Everything was pretty easy with Fox. I have a mouse problem and the techs try very hard to do stuff and tell me what to do. The mice are very hard to deal with but so far, things has gotten a little better.

Fox Pest Control have highly recommended professionals. They know what they're doing. If it's not the same technician that comes out, they always do a full report so that whoever the next person is knows exactly what they're dealing with and what they're coming into. They usually come out once a quarter. They'll do the regular like traps for rodents and sprays for any insects inside and out, along the perimeter. They call ahead and let us know that they're coming, and if we have any concerns, we let them know, and they take care of it. The technicians have been excellent and extremely friendly. They work around our schedules and do everything they can to not leave a mess. They also clean up if they make a mess, which only happened once because of a speck of dirt. I like them.

Fox Pest Control has always been very courteous. When we need extra service, they're happy to accommodate at no charge. They come out every three months, and they do everything from cleaning the house off of webs and spiders and they do the mice control with the traps. They also do the outside for ticks and termites. We have these little boxes that they put outside and they spray. We get the full service. So, every time they come, they do something different depending on what the season is. If you need control of any pests, get Fox because they are good. They've always delivered.

I had a wasp infestation in my bathroom and they were available to come ASAP. The guys were great and were really upfront. We're happy with them. Now we’ll just see if they could get our mice issue under control and we'll see how that is when we circle back in the fall of the summer season.

Initially, we had carpenter ants that were really hollowing out a tree. By the time we got them focusing on it, pest activity was minimal. They were very diligent about taking care of it over and over again until the pests were gone. Customer service is very good and they are very polite. Scheduling is very timely and they are quick and efficient to respond. They wanna make the customer happy and are always willing to repeat the service.

I called Fox on Friday for mice treatment. They were trying to get someone out here for Saturday but he was booked. The rep came out this morning, and he was very nice and told me everything that I needed to know. He looked outside and in my cabinets. He pulled the refrigerator out to see if there were any droppings. He saw a few. He put the glue traps out for me and said that he was gonna do a week follow up. If I find anything before the week is up, I can give them a call back. I'd recommend Fox Pest Control. They are very prompt. They do everything they can when they come out. If I need spraying inside, they spray inside.

Great service. Polite and very informative staff. Would highly recommend Fox Pest if anybody has issues with bugs/critters, inside and outside. They answer any questions people might have about removing pests or trying to control certain pests. They are very careful when using any sprays/chemicals around homes/yards, especially if there are children or pets. And all the service people I have dealt with at my home have been quite nice and they are fast workers, they get the job done quickly….

What I like most about Fox is, I don’t have to worry about what needs to be done. Fox comes out and inspects the property and asks me what bug activity I see and recommends what should be done and I agree and they do it. If I see anything after they treat the property they come right back to fix it, which rarely ever happens. All the technicians who come are respectful, kind and knowledgeable. Five stars.

The quarterly Fox Pest Control treatments for insects are effective. We used to have issues in the spring with ants invading our home so the treatments solved the ant issue. The level of detail for completing our quarterly treatment varies based on the technician providing the service. Some technicians are really thorough providing the service per our contract but others are outside our home for about five minutes and don't clear away spider webs per our contract. The three star rating is due to the annoying college age salesmen that Fox Pest Control sends out to sell their products.

My experience has been very positive. Jerry comes and does what he needs to do and there is no contact at all. I have dogs, so he calls ahead so I can make sure they are in the house. The service is flawless but doesn't mean 100% as I have had ants and spiders which have managed to get into the house. When the weather gets cold, bugs want protection. I do not call them for additional help, I take care of it myself.

The service history I have with this Company is what I need for my situations. Because I had Ants around the exterior of my house, Insects in the garage and house and Termites in my neighbors yards and some in my yard. This Company saved me a lot of money. The tech that came out mentioned promo of $187 with 3 consecutive payment, but on Fox Pest Control system, it actually sign you up for monthly deduction and 2 year contract rather than the initial one year promo been communicated. So be aware not to fall into this scam/fraudulent act.

You called me to arrange a yearly check-up. No one notified me that this would be an additional charge. I thought it was part of their yearly service that I paid for in advance. Why didn't someone ask me if I wanted to renew for another year? Why didn't someone tell me that this was NOT covered under my year-long agreement that I paid for in advance? I thought it was underhanded and deceitful.

