They came here in June and sprayed but the spiders and other insects went rapid. I called and they send another technician that same day. He was very friendly and redid the spraying and also did a powder treatment that had never been done before. This worked. I now have no insects at night on my deck and the spiders are gone. The only thing I do not like about this company is that they just don't charge you the 3 times a year they come here but charge you $80.00 a month. If it weren't for that they would have gotten a 5 star from me.

Fox Pest Control has generally provided good service and value; however, recently they have changed the bait in the bait stations for the field mice issue I have and it appears that the mice are NOT taking the bait but still leaving their presence in the house. We need to relook at this current bait, which is a neural toxin versus the previous bait, which seemed more effective at reducing the presence of the mice. Also, it has become very difficult to reach someone by phone.

Fox Pest Control is an excellent company. The technicians text me when they are coming with an approximate time, they text me when in the driveway. When I go outside to talk to them, I am told exactly what they will be doing, if I need to stay inside for a certain amount of time and informed when they are finished. They are very friendly and extremely professional. I forgot to mention about the bees but the technician saw them and took care of that issue as well. I have had no pests coming inside the house from outside.

We had Just moved into our newly renovated house we are purchasing. After about a month we still seeing ants in the kitchen near the sink and around the cupboards. In the living room at the front door there was ant highway going behind and on the loveseat. Plus we had sink bugs getting in around the windows. It was way out of control. We tried to take care of it ourselves. Didn't work. We called Fox Pest Control and they had a very courteous friendly technician at our house the next day.

I live in a cedar covered townhouse and I hired FOX to try to eliminate so much chewing of the wood they do, especially in the spring. I called for a special visit to try to get a jump on them as soon as I saw activity, and FOX answered. They immediately set up a visit later that week at my request. Cody, my technician, listened to what I had to tell him and treated the areas where activity was seen. It's been cool last couple weeks so the bees are not quite as active now, but as soon as it warms up, they'll be at it again. Hopefully, we've made progress.

I have had this service for 2 years now. Initially I signed up for a contract because it was cheaper than having the one time service fee. The first few months were good. Sadly, the level of service didn’t last and has only gotten worse. The tech comes and barely does anything. You need to micromanage them. Even after being clear in what issues need to be targeted, they just do whatever. I mean it’s all on camera. Everyone has a Ring camera these days so you’d think they would actually show up and do their job. Recently my service was due, I explained that we had been seeing yellow jackets and that ants needed to be targeted and where specifically. Of course they didn’t listen, said they didn’t find any bees and didn't bother to treat for ants in the locations where I said the ants were. Next day I got stung, there were tons of bees in between my decking. How did they miss that?

Yasuf **- the woman that came to spray around my house, was excellent. I have a log home and the carpenter bees are very bad, she took care of them and showed me where carpenter ants were eating away the wood on the back deck. She was very knowledgeable about her work.

We signed up for the quarterly service with FOX Pest Control a year ago. We are so happy we did. They have excellent customer service. Easy to get an appointment. We absolutely love our guy, Cody. He’s very professional, knowledgeable and explains everything he’s going to do. Cody goes the extra mile to make sure we are taken care of. Highly recommend FOX Pest Control.

The only reason I didn't put 5 stars is that we just started and had only one service. So far, the salesperson Bruno and service technician Orion have been polite, professional and worked in a timely manner. I would recommend this company.
