Refrigerator was leaking. This was my first experience with Choice Home Warranty & I was very pleased! I have already recommended my neighbor to you!!!!!

Choice home warranty your only answer. Always on time and always follow up.

Only used once so far for a faulty ice maker. They came through in flying colors.

Most recent was repair on my washing machine and last summer repair on my AC unit. Both times reputable companies came out and I was very satisfied. The AC repairman made several trips and I only paid 1 service fee, until the problem was fixed. I'm very happy with CHW and their rates and will continue to do business with them.

Fridge not cooling - I called with my problem & right away they set me up with a repair contractor.

I have 2 toilets that need the tank kit replaced. I was able to submit my claim online (best feature in my opinion). Choice Home Warranty's response was immediate, and the servicing company's response was also very timely. The service technician sent to evaluate repairs to be made was also very friendly. Overall, this experience was A+. I love doing business online (e.g. submitting claims, checking status) and Choice Home warranty provides this seamlessly and are very responsive. Thank you!

I contacted HomeChoice on March 19 because my ceiling fan was only operating on 1 speed when it had 3 speeds. Within a few minutes of requesting service I received an email, and a phone advising me of my claim # and the electric company that would be contacting me. Before I could contact the electrical company they were calling me to set up my appointment. I was very pleased with the contractor of Rabalais Electrical. I had a new ceiling fan installed due to the motor had gone out on the fan. What may have taken 2 to 3 was handled in 1 day. I am a very satisfied customer.

I have used Choice Services only once so far and I am impressed with the prompt and professional service provided.

I called CHW for a repair of my refrigerator and had no problems with customer service and the company they assigned for the repair. All went well and on schedule.

Our dishwasher broke. Since it was so old, we were given the choice of either having it repaired or applying a $180 towards a new one, which we did.

I was a pleasure to contact Choice Home Warranty in reference to the issue I was having with my microwave. Timing was good and a technician was contacted and within 48 hours was here to inspect, make recommendation of replacement which was approved by Choice Home Warranty within 24 hours. Due to the age of current microwave and possible repair cost, CHW chose a buyout refund which will pay for a little over half the cost of a new microwave. The only issue I do have is the extended time of about 3 weeks to receive the buyout funds. However the process is clear, understood and well appreciated. I do know, had the microwave been repairable, it would have been done on site and within 48 hours of my claim. I will also recommend CHW to any others who may ask about the service I have.

My contractor was not being responsive. When I called Choice and spoke with Lilly she understood the gravity of the situation and escalated the issue to her supervisor Jayme who then promptly called the contractor and expedited the process. The heating system issue was resolved the next day. Thanks to Jayme and Lilly!

Washer not spinning - I like the way that CHW promptly gets the job done. I also like the way they want the customer's feedback on the service done.

Garbage disposal - From phone call to completed service, everything went just fine.

The Choice home warranty person I talked with was very helpful and knowledgeable. He took the information concerning the dryer in a timely manner. Shortly after our conversation, he was in touch with the repair company. In a short time, a repair person was in touch with me and scheduled an appointment. He came out, checked the dryer, and has ordered parts. The job will be completed whenever the parts arrive.

The CHW team was very prompt and thorough in resolving my claim involving our hot water heater. Jim Bennett Plumbing was consistently prompt in scheduling the two service calls. They called in advance, were punctual, and explained their findings. I really felt like Jim Bennett Plumbing was trying to resolve the problem. CHW staff member Jose was most helpful in bringing this claim to a satisfactory resolution. He was quick to follow-up, courteous, and professional at all times. I became very confident that he was sincere in his resolution efforts. Finally, I was most impressed to receive a telephone call from Tracy to ensure that my claim was satisfactorily resolved. As a long-time executive manager, I was very impressed with the entire resolution process and the hands-on approach. Good job.

We submitted a claim for our gas heater on one of the coldest days of the year. CHW assigned a contractor within 20 minutes and we were then scheduled for a service call. The contractor came to the house and fixed the issue. All that we paid was our $45 deductible and never had to answer any other questions about it after that. Fixed the problem very quickly and hassle free! Excellent service!

The service was quick and very professional. The repairman was very friendly and knowledgeable of the problem. I received a new garbage disposal. I would say better than the one that was originally installed. I've had Choice home warranty for two years, this was my first time using the service. Well worth the money. I am highly recommending this to my family and friends. Again great service. I also appreciated home warranty calling me to follow up on the service. Great job to them to.

