My experience with Closet World's service, from consultation to installation, was positive. The consultation visit went very well, and although there were some internal issues during installation, the technician who came was great and did his job efficiently.
Post-installation, I've been pleased with the quality of the work done.
I would recommend their services, and rate my experience a solid 4 out of 5.

I had a great experience with Closet World 10-12 years ago when they installed a closet at my previous house. Unfortunately, my recent experience was quite the opposite and left much to be desired. Initially, the product delivered was different in quality—full of issues such as unreasonably placed adjustable holes and a generally cheap appearance, quite unlike my previous installation. This wasn't simple minor cosmetic wear; the lack of alignment and chipped surfaces were rather glaring for a supposed professional setup worth $3,500.
Getting the issues fixed was also problematic. I scheduled another visit for a redo, which got delayed by a month. When they returned, there was a language barrier with the technician that compounded my difficulties to communicate the problems clearly. In addition, the smell coming from the drawers was unbearable—it must have been from some adhesive or glue that permeated my house, irritating my family. The supposed cleanup attempts with acetone were unsuccessful, leaving discontent and dissatisfaction hanging in the air.
Despite multiple attempts by Closet World's representative, David, who was pleasant and tried to be helpful, the total ordeal drained both my enthusiasm and patience. I expected far more in quality and service given my past positive encounter with Closet World. Sharing this stress within my family was frustrating; needless to say, we eventually resorted to airing out the cabinets with hope—the unpleasant smell lingered somewhat, yet we lived with it rather than continue to struggle without action.
From this journey, I wouldn't recommend Closet World anymore. It's disheartening, as I generally maintain an optimistic approach, but given the stress and disappointment incurred, I'd advise friends and family to consider thoroughly before opting for their services.
Displeasure stemmed not simply from the individual elements but cumulatively, the experience was taxing—resultantly leaving a dire strain on a positive sentiment I once held for these specialists.

After much deliberation, I opted for Closet World because of the offers they send out via mail, often providing 40% to 50% discounts. Moreover, having used their services in my prior home in North Hills and loving the result, I decided to engage them for my new residence.
Working with the designer, Emily, was an enjoyable experience. She was meticulous, helpful, and overall, someone I genuinely appreciated collaborating with during the design phase of my closet upgrade.
The installed products enhanced the master closet significantly. The installation included modules for coats, pants, and shirts, accompanied by shelving and a set of drawers, all in a beautiful cherry wood finish, which gave the closet an elegant look.
On installation day, a team of two began the work, and then one person completed the job. Initially, there was a hiccup with my CD rack, which was inaccurately sized, but it was rectified swiftly with a properly-sized replacement.
I'm very satisfied with the quality of their work. The cherry wood finish and overall functionality are delightful features. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Closet World to friends and family.

Our closet doors are nine inches tall and Closet World offered a customization option that suited our needs. We had previously turned a bedroom with solid four-inch wood doors into a playroom for our grandchildren, who are three and six years old. I was worried about their safety since those heavy doors could be a hazard if they came off.
The initial consultation and installation experience were a bit rocky, as the representative was new and mismeasured the doors. This mistake meant that after a two-week wait, the doors arrived too short, and I needed to wait another two weeks for the correct size. However, I appreciated that the company attempted to make up for this by providing a 10% discount, which was offered promptly when I expressed my dissatisfaction.
In terms of customer service and product quality, I'd rate both as highly satisfactory. The staff member who handled our account, despite being new, was courteous and patient throughout the process. The final product met our expectations, providing the security and reliability we needed for the playroom. However, pricing felt somewhat steep, which I would rate around a middle ground in terms of perceived value.
Overall, despite the initial hurdles, Closet World’s effort to rectify the mistake and the final product quality ensures I'd possibly consider them again in future projects.

I saw a few advertisements, did some pricing checks, and Closet World seemed very reasonable. I had them install shelves and a walk-in closet.
The entire process was smoother than I anticipated. It began with the closet designer, who was very cooperative. When it came time for installation, everything went well, though there was a small hiccup regarding the measurement of shelves. Fortunately, the installation team recognized that the original design wasn’t as effective once they began the work. They didn’t just push through but instead suggested a redesign, which I truly appreciated. They returned another day to complete the job without charging extra, demonstrating their commitment to quality over convenience.
The team also made sure to clean up after themselves, which I found impressive. Overall, my interaction with Closet World's customer service was excellent.

I tried Closet World after seeing my sister get her closets done by them. I felt involved in the design process, working closely with the representative to create my ideal space. While the design phase was generally positive, I encountered some issues when attempting to make changes. Initially, they were not very accommodating, though they eventually adjusted things to my satisfaction. Despite this, my overall experience was just OK—nothing exceptional but not terrible either.
During the installation, I noticed that the materials were haphazardly packed in the van, which was surprising considering the substantial investment. Although there were a few small dings on the pieces, the installer did a commendable job addressing these and was diligent in his work. However, seeing the quality of the packing and the way the components were delivered made me question some aspects of the operation.
The pricing felt high for what I perceived as just average quality. In summary, while Closet World did make an effort to rectify my concerns, it's fair to say my experience was average.

The design consultant who visited was truly fantastic—thorough and attentive, ensuring everything was tailored perfectly to my needs. Unfortunately, the overall experience didn’t end as perfectly as it started.
While the installation crew was effective and helpful, matching the quality expected, we encountered an issue soon after. The issue arose when I noticed that the cabinet doors and drawers didn’t match. We opted and paid an additional $2,400 for an upgraded finish, expecting top-notch results. It's been three weeks since we raised this, and although they tried resolving the issue, the mismatch remains. It’s left us in a frustrating limbo situation. Though initial interactions were promising, this hitch significantly diminished my overall satisfaction with Closet World.

Overall, my experience with Closet World was fine. I was pleased with the final results of the work they did; I loved it. Although the work done was good, there was a bit of an issue with the worker's attitude. I felt that the worker could have benefited from an attitude adjustment, as he came across as surly at times.
But, I would rate my satisfaction level at a strong 5, as I'm more than happy with the results despite the worker's demeanor.

I've been using Closet World for a long time. They don't have the best pricing, but it's not terrible pricing. And I was glad to have them do the project because I have other items that'll match my stuff. It was an easy match. All my doors are the same. My linens in my bathroom matches the new linen in my hallway, which matches my laundry room. So, it worked out well for me. As far as the workers, they seem polite, clean, and they knew what they were doing.

Everything went really well. But our closet installer was overworked. They're on such a time limit, and you never know how the job before is gonna go, but he did an amazing job. He was a great guy. The beginning of the process was great. We weren't contacted a bunch of times, which is good. The closet is great.

The presentation was very nice. The sales rep designed the concept and the layout exactly what I had envisioned. She was very knowledgeable of what she was doing, so it made the process pretty easy. We got a complete system. So, we got the closet, shelves, drawers, and hanging racks. The quality is good. Everything seems to be managing perfectly. Both the salesman and the installer were perfect. Their marketing material was pretty good. It gave out a pretty good description of what pricing programs they offer along with the current promotions. The only downside to it is that there are layers to the programming and what they offer, so you don't really get a good grasp of it until once you get into it and start digging through the weeds a little bit. I wouldn't say it's misleading, but it's just enough to kind of get you to bite, and then everything comes on kind of a la carte after it's all said and done.

Closet World won a lot of points with me because there were a couple of things that we configured a certain way, and they executed them just that way. But when I started living in the closet for about a week or two, it wasn't really working, and they sent somebody out and fixed it for me so it was wonderful. I had a different idea of how much I thought it should cost. But they came down a bit with a supervisor conversation to help even beyond the sale, so I was pleased with how they worked with me. I would recommend them.

I came across Closet World on Instagram and I was intrigued by a discount offer. My initial interaction exceeded my expectations, as I discovered the designer went to the same high school as me and even lived locally. This connection made me feel more at ease and built a level of trust.
The installation team from Closet World left a great impression—they worked efficiently, were quick, and maintained cleanliness throughout the process. When everything was finally set up, I couldn't have been happier with the results. The designs turned out fabulous, perfectly matching what I had envisioned.
If someone asked me about Closet World, I'd encourage them to give it a go. Although the pricing was middle-of-the-road, it wasn't overly expensive or too cheap. It felt fair for the quality of work delivered, and, in my opinion, less costly than some other companies.

I canceled my contract 1 day after I signed the contract because I was not ready to proceed. The paperwork stated I would receive a refund in 10 days. It has been 18 days and still no refund. I called the makin office last week and no one has returned my call. I'm not happy.

Closet World was the most responsive among three companies I called. At the outset, I spoke with a very informative consultant who helped change my mind about their closet designs, which initially I wasn’t too keen on. Her detailed guidance allowed me to be part of the design process, ultimately creating a plan I was comfortable with. The installation process was straightforward. The installer completed the job with meticulous attention to detail within about five hours, leaving the area clean after finishing. Closet World came to mind because they're all over the place. When it came time to personalize my closet needs, the sales consultant, Frank, was thorough in gathering our requirements. He liaised well with us, especially my wife, since our priority was installing a cedar-lined closet to optimize our currently available space effectively. Despite his efforts to tailor a layout that suited our needs, once the new closet was up and running, some aspects regarding space utilization and practicality were suboptimal.
The installation overall went smoothly; the installer displayed expertise in executing the plan. However, using the newly equipped closet made me question several aspects of Closet World’s design choices. They aimed to give us additional hanging space but seemed to overlook integrating our existing storage necessities into their design.

The scheduling with Closet World was efficient—they arranged a design appointment the very next day. The designer did a wonderful job laying out the plan and informed us that the product would be available in 3 to 4 weeks, after which we could expect an install date.
When the installation day arrived, the installer explained the layout and discussed an issue with us that was a bit frustrating. Although we had planned for an outlet cutout in the closet, he suggested covering it instead. Given that it was part of the original design plan, I found this surprising, and it made me feel awkward for even bringing it up. The installation itself was quick and otherwise satisfactory, and we love the closet except for the covered outlet.
Overall, the design process felt inclusive, and aside from the minor setback with the outlet, I am pleased with the final product.

