Blue World Pools

I bought a pool in 2016 for this company and a UCC-1 Lien was placed on my property as soon as the pool was installed. I fell on hard times and I could not afford to keep paying on the pool in 2018. According to Texas state law a UCC-1 Lien is only valid for 5 years, but the company can file a continuation statement and extend it another 5 years which they did. I told them several times I cannot afford to keep paying for a $20,000 pool and they will not come get the pool. When you try and call everyone in conversion team from my past experiences are rude and refuse to work with you. Sean Warren the CEO is the best person to contact. He is respectful and will talk to you like a human being. I stated a review in the past and after talking to Sean I change my review but now is a different story now that I found out I still had a lien on my property. I will be contacting my lawyers to see what I can do to remove the UCC-1 lien off of my property.

They were great help with understanding the details of each pool and help me to make the perfect purchase for my family. They installed the pool on the perfect area and made sure I was happy before they ever completely installed it

They explained to me how clean and maintenance my pool and pool system. Showed me how clean and keep my pool clean and asked me if I had any questions and I said that I was completely satisfied with the service.

Purchase a pool in 2020. The installation was perfect. It took them about three days to complete the job. I’m extremely pleased with the ending results. If you need a pool I highly suggest Blue World Pools.

The pool has been great. Very low maintenance, as promised. I pool ionizer is great, and even after heavy rains the water stays clear. My family loves it. Can’t wait for warm weather so we can jump in.

We wanted a pool but didn’t want to deal with the time or expense of an in-ground pool. I researched above-ground pools and Blue World Pools was the front runner for installation in my area. The salesman was out within a week and we signed the contract. We were unsure at first but Blue World worked with us to make sure we were happy. It was installed within a few months and we’ve been happy ever since. It’s a great investment for family enjoyment.

Very competent people who sold the pool, answered the phones, and serviced the pool. Overall great service. We have had many hours of enjoyment from this beautiful pool. Even though they are a little on the expensive side I would recommend them for the quality.

This is the 2nd pool I have had installed by Blue World Pools. First one lasted 14 years with same original pump and sand filter! Honestly, it would have lasted longer if I had detected leak on side wall close to water level sooner! (She ripped 6 years after I fixed the leaky liner. Not bad for my negligence). I wouldn't purchase another from any other company. I signed to purchase midline model for 2nd pool and the hired installer was let go for reasons unknown to me but Blue World Pool upgraded me to the Elite Model for free for my inconvenience due to a short delay install! I have been very satisfied with it and enjoying it ever since. I would recommend them to anyone!

Good experience. Great quality of pool. The installers of the pool left a few bumps on the bottom but otherwise, great. We have had it for 3 summers and enjoy it to the fullest. I would recommend to all my friends and family.

Our pool has leaked since day one. Took nine months to get service. We have questions on how to take care of the pool as we need to winterize it and start over with first treatment. No one calls back, answers phone messages or emails. If we want to purchase a pool, I bet they would answer!

We had a wonderful experience once they came out to install the pool. They get you to do several inspections while they are installing the pool. I thought this was wonderful. Most people come do the job but you never know something is wrong until they are gone. This company went above and beyond.

Very easy process. The salesman came to the house to go over all the aspects of the install. Install was completed within the timeframe given. The installers were very proficient with no issues. Constant communication, go over in detail the different pool styles and their materials. Representative went over each of the pieces for the pool. The fact that pool product has 25 year warranty. Good service.

Everything went fine. We have used the pool several times since install. We chose the classic 24’ round pool. The automatic vacuum system is really cool, makes keeping the pool cleaning so much easier.

The workers were very polite helping to make the day of installation a fun day. Very knowledgeable and stayed on task. Marco stayed in contact even after my pool was installed and we are friends today. My grandkids enjoy the pool, we now spend more time together. I was able to teach 2 of my grand boys to swim. That made it worth the money and time. One regret, I should have purchased it earlier.

Summer was a busy time. So the installation of pool was s little longer than normal. But I love my pool. I am excited to get more use out of it next summer. I think people should check out the Blue World pool company.

