We got the Frontpoint security system and installation went fine. However, there were a couple of malfunctions of equipment. I sent it back and received a new system from them. We had alarms go off because somebody did something on it. The reps called within a few minutes and we silenced it. Then it went off again and they called again. It was one of the faster responses I had. I had dealt with another security company when I was in a maintenance manager position and sometimes, it took quite a while before we receive a call. Also, the door entry beads are pretty handy.

Frontpoint's service is fine. Installing the device was easy and their reps were able to answer all of my questions. I use the app on my phone and everything's okay but sometimes, there are alerts for fake signals that come in, like alarm motions that are turned on. It's also really expensive monthly, but I feel safe since having Frontpoint.

I've used my Frontpoint for less than a year. It's been good, and I had no issues when I installed it. Their team was very responsive, too.

When I installed Frontpoint, I had to return the merchandise and get a different one at my house. But the Frontpoint team members are very good. I also like the interactive features - it's a basic system and is very easy to control. However, the monthly rate I'm getting is a little high after comparing with others so I'll go with someone else once the contract is up. Other than that, the Frontpoint system is good.

My husband did the installation of the Frontpoint security system and said it was easy. I feel more secure having the system and would like to get more window sensors at some point even though we have a glass break sensor. The team at Frontpoint sent an email last night that there was something going on with the front door but so far, they're good.

I have been a Frontpoint user for over a year now and they're very good compared to our previous security provider. Installation was very easy for me considering I'm not very tech-oriented. Their reps talked me through it. I have also talked to them when I had been out of town and the system has gone off, and they've been helpful. With Frontpoint, I feel safe and I do recommend it to other people if they need one. I've been very happy with the system so far. Outstanding experience all in all.

I travel a lot so my main reason to put in Frontpoint is for my wife and kids to have an alarm system to provide some sense of security if I'm out. Installation was relatively easy. It took some figuring out the first one and it was a fairly simple process. I have the app on my phone and it's very convenient. Customer service is overall good.

I've used Frontpoint for approximately less than a year. The biggest problem I have is the connectivity with the device itself. If I try to arm and disarm from my phone, I don’t get a response right away even though I have full signal from where I do it everyday. I tried to call them a couple of times and they told me that the device is giving good signal. But even if I'm in the house trying to turn the light on, it takes almost five to ten minutes before it gets feedback. I don't have time to call them every time and it's useless sometimes. It’s a three-year contract and something that I wasn’t expecting. Everything else is good. I like the sensors and the customer service is good.

I was doing some research online trying to figure out the cheapest alarm system with good quality I could find and Frontpoint was the number one for customer service or satisfactory. When I did order it I thought I was supposed to get more stuff but I didn't get it. Other than that, everything was cool installing it. They were always nice. Like when I went out of town and I called to tell them, they looked out for me. I never had a bad experience thus far. The only thing I didn't like was I had to get the system for three years and I didn't ever have one so I wasn't too happy about that but overall, the service is good. I'm happy that I picked them because some of the places is really expensive. Frontpoint is a nice company.

Installing the system was very easy and painless, and Frontpoint's rep was very helpful and knowledgeable during the installation. Their interactive features are very nice and helpful. Having Frontpoint gives me a little bit more peace of mind and overall, it's been a great experience.

For eight months now, I’ve had Frontpoint set up in my shop, since we were building our house. The system has been activated but I’ve never used it yet because we haven’t been living up there. But installing the device was very easy and their team was very professional the whole time. I'm looking forward to using the system's interactive features.

My brother and I got on Frontpoint about the same time. He put the alarm system in in his house and mentioned it to me. Some guy tried to break into my house, but I have a German Shepherd that stopped him and he never got to the window. But I said, it’s about time to have an alarm system in and decided to sign up with Frontpoint. It was easy to install it. The staff have been excellent and I haven’t had no problem with them at all. I like the app a lot, but I called Frontpoint to tell them when I got a new iPhone and if I were to give away my old phone, the person could use my app to disarm and arm it because I didn't erase the app. I thought that might be a downfall because somebody might donate their phones and say, “Hey, go ahead and take my old phone. I don’t want it no more.” They could be ** around and disarm and arm his house system.
Frontpoint suggested how they wanted the system set up and I made a couple of changes on my own. I set it up with a dual perimeter in the house. In case somebody got in through the pin switches of the window, I would still have a pin switch on the door. Overall, I like the system and would recommend Frontpoint. I sleep better at night knowing I have it. But I also know that nobody can never get around the house with the Shepherd.
Its great that your system can provide that extra layer of protection you're looking for!

Frontpoint has been awesome and their customer service team is really good. I would recommend the company. But right now, I want them to explain to me how to move the whole security system to my new warehouse.

There have been a couple of times where I've made mistakes in the beginning like getting used to the system. But Frontpoint is a very good system. I never had a home system before. It took a little playing on my part to install it, which was easy and fun. I realized there are a couple of things I'd like to change, and Frontpoint said I should contact them if I need to change something. I haven't as of yet because the system's been working fine. I like the relationship with Frontpoint and I would recommend them to all of my friends. They very minimally send ads to me and it's usually for definite improvements to my existing system.

The Frontpoint system can just be plugged in when installing it. It’s as simple as that. Their team members were able to provide fast response and helpful information. We use the cellphone app all the time for arming and disarming, as well as the remote and timer. With this system, we know somebody’s going to call the police whilst we’re not here and the alarm sets off, like when our cat set off the alarm when it wasn't supposed to. Overall, it was convenient and simple to use.

Overall, my experience with Frontpoint has been very good. We have the alarms installed on the doors, wherein a gentleman on the phone helped me out. A lot of times, I forget to turn the system on until we’re going, so it's great that I get to control it anytime, anywhere.

I feel better leaving the kids home by themselves since setting up our Frontpoint security system. Installing it was easy input. We've used it for a year and Frontpoint's reps were helpful and answered all my questions. I use the app on my phone and it's good. I get messages, such as when the system reminds me if I haven't set the alarm for the day, and if a door or window has been left open.

Frontpoint's pricing and the options like wireless connectivity are better than ADT, which I had before. The best part was the super easy installation of the system. I'd recommend Frontpoint. It works exactly as described.

I had previously used a different provider and there is no comparison between them and Frontpoint. I like Frontpoint. They've always been helpful when I need them. Also, I use their interactive features occasionally and it's convenient. In fact, I prefer to use it that way.

I like Frontpoint a lot better than the other company I had before it. The response time's a whole lot quicker as far as when the alarms go off. They call and want to know if I needed dispatch to the police department. The customer service is friendlier. When we have a false alarm, they're always nice and helpful. The only dislike is that as soon as I bought the Frontpoint system, they had a touch panel screen come out that I wasn't eligible to get when I called back because they were just for new customers. I am a new customer but it was really expensive trying to upgrade right after I got the original system. So it would've been nice to know that, "Hey, in a couple of weeks this panel's going to come out." We would've waited on the new touch screen panel because that's what we had before. It's a little more convenient and looks nicer than just the standard push button one.

My employer gave us links to different companies where we get discounts and Frontpoint was on one of the lists for home security. One of the reasons I picked it was because we took care of the installation ourselves and it was easy. I didn’t want anybody coming to my house drilling holes in the wall and running electric lines. Frontpoint was one of the only services at the time that works strictly on cellular technology. It’s a box and I plug it in, put the little sensors on any doors and windows, pop the smoke detector on the wall, and they activate everything. If I move, I could take all my sensors and equipment with me and set it up somewhere else.
I feel better that I have Frontpoint, especially at night. Another reason that we got it is for my parents because my mom now lives by herself. I’m happy that she has it. It also gives us a discount on our homeowners’ insurance. We live in the middle of a large city where robberies and burglaries are an everyday occurrence so I’m glad I have it. If someone breaks into my house, I’ll get an alert and Frontpoint will call me right away. I would recommend Frontpoint to somebody else.

All interactions which I've had with the people at Frontpoint have been pleasant and efficient. It was easy installing the security device, too. I have a better sense of security in my home since I had it. I use it every night, and it's been a fine experience.

I got Frontpoint when I first moved to this home. They sent me everything and I installed the wireless system myself, which was very easy. They were on the phone with me while I was doing it because I wasn't sure at first. They were very helpful and the installation took 10 minutes, which was a lot faster than I was expecting. At the times that I’ve called, they have been very friendly and helpful.
It's cool that Frontpoint has a lot of security features available. I got their shatter sensors and I really like that they have that because I have sliding glass doors. If I go on vacation I know that the house is secure with my Frontpoint security system, and it makes it more comfortable also even when I’m at home because I live alone. I’m in a new place, so I’m more at ease. In fact, one time, I was cooking and since my kitchen’s not very large, it set off the fire alarm while I was pan-searing something. They called right away and were really cool about everything, so I had a great experience.

The people at Frontpoint have been pretty helpful. Every time I called and left a message, I’ve gotten a response back within 24 hours, so it’s been good. I don’t have any complaints. Also, the installation was easy. I have the app and I’ve programmed it for different people. I also get a notification if the alarm goes off, but I don’t use it to arm or disarm the system.

