I've had Fox Pest Control for about 5 yrs; they are prompt and courteous. Recently had a wasp nest show up well before my service date and they came the same day to take care of it.

I was recommended by a friend about Fox pest control in how good they were so I got thier service for mosquitoes the technician came within 4 minutes he was done spraying. The next day mosquitoes were still present called them to spray again same thing 4 minutes spraying and he was done mosquitoes still present. Called the office to cancel my service because obviously their product doesn’t work. Then they tell me over the phone I’m under a contract for 2 years and what am I gonna pay for a product that doesn’t work. Why is there a contract. I don’t know. Maybe just to tie you down. You have to pay for something forcefully. I don’t like that. I’m very upset. I’ll have to call my attorney to overlook this situation..

Fox Pest Control has always provided great service. Their service providers are excellent-always pleasant and willing to answer questions. Because of this I highly recommend Fox. My most recent provider, Kevin (with his braids) answered all of my questions and offered great suggestions. I highly recommend Fox.

I called Fox Pest Control, spoke to a representative who immediately called the team and they were at our home within 1 1/2 hour. The guys were very friendly, I gave them a tour around the House, discussed what I see daily, they took notes got their equipment ready and sprayed for ants and other bugs that I want to do without. It's been a week and I'm seeing less ants, etc. My sister shared their information with me and we are very happy. If you are having bug issues Fox Pest Control is the company to call. Need

We have been with Fox for about 2 years now and we are happy with the service. However, the one thing that kind of bothers me a bit is that they keep losing technicians along the way. I really like some of the technicians we have had do the work, but it has been hard to get the same technician again because they no longer work for the company. I find that a bit annoying because they are good to work with and very knowledgeable. Other than that, we have no problems with service at all and and recommend it to others.

Excellent job and service Damian from Fox Pest Control! Fox has been spraying at our house for a few years. Since then I have not seen a mosquito, and can enjoy the pool area at night without getting swarmed!

I would leave a 0 star review if possible for this aggressive, pushy sales of a company! I told the rep I was NOT interested, but he kept pushing me to "look at his phone," yadda, yadda. Finally shut the door on him and then...He reappeared after 8 PM at night on the same day to tell me about some neighbors who supposedly signed up...WTF? I told him that we've used FENIX PEST CONTROL since 2021 and have been satisfied. I resent him coming back onto our property when I said "NO!" DOESN'T HE REALIZE NO MEANS NO?!!! I mean...Talk about pests...This rep WAS one!

The service is great! Techs are very knowledgeable. After first treatment we noticed less spiders and wasps around the house. I’m very pleased with the quality of service and the price can’t be beat!

Daniel listened to my issues and explained what he knew was most probably the case with the bees in the yard and the ants in the other yard. He used a different method to address the ants in the breezeway and gave me intelligent feedback as to the situation. I would highly recommend Daniel for taking care of my pest problem.

The pest control service itself was fine, but I found the business model highly predatory. The company locks customers into a 24-month contract, charges a substantial cancellation fee, $250, and includes an automatic renewal clause. The result is that customers either have to remember to cancel at exactly the right time two years later or risk being automatically renewed and facing additional fees to leave.
While all of these terms may be disclosed in the contract, they were not emphasized nearly as much as the benefits of the service during the sales process. In my opinion, a business should retain customers because they are satisfied with the service, not because they forgot to cancel before an automatic renewal deadline. Read the contract carefully before signing and make sure you understand the cancellation and renewal provisions.

We appreciate your feedback. While Service Agreements are presented electronically before signing, we also expect our representatives to explain them clearly. If this is not done, that's a problem we want to address. We also want to clarify that once the original contract term has been fulfilled, there is no fee to cancel. When the service automatically renews, it simply means treatments will continue on the same schedule, but you are not required to commit to another 24 months.

Fox always lets me know a few days in advance of my scheduled appointment. They also let me know the day of the service. They are careful to protect my herbs from contamination. They always deal with me in a professional manner and answer any questions I have. They are ready to come in case there is an emergency. (i.e. yellow jacket infestation). I feel confident they will try their best to address any pest problem I may have.

Technicians and call center reps are fantastic. How the company runs their scheduling system is awful. Too much automation that doesn’t work- No personal touch. Promised multiple call backs from managers and never received one. Was actually told today I talked to a manager last week when I never did. I was also told by a customer rep that a centralized “field manager” couldn’t call me three days after I was suppose to have a manager call. They had too many callouts to make so would get to me next week. (Never happened.) Having technicians show up to house when no one is home because they got the days or time wrong has been problem for past 3 years. Not isolated issue. Got an email for a month credit today. Still no call.

We understand this can quickly erode confidence in our service, and we are actively working to grow our team so we can be more available for our customers. Ryan stop by my house to see if I would be interested in getting my yard treated for pest and I was looking for someone but hadn't contacted anyone yet and it was very easy to get set up and I'm having them retreat to get rid of the rest of my pest and it was very easy getting it done and very quick to get on their schedule. Clara was very quick to respond and answer all my questions.

Fox Pest Control has always been friendly, courteous and efficient with responses to my requests and with servicing our house. Any question I ask is answered quickly and any concern I have has been addressed quickly. Technicians in the field are always friendly and make sure that we know they are arriving soon.

We used Fox Pest Control for the first time. We are pleased, everyone is very polite and friendly on the phone. Joe was the technician who came to service the house. Joe was very thorough. He was also friendly and professional. Thanks Fox!

After about 9 months or so still having bug issues, ants mostly, and every time I call is the same story. Last time I called I ask for a manager and after a while on hold (Logan) answered, told him I wanted to cancel service from Fox I was told I had 3 months on my contract BUT… to help me fix the bug issue he was going to send an inspector (manager) or something like that with a service person to better train and figure out what the issue is on Friday, (this was Tuesday) and Wednesday he was going to send an inspector to inspect inside and attic, no one came Wednesday and Friday only a service person came and that was it. Guess they're going to keep stealing my money for another 3 months until the contract expires.

We're sorry you had a disappointing experience. Our Service Manager let me know that he contacted you to discuss these issues and offered possible solutions to make things right, including personally inspecting your ant issue today. He stated you preferred to close your account at this time, so we have done this and waived your early termination fee. We appreciate the time you spent as our customer and hope you will call if you need any other assistance.

Watch out for their deceptive marketing sales. The "discount" they give you at the beginning is basically the termination fee of 250. On top of it they will bug you all year long for added expensive services.

The early termination fee only applies if you choose to end your service before the contract has been fulfilled. We can also opt you out of all marketing calls going forward. Stay away from Fox. I had a sales representative stop and my house and offer their service. I hired them for ant control. I paid for 4 treatments starting in August. Their treatments went through the winter and they treated twice with measurable snow on the ground (BS hibernate). They showed for the 4th treatment in the spring. I called them and told them I didn’t want their services. They billed me $250 for breaking the contract. Bottom of small print they are true **. DO NOT SIGN CONTRACT.

We're sorry you were disappointed with your service. Our treatments run year-round because pests frequently use our homes for shelter, especially in the cold months. We apologize if we failed to educate you about this properly. Our Lead Technician contacted you and offered a discount to help make things right. If you resume services for the summer and still feel unsatisfied, your early termination fee will also be waived. Please call our office if you would like to accept this offer.

My Technician's Visit went well with a clear explanation of what was being done, and why it was done that way. It was in May, so still before many pest infestations become noticeable, but for the moment, all is well, and the technician's sprayings seem to have had positive effects.