We purchased a home warranty making sure all aspects of our heating system were covered. My contract with Choice clearly states that ALL COMPONENTS and parts necessary for the operation of the heating system are covered, however, if you have a heat pump they consider that an air conditioner and will not cover it if it breaks down. I went back and forth with this company for 3 weeks until they told me they would not cover my heating system. No one at that company clearly knows how a heat pump works. Beware even if written in a contract they make up their own rules so they don't have to pay.

The tech Danny from Family Air Conditioning and Heating, Inc did an impressive and thorough job. My AC unit has not been this well maintained by a contractor prior to this visit. Thumbs up for this contractor.

I was very pleased with the fast and accurate service I received.

So far so good. I started my coverage in December 2013, in January 2014 I called for service for my dryer.. I was told it was not worth getting fixed, they gave me the option of given me a check to purchase a new one which I took the offer. About a month later I received my check and was able to purchase a new dryer a bit more than what the check was.. But it's all good.. (:

Very helpful. My air conditioning went out and CHW had someone for me to call immediately. They were out that afternoon and was able to fix my air conditioning.

CHW was called to repair my garage door opener. They dispatched service tech that knew what they were doing and very polite. They also solved some other issues that other warranty co. failed to do because it was beyond the scope of the service call. I am very please with the results of our service call. I am a new client of CHW and did not know what to expect. Dealing with other warranty co. have put me on the edge of doubt. If CHW continues with the service and overall concern for its customers, I am sure they will have my business for a long time.

My recent experience with a service call was beyond what I expected, not only was my need on the weekend the service tech called and schedule the visit within 1.5 hours of my first call, also came to my home and had everything needed to complete the service repair. Excellent service and VERY PROMPT. During the coldest part of this past winter my heating system wasn't working. CHW was right on it and made every attempt to get the problem taken care of A.S.A.P.! The service techs they offer were also great! Follow up calls were also received to make sure that the problem was addressed properly and fixed. I highly recommend Home Choice Warranty.

Was very happy with the promptness of the call center and efficiency of the technicians service. This was the first time I had to use your service and I was very impressed!

Unfortunately I've had to call on Choice Warranty three times this month. One occasion, the issue was not covered and I was told right away. The other two issues - an oven that didn't work and a heater that wasn't coming on - were covered. Unfortunately the oven could not be repaired, but I was able to collect a pro-rated amount to assist with a new product. I've not received the check, but expect to receive it soon. The other issue, the heater, was handled right away as well and with the odd Texas weather, I was grateful I was able to make a call to a repair location and get someone out soon. All seems to be back in working order now, and I have the confidence that if and when another issue arises, it will be handled timely and in good form - thanks to Choice Warranty!

I was told I need to buy a new ceiling fan for the electrician to install for me. What I really appreciate is I am disabled but, choose to remain in my home. There is no way I can do these things for myself like I use to. CHW found a repairman, called him and he diagnosed my problem.

LRT Maintenance was here within 2 hours. They were polite and very efficient. I couldn't be happier with Choice.

Self cleaning part of oven quit working. The repairman got here when he said he would checked the out. He found the problem asap and ordered the part needed. He will call when part is in to install. Very happy with the service.

Technician call very quickly. Scheduled my for next business day. Took a little longer than I would have liked to give final diagnosis (as this was a tenants washer and they are never happy) but still within 36 hours. Washer was beyond repair. Was given an offer for replacement but I could not find washer with amount offered so called back and CHW assisted me and worked with me to insure my satisfaction. I used to be with other warranty Company for a few years and always had problems. So glad I found CHW. Thanks.

When my washer went out I forgot I even had coverage for it, I called out a service person who told me the part would be $500. I didn't want to put that kind of money into it so paid the service call and said no. I later checked in with Choice and they said I was covered, they took the recommendation from the service call I already had and without question, paid me money towards a new machine. I was very happy with the service and the promptness of payment. Will recommend Choice often.

I am very happy in the manner that Choice Warranty resolved my problem. They sent out a repair man, he checked out the washer, checked it again thoroughly and found out it could not be repaired. Choice Warranty settled and allowed me to get another one. They resolved the problem.

Fast response to my request. Arrived on time and very professional and polite. Will be back Friday to complete work. This is the first time I have used my contract since changing from AHS and I am very happy.