The process with Closet World started with a representative visiting our home to discuss my wife's new home office setup, which was a surprise gift for her. The rep was punctual, offered valuable suggestions, and made us feel included in the design planning.
The installation went smoothly, taking about a day. They managed to redo a closet and built-in desks efficiently. However, we noticed a few issues afterward, like some missing molding. Fortunately, Closet World sent someone out to address these promptly, and he did an excellent job fixing everything.
Although there were minor hiccups, I was happy with the turnout. For customer service, I'd give them a 4 out of 5 since they quickly resolved our concerns. As for the cost, I'd rate it a 5 because it felt fair and reasonable for the quality of work we received.

I was drawn by Closet World's cohesive shelving units to address the clutter in my small kitchen and bedrooms. The overall experience with their team was good; the salesperson explained everything thoroughly during installation.
I encountered one issue: I wasn’t aware that the shelves wouldn't come with enough brackets. While they kindly sent complimentary shelves, the missing brackets prevented me from organizing my pots and pans. The sales rep initially promised to send them, but never followed through, and that was disappointing.
Despite this hiccup, the experience was largely positive.

The person from Closet World who installed a bedroom closet was amazing. It’s decent and the installation process was outstanding. If I were ever to use Closet World again, the only reason why I would is if it were guaranteed to me that he would be the one doing the installation. People should meet with Closet World and see what they think.

I needed to install cabinets in my garage which had to be custom-made sizes and Closet World seemed to offer that based on my research. They were also quite responsive compared to others during my process of searching for the right company. So, I hired them and I'm truly satisfied with the quality of the work done; the cabinets meet my needs exactly. While the service is on the pricey side, I find it to be worthwhile considering the tailored experience. The planning phase was excellent with the representative who assisted me and the installation process went smoothly, just as it should. A neighbor across the way had engaged Closet World and did her utility closet. For a long time, I had wanted to redo my office, so I called them and got a quote. I also engaged another company who didn't do exactly what I wanted. It was expensive, but I just decided to go ahead and do it. The representative who came out was incredibly competent; he quickly grasped my needs and provided a thorough drawing after our discussion. I appreciated his responsiveness, particularly when I had to pause the project due to a flood that put things on hold for nearly 10 months. He was prompt to return and receptive to new ideas when I called him back.
One issue I encountered was related to electrical outlets, which was overlooked during the initial design. I got an outlet buried behind my storage cabinets and I only have one under the desk. Had I realized it, I would have had my electrician or my contractor add maybe one above the desk or add another one that I could have access to. But overall, he was very responsive and helpful, and I appreciated him. If a friend or a family member asked, I'd say I had a good experience with Closet World. They were effective and accommodating.

My daughter-in-law used Closet World and I decided to try their services. The first part of my experience was less than ideal, unfortunately. Although the installer was skilled, my issue began with the designer. We had initially agreed on a price, yet later they informed me that specific notches were not included. That led to spending an additional $200. Yet, when the installer arrived, those notches weren't on the board as intended.
When investigated, the supervisor's interactions revealed that there was confusion with updates from the designer, sparking a disagreement about what had been paid for versus the exploitation intended. They originally stated that I was charged for different accessories like a belt and tie rack, which contradicted my invoice. Eventually, the installer came to a solution by cutting the notches right on-site, solving the problem in a way that worked for me, given I didn't need it to be flawless.
Now, despite those early mishaps, I am truly pleased with the finished product. Closet World didn't offer me any compensation to alter my opinion; however, they did return the $200 spent on the initial miscommunication involving the notches.
Be sure everything is well-documented with services like these. Make sure what you expect is clearly detailed and on paper because, without documentation, misunderstandings can easily arise. This is my experience for others to learn from, so people can avoid similar frustrations.

Closet World offered a significant sale, so the difference I paid compared to a do-it-yourself option was only about $300 more, which I found worthwhile. Also, when I checked their website, it didn't have prices listed, but it had pictures and some reviews. So, I thought if someone was coming out and the consultation would be free, then I was going to go for it. If it was too expensive, then I'd keep searching. But their consultant, Larissa, came out, it was a free consult, and she did perfect measurements. So, I paid for the closet immediately and had them set up before she left.
During the consultation, I felt involved in the design process. I had some designs in mind and Larissa was very smart and well-prepared. The installation was quick and efficient. However, I was a bit disappointed as the product appeared dirty straight from the truck, although the team assured me it was due to the production process. They cleaned it on-site, but some marks remained. Despite that, it's a solid piece and when my husband saw it, he was absolutely floored at how nice it was. All in all, I was so impressed with Closet World that I referred them to others.

When the Closet World rep came in, he showed me product. It was very similar to other pitches I got from other companies. It was a collaborative effort when it came to design, allowing me to have some input.
I experienced a delay due to the representative not handling some paperwork promptly, which resulted in their installation happening after my intended time frame. Unfortunately, I was out of the country when they finally came to set things up, but my husband was there. Despite a staffing issue where the installer's assistant wasn’t available, my husband aided them by doing some prep work, and everything went smoothly on the day of installation.
My initial reaction when I saw the final product was that I loved it. If I were to summarize my experience with Closet World to a friend or family, I’d describe it as mostly positive, despite the installation delay. I'd rate my overall experience as a four due to the delay, but praised their customer service and the ease of the website, both of which I’d easily rate highly.

Closet World was offering free installation and a 50% discount. During the consultation, I met with their representative who brought samples, took measurements, and collaborated with me on the design. Even though the initial pricing felt high, they negotiated a lower price after consulting with a supervisor, which I agreed to. I was actively involved in the design process, specifying exactly what I wanted. The final design consisted of two cabinets and a central console with four drawers.
The quality of the product, in my opinion, is average. The installation process, regrettably, required two attempts. Initially, the consultant had incorrect measurements, causing the cabinets to be too large, interfering with my window frame. They had to redo them and return for a second visit. Upon installation, I noticed marks on the cabinet drawers, and the promised baseboard and crown molding were absent. Although these were discussed with the consultant and I had email confirmations, they weren't included in the order. Despite the company's pledge to install them free of charge, the task remains incomplete.
In reflecting on my overall experience, if I were to rate it, Closet World would earn a 3. The consultation accuracy was disappointing, while the price and website navigation received scores of 3 and 4, respectively. While the experience wasn't entirely satisfactory, I'm cautiously optimistic that they will fulfill the pending installations soon.

I used Closet World for a project needing a sliding glass door repair in my closet. The designer who came to my home was incredibly professional, helpful, and demonstrated expertise in her work. She even took the time to design the closet layout itself. Her approach was so compelling that after reviewing the pricing, which was competitive, I decided to go ahead with not only repairing the initial door but also adding a second one.
They offered a decent product turnaround for the closet installation, complete with shelving and bars. Unfortunately, I am somewhat discontented with the closet's dimensions because some clothing hangs too low and touches the floor. I'm considering reorganizing it myself before potentially contacting them for adjustments.
On the installation day, the team showed exemplary punctuality and courtesy—they tidied up post-installation without leaving a mess. However, one hitch was that they had to remove the base molding to properly position the unit, which led to unforeseen tasks on my part.
Despite the minor issues, my Closet World experience was favorable overall. The team performed well, delivered quality products on time, and showed great customer service. I'd confidently convey to friends and neighbors that they can expect reliable and timely service from Closet World.

The designer who visited was incredibly pleasant and seemed knowledgeable. She genuinely wanted to help me save money and offered valuable advice on designing my closet affordably.
I had white shelves and hanging rods installed. The installation process was generally smooth, but there was a hiccup with the timing. Expected them in the morning and took the whole day off. Unfortunately, they didn't arrive until 4 PM, which meant my day off could have been unnecessary.

The designer who came to our home was pleasant, although a bit new on the job. There was a mix-up with the cabinet measurements, requiring a second visit to correct the issue, but thankfully, the main team stepped in promptly, and it only ended up delaying the process by a couple of days.
Installation day was seamless. The installers handled the task confidently and ensured everything was tidy afterwards. I couldn’t ask for more efficiency in that regard. The closets look great, are elevated off the floor, and the doors function smoothly, staying closed as needed—a testament to the quality of work and product.

She was attentive to our needs and presented us with two different design options. We picked one that worked well for us.
However, there was a slight hiccup with the installation process. Although the installation team was competent, there was a misunderstanding regarding the molding on the old closet doors. I expected that with the new doors, the old molding would be replaced, but they informed me that they don't handle moldings. To resolve this, I had a handyman come in to paint the molding to match the new doors. It seemed like the designer didn't grasp my request to replace everything, including the molding.
Overall, I am really pleased with how efficient and quick the whole process was. The functionality of the new closet is superb. I'm more than happy with their service and would absolutely recommend Closet World to anyone in need of similar services.

I had Closet World organize my home, choosing to have three closets installed. One of them is a master walk-in closet complete with drawers, shelves, and ample hanging space. The other two are smaller but similarly equipped with drawers, shelves and hanging space.
I found the process from design to installation quite smooth. Our designer was efficient, coming up with the design plans, and some months later, everything was installed in just a single day. The workmanship met our expectations as the assembly went well. However, I wouldn’t categorize the materials they used as top quality—they're more utilitarian, which is acceptable to a point.
Despite the material, I would still recommend Closet World to friends and family as we're content with the current setup. Overall, it's been a positive experience, and I'm happy with the result.

I was hopeful due to my past positive experiences with Closet World, but this time around, the experience left a lot to be desired. The designer provided plans for the closet, but once installation began, it was clear that the design didn't match what was presented to me. The drawers were all on the wrong side. The installer tried to adjust things and managed to resolve some issues, but they had to deviate from the original plans significantly.
The installer himself did the best he could, given the situation. Unfortunately, some of the drawers still don't close properly. The process was further strained due to mismanagement; the installer arrived early and realized there was missing wood. This required multiple phone calls and introduced delays as he had to pick up the needed materials personally, which extended the entire process to almost midnight.
Despite all these setbacks, the installer handled everything with professionalism. Still, I'm dissatisfied with the level of service and am hesitant to recommend Closet World based on this experience. Given my busy schedule running two businesses and a new home, I haven’t had the time to push further on resolving the remaining drawer issues. However, the dedication of the installer himself did not go unnoticed.