Fox Pest Control is good. I was hearing noises up in the attic and downstairs in the basement. There were signs of mice and rats, so I called Fox to take care of them. Now I hear less noises, and whenever I hear something or something gets killed, I call them again and they come right down. We have one guy who takes care of this area, and he's the one that usually comes. He's good.

We had carpenter ants in the house and birds were pecking at the shingles. They sprayed for all that. The techs are always on time and they're efficient. They are very friendly, courteous and professional. We don't have to be here when they're doing their service. We can always rely on them. We notice a huge difference with the service. The only problem we still have is with mice and that's just something that's tough to deal with.
Fox's service is well worth it for what you pay. We had a lot of damage done especially with the carpenter ands and the woodpeckers pecking up the shingles. Most of that has stopped. Our daughter was off with the dog and we never a tick found on the dog. If they went into the woods, they would come back with a few ticks. But if they stayed in the property, there were no ticks. We're very happy with the service.

This area needs improvement, as well as their Website. I always have difficulty logging on, and the response time is very slow. Also, when you text them to reset your password, the response time is very slow. Hopefully, Fox can hire someone to work on the technical side of their business to improve in this area. I would like to be able to make online payments quickly in the future.

She made initial contact before service to ask if we had any issues. She made final contact to inform us of a smell of natural gas. She stated that she was pregnant. I question the safety of the unborn child being exposed to the chemicals used by FOX. Especially during the crucial early weeks of pregnancy.

I could hear a rodent in my walls trying to enter when a cold front came through. Fox came out and checked everywhere, and I mean everywhere, to find any potential access points. They plugged them and then baited the outside of my house. The bait has been devoured. However nothing ever entered my home which is most important to me.

I initially contacted Fox for mice. I love my technician, Eric. I request him. He's very good. I recommend Fox. They're very polite. It's a good company. The only bad thing I had was, we did this whole bat excursion thing because we had a bat in the attic. We spent a lot of money on that. It's a walk-in attic, so I was up there before Christmas, and a bat was flying by my head on a Saturday night. So, I called them up on Monday, and lo and behold, they don't do the bats anymore. Nobody even told me that, which is crappy.

I found bugs in my basement. Fox has been very effective. I use them on and off. When I've used them, they've gotten everything under control. I've canceled my services because I didn't need the ongoing maintenance. Then, about six months to a year later, I would call them back when I saw activity increasing. My experience with Fox has been very good. They're not all consistent. It depends on the technician that you get, but they've all been professional. Some are just more thorough than others.
Overall, I'm very pleased with Fox's services. I would recommend them and I would continue to use them. The only thing is their billing practices. They bill before they come out. So for example, I have a service coming up at the end of this month, but they've already billed me for the month. I would prefer to see myself be billed after the services because if I don't schedule something, they have my money.

The salesman was friendly, earnest and promised us good service, and I gave Fox Pest Control a shot. The normal maintenance is above and beyond whatever other companies we've used, like Terminix in the past. Whenever I see anything or we have a situation, Fox Pest Control is out here the same day. The latest is the following morning, if it’s later in the afternoon. If I saw a little, four-legged friend, the amount of time it takes for them to come out is technically quick. I've never had service like that, which is why we kept them on. So, they're worth every penny.
The techs are all pleasant. My husband is on a first name basis with three of the guys who have come out. They’re very personal, friendly and trustworthy. They walk around my house. Normally, if someone comes into your house, you follow them. We're at the point where the trust for the guys is they just go through what they have to do and they just let me know when they're done and I'll lock up.

Every 90 days, Fox Pest Control sprays outside the perimeter. Once a year, they brush the outside of the windows to get all the cobwebs and some mosquitoes. The techs were all great and I have no complaints. I am happy with the service.

Early in the summer we had a rat problem, I tried DIY with little to no success. Called Fox, they came out the next day. Within 2 weeks, the rats were gone. We would find stragglers in the yard here and there, but our home is now pest free. Great people, respectful and polite. If you have the same issues, these people are professional rodent Hitmen! First service was great. I have not heard anything since and I am not sure if I am to call in and schedule maintenance but no one told me. But I am getting charged every month for it. Would be nice to have someone come out as soon as possible due to spiders.