At 10:00am I noticed a problem with our bathroom stool. I immediately shut off the water to the stool and called Choice Home Warranty. They were very very professional and courteous. They told me they would contact a plumber and get back to me. Not more than 30 minutes later, they called back, giving me the name of the plumber with home I should get in contact to set a time for the repair. Then I immediately called the plumber. He arrived at my house at 2:00, just as he had scheduled. By 4:00 pm, the necessary repairs had been made and the repairman was on his way and I was a very happy person. I might add that CHW's selection of this plumber was an excellent choice as the plumber also was very very polite and helpful.

03/13/2014 Approx.4:00 PM: Reported my claim by telephone. 03/14/2014: Service man called and said he had a cancellation. He arrived at my home on time, diagnosed the problem with my freezer, and performed the repairs in about an hour. (defrosted evaporator coil and installed the air movement fan) I am very satisfied.

Our claim for dishwasher repair or replacement was handled quickly and efficiently by your team. We even told our friends last night to sign up.

I called to have a tech look at my refrigerator. He came and replaced some parts, left card and told me to call him if it need to be looked at within 30 days. I called but he never came out. Called CHW and they sent a new tech at no cost and it works great.

My dryer was blowing out cold air. Contacted CHW and they immediately contacted an appliance company. We then spoke with the Appliance company to set up a time for the repair. The appliance company was prompt, respectable, and fixed the dryer quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend CHW!

Had problem with fridge not cooling called and repairman was there in a couple days. Very good experience.

All electrical problems were addressed and fixed. Nice service technicians too.

My air conditioner was not operating. I contacted CHW about the issue. I had an option of having my own AC service company to come out and evaluate the problem or allow CHW to assign a provider. I decided to use their provider as I was not able not able to get an appointment with my provider in a timely manner. I received an e-mail with an assigned service provider the same afternoon. The service provider, PM Memories came to my home on time as scheduled. Paul was very knowledgeable, he quickly assessed the problem and replaced the part as needed.

I had a problem with my hot water heater. I called and Choice sent a plumber out. He lit the pilot and left. It went out again and again it went out. The plumber then decided it needed a new control panel. It took two days to get an answer from Choice Home. In the mean time I have been without hot water. Then the answer came. Labor would be $240.00 and they expected me to pay half. Huh? I thought that was why I was paying for a warranty! Needless to say I was furious. I told them to cancel my warranty and email me a copy of that cancellation. Of course I have never received that email. Biggest rip off I have ever seen.

Eventually, I was satisfied with the service. The drain blockage repair didn't include some parts I was hoping for, and I had to go to customer service several times to get the cut-off valves covered. The plumber, The Drain Cleaner, was excellent. He was on time and did excellent work.

I have had many repairs through choice and each one has been handled swiftly with a lot of assistance from the claims representatives and manager. I have recommended choice to everyone. They really have made home maintenance much easier to manage, because something can happen any time, it's great to know you're covered.

Was quick with plumbing problem.

My tenants had a leak in the bath of their home that was leaking into the downstairs kitchen. The tenants offer only that little bit of information, but when I called the problem in, Choice Home Warranty got the problem taken care of quickly. Thank you.

My heating system got broke at 08:00pm. I called them and within 5 mins, they have assigned technician. And I called technician and he came next day at 10:00 am and fixed heating system. Overall, I am happy with service and recommended to my friends.

My dish washer was not starting. I called and the technician responded back very quickly. We made arrangement for him to repair very quickly. When he arrived, he was very professional and smart. He identified the problem right away and ordered the part then came back to complete the job. The whole process only took 2 days. Would not cycle. Holding water. Technician came and said part would have to be ordered. Left, called about 20 minutes later to say a shipment of parts had been delivered to the parts house. Came back about and hour later, installed part and my machine was running again.

The technician was very professional in everything from calling to confirm one hour prior to appointment and in explaining the problem to fixing it. The first repair did not solve the problem. So they returned with another part and solved the problem (we had snow and ice problems in the city). Kudos to Choice Home for choosing this company. Had good customer service. Was a little disappointed with toilet needing to be re-anchored, but problem with flushing was fixed. Water heater was left as is for the time being.