We saw Closet World's ad in the local paper that they were doing a percentage off. We called them, had them come out, and they give us an estimate. Initially, things went a little rough, but they changed the designer and that made a huge difference. Then we went ahead and had them build the closet for us. They helped us plan a master walk-in closet that included shelving units, and it turned out very well. Throughout the process, we felt included in the decision-making. We even decided to upgrade our flooring from carpet to hardwood before proceeding, and they were flexible with the timeline to accommodate this change. The new designer collaborated with us to restart the design process and incorporate some changes. Closet World came and did a repair. They were great. They fixed an issue for me where one component in my laundry area fell apart. It was inconvenient as the piece would angle out causing everything to fall on the floor. The technician came by, and instead of replacing it, he adeptly reused the original part and secured it with longer screws. This practical and effective repair left it functioning just fine. However, I found the cost a bit high at $150. I also felt somewhat uninformed about alternative solutions, thinking I might not have needed them for this fix. The work done was of good quality, and despite my surprise with the fee, they did the job well. I’d probably suggest them to friends or family, even if just to highlight the successful repair experience.

While there was a minor hiccup with the glass doors being incorrectly sliced, the issue was resolved quickly and efficiently, with the corrected doors being installed within a week and a half. From start to finish, everything—from the design phase to the final installation—was handled smoothly.

I went with Closet World for a home project after seeing their advertisement. The initial interaction with their designer was quite positive; she made sure to understand our needs and tried to create the vision we were aiming for.
The installation was handled effectively by a single technician, whose work popped with crown molding and other trims that wonderfully integrated into our space. Nonetheless, I did notice afterward that the backing I had paid for was not fixed as I expected, which resulted in a slight disappointment—though it's something only noticeable upon a close examination. Despite not addressing it at the moment, it remains a minor nuisance in an otherwise satisfying experience.

I opted for Closet World due to its reputation, but my experience has left me with mixed feelings. Initially, I was pleased with the attentive service I received from the representative, but communication issues arose with a call from a representative who never got back to me. This was disappointing, especially since I had a significant closet project in mind after my husband's passing.
The consultant who assisted with the design was friendly, but she never discussed important details like shelf sizes, and I was a bit disappointed when the installed shelves turned out smaller than expected. They could have utilized my closet space better, considering it's quite large. Unfortunately, leftover nails from previous fixtures were not addressed, which was bothersome since I'm 85 and need to hire help for this.
Installation was efficient but lacked the customization I was hoping for, like more hanging spaces or larger shelves. Despite my frustrations with these aspects, the overall look is satisfactory. Still, I'm hesitant to do more closets with them, as the experience hasn't entirely met my expectations.
I'm mindful of giving Closet World a fair assessment and would consider recommending them, recognizing that part of the issue may have been from my side for not clearly communicating my needs. However, the lack of follow-up and design inflexibilities leave me pondering potential alternatives for any future projects.

I liked what I saw on the internet about Closet World but their website could improve by offering more visuals and options. My initial meeting with their representative was quite thorough. She shared a brochure and designed the layout with me. During the installation, the team was informative and open to questions, which was reassuring. They completed their work promptly, only having a minor delay for a backsplash. I got a Murphy bed, a desk, a counter with shelving, and enhancements for both my pantry and walk-in closet. The Murphy bed exceeded my expectations in quality and design. Overall, I was impressed with the construction and installation, although I initially found the shelving aesthetically unappealing for the price. Over time, I grew to appreciate its quality and functionality.

I used Closet World's services for a crafting setup in my home. Unfortunately, this turned out to be a major mistake. I spent nearly $8,000 on what I hoped would be a smooth and professional installation. Instead, it's been a hassle every step of the way.
The shelving they installed along two walls includes a corner unit that's not even level. They blame this on my walls and floors, claiming they're not straight, but I find it unbelievable that a professional installer wouldn't have dealt with such issues before. Their insistence that they can't make any adjustments is frustrating.
The experience with the installation team wasn't great. Most of them did not speak English, and while I have no problem with that, their lack of professionalism stood out. It felt like they were discussing things in front of me without being open and transparent, and I could sense them talking about me.
When it came to handling issues, interaction with their installer manager was no better. He was dismissive and talked down to me simply because I am a woman, refusing to take my concerns seriously. I ended up having to contact the company directly and insist on dealing with someone else moving forward.
Overall, I would rate my experience with Closet World negatively. If asked to give it a star rating, I wouldn’t even consider giving it a 1. It's been a truly disappointing experience across the board.

We bought new construction and the developer used Closet World as a vendor. We decided to have them install a walk-in closet in our master bedroom. As for the installation, it was quite efficient. There were some complications unrelated to Closet World due to communication equipment that the developer required to be stored in the master bedroom. This necessitated some custom configuration in the closet design to accommodate it, but Closet World managed well and everything fit perfectly in the end. Regarding the design and quality, I can only comment based on pictures as we currently reside on the East Coast during the summer and haven't seen it in person. However, the pictures suggest it looks quite nice. The designer we worked with was excellent, and the installation was timely.

I picked Closet World because I received a coupon in the mail, and the experience with their salesperson was quite reassuring. They sent a designer over who was really nice and seemed knowledgeable. I decided to get shelves and rails installed to maximize my closet space.
On installation day, everything went smoothly, and the two men sent by Closet World were thorough professionals. They knew exactly what they were doing. However, I didn't anticipate any sawing or drilling, and it caught me a bit off guard. Though I figured out a space for them to work, I felt that they could have done a better job sealing the area to prevent dust from spreading into my bedroom. While there was a bit of a dust issue post-installation, which they could've cleaned up better, overall, I'm pleased with the outcome. They did a nice job, and the quality of work was very good. During my own experience, the designer who came out was attentive and had excellent communication skills. He thoroughly answered all my questions. I decided on installing a few shelves and a drawer, and I was very pleased with the look, finish, and material.
On the day of installation, a single person handled the task efficiently. The process was smooth, and everything was completed quicker than I had expected. The quality of the installation met the high expectations that were initially set.

Closet World did some work for me when I first bought my house in 2003-2004 and I had them back for my closet project at the end of June. This experience with Closet World was outstanding. Their team was excellent, knowledgeable, and very professional. They laid out their plans clearly, and everything went just as they described. The satisfaction came with the reassurance of a "happy wife, happy life" after seeing their work. I was also very appreciative of the great military discount they offered me as a veteran.
Closet World did an exceptional job. Both my wife and I, and even guests who have seen the work, have nothing but praise. In fact, my daughters used to have their unique closet spaces. They were over this weekend, and they were impressed with how everything turned out. We've encouraged others to consider Closet World, given our satisfaction. Overall, the experience was excellent.

Days since it was supposed to have been installed. A week after they no-showed our install date I finally got someone to tell me it was placed on hold on June 16th due to "missing info." Apparently the designer measured wrong, but they never reached out to me to get the measurements. Senior Sales Manager, Alex Bendigo, supposedly "fixed" the order and emailed me his changes for my approval. His changes included a shelf unit that is 96" tall when our closet is only 82" tall. I replied with the correct measurements a week ago and told him exactly what I needed, and he has yet to respond to the email. He doesn't answer calls or return voicemails either.
At this point my husband and I have called Closet World at over 6 different phone numbers well over 20 times, as well as emailing clientissues@closetworld.com (as I was told to do in my original review) and we still have no answers to when our order will be delivered. This is the worst customer service I have ever had. their general customer service form on the website. We still have no answers to when our order will be delivered. A neighbor and a girlfriend used Closet World's services and when we were in the midst of remodeling our garage, their experiences made me confident in choosing Closet World as well. The designer, Sam, who came out was fabulous. She truly understood the vision and required minimal input from us. I was pressed for time, but she quickly grasped exactly what we wanted, provided the necessary estimates, and got everything scheduled seamlessly. We ended up installing two tall, double-door cabinets, approximately 36 inches deep. Storage capacity was important to us since we didn't want shallow cabinets, especially given our investment. These cabinets were perfect for our needs, floating off the ground which is great for flooding protection and finished with white handles.
The installation process was straightforward—just two installers who arrived on time and worked efficiently for possibly around 2 to 3 hours. We didn't need to assist; they managed everything themselves and made sure our garage was left spotless. I was thoroughly impressed with the quality; I would confidently say the cabinets are built to last for generations. If I were to rate Closet World, I'd give them 5 stars. The ease, quality, and service definitely justify the cost, making me eager to recommend them to friends or family for any organizational needs.

We live in an area affected by the Eaton Fire, and during our cleanup and repairs, our original Closet World closet was damaged by the remediation team. We called Closet World and found out that there was a 50% off deal, which really sealed the deal for us. So, we decided to schedule a replacement installation, and I'm so glad we did.
The design process was straightforward. Our designer, who was genuinely fantastic, helped us out. However, since we wanted exactly what we had before because of insurance issues with the fire remediation team, there wasn't much design work involved. She carefully took all the necessary measurements, ensuring everything was just right.
We opted for the most basic setup—a straightforward design with a dresser in the center and then two sides hanging. Installation day was smooth and hassle-free. Just one installer came, and he was exceptionally efficient and friendly. Honestly, the entire process was so quick that I barely noticed the time passing, leaving me very happy with the outcome.
I'm genuinely pleased with how everything turned out and can confidently say the entire experience with Closet World was top-notch.

I was searching for closet systems online and Closet World’s presentation stood out to me. Plus, their pricing seemed quite reasonable. The installation process itself was fine, and my interactions with the designer matched my initial expectations—nothing extraordinary but satisfactory.

I used Closet World before for a closet project and I liked their work. They recently installed a walk-in closet for me, and the experience was terrific. The designer who came out was great.
The installation process was impressive. The installer was professional and worked diligently, even though he was handling two areas—my master closet and the downstairs storage—by himself. The entire installation took about 5 hours, demonstrating the worker's efficiency and skill.
Overall, I have nothing but praise for Closet World. Their service and the quality of their work are simply outstanding. If you’re considering updating your storage spaces, I cannot recommend them enough.

The initial consultation visit with Closet World was handled by representatives who clearly knew what they were talking about, so that was a positive experience.
When it came to the installation, there were a few snags. Although it was supposed to be a two-day process, the team tried to wrap everything up in one day, staying until 8 or 9 o'clock at night. They had to return to fix a few drawer alignments and other issues, but those have since been resolved.
Now that everything's completed, I would describe the quality as quite good—ultimately, it reflects the cost of the service. Overall, I would rate my experience as a 3 out of 5, based on the rushed installation and necessary adjustments afterward.