We will be happy to send someone out to take care of the spiders. Our office will call you shortly to schedule this. In regards to your service schedule, your regular treatments will take place every 3 months and will be scheduled automatically. You will receive notifications to your phone a couple of days prior so that you know when we are coming and have time to call if you have any specific instructions. The charge for the quarterly service is divided up into equal monthly payments. If any issues arise between your quarterly treatments, simply contact our office, and we will arrange a follow up service at no additional charge. We hope this explanation helps, but if you have any remaining questions or concerns, our office will be happy to address them.

I contacted Fox because of mice. I didn't see them but they left droppings everywhere. Now, I don't see any droppings anywhere. About a year ago, the mice also ate the soap on my basement sink. They ran their teeth across the top. I've had a fresh bar there since then and they haven't eaten the soap. So far, it's been good. The tech was very nice and he explained everything to me like how the mice operate. I've been learning about all these things. Fox is very good when they come here. They take care of all the outside and the inside. I'm a happy camper.
The tech was here on November 30. I didn't make it home in time because I had a dentist's appointment. I called and the tech had taken care of the outside. He said, "I'll try and get back there," and he did. He went through the house like he usually does. The mice ate the poison in the boxes so he put new poison in there. He filled a hole in my wall outside. I had a pipe coming through to water the garden and he plugged it for me. We're going to find out if that was one of the entrances the mice made. I have to wait and see now. He told me to seal all my basement windows and my son came and did that.

Their office staff is incompetent. We have requested to cancel service for months and they continue to send technicians and bill for services that have been cancelled. They are unprofessional and continue to harass us for services that are not wanted.

Last summer I had a minor problem with ants in the kitchen and a salesperson showed up at my door offering pest control services. We had a conversation regarding what type of services that were offered and I thought it might be good to try. In our discussion the sales person said I could try it out for a quarter and if I didn't like I could cancel. Not true. I signed a years' agreement thinking there would be honor in this agreement. It turns out they are faceless and uncoordinated with no intention of letting see if their service was good. After two months went by I saw no real change because the ants went away on their own. I know this because of years dealing with this particular species, after 8 weeks they go somewhere else. So I decided there was no real value to this service and tried to cancel.
I tried cancelling online but no I needed to speak with someone. I waved off the on site pest people 3 times saying I am cancelling the service. I called customer service to finally cancel and they kept ignoring my request and continued to try and sell me. I expect I would need to pay for the remainder of the quarter but I got hit with an additional $150. Early termination fee. I explained about what the sales person said and they said they had no record of this and it is never allowed. Seems like they are more interested in getting their fees than they are in offering a good honest service. Beware all!

I signed up for service in June 2021. They have tried to upsell me multiple times, including telling me a service included in my contract was no longer included and that I would need to start paying for it halfway through my contract. After my 12 month contract ended, I requested a service cancellation, and they raised my rates for the services left before the cancelation. They sprayed my organic food garden with chemicals despite a request to not do so. I have this on security footage.
I called about this, and was told by the person answering the phone, Morgan, that she has no manager or supervisor and that she would not refund money for services not yet rendered. She also said that it's company policy to change rates without telling customers. I was eventually put in touch with Kayla, their business manager, who told me that she had nothing to say to me and the case was closed as far as she was concerned. I have not been refunded for payments made for services I did not receive in September 2022, when the reasons I canceled before that service were due to retaliatory price changes and poisoning my food garden.

First off I just want to start by saying that I don't usually give bad reviews ever. But I got scammed. One of the salespeople came to by house and pitch me their services. I have mosquitoes in my backyard and I spray every month to get rid of them. I thought maybe the so called professional have a better product. I gave them a shot. I was only interested in mosquitoes. They said it's parts of a package and everything comes with it. Their product didn't work and the mosquitoes kept coming back. They scheduled another appointment and I told them no--In my mind your product didn't work the first time. They said it's part of a contract--which was never mentioned to me.
The salesperson said they would come back, I said can I cancel anytime they said sure, if I didn't like the service. What they didn't tell me was that there's a 150 cancelation fee because we are going into a contract. And that I enter into two contracts. One for mosquitoes and one for everything else, which I didn't need in the first place. What a rip off. Now they are charging me 300 to cancel. That is the last time they will see a penny for me.

