We've got the whole home deal from Frontpoint. Their device was easy to install and they're good to work with. We use the phone app and it's a pretty good deal. We feel a lot more secure having that. However when I set it up on their website, they moved me over to a different website, to Alarm.com and I didn't like that. I put my credit card number in there and had never dealt with this company. I was worried it was a scam so I cancelled and was about to clear out. But I got some research on Alarm.com and have seen that it was just the main website for managing the system. I didn't like not knowing something like that upfront. It really ruined my day.

We got Frontpoint as a preventive measure and it is the first home security system that we had. The first device I got didn't work properly so I received a second one. There was no technician to set up the wires, so we had to do it all ourselves. It was pretty straightforward. But the device could have been constructed a little better because it was just all thin wires coming straight out of the box. Feels like it's not constructed very well. But aside from that, the Frontpoint app on the phone is quite easy to use. I like it and use it often. Also, their staff has been helpful, pleasant to work with and definitely resolved our questions.

I've had Frontpoint for about two years, and I feel secure in my choice. The device was simple to install, and when I dropped a sensor and it broke, the reps helped me to check and see if it could be repaired or if a new one will be sent out. They ended up sending out a new one, and I've called since then to get extra adhesive strips. So, it has been pleasant. I also use the app on the phone to control the system, and it is convenient.

I researched all of home security providers, tried to figure out which one had positive comments from people and chose Frontpoint. I liked that their system was wireless. I didn't want it hard-wired where somebody comes in and actually sets it because then they know everything. When my husband installed the device, it was pretty easy even though he is not very handy. We had a little bit of a struggle in the beginning because we don't have good reception with Verizon and that's what it was on. It was a little bit of a rough start, but they gave us lots of credits and everything else. Now it works great.
Also, when we were troubleshooting some things in the beginning, the reps were great. The staff had exceptional customer service. They have been awesome and have always been wonderful. I also like the phone app which we use all the time. We liked the way it was before; you set it or it's either set or not set, disarmed or armed. But we've gotten used to it now. I feel a tremendous peace of mind now that we have Frontpoint.

When I Googled for alarm systems, Frontpoint's name came up, and since they had the price I can afford, I went with them. When I installed the device, I followed the instructions and it was easy and simple. We've been using it for six months now. The app's hooked up to my wife's phone and with it, she knows when someone goes in and out of the house. It's awesome. The reps have been great too, so everything's been real good.

All the equipment that I received from Frontpoint was malfunctioning and didn’t work up to par. Certain things were supposed to have an alert like if a window was open, and it did not. When I would call for help, they would walk me through it, but it would still fall apart the next day just as badly. Even simple things like window stickers that are supposed to remove and go back on, they would stop working after two days and that wasn’t even a security thing. All these things were falling off the walls, leaving horrible marks.
I also felt it was like a false advertisement. They said they don’t come to the house but that working with them on the phone would have been the same and it wasn’t. I spent a lot of money and I’ve had robberies since in my house which I can show them police reports. All I want to do is to replace their stuff that I paid as I could no longer use what I got from them. I’m a single mom and couldn’t afford to get more. They were supposed to have the best reviews and I’d like to know where that comes from. I even researched to see if it was a fake company. I hope they're gonna reimburse me for what happened.

Installing the device was easy. Having it makes us feel secure and gives us peace of mind especially when we're not home. We activate and deactivate our device with the app everyday and it's very convenient and straightforward. Also, their representatives are very helpful and friendly when I had to call them.

I have been with Frontpoint for almost two years. I was living in a one bedroom apartment, so my small package was just exactly what I needed it from then. I just recently moved to a house with lots of windows, doors, etc. At first I was skeptical and didn't know what to do. So I called their customer support and asked them for advice. First thing that I noticed was that not only they have a professional customer service, but they are also very knowledgeable, and not pushy (trying to sell you anything fast).
They went ahead and beyond in getting me the best upgrade that I need it for my home. From sensors and equipment, pretty much everything that I needed it for my peace of mind in my home. I went ahead and upgrade the touchscreen (which is a awesome feature) and other goodies. Any issues that I had or any problems, they were there for me, no matter how many times I called them. As for the system I can rest assured that I'm protected 24/7. I will recommend to everyone who's looking for a excellent home security with an outstanding customer support. Keep up the great work guys!

Whenever I called Frontpoint prior to the installation, they were very good. However, when we received the system and we called asking for some guidance and help to set it up, the person who picked up the call was so offhand and not helpful at all. It was very disappointing because I chose Frontpoint for they had the better customer service when I was shopping around. He said it’s all self-explanatory and I can just read it and follow the instructions. I tried to call back but I got him again. My interactions with Frontpoint were not all bad though. I had to call at another time because there was a light showing up on the control panel. Their rep was helpful and she stayed with me and we worked it out so I'm still happy with Frontpoint. They are not as savvy as Vivint but it’s Frontpoint's customer service that beats the competition. Frontpoint is with the customers.

I've been using the Frontpoint system for around one year and it works as advertised. Installing the device required self-service but went flawless and was easy to do. And their team was very helpful. I called in, had a few questions, and it was seamless. They've been very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had right away. I also use the phone app on a regular basis, and it's convenient. I'm really pleased with the service.

I was looking for a service provider that didn't require a landline and Frontpoint was the one that fit the criteria. I've had them for about a year. Installing the device was pretty simple. It was just stickers where I had to peel the backing off of the sensors and then I just put it on to wherever I wanted to put it. The interactive features are actually pretty good. The only problem I've had with the service or the app is that I've had several false alarms. I'm allowed three false alarms and then the rest I'm charged. That's the only thing that I didn't like about it.

I’ve been with Frontpoint for two years and everything is good. I had ADT before but Frontpoint’s service is much better and a lot easier from a functionality standpoint. Functionality is rudimentary and simplistic. I’m more comfortable with them when I talk to their service providers. Device installation was very self-explanatory and easy. The sales reps were also very helpful. They could work on some of the device price points but the service is priced exceptionally well. I think when I get into outside things such as cameras, the control panels for the heating, they don’t provide a lot of those things and they don’t have anything for that from a product standpoint, which hurts them. And the ones they do provide are extremely expensive. But I like that it’s portable and I could take it with me from house to house. I’m very happy with the product and their customer care.

I've been a Frontpoint user for about eight months now. There was no trouble at all in installing their device. We have checked their system on our phone while we've been away and it works pretty good. Since we had them, it makes us feel better whenever we leave.

I asked around to see who people thought were one of the better home security system to go to and most of the time, people would have Frontpoint as one of their top answers. So I looked into it and that’s who we went with. We’ve had a very good experience with them. It was extremely easy installing the security device, with the plug in. It was simple. The first time we had set it up to secure the house, I ended up putting in my direct code, which is the wrong code. Then we’ve had a couple other false alarms, like my daughter or wife not getting to plug in the number quick enough. Frontpoint's reps are one of the very few groups that were very patient and kind.
I have the phone app to arm and disarm the system. I can also do it on my Apple watch. I only wish that we have a primary and secondary number linked to the system. We don’t have a home phone so the system is linked to my cellphone. Whenever I go outside, there is a radius that I set and a reminder that I hadn’t locked the house. I hope that they could update my phone or my wife’s phone in a way that the system will recognize that if one of them is within the radius, it wouldn’t send out a message every time. Nevertheless, we feel a lot more secure if the system’s armed at night and when we’re gone, we can rest easy knowing that if anything were to happen, it would be a quick response. It makes me feel I’m dealing with that one family member that I trust.