We're happy with Frontpoint, and we've had very good experience with them. We use the app on our phone to arm and disarm the system, and I like it. I feel better knowing that it's armed and secured. Lately, we've been forgetting to arm it, which is kind of disappointing. Otherwise, the installation was easy and when it goes off during the day, I get a phone call pretty quickly.

Our experience with Frontpoint is not what we thought it would be. There are some days when I may feel more safe than other days because the system acts like it’s not working. The thing I don’t understand and don't like about it is I have to keep updating it every single day. Nonetheless, installing it was easy and pretty self-explanatory. Their team has been good, too.

It was extremely easy to set up Frontpoint. I talked to their guys when I added sensors and they had to add the extra ones onto my computer. I got better sensors and was able to choose the ones I wanted. I use their mobile alarm all the time and it’s great, because a lot of times, I forget to put the alarm on when I run out of the house. While I’m in the car and remember about it, I turn it on from my mobile phone. I’m very happy with the system and their price. And I'm safer with Frontpoint, that's why I have recommended it.

I used a different security provider before, and while the Frontpoint and the other system are mostly different, their monthly costs are about the same. But it seemed easier for me to hook up the Frontier system. They mail it to you and everything basically sticks up the wall. Furthermore, if I ever needed anything, I just have to give the reps a call. I've got to call them to try to work out an issue that I'm having with my system right now -- my chimes stopped working on my door. I haven't had the chance to call them yet, but they've been very helpful. I started up a new store at about the time I got the Frontpoint system, so I haven't tried the interactive features yet, but I'm now getting that store up and running, so I should have more time to dabble a bit on the other features that Frontpoint has to offer.

It was easy installing Frontpoint. I plugged in the device, hooked up the sensors to the various windows and doors, and it was ready to go. When one of the sensors didn't work, I called up their reps and they were very helpful. They sent me a new one, no problem. Their app is also good because if I forget to arm the system, I can do it with the app on my phone. I feel a whole lot better going to bed at night knowing that the system's on. It's good and fairly economical. Frontpoint's a very professional company and they're very prompt with their responses.

Installing the device was very easy and simple. I didn't really hook up the system for a while, so at some point the representatives did call me regularly, consistently but not intrusively. It was a matter of me getting down and having to take 15 minutes to do it. Overall, customer service was very good and Frontpoint has been excellent.

Setting the system up was easy, but I don’t think it’s working very well. There's a problem with one type of unit that is glued inside the door frame, but it's due to the door being installed improperly. I just moved here and didn’t realize it.

Frontpoint was a referral from a neighbor. We signed up with them as our home security service provider sometime last year. The installation was easy. We unboxed it, read the directions, put it up, and called them to verify it was working. Then I ordered some additional equipment and set that up as well. We use Frontpoint’s interactive features and it’s great and convenient. I like to connect to video on my phone to see any activity that’s happening. It’s nice to have notice to that. The whole experience has been very easy.

When I was looking for a security system, a lot of the local companies didn't have wireless solutions unlike Frontpoint which, so far, has provided excellent service. It's good to use their mobile app to arm and disarm the system, as long as nobody can intercept it. But installing the system was easy and most of my interactions with their team have been good. The motion sensors do concern me a bit, though. For the first six months, my cats were not setting off motion alarms. Then all of a sudden, there were two events where they set off motion alarms that they've never set off before - pets can be random and do different things but that was very unusual. Two of these that caused issues were in major pathways so if somebody had broken the window and the window sensor didn't go off, I would never know that someone had been in there.
However, Frontpoint has been very good. They've called me when the alarms have gone off and have helped me test the sensors as well to make sure these weren't faulty. With Frontpoint, it's more about when I'm not at home, it makes sure that the house is secure and the entryways are all marked up if someone tried to break in the door or open the window.

Frontpoint has been great and has given good service compared to the security provider we've had a long time ago. It wasn't easy when we installed the system, but it wasn't difficult as well. We had a little bit of a problem and we had to get some more monitors, so the experience was about average. Their guys have been good. We also use their app and we love it. It's great. With Frontpoint, it's definitely been better and everything's been very positive.

I looked online and Frontpoint was rated tops. I've only had them a year and love them. The reps walked me through the installation which was very easy. They stayed on the phone with me, were very nice and never got put out with me because I'm an older woman. I did their mobile app and I love it. I arm it when I leave my garage and before I go back in my garage I disarm it. I put it in my bedroom so that it'll wake me up if somebody comes, if one of the doors opens or a window or something at night. I didn't want to have to run upstairs to deactivate it. I'm 71 and I live in a two-story house in my unit. But I'm not scared when I sleep. I also live alone, so it gives me a sense of security because I know it's going to scream at me if somebody comes in.

I am only rating my experience regarding the motion sensors. I placed them per the recommendations. They keep triggering and I am having to cancel the dispatch of police. At first, we just happened to be close to our home, so we just drove there and checked it out ourselves. Then, when we were too far, we had police dispatched. All false alarms, to the point where I will be getting a fine from the city. I called to state my concern about the sensors and how I am losing confidence, and their response was "Have a nice day". They are sending a replacement sensor, but I'm not sure if that will do the trick. I still have 2 years left but I can't wait for this to be over.

My husband travels all week so I'm at home with my kids. Frontpoint gives me a little bit of better peace of mind. We've been using Frontpoint for about eight months and the device was installed by my husband. It was very easy to put up and works fine. One time, my father-in-law walked out of the house and set the alarm off and we couldn't find the phone to get it turned off and that was our only interaction with the Frontpoint team. I've recommended Frontpoint to some of my friends already.

We've had our Frontpoint for over one year. The professionals we've talked to over the telephone were helpful, but nobody came to the house to provide the support, which is a stark contrast to where we were before. The installation was not straightforward and it took quite a bit of time to get it working properly. We started out with a very positive view of them but the equipment keeps breaking. I've had replacements sent out but fundamentally we don't use it very much anymore except when we go on long trips. So I'm much less impressed with it and were thinking about changing companies.

I've been satisfied with Frontpoint's service. It was easy to install the system which I've had for two years now. I use their mobile app which is convenient but I'm worried about it getting hacked. Besides that, I definitely have peace of mind with Frontpoint.

A friend told me about Frontpoint and the installation was very easy. My interactions with the Frontpoint team were very positive and they have been friendly, helpful, and able to answer questions. After the installation, my sense of security has increased and if something happens I know the cops are going to be there. I never had an issue with the representatives and they responded very quickly. Whenever I call customer support I speak to someone who I get the sense knows what they’re talking about and that it’s like in the U.S. The whole experience with Frontpoint is very good.

I've been with Frontpoint for 13 months and installing the Frontpoint security device was easy. Their team was courteous and was able to answer all of my questions. I have used the mobile app and it's good to be able to access and control the system anytime, anywhere. But, there are things that I dislike about Frontpoint, but I feel that my community is very safe so I still feel the same level of safety. So, when this contract ends, I will not continue forward.
We went on vacation and my neighbor was watering our plants and she accidentally set off the alarm, so I like that I can turn the alarm on and off. We were within the United States and had our cell phones with us, but they didn't call us despite the fact that the alarm went off they're supposed to call us, and the other people on our list were never contacted up. Then the police officer showed up at my house and issued that warning of false alarm. It's a good thing that a police officer went in and it is being monitored, but it was extremely disappointing that I never got any communication from Frontpoint about it ever.
We really appreciate you sharing this experience with us and want you to know that we will look into your account and make sure we take all necessary actions to ensure that you do not have to experience this again.

I've used Frontpoint for my rentals for about five years. Frontpoint represents non-aggressive sales. My initial contact was so personable whenever I speak to him. He always tries to customize everything to what I need. Also, the security device was super easy to install. I use the Frontpoint app everywhere and it's very convenient. Since installing the device, it feels like my possessions are a lot safer.

Frontpoint is our first security system and we've been using them for about a year. Everything, especially the installation, has been easy since I got it. I haven't had to call the Frontpoint team at all. We use the interactive features and it's nice to be able to access and control the system anywhere at any time. It's always nice to know that the security is set and I'll know if someone's in my house. I've recommended Frontpoint to several people.

Installing Frontpoint was easy other than a couple of them didn't work and I didn't know why. The rep walked me through it but I had them upside down. They've been knowledgeable and friendly, and did a good job explaining it to me. I feel safer ever since I got the system. My son's smoking sets off the fire alarm in the garage, and they're nice when I have to explain it. The company is great.

Compared to the ones I had before, Frontpoint is nice and I like it. It's functional and the interface is nice and the customer support is way better. Also, installing the device is easy. When I wanted to get a new module installed in my garage, I called customer service and they were courteous, professional and answered all my questions. Moreover, their interactive features like the mobile app, which I use a lot, works well. Since installing the device, I get peace of mind when I remember to arm it.

I’m very pleased with Frontpoint. Installation was easy enough to do. Once I'm through deciding where I want to put the sensors, it was straightforward. The Frontpoint team has been very good as well. The beauty of the system is there's no hiss in the background - it's one of those things that I don't really realize until I need it, like a fire extinguisher.