Had yellowjackets in eaves. Called Fox Pest Control on Monday to have them exterminated. They first tried to sell me a year long contract. I stated that I did not need a year of pest control, but just needed to have the yellowjackets exterminated so I could do some siding work in that area. For more than double the price of their original quote they stated I could get the yellowjackets exterminated with a single visit. I agreed and had to pay up front. They said a technician would show up on Friday with a window of 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Four days later I am staying home all day to wait for the technician to show and by 4:00 pm no technician, no calls. Technician calls after 5:00 pm and states he is on the way. The technician shows up and shoots pesticide powder into the area where the bees are entering. He then sprays a larger area around the bee entrance and along the eaves. He is a nice guy and seems to know what he is doing. He states that the powder will be carried by the bees into the hive and kill all the ones inside and the spray will keep them from finding new entrances. He also states that they should be gone within a couple of days. It is now Tuesday and the yellowjackets are still thriving. They seem to have multiplied.
I called Fox and told them that the yellowjackets were not exterminated nor had they left the area and they (Fox) should come back and try again. Fox told me that since I did not sign a year long contract that I would have to pay for another visit. I asked why I should have to pay another $250 when they didn't do what they were paid to do on the original visit. I was told that was their policy and would have to pay again if they came out again. I told them no thanks and would look for another company.

There have been out 3 times for rat control, but they are not able to resolve the issues. Traps were set inside and outside, but the rat are just running rapidly. The roof rats are attic but the service guy can not go into the attic because walk boards are not installed in my attic. The service guy only reset the mouse traps but did not add any more rat poison in the trap because he felt it was still good but it look dried out to me. The sticky trap was not put down this time because he felt that it did not work well, but that is how the baby mice are caught if you ask me.
They were to treat for fleas today also, but I was told a different service guy does that work. Wish I would have been told that last week when I made the appointment for rat and flea treatment. Feeling stuck in a bad dream. I have order addition treatment from Amazon to aid in the pest control while I pay for FOX pest control service. I just wanted my rat problem resolved but that is not going to happen. I was reading the contract and it may be for 2 yr, yet I was told it was 1yr. Also, say where there was a 150 cancellation fee. The hold had not been clogged yet, but if you can not go into the attic how can you patch any holes?

Fox Pest Control came out for mice. They set traps on the outside and the inside and it got the mice out. We had them come out a second time to collect any of the mice that had died from the traps. After that, there was no sign of mice. Overall, Fox did everything that we asked.

Fox has always been great. If they come out, they do their job. If we have something that comes up, they come out in between and they take care of it. I’ve got nothing but positive things to say about them. The technicians gave me a personal phone number and said, “Call if you need anything.” I have some rental properties, and Fox does a really good job over there, too. They have very reasonable pricing as well.

Fox was unable to remedy the situation. It was money down the drain. They put a chicken wire and some kind of poison to prevent the squirrels from going to the soffit. They didn’t catch a shadow.

I had Fox come out to do some spraying for some bees and wasps, and they came out and did exactly what they were supposed to do. They told me it was gonna take two weeks to actually work. In the third week, I called them because I still had a lot of bees and wasps. They came out and they sprayed again in some other areas, and that seemed to take care of it. The experience was good.

I had Fox a couple of years ago primarily for carpenter bees, ants and spiders. Their customer service and technicians were very polite and professional. I had no problem with the service people. The only thing that I didn't care for was I had to be totally committed to the number of times they had to come out and the amount of money you had to pay. If I didn't, then I’d pay a large surcharge. It was not easy. In the winter, when I didn't need anything, it was kind of frustrating. The only other thing was they were persistent. They kept calling me and wanting me to come back but then I said I was done with their service. Other than that, they did accomplish what they initially set out to do.

Many customers do feel it is unnecessary. We like to perform the winter service as more of a preparation for your spring service. The winter service is able to kill the eggs of pests before they have a chance to hatch, which creates less pest problems in the spring. We had a mosquito issue so I reached out to Fox and tried them. Customer service is very good and their techs are very respectful. On maybe the third application, I started to get bit at night which was odd. I called Fox and they came back and resprayed without an issue. They told me to reach out if it ever happens again and they’ll come and respray. Now, I can sit in my backyard at night and not get eaten alive.
Fox is a great company to work and deal with. They make it easy. They let me know when they're coming so there are no surprises. You know who's at your door or coming into your yard. They go over everything with you on staying off the grass for the first several hours just until it dries then you're good to go. They say to give them a call right back if there is a problem. They're very nice on the phone. They're VIP.