Closet World's sales representative was extremely knowledgeable and detailed from the start. She took the time to explain the materials used, including the wood and hardware necessary to build the closets. It was her ability to clearly communicate the worth and quality of the company itself that really won me over. Moreover, she was very flexible and incorporated all my ideas into the design, making me feel like an integral part of the process.
My decision was influenced by an ad I saw in the newspaper, showcasing their various offerings. We ended up installing closets, as well as cabinets in both the garage and the bedroom. If asked by friends or family, I'd definitely recommend working with the salesperson we had, Athena. Her insight and ability to present the options were way more appealing compared to a previous sales agent we encountered who left us feeling unsure and prompted us to initially halt our plans. Despite concerns over the price being somewhat marked up, the promotional marketing in the mail motivated us. Although the advertised discount felt like standard practice, with prices adjusted to reflect a 50% cut, it's a universal tactic many use, and I get that.

We’ve used Closet World’s services multiple times since 2005 and recently, I had the pleasure of working with an exceptional designer who was incredibly creative and efficient in transforming my under-stairs closet space. Her expertise was evident as she suggested going for a deeper shelf, which turned out to be a terrific choice.
On installation day, the installer handled the job expertly, making sure everything was to my liking. I remember him from one of my other installations. He was very on top of it and did whatever needed to be done. So, it was great. The quality of their work is excellent, as evidenced by the lasting durability of previous installations. While the initial cost might seem a bit high, the seamless process and final results are truly worth it.
I also had Closet World enhance the closets in our bedrooms by getting creative with enclosures and built-ins, fitting everything we had envisioned. Their flexibility and willingness to meet unique requests was impressive, proving they go beyond standard service. Although they focus primarily on closets, I only wish they could expand their expertise into other areas like kitchens.
Overall, Closet World offers excellent craftsmanship and design solutions that get the job done without any hassle, making them a choice I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends.

When setting up a consultation, I found Closet World to be truly professional. The installation was arranged to fit my own schedule, just a week after our meeting.
The day of the installation, I ran into a couple of unexpected issues. The removal of my baseboards left some patches of missing paint, and a large piece of wood was left behind for me to dispose of. As a single woman, handling something with nails wasn't a pleasant surprise.
However, I am thrilled with the quality and design of the new additions to my closet. They're so attractive that I’m already considering adding more drawers. Overall, Despite the minor hiccups, the positive aspects overshadowed the negatives, and I’ve already been pondering expanding my order with them. Now, I just need to reach out to plan the next steps for those additional drawers!

I saw Closet World’s TV ads and I've had experience with their services before, which made me choose them. The designer who worked with me was incredibly knowledgeable. I had several projects done including the installation of a kitchen utility closet, shelves, rods, drawers, a little desk, and a linen closet.
The installation team was efficient in finishing everything in one day, although they initially encountered a measurement error that required a return visit. Despite that, they were very accommodating and professional. The quality of the work was excellent, and although I find Closet World to be on the expensive side, I believe the investment was worth it.
The design provided by their staff was a highlight for me, as I knew a contractor alone wouldn't have had the same design expertise. The process of having a skilled designer come and transform my space was invaluable, as they truly knew what they were doing. I looked at Closet World online and I recently had the opportunity to experience both their sales and installation services when I chose them for a closet project. The sales consultation was very well-handled. The representative was punctual, personable, and provided all the necessary information, making the process smooth.
When it came to installation, the team did a great job. Although they might have been slightly late, they completed the job within the expected timeframe. Placed order in late May. Signed agreement and at time I signed it my rep, who was REALLY tough to get a timely response from, said “Great news” the new promo that’s in effect is free backing so you can get that for no charge. Stupidly I didn’t make him modify the agreement as I was in a hurry trying to get it scheduled and finish packing my old house. We moved in June 10 and left all our wardrobe boxes in our garage so the closet could be built out. They came this week to install the closet & didn’t include any backing.
The installation person said he can only install what’s in the contract & that I’d need to reach out to my sales rep. 3 days later, multiple calls & emails to the rep have gone unanswered. I feel like my $ was a total waste. The closet looks TERRIBLE because of all the damage from the removal of the previous closet that is visible behind the new unit. It’s going to take my wife and I a week to fix this since clearly CLOSET WORLD isn’t responding. Simply delays our ability to unpack our wardrobe boxes into the closet.

Although there was a bit of a wait—three weeks for the craftsman to build everything from scratch—this made sense given the custom nature of the project.

At first, I couldn't recall who exactly suggested Closet World's services, but it might have been my daughter who heard about them online. They stood out based on reviews and seemed to fit what I was seeking. The designer was a delight, meticulously understanding the house's needs and mine. She took her time, asked pertinent questions and offered helpful suggestions. We ended up installing substantial cabinetry in our garage, which accommodated all my necessities including lots of bookshelves and space for general household organization.
The entire installation happened over a span of three visits. Each team was professional, though one stood out for being particularly pleasant and cooperative. They assisted efficiently, coordinating their work and ensuring that everything was perfectly placed. Although this wasn't custom built like in my previous home, the quality is good and apt for my current needs.
I was highly satisfied with Closet World's work and quickly recommended them to my daughter, encouraging her to utilize their services as well. I would rate my experience highly, noting that the only minor setback was the waiting time between consultancy and installation, which was about two weeks per segment. I saw Closet World online and decided on them because the sales lady was exceptionally nice, offering us a good price. I had a custom closet installed with spaces for clothes, long garments, and a lot of shelving for my shoes, including a thoughtfully added hamper, which I really liked.
The designer who visited us was very professional and friendly. Even though my husband initially felt it was too expensive, she worked with us persistently but kindly to reach an agreeable price. The installation was done by Miguel, who was the sole installer. I was initially concerned about the amount of work for one person, but he impressed me with how hard he worked, completing the task in about six hours. The quality of his work was excellent.
When it comes to favorite features, I'd say the shoe storage is my top pick with plenty of shelves for my shoes. My experience with Closet World was fantastic, and I’d confidently give it a top rating of 5, indicating I’d recommend them to friends.

I had Closet World installed in my other home about 20 years ago, and I was looking for a system for my new house. I wanted a custom all-wood system, but when I couldn't find anyone competent enough to handle it, I remembered Closet World and decided to give them a call. But this recent experience unfortunately left me disappointed.
I opted for a basic melamine board setup, with hanging space for shirts and dresses on one side and shelves for other items on the opposite wall. I wasn't present during the installation, but upon seeing the result, I wasn't satisfied. The bottom of the closet system was installed sloppily, leading to an immediate eyesore. The boards seemed uneven upon entry. Moreover, they didn't handle my baseboards carefully, damaging what I had upgraded at a considerable expense.
After reaching out, Closet World returned to make repairs. Rather than recalibrating the fit, they merely used caulk to mask the issue temporarily. It made the problem appear a little less noticeable, but far from the improvement I'd hoped for. I had communicated my expectations upfront, especially considering the cost involved, and wanted a meticulous job done.
If I were asked by a friend or family member, I'd mention that while I do like the Closet World system itself, the installation experience was less than satisfactory. The staff, especially the sales lady who facilitated their return, was very helpful, which slightly alleviated my frustration. Ultimately, even though the product is good, the installation left much to be desired, and I believe they could do better to ensure satisfied customers.

I tried Closet World after spotting some enticing online advertisements offering a 40% sale.
My initial interaction with the Closet World designer was mostly positive despite a minor parking issue that delayed their arrival. The designer was professional and pleasant, making the planning process smooth. For the installation, we outfitted a large closet with shelves and hangers on one side and predominantly hangers with a few drawers on the other.
The installation was handled professionally. There was initially a small mix-up concerning the soft-close drawers, which weren't part of the initial setup as promised in the contract. However, Closet World responded by scheduling a second installation to rectify it at no additional cost.
Now, having the final product, we're quite happy with the result. The quality far exceeds the predecessor do-it-yourself setup. It's a significant improvement, and we're looking forward to enjoying it for years to come.
One of my favorite features is the soft-close drawers. We also added beveled edges to the shelves for an extra touch of elegance, which enhanced the aesthetics and feel of the closet.

Upon moving into our new home, they assisted with various projects like garage shelving and some other installations, so we naturally returned to them when the need arose again. Their representative was fantastic; she was local, very approachable, and understood my requirements immediately. She designed the layout right then and there, which made me feel at ease about the process.
The installation was equally impressive. They scheduled an appointment, arrived as planned, and completed the work in just a couple of hours. As they installed, I could just relax and watch TV downstairs. Everything went smoothly, unlike my experience with a big retailer where getting mirror doors installed was a hassle. I had spent years contemplating an upgrade and I saw Closet World's advertisement offered discounts that piqued my interest. The initial experience with their installation was quite eventful, but I'm honestly satisfied despite the hiccups. The first installation attempt faced a challenge with measurements—they just weren't going to fit as initially suggested. However, Artemio, the kind gentleman who handled the installations, came up with an excellent alternative, transforming my washer and dryer area into something both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
Though there were issues during each phase of installation, like with my linen closet and deep cabinet doors not fitting right, Artemio's proposals fixed everything seamlessly. It's now perfectly functional for someone like me who can't bend much—I’m 73 after all. The final look, with its quality hardware and spacious deep drawers, exceeds my initial expectations. I was looking for somebody to do storage units in my garage, and I had Closet World come out. The sales person was very helpful. I could tell she had experience. As far as the installation, the guys were here for about four hours. I am supposed to be getting a replacement door because there was a mark on one of the doors. I haven't heard anything back about that so far. Other than that, they did a good job. They were very professional. Overall, the product quality is really good. I like it. I've also purchased three more shelves. I'm very happy with the company so far.

I mostly appreciated Closet World's offerings and ended up satisfied. The salesperson, who was a commendable ex-veteran, made the purchasing process a smooth affair. We initially heard about the company from a friend who recommended it because of a 50% sale.
Customer service was top-notch, demonstrating professionalism throughout our engagement. However, while the installation itself was satisfactory, it could've been better organized. Apparently, Closet World outsources its installation tasks to third-party vendors. In my experience, only one installer arrived, which unexpectedly extended the process to about five to six hours. Unfortunately, we weren’t made aware of the lengthy installation schedule, resulting in a disruption of our plans for that day.
Despite this inconvenience, I would recommend Closet World, albeit with a note on this particular aspect.