I've had Frontpoint for a year as my home security provider and installing the security device was easy. They helped walked me through the installation process and best practices. When I bought some additional devices they were very helpful in adding them in. The support team over there is awesome. Also, I couldn't live without the interactive features. I use them everyday.
I sleep well ever since having Frontpoint. I get a lot of comfort when I'm at home and have the alarm on. That's a big positive for me. The fact that I have the integrated smoke detectors and cameras, the whole system works together. That's a huge relief that I know that if there's a fire, I'm going to know about it immediately. Frontpoint does what it's supposed to do.

When I was looking at what Frontpoint offered and found out that they had a lot of wireless stuff, I decided to go with them. I got all the interactive features which are very convenient. Frontpoint is very good and it makes me feel safer.

Online rankings of home security providers got me to find out about Frontpoint. I've been with them for one year now. Setting it up was very easy, they made the instructions very simple. I love that Frontpoint's interactive features allows me to access the system away from home. It definitely puts me better at ease. Their team was exceptional. We had a burglary and my kids were afraid. So I googled top security companies in Orange County and Frontpoint was number one. They have been great, helpful and very patient -- I'm old, I don't get technology, and they're very nice with me. Installing the security device was super simple as well. Its interactive feature is awesome. If I leave and the kids are home alone and I forget to turn on the alarm, I can do it right from my phone. I love the device. Or if I realize that no one’s going to be home for the day, I can turn the alarm on and it's all good. It lets me know too if one of the sensors is not working. We got a new dog. So, we've been adjusting sensors. That's how I can tell that I've got it lined up right. It's worth the money, easy to use and loud when it goes off. It's nice to feel safe in my own home. I don't worry anymore.

The customer service at Frontpoint is outstanding. We've used ADT before and the difference is remarkable. ADT has poor customer service and, apparently, doesn’t care that much about their customers. Their costs are too high. Frontpoint bends over backwards for their customers. They emerged as one of the top security suppliers when I did my research online.
When I bought the system, I was given one free component and the lady I dealt with was very knowledgeable about the system. There are no snags in ordering and setting up the system. During installation, I called the Frontpoint office and they took my wife and I through the initialization set-up and a little training session to teach us how to use the system. I like the convenience feature, and we also put in thermostats. I like that the system is wireless. We're not at risk of somebody cutting our wires.

We've been using Frontpoint for about 13 months. My husband looked up online and reviewed to see what the best company was, and he thought Frontpoint was the best. He installed the security system himself with the help of the technician over the phone, so it was an easy process. Talking to the customer service reps has always been wonderful. We use the app to turn the system on and off for the cleaning company, and it's great. We were able to use it when we were in the Dominican Republic. We're very pleased. It has been a great service that's why Frontpoint has been excellent.

I had Frontpoint for about a year. The installation of the device was very simple and I had no issues setting it up myself. I got a package with all of our security devices in it and it gave me very clear instructions. Then, I called them and they activated it right away. Their team were great, helpful and made the process very easy. Sometimes I don’t remember if we set the alarm or not, so it’s easy to just log in through the app and check real quick. If I needed to disable the system or check on any status, it’s very useful. One time, I was out of town and we had a power outage, and it was able to let me know that our power was out. I wouldn’t have probably known that otherwise.

I've been a Frontpoint user for four years now. I used a different company years ago and I prefer Frontpoint for many reasons. They're better. The experience with the security device has been positive. Sometimes, with the customer service, a little less. I have had several interactions with them over the phone and they were not coordinated with the rest of the team. Somebody told me things and then another person didn’t know. I had one nice lady who helped me with the billing mess and I wrote to the manager and acknowledged how much she helped me. But this last time, I had some Nicole, I think, and she was supposed to call me at 4PM but never did.
I can access the system in my computer. It is nice when you bypass a human, especially when the human is not really that good. I am old for the automation and I like to have a direct service. When I have to customize the service, that’s when customer service is paramount. I have felt safer having Frontpoint. They are always prompt to call when there are false alarms. So, the monitoring is satisfactory. My issue is that because we live in a condo on the third floor right now, I cannot put the warning signs in the yard like I do in the other house. I’ve got to go with only the door, and Frontpoint does not have a sticker for it, only for windows. It's the only way I can tell potential criminal that I have a system. A guy promised me that he was going to talk to someone, but I have no resolution. It irritates me because other competitors have it in the same building and it is also bad for Frontpoint because it does not advertise them.

I've had Frontpoint for about a year and it's all very well with them. It's very easy installing the device-- I just decide where and stick the device on the wall. My interactions with their team were very well. Since installation, we feel more safe particularly when we're out of town. I had a very satisfactory experience with them and I would recommend them to a friend.

I used to have ADT, which was a wired system, so it had lots of problems. The one I have today with Frontpoint is wireless and seems to be okay and works when I turn it on using the app. I don't have any of the fire and heat detectors put in as it's a bit expensive. Plus, I've got ADT still monitoring my heat sensors. I had some issues with the operation of the system, and had to call and get it taken care of. I don't think that the documentation that Frontpoint provided is adequate for resolving problems. It would help to have a troubleshooting guide or guide on how you can scroll through and make different settings on the panel. I also have a motion sensor, and supposedly small pets can't trigger it, but I did have a case in which my cat triggered it.

The installation of the Frontpoint device was pretty straightforward. However, I have a motion sensor function which I never activated because the instructions weren’t very clear to have the motion sensors lower, so I have them pretty high up in the ceiling. Because I never took them down, I’m not fully utilizing that. The instructions could have been a bit clearer about that. Other than that, I’m happy to be able to monitor and see what doors are opened or closed. And I set-up for the automated emails in case the doors are open too long. I feel safer so that’s great. It’s been as good as expected. The product these guys are offering is exactly what’s being advertised. In addition, everyone there at Frontpoint was very receptive and gave good customer service.

Installation was fairly smooth and quite easy. I haven’t been using the alarm feature very much so my experience is quite limited. But my interaction with the Frontpoint rep was quite positive. There was one issue that didn’t get resolved. He was asking about a natural gas detector, and I think they’re available somewhere but I’m not sure where. Though I’m not quite pleased with the service we’ve been getting, I would recommend them.

The Frontpoint security device was self-install. Interactions with customer service was very positive. I like the remote access, but the app doesn't work on an iPhone. I haven’t been able to install it.

My experience with Frontpoint has been great. I've been a user for about a year now. It's outstanding and we have no problems so far. It's just as smooth as silk. Installation was simple and since we've had it, my wife wouldn't want to be without it. Frontpoint is very professional all the way.

I learned about Frontpoint when I Googled them on the internet. Their instructions were detailed so it wasn't difficult installing their system. I've tried their interactive features and I thought it was okay. I wish though that it would integrate more with the system that was already installed. I didn't know that when I contacted Frontpoint. And so we really had a hard time locating a satellite and sometimes it would go off. The box really wasn't user-friendly. But other than that, everything else has been a good experience. Overall, it was satisfactory.

Installing Frontpoint was fairly simple, and when I had to call tech support, they were extremely helpful. I use the phone to activate and deactivate the system. It's nice to check on it if I go out of town for a long period of time, and if for some reason I have to let somebody in, a neighbor or a trusted friend to get something, I can deactivate it without having to give them the code. We travel a lot, and it's nice to know that I'm not going to come home to find my door or window ripped out, and that I'll know about it if it happens. One thing I have noticed that's a negative on their part, however, is that they are over secure. For instance, if I burn something on my stove and the fire alarm goes off, I can run over and enter the security code but they're still going to call. And if I'm not there to answer it, they're going to call the fire department and everything else. There should be a way for me to be able to cancel it from the box. But overall, they're extremely good.

