes off I get an immediate call. And if I'm not available they have the backup number. I bought the device because the house was up for sale and it had been broken into several times. It was very important for me to be able to access the system from anywhere because I was rarely home, so if I couldn't be able to do that, I would have never gotten the system. It is very reassuring that I can log on with my cell and see that my alarms were set.

It's been two years since I've been a Frontpoint user. Installation was easy. I got the equipment, installed it myself, and activated it on the phone with the company. My wife feels better since installing the system.

Frontpoint is great when it works. The device was easy to install, but we've had two times now when it almost stopped working. We're unaware that there was no communication between the device and the company for a minimum of three days. Some of the times, we've been out of town and for all we knew, somebody could've gotten into our house and no one would've known about it. We should be refunded for all of the times that that happened, but I had to argue with someone in order to get a partial refund for the most recent time. We'll probably be changing carriers once we're out of our contract because apparently we're having an issue with the radio service which is Verizon and so do I on my own phone.

Frontpoint is different from ADT. It's a do-it-yourself installation whereas ADT comes out and does everything for you. It's been a year and a half since I've used Frontpoint and they have been very responsive. There were issues and the police came immediately asking questions. They have been wonderful and very supportive.

I've been happy with security system since I installed Frontpoint. The panel works great. I use the app more often to arm and disarm my system. My only concern was one of the sensors that they sent me, for whatever reason, was flawed. But the other ones worked perfectly fine.

I got Frontpoint because I had done some research online and found a lot of good reviews about them. It’s been over a year now since I've had it installed. Installing it was very easy and I did everything within 20 minutes. On multiple occasions when I’ve gotten new stuff and have to get things installed, it's been great every time I called them. I feel more secured and love the fact that I can arm and disarm it when I’m, two, three hours away even.

Installing the Frontpoint device was an easy process and overall, it works. Although it seems like arming or disarming on my app takes a couple of seconds longer than it should. Still, my experience with them has been seamless and when we go on vacation, we know that we can find out real quick if something is going on with the house.

I've used Frontpoint for two years. I had another provider before but Frontpoint people are much nicer. My son installed the system but it looked like I could handle it myself. Since installing the device, I feel more comfortable when I'm gone knowing that somebody's keeping an eye on the house. Also, I like the idea when I come home at night and it’s dark, I know there’s not going to be anybody in the house. That's a very nice feeling. I've recommended them to several other people.

I've been using Frontpoint for over a year now. I've used a different provider before, and Frontpoint's much better. Plus, installing their device was fairly simple. I just put little tape strips on the back of the devices and put them wherever we need it to go -- It didn’t take long at all. I also love that I can control the system anytime and anywhere. We use our smartphones every day to arm and disarm our system.

We've been using Frontpoint for a year and a half now after being with Bay Alarm. I initially thought that I liked Bay Alarm better but it was because I didn't know how to use the Frontpoint system. After I filled out the online survey, somebody called me and explained the additional features so now I like it better. It was really easy to install. Their team was very friendly and not pushy when I bought the system unlike ADT. What I really liked about the guy that sold us our system was that he had no two ways about it, just how much it costs. They were also helpful when I wanted to figure out how to make the doors and windows chime and remotely turn on the silent alarm. The only thing that I don't like about the system is it still makes a loud "beep" even in silent mode. Other than that, we really like it. It's very convenient to use.

We've been using Frontpoint since 2014. It was simple enough to install, although it had little blips every now and then. They've also walked my husband through a couple of things that he needed to do. Additionally, when we had to replace a couple of pieces in the system and they were sent in a timely manner. There were a couple of times too when the smoke alarm went off. In one instance, it was due to a low battery and the fire department responded immediately. We've been able to rectify other issues that we've had.

My alarm has randomly gone off and their team has handled it well. We've had no break-ins so it's been fine. I like the fact that I could arm or disarm the system from a smartphone, which is convenient. The only complaints I have with the system is that the connections don't always hold the sensor in the right place, and that I would like a system that has cameras where we could see a bit more than the center. But other than those, it's been good.

I used to have ADT but they were a pain in the neck. They have long contract terms that I can't get out of. I sold my house and had a lot of problems. Now, I've been using Frontpoint for a year and a half. When I call for help, I get it. Installing the device is fine, except the things kept falling off the wall because the glue on that tape wasn't very good.

I've been using Frontpoint for about two years now. Installing the device was simple - they were all stick-on and start their work when they were supposed to. Also, all the interaction I've had with folks at Frontpoint have been good. I ordered a couple more signs for the yard and I added a camera to the system, so I had to talk to them a little bit about installing that and getting it linked with the rest of them. Everybody were responsive and nice. I've also tried Frontpoint's interactive features and they're important because if you can't access and control your system from anywhere then it wouldn't be up-to-date.
Those interactive features definitely do give you more control over your safety, so we're glad to make sure you're always getting that!

I've been a Frontpoint user for a little over a year. Installing the device was very easy and simple. Their team was very helpful every time I call with a question. It has always been a good experience. Furthermore, I use their mobile app a lot and it's great. As a matter of fact, it's a great selling point. Since installing the device, my wife really likes it because she knows when she comes home, everything's secure.