I've used Frontpoint for about a year now and I like it better than the home security provider I used before with Central Security Group. With CSG, they talk to you like you didn't know what you're doing and the problem must be user error, but it never was. So since Frontpoint came highly rated, I decided I was going to change providers. The ConsumerAffairs website was also helpful in making that decision.
Installing my security device was simple and Frontpoint's team were courteous and didn't talk down to me. We didn't have any problems with set up, and when I called them to make sure if it's working, everything worked. We did have one little issue when we called them and said, "It's like something's not making contact." So they told us one little adjustment to make, we made it and haven't had any issue since.
Sometimes, after I've left home, I wonder if I've set the alarm. I have a lot to do at work and a lot going on, so I have a lot on my mind. So I like that I can just click my phone to check if I did. I can have my air conditioner guy call me now while we're quite a way from my home to get in there and work on my air conditioner. And I can tell him, "I put a key right there. Call me when you get to the door, and I'll turn the alarm off. Then call me when you get done, and I'll turn it back on."
So since installing my security device, I have fewer worries. I know that it's working, unlike my last unit. When things started going wrong, rather than send you a $34 door contact, my previous provider wanted to have you jimmy with it and hope it works, and you don't know if it works. On the other hand, the Frontpoint people will tell you, "Do this. Do that. Check this. If it's not working, we'll send you another one for nothing, and if it is, we'll fix the problem." So, I know it's working and we have 100% confidence in them. These people have been the best I've dealt with. My experience with Frontpoint was very pleasant overall and I would recommend them to friend or family.

I've been using Frontpoint for about a year now. Installation was quick and the one who did it was pretty helpful. I don't generally arm the device unless I leave for a longer period because I live within a community and it is safe otherwise. However, what I find more helpful is I have taken the security cameras and I frequently use one placed in my living room so that even if I'm traveling, I can from time to time check what is going on with my house using the Frontpoint app on my phone. I haven't yet faced any problems on the access and control of the system. I feel safer and have fewer worries now and even when I travel out of the country, my fiancé knows how to check the system. So I think the system is pretty, pretty good.
Once, I had set up the alarm by mistake and the Frontpoint team was prompt to call and I had to tell them that it was done in error. The only thing is for arming/disarming, I have to remember the code, and so I would have to check or think. Overall, I would recommend Frontpoint to a friend because it has definitely a security feature to have.

The biggest thing about Frontpoint was that everything was wireless and it had a cellular system. Also, it was damn easy to install the device. I've been with them for about a year now and I feel safer. They've all been great and everybody I talked to knows the system, so I hardly got to be transferred to some other person. They would answer my questions first time around. I use their app on my cell phone all the time and it's excellent. I have a tendency to leave the house without remembering to arm the system, then I get down the road and it tells me, that's why I remember. I can do it when I need to. They provided a new app but I went back to the old app because sometimes I'd be on the road, go way down the road and realize I didn't turn it on. And it had color codes based on green, yellow and red. So it's very easy to figure out while I was driving rather than have my glasses on and look closer to the icons.

I was really concerned about the security so I did some online search to find a reliable home security. I saw some Consumer Reports and found that Frontpoint has a really good rating and now, I've had the Frontpoint system for almost a year. Their installation instructions were simple and I think anybody who can read English can install the system themselves. The system is wireless so I can move it wherever I go. Multiple people can access it at the same time using their own cell phone. It has a smartphone app which I always enjoy using. Even if I forget the alarm, I don't have to drive all the way back home since I can arm or disarm it from my phone. Having the remote access to the system is a very good thing. It gives me a little bit more in life.
Everything is digitalized so I don't have to be physically present there. It gives me more control over my own home and also saves time. I can even check if somebody is at home just by looking at my phone. This is the first time I'm having a security system and having it made me feel relaxed. Their customer service is great and I'm very happy with it so far. The guy that I dealt with was very friendly and courteous and answered all my questions. I already recommended Frontpoint to my fiancé and she has it as well. She had it a couple of months after I had mine and she’s also happy with it. Overall, it's such a great experience and I'm very confident about having this at my home.

My son told me about Frontpoint and did the installation for me as well. I'm living in a fairly good neighborhood and I never felt threatened in my home. But my son and daughter were fanatic about me being here with my husband alone who's gone most of the time. They wanted me to have the security system, so I got it. I've got Frontpoint for about four months now and it's doing good.
The lady from Frontpoint that worked with me gave me all the information such as how much it would be. At first I thought the contract was two years but then I found out it was three, but that's okay. It's done now so I'll just do it. However, at $34.99 a month, it's a little more expensive than everything that I've heard especially since I've gotten so many calls for free ones. Nevertheless, my son told me it was a good deal and so I went with it.

Well crooks have REPEATEDLY bypassed Frontpoint motion detectors and alarm system somehow. Frontpoint System said it was armed, only to come home and find out I was robbed YET again. They claim it wasn't armed according to their records but it was according to the system. I reported break-ins to District Atty I was meeting with. Sheriff does nothing and thinks I'm "delusional". The sensors won't work on the shed because the door is too far apart so they can break in by picking lock even though I changed that and other locks. I've been paying for alarm system for a year and she's been breaking in constantly with Frontpoint alarm ON while I was away. I literally hid things but she found them and stole them anyway. I got ADT because I was sick of it. I'll compare the two alarms.
I'm not replacing anything at this point because she'll just steal it yet again. I'm disgusted with this state. I call it Robberies-R-Us because I've never had this before moving here. They can't think of anything but robbing people. She has a criminal record but the Sheriff doesn't do anything even though she's now found my hidden set of keys. I had a large dog door for my animals to go in/out. I closed it down while away but she got in anyway. I couldn't get Sheriff to tell locksmith to change locks so they wouldn't. They have never done fingerprints and were so sure I was "lying". I am alone and I'm not running an insurance scam for the items. This twit has stolen with her son. I am NOT doing an insurance scam. I have to put up surveillance cameras to catch her and her son breaking into my property. They'll probably steal those too.
Sheriff won't do fingerprints so I ended up getting fingerprint kit myself to do them and prove who it is. I've changed my phone number so they can't call first and find out. I'm replacing my gun (a soldier stole that right in front of me - he is in prison but lying about it trying to say she did it). If this twit STILL shows up with two alarm systems armed well...perhaps a warning shot over her head will stop her from coming here again. If not, then it won't be a warning shot. She thinks I don't know she's here but I do. I've posted signs that specifically said to keep off my property and lost so much property. I was kind to the twit. Gave her a place to stay, food, clothing and she's robbed me ever since. I am sick of it.

Frontpoint is super easy and really does make me feel safe. I've been using Frontpoint as my home security service provider for about a year. I did a lot of research and Frontpoint came up as the number one home security system. When we ordered, I didn’t really understand what all is going to come in the package so I was, “Am I missing a sensor?” ‘cause I only had a couple of sensors. But it was super easy to install once I called and confirmed that everything was there. I put it on the door and set the motion sensor, plug it in and that was about it. I called the implementation people when I had a question. The sales guy was also super nice. For the couple of false alarms we had, people were pretty courteous for the most part.
I have the app and we use it all the time. It’s great because like right now I’m in Las Vegas and we have a maintenance request. They’re coming in tomorrow, so I can turn it off and turn it back on when they leave. We haven’t had any problems. It’s $43 a month and it seems like a lot to me. I’m pretty cheap but for the quality of service I guess it’s definitely worth it.

With Frontpoint, I like the fact that we essentially own the components but we pay for the service. It's easy to set up, very simple and quick procedure. It has a lot of customizations. Ordering is also an easy process. Before, we added two components because we're opening up the windows. The window used to be barricaded off from the flood and kept on with the boards. The calls have been less than a few minutes to get a new one ordered. We might even purchase another part since we're opening up another window. I'll put an order with the sales rep later.
We had one call of an alarm which is a false alarm, but at least we know it works when we accidentally tripped it. Their staff had been very quick, calm and professional. I've done the mobile connection from the phone. We use that all the time so we can set it when we forget to when we leave the house. It's a great service and I plan to keep it and always recommend it to anyone that might be looking for a service.

Frontpoint has good internet reviews and it's wireless. Setting it up was mostly easy except some of the doorways were just difficult because of the way the devices stick on. Aside from the fact that a couple of times we had a fire alarm malfunction, the system has been great. We use their app a lot. We have more peace of mind having Frontpoint.

Frontpoint is working fine except I cannot disable a sensor for triggering an alarm unless completely disabling the system. They don't support what I want essentially. Other than that I definitely have more peace of mind having Frontpoint.

I had ADT before and got rid of it because they use AT&T as their wireless provider. My neighborhood is a black hole for AT&T. It's been a year that I have Frontpoint. Everything went great with the installation. Their whole team have all been great. The mobile app is awesome. There's more sense of security having Frontpoint as I know it's working as opposed to ADT where I wasn't sure.

It was easy and simple installing the Frontpoint security device. The team members there were very friendly and pleasing. I could communicate with them either by phone or through a chat session and they were able to settle any concerns I had. I got the automatic lights and flood or cold and hot sensor, because we travel a fair amount. It allows us to control the system away from home and I've got the profile set up for my kid, so I know who's going in and out. Also, if I'm on travel and my wife's at home alone, she would feel more secure. However, the monthly fee is a little more expensive due to the system using a cellular connection. Other than that, we had a false alarm before because one of the sensors had an issue but they called immediately and were able to resolve it.