Our furnace stopped working on a recent winter day. I called to start the claim process. Filing the claim was simple and fast. The CHW rep. took the information, assigned a claim #, and told me that I would receive a call within 24 hours with the name of a local repairman. The call came within 3 hours, but there was no recommendation of a repairman: instead, the rep. told me to choose my own! That's great in a small town! I just called the man who installed it 12 years before! Love that! The rep. reminded me that the first $45 was my responsibility, and that the repairman would need to call in for authorization of repair and parts if the amount required exceeded $100. In my case, it did not, and now I'm just waiting on a $20 reimbursement. Great Experience!

CHW is extremely thorough and follow up to ensure you are getting serviced. They may state that they have tried to contact you and you haven't been contacted but their persistence in trying to get to you is stellar. They also are in touch with the vendor to ensure the accuracy of the issue and then the resolution. Any type of controversy is professionally discussed and handled as nothing always goes smoothly but that is why I gave them the excellent rating as they did handle the issues above my expectations. The service man was not able to fix the washer. He said he will request to order the part. The service provider was friendly and did his best.

I put in a claim at 8 at night. And by the next day at 3 the repair guy had gotten here and left. It was extremely fast and easy to get someone out here. I am very satisfied that it was so painless.

After a visit from service co. about my built in microwave, I was under the impression that it would be either repaired 100 % functional or replaced with a new one. Then found out that there will partial reimbursement towards a new one. The customer service rep gave me an amount that would not help me much financially to replace the unit, but she tried to talk to her supervisor and was able to increase the amount little more. Its not the increase amount that made me happy, its their willingness to listen to the customers concerns and expectations and more of giving it a try to make a difference.

I called regarding my A/C issue. Choice had someone out immediately to fix the problem. The service was professional and timely. I appreciated the efficient work they provided.

We were having trouble with our heating system. We called Choice and within an hour we heard from our local company. They arrived about 3 hours later and put a temporary fix on the unit. Told me that they would be back early the following week to make it permanent. They arrived the early part of the following week and the fix was made. We are very happy with Choice and to whom they sent the complaint.

Our garage opener was broken and although we had to wait for parts, the company touched bases with us and let us know the expectant arrival date as well as work completion date. The workers were well informed and installed the new parts in a timely manner. The new parts exceeded our expectations.

I have experience with three Home Warranty companies and neither of them could compare to the outstanding service of CHW. CHW is very customer focus and easily accessible. They are prompt and will follow up on services performed. I would highly recommend to all home owners.

I had a fridge that went out. When called, Choice Warranty immediately gave me a claim number and sent a repairman out to check out the unit. It was beyond repair. I was immediately contacted by Choice Warranty and given a fair price for my old unit. I turned around and bought another fridge with the money and a little extra out of my pocket. But, it was worth it because I purchased a bigger fridge that'll hold more stuff.

My experience with Choice Warranty has been good so far. When I called and put in a claim for repair I was put in touch with an agent very promptly. I have not used the service for anything other than to get reimbursed for a claim that I paid for the repair and I'm sure that claim will be sent to me promptly also.

The technician called as soon as he received order and told me when to expect him. He arrived a little before the promised time. He was very respectful and courteous. Went about the job immediately after ascertaining what was the problem. Worked quickly and had me to check to see if drain was operating properly. Very courteous!

I had a problem with opening my garage door. I called choice to see if they could help me. And within 24 hrs my garage door was fixed. The person who came out was very well-trained and professional. Thanks Choice.

Sachan Corp, your vendor, and its service rep, Mario, provided timely and excellent service. The washer sensor was replaced with 24 hours of Mario's service call, but the dryer control board is no longer manufactured by GE. Sachan is searching for a source. So far, Sears is the only "find" with its own substitute part, but Sears reports that its repairman must install. CHW may need to do so as a last resort pending Sachan's efforts.

The men assured me the water heater is okay.

The service operator made a same day appointment and in several hours, my heat was restored... in a speedy time.

We had to contact CHW at 2 am to put in a claim for a Heat Pump issue, it was somewhat of an emergency as it was 20 degrees out. By 11 the next morning we had a technician contact and he was over to our house by 12:30. Very happy with the speedy service of CHW. Thank you.

Choice Home Warranty does indeed provide timely service. Whenever we have any issues, they normally either respond on that day or within the next day. We have been with Choice Home Warranty for a little while now and every time we have needed something, they have been there.

This is our second year with CHW and I was hesitant at first since I had poor experience with its competitor. When using the service, the garbage disposal repair was simply professional, prompt and complete!