The Fox number used to come across my phone as a spam call and I spoke to them about that. Now, I would either call them back or they would leave a message. Customer service is always really nice and polite. Somebody comes out and takes care of what I need them to do. They spray the bugs.

I was using Fox for pest rodent control. They were the cheapest in the area. Whenever I used them, the technicians were pretty thorough. They came and did their job. They put the bait traps where they were supposed to and they did not go through my home. They gave me feedback on what I should do to maintain that the rodents are away from my home. The appointment setting was easy too. If I called today, it wasn’t like I had an appointment set out for next week or two. It was reasonable. I would recommend Fox because of the fact that they’ve been good to me every time I’ve used them. The quality of service versus the cost was perfect. They've been professional whenever I've been in contact with them from the reception phone line to the actual technician.

When I was calling for quotes, Fox Pest was the friendliest. They made me feel comfortable talking about the problem at hand. When they came out to give me the estimate, they were over the top in making people feel comfortable with having that extremely mortifying issue. Everything went great with Fox Pest. But it didn't work the first time around. The poor guy had to come back three rounds. I have a really big bed frame and it had some padding in it and some jewels and the pests were stuck in there. So after the third time, he really concentrated on the bed itself and the bed frame. I haven't had a problem since. He was fantastic. Even by the third time, he said he was giving up that type of appointment, but he was going to put in a request to make sure that he personally came back to finish up the job. He wanted to make sure that it was good and I was set.

I went with Fox for the price. There was quite a big difference. Their treatment is also different from the standard termite treatment where they usually dig a trench around the house and pour the pesticide into the ditch. With Fox Pest Control, they use the bait traps all around the house and you pay for a monthly service with that. They then come in to check the traps every three months.
Another thing about Fox is they responded quickly. They got out there and did a good job of explaining what their bait traps are, how they work, and what they're supposed to do. They were very informative on the treatment they're normally performing on the house. I recommended Fox to my neighbor because he's also worried about termites since he saw the situation I dealt with. He's getting Fox Pest Control out there to set up the traps at his house too.

If I had a complaint it would only be that the price was really high. Because I had my son’s whole house, and he had a big house, done with the other company for a lot less than it cost me to do just my garage. It was the only thing I was not happy about. But I paid because it needed to be done. You can’t have a bat in your house. It’s one thing if it’s in your attic. You can live with it for a while. But when he's playing around when you're trying to sleep, not good. But Fox Pest Control's service was great. They got there quickly. Three guys came out. I didn't even talk to anyone. They told me I didn't even have to be home, which I thought was weird because how would they check and see if it was all filled up from inside and if there were any dead bats? They just put some ladders on the building, and they went up. They put the little bat houses in. And it seemed like they were in for a while. Everything was good.
The last guy that used to work for the other company came and cleaned up the poop from the bats and made sure there were no dead bats around. But they said they only needed to do work from the outside. Which again, for the price, was expensive, considering they didn't even go inside and make sure everything was okay. There was nobody even home. I saw them on my Ring. I didn't even see them. They just came. I saw there were a couple of trucks. They were there for a half-hour, and they were gone. But I haven't had any sign of bats.

For my home, Fox Pest Control’s customer service was fine. But for my business, I dropped it because they could not coincide with my hours. I'm in and out of the office and I cannot wait in a large timeframe for them to come by and spray. I would always miss them and I end up paying all this money for nothing. The techs were nice and good but I want him to come to me and say that he noticed some rat droppings outside and they could put the traps up. I don't wanna have to go to him and ask him. When he's spraying, I want him to notice things and say what he needs to do and be a little more proactive.

I had mouse issues, and I called Fox. They came on and took care of it at my primary, and that was how I got started. Then I started bringing all my rental properties in. Setting up a service with Fox used to be a lot easier. They're trying to expand now and things have gotten a little more complicated and more of a hassle. Their customer service is good but going through the whole setup process would be nice if it was a lot smoother. I have quite a few accounts with Fox and I'll have tenants call, give them my info, and set up an account. But they have to call me or I have to call them and give them approval.

I had about three things done with Fox Pest Control. We had no problems with them. They did a good job. They did what they promised. We liked their price, and they are right next to us, too. I had a mansion that had squirrels in it about two years ago and they took care of that for me. They did an excellent job. We also called them back up in Quarry Walk in Oxford. We thought we had rats inside the building, and they explained to us what size holes they need and everything else and how it works.