I had a previous system before Frontpoint. It was 25 years old, it stopped and they didn't do much to keep it running. Frontpoint is more professional and installing their device was all easy. Everything has held up well and stay still. They stay glued pretty good. When we first got it organized, we had a couple of false alarms. But we got that resolved. We got used to checking them to make sure the system is on when we leave. It went very well. Also, I like that they have a mobile app which I use to arm and disarm the system. I can check and make sure that I didn't forget it. Although we've been doing it for so long, we don't forget that too often. I recommend Frontpoint. It's easy to use when using the app.

I had Frontpoint installed and it was easy. I called them a few times to make sure I installed the sensor properly on the front door and they've been excellent. Compared to my previous provider ADT, Frontpoint has a better price and is more flexible and convenient with its mobile app where I can arm the system remotely. I also get an alert on my phone when I forget to arm. Adding to that, I can log in and check who's coming in and out. I can give another code to other people as well if they need to get in and I can monitor everything. I have the security system to have more peace of mind.

Frontpoint is a great company. I am still with Frontpoint all these years. The only thing I dont like is they dont notate their sensors in the system. When they called me this year and told me that a sensor went off, they didn't know where. ADT always did. They called me twice when the front door got caught in the rug and went off. ADT told me the exact location. Frontpoint need to work on this, and update all of their subscribers location of the sensors in their home. The only way I would leave Frontpoint is if my house was burglarized and they didn't notify of an alarm or not. I will stay with them forever, as long as they keep up this good job.

When my two years with Frontpoint is up, I'm going back to ADT. I like Frontpoint but I don't like the way the alarm goes off. It's not loud and not as scary as ADT. I also could talk to ADT at a later time than Frontpoint. Yesterday, I called to set my system back up and then it didn't work, so I'm very angry about that with them. The front door is not on even though the rep said it was. When I tried to hit the button, it said "front door open" when it's not.

It wasn't very easy getting started with Frontpoint. I still don’t have everything that’s supposed to be installed. I don't even know how that happened. I gave up on trying to get that solved. I cannot say that it was completely done and that it was as easy as they say it is. But since having Frontpoint, I feel somewhat more secure when in the house, but it's interesting because when I'm gone, since I still have things that are coming up missing, someone is getting past the alarm system in some way. I have enough problems already but I think that when you get a security system, you're getting it because you want to feel secure. It's something that you don't compromise in and I don't think that consumers should be hoodwinked into believing that something is secure when it isn't. However, the alarm system is connected to the police department and I like that feature. If it works, I could see it working well.

One time the cops were called. My alarm never went off but the cops said that Frontpoint did try to call me. That was weird for me but at least I know it works. The experience is great so far. I'm happy with Frontpoint.

We are out in a rural area and don't have phone lines at our houses, so we needed a security system that was cellular-based. And when a relative found Frontpoint, he put me in touch with them. Frontpoint then sent me everything and installing the device has been super easy. When I got the package, I got on the phone with them and they walked me through it. I installed everything and they verified everything was in working order. Everybody at Frontpoint is knowledgeable and helpful. Generally, they follow-up and confirm that my reasons for contacting them were adequately addressed. And they're real proactive with communication.
When I'm away from home, it gives us a lot of peace of mind that I can verify the status of the system and that I could set it if I forget to. They have a lot of different notifications that I can receive on my phone, like if the door's left open too long. It makes me feel a lot more comfortable knowing that at any point in time I've got a touch on what's going on. There are several things that they offer in terms of add-ons to the system that I haven't taken advantage of yet. But I do like that they make it easy to add on various features, such as those sensors that I haven't needed yet, the cameras, or fire sensors. They make it real easy to just add those on to my existing system at any point in time. We are very pleased with them.

Frontpoint's interactive feature is really good. It's 99.9% okay but sometimes it doesn't disarm after I set it to disarm, which only happens once or twice a year. It would also be beneficial if aside from the passcode, there would be a security question in case the owner forgets the passcode. There was this one time when I forgot my passcode and there was a false alarm, so they could not confirm that I was the owner, telling them that it was just a false alarm. The police responded, after that, they sent me a letter saying that they would charge me $30 for any more false alarms moving forward.

Frontpoint's staff members have been excellent. I feel good knowing that the system really works - I hear the door when it opens or closes and if I get false alarms, I would be called right away. However, when the false alarms happened, the police officers were so late to come and I don't know if that's normal. A true concern for me is that if a real-life situation is happening, Frontpoint will call help very late.

My brother-in-law had Frontpoint and he was happy with it. I got them, too, and though there were a couple of questions here and there because my doorframe didn’t match up with the sensor, installing it was fairly easy. It’s also very easy to use. I have their app on my phone and I like being able to control the system from anywhere. It's a great feature. Since I had Frontpoint, I feel much safer when I’m gone. It gives me a sense of comfort and security having it in place, and for that reason alone, it’s well worth it for me.

Frontpoint was the number one across many websites. I ended up calling them up and choosing them to be my security provider. I’ve been with them for about 10 months now and so far, I'm happy with the great service. I also use the app all the time, although, the only problem with that would be if someone was able to get a hold of those devices, like tablets and phones, and access those. But I think there should be a different password on the phone from those apps. But for the most part, it’s really good, I like the ease of use and accessibility. The price of the system has not increased and I’m hoping it won’t. I know that they have released a new touchscreen system, which is something fancier. They’re not yet forcing the customers to upgrade. I can upgrade to those but I think it’s a little expensive so I'm keeping my current system.

Frontpoint called me immediately the next day, which was impressive, concerning the cancellation issue I had with customer service rep. 5 stars for exemplary customer service, what company cares enough these days to call you the next day after they see you are upset with them. They immediately rectified the problem, offered an apology, and are now looking into how they handle cancellation calls. Kudos to this company!

I called the company in Jan of 2016 to cancel the contract. The gentleman on the phone said my contract was not up until March so I could not cancel. I understood that and was fine. I called back in first part of April to cancel contract again. I was informed since I did not give them 30 days written notice they could not cancel until the end of May, so they got an additional 85.00 from me. The company never told me I had to provide written notice in January. I find it a bit underhanded and will never use them again. The company said well maybe the person I spoke to in January didn't know policy, so apparently their lack of training has become my problem, not the company's.

I haven't had any alarms go off but I had a mystery a couple of weeks ago. The adapter came unplugged from the wall so I called in to get some advice. The agent and I decided that the battery may not have as much capacity as it should have. He sent me a new battery which we put in the other day and everything's been fine since. Frontpoint is a little bit expensive though.

We started with Frontpoint about 9 months ago and they are our first provider. I have some neighbors that have very positive experience with them and I was looking for a system that was a little more customizable so I got a wireless system from them. Installing the device was easy and their reps have been great. Customer service is spot on. I also love the mobile alarm app and use it all the time. I get an alert every time the door opens so I don't have to worry about that when my kid runs out when he's not supposed to. So Frontpoint helps me with that. I'm very happy with the system. I don't have any regrets, haven't made any changes to it and I set it up based on my concerns in my home layout. That's worked out quite well.

My experience with Frontpoint has been excellent. They've got good customer service and quick responses. The actual software and hardware work really well. It's wholly wireless and can be run from two different cell phones and on site in the house.

I've been with Frontpoint for about a year. Customer service has been good and set up was easy. However, I don't use the system because I don't know if it's working. The little stickies keep falling off, so two of my doors that are supposed to have the alarm don't have it on. Also, I put up one of the motion sensors and it doesn't light up. I called Frontpoint and the rep said it's only supposed to be at five feet. It still doesn't light up but she assured me that it was working. I haven't set the alarm in about nine months. What's the point of having it if I don't use it? I pay every month for something that I don't even use.

Frontpoint was pretty high-rated online. I got their service and although I had a little bit of an issue when I first installed the device, their team was great when I called. I definitely have peace of mind since having Frontpoint because I travel a lot.

Installing my Frontpoint device was very easy. They also had been very good in terms of call back and any technical assistance I required. They've been excellent. The only thing I don't like is the three year commitment. Other than that, I like their service. It's great.

We've been using Frontpoint at the office for more than a year, and it's giving a lot of problems. Sensor number five and the main entrance door sensor are not working. Almost every day of last week, motion sensor #5 is detecting something and even though we called the police, it was just a false alarm.

I found Frontpoint's interactive feature hard to work. I hardly get on it, but I would use it to arm and disarm my security system. Other than that, I seem to have trouble with it. I definitely have less worries since installing the system.

I let my office manager pick out a security system and she found Frontpoint. She didn't do a lot of homework and I wish I would have gone with somebody else because Frontpoint is kind of expensive. I'm already in contract with them and I can't get out. I pay $40 a month versus the one I found that charges like 12$ a month. But, I wouldn't say I'm dissatisfied because it is doing its job.

We've been a user of Frontpoint for about a year. We've had other systems but Frontpoint's been pretty good. We have access to the mobile app but we don't use it. We set it and leave it and we’re good. Also, we’re content and we have Frontpoint as a precaution. It gives us notifications, too, if a door is open during the day which is a really neat feature. We’ll recommend it. However, the police haven’t been called yet so we haven’t had a failure that would allow us to evaluate their ability to respond to any kind of false alarm or a real concern.

