My experience with the designer, Danielle, was exceptional due to her attention to detail and friendly demeanor. The installation day went smoothly, with the installer arriving on time, answering all my questions, and being very pleasant.
Previously, I just had a plain wall, but now Closet World has transformed it into a beautiful closet with a perfect hanging area for my dresses and pants. It's organized so nicely that unless you knew, you wouldn’t guess there’s a closet behind that wall. I even shared a picture with Danielle, and she was pleased with the outcome.
I've been here for 27 years, and it was a dream to get my clothes organized. This space used to be a big room where the kids played, and adding the closet didn't take much away from it. It's beautiful and functional, and I’ve already recommended Closet World to my sisters in Texas and Los Angeles because they loved the result too.

I saw Closet World on their TV commercials and Facebook posts, and decided to go with them. My initial experience was challenging due to an unprofessional designer who shared inappropriate personal stories and mishandled a payment. Despite contacting the store, the issue with the check remained unresolved. However, a subsequent designer was sent, who was wonderful and completed the job to my satisfaction.
I decided to convert a den into a bedroom to increase my home's value before selling. Closet World installed a combination closet and desk, which was done nicely with deep drawers and a functional desk area. Although the first experience was less than ideal, the final outcome met my expectations. I would recommend Closet World, but would advise others to avoid the initial designer I encountered.

A friend had their son's room renovated by Closet World. It looked nice and she had really good things to say. So, I chose them for my project. The designer who visited us was fantastic, friendly, and knowledgeable. She understood our needs perfectly and we were so impressed that we brought her back to redesign our garage and hallway cabinets.
The installation team was professional and communicated effectively throughout the process. Language was no barrier, which I appreciated as it made the experience smoother. They were meticulous, and everything was cleaned up nicely afterward. My husband, having been a carpenter, never cleaned up as well as they did! After completion, I realized I needed additional shelves, and they handled the request efficiently, even though it took a couple of weeks. The end result was worth it, and I now proudly recommend Closet World to anyone who asks about our revamped garage and home storage solutions.

Quality of wood is really poor, we’ve had to service and even then things keep breaking and every time the call to the service department is painful. Not that there are a lot of better options, however considering how much the cost of one system. If I want to buy cheap and temporary, I would go Ikea. I would not invest in Closet World.

They helped me install custom closets, complete with hanging and shelves. My interaction with their designer was smooth and pleasant. Although I had to leave town during the installation, my contractor oversaw the process and reported that it was seamless, which left me satisfied.
Before I left, I met Andy from the installation crew, and he was both professional and friendly. Overall, I am thrilled with the results and would recommend Closet World to others.

We initially considered IKEA but found their materials lacking. We decided on Closet World for the master bedroom closet system and couldn’t be happier with the choice.
Our designer was incredibly patient, especially with our three kids running around. She explained everything thoroughly, ensuring we understood the design and measurements. Her patience and lack of pushy sales tactics were a breath of fresh air compared to other experiences we've had in home renovations.
The installation process was straightforward. The installer was efficient, quiet, and left the place spotless, which was a relief after dealing with several contractors. The financial flexibility, allowing us to pay over 18 months, was also a significant advantage, especially after wrapping up other home expenses.

Abdul, our designer, was truly exceptional—I can't praise him enough. The quality of the work was outstanding. A couple of guys came out, worked quietly, and did a fantastic job on our master bedroom and walk-in closet in our small condo. I'm thrilled with how everything turned out.
Abdul even provided pricing for a potential garage project, which was helpful for future planning. Although we can't afford it right now, it's nice to have the option. After considering several options, I decided to go with Closet World based on my daughter's recommendation. She had a great experience with them, so I thought I'd give them a try for my garage. I was impressed with the quality, even though they weren't the cheapest option. I got three bids, and Closet World was on the higher end, but their seasonal incentives, like free installation and discounts, made it worthwhile.
The installation took about 4.5 hours, which was expected given the scope of my project. The team built everything on-site, and I was thrilled with the results. The garage looks fantastic, and I've received numerous compliments on the high-quality finishes. The new system is a vast improvement over the old one, which we removed. This setup is sturdy and will last for years.
The designer who worked with me was fabulous. She spent a considerable amount of time planning the design without pressuring me to buy more than I needed. The experience was quite straightforward. Closet World took charge of the design and installation, though they made sure to consult with me on any changes. I needed a linen closet in my hallway and I saw some advertisements for Closet World on my phone. A guy that I use as a handyman, Adam, recommended them as well.
We had three closets done and the designer who assisted me was fantastic. She was very helpful and even after her visit, she was quick to respond to my queries, either by phone or text. I liked her. Her support made the experience smooth and enjoyable.
The installation was handled by just one technician who spent the entire day at my home, ensuring everything was perfect. The quality of work truly impressed me, and I'm very pleased with the results.