In our experience with Frontpoint, the sensor, all the window sensors and the motion detector fell off the wall. They didn't stick this summer. We also always had a problem with the battery in the garage. We have to change it when it's cold or the temperature changes too quickly. Other than that, they've been good.
Nedjma, the experience you're describing doesn't sound like the typical customer setup we hear great things about. Frontpoint's reps have always been excellent, friendly and knowledgeable. I've had their system for over a year now and I use their interactive features all the time. Being able to control my system from anywhere is the only way I'd want it.

I didn't have any trouble installing Frontpoint - it was easy. I had to call to request more window sensors, and they were very helpful. Then I had to call with questions regarding adding additional codes for people that would be coming to take care of my pets, and they were very helpful with that too. I always end up using the disarm feature from my phone since it's just a lot easier to have it already done especially if my hands are going to be full when I come home. I'm very satisfied with Frontpoint. It is a very helpful and great company.

We’ve been using Frontpoint for a year and four months already. The installation went well. We had a lot of sensors. One thing that struck me was when the salesperson said that the company would monitor all the devices, and then later on when I accessed the system, they said it was limited to 10. If I go beyond that, I’d have to pay more. It wasn’t very clear to me when we were setting it up, but the setup itself was pretty straightforward.
We use the app a lot to arm and disarm the system, and it’s a great feature. The wireless aspect of the system is convenient. However, we have come across some limitations on the unit. We have a three-story house and the unit’s on the first floor, and it’s not really loud. We can hear it up clearly to the second floor. So I inquired about what we can do and there’s another unit that can be bought, but it’s additional expense and involves some configurations as well. We’re still looking into it. We've added some sensors and we're looking to add more. I'm trying to research what other features Frontpoint offers in terms of home automation.

We decided to use Frontpoint because the previous owners of the house had used it before. I had several phone calls with their reps trying to get it switched over, and then I had some other phone calls with them to explain how I could use it. They were always friendly, helpful and clear, so I didn't have questions when we were finished.

My co-worker told me about Frontpoint and I've been using it for a year and a half now. I also use the mobile app and I really that. Since installing the system, I feel better. We have a home also in Arizona and when we go out there, I feel more secure with having an alarm at my house.

We used ADT before as our home security provider, but we've been with Frontpoint for a little bit over a year now. I prefer the latter because of their easy installment process. I've had to call in a couple of times for relocation and that process is really easy too. I just picked up my box, moved, and called it back in without having to set up or take time for someone to come out here and install the system. Their representatives also call me several times when I activated the alarm myself; they were quick to respond. I use their mobile app most of the time to arm or disarm the device and I love it. I feel more at ease with having Frontpoint in my house.

I have used Frontpoint for nine months, and I had a great experience with it. I had a little problem hooking up my camera, so I sent it back and they sent me a new one. Everything worked out fine and I was very happy with them. But because I moved, it is not hooked up right now and once I get back on my feet, I'm going to get my system going again.

We were with ADT and after we cut our service with them, we got two robberies. So we reopened for a new security system, this time with Frontpoint. We've been with them for three years now and the equipment are still working well. My brother uses the Frontpoint smartphone app to arm and disarm the alarm, and the app is working well too.

We've been using Frontpoint for a year and a half, and it's pretty good. My husband did the installation and it was relatively simple. Being able to access and control the system on the go is great and works well for us. The only thing I don't like is that the sound system is in one little monitor rather than being all throughout the house. They could also do with the update of their equipment.

I got burglarized so I decided to get Frontpoint. Installing it was easy, all the instructions were detailed, and their representatives had been helpful for every question I've called about. My experience with Frontpoint has been pretty good at this point.

We were through the internet searching on a company that we could use their equipment as we were renting before and knew that we’d be moving. Most alarm security companies have their contracts where it's a year or two, and we want to be able to take it with us. We found Frontpoint and they seemed to have a decent deal so we went with them because of that. Installing their device was really easy. There was enough information in the instructions to do it on my own without calling but they had me call them. I got through quickly and they told me to go here and install it there then go there and install it there and then we went through and tested everything. It was quick. Also, their mobile app is great and I use it quite often.
There were a couple of issues with reinstalling when we moved to the new house but since having Frontpoint, we've had our sense of security in our home. My wife is sometimes home alone with our kids as I travel. When the alarm is on at night, when she hears a noise, she doesn’t have to get spooked because she knows that the alarm is going to go off if indeed someone is trying to come through a door, break a window, or something. She sleeps better at night.

I like being able to access and control our system at anytime, anywhere a lot and that was why I changed to Frontpoint over ADT. Although Frontpoint and ADT are pretty even as we haven't ever had an issue with either, I've used Frontpoint's mobile app pretty much all the time and that's the only way we do it. We've had them for a year but we didn't start using the system till the summer. And I wanted security on every door so it was a little hard to drill into all the doors but it was fine and other than that installation was pretty easy.
That mobile app is super helpful isn't it?