I called last year thinking that my agreement was 24 months. I asked if there was an incentive to re-sign and get security cameras. They insisted that I signed for 36 months and told me flat out that I didn't have a leg to stand on and no need to offer any incentive. They were very very indignant about it. Now I've sold my home and asked to stop monitoring at the closing date. They tell me that it doesn't matter that I'm moving out and that I'll owe them the last six months. They also said I could get the new homeowner to take over. After this I will NEVER recommend this to the new owner. There is no need for me to pay for a house that I'm not living in.

Frontpoint is cheaper than the other systems and I learned through the internet that I might get the best customer service from them, so I went with them. The installation of the device was easy, and their system is very good. Also, their staff are very professional and they handled my questions. I use the mobile alarm app every day and it's very responsive, convenient and working very well.

I used ADT before, but Frontpoint is about 2 or 3 times better. I've had it for a year now and it was easy installing the device. Their CSR was also very good.

The old system I had with Protection 1 was totally different from what I have now with Frontpoint. I've been with Frontpoint for a little over a year, and the system works fine and it’s good to have it. But with their rate and terms, I think I could find better.

I liked the deal that I was able to buy the Frontpoint system and the system's mind, and that I can take them with me wherever I go. I had to call their team when I first picked it up, and they ran me through hooking it up. I've used the mobile app to turn my alarm off and on and I like the idea that I can shut the alarm off for somebody to come over, and can turn it on too. I don't have to worry about leaving the house unsecured, and I've had no problems with it.

Frontpoint has very easy to follow instructions for the installation and everything was just as promised. We got it because we were doing more travelling and leaving our home unoccupied for a little bit longer extensions of time. We've been using it for nine months now and we felt more assured that things were going to be okay when we are gone. We had one small mishap where I had set the alarm and my wife forgot about it and came in before I did. I got a telephone call right away from Frontpoint and I assured them that we were walking into the house and merely forgotten to punch in the password. That gave me assurance that the system is working well. Without that kind of close call, we were never sure if it's really working. I'm very satisfied with our experience with them. We got what we asked and paid for.

Frontpoint was a referral from a co-worker of mine. The installation of the device was straightforward. I've also had their customer service team call me a few times and overall, the service is good. When the alarm goes off I usually get a phone call within the next minute. Since I had Frontpoint, I sleep a bit easier and I have more peace of mind.

I've had Frontpoint for almost a year and I'm satisfied with the product. We haven't had any break-ins for us to really test it but it seems to work. I installed my system via telephone with one of their technicians and it was simple. I have no complaints with their staff - I've only spoken to them to let them know when we've accidentally set off the alarm.

We had purchased a home in Jersey City that had Lifeshield equipment. After all attempts to transfer the account and Lifeshield upgrading all equipment etc, we started looking at the different reviews of home security providers. Frontpoint turned out to be the best. After much discussion with several of their sales reps and doing my homework, I installed the Frontpoint equipment last April and since I'm fairly good with all the computer-interface stuff, installing the equipment was extremely easy for me.
Interaction with their team has had its good and bad points but the equipment itself seems to be fine. At one point, something went awry with the actual panel, so I mailed it back to them and they sent me a new one. There were also little bits like figuring out the actual focus and range, and most of the time, the Frontpoint techs could give me the answers on things, such as the smoke detector and alarms. I could be a fairly particular person with that sort of thing but it's worked out great for me.
I'm almost entirely reliant on the mobile app unless somebody forgets something and they got to run for the panel. It's been a pretty fantastic feature. I also enjoy the idea that I can create a mobile fence. Within a certain perimeter, the system even alerts me and/or my spouse so that we know that the alarm is either on or off. We're getting the house ready and experiment with the system when my wife's daughter visits so that more guests will be able to come. Hopefully, we'll be able to hand somebody a key fob or set up her own code online for her mobile device and that will go pretty easy too.
With an investment of this size, it's great knowing the house is protected from fire due to the connectivity between myself, the local police, and the fire department. We don't have many expensive objects but from a safety point of view, it's great that my wife or I, when home alone, can set up the motion detector from the second floor. There's a sense of security that way which makes us sleep a little more soundly. We also supposedly get a break on our home insurance. Frontpoint gave us safety, security, and peace of mind, so I'll certainly recommend it to anyone I spoke to about the system.

Frontpoint is my first security system, and it was super easy to install it. If I call, the people at Frontpoint answer right away. There were a couple of incidents where my daughter set it up by accident and Frontpoint was right on top of it. I have three kids and I travel a lot for work, so it's nice having a security system while I'm gone.

Frontpoint is much better compared to my previous security provider. It's cheaper and any kind of calls we've had, we had no problems with, which we had with our previous one. It was easy installing Frontpoint's device. The installers were quick, professional and answered our questions. Furthermore, it's fantastic that they have interactive features like the mobile app where we can access and control the system anytime anywhere. I and my wife have used them and it was easy. We feel secure since having Frontpoint. It's been a great experience and they've been helpful

The team at Frontpoint is fine, but it takes a couple of people to install the system, so as a single woman, I couldn’t do it by myself and it frustrated me. I don't like it. I use the mobile app, and it’s good and the only nice thing about it. I've used ADT before and Frontpoint is more expensive for the service I get. Also, Frontpoint is all virtual - nothing local, as opposed to ADT, where people can come out and talk to me and do stuff. I bought into “Frontpoint is the best service," and now I’m stuck in a contract, and I've got their equipment so it’s hard to change, which sucks.

Frontpoint has been our home security provider for about a year and everything has been great with them. I couldn't ask for more. Installing the security device was very easy, too. Everyone has been really courteous and very helpful. Their customer service has been great and I haven't had any complaints. I also like being able to access and control the system using my computer or smartphone and it's really easy to do it. It's nice to be able to monitor my system no matter where I'm at and I feel a lot safer since my Frontpoint device has been installed.

I already had a security service provider before but when I was looking for a new security system, Frontpoint has more of what I wanted rather than what I already had. The installation was easy except that they forgot a couple of double-sided tapes which we had to order. Nevertheless, I'm satisfied with them.

We used to have ADT. Frontpoint is easier because I can install it myself. Customer service has been really good. The only thing I don't like is that some of the stuff with the sticky thing fall off the wall.

I did a Google search for the best home surveillance without it having to be hard-wired, and found Frontpoint. I had to call to get some clarification about where to put the sensors on the door, but other than that, it was easy to install. Any questions I had when I called, they were able to answer with no problem. Controlling the system with my phone is great. I definitely feel more secure.

What I like about Frontpoint is that I can alarm it from my smartphone. That’s a new feature that I didn't have with my old security system. Sometimes I leave and I forget, so it’s very nice that I can be gone and still set it. I’m not dissatisfied at all with Frontpoint but there were a couple of times that I came in and I couldn't reach the pad in time before it went off, but I didn’t get a phone call from them. That’s discouraging because that means they can go off, people could still steal from me and Frontpoint wouldn’t even acknowledge it.

You mention not receiving a phone call during that false alarm and we want you to know that your system does have a 30 second dialer delay, which is an industry default in all systems, to avoid false alarms. This means that if you were to disarm your system during the first 30 seconds of your alarm, then you will not receive a call, however, you will receive a call once those 30 seconds are up.

I've had Frontpoint for over a year now. The service is fine and I never had any problems with them at all. It's the same for the installation. They come up there and push the button and they are on the way. I called the Frontpoint team a couple of times, telling them to test the system. I was going away and I wanted to make sure it's doing right and everything is fine. It's great being able to arm and disarm the system using my phone. That's the way I do it nowadays. I don't have any worries at all because I can set it where I'm in. It's a good system. It was cheap enough and it seemed to be doing a good job. I've had a great experience with them and I will maintain this experience.

It was easy installing Frontpoint. Usually, if it’s too easy, something is wrong but it went fast. Their customer service reps were very helpful. I had to order a couple more sensors and they walked me through getting those programmed. They’re Johnny-on-the-spot on all the dealings I’ve had with them. I have the mobile app too and it’s great. When I forget to arm or disarm the system before I leave, I could do it no matter where I'm at. Frontpoint's a good peace of mind. I’ve lived here for 20 years and we’ve never had any problems. I’m completely relieved with it because anything can still happen.
The response time with the local law enforcement might be the only issue. There were times when the alarm has gone off and turned out to be a false alarm. The police never showed up or I got home before the police got here. I know realistically that they’re not going to be here 2 minutes after the alarm goes off. It’s not going to happen but knowing Frontpoint's there is the best thing when we’re not home. I'm satisfied with the service and the equipment they provided for the monthly cost of the product.

I keep forgetting about it, so I’ve had quite too many calls from the people at Frontpoint. I’ve had a fairly good experience with Frontpoint. They're professional and it's a better value compared to ADT. During installation, I pulled the things out of the box, read the instructions and did the installation. The wireless device came online immediately, set its own clock and recognized all the peripherals that were installed. When I call their team, they have been courteous. Also, they have a mobile app which I use on my cellphone extensively, particularly when I need to get into the apartment and the tenant is not there. I can disarm the alarm system and get in, do my things and then leave and rearm it.