CHW followed up on a recent claim for plumbing leak. There was a question as to what was and was not covered. Customer service handled the issue with professionalism running it up to their supervisor. Mark called me and said the claim would be covered much to my satisfaction. After contacting Wallace Plumbing, Inc., of Boyd, Tx. for the service of my home water heater, the repairman made the necessary repairs of a heater element for the water heater in my home and the Wallace Plumbing, Inc., was paid the bill of $290.00 for parts and labor for said repairs and labor on 3/6/14 by check number 153.

My tenant called me and stated that the washing machine had quit working, Within 15 minutes I had resolution from CHW, within 2 hours I had contact from the repairing agency to come out and make repairs.

I have a 10 year old over-the-counter that I have been using since we bought the house in 2003. It suddenly stopped working. Food is no longer warming-up. I called Choice Warranty right away and in less than 5 minutes a technician called to troubleshoot it over the phone. He could not make figure out the problem so I scheduled a visit at my convenient time I choose. The day of the service, the technician called an hour early informing me that he will be re-scheduling me because he has an emergency at home - that his wife called that their gas heater is not working and worried about frozen pipes.

We purchased a home, new to us, but 40 years old just after a complete remodel. I felt it was very important to purchase a home warranty given the age of the home and not knowing the quality of work done during the remodel. It looked good but you can't always see everything. I'm very happy we purchased the home warranty. One week after moving in we lost a whole wall of outlets in our kitchen that weren't working. I called Choice home warranty and they gave me 3 options, which I selected one to come out and it took them about 2 hours to get down to exactly what the issue was and fixed it to our satisfaction. The call cost us a total of $45 and nothing more.

On Monday, March 3rd I filed a claim for our Maytag washing machine. The claim was assigned to Big D Appliance Services. Their service representative informed us he would arrive at our home between 11 AM and 1 PM. He arrived at 11:30 AM. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had the parts and tools to repair our washer immediately. He was very professional. We are very pleased with CHW's services and Big D Appliance. I have already recommended you to a friend.

plumb electronic - Everything is great except for refrigerator value.

Had to have furnace worked on but was a Saturday. So I used my own service company and was reimbursed minus tech's weekend fee, which I was ok with. The second party answer service person was extremely rude. The second 2 I called tried to start a conflict when I wasn't even upset.

This is the 2nd time I need repair on my hvac unit. This time the thermostat went out. I guess it was old. The repairman was the same one I had before and he was thorough. I would recommend Choice Home Warranty to anyone!

We had a serious problem with our furnace for months at our rental property. Choice came out several times, replacing parts or adjusting and repairing items. Tenants were worried if contractors knew what they were doing so were we! But on 3-3-14 John came out from J&S Heating and Cooling and found out that our Inducer Motor and Pressure Switch was bad. These were expensive parts plus the cost of labor. To be honest we wondered if Choice would really pay for it, or would they refuse and cancel us. But praise the Lord they did! We have 2 properties with them and I sent my Brother to get a contract with them.

Turned a claim into Choice, made an appointment with C & H Plumbing, they came out and replaced the disposal. I am very pleased with C & H Plumbing!! They were very friendly, worked hard, and left the area clean. Great experience!!

Technicians were on time and very courteous and very thorough. Fixed garage door opener quickly and serviced total garage door to include lubricating and adjusting wheels and springs.

Called Choice Home Warranty on Friday to have someone come out to look at my heat pump. The earliest they could come out was on Monday. I wasn't happy to hear that I had to go all weekend with no heat. So I called back again and they were going to check if there was someone else that could come out. Well, I am still waiting! No one from Choice Home Warranty ever called me back. I am not a happy customer and not so sure I will continue my contract with them. It is now Monday and they are not sure if they could send someone, it depends on the weather, so I may have to wait another day without heat.

I had to contact CHW for a second time because the appliance company that CHW referred my claim to would not return my call. Once I contacted CHW, they immediately referred my claim to another appliance company. I appreciate their great customer service that they provided me.

I have an old ranch in Decatur, 50+ years old. We have the original toilets in all three bathrooms. Choice sent a great plumber to repair them but it was too old and the parts were not available. They worked with the plumber and hammered out a deal that worked for us. Thank you so much, we were pleased that Choice worked with our plumber to get the problem resolved.

United Services of AZ serviced my Kitchen Range. They were pleasant to work with and have solved the problems I was having. Although it took longer to get the parts than they expected, they fixed the problem as soon as the parts were received. They were on time for their appointment and very efficient and seem to have done very good work. They also cleaned up after themselves.