My brother's house got broken into so my mom wanted to get her house, our house and his house protected. She did the research and went with Frontpoint. We've been using it for a little over a year. It was easy to install. Everybody has been really nice when we were setting it up and making calls back and forth. It was always pleasant. There had been a couple of times when we've had some false alarms like we’ve accidentally trip it and when they take the call they really call them. So I know in the event of something really happening, whoever would contact us at Frontpoint would be helpful. They seemed to be doing well with their job enough that it would help me as a potential break in victim. We have told the few people that we know, friends and family about it.

I had a satisfying experience with Frontpoint but my friend who referred me to them never got the $100 referral. Installing the device was easy and the quality of their product is good too. But they're not able to provide much information on the alarm and I'm hearing from many people that there are some contacts that often fall because they are just glued. When the contact falls down, the alarm goes off and it sends Frontpoint a message. At this point of time, they call you and if you know which contact fell down, it's good. If not, it's a problem.

I have checked past reviews about home security providers online. Frontpoint had pretty good ones so after purchasing the house, I thought it would fit my needs. So far, they're doing good. I like the system. It's easy and fast to set up and a couple of people from Frontpoint were really friendly enough in explaining the process. Frontpoint has convenient features, too. I can enable and disarm the security from my mobile app. I also get notifications if any of my doors and windows are opened for longer than a certain amount of time. I set it up online and I can have different PIN codes for different users so I know who is arming and disarming the security. With Frontpoint, we feel much more secured at home. We are also very confident that if one of us needs to be away, we know our home and our family members are still secured.

We've used Frontpoint as our home security service provider for about a year and they have always been great about everything. When we ordered the system, the Frontpoint guy was knowledgeable and nice even though I had to call him back a couple of times and waited a month to order it before we closed escrow. Since then, they're always very helpful when it comes to putting in new devices or if there's an alarm activation.
It was easy installing our security device. We do have their mobile app and it's nice. But what was happening before was it would say "disarmed" but the system wasn't. This seems to have been fixed with the updates and we haven't had that problem in quite a few months. Since installing our Frontpoint security device, it's nice to be able to know that all the windows and doors are closed. Our garage is separate, so at night, we wouldn't hear anything if somebody was to try and get in the garage. It's nice to know that we would know that nobody’s getting in there.

We like Frontpoint so well that we have it in two houses. We waited until we saw how it worked. One is going on four years and the other is one year. My husband installed all the doors, motion and the break-in sensors. We arm and disarm via our smartphone and we get texts when batteries are low. It's great that we know what's going on in our house. We go once in a while in our house in another state. We have a house-sitter and we know when they come, how long they’ve stayed, or if they went to the back of the house. I like to know who’s in there and how long they’ve spent. The only problem is it's much more costly than other programs. There is a chance that we may switch to a different program that has the same features but for a lot lower price per month.

It's almost been two years now that we've used Frontpoint as our home security service provider. The actual installation of our security device was easy, merely figuring out where best to place it for our home and where it would be most effective. The glass break sensor was a little more complicated but that's nothing that they did wrong. It was only that the shape of our house was a little hard to accommodate.
My interactions with the team at Frontpoint were all good except for one guy who didn't have much of a personality and patience. For instance, I'd ask him a question and then, if I didn't understand it, I would say, "Can you explain that in a different way?" And he would explain it in the same exact way with the same exact words. He was not what I'd call good customer service. Moreover, I use Frontpoint's mobile app all the time and that's the best part. It's definitely convenient being able to access and control my system anytime, anywhere. Since installing our Frontpoint security device, our dogs are much safer when they're home alone. We generally feel better about leaving home without any type of issue.

We got a security system from Frontpoint because we had a home robbery. We have them for about a year and a half. Since then we definitely feel much more safe and secure and it's much better. I did the installation and it was easy and simple because it was self-explanatory. Reps were very polite and easy to work with. I told them exactly what I needed and wanted versus any big packages or whatever that they had. They were able to work that out.

I used to be a Frontpoint customer but I switched to another provider because their console or control panel is not appealing to the eye. It's a big, clunky thing with the cord hung down, and I know that there's a lot more sleeker designs now. But, installing the Frontpoint security device was super easy and they were really helpful on the line. And their interactive features are handy.
We're moving into a new house and it's an eyesore in the old house. It's also nice that the company we go with now is local. Although it's not that big of a deal, it's important for us to have somebody local and to support local businesses. However, they have their pros and cons. And, Frontpoint's customer service is extremely helpful and that's a big difference between the company I'm using now. So I'd recommend Frontpoint to friends and I recommend that Frontpoint get a better-looking control panel.

I've had a great experience with Frontpoint. It's fairly simple installing the device. And every time I've had an interaction with them they've been very helpful and thorough. I've contacted them as I’m having a couple of issues with my system. But since installing the device, I feel a little better. I’m a business guy and do a lot of traveling, and it's nice to be able to know that if something happens, I won't be the last one to find out when I get back home. It’s also great being able to access and control the system at anytime and anywhere.