Frontpoint has easy step-by-step instructions for the installation and their staff did a good job when they sent me the box. Everything is laid out very well. Their rep, Fred, was super friendly. We emailed back and forth to really get what I needed and their team worked with me and even referred me to Angie's List where I could basically get the same equipment at a better deal. They were extremely helpful and everything's been great.

We did online research to look for a security system provider and it seemed that Frontpoint is the best way to go. They had good reviews and we liked their product. And one of the things that they said that they would do, and they did, was to have a person here in the US to talk to us. We appreciate that part very much. My husband installed the device, and when he had a question, he was able to get in touch with somebody and they were able to tell him exactly what to do. We have had a couple of problems with devices and they have helped us either to fix that problem or replace the device, so that's good. We really like Frontpoint.
We have talked to the service people, customer service people and the alert people when something goes off. When I'm standing at the door and can't figure out what to do, they call. They call right away which is great. It has all worked just like they said it would in the website. We're really happy with every part of it. We use the interactive features from time to time and it seems to go really well. I use the computer and my husband has the app on his phone. Since having Frontpoint, I had to get used to not being afraid of making mistakes when I would arm or disarm it. But now that I'm used to it, everything's pretty much normal. It definitely makes us feel more comfortable to be away from the house.

I don't think the actual alarm is loud enough when it goes off. When I've tested it and it went off, it's loud enough for inside the house but it didn't reach outside. That was a concern that I mentioned to Frontpoint, and they told me about the decibels loud. I don't agree that it's loud enough.

I have Frontpoint for a year and a half. Installation was a little tedious, but it was easy. I only ever had to call customer service two times and everybody was nice. The interactive features are the best thing ever. I like that it makes the 'ding' noise because I feel like people know I have a security system, so it makes me feel better. Everybody at Frontpoint's customer service team has been good. The house got broken in one time but the alarm went off and I never had another problem.

I've used Frontpoint for roughly a year now. I did the self-install and then called for activation. I have talked with the team at Frontpoint a couple of times -- at the time of activation and when I had to change the list of people to call. Everything went smoothly both times. I occasionally use their interactive features, like the app on my phone and it's convenient and helpful. I feel more secure since installing Frontpoint.

I had trouble originally with the device not connecting to the phone lines so Frontpoint had to make a change on that. They sent me the part, I made the change, and I haven't had any trouble since. Frontpoint has always been very cooperative and concise. They answered my questions and handled it in a way that I thought was acceptable. Their system works when it's supposed to and that's all I really worry about.

I had ADT before and compared to them, I like Frontpoint better for their customer service. I've had them since 2015 and my experience with them has been good so far. Their customer service agent was really very knowledgeable and he walked me through the installation process and he made it easy for me. Their staff have also been very courteous. I have less worries now that I have Frontpoint.
You deserve the best customer service and we are happy to provide you with just that!

Frontpoint's whole system is different and is way better than Protection 1 which I previously had. Everything was all right except that I was given a bad sensor for one window and Frontpoint took their time in resolving it which I wasn't happy with. They made me do troubleshooting for about four times with different people before they finally sent out a sensor. They were also bugging me to send the other one sensor back when I just got out of the hospital. Nonetheless, I would still recommend them to a friend.

When I got Frontpoint, I put more and more stuff on as the weeks went on so I had a lot of interaction with their team. They got good people working for them. They're great and easy to work with. When you talk to these folks, they’re really helpful. No issues at all with them. It's been a very easy experience with Frontpoint and my wife feels safer since we had them.

We experienced a home break-in last year, March 13th, while my husband and I were both away from home for the day. After that my husband started looking into different security systems and we chose Frontpoint because of the wireless feature. It didn't have to be tied into a phone or cable line. We’ve had it for a year now. Installation was simple although there were a few times when there could have been some more detailed instructions.
I have the app on my phone and they could improve a lot on that. It’s not as great as it could be. I have a lot of problems sometimes. When I leave I will do the doors and windows and the motion as well. There’s no entry delay on it completely when I’m going to be far off from home. That way anytime anything opens or goes off, it’ll immediately trigger with the siren. However, when I get home sometimes, I’ll use the app to disarm from outside my house and a lot of times it doesn’t go through. I’ll click to disarm and it just sits there and blinks. So I’ll just have to open the door and run in the house and disarm. Sometimes it’ll tell me that my security is disarmed when it is armed and it’ll say it’s armed when I know it’s disarmed. That's my only complaint.

I've had Frontpoint for a little over a year. I did the installation myself and they activated the system over the phone. I followed the instructions they sent me so the experience was fine and the interactions were straightforward and easy to follow. The sales guy and I went through each room at home and said, “Okay, for this room, you need this. This room, you need that.” But he didn’t tell me about several other options that they offer. For example, they ultimately gave me a couple of the key fob because I called back quickly. But he didn’t offer the cameras and the other aspects of the system.
When I first got the system, I opened the bathroom window while I was in the shower and the cops were at my door when I got out. I called them and we talked through everything and then we figured out that I actually triggered the alarm myself. I’m trying to get used to the system and he said that it was normal for new users to trigger it without knowing it. Sometimes, I use their app on my phone to set and turn off the system and it works well.

My son installed the device and it was pretty easy. I have some problems though because I don’t think my living room sensors work. Also, the sensor which is the one on my door fell off. My son just taped it back but I should probably call to get a new one or ask what should be done to get it to stay up the door. Nonetheless, I'm satisfied with Frontpoint.

Installing the Frontpoint security device was about as easy as it could get. It took about an hour to do the entire house. The instructions were good and straightforward and the followup commissioning phone call was also well done. The rep who did that follow up was very helpful. I had a couple of questions and he answered those very quickly. Furthermore, one of the selling points that convinced me to get the system in the beginning was the ability to access and control it at anytime from anywhere. It's great! I have already recommended them to a number of people. It's been an excellent experience.

After doing a search and comparison of home security providers in a bunch of reviews online, I then went with Frontpoint and have had them now for three-quarters of a year. I was on ADT before using them and the actual product on the ADT system was more responsive. But it was tied to the internet, so if my internet went down, the system would go down too, which is not the case with Frontpoint and is the nice thing about them. However, the Frontpoint interface seems to be very slow. If I want to change the temperature, it takes a while. It doesn't update as quickly as my ADT system did. Both my ADT and Frontpoint systems have the feature of being able to access and control my system anytime from anywhere, and this is one of the things that I want in a home security system.
I did the installation myself and it was easy -- just had to stick the devices above the doors and windows. They mail everything to you, but it's just a pain that you can't do the installation by yourself. You have to call them to activate the different centers as you do the installation. Also, when I called the reps a couple of times to inquire about a garage door opener, they didn't know the answer to my question. Overall, the system still has got bugs that can be worked out or improved upon, but it does what you need it to do.

I like Frontpoint better than our previous home security service provider. Frontpoint's equipment is a bit better and they're always responsive. They have always given me the support that I needed. With Frontpoint, I definitely feel a bit safer and have fewer worries about my home especially when I'm gone.