I was already thinking about dealing with ADT but ADT wanted me to sign a too long of a contract. Frontpoint was the only one that would work with me and let me pay a little bit more money and get a 1 year contract. Installing their system wasn't difficult at all. The Frontpoint team is helpful every time I call. I never had a problem with them. I receive alerts on my phone but I haven't tried the apps since I don't have Wi-Fi. I also don't like the way Frontpoint's billing is. Besides that, it's been a pretty good experience so far. I'm satisfied with Frontpoint.

I've had Frontpoint for a year, and I’m not very satisfied. We've pressed the panic button a few times, but it didn't work. I installed the device myself and I thought I would save more but I only saved $5 a month and the hassle of installing, it was pretty stressful. The people at Frontpoint were trying to guide me through, but I feel safer if a technician goes to the store and actually see how the store is set up. To save money, it’s okay but the money I save is not enough for all the stuff that I needed to do. It’s only 5% less than what I spend with ADT. ADT charges me $50 and I pay $45 with Frontpoint.
In addition, I don’t feel safe, and I feel like I have an alarm just to show that I have one but I don’t think it protects my store because of the way the installation worked and all. I spoke with the people at Frontpoint on the phone, but they don’t really have an idea of how the place looks like. I’m a business owner and I have expensive property inside my store, so I would rather have a technician go to the place and install everything properly. It doesn’t matter if I have to pay $5 more a month if I will feel safer. I've had a decent experience with them, but I’m planning to switch to ADT because it works and I like it better than Frontpoint.

It was easy installing the Frontpoint device. I use my iPhone all the time to turn the device on and off. However, I use a different app because the Frontpoint app itself sucks. They also changed the colors of the screen so now everything's the same color. Before, it was red when locked and green when open which makes a whole lot more sense. Besides that, everything else is working fine so far.

It’s very easy installing Frontpoint. After I did the install, I reached out to their rep to activate it and that was very helpful. I have the apps for it so I do everything from my phone, such as setting the alarm and disarming it. It’s good and convenient. Everything with Frontpoint has been good so far, although the price may be a little bit more than ADT, which has a package with DIRECTV so they pay a little bit less. But that would be the only complaint.

I had a different security system before and comparing the two, Frontpoint's considerably better and a more stable service. It doesn't go off as much inadvertently. The team was very good, helpful and courteous. I called and talked to them and in a few minutes we had the device installed and it was all done. It was easy, simple and solid. I have also disarmed and armed the system on my laptop. I've done that when we're away and it worked very well. Every time I've called them it's been very good service and they've answered all my questions very well. It's been very well with them and I enjoy it.

We've been overall very satisfied with Frontpoint. I like the fact that if we lose power, we don't lose power to our security system. It's a very simple system that is very easy to add things onto or take things away from depending on my needs. Installation was also an extremely easy process. After I set everything up, I called and talked with them to make sure all the sensors were in place and working correctly. We actually disarm and arm the system from our phones quite often and it's simple. It's an easy app. The way my work schedule is, my wife feels a lot better about being at home by herself. There's definitely a more secure feeling for me.

It’s definitely easy to install the Frontpoint security device. The instructions were very clear and everything worked fine. There were several times when we did not cancel our alarm as we came in and the guys at Frontpoint have been very responsive. In one instance, the glass break sensor, which is mounted on a stucco in our lanai, fell apart but they instructed me how to fix that. I feel safer since the installation of our Frontpoint device, and I've had a great experience. I’d recommend them and I actually have recommended to a friend.

I've had nothing but great experience with Frontpoint. They've been extremely great to deal with. We had ADT, which I didn't like at all, and then we had ADS, which was fine to deal with. But I like the idea of the wireless system. It has a much more comprehensive coverage. It took me half an hour at the very most to install the whole system exactly where I wanted it. It could not have been more simple. I have everything on my smartphone and tablet. I'm able to do the arming, disarming, and just about everything wherever I am. Very well thought out and planned system. Their app is good and has no glitches at all. The people I've dealt with have been terrific too. They are very knowledgeable, quick to respond, I'm not put on hold waiting an hour and a half to talk to somebody and I'm not talking to somebody in Bangalore.

My daughters and I live a couple of doors from each other and decided to use the same security company which is Frontpoint. One of my daughters put the sensors on which seemed rather easy. We weren't able to put two of the sensors in when we first got them because of the type of window we had. However, I was in the process of getting new windows, and once we got the new ones, we were able to put the sensors on. Our doors and windows, mainly on the first floor, are fine right now.
When we had the system set up, we were given a passcode in case that if we needed help of any kind, we would have to enter it so Frontpoint would know that it was from us - that it was legitimate. The little unlock and lock key which I usually use when I go out to set the alarm has been working very well and has been sufficient, though I might want to put that feature in through the phone sometime in the future. I've never tripped the alarm by accident, but one of my daughters had and she said it's a loud alarm when it goes off. She spoke to someone who said that once in a while, it might be good to trip it to see if it's working though I don't want to do that.
My husband passed away a little over a year ago and we didn't have an alarm system before that. But when he was gone and I'm in the house by myself at night, I feel a lot safer with having Frontpoint. Also, my two daughters are out all day at work but they have those little alarm boxes. I think each of them has got two for both of their addresses so somebody always has a way of getting in if the alarm is on in either house. I feel confident that if people try to come in my house, the system will automatically set the alarm off and there’ll be enough noise to scare them away. It will notify the authorities so they can come and check the situation out, too.

Their reps really helped me out when I tried to program the system because I put a separate siren inside the house so I need to pick a setting on the alarm panel that I don't have access but their reps do. I also had other questions about sensors and they helped me out with the delays. I use their phone app every day and so far, everything is good. I will definitely recommend Frontpoint.

I've been with Frontpoint for a year or so and the Frontpoint team were great. They were friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. However, installing the Frontpoint security device is not very user-friendly because my doors don't match up and so one of the sensors had come apart and I had to get a two-sided thick tape and it just doesn't work very well. But, I feel safer since having the security device installed.

Frontpoint has provided simple and easy service. Even though there was one piece of hardware which was part of the package they said they would ship to us but never did when we were signing up, installing the device was easy and the Frontpoint team has been able to answer my questions. I use Frontpoint's interactive features all the time - they're super important and I wouldn't have chosen Frontpoint without those. I would recommend Frontpoint's service. I feel safer since having their system.

My daughter Brandi installed the Frontpoint device with no problems in her house where I also live. She now lives somewhere else and gets alerts on her email or cell phone because she's always calling me in case I set the alarm off. Since it was installed, I am feeling very secure. Plus, I like having an access to the system anytime, anywhere because sometimes I go off and forget the alarm and it's inconvenient to turn around and come back. One time, their team called because the alarm went off. Then, the rep made sure everything was okay before we disconnected. It was perfect. I'm a satisfied customer.

I have Frontpoint for about a year now and using it has been very easy and painless. I was able to install the security device by myself with their tutorial, and it was nice that I didn't have to worry about having a stranger in the house. Everything's been seamless. I've had some conversation with their team about a couple of things that were easily remedied or just informational that helped me with what I needed. I use the interactive features every day and we utilize it a whole lot more than we had in the past. It was a lot friendlier than the security system that we had with Monitronics. I'm very satisfied with Frontpoint and I would definitely recommend it.

Frontpoint is so simple to install and set up. I talked to the representative from Frontpoint who told me where to go find everything, then I went down on it and set it up. It works great. Since having it installed, I don’t worry about my home as much. We travel a lot and we may be gone a couple of weeks or two months. I check on it a lot when I'm out of town. I control my security system from the phone and remote, or I can do it from the computer.

The Frontpoint system is easier to use than my previous security provider. Installation was simple - the Frontpoint team walked us through everything. We had to order another sensor and it was in the mail about four days later so that was wonderful. They called back to walk us through a check program. Everything works. I tell everyone about Frontpoint's service.

We had been with ADT for about 20 years. The equipment that we paid for became obsolete, and we needed new ones. They wanted to charge us upwards of a $1000 just for the equipment, and then still pay 42.99. I thought it was ridiculous. We were being treated worse. We walked off the street to get a new ADT system. We tried to get someone down, but we went with Frontpoint instead. The equipment was much more reasonable, and much easier. We installed it ourselves. We even got service for more windows than we had before, and our monthly was cheaper. We've been really enjoying it. Now we have an app, unlike with ADT before. Although I know ADT also has an app now with probably very similar features, we were able to install Frontpoint for a lot less, and we're very happy. I have recommended them to several friends.

Frontpoint had really good reviews and they were good on the cost so we used them for our business. The device is pretty straightforward to use and installing it hasn't been difficult. We've had a couple instances where they were pretty quick to call me. We had one issue where there was an employee problem in the office and the cop called the security company then they called me. So it's really helpful for business in various aspects and we do feel more secure overall. If there's a break-in, there's nothing to be frightened about and they can call the cops. It's a value for money and it's been pretty good so far.

I've been happy with Frontpoint so far. My only complaint is I have to pay in American Dollars and I live in Canada. So the exchange rate is really bad right now. Installing the device was really easy and the reps have been helpful every time I've called. I use the app quite often and it was super easy to set up.