I hired Closet World to install a bed. I saw them on Facebook and that's how I chose the company. My experience with their initial consultation visit was great.
On installation day, they were a little late, but I understand that some jobs take a little longer than expected. They initially offered a window between 11:30 am to 1 pm. However, due to prior commitments, they called to inform me they'd arrive at 2:30 pm. By 2:30, they hadn't showed up, so at about 3:30, I called and they were at the gate. I didn't have an issue with that.
Post-installation, the quality of their work met my expectations. So far, my brother is the one that's using the bed, and he hasn't had any complaints or issues with it. While I found the overall cost a bit high, I didn't want white and I opted to proceed, which left me satisfied with my decision. I love the bed.
One administrative concern was that I hadn't received my payment book immediately, but when I called, they informed me it would arrive 30 days post-installation since I financed the purchase. All in all, I'd say Closet World delivered solid service, albeit with a slight cost premium.

The products were very similar, one to the other, and Closet World's rep seemed interested and motivated. One of the major competitors, owned by Closet World's corporation, wouldn't call me back. When it came to the design process, I was actively involved. The representative did take a bit longer than I prefer since I'm admittedly impatient, but ultimately, the process was effective and well-organized. The installation was efficient and completed over the span of about two days, taking roughly 4 hours one day and 6 the next. As the installation concluded, everything appeared as planned, although with more usage, I realized I might have opted for deeper shelves, even if that meant sacrificing space. Based on my entire experience with Closet World, I'd recommend them as a company to work with. Everything went smoothly, and I would rate my experience as very positive.

I used Closet World based on due diligence. The installation team from Closet World was excellent. What truly impressed me was their promptness and efficiency in getting the job done. They completed the installation quickly, left the site spotless, and everything met my expectations—there were no surprises. Having used the cabinets for almost a month, I can confidently share my positive experience. The quality of the cabinets is notable, and I've decided to have another cabinet installed on the same wall because we discovered enough room for it. One design feature I admire is the metal band along the front of the shelves, which prevents warping—a common issue with other shelves. I appreciated the experience so much that they're coming back next week for additional work.

I came across an ad on social media for Closet World and once I scheduled an appointment, a sales representative visited, taking the time to measure and present various options. The rep seemed enthusiastic, highlighted by her own positive experiences with Closet World installations, which reassured me initially.
Following our consultation, it took about three weeks for the installation to be scheduled. The process itself was completed in a day, but unfortunately, I was less than impressed with the results. My main disappointment was realizing post-installation that there was no back panel, which left unsightly holes from previous racks visible. The paperwork mentioned an option for a back wall, but this was never discussed with me. Would I have known about it, I would have opted to include it for a finished look.
Another issue arose when the installation crew drew my attention to the lack of space planning, as my light switch was awkwardly moved, creating a potential hazard. I felt that if they made minor adjustments, the problem could have been avoided, making safety and appearance more aligned with my expectations.
Overall, although the materials seemed to be of decent quality, the execution failed to meet my standards — particularly given the considerable investment. I am not convinced that I received adequate value for my expenditure. Even though some aspects seemed promising, such as material quality, I would currently rate my satisfaction as low due in large part to these issues.

Out of the three estimates I received, Closet World’s design stood out and they offered the most competitive pricing. During the initial appointment, the designer was thorough and the interaction was positive.
However, the installation process was fraught with complications. I had a closet organizer installed for the master bedroom and mistakes, initially made in the paperwork, caused frustrating delays. I found myself making numerous phone calls, as the issue remained unresolved for quite some time. Disappointingly, the designer was unreceptive, attributing the errors to other departments despite originating from their initial oversight.
The installation itself was satisfactory, but we experienced further disappointment when the valet rod we ordered was not installed. Upon contacting the designer again, I was met with indifference, being told it was no longer their problem, and got no resolution to my complaint.
Overall, while the quality of the work met expectations, the customer service and unexpected errors led to a subpar experience at Closet World. The work that was done was nice, but we wish we had gotten everything that we paid for.

The sales consultation visit was satisfactory, giving me confidence in my choice. I decided on a small walk-in closet setup with drawers and racks, anticipating a seamless experience. However, during installation, the installer brought drawers instead of the shelves I requested. The size of these drawers turned out to be much smaller than I anticipated, at just 12 inches, making them not as practical as I hoped.
Unfortunately, in order to get the size I originally wanted, it would require additional cost and time, escalating to $1200 more, which I wasn't willing to pay. I was disappointed with the initial focus on saving money over practicality, which led to less functional closet space than I expected.
Despite these issues, I am pleased with the rest of the closet, and the installation was quick. I would rate my experience a 4 out of 5.

I went with Closet World to upgrade my storage space due to its longstanding presence in the market. The decision made sense as we wanted a custom built-in unit for our home. When the designer came, they were professional, taking measurements and creating comprehensive illustrations based on our preferences. We felt closely involved in the design process and got to choose from various options presented to us in a booklet.
The installation took about two weeks from the presentation, but we encountered a hiccup. The initial measurements were off related to electrical outlets conflicting with the placement of the cabinetry, resulting in a need for a redesign. While this caused a bit of a schedule snag, resulting in a week-long delay, in the end, they recalibrated and worked around the issue seamlessly.
The finished product exceeded our expectations with its durability and sturdiness, handling the bustling nature of a household with boys. The drawers are thicker and more robust than standard cabinetry.

It was after I saw a Facebook ad that I decided to go with Closet World for a closet for my wife. I've been contemplating this for quite some time, and having just returned from work with Cal Fire, it felt like a timely opportunity.
Overall, I was quite satisfied with the customer service. They were professional throughout the process. The quality of the installation was solid, demonstrating good craftsmanship.
However, there was a communication gap regarding the need for repainting after removing the old closet. This wasn’t mentioned by the salesperson initially, and it meant I had to quickly touch up the paint before installation could be completed properly. While it eventually worked out, it could have been inconvenient, especially if my wife was handling it alone. It would be beneficial if the sales team were to clearly state such details in advance, allowing customers to prepare accordingly.
Pricing was also on the higher side. Even with a significant discount, the cost was quite steep. If future discounts could be factored in, it might alleviate the expense for other potential clients.
Even with these challenges, the service was generally good, and I might consider using them again for additional projects, like potentially one for the garage.

When the technicians from Closet World came over in March to install some closets for us, they were very efficient and handled the project professionally. Both my wife and I are delighted with the results. The closet functionalities were exactly what we hoped for.
The process was pretty smooth overall. However, I felt the pricing could have been more competitive. We didn't compare prices before deciding on Closet World because we liked what they offered. Despite this, we're satisfied with the final outcome.
Everyone involved in the project was great, and their effort surely translated into quality. If I were to rate the customer service and overall result, I would confidently say it deserved top marks.

Don’t use this company, I put a deposit of 1816.00 down, they were supposed to call the day before the install to let me know when they would be arriving. When I didn’t receive a call, I called them. Apparently I wasn’t scheduled for the install due to a manufacturing issue, but they couldn’t tell me what the problem was. I was also told that I was notified that previous Monday that there was a problem. I was never notified and when I finally received a call from the senior sales person, Alex ** the following Monday, he told me that my sales reps notes said I was called twice, which was not true. Alex did agree to refund my deposit, when I asked him how long that would take to go back on my credit card, he said 2-3 days that was on 4/21/25, today is Sunday 4/27/25 and I have yet to see the credit. Shame on you Closet World.

The design consult last that came to our home seemed friendly enough at first. She smelled like cigarettes and being a non-smoking household this was a bit of a turn off. We went over our design request, explaining that we wanted lots of drawer space. She spent over an hour putting a design together. To our surprise, when she presented the design there was only one set of shelves. She then provided a price for the design (which didn't match what we wanted) but she explained that we can add more cabinets and gave a rough idea of the price. Upon discussing the price, she called her boss (I assume) and a said if we put the 20% down we can lock in the current special, like they are giving us a great deal.
At this point, it was very "used car salesman" like. We were reluctant to put money down because the design wasn't what we wanted. She said, "We can always change things, but that has an unknown cost." When we weren't willing to commit to put the money down, she seemed annoyed. We asked her if she wanted to continue to rework the design but she was not interested and didn't want to spend any more time on it. Very disappointing experience and I would expect better service if you're expecting us to pay almost $10,000.

Closet World installed a master closet for me before and this time, they worked on an entertainment wall unit, but I faced a few challenges. Initially, the designer was knowledgeable, but there was a miscommunication during the design phase. The initial installation was incorrect—it was too narrow, with the unit being 12 inches instead of the 16 inches I needed. Despite explaining my requirements clearly, this resulted in delays and additional costs. I had to initiate another contract at my expense, around $1600 extra, to have them come back, remeasure, reorder, and reinstall the correct panels and shelving, which was quite frustrating.
The entire process involved multiple installation attempts, and while the installer, William, was professional and understanding, the coordination with the office and installation department was a major issue. I often didn't receive callbacks as promised, and the communication was lacking, with no supervisor available to address my concerns directly. In terms of compensation, while a $100 refund was initially offered, which I found unacceptable given the circumstances, they ultimately agreed to a $400 refund, which I haven't yet received. The costs also seemed exorbitant, as the doors with glass were priced too high, leading me to opt for glazer services elsewhere more affordably.
The end result was what I wanted, but the journey there was filled with frustrating challenges and misunderstandings. I wouldn't choose Closet World again nor could I enthusiastically recommend them to others, considering my experience. Instead, I'd advise anyone engaging with them to be very clear about their needs, confirm measurements, and truly ensure everything aligns before commencing the work.

I have heard of Closet World for a long time and we knew that the quality of their work was good. So, we thought of using them. Our interaction with the professional who came to provide the design was excellent. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful in understanding our needs. Then, on installation day, the crew impressed us with their efficiency and expertise. They handled everything professionally, taking the design copy and executing it without needing much input from us. The quality of their work was commendable, and the newly added storage units in our garage have been incredibly helpful for storing heavy items securely. Although Closet World was slightly on the expensive side, I find the investment worthwhile due to the solid quality provided. I was impressed with the work that Closet World did on my sister-in-law’s closets and this led me to get one closet done before deciding on additional installations. The Closet World designer exceeded expectations by carefully analyzing our closet space and effectively communicating our needs. She was insightful and flexible, offering suggestions without being pushy about upselling – a quality I truly appreciated.
The installation process was carried out by a single young gentleman who was meticulous in his work. However, there was a minor issue with one of the doors, which seemed to have damage that had been patched. Unfortunately, this went unnoticed until a few hours after installation, indicating the need for possible replacement.
With that issue noted, the overall quality of Closet World's work was remarkable, which further spurred my decision to engage them for additional projects. Despite some concerns about the materials used because some of the elements included particleboard rather than solid wood, I am satisfied with the value. I am inclining towards continuing my association with Closet World.