When I installed the device, we were disappointed that there wasn't somebody local to come by and pop things in place and work interactively with me. But the people at Frontpoint have all been pleasant and helpful and assured me they could not come to my door. I would personally rather not have a security system at all, but my wife has a completely different perspective on that. And the biggest thing that I use the system for is I can tell when the babysitter comes over to take care of the dogs when were gone for 12 hours. I can see when he enters and when he leaves. And not that I'm spying on him but it gives me peace of mind to know that the dogs are okay. We also find Frontpoint's interactive features to be really nice. Although I think that once you're set up and have your sensors in place, the actual monitoring should be less than a dollar a day.

We had ADT before we got Frontpoint. The only thing that I like better about ADT is it had a quieter beeping. The panel is not so loud when I'm setting the alarm. With Frontpoint, even when we set it to silent, it keeps beeping and it's annoying. Other than this, everything else works fine comparatively. Frontpoint works great and gives us peace of mind.

A co-worker referred Frontpoint to me. Everybody’s cooperative and helpful, so it’s been great. They're friendly and good to work with. We’ve always had a really good peace of mind and although we probably haven’t used the system as much as we should, it’s still nice knowing that it’s there. There’s an added sense of security in having the system. It works well. I also use the phone app all the time and I love it.

We were looking up different reviews for different home security companies in all the different internet sites and I found Frontpoint was one of the higher rated ones, so we chose to go with them. It was very simple to install. We just peeled and stuck the sensors, turned it on, and then we called Frontpoint to activate the device. Their team has always been very informative and helped solve whatever problem we had. I use the Frontpoint app a lot and I like the fact I can set up the geo-fencing feature so if I forget to set the alarm and I get a mile or two away from the house, the app lets me know. Also, being able to check all the sensors and status of the system is nice. It's a good system, decently priced, easy to use and they have great customer service. I'd continue using Frontpoint even after our contract's up.

I'm not too thrilled with Frontpoint. I don't think it's the greatest system. Their product was on TV then so I thought that their price went down but when I switched, the price stayed the same. Also, the installation of the system is not really built for molding around the doors. It worked for a little while but they fell off. So the alarm goes off while we're gone resulting to false alarms. I'm dissatisfied with it. Furthermore, their customer service can't do anything. They've put us on a contract and now tells us it's $700 to cancel early. So there's nothing we could do. As soon as our contract is up, we'll be done with them.

Frontpoint works well and I have it for about a year now. I used to have KMR but they were overpriced and wasn't user-friendly. Frontpoint was easy to install. I just put the magnets up, called them and they tested them. They helped me figure out what I needed to know, and it was simple. I put a normal sensor on my garage door, like the one that you drive a car through and not the one going into the house, which was a mistake. I called Frontpoint and they helped me get it reset so it would be a monitor and not an alarm. I use the application on my cell phone to set the system and I get notifications.

Frontpoint is my first security system and installing it was surprisingly very easy. I've had to call them a couple of times because they forgot something in our box, and every single time I did, they have been really nice and have sent out whatever I needed as quick as possible. If we go on a trip somewhere, I can get an automatic update on my phone and check to make sure things are fine. I definitely have less worries since having the system installed. Right now, I love Frontpoint and their worth for the money I pay. My friend just moved behind us and as soon as he's ready to install a security system, I'd recommend Frontpoint.

The Frontpoint device was very easy to install. Simple directions and everything was there. We've had alarms go off a handful of times and all has been false alarms like us forgetting to shut it off and my mother-in-law coming, and they've always been very understanding. I had one issue with the cord for the plug I got. It wasn't defective, but it got frayed from use, and they sent out a new one immediately and the issue was taken care of. I love the remote access. I use it every single day. It's a huge help and was a big thing for us in deciding to go with the Frontpoint.

There was somebody from Frontpoint that walked me through the installation and he was very helpful. I have the app and I have that on my Apple Watch also, and it's very easy and convenient. It’s definitely been very helpful for the sense of security. There have maybe been a couple of times where it didn’t register like a door sensor with the door being closed, and it was showing something different on the app. But that’s less than 1% of the time. I have recommended it to people and I would definitely continue using it.

I have a different service years ago and Frontpoint is by far much better to that in comparison. Installation was straightforward, had great directions, and probably took me an hour. I've set it off a lot by mistake and I've talked to them about making a few changes to it and everything's gone well. Frontpoint gives us a lot more secure feeling being home, and my wife coming home when the house has been empty. As far as their cellular-based system is, it's perfect for our situation. We don't have internet where we're at so that works out very well. It's a real good system and they've been excellent to work with.

I've had Frontpoint's security system for seven months and I've got no complaints. I wanted to see the most highly-rated security programs and Frontpoint was one of the highest ones in almost all of the ratings. A lady assisted me on the phone during installation and she was really helpful and walked me right through each step. It didn't matter that I'm not a real techie. Their people have been friendly, courteous and supportive. Our grandchild loves to push buttons and pushed the panic button a couple of times that triggered false alarms. Within less than a minute, Frontpoint called and checked on it. That's been impressive and the customer service, that's what makes them stand out and I like that. Also, it's really convenient that we're able to turn on and off the system using the smartphone. We feel more secure since having the system installed. Our overall experience was even more than I expected and I’ve recommended them to other people.

I was kind of in a rush when I took Frontpoint. I could've gotten the system a lot cheaper through my cable company because I already have a lot of services with them. Looking back, it wasn't necessarily the best product for me. I'm not that crazy about it but I'm not dissatisfied with the experience. I think it's good for certain kinds of people. The customer service reps were nice although there were bits of different troubles with things. Also, I'm probably not the best person to put the device up. We're moving so we'll take it with us.

I was going to get ADT again. I went online and googled some other options. When setting up the system, the Frontpoint guy was nice and knowledgeable and made sure I got everything. When the alarm goes off, it's definitely not as loud as it was with ADT and the response doesn’t seem to be as good either. I wish the alarm was louder and their response time was better.

I was searching online regarding security systems that had good recommendations, and it was Frontpoint. Installing it was easy. I’ve called them initially to check in on a couple of questions that I had and they were very courteous and were able to answer. It was a very efficient call. When I accidentally triggered the alarm, they were prompt in calling. So it was very good.

Frontpoint is a little cheaper compared to ADT which I had a long time ago. I heard about them through my job because we get a discount from them. I also like their responsiveness. The only difficulty that I had is the setup portion. I'm not really the mechanic type of person to be able to install it. I was expecting a technician to come out when they sent the box, but it didn't happen. Since I don't know what I'm doing, I ended up having to spend a little bit more money to get a technician to come and actually install the device. Since its installation, I felt a bit more secured because I know I got somebody monitoring our house 24/7.

Everything's great with Frontpoint. It was very easy to set up. I called them and they told me what to do and it took 10 minutes. My problem is there's a phone-based app and they never sent me my login information, so I can't use it. After I set everything up, I sent two emails. Nobody will respond back to me. It's not their fault but I really did expect to be contacted after I spent that much money to help me get my account set up. But the team was very nice.

I've been using Frontpoint for 15 months now and have used the phone app only. There are a few times it doesn't respond well as can be expected by software. It's not the best nor is it the worst, but is good overall.

During installation, I had one issue where some of the sensors didn't work, but the reps were very attentive. They handled it very quickly and sent new pieces. Also, I appreciate that I can access the system anytime and anywhere. It works well and I use that feature all the time. There are more things I'd like to have but I couldn't afford to buy more. I like having Frontpoint and it makes me feel safer. I got some notification in my app one time that said a screen door was open, but it was really the sensor that had just fallen. Having that felt better because I knew if something had happened, and at that moment.

