I’ve had my pool for almost a year now and have to say it has been great so far! I reopened my pool this year and it was a breeze. I followed all the videos included and had no issues.

I absolutely love my pool! We got the 18 ft circle. My favorite part is that it’s a fresh water pool. When I flop in it in the middle of the day, I don’t have to shower to feel clean afterwards. I can just go about my day! The whole process has been super easy!

The pool was installed very quickly. However, the company that installed the pool left cigarette butts all over our yard. Also, they did not use all the sand that should have been provided and the bottom of our pool is very lumpy. The pool cover that was provided also did not last through the winter and it shredded. We now have to purchase another pool cover and clean the inside of the pool.

I bought a 24ft pool back 1.5 years ago and after the winter and opened my pool. The following weeks of opening my pool I noticing a small wet area 3 ft to the left of my pump. At first I thought it was the drain hose from draining the pool because of all the rain we had. So I moved it. After about a week after the wet area was still there. So I called to get it fixed. Now they want to charge me $1600 to replace the liner because it developed holes in the pool due to low water level. And they want to charge me for labor to fix their leak that caused this issue in the first place. And then threaten me with a lien. If I don't pay even though the leak from the install caused the entire issue.

John Mabank Tx. Upgraded to a Classic pool because of the warranty. My pool is only 5 1/2 years old, and this just happened. Called and sent them pictures just to hear It doesn't have a warranty. A lot of money and no pool. I would like for them to at least be honest about what is covered when you buy their product. Think Before You Buy!!!! Just Saying. I think the pictures says it all.

I like that the pool uses a copper ionizer. I think it helps using less chemicals. We have had it for several years. Makes summer so much better. Installation was great. Customer service helpful and responsive.

Been trying to get a a quote on a pool. But have been told I have to schedule a site survey and have a rep come out and talk with me for 90 mins just to give me quote. Have had to call multiple times because customer service wants to hang up on me and ignore me when I ask them questions.

The product we purchased was excellent and the install was great.

We love our pool. We are in it as much as possible. Clean up is easy. Equipment works exactly as advertised. Never had 1 issue from install to closing it every year. I do wish they had a dedicated system to cover the pool available. But we make it happen. Can’t say enough about how happy we are with the pool.

Mislead about warranty from salesman. Told us we had a lifetime warranty on pool and filter. If liner fades or tears it's replaced free of charge. If outside panels peel or rust they will be replaced. If any filters pump tears up it's replaced. The only thing we are responsible for was the iron bar and we was told it was 70.00 dollars. It's more like 180.00.

Great team excavated and installed the pool. We followed the well organized instructions on how to maintain the pool and winterize it. The Ultra Blu copper ionizer kept the water crystal clear all summer. Ordering new Ultra Blu chamber was very easy. We have had a great experience with Blue World Pools and love the pool.

The guys had to dig out some of the yard to level it out for the pool. Did good job getting it ready. Explained everything at the end for running the pool and even closing it up. Only thing I wish is that they would have leveled out the dirt they dug up. Other than that, haven’t had any issues with pool!

We have had our pool for 3 years now and we Love It! The pool is always clear when we uncover it from the winter months and very little is required to get it up and ready for the season. And a Huge plus is not smelling like chlorine! No burning, red eyes. We love our pool!

BWP has double with drawel payments from our account on more than once. They continuously send harassing phone calls and text saying we missed payments when in fact our bank records show it has been paid. When calling to address the issue we have been gaslight? Berated, yelled at. When I informed the customer service rep manager that my husband is a 20 yr veteran and this financial harassment is triggering his PTSD and needs to stop I was told I needed to shut up and stop talking about it, that I was triggering my husband and talked over me saying there was no problem. I asked theim to adjust their dates so their system wouldn't automatically send out request for a over 450 payments and send it in writing that they actually did it (we've asked before with no results). The management began yelling at my husband to the point we couldn't get a word in. We had to hang up.

Great product with professional installation. Great addition for our family fun. Purchased in 2024 and been very happy with the ease of use. Ionization filter is great with low cost, once-a-week maintenance.

Service department is difficult to contact but once you do they are patient and make sure you are satisfied which may be the reason it takes so long to get a hold of because they take their time with you.

I'm trying to refinance my home...and I can't because of the lien they have....I've been on hold..For almost a week...Trying to contact them....They sure answered my call when I was purchasing...Now I can't get a hold of anyone....

Company does not stand behind their customers. They tell you a bunch of lies just to sell you an overpriced pool and when you need help they do nothing they promised. 2 years after I got the pool it started to rust all over. Blue World wouldn't help me at all. They sent me to the warranty company who will replace the wall but wants to charge over 700.00 to deliver it and also stick me with installation charges and 500 to refill the pool for their defective pool. They never return calls unless you repeatedly call them. And flat out refused to help me. I paid 17,000 for this pool. I strongly recommend you look elsewhere before buying from them once they get your money you're done. Buyer beware.

Blue World Pools will cost you more than other companies but after installation, I understand why. They went above and beyond from sales to installation. My installer even came back a week later to check in and make sure everything was good. He made himself available for any questions and even gave me a tutorial to make sure I was prepared for care and minor maintenance.

Were very pleased with our beautiful Blue World pool. The care that they put into installation was awesome. The gift package is a nice addition and very pleased with all of it. I'm telling all of my friends to buy a blue world pool too.

I got what I asked for and I got a good price and also was able to get a military discount on top of that. And got to upgrade some stuff for nothing and prices are not so bad and we got to enjoy it before summer was over.

There were some hiccups during installation, some parts were incorrect. And then the steps broke the first day of use. But all was resolved and new steps sent quickly. My pool is gorgeous. It is my happy place!

I received a great pool in a timely manner and the installers did a great job. The home office has kept in contact and has checked back to confirm that everything is running well. They also help me set up a monthly payment plan that met my needs.

Installation was rough but overall happy with everything. Customer service always been good to us. Overall maintenance is easy and we love walking to back yard and having a crystal clear pool. Rainy season can be up and down.

The whole process was good. The salesman did not push us and showed us cheaper options. The installers were very professional. They arrived, explained everything they would be doing, and got right to work.

Customer service is always helpful and friendly. Never had a problem with them or my installation of my above ground pool. The winter covers definitely need to be upgraded. I would recommend them to anyone.

My experience with Blue World Pools was great. From the time we called through the installation was a great experience. They sent an agent out to our house. She explained everything thoroughly from purchase to, and including, installation. Everything went very smoothly. Everything and everyone was prompt, courteous and efficient. Of course we also had to do our part. We made sure we were allowed to install a pool, called 811 for digging safety, and got a permit for building the privacy fence. This company came in and installed a 24 foot pool in one day. Before they left, they explained how to use all of the functions of the system. When the crew left that day we had a fully functioning pool and they even threw in an automatic cleaning system. All we had to do to finish up was fill the pool with water.

We got the 27’ round classic pool. It’s very nice and the installation went very smoothly. We are excited to have our first swim! We got our pool so we could have a lot of fun with our grandbabies. We are having our first pool party next week.