The Closet World designer who came was fabulous. She offered to do one design and if I didn't like it, we'd go back and I could tell her what I want. So we tried it that way and when she was done with her design, I was hooked. She created a wall of shelves for my boxed shoe collection, which fit perfectly, and organized the other walls for dresses, suits, and spaces for everything. We started the payment process and two weeks later, the installer was here. The installation process was quick and efficient, with everything completed in about six to seven hours and he cleaned up everything. It was perfect and the final result is impressive. After comparing the materials to those at Home Depot and Lowe’s, I realized the craftsmanship was superior. Closet World even offers options for future modifications, like changing shelves or bars.

We clicked with the sales representatives who we talked to a bit better. Before deciding, we had received two different estimates for our project. We chose to remodel our bedroom closet with Closet World, although I'm fuzzy on the specifics of the product line. Our interaction with our Closet World designer was minimal but effective, involving just a few meetings, and everything proceeded smoothly with her guidance.
The installation was largely a positive experience. The team installed our closet efficiently, and when a few pieces didn’t fit right or a drawer front hadn’t arrived, they made sure to come back a total of three times to rectify those issues. The installers were friendly and kept us informed every step of the way. It was a largely seamless and pleasant experience, and I would certainly recommend them.

After some initial research, I chose Closet World because one of their sales representatives showed remarkable attentiveness and provided a quote. They were able to schedule me promptly, which was a significant factor in my decision. I opted for the installation of two closets in the master bedroom. Overall, my experience with their designer was positive, except for an issue with the handles on the drawers. The designer had shown me a particular handle style, which I was led to believe would be standard, but what arrived was different. I have reached out to Closet World, and I'm hoping that this situation will get resolved soon. The installation process was smooth, thanks to a pleasant and professional young man who did an excellent job. Aside from the handle issue, the service was quick and efficient. Closet World has competitive pricing. I received bids from other companies as well, but there was something appealing about Maria, their designer, which nudged me towards choosing Closet World. Initially, it seemed like we were getting the same product, though we later discovered that we missed adding certain details, making the final cost about the same as the other options.
We had the installations done in our master bedroom, focusing on maximizing storage. The setup included built-ins, with cabinets on each side and multiple drawers below a space designed for our TV. Additionally, there were other cabinets with more drawers, densely packed due to the limited bedroom space.
The designer, Maria, was fantastic throughout the process, although response times varied due to her busy schedule. She always came through, and the installation phase, initially handled by David, went smoothly for the cabinets. However, the experience wasn't as pleasant during the second visit when dealing with the closet doors. The individual scheduled to install them arrived significantly late and ended up using the freshly laid concrete area as his workspace, risking potential damage, although thankfully, it remained intact.
Overall, while I am quite impressed with Closet World's product quality, the discrepancy in service between the two visits would peg my satisfaction at around a middle level. Suggestions for future installations would be ensuring proper protection from weather for the crew and their materials, which seemed to contribute to some of the issues faced.

I found Closet World online. Initially, I felt positive about the sales consultant at Closet World as she seemed knowledgeable and professional. However, there was a misunderstanding and an error occurred during the measurement and order process for my closet. This mistake resulted in missed items such as backing for the closet which led to increased costs and delays in installation. When the issue arose, it was quite frustrating to hear from the sales consultant that these details had been previously discussed when I knew they hadn't. I believe this could have been avoided if she had shown visual options and ensured my confirmation on which closet to use. The experience took a slightly better turn when the installation manager, who I remember as very accommodating, managed to correct the issues, although it still cost me extra money. He offered a discount to rectify the situation, which was helpful.