I had an excellent experience in dealing with their staff. The installation of the device was easy. It was our insurance company that forced us to get a security system and I told them that it’s kind of a waste of money. The system is hooked up to the police department which makes it worthless because the cops don't come. If the cops come three times to our mistake, then they won't come anymore. One time, I forgot to turn the system off, opened one of the doors, and 40 minutes later, the cops rolled up. It took the cops 40 minutes just to get here, so I'm not sure the system is worth anything. Unless the cops work with Frontpoint, it's not particularly helpful. Nevertheless, I'd still recommend Frontpoint.

I had a different security system provider a long time ago and comparing their equipment to what I have now with Frontpoint, it's much better and the quality is much improved. Installing the device was surprisingly easy and with the use of my smartphone or computer, I can arm and disarm the system no matter where I am. With Frontpoint's system installed, I can leave our home more secured.

I like the fact that Frontpoint is secured with its own cell phone line. We had one issue with the placements of the little gadgets on the doors and the windows, but other than that, it was fairly easy. I also had smooth interactions with their team and they were able to answer all of my questions.

I'm very dissatisfied with Frontpoint. It's easy to install and their interactive features with my mobile phone works good. But one of my main dislikes with them is that one time we’ve unplugged the box in the house that reads everything and I thought they would call and check with us to try to figure out what the problem is, but they never did. I can leave it unplugged for a month and my phone would never ring. I don’t understand why they don’t call if they aren’t getting a signal to read. I’m not pleased at all. If I wasn’t under contract with them, I would have canceled it.

When I searched for top home security systems I found Frontpoint in the top. I have been with them for a little under a year. I installed the device myself, so it's super easy. Their interactive features are also pretty convenient, though I have to take that they're a three-year contract. But, their team is excellent.

I’ve been using Frontpoint for about 10 months. It was very easy to install. I enjoy the remote access and use my personal phone to arm and disarm the system. But on the app itself, it doesn’t update. I have to disarm it again even though it’s disarmed and then arm it. If my staff uses it on a different device, they let me know that they armed it because the app doesn't update what’s actually going on.

Installation of the security device was very easy and when I had questions, I called and spoke to somebody right away, and they'd walk me through it. Everything has been very straightforward and simple. I have their app on my phone and sometimes, I use it to set and unlock the device. Though I don't have much interaction with them, all the ones that I had have been very pleasant.

I have been using Frontpoint for about two years, but I've had ADT and Monitronics in the past. Installation of the device was okay, although I’m not sure whether one of the motion detectors is working or not. But I find using the mobile app to be easy. If I come home and the house has been empty all day, I don’t have to worry that somebody has broken into it. I know it’s been secure. So far, it’s been a good experience.

I've been a Frontpoint user for about a year now and we haven’t had any problems with them. It was easy installation and user-friendly. Customer service has been helpful. The only thing I don’t like is the price. There are cheaper services out there that do the same thing.

The people at Frontpoint were really awesome. They were good about helping us during installation. Considering we’ve never had a security system before, I didn’t even have a clue what we're doing. But Frontpoint did a good job of making it easy for us. They were very nice, courteous and there was never an issue or a problem. I'm very happy with them. In addition, it’s awesome that I can arm and disarm the system through my phone. It was a very nice experience I've had with Frontpoint.

I had ADT before and Frontpoint is much better. Their customer service is faster when I call them to get a representative on the line, and they’re able to answer the questions a little bit quicker and clearer. I use the smartphone app when I forget to turn the system on and I'm in the car driving away or when I’m getting home and I have groceries, I know my hands are gonna be busy so I disarm it in the garage. I like the fact that I feel safer with my kids getting home from school because I could check when they open the doors and when they’ve gotten home. Even if they don’t call me, I know they’re safe inside the house.

For more than a year and a half, I have been using Frontpoint. I have more peace of mind since having it. The installation was easy. But the compatibility of the sensors with the already existing instrument didn't work out on some of them as I was earlier told by their salesperson. So I still don't have the small sensors working. And there were four or five false alarms for a couple of the sensors. I have to go ahead and call and have them deactivate the sensors but I didn't get much help on that. I also got two or three notifications from the cops.

We’ve been very pleased and delighted with Frontpoint and we’ve had no problems. We feel more comfortable since we’ve installed it. Before I had it, when I would leave the house and come in, first place I’d go would be the office to make sure all of my equipment and technology were still in place. Now I don’t do that because I feel secure and nobody’s going to break in. We've also gotten good customer service from Frontpoint. A couple of times we failed to cut the alarm off and they've been very prompt. They even had the police come out a couple of times but that was our fault, not theirs. They’ve been very accommodating, nice and understanding.

Frontpoint was previously installed in the building that we rented, so the landlord referred that I keep the same company. The rep came out and installed the unit and was all set. It was very simple and everything is fine.

A couple of times I had to call Frontpoint to ask them to turn the system on because I was out of town. They told me how to turn it on and off through my phone. It’s great to have that access. I have less worries because when I’m not at home, I arm it. I have Frontpoint for a couple of years now and the experience has been excellent.

My wife and I both agree that we've probably never had better service from any other company we've ever worked with than Frontpoint. I’m totally amazed. They’ve had some of the best service I’ve ever received from a company and every single person I’ve worked with is outstanding. I don’t know how they could’ve done a killer job better. I'm in programming design and they've done a pretty good job with their system. Even my 5-year old could install their device. My wife depends on it for security and she feels safer with it big time.

Everything that I have with Frontpoint has been very good and I haven’t had any problems. It was easy to install their device. I just spread up the different sensors and called the main office, and then they activated everything.

My roommate and I were looking for a security provider and found Frontpoint on the internet and liked that it is digital as opposed to being wired. So we called and ordered it. Everything went well during the installation but I had problems with the stuff that rings the doors. The molding was a little different than standard molding on this house. And it took a while to get that so that everything lined up right, but I had to move the sticky stuff around about 10 times to get it done. They sent me new some sticky stuff and once we had the placement right, it’s been fine ever since. Their team was excellent. I also have their features on my mobile phone so I set it up every once in a while or disarm it. I like that I can see what’s going on.
Since installing the device, I don’t fret too much. Our neighbors here have been burglarized and some of the cars have been broken in to but we’ve been lucky. And today, I came in through the garage and walk in the back door and the motion sensor started blaring. By the time I got it cut off, my roommate was calling asking if I'm already home. So I know that everything worked.

I was surprised at how easy it was to install the Frontpoint security device. The process was simple. I use my phone to arm and disarm the system and it works quite well. I like being able to keep track of everything like when the door is still open especially with the kids in the house and if they're alone. We feel more secure during the night and if we have to leave the house for a length of time. The system works fast as it should and I'm fully satisfied.