My Electric range - oven stopped working. I called Choice and the next day a repairman was at my house and my range was fixed! No hassle, no worries. I have all my properties covered by Choice now.

Jeff, service technician, was prompt, efficient, and courteous. After careful inspection, unit's functions were unusual and not easily identifiable. He was thorough, reviewed schematic, tried options, took extra time & effort to consult with supervisor for second opinion. Final decision was to replace worn parts. Replacements readily available. Returned early next day to complete repairs. Washing machine functioning properly. CHW to the rescue! As a senior citizen, repairs are always "unbudgeted" and "unexpected" expenditures. Glad I can call for this needed service and no associated cost. Keep up the good work.

I am very satisfied with the professionalism of the people I talk to when I have a problem. It is taken care of in a very timely manner. This is my first service order and I had three (3) items that need fixing my washer that couldn't be fixed, and I was offered a buyout and I was pleased, and my dryer that wouldn't cut off was fixed and my stove that the eyes wouldn't come on was fixed. The tech was very patient.

Choice called a serviceman promptly and he called me within the hour. My washer repaired by 1600 the next afternoon. I found both the contractor and the Choice staff to be concerned, courteous, and most of all efficient. Overall well pleased with my first experience with Choice Home Warranty.

We had a toilet that stopped working and thought the pipe was frozen. We made a claim over a holiday weekend and the plumber called the next day and scheduled the appointment for Tuesday between 9 and 11. He was there at 9:15 a.m. and the toilet was fixed by 9:30 a.m.. Pipe was not frozen!

I was not there but my associate was. The service provider was very professional and knowledgeable. Thank You.

My experience with Choice Home Warranty has been excellent. The customer service representatives have been very courteous and helpful. Each of the Service Techs arrived on the early side of the time frame given and were very professional and knowledgeable, and quick and clean with the repairs. I am very happy that I decided to switch to Choice Home Warranty.

Reported that thermostat was not responding via email. Received an acknowledgment of my claim within 15 minutes. Notified early the following morning of the technician assigned to my claim. Followed-up the next day to confirm that problem solved. I called Customer Service to inquire about a credit due on my account. Ashley applied credit immediately and sent an email of change to service fee.

Was told that company could not repair my microwave. The cash allowed was very fair and I then ordered a similar replacement.

Called CHW about problems with my garage door. Claim agent was friendly and quick to respond. I received a prompt e-mail assigning a very reputable garage door company that would be handling the call. I also received another call shortly afterwards to see if I had been in contact with the repairman. The technician arrived the next day and not only fixed the major problem, but gave the whole system a check up and made some other minor adjustments as well as greasing the door. OMG!! It was like a new door. It worked better and was quieter than ever. The best thing about it is that I now have a virtually new garage door opener and the light works, all for the cost of the small co-pay. CHW followed up with another e-mail to see if things were taken care of to my satisfaction and I couldn't be more satisfied. Thanks again CHW.

Filed a claim on leaking water heater. Given claim number. Plumber called, checked out heater. Called Choice Home Warranty, took forever to answer. Finally plumber left and told me his office would contact me, and of course collected the Service Fee. C.H.W. then called to tell me that the tank was not covered and denied the claim payment. This last summer, I filed a claim on my A.C. Again the claim was denied. Be careful because they like to collect your payment each month, but will only pay out on small claims. When you need them, they will remind you of all the exclusions on the warranty. I am a disabled Viet-Nam vet. That is the reason for the warranty. Now I have to shop around for something cheap to replace. Meanwhile, the water has been running because I have not been able to shut the water off. Next month I have to come up with a plan to pay the water bill. Because of My disability, I cannot do any of the physical labor. I have cancelled the plan. BEWARE. YOU CANNOT BEAT THESE PEOPLE. Customer Service Reps are very well trained.

I have had the warranty for over a year. In July I called due to GFI plug in kitchen not working. I was given the name of a contractor. I called but the contractor said they would no longer be doing claims for Choice. I called Choice back, they were unable to find any contractors in my area and told me I would need to get my own contractor and fill out a reimbursement form to get back. When we were finally able to get a contractor out to our home I was told they would not cover the claim because they do not cover tracing the electrical problem, broken electrical wires. My wires were not broken, they had melted and burned so I am arguing that.