Generally Frontpoint is good and the technology is state of the art. The installation was easy and I'm happy with their arm and disarm feature which I use every day. The velocity of the response of the Frontpoint people is good as well. There is one incident that my wife forgot the code so the alarm is triggered and then I got a call immediately and after the call that they sent a patroller at our house within ten minutes. I only have one thing to complain, which is Frontpoint is a little bit stingy about giving out the sensors. I have to ask multiple times for extra sensors to cover the doors and windows.

I used to have ADT for my home security system, but compared to it, Frontpoint's device is a lot easier to install. I once had to call Frontpoint about my dog getting caught up in the cord and knocking my system off the wall, and they helped me greatly. I thought I was going to have to send it back, but they walked me through fixing it myself. I'm also glad that they upgraded their mobile app and now I'm able to use it while I'm away, turn my system on and off and see what's going on in my house. Having the device gives me more peace of mind.

The biggest seller for Frontpoint is that we can control the system remotely. That was very interesting to me and my wife so we went with them. The other service we had needed to be set before we left home and didn't give us the option to set the system by phone, alarm on the phone or by wireless. The gentleman that sold me Frontpoint didn't oversell me stuff I didn't need. He helped me save money so I really appreciate him for that.
Setting the system up was very easy. Tech support was very outstanding and walked us through everything. When the main camera for our alarm system went out, Frontpoint shipped us a replacement that day and the rep who set the delivery up told us what we need to do. Frontpoint was very helpful on changing out the old, defective main camera for the new camera. Another incident is when my alarms go off, they are very fast on giving me a call to make sure everything's okay. I am very satisfied with Frontpoint and as long as the prices don't go up, I'm gonna stick with them. Frontpoint is one of the best security alarm I ever had. I do feel safer having it. It gives me peace of mind to know I have someone else watching my home for me while I'm not there.

Essentially, Frontpoint got top reviews from a lot of things I looked at so they seemed to be the best option. Their device was very easy to install and whenever I've talked to their customer service it's been very straightforward. Frontpoint has been great. We installed the device ourselves and it was easy. The only downside is the video stuff is very expensive. I didn't really need the video monitoring. I only needed the option of having the camera so I can monitor it myself. I’m not sure why it was a full on fee per month. I didn’t see and understand why the recurring fee was so high when you’re already being monitored with the system. Aside from that though, I do like using the Frontpoint app and we definitely have a better sense of security than without Frontpoint.

Compared with other alarm systems I've used before, Frontpoint's standards and features are good although their monthly cost is high. Installing the system is definitely easy. I've called them when I wanted to add elements to the system and it was very painless. The interactive features are good, too. I have lesser worries due to the fact that I can turn it on and off remotely and get a sense of who's coming in and going out of the house.

We've been with Frontpoint for 10 months. We liked that they weren't hardwired to the house, so if we chose to move, we could take our system with us. Installing our security device was way easier than I thought. The team at Frontpoint were very good and patient, and went through all the little things. Also, a big selling point was that we would be able to monitor, access, and unlock and lock the system even when we weren't home.
Since installing our security device, there is definitely an increased sense of security for the sheer fact that we know that we're in control of it. For instance, if we had a bunch of workers in our house working on a project, even if we don't normally turn on the alarm every night, we'd feel a little bit on edge because people have had access to our house. So, it's been nice being able to lock down when we felt like we needed to.
We're actually selling our house now. So, I need to call Frontpoint and have the system switched over to our new place. It's nice knowing that even if we're moving from a townhouse to a condo, which a lot of times doesn't have wiring for security systems, we can bring our own thing there and stick it to the door, and stick the sensor in the corner, and we're set. We don't have to bring in maintenance people or have people drilling holes in our walls. It's that easy. So, we're very happy with it. It's incredibly convenient.

I’ve talked to the people at Frontpoint a few times and the customer service has been really good. I use the system's interactive features pretty much every day, and it’s very convenient. Having the system gives me peace of mind - it certainly feels better when I'm away from home since I can check and make sure that nothing is going on.

It's easier to set up Frontpoint's system than that of the other providers. It didn't take long, their reps answered quickly and they all helped a lot. Their mobile app is good, too. I have it on my cell phone and I use it a lot to check the status. My app tells me when the alarm was triggered even when I'm not home. They also started calling me so since installing the device, I've been more at ease. It's a great product, great work, and I hope to see more new stuff coming from them. I love that Frontpoint is cellular and that I could do everything myself. Also, I love that the device was very easy to install. I've had Frontpoint for a year, and I feel much safer and have fewer worries with it. The people at Frontpoint have all been great. Since we've had Frontpoint, we definitely feel safer and have more peace of mind. Their device was an easy installation and we're talking about adding more contact and sensors. I watch a house for my friends down in Florida and I put the Frontpoint alarm system in for them. I monitor it when there’s a call. If there are any problems, I go there. When I set it up, I followed the instructions and it was very easy. I had the whole thing set up within a couple of hours, called the company, tested it, and everything seemed fine. The only problem I’ve had with it in the past year was one of them taped on the magnets on one of the doors fell off and caused them alarm. Other than that, everything’s been great. I would recommend them.

Everything's been great. Installing the system was very simple. I had all the instructions and put everything where they needed to go. Once I was done, I called one of the Frontpoint representatives and he walked through everything to make sure everything was connected properly. I use the mobile app to activate and deactivate the system. I have the sense of security in case I leave the house. If I forget to lock the door or set the alarm, I can set it remotely with app. So it is great.
Unfortunately, somebody's always home so we don't turn the system on. But we had one incident and the cops were here right away. I just forgotten how to turn the system off or put in my pin. Frontpoint called us to determine that it was actually myself opening the door and set the alarm off. The rep was able to walk me through everything once again.

Frontpoint is pretty reliable and I’m happy with their service. I just use the device when I’m away from the house and the web app worked okay so I felt like I’m getting what I’m paying for. However, they seemed to be very pricey than others and there's only the add sensors option on the equipment. They also don't have the type of remote camera that I can access from my app or phone to view inside the house while I’m gone. That's one feature that I've always looked for and they did not have that capability at the time.
There were also a couple of glitches with the web page, but they've worked that out. And when we were doing the test, I had the original location of the panel close by. Then I went to move it to a back bedroom in a secluded area and interference was an issue, so I had to relocate it again and I worked with the support team to troubleshoot that. They sent out some replacement sensors to see if that was an issue. Their support and with my overall experience have been pretty good.

I've been with Frontpoint for a little more than a year. It's a good security system. The initial setup was very good, easy, and self-explanatory. I've spoken to one person. They're quite good at customer service. The device is quite convenient and easy to use, like the cloud app, and I could use my phone to activate and deactivate the system from anywhere. I already scheduled everything, when to turn it on and when to turn it off. You get a sense of security and lots of peace of mind once you put in the security system. But with a few of the sensors, the signal is not strong enough to reach the base station, because my house is a three-floor building.

It's fairly easy installing and using the Frontpoint device. But then the little security sensors didn't work so we had to call a couple of times to figure out the best way to fix those issues. We have used Frontpoint for almost a year and so far, nothing much has changed, but it puts me at ease a little bit more knowing that I can always check up on my home at night. Our area is not necessarily the best area to be at so it gives me comfort that I could check up on the house before I come home, make sure everything is still locked just the way that it should be, that the home is still armed, and see what kind of what was going on as far as with the alarm. I’m really forgetful at times, especially having a kid. And so, I have to sign if I leave the house. I can always get a block or two down the road and open up my app and see if I set the alarm or not, and if I haven’t, then I could set it right then and there. And that really gives me peace of mind.
Initially, my husband is the one that looked into getting Frontpoint. He did some research online, going through reviews and liked what he saw, primarily because we could see everything through wifi on our phones. I have the app and I feel like it's really beneficial to me. I really like the features as far as being able to connect your phone and get notifications. It makes me more aware of what’s open, what’s closed, and what’s going on. I like that I could always look at the history of each device at our home or each door or window in it. Also, I had my in-laws help me with the installation of the device but it was relatively easy. It took us about close to 45 minutes. The Frontpoint team was really helpful as well. The person we spoke to help set things going. He was really patient with us and guided us through what to do.

I have Frontpoint for four years now and I'm glad I have them. If I go out and forget to lock the door or turn the alarm on, I can do it remotely. Having that ability is very beneficial. The only issue I had was that the batteries went. I called them about it and the rep I talked to was friendly and courteous.

Frontpoint is very good and good for the price. And with it, I know everything is covered. I have the app and everything is very easy. I can lock and unlock my house from anywhere and I have a log of who answered, and if they did open. As for the team members from Frontpoint, every time I call, they are very nice. My Frontpoint device was a gift given to me and installing it was not a good experience so I’m not very happy with it. It’s really not made for my home so I had a hard time. The doors are my top priority when it comes to security but I still have one door that I haven’t been able to set up. I also haven’t been able to download the application onto my phone and when I called customer service about it, they told me that I would have to deal with Apple, which is one hour away from my home. I’m not gonna go one hour to that store to deal with putting an application on my phone so I haven’t really used it and would probably be returning the system. But they’ve been fine and they tried to help me, but Frontpoint is just not the system for me.

It was very easy installing the Frontpoint. I love the remote access. It's so much easier. I set my alarm off one night by accident and Frontpoint called the police because I didn't remember my passcode. So I'm sitting at home with my house closed and I've got flashlights going all over the yard. I had three patrol cars pull up and it was quite exciting. I had to prove to them that I live here. It's been great and I have recommended Frontpoint.