I'd worked with Closet World before and had a positive experience and this time, the process was much the same. I was actively involved in planning how my closet would be laid out. They truly listened to my needs and incorporated my feedback into the design. When it came time to finalize the price, I only sought a quote from them and found it to be reasonable and fair.
If a friend or family member were to ask me about Closet World, I'd definitely recommend them based on my experience. The installation day went smoothly, with the installer being respectful and attentive, which I appreciated. He took care in our house and did an excellent job putting everything together.

I liked what Closet World's reps presented and my experience with their closet designer was positive. They did a commendable job during the designing phase. The installation team was generally good and performed their tasks well, but there were a couple of issues. After they finished, I found a lot of sawdust around which I ended up cleaning, and there was a piece of molding that wasn’t properly connected. I reached out to them with a picture for clarification, but I haven't heard back for a couple of weeks. Even with this follow-up gap, I'm satisfied with the overall quality as the furniture seems to be solid and high-quality.

Closet World was somewhat budget-friendly, which led me to choose them. The designer who came over was great, and the installation team did a good job. However, I felt the quality of the products installed was quite cheap. As someone who works in construction and has installed many closets, I found the materials, like the melamine and fiberboard, to be lightweight—almost like IKEA furniture. Even though I went with their least expensive option, I expected better quality. I've used IKEA closets that seemed superior but opted for Closet World because I needed it done immediately, and IKEA didn't have the necessary products in stock. Despite the lower quality, the people I dealt with were professional and pleasant to work with.

If I can give 0 stars I would!!! We needed 2 closet doors for the 2 bedrooms in our house. My husband found an ad for Closet World and decided to get a quote. The sales representative was Karla Jurgensen and after our closet was measured and price quotes, we decided to go ahead and order them. We put a down payment for half the purchase price and everything was good. However after a few weeks we wanted to know when our closet doors will be delivered and we were given the run around.
My husband and I made multiple phone calls and were told our order is still pending and no installation date could be given. We even ask Karla to help us and she told us she can’t get a hold of anybody to give a date. We got fed up and decided to just cancel the order. Again we were told that in order to do this we need to speak to a manager. We never got a call from anyone after multiple phone calls. We finally decided to dispute the down payment amount through our credit card. Needless to say that we didn’t expect this from a company like Closet World. We are so disappointed and just wanted to share our experience. I see some great reviews and I wish our experience was different.

Subject: Complaint Regarding Poor Service and Installation Experience.
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during the recent installation process at my property. I had a series of concerns that I feel need to be addressed in order to prevent future issues for other customers. Firstly, when I spoke to the installer manager, I was informed that they were unfamiliar with the designer involved in my project and that the designer often makes mistakes. I was shocked to learn that these errors had already resulted in an additional cost of $500 to me. The conversation I had with the designer was completely different from what was actually attempted during installation, which left me very disappointed. I feel as though I was misled during the process.
I now realize that I should have read the fine print of the contract carefully rather than solely trusting their word. This oversight has unfortunately cost me additional money and caused confusion during the installation. Upon completion of the installation, I noticed significant gaps between the wall and the installation. When I inquired about this, I was informed that my wall was "not squared," and that nothing could be done to rectify the issue. While I understand that some things are out of their control, the lack of effort to find a solution was incredibly frustrating. It seemed that there was no genuine passion or commitment to providing quality service—just a “too bad, so sad” attitude.
Additionally, the installer advised us not to put a lot of items in the cabinet, suggesting that it might break under the weight. This was surprising, as the cabinet is quite large, and for them to imply that it won’t hold much makes no sense. If the cabinet is not built to hold a reasonable amount of weight, it reflects poor quality or a lack of proper craftsmanship. To make matters worse, the receptionist or dispatch department was not customer-service oriented at all. I was told that I wouldn’t hear from them until they were "free," with no apology or acknowledgment of my concerns. This lack of professionalism and empathy was disappointing and unhelpful.
Overall, I would strongly recommend exploring other companies for such services. Not only are they more expensive, but there are plenty of competitors who offer better quality, service, and value for your money. I sincerely hope you will take this feedback seriously and make improvements in your service moving forward. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Overall, my experience with Closet World was positive but with a few snags. I initially chose them because I knew from personal experience that installing doors correctly requires expertise, and I didn’t want to take any chances.
The designer was very pleasant and shared a connection with me, coming from the same hometown, which was a nice touch. However, there was an issue with the middle closet door that wasn’t installed properly. We scheduled for a technician to come and fix it, but there has been a delay.
The rest of the installation went smoothly, and my wife is particularly satisfied with the other closet doors—they're perfect in her eyes. The installer and designer were both great to work with. While the customer service has been handled by my son, he's not faced any significant issues in managing the follow-up for the repair.
I would give them a top rating for their people and service, but the pricing was quite steep. It was more expensive than expected, which makes my rating for pricing a 3 out of 5. Despite the cost, I'm happy with the quality and the way the issues have been addressed so far.

I like that Closet World provides a convenient service by coming directly to my home for installation. I had them install a closet, and the whole process was smooth. The designer interaction was simple but effective, and the installation team did a good job. They were friendly and seemed knowledgeable about the work they were doing. What stood out the most to me was how easy and quick the entire experience was.
Regarding costs, I felt the price was on the expensive side. I was hoping for something more budget-friendly, perhaps around $200. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the service and the quality of the closet, but the cost could have been more affordable. Even while it might be a bit pricier than expected, the experience and service quality were commendable. I found out about Closet World through Facebook and didn't need to visit their website.

Because I was familiar with Closet World, I didn't seek other quotes and chose them for a project. While their pricing seemed a bit high, I expected quality work. The design process was straightforward and collaborative; I communicated my preferences to the representative, who was great at accommodating them. The installation involved adding two large cabinets in the garage, which went smoothly and wasn't complex.
Overall, I'd rate my experience with Closet World as a 5, indicating I'd recommend them to others. The representative who handled the presentation also deserved a 5 for their excellent service. In terms of pricing, I'd give it a 4. I didn't refer to their website since I have a design background and knew exactly what I wanted.

My overall experience with Closet World was mixed. The designer assigned to me was nice, but I felt she rushed the process, pressuring me to make decisions and commit financially on the spot. She also made mistakes in the measurements, which the installer, Milad, thankfully identified and addressed before installation. Milad was excellent; he walked me through each step, was patient with my indecisions, and ensured I was satisfied with the end design adjustments. The final quality of the closet is good, although we encountered a minor issue where a rod fell off because it wasn't secured, but I understand this can happen if it's not properly fastened.
If you find yourself having similar issues, I'd recommend contacting them as they can send someone to take a look. Despite these minor issues, I did appreciate the service provided by the installer and how the initial errors were corrected, so I would rate my Closet World experience as a 4 out of 5.

Closet World was the most visible, frequently advertising in my area. I received some marketing material in my mail and decided to give them a call. The price seemed reasonable, so I decided to go with them.
I've used Closet World twice now, and each time, the interaction with the designer was great. The installation was fast, clean, and efficient, which I really appreciated. They schedule installations really well, with a lot of flexibility to accommodate my schedule. I found them very communicative, always providing precise timeframes and sticking to them, which was fantastic. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.
We love the closet. It's functional and perfect for our needs. I didn't use any online tools or the website; I communicated directly with people.

I kept on seeing Closet World through their ads, which advertised a 50% discount, prompting my choice over other closet companies. The designer consultation was fantastic; she was highly professional and attentive to my feedback. I had a bedroom closet installed, and the installation crew arrived promptly at 10:50 and finished around 4:30.
The installer was professional and friendly, though there was an unexpected mention of a fee for removing old closet components, which he waived when I couldn't pay cash. The overall quality of the installation is excellent; everything looks perfect, and the spacious drawers accommodate more clothing than I expected.
However, dealing with their customer service was a different story. When coordinating the installation time, I faced uncooperative representatives who talked over me and a supervisor who screamed when I requested an accommodation so I could pick up my kids. Eventually, they managed to reschedule for a morning appointment, but the process was unnecessarily difficult.
While the closets, sales, and installation service were commendable, the customer service experience dampened my overall satisfaction. I would rate my experience a 3 out of 5 stars.

I chose Closet World after my son had a successful experience with them at his house, but my experience was disappointing. We had garage cabinets installed, and the initial interaction with the Closet World designer was poor, although the second designer was better. The installation process was a nightmare—it took 5 months instead of the expected one day due to significant miscommunications and errors. The process was so frustrating that I wouldn't use their services again. The communication breakdowns throughout the project were infuriating; it seemed like the different departments weren't communicating with each other at all. The designer who came out was fine; we went over the dimensions, he drew out the plans, I approved them, and everything was installed as planned. The installation team did a good job, and while I didn't interact much with them, the quality of their work was fine. The final product looks good, and I like it. My favorite feature is the way the closet was customized for hat storage on top and clothes at the bottom, just as I wanted. Overall, I'm pleased with the service and would definitely recommend it.

I contacted Closet World based on a recommendation from my accountant. Initially, I had issues with another company that failed to follow up promptly after a consultation. Closet World, however, dispatched a representative who was attentive to my vision. The representative respected my input on the design specifics, such as size and color.
The initial installation of the lower cabinets went well, but there was a hiccup with the top section due to a discontinued color. This required selecting a new color, which delayed the process. Unfortunately, I had to take the initiative for follow-up calls since there was a lack of proactive communication from Closet World about the status of my order. As someone who's run a business, I found this aspect frustrating.

I found Closet World on Facebook and decided to give them a try. Unfortunately, I had several issues with the setup. The designer measured the space incorrectly, resulting in improper installation. There was not enough space to hang longer clothes, and we had to fight to get our money back. They've been over three times to fix the mistakes, and just today they picked up the extra shelves they had initially left. If I had to rate my experience, I would give them a 3.