The instructions of Frontpoint go off as being clear but they really were not. It was very confusing because I have an old house which was built in the late '40s and Frontpoint might really work well with a modern house. It’s just sometimes I didn’t know which way to turn it as the directions were unclear. Another thing was they didn't send enough sticky things, so if I made a mistake we had to email them and call them which was a waste of time. It was very stupid because all they needed to do was give you a couple of additional ones. Basically, they need to give you almost twice as many as you have because then if you made a mistake, all you need to do is replace it. A little clearer instructions, a few more sticky things, and it would’ve been better.
Their sales team also withheld information from us. They just wanted to close the deal and didn’t care. I found out later that there was another service who’s going to call. And Frontpoint needs to tell customers upfront exactly what they’re going to get. Because what had happened was things got tripped and I tried to stop the alarm and stop the police from coming. The call center that they must contract with, refused to stop it. It didn’t make sense to me - I gave them the password, I was the owner and they refused to listen. It happened more than once and they were extraordinarily rude. They didn't really do anything and it didn't seem like they cared. I would say their customer service was better. Some people were really good and very helpful but one customer service's attitude was, “Well, that’s not us. I don’t deal with that.”
They actually have an okay product but they need a few tweaks in the programming, because obviously it tripped the alarm one time. There was nobody in the house, it set it off. The police did come out and we couldn’t find anything. And then another thing too is we hit the alarm all the time so we just do silent alarming, but it never worked. None of the customer service people can seem to figure it out. I started off really a pro-Frontpoint then I became really anti. I can’t get out of it right now because I’m in contract. But I’ll probably cancel them and maybe they won’t care about it. They just want new people and they don’t care about continuing customers. I think they have potential, but they kind of fell short.

I've used Frontpoint as my home security service provider for almost a year but I used to have ADT. With ADT, they tap into my installation that was installed when I purchased the home. So I don’t have to worry about any of the little connectors for the windows and doors. With Frontpoint, I have to assemble those things and make sure they’re operating correctly. They require a little bit more of configuring on the part of the owner, installing it up and monitoring the little pieces and making sure they’re working. The system is easy to install but they send the basic stuff and if the installation has some variations, I will have to call back and have them ship the part that's needed and in the meantime, I'm really without the monitor. It seems to me that they should have been able to ask that information over the phone.
Then when I call the people at Frontpoint, they want to just tell the information like they’re in a rush to get off the phone sometimes without verifying that I actually understand it. I have to not let them go until I know I understand it myself because otherwise, they’re gone and out of there. Nevertheless, my overall experience with Frontpoint has been good.

The service with Frontpoint is much better than ADT. Their team has always been very helpful, cheerful and easy to work with. They answer the phone quickly and I get to a real person. It was also nice that they were able to use a bit of the equipment from my previous installation so that kept my install cost down. Also, being able to remotely access the system is good. However, I’m on a Windows phone and Frontpoint doesn’t have their own app. I have to use a different app from another company and it’s not as good as the iPhone app. Overall, the security device is working and I feel secured since I started using it. I would absolutely recommend Frontpoint.

Some of the equipment Frontpoint has provided were not very good quality. The glass breakers kept coming out all the time and at this point, none of them are attached to the wall as they are on the floor. Then at one point in time, one of them actually fell off and the battery came out. Due to that, one of the systems started to malfunction. It was advised that they would call us but then nobody did.

My husband travels all the time and I definitely sleep better when he’s gone with the help of Frontpoint. Installing the device was easy and the team is great to work with. They were very nice and explained everything well. Arming and disarming the system from our phone is very useful and we use it all the time. However, I couldn’t figure out how to add features to it. I wanted to see if I could get a garage door opener that armed it and I couldn’t find out how to buy it online.

We are very, very satisfied with Frontpoint. It's been a month since we've been using their system. My husband installed it and we've tried to use the feature to arm and disarm the system via my smartphone. In fact, I use it at my workplace and we like it. Installation of the Frontpoint device was a do-it-yourself thing and was easy for the most part, but the hardest point was trying to mount the panel. I've been calling the Frontpoint team once in a while and for some time we had a software issue, but they fixed it. I am happy with their service.

After researching companies we decided to go with Frontpoint. What they do not tell you is that they will begin charging you for monitoring even before your system is activated. I complained twice and was told they would contact me to credit me back but no one ever called and no refund was ever issued.

I am satisfied with Frontpoint. I have their system for almost a year now and I have been using their app. I receive notifications on time with it and what I like about it is I'm able to control and monitor my system from anywhere. Frontpoint gives me a sense of security and I feel safe when I’m leaving the house or when I’m inside the home. But there are certain features that I probably like to add in the future. I would recommend it to my friends but it’s one of the most high-paying services that I have noticed. That’s the only thing that would draw them back from it.

I have been a Frontpoint user for about a year now. There were a couple of things that I didn't do right when I was installing their device but the customer service guys on the line walked me through it so it's pretty easy. We use their interactive features regularly and I find them pretty good. That was one of their selling points. We had multiple people coming in and out of our home and it was nice to be able to do things in mobility if we needed to. It's nice knowing that there's that extra little bit of security that we didn't have before. Overall, it’s been great to use. There hasn’t been a lot of changes, which is nice. I would definitely recommend them to others.

I compared the technology which people use and realized that Frontpoint is the best at the moment. It has easy and simple installation. I put the sensors on the doors, windows or wherever I want it, and that's it. I call them and they bring it to work. The system is also very dependable. It doesn’t matter if there’s no electricity. It works exactly as advertised, no nonsense or surprises. It's very straightforward so I'm very happy I made this choice. Having the system gives me more sense of security whether I’m at home or not. They have wonderful customer service department too. I had called them a couple of times for consultation. I would recommend Frontpoint to anybody. I like it very much and I’ll keep it.

Frontpoint is totally easy to use. My husband installed it and it was pretty easy. I talked to one of their salesmen on the phone and I didn't feel pressured with him. He was friendly and seems very knowledgeable, so it was a pretty smooth transition. The only thing I didn't realize was the length of the contract. We have to keep the system for three years, which is a little lengthy, but it's at a fairly reasonable price compared to other security systems, so it's not that bad. I also should have set up the system's interactive features on my phone but I didn't.
We activate the whole system when we leave but when we're here we just do doors and windows. We have cats and the nice thing about the motion detectors is when we leave, the cats don't set the detectors off. With Frontpoint, there's definitely more sense of security and we feel better. There was a break-in problem in our neighborhood, that's why we got the system and it really helped during that time. We're pretty much satisfied with it.

So far, my experience with Frontpoint has been good and we've used them for almost a year now. Installing their device was straightforward. I had no problem at all and any little technical issues I had, they were fixed pretty much right away. Their people are very professional. Also, I do interact with the system through my cellphone so I go on and see if we've had power outages. It also tells me if any doors have been opened in the last week or so that I wasn't there which is a good feature. I'm satisfied.

We've had Frontpoint for about a year and the service is fine. It's pretty easy to set up although we don't use it enough because we have to reboot it all the time. They have good customer service and one time we did need to call them to put a password. We also set the interactive features up once but then it didn’t work that well so we needed to set it up again.

Frontpoint security device was super easy to install. Anything I ever needed was taken care of. When I purchased the system, I was attempting to put in an alarm and also to do a monitoring. The issue was that the video monitoring was more expensive than I could do on my own. My only suggestion is that if there was a way to possibly provide video monitoring at an affordable price, it’d probably make the system better.

The only issue I have with Frontpoint is my system constantly keeps on rebooting. My door locks and thermostat are hooked up to Frontpoint and they would sometimes stop working. Whenever I don't use them for a certain period of time, it automatically locks up and I can't do anything about it myself. I would have to call Frontpoint and the techs would have to reboot my system all the time. I thought that once you had it set up, it's all good-to-go. They're a good company. The customer service is good, the system itself is self-explanatory and the hook-up is really a simple process. I hope that they could find a better system so I won't have to be calling them and having to reset the stuff all the time.

