    Choice Home Warranty plans

    Choice Home Warranty offers two plans: Basic and Total.

    • Basic: The Basic plan covers different appliances and systems within the home. Most major systems, such as heating and plumbing, are included, but air conditioning is not. The plan covers basic appliances such as a water heater, cooktop and dishwasher. Prices for the Basic plan start at around $47 a month.
    • Total: The Total plan includes a total of 16 items. It covers everything protected in the Basic Plan, plus the air conditioning system, refrigerator, clothes washer and clothes dryer. Prices for the Total plan start at around $54 per month.

    Optional coverage is available for the following items:

    • Pool/spa
    • Limited roof leaks
    • Central vacuum systems
    • Sump pumps
    • Well pumps
    • Septic systems
    • Septic tank pumping systems
    • Second refrigerators
    • Stand-alone freezers

    You pay a basic service fee of $85 for each service call, regardless of the cost of the repair. CHW is available in all states except Washington and California.