Closet World does a lot of advertising and I took the time to research their designs online, which left a positive impression. Their warranty offered extra peace of mind, something not common with other furniture purchases where often there are no guarantees. This warranty was a significant deciding factor for me.
I opted for a floor-to-ceiling wall closet with four spacious compartments and a set of four drawers — an ideal setup for all my clothes. My experience with their designer was great; she was professional and provided valuable ideas, sketching options and explaining the pros and cons to ensure the best decision.
The installation was smooth and efficient, completing faster than the estimated time. The installer worked solo but maintained professionalism, even cleaning up thoroughly afterward. My interactions were entirely positive, which reinforced my satisfaction.
Overall, my experience with Closet World has been excellent. I’m considering further installations and can confidently recommend them to others.

The experience from the initial presentation to the installation was incredibly smooth. When the Closet World representative visited my home, he meticulously assessed the room and we had an in-depth discussion about the colors, materials, and specific needs I had. Being a real estate agent, it was crucial for me that the closet accommodated my open house signs and other essentials, and the layout was expertly tailored to fit these requirements.
The installation day was impressive—it was quick and efficient. Despite the rainy weather, the two installers carried out the project seamlessly, constructing everything to fit perfectly. The final product didn't break the bank either, with only a $2,200 fee on a sizable 9-foot closet, and the payment plan offered was convenient with a deposit followed by two installments.
Going with Closet World is worth every penny. Their customer service was top-tier, with follow-ups that ensured everything was to my satisfaction. Overall, based on the quality and service received, I’d recommend them to anyone needing a new closet solution.

I had a horrible experience with Closet World. This company installs low quality products. The installer took hours longer than he estimated to complete the job. The work was shoddy and looked awful. He left a mess. When I tried to contact Closet World, I got the run around. This was a waste of my hard earned money. I would definitely recommend avoiding this company.

Closet World had previously done a fantastic job in another location for me.
This time around, they installed closets and garage cabinets, and they matched the high standards I had come to expect. Their work reflects quality, and everything was done to my satisfaction.
While I think their prices are somewhat on the higher end, they remain fairly reasonable for the level of service and quality provided. On the other hand, I’d definitely rate the customer service and installation quality at a solid 5. Overall, I'd recommend Closet World based on my experience.

I saw an ad, and Closet World when I saw an ad for a 50% off sale. The presentation was a pleasant experience; the representative was incredibly sweet and walked through our spaces, offering suggestions tailored to our needs. She advised keeping certain closet parts and adding to others based on our preferences. The only hiccup was my oversight with electrical panels in the closet, which required some adjustments during installation.
Overall, the customer service experience was positive. Everyone, from the planning stages to installation, was friendly and knowledgeable. Although the service was on the expensive side, the price reflected the convenience of avoiding demolition and installation hassles. I see the value in their all-inclusive service.
We were glad that everyone was very nice. They explained everything and the person who came and installed everything was wonderful, too. I'd give Closet World 4 out of 5 stars for both service and pricing.

I needed closet doors, and Closet World seemed to be a trusted choice. They were more well-known than other companies. The designer came to my home, took measurements, and provided a straightforward pricing estimate. The process felt seamless, and she was well-prepared to answer my questions.
The installation was handled by a single technician and while I didn't interact much with him, I noticed he left some debris behind after finishing the job. Despite this minor issue, we're happy with the overall outcome. We had no specific highlights or additional comments, everything went smoothly.
The pricing of the closet doors seemed moderate, but in terms of my overall experience, I would recommend Closet World to others.

Over 20 years, I've relied on Closet World to design and install storage solutions for my garage, my daughter's room, and a hallway closet. Each time, I've been impressed with the quality and service they provide.
Recently, they worked on my husband's closet, and it was an excellent experience. The design met exactly what I had envisioned, which really pleased my husband and significantly improved his daily routine.
