They went door-to-door and scammed my grandmother into signing up. No sane person would have thought she was able to understand what she was signing. I didn't know she did it until she went into a nursing home and I started getting her bills. I attempted to cancel numerous times, explaining that she was no longer in the home. Nothing. I attempted to contact them to tell them that SHE. IS. DEAD. Nothing.

My daughter referred Fox services after Jeremy did a great job for her location in Carlisle. We gave them a try and our tech was Cody who did a great job explaining everything.

Notified when treatment to occur, easy to work with if need to change date, price very good, notified when on way to service, always timely, checks to see if any issues you want specific attention, notified when treatment completed with specific areas treated and what chemicals used. Everyone is easy to work with, polite, friendly.

Cole was fantastic. He promptly sprayed our yard around the house. He also checked our yard trap.

The salesman gave a quote of #$66/month. This was for whole 2 acres inside and outside the house and pool house. Today The serviceman showed up 3 hours late, this was after we cancelled the payment. He stated there was a $200 charge for first visit (read small print). Against my better judgment I paid with another card. He told me he would sprinkle granules around windows. He did not! He was here 30 minutes. He took off to the other home to spray. That home was the only person the salesman said they serviced.

From start to finish the customer service was amazing! From the sales team to the tech the prompt reply and updates were great!

We been with Fox Pest Control for over six years. My house is pests free and I know if I have any pests problem, they will be at my home the next day. They are reliable and the employees are professional and helpful. I highly recommend Fox Pest Control and the services they provide.

We have had Fox Pest for 3 years and we have not seen any bugs at all. The tech is very helpful and polite, we would recommend them to anyone who has a bug problem.

I have used Fox since 2020 and could not be happier with the quality of their services. Darian has been our go-to technician for a while and he stands by the quality of his work. When we have an issue that pops up between quarterly services, Fox promptly responds and treats it quickly and effectively.

I don’t generally give anyone or any company a full 5 star or a 10 for anything. My thought is that they can probably do better. Although by giving Fox one less star, means that they are pretty assume on the job they do! So KUDOS! I would recommend them! They take care of getting rid of a lot of bugs and critters! Give them a try!

MY late Spring service was performed by Xavier, one of their most competent techs. He was a pleasure to work with and he did a thorough job. Both the office and the tech worked with me to find the perfect date and time.

Came home to a random young man poking around in my yard. Not impressed with this sales tactic. Maybe don't invade private property uninvited?

A scam. $350 to fix a weather stripping on my front door. They offer multiple options to help, but they don't do anything outside of what I was doing to get rid of mice. Put down only 2 traps when I told them I had multiple mice and they were breeding. Bought multiple traps and sticky pads to do the job since Fox did very little. SCAM. Very expensive. Go buy your own and save. My stress level was high and told them I would call the police if Fix came around. One year contract and wasted my money. A scam. Don't call them.

Great company!! Easy to make an appointment. Staff is courteous. Our tech Cody goes above and beyond to ensure our problem is addressed. He explains how he will treat the ants issue. Cody even called us a week later to ask how things were. Highly recommend Fox Pest Control.

STOP. SENDING. ME. EMAILS. TERRIBLE. I have asked multiple times for this service to stop contacting me. Simply won’t stop. Hopefully, this will move things in the right direction. No customer service at all.

We have been using Fox Pest Control for just under a year now, and the number of ants, wasps, and spiders have drastically disappeared.