I was looking on the internet for a system that's cheap and gives me several options. I saw a lot of recommendations for Frontpoint's system that's why I chose it. The adjustment of the equipment was easy and done in one day. Every time I have an issue on a door, I call and they've been able to answer all my questions. Their reaction was good. Then when I had minor troubles in the windows and doors, they came and fixed them. The system is working and we don't have any issue.

I did some research on security systems, and was satisfied with what I read about Frontpoint. I had my son do the installation, and as far as I know, there were no issues. I arm and disarm my device all the time, manually. I also moved and transported it, and put it in my new home. I have had no problems.

When we subscribed to Frontpoint we were under the impression we were dealing with a consumer friendly company, boy were we wrong. They are just like all the other companies whose main concern is to collect on their contracts regardless of the status of customer's situation. I had lost my job 6 months into the contract and also the US to Cdn $ exchange rate increased by 20%. We asked that the contract be cancelled because of my job loss and because my wife is on fixed income. All we were offered was a reduction in fees for 3 months with an extension of 3 months on the contract. We took it because money was tight and hopefully a new job would be forthcoming. No such luck. So 6 months later we asked again that the contract be cancelled. We would even send back all their equipment. No such luck.
They are not interested in the fact we have to pay well over 3 times the local monthly rate for an alarm we do not use and have to budget (CDN $ exchange part of reason) this money out of our fixed monthly expenses. There are local alarm companies who do not have contracts you have to sign for 3 years and who when I talked to them, they also have compassionate policies that will allow customers to cancel if there is a job loss, sickness or something similar. I understand I signed a contract and stuff happens but for a lot of our other contracts those large companies understood and cancelled our agreements or agreed to restart the agreement after our financial situation improved (this was offered to Frontpoint also). Let this be a lesson. Frontpoint is not a consumer compassionate company and never again will we sign such an agreement with a US based company.

I researched on home security providers and a friend who installed Frontpoint a few months prior had some good things to say about them. We just moved in to our house and had a little bit of a scare but since having Frontpoint, we feel a hundred percent better because the system works. It was very easy to set up. The only difficult part was trying to understand the best place to put them.
I had to call Frontpoint three times for a couple of different reasons and their people were very friendly and knowledgeable. I never had bad customer service. I use their interactive feature on my smartphone which is the primary way I arm and disarm the system. It's really quick in sending alerts if the door opens or if some type of motion sensor goes off. Overall, Frontpoint is a great company, very beneficial, economical and safe. The only part that I don't like is that if I wanted to add a motion sensor or add a camera, they charge the full price instead of the discounted price on sign up.

Frontpoint has been our home security for a year. I used ADT before. They're pretty similar but Frontpoint’s more of a do-it-yourself everything. And interactions with the people at Frontpoint are great. Anytime you call, they walk you through the process. I’ve had to call for a couple of other things and they swapped out equipment for me just based on the sensor didn’t work out. So they sent me window sensors instead. I also like being able to control my system anytime from anywhere using the app. We definitely did not have that with ADT.

When I was getting the equipment to set Frontpoint up, the person who talked to me didn't push products on me and let me know what would be best for my situation. The customer service person who walked me through the installation made it very easy to understand and answered questions that I had. I have the mobile app on my phone and like the ability to give it to family members as well so they can program the system on their phone which makes the system very easy. And I like that my family is in control of everything. Frontpoint definitely increased my sense of security leaving my dog home during the day, without worry. Then at night, the system makes it very easy for me to be assured that I may have heard a noise but no alarm went off and everything is fine. I recommended Frontpoint to a family member who went ahead and got it as well.

I have a really good experience with Frontpoint. Installing their system is very simple. Everything booted up, and everything's been working great. Communication with the team has been very good, too. I had an alarm go off one day during the day, and they were quick to call me to ask for my password. I made the password when I first registered the system, but I forgot it, so they called the police department, and the police department came out and met me, looked at all my credentials, and everything was good. Afterwards, I talked to another customer service representative and we were able to work through it. I arm and disarm the system by phone and computer. I love it because it's very convenient. I now get a better sense of security, especially when I have to go out of town and leave my wife and kids at home by themselves. It's excellent, and overall, I'm satisfied.

I have been using Frontpoint for maybe a year, and it makes me feel safer. Installation was easy. Everything was self-install so my husband just called someone who walked him through when he had questions.

I am happy with Frontpoint. Installation of the system was really easy - I only needed to stick things onto the walls. What sets them apart though from other systems is being able to manage the system anytime from anywhere using the application which I used to utilize before. However, my phone doesn't have great service where I'm living so it's hard to use the app when I'm not at home. I live in a really remote area so there's not a lot of crime but it's nice being able to hear the beeping when I'm home with the door open. I also really like the customer service - everyone's helpful, polite and knowledgeable.

Frontpoint has good equipment. I've had them for a year or a little longer. Sometime before then, I had another security provider and I thought Frontpoint would be different. The wireless part is what drew me to Frontpoint. At the time that I purchased it, it was a wireless deal when the other people didn't offer one at that particular time and if they did, it was a bit more expensive. I didn't want any holes drilled in my wall doors and Frontpoint offered a solution to that. The security device was fairly easy to install. It was just a matter of reading the information and concentrating on what I was doing. The only thing is that once I received it, I called to ask about another contact because I've got two garage doors and I don't know if I only had asked for one camera or they supplied only one. At that point they told me it would be $45 so I declined that. But so far I have no problems with them.

My dad did the research. He compared lots of different security companies and liked Frontpoint the best. My husband installed the device and it didn't take him very long. Anybody I’ve ever dealt with at Frontpoint has been very helpful and nice. I always disarm the system either from my iPhone or iWatch which is very awesome and convenient. The system works very well and we're glad we got it.

The Frontpoint app doesn’t work well and it takes a long time for support to respond so I don't use it. However, their team was very helpful and I didn’t get put in the phone script from hell.

The Frontpoint team are very available, very easy to connect with and easy to talk to. I also like being able to check my alarm system remotely, if I did activate it, but I also get emails that remind me if I don't as well. Installing the device was easy, but I wonder if I have it installed in the right location to prevent someone from breaking in. I also wonder if it actually was tripped by someone trying to break in, if the response time would be good enough because we have had to disable it after it was tripped before. But all in all, I'm very satisfied with the product.

Installing Frontpoint is really easy and straightforward. They have really good customer support who walked me through all the steps, so it was a good experience. I called them a few times regarding the installation and troubleshooting, and they were extremely helpful and easy to get in touch with. I like the smartphone app. I use it all the time. Sometimes we get out of the house at different times and we forget to arm the system, but we know we can always check it and see its status. We disarm it if somebody is coming over and needs to let the dogs out, without us having to give our code. That was one of the selling points of the system for me. I haven't had any issues, I've been happy with it. We don’t live in the best part of town and so it definitely does give you some piece of mind. It's actually my life.

My daughter is a single mom, and I wanted her to be safe. I looked up Frontpoint and have been very happy with it. It's a very easy and simple installation. We all use our smartphones to control the system, and it works well. It's probably the feature that I like the most. I called customer service when I was given the wrong password and forgot to give my daughter the right one, so I had to call and confirm it because I wanted to make sure that if the alarm goes off, they have the right passcode to stop the system from calling the police, and they're very helpful. Everything has been everything Frontpoint said it was going to be.

I needed an emergency security system for my Dad's house because he got into an accident there while nobody was watching it. Frontpoint was really simple to put in, it didn't even take ten minutes. However, sometimes the double-stick tape doesn't stick. I had a couple of false alarms where a sensor fell off the door or the motion sensor fell off the wall. The first time it happened, I didn't know what it was. But the second time around, I told them not to bother sending the police. Also, when I got an alert to tell me that something was going on it was ten minutes later before they called me. But overall, it was a satisfactory experience.

We love our Frontpoint system. It was very simple to start up. I called the people at Frontpoint who were very professional, friendly, and helpful, and they walked me through it. I use the app on my phone all the time. Every single morning, I use the location reminder that tells me when I need to set the alarm after getting at a certain distance away from my house. It is absolutely convenient because, for a lot of the times, I walk out and forget to set it. Also, we have a front lock with a keypad that we integrated into it, and we can lock and unlock that door from our phone so it’s nice when we have workers coming in to do some work. We can talk to them on the phone and unlock the door for them which is perfect.

I have another home in Maryland and I needed a security system on it to keep it safe while I am not there. I got Frontpoint and it has been a good experience thus far. The system is easy and efficient. Their reps were very easy to talk to and they helped me a lot. Although installing it by myself was new to me, it worked out really good. With the other company that I have, they came out and installed it themselves so I was initially discouraged that I had to install the Frontpoint device myself. However, it turned out to be just as easy as they say it was and I was very pleased with that. I didn't need a whole lot of help. It's really simple.

I feel much more secure since I started using Frontpoint about a year ago. Installing the device was quick and user-friendly. When I called customer service a few times because I had to return equipment and get new equipment sent, they were very helpful, patient, nice, and I liked them. Also, the phone app is great - I love it.