My experience with Closet World was excellent and very professional. The installer who came to my home alone to replace my heavy wooden closet doors did an impressive job. Despite the task's difficulty, he was able to manage it by himself efficiently. He thoroughly explained the maintenance required for the tracks to prevent jamming and reassured me of a warranty. The installation was fast, and he even hauled away the old doors as part of their service.
The designer who helped me choose my new doors was equally professional. She went through various styles and explained the features effectively. I opted for a mirrored style door, which looks quite elegant. She also provided me with a catalog in case I want to make future purchases.

I moved into my new place and received a 50% off coupon for Closet World in the mail, which prompted me to give them a call. My design request was rather unique—I needed a space that combined an office with a closet. The designer from Closet World was excellent at accommodating my needs. On the right side of the closet, I have hanging space, the center features 30-inch shelves from floor to ceiling, and to the left are two large file drawers. They even customized a pull-out shelf for my computer printer, along with a drawer for supplies like ink and paper. Everything has been executed perfectly.
The installation quality is fantastic. I requested a final touch, some baseboard-like finishing at the bottom, which they graciously added. It looks beautifully finished now. The sales and installation personnel were friendly and efficient, managing to combine my office and home storage needs seamlessly. My printer even functions smoothly from within the closet, all with the door closed. Overall, the experience has exceeded my expectations. The price was fair given the quality and customization. My only suggestion would be to have more photos of completed projects on their website for future customers to view.

I found a coupon in a flyer and Closet World also had a Black Friday deal. I got the bigger deal and I was happy. The presentation at my home was impressive, with lots of examples and creative ideas. They measured everything and provided great advice. I felt very much a part of the design process, which was reassuring.
I had a concern about fitting my clothes and shoes into my new, smaller closet, which is just 8 feet. In my previous home, I had a massive master bedroom closet. However, the design and organization from Closet World allowed me to place all my items without overcrowding. The installation was good, though there were some holes left from removing the previous closet, but they did warn me about that possibility.
Overall, I would rate my experience with Closet World as 5 stars. I was also very satisfied with the customer service and the value for the cost. I would definitely recommend them to others.

I used Closet World for a couple of projects in my home, and my experience was quite positive. I had them install two products: a bedroom closet redesign and a standing bookshelf for my office. The redesign involved putting in adjustable shelving and spaces for hanging clothes.
The experience with the designer was excellent. She was knowledgeable and helpful, improving our initial ideas while working within our budget. On installation days, the team arrived with pre-cut boards, sent two installers for the different projects, and efficiently completed the work.
As for the quality, I'm really happy with the outcome. The built-in cabinets were not cheap, but the quality justified the price. I felt the cost was fair, and I didn't see the need to look for a cheaper alternative. The designer, who was supposed to measure, didn't do so correctly, which led to the installer arriving with incorrect cabinets and measurements. It was a frustrating experience as I had to take three different days off work to be there for my 85-year-old mom while trying to sort things out.
The installer had to make several trips back to our house to rectify the errors, which was inconvenient. Even though the final outcome after the installer had been back twice was satisfactory, the journey to get there was not pleasant. In past dealings with Closet World, such as when I had a closet done years ago and a desk, or even when my sister had three closets installed, everything went smoothly. Unfortunately, that was not the case this time around.
Additionally, I ended up having to pay an extra $300 out-of-pocket to get the correct doors and backing, which could have been avoided had the designer done her job right from the start. Although I'm satisfied with how it looks now, the process was unnecessarily difficult and costly.

Jammy ** came to my home to give me an estimate on garage storage. For starters she measured everything wrong. Didn’t give me an estimate on the floor installation. Asked me to write a Google review, without earning my business. I’m glad I didn’t because we scheduled a time for a follow on the phone and she NEVER called me! I literally told her, "Please call me tomorrow because even this is more than I expected I’m a single lady and need the help you provide and qualify of work is everything". I had a less than satisfactory experience with Closet World. Initially, I was drawn in by a "50% off" deal advertised on Facebook, but I found it misleading. The price ended up being around $8000, which was unexpectedly high.
When the designer came out, she seemed knowledgeable and prepared, but I had a hard time visualizing the design from just a paper plan. Although we looked at a few pictures from a magazine, there were no detailed explanations. Our primary issue arose with the design itself. The clothes ended up sticking out of the closet, only half within the space, which was not communicated to us beforehand. It turns out the board used was narrower (12 inches instead of 18 inches), causing this inconvenience. Despite the installer doing a good job, the final result wasn't what we anticipated.
Another point of dissatisfaction was the absence of crown molding, which was shown in the promotional pictures but not included unless you paid extra. The overall process felt like being upsold continuously, akin to ordering a basic meal with everything else being an additional charge. As it stands, I wouldn't recommend Closet World without clear, specific questions about these details. Make sure you’re aware of the dimensions and what is included in the price to avoid surprises like our clothes not fitting properly. Overall, it felt like paying for a premium product but receiving something akin to a standard one.

Adam's creativity with the closet design was impressive. I have a large wall closet, and he advised against purchasing doors, which I now realize would have been costly. Instead, he crafted a design that allows flexibility: it can easily be rearranged from shelves on the top to varied hanging options, suitable for potential changes like sharing the space with a spouse.
The installation day had its challenges, particularly with the separate orders for the large mirror doors and closet, which led to the installers initially being unaware of the closet installation. However, this was resolved when they returned to complete the job. These mirror doors are massive, about 8 feet tall, and beautifully complement my space.

I heard about Closet World online while researching options for organizing both a closet and a garage. I chose them because I liked what I saw on their website. We've had a closet installed so far, which includes six drawers, and three sections for hanging clothes—two shorter sections and one longer.
Our designer was fantastic. She laid everything out on a grid, which made it easy for me to visualize the final product. She also provided additional options, and I decided to add two more drawers since it's for my sister who needs more space. She was very easy to work with and there were no issues.

I called Closet World, and they promptly came for an assessment and provided a quote. I decided to go with them for our pantry and master closet redesign. The designer was knowledgeable and did a good job, but the process was lengthy since everything was drawn by hand, lasting around three to four hours. Making modifications also required starting over, which was a bit time-consuming.
The installation process had a hiccup initially, as the installer arrived late and had to reschedule. However, on their second attempt, they arrived on time and completed the job efficiently. The installer worked solo but did an excellent job, and the end result was perfect.
Overall, I am very satisfied with Closet World's pricing, quality of work, and the final product. I have already referred them to my neighbors because of my positive experience.

I recently decided to use Closet World for my closet redesign after seeing an ad in a flyer and hearing about my mother-in-law's positive experience with them. I chose Closet World because our rep, Molly, was able to clearly answer our questions and explain their capabilities and limitations. They worked on our master closet, transforming a natural closet into a more functional space with added drawers and shelves. They also converted it into shelving for a pantry. While we're planning some changes in our laundry room, the master closet turned out great—it now accommodates double-hanging clothes with additional drawers and shelves, making it much more functional. The quality of their work met and even exceeded our expectations for the master closet and pantry, although the laundry room left us wanting more coverage, which might not have been their fault.
Molly did an excellent job and her customer service was commendable. As for pricing, Closet World's rates were reasonable and competitive, especially with the presented discount. Overall, I am pleased with the experience, rating them highly.

Absolutely horrible. The designer did not design my pantry correctly so the installer had to fix to make it look halfway decent but still does not look like what I pictured. There is a weird gap what we had to deal with. The designer, Pauline, claims she tried to explain the design as best as she could with her drawing. It would be better to have an iPad or something to be able to show what the end result will look like. Instead, you have to wait until it is installed after paying 3K for pantry and small closet. We were expecting a classy and professional look when done but it looks like bookshelves or cabinets I could have bought at Walmart for tons less and did myself. It does not look professionally by no means. If we knew it would look like this, we would have just taken down our wire shelves, keep the brackets and put up wood shelves instead. I am extremely unhappy to have wasted 3K.

The consultation was seamless. The representative came out, took measurements, took a couple of hours, and we designed the whole system. It was great. Installation took 2 weeks and it was great as well. When the guy came out, everything was ready for him and the installation went very smoothly. I had an experience with Closet World which was unfortunately disappointing. I chose Closet World after seeing an ad online, hoping they would do a good job with the mirrored closet doors for my bedroom. The interaction with the designer was underwhelming. We already had an idea of what we wanted, but the designer didn't offer any suggestions or alternatives; she just measured and provided an estimate, which seemed high even with the supposed 50% discount.
The installation itself was terrible. The installer did a poor job, which led to me taking photos and contacting the main office. The track was cut too short, preventing the door from closing properly. They had to return to fix this issue, but I was left responsible for arranging and paying for additional drywall repairs due to their mistakes. I am currently waiting for reimbursement after submitting the necessary receipts.
At this point, I would rate my experience with Closet World as very unsatisfactory. I cannot recommend their services.

I had Closet World's products installed in three bedroom closets, and I would describe them as good. My interactions with the designer were positive, and the installation experience was also good. The installer arrived on time, around early morning, and completed the work fairly quickly. It took about an hour to an hour and a half, maybe up to two hours, which was quite impressive for three closets in a single day. I was satisfied with the finished product, and they maintained cleanliness by cleaning up after themselves.

I discovered Closet World through social media when I was searching for better storage solutions. They responded quickly to my inquiry, which I appreciated. When the designer arrived, she was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. We are currently mindful of our budget, so we've only completed one project so far. However, the designer was excellent.
For the project we did undertake, she provided me with options, took measurements, and showed me photos. Her encouragement convinced me, and indeed, the transformation was noticeable. Despite having a tiny closet, the new design maximized the space effectively.
Now, my closet has expanded vertically with shelves reaching the top, providing space for two shelves at the top. I can store jackets and, below, there are four additional deep shelves for my shoes. It has significantly increased the space and usability of the closet.
I am very happy with the quality of the work. I do wish I had negotiated better on the cost, but overall, I'm satisfied with the outcome. I'm very happy with the results and would rate my experience a 5 out of 5.