I called Fox to set up an appointment and it was pretty easy. They even took my card over the phone so they can just charge it. They came when they said they were going to come and the tech who came out was respectful, quick, and efficient. We had a deposition starting in one of the conference rooms and he worked around to where he can get into that room first to handle that so we can move on with our day. That was great.

I went away from Fox 'cause they didn't do termite inspections. I was refinancing my house, so I had to use somebody else that did termite inspections. But then the person I went never showed up. And Fox was always reliable. They always showed up. So I went back to them. I had mice and the little ants. Fox went through the house and checked for any entry that the mice could come in and locked them up. They did a good job doing that. They were friendly. They put the traps down with poison in them. They check them. They come in every quarter and they fill them. And if you spy anything that you think you have a problem with, they come right back out. I had a dog and they put down stuff for ticks. And my dog really never had any ticks.

We had a bird's nest up underneath our soffit so we called Fox. There were bees there, too and it was on the top floor. Somebody came with a small car and I was like, "How do you have a ladder in that?" He said, "Oh, we don't have a ladder." I said, "How are you fixing the bee problem and the bird that's going in there? I don't want to have a big hive in my house." They never came to fix that ever. I wanted that taken care of. All they did was service the termite stuff and never the initial thing that I called about. Some of the guys that came out here were nice, but they were not equipped to handle.
For the termites, the tech came and he drilled holes. We had 12 by 12 marble squares in the entrance to our house to the back of the house and he cracked them. They're almost impossible to replace for somebody like me to just go ahead and do that. He said he was going to come back and fix it, and then he threw some cement in there, and still, to this day, it looks horrible. Price-wise, I was given different prices. I first called them about bees, and then we got into termites, and then there was a price snafu. It was definitely frustrating and I never went back with Fox again.

Fox Pest Control put in the bait stations for termites and we have not seen any termites since. The customer service was good and worked with me on the schedule when the techs put them in. They had to come and change an area, and then they checked the bait stations, which seem to be working.

We had carpenter and tick treatment and the tech was very nice. He was willing to change the time to do a late spray 'cause we have honeybees outside and we preferred the spray to be done after sunset where the bees are not flying to avoid bee loss. The tech came after 7 o'clock. So, I really appreciated that accommodation. The treatment has been very effective. After we tried it one time, and I liked the way they do it. So hopefully, they'll keep up the good work and we can have them coming over again.

Fox Pest Control do quarterly inspections and I have been meaning to call them about the last one. They did some type of termite treatment and drilled a hole in my porch and didn't fill it in. So now, I got a hole in my porch. We started with them when we bought this house and I have noticed a decrease in the granddaddy long legs. We haven't needed anything done inside so we use them to control outside, and we haven't had any issues with bugs in the house. Every single representative who has come out here to treat the home has been so nice and if I have questions, they answer them. They're informative and if they don't know the answer, they're fine to say that they’re gonna have somebody get back to me.

I ended up letting go of Fox Pest Control because they weren't doing their job. Every time they sent somebody over, they were supposed to do follow-ups but they never did. So, it was not worth it. Sometimes they would just show up, so they didn't always do service calls. The contractors were all young, but they were fine. However, they weren't doing what I needed them to do and I didn't feel like they ever heard what I was asking. We had a mouse problem and they never solved that problem. We called in Big Blue Bug and they did.

I'm recently started back up with Fox Pest Control and so far, everything seems to be working out good. I've had one technician and he was very pleasant and explained the process for me. However, they told me that they would go out every six months to change the bait, but I didn't realize that there was a monthly service charge for that plan. Other than that, everything else was explained, how it works and what they do when they come out to service me.

We had a contract for a whole year and they did a whole year's worth of different things to take care of the pests outside and inside. I was happy with them and for a whole year, the cost seemed fair to me.

Fox Pest Control was excellent. The ant problem did not get fixed with the organic stuff and I did end up calling New England Pest Control, but Fox did come back because the ants came back. The ants were fierce this year. I didn't fault Fox at all. They were nice. It was that I wanted the organic stuff, and I think there is a need to use chemicals. I don't even know if Fox has that. I found them because I wanted the organic stuff. I would still use them with the chemicals if they have that too because their people were sweet. Everyone I dealt with were so professional and kind.

The customer service at Fox Pest Control is great as well as the technicians. I had a guy remove a bees’ nest last year and he was wonderful. The pest activity has been next to nil since they have been coming.