We've had security shortly after we got married in the early 80s and our first systems weren't nearly as technical as Frontpoint. We dealt with local companies, had a siren that would go off and very simple keypads. With Frontpoint, we don't have everything that I'd like to have but they offer every option there is and we're very pleased. Our salesperson was wonderful, directing us in what to get. I haven't had to call them much because we've been blessed but the system has worked like it's supposed to and all the dealings I've had with them have been wonderful.
We've had them close to a year now. At first I was concerned about installing the device but the rep was telling me how easy it was and she was right. I did it myself, my husband didn't help. We've always had wired in systems before where professionals came in, and I couldn't see the wires so I was hesitant about that because I thought I don't like the looks of things glued onto doors and walls. But it doesn't bother me at all. Now I feel better and very secure. The Lord is my main security and I trust in Him but I do like to have the sound of the alarm in case anything happens.

Frontpoint seemed quite dependable. Installing the security device was very easy. I got on the telephone with their representative and he walked me through the whole process and I wasn't intimidated at all. Everything was very simple to understand. The interactive features work beautifully too. I have the mobile app on my phone. I was going to call them to ask about other options and different things and to touch-base with them once a year to make sure I'm on top of stuff. It feels great having the security device in my house. It gives me a sense of security and comfort especially since I'm a single woman and live alone. My house was built in the ‘70s and sometimes these older houses have a creak to them and they just moan and groan. Before I got the Frontpoint, I would always question what that was and now, when I hear it and I don’t hear any alarms going off, I think, “Okay, it was just the house groaning.” Very satisfying experience.

The first company I had was great but Frontpoint is more friendly as far as the installation and configuration. I can do the things myself. I don’t have to rely on waiting for technicians to come and do simple things that anybody with a brain can do. It's also handy to be able to arm and disarm the system from my phone. However, when I had one sensor go off, I had three calls one after another from different people telling me the same thing. They’re not necessarily bad, just a little annoying because I had to deal with that problem at the same time. Nonetheless, the price is lower, so I’m very happy.

Frontpoint home security device is a plug and play, so it comes with a box with three simple steps to follow. We have a good experience with them, though we haven’t really had to talk to them that much.

Frontpoint has been our home security service provider for about a year now. We used to have ADT and they're about the same, but Frontpoint had better prices. Installing it was pretty simple and since then, I feel the property is secure. I haven’t had any issues. The technical support is extremely well. When I call, they usually can walk me through the trouble-shooting issue and get it resolved pretty simply. Frontpoint is a decent service but I wanted more additional equipment in the package - more security. They didn’t really have anything available and it was kind of pricey.

Frontpoint sent the device with instructions. They didn't come out and do the installation. I didn't like that given the monthly payment I make for the service. I'm paying $42 a month and since they have no laborer involved in it and the equipment probably paid for itself within the first year, it's probably overpriced. Also, because it's wireless everything is glued to the wall and the adhesive they used was not pretty good. About half of the unit fell off and I ended up going to Home Depot to buy my own adhesive to make sure they hold. Moreover, it's all battery operated so, I've not gotten much feedback. I would like to hear about every two weeks from them that the system is running since they monitor it from the headquarters. So for instance, if the battery gets weak on my motion detector, I think they ought to tell me that.

We feel more secure with Frontpoint. Setting up the security device was easier than we thought it would be, and we've been using it for about a year. The people at Frontpoint were very friendly, courteous, easy to get on the phone, and definitely have good customer service. Our experience was painless, and the system is a good value for our money.

Frontpoint was referred to us by a friend and it has been our home security provider for about two years now. Installing the device was relatively simple and 9 out of 10 of my interactions with their team were good. The device's interactive features are also convenient. However, sometimes when they call the police to come over, the police don't come anymore because Frontpoint has called them out before on false alarms. But that's not Frontpoint's fault.

Frontpoint have good customer service and a dependable system. The product was very easy to install and works as advertised. Everybody was helpful when I set up the system and called them. I use the app to set the system, disarm the system, and to get updates. It’s very helpful.

We've had Frontpoint for around a year now and so far it's been great. The device was easy to install and I like that they are a cell phone based service because it gives a little added security. We use the app all the time and that's the primary way for us to arm and disarm the system. I would recommend Frontpoint.

We put our Frontpoint system in before my husband got deployed the last time. There's been quite a bit of change for me because he was gone and we're in a remote area, so it made me nervous because we can't get any help out here quickly. We don't use it as much when he's home but that was a big deal for me. We had some issues with the first box so we sent it back and got a new one. The installation was pretty smooth and easy. We use the mobile app which is very nice. Also their team is efficient and friendly because everyone we’ve been in contact with has been really easy to work with.

I feel safer since I had Frontpoint security device. It was quite easy to install and their team was very helpful. I had a couple of problems with some of the sensors, which they sent us new ones so we’re able to replace them right away. It's also wonderful to be able to turn the system on and off via the app on my phone.

Frontpoint's service is good and the price is fair. One of my friends purchased the system and he was talking about it, so I looked into it and I have been using it for a year now. It was fairly easy to set up the device - everything was stick on and plug in. I use the app on my phone every day, and it's great. We can use the phone to arm the house when my wife or I forget to do it on the keypad. We feel safer with the system. The team at Frontpoint is a great help with great service.

We got Frontpoint because we had been robbed. The initial call to find out more about their program went fine and the system has been very nice to have, too. We definitely have more sense of security with Frontpoint. We live in a somewhat rural area that's very dark so having the system is reassuring. It's nice to be able to track when the doors open, etc. One time, we heard a strange sound in our basement. We still don't know what it was but it was good to be able to make sure that all the doors have closed. My husband likes to set the door and window alarms overnight and he also uses the mobile app which has been very helpful. We both get the alerts on our phone which have been beneficial because we have an idea when our power goes out.

I have not had any problems with Frontpoint at all. My house has 6 entrance doors and huge windows, and I feel a little safer knowing that I have something since I’m by myself all the time. I’m not too great at doing things by myself, but the installation was truly easy. I use the mobile app every day when I go out because I normally forget to set the system when I'm cranking the car up or letting the garage down. It’s wonderful because I can turn the alarm off to let the housekeeper in. I called Frontpoint one time because it seemed like my system did the buzz when I set it at night too long, and they talked me through fixing and taking care of it. It’s been great and I would recommend Frontpoint to anybody. I like it and it does what it’s supposed to do.

We have Frontpoint at our business location. The salesman was good and he was very slick about it. I called inquiring and I ended up purchasing by the end of the call. Installing the system was wonderful and their guy jumped in the phone with me and talked me through it. I love how I just stick the battery in and then stick the sensor there and away I go. I think it's smart and I definitely prefer it over ADT. We have an older brand and I think Frontpoint got upgraded after we bought our unit. I have the app and I've used the website, so I tend to arm on and off with my phone, but I don't have the interactive touchscreen panel that has more features.

I have Frontpoint in two different places now. The house I’m moving from and the condo that we have. We’re consolidating and getting into a retirement community, so, I’m not sure I’m going to be using Frontpoint at all. I had to cancel my services and I found out that I can't stop it and got to pay two more years on it. Nevertheless I like its simplicity and I've never had a glitch and I would recommend them to anybody.

Installation was very simple. I just plugged in the device and put the little plastic door sensors and window shatter sensors around the house. Anytime we've ever had an issue, one phone call always resolved it and their representatives were always very courteous and helpful. Every night I use the app from the phone and tablet to control the system and check on it. This functionality is really important for me. We've done a lot of traveling over the last couple of months, so when family needs access, we can monitor the house even being far away.
Our overall experience with Frontpoint has been very positive. It definitely does what it's designed to do and it helped my wife feel more secure at home, especially in the evenings. We have a two-year-old daughter and it's nice to know there's the added protection when we go to bed at night. We may however switch providers once the contract is up because there are competitors that offer a cheaper, month-to-month rate upon buying their initial startup packet. It offers availability to not be locked in and have lower monthly fees.