After selecting Closet World initially because of their Instagram ads, I had a positive start with the closet designer, but that soon changed. I faced significant issues that remain unresolved. Initially, the shoe cabinet design for our garage was miscalculated, leading to a blockage of the essential ventilation vents. Even after highlighting this and having the designer redo her measurements, we ended up with cabinets that were under-sized. This issue was crucial due to potential safety concerns with ventilation blockage, which I believe should have been caught during the initial design phase.
Upon installer feedback, I was told that correcting their mistake would incur an additional $400 charge, on top of an already substantial project cost of $22,000 for seven spaces. Despite their errors in measurements, they refused to offer any discounts on these corrections. The frequent errors due to manual measurements show a significant margin of error in their process, unlike other companies I've encountered.
Another major issue is the intense off-gassing from the material used. The smell in the rooms is so overpowering that it makes it difficult to even enter them. It's been weeks, and the odor hasn't dissipated, which is concerning given the potential health impacts of such chemical smells from materials like MDF, which reportedly release harmful substances like formaldehyde.
Ultimately, due to these ongoing issues and insufficient customer support, I am currently extremely dissatisfied with Closet World. The situation, unless adequately addressed, leaves me apprehensive about recommending their services.

My experience with Closet World started positively with a great salesperson. However, the situation quickly turned negative. They incorrectly measured both of my closets multiple times, causing significant delays. Additionally, they left the closet doors they installed dirty with dust and fingerprints. To make matters worse, they damaged my ceiling, which now requires extensive repair. After many weeks, the closets are now correct, but the repeated delays and lack of professionalism have left me very disgruntled. I am not satisfied with the service provided.

There's not a lot of companies that specialize in closets, and what made me choose Closet World was the sales rep. She was knowledgeable, helpful and I really enjoyed working with her. During the designing process, she asked several questions and drew up some designs, explaining them without pushing for the most expensive options. She was considerate of my budget.
The installation was seamless and completed in less than a day. I wasn't even there when it happened. I installed sliding doors on the closet as well as drawers and shelves. I had a regular closet installed, and the designer did a really good job drawing up the plans. The installation worker was also commendable, completing the task in about three hours, well within a single business day.
Although I'm generally satisfied with the closet and the work done, I was disappointed with their post-sale follow-up. We had a walk-in closet installed, which included coverage for all four walls. The designer was exceptionally thorough and addressed all of our questions effectively, making this part of the process quite enjoyable.
As for the installation, my interaction was limited. I was present to let the installer in, review, and approve the blueprint and plan. He managed everything smoothly while I was away.
Overall, my experience with Closet World was very positive. I would rate the experience a 5. The customer service and sales/marketing experience also deserve a 5, while the product and pricing both earn a 4. As for any online tools or apps, I would rate them as a 5.

I recently had some closet installation work done by Closet World, and my experience was generally positive. I first heard about Closet World through my father-in-law who referred us to the company. Our interaction with the designer was phenomenal; we absolutely loved working with her. Installation went smoothly, and we're very happy with how everything looks now—no negative comments to share there. However, there was a bit of a hiccup that I think others should be aware of. On the day of installation, there was some miscommunication regarding the removal of the existing closet. We were informed that we needed to provide cash to have the old closet hauled away, which was stressful since I didn’t have cash on hand at the time, and my husband was at work. In the end, the installation team agreed to handle it without payment, which I appreciated, but it would have been better to know in advance that cash would be required.

I chose Closet World for a project in my home because I was initially told it would involve solid wood materials. Although it turned out not to be solid wood, the finished product still looks good. The installation was for a closet in my bedroom, and it turned out to be firm and strong.

I chose Closet World after seeing it online. I had a Murphy bed installed, and while I really liked it, there was a mix-up with the designer regarding electrical outlets. I ended up having to relocate an outlet, that cost me 300 bucks, which was a bit frustrating. The installation itself was quick, about four hours, and the installation team did a great job. Overall, I am satisfied with the product and service.

I first discovered Closet World through browsing social media, among several options. My husband and I hesitated at first due to cost concerns. However, the representative who visited was very understanding and not at all pushy. She offered a good discount at the time, highlighting that there would be future opportunities, which was reassuring given our financial situation.
The installation process was smooth and quick. I was at work, but my husband managed it seamlessly at home. It was a standard closet without drawers or fancy features, so installation only took a couple of hours. Despite the mess created by emptying the closet into our bedroom, the crew handled everything professionally.
We opted for a setup with a hanging rod in four parts, with a long rack on the far left for dresses and other items. We included smaller center shelves and larger shelves on the other sides, which can accommodate drawers in the future when it fit our budget. The quality of work was impressive, and my husband had no issues dealing with the contractors and the helpful design consultant. The product quality merits a 5-star rating, while the price gets a 4 for its lack of affordability.

I decided to go with Closet World due to their reasonable prices. The standout part of the experience was the home consultant who came to take measurements and discuss the products. She was exceptional—taking plenty of time, being thorough in her explanations, and helping us work with our budget. Her outgoing nature made the process enjoyable.
However, the installation team was lacking. Initially, I was told it would take just one day, but it ended up taking four days instead. Although the person doing the installation was polite and knowledgeable, I feel this scheduling issue was more the company's fault than his.
In the end, we are very happy with the results and love how everything looks. Given the overall experience, I would rate Closet World 3 out of 5 stars.

I chose Closet World because they were more prompt and professional than another company I contacted. The entire process, from start to finish, was efficient. The salesperson was on time, professional, and clear about the process. The installation was quick, with no mess left behind, and I'm pleased with the high-quality doors, which are even nicer than what we had before.
While the salesperson was generally professional, the process to finalize the order could have been smoother. I had to contact Closet World directly for the payment, which added some inconvenience as I had to wait for business hours.
Despite that minor hiccup, my experience was overwhelmingly positive. If needed, I would gladly choose Closet World again for more closet doors. Even though I didn't have a comparison for the pricing, I appreciated the quality of the products. They were expensive, but in this case, the quality justified the cost.

I've had an excellent experience with Closet World. The designers are lovely, particularly my designer who always does an awesome job. She informs me about current deals and sales, which is helpful. We had a contractor that was not super great and they tried to renege on the offer to do the closet. I had been seeing the Closet World ads on my Instagram for months, so my husband and I designed an idea based on some of the concepts we saw in Closet World. When we presented it to our contractor's designer, it didn't go anywhere, so when the time came, we insisted that they use Closet World for this closet renovation.
Our contractor set up the appointment, and then we took it over. Closet World came here, and the guy, Manesh, gave his information and sat down. He showed up in a timely manner and he was courteous. He went up there and took a look at the closet. We talked about ideas, then he came down and drew out what we wanted. We were able to see the design and get a copy before he even left.
When Closet World came to do the measurements and the installation, they were also very professional. Initially, they gave us a time, then they called to confirm by text, call, and email so we knew that it was set. My husband was here and the two gentlemen arrived on time, came in and took care of their business. I was not home when they arrived, but when I came in, they still stopped and introduced themselves. That's very important to me because I work from home.
When I went up, they showed me what they were doing. One guy was cutting in the driveway and the other guy was installing upstairs. They walked through everything with my husband and they showed us where the wall was not straight. They explained that that's why the closet is not going to meet the wall in all places. We had baseboards in and they were going to cut them out a notch, but they ended up taking them off. They explained why they couldn't do the original intent as well. I was very pleased with everything. The closet renovation took less than three hours and the quality of work was very good.
When we bought the house, the closet we had was smaller and it was not functional. It was almost like a plank across one wall, some folders, and then some built-in shelves. It didn't hold a lot of clothes. It was just one rack and there was a lot of space that was wasted in there. My husband's belongings weren't even in the closet, so our goal was to have something bigger and organized to where he could also share a closet with me. We extended our closet out two feet, and now, we have shoe shelving, double rows of hanging, and the far wall has drawers and shelves. At either side is the area for the long hanging and there's a shelf up top where we can have space to utilize. I have a lot of shoes, so we're also utilizing some of that for shoes and for photo bins that we can put up there. All in all, quality and interaction are very important to me and Closet World had both of those top-notch.

I've used Closet World before. I knew the quality of the product and the warranty, too. I also like their price. I had the basic white product installed years ago. We built a bookshelf in one closet and we built an entire hanging closet in the other one. The installation was fine. It was right on time when they said they were gonna do it. Everything worked out great. The installer did an excellent job. It was very basic before. You had the hangers, the rods, and they went all the way around. We have 10-foot-high ceilings. So, it had a lot of wasted space. With Closet World, I got up there and doubled that because I put a lower and an upper rack. The whole closet is used now.
What I like about Closet World is they have a very diverse selection of products, from some relatively inexpensive to the expensive, but it's all high quality and it's custom. They have so many options for hardware and it's very nice. Compared to others that I've seen for the same amount, it's cheaper. Especially when they have those sales, there's 50% off or 40% off and free installation. However, they used to have an online catalog. That was years ago and now they don't have it.

I just moved and I wanted to organize my closet. When I bought my house, it was already organized, but it was just metal trays that pulled out. There were not enough shelves and the places for the shoes were like magazine racks. They were metal things on angles. I didn't like it, so I had it ripped out and gave it away. I am an experienced person with closets that had been designed, and I used California Closets before. I called them, but they were not giving out any specials at all. I heard about Closet World through Instagram and they were running a special. They were faster too. When I called the other company, they said it'd be 12 weeks. With Closet World, it was about two and that was a big factor as well. I show my closet off to all my friends here.
The rep was sweet, listened to me, and incorporated what I wanted into the design of the closet. During the installation, we had a slight problem. There was something on the wall that I and the installers didn't know, and the designer didn't realize because I had clothes hanging in there. The closet had to be redesigned on the spot and that was a big pain, but they worked with me and showed me exactly what it was gonna be like. It turned out great and I'm very happy. I like the closet as well as Closet World. The quality is good too. It seems to be almost the exact same materials from California Closets. I had those for years and they held up, so I'm assuming this will do as well.

I had Closet World do some work for me about 20 years ago, then this time, I had a kitchen pantry done. The guy came over and designed it. I wanted a wine rack and he put one in but it was too big. He didn't understand that there were different sizes available for it. So I wasn't happy with my product. I emailed Closet World a couple times and they ignored it at first, but I persisted. I finally got through to an installer guy who said that they would come out and fix it for a fee because they had to order additional materials and provide more labor. They came and fixed it, and I was fine with paying the extra fee for that.
I understand everything costs more now because Trump did not address the pandemic well, and it screwed up everything in the economy. That's not on Closet World. Overall, I was very happy with Closet World, but people have to be very specific about what they want on the design and they have to be persistent if they're not happy with the results. I have the tenacity of a pit bull, and I had to call and email multiple times before I got through to somebody.
