There are two plans; both cover systems and appliances, but you need the Total plan if you want to protect your air conditioning system, refrigerator, washer and dryer. CHW offers optional coverage for a pool and spa, roof leak, sump pump and more. Claims can be made online or over the phone 24/7. When you make a claim and CHW sends a technician to your home, you pay an $85 service call fee.