I bought a house and I googled for the best security system, and Frontpoint came up to be number one. We've been with Frontpoint for about a year, and I feel more secure with it. Setting up the device was simple and painless. A guy was on the phone with me while doing it, and he was amazing. I've downloaded the app, and it’s amazing because when I'm on the second floor and I forget to turn the system off, I can do it through the app.

We had Frontpoint in an original residence which was a rental, and when we moved, I took it with us. My landlord was really bummed because they were hoping I was gonna leave the system with them. I've got a pretty comprehensive system so I have a lot of points with all the different features. I've also done upgrades and added sensors. Then I tried to utilize the features, like naming conventions and the control panel being able to say what cell is open because I have kids and it comes in very handy for people that are watching children. It took a little bit of time but it's definitely well worth it. I like their mobile app, too, however, there are things that need some enhancements on. Their reps are really helpful and knowledgeable, and I know that Frontpoint is not the least expensive security provider but they're the best value and I can probably move again in five years and still use it. I'm pleased with the system and I like that I own it.

Installation-wise, Frontpoint is simple. There was one little issue when setting up - one of the sensors wasn't working. Their team was able to talk me through things on the phone, they did some things and got it working. I use the mobile app to arm the unit and to check on it, and that seems to be very nice. The one we used previously didn't have that, so I enjoy it quite a bit. It's been a great service overall.

Frontpoint's installation directions were straightforward. I didn't have any issues setting it up and getting it all online. It's also been easy to deal with their customer service and they've done what I wanted them to do so I've been happy with that. I use their mobile app all the time and I like being able to access the device from where I'm at. If I forget to set the alarm when I leave the house, I can do it in that context. Having the security system and knowing that it works gives me peace of mind. In fact, I have recommended it to my next door neighbor.

Frontpoint offered different levels of security and they were flexible. I needed something simple and they were able to offer that and I can upgrade to different levels of security. Installing the system was extremely easy. I spoke to their staff over the phone and told them the package I decided to get. They sent the equipment and I set up the equipment myself. Then I followed up to activate the system. Its interactive feature is awesome. I'm comfortable using an engagement where I can access anything I need online through the app, because I rarely call them. It's a very good stand-alone system. Only once did it ever have a glitch and that was easily fixed by calling it in and they re-set it. It's a very basic security to thwart any would-be thieves.

My sister found Frontpoint on the internet. I paid for it but she got it for me and helped me install. Frontpoint called me about a month ago and wanted to check on something. My unit wasn't performing properly so they sent me another unit and then I mailed the old one back. With the unit downstairs, someone walked with me and checked all the alarms and the doors. It took a while but it was for verification.
The Frontpoint people are always very nice. Anytime I called, they're very good. I even had to call them that much just to check for the police protection if it turns off in time if I set off an alarm. I found out twice that if I accidentally set up the alarm, it takes my local police two minutes to get here. Then I was in the kitchen once and dropped a plate on the floor. It didn't break but it set off the glass breakage alarm which is in another room. So I turned off the alarm and called and they said it hadn't gone through yet. Give it five minutes before the reaction. When I leave, it's good to have the system on and I'm glad it's there.

Everyone's been awesome at Frontpoint, from an interaction standpoint. The system is good and easy to set up, and so far I'm happy with it. I had someone a bit walk me through the installation on the phone but it was intuitive and went real simple. Their pricing is similar with ADT, our previous provider, which was unfortunate because I was hoping for something a little more affordable. But the service seems to be a lot more technology friendly with today using iPhone to disarm and arm the system, which was one of the reasons for switching. Sometimes you forget to arm the house or maybe you want to disarm and let a family member in and out. That remote option is probably the coolest feature about the system and one of my favorites. My sense of security has definitely improved.

Installing the Frontpoint device was easy, though I had a two-year-old at that time so it was a little more complicated than it usually is for people. The Frontpoint team has always been good and the system's interactive features has been fine, but we've had quite a few problems with the system itself. They might want to consider coming up with a better way to attach glass break sensors because on textured walls they simply don’t stick. We had a lot of false alarms when they would fall off the walls, sometimes in the middle of the night, which is not fun. We’ve not been able to set it quite a lot because of that.

I've been using Frontpoint for a year now and it's an easy installation. I got it hooked up in their mobile app. I just hit the app and it says, "Armed on away", so that's good. However, a few months ago, I called and left a message to their customer service about something and nobody ever called me back -- on a weekend. I also see a lot of other people pay a whole lot less money for monitoring than what they are charging. But it is what it is, the equipment stuff is good and I haven't had any issues with it.

One of the motion detectors quit working and Frontpoint sent a replacement, but it was broken. They're supposed to be sending another one, but we haven’t received it yet. Supposedly, they're going to send us parts so we can get this motion detector back working. I'm happy that the system is not through a phone line, but the price is a little high. I don’t remember exactly how much they are, but they're about double what one can find to monitor the house for. I found people that pay or charge less, and when my contract is up I probably will go to somebody else.

We got Frontpoint in May of last year. We heard it from a friend and it's the first home security provider we've ever had. We ordered a couple of extra sensors for a couple of different places from what the standard package was, and my husband got it all installed with no trouble. He spoke to a couple people when we first had it installed and he said everybody in the customer service department was very kind and helpful. They lived up to our expectation of them from our research.
I love Frontpoint's mobile app. I hardly use the keypad, I do everything from my phone mostly. We also do get notifications if the alarm goes off. Essentially, our Frontpoint security device gives us a sense of peace especially to my husband knowing that there's a security system here with me because I am a stay-at-home mom. At least if somebody's coming in, I'm gonna know that they are. We really like it. We feel comfortable leaving the house because we're gonna be alerted if anything happens.

It was straightforward installing the Frontpoint device. I've had it for less than a year now and every time I've called their people, they’ve all been very helpful and were able to answer all my questions relatively quickly. I also use the phone app all the time to arm and disarm the device. However, some of the features, like the location or notification, don’t work or aren't working consistently.

Frontpoint has been very responsive and the system is easy to manage. I feel very secured. When the system is on, we sleep easily. When we are heading home or off to work, we feel that our house is secured. The remote system is really good and I also have the video cam so everything is self-reliant. Frontpoint is my first home security provider and my home is fruitfully monitored. I've had it for almost two years now and I use their app all the time. But it could be a little better if they made a Websheet version of it that is always up on my phone because it's kind of a pain to open the app every time I need to come in or out. But I like it a lot.

The best selling point about Frontpoint is the app which I use all the time. The reps were very helpful and the device was fairly easy to install. I ordered a couple other features after, which was very good. I wasn't crazy about the whole double-sided 3M tape stuff though. It's not cheap and it didn't work in some spots, so I had to make my own mounts. But I'm handy, so I could see that maybe for other people it's tough. But I've had the system for over a year now and they're very good.

Frontpoint has been good so far. I used to have ADT and at the time ADT was not wireless and I needed it to be wireless now. The Frontpoint team was always professional. They alwyas asked if there was anything else they could do and were very quick to replace equipment that was malfunctioning. It's also great that I can arm the system even when I'm not in the country if I need to.