Blue World Pools came out and talked with us about the different pools that they offer. The salesman was very friendly and knowledgeable about the pools. When the installer came out, it was very wet from the rain. He recommended installing it when it was dryer. I agreed and I was glad that he didn't install it at that time because I wanted it to be installed correctly. When it was dry, the installer came back out and installed the pool in a timely manner. After he was done, he explained how to get the pool started and how to maintain the pool. He answered any question that we had. We have really enjoyed this summer with all of the grandkids. We wished we had done this a long time ago.

Fast response from when the interest card was placed to when the salesmen arrived. They were able to provide a great deal and listed out all expectations. The sales person of course has to do their pitch but understood our time constraints and moved along quickly. Although it may seem odd the installer showed up about a month after signing the documents and completed the install in one day. It did take about 10 hours for the install.

Rain and schedule issues had us out a few months. But we love our new pool. Install was flawless. It was beautifully done. I would recommend this pool to anyone. Tony was a terrific installer if you are in lower Alabama.

Blue World Pools provided excellent service in installing our new 24 foot above ground pool. We were able to talk with the installer to choose a good installation time to fit our schedule. He was able to install the pool where we wanted it in one day. The installer also explained how to maintain the pool and keep it safe for small children. We like the ion pool system better than the chlorine system because it is easier to maintain. We are very happy with our Classic 24 foot round pool.

Everything went well from the purchase through the install process and start up. Very pleased with the final result. Now to start enjoying my new happy place with family and friends! 100% Recommend!!!

I bought a pool from Blue World Pools. I had a great experience and we love our pool. We had a very pleasant experience from start to finish. Our installer was very informative and went over how to use the pump, chemicals, and was very friendly.

It took a few back and forth calls but we managed to come to an agreement on pool price. Then comes the waiting for the pool to get installed. I was nervous because so many bad reviews on pool getting installed. We were contacted very quickly by the installer. He gave me an install date, but the day before my pool was to be installed I found out that he was let go. I did get another installer, fairly quickly and was in contact with them. They came and installed my pool, within 2 weeks. The 2 installers were awesome, they worked hard to get my pool up within a day and a half. I have no issues at all with my pool. I am a very happy customer.

We have only had our pool for a few months and I wanted to give it some time before I submitted this review. We love our pool. One negative, the pool vacuum does not work, we are waiting for them to call us back.

Tony the installer and his crew were very knowledgeable, friendly, efficient. Tony explained what I needed to do with my new pool. The pool is fantastic and my daughter has been in it already. With Tony’s instructions it was easy to use pump and filter.

The installers came when they were scheduled. It took them 2 days to put the pool up and having it running. The installers when they were finished they cleaned up everything. The pool looks great. You only have to put 2 gallons of bleach in it a week and it stays beautiful. I would recommend this pool to everyone.

The service was excellent and the install was great. The install guy was amazing and did a great job and he went through all paperwork, explained everything and cleanup after the fact. I give him a 5 star also.

We purchased our pool during the summer and received upgrade. However, we did have an issue with install when installer quit without notice, they immediately got me rescheduled with another installer.

I want to have a better pool than the one I had and I had seen this ad for pools. So I got on the site and liked what I saw and called them. They sent me a sales agent and we sat down and discussed my options. I totally like the one I picked out and now that I physically can see my pool I am pleased. Even though it took almost 4 months and 3 different contractors to finally show up, it's now installed and my family and I can enjoy it for many years to come.

Recently purchased one of Blue World Pools Midline pools and had installed. The installation process was completed in a timely manner as promised by what I can only describe as a team of conscientious technicians. They leveled the ground and meticulously measure it to a fraction of an inch using laser technology. They answered questions tirelessly as had many. Upon completion, the lead technician described in great detail how to maintain the pool and how it worked. They cleaned up after installation and even left me with their personal cell phone in case of any issues. The home office has picked up the phone several times and helped my with further queries and have been nothing other than great in their effort to support me. Would recommend Blue World to anybody seeking an above ground swimming pool. The pool is sparkly.

I decided to install a pool and I called this company. They came out and explained the process and costs. Within 5 weeks the pool was installed in my back yard. They are kind and courteous during the process. I would highly recommend this company to install your pool!

Hector is an excellent installer. Did a great job. Showed up on time and almost completed the job in one day except he had to stop because of rain and due to inclement weather. He was able to return the following day and complete.

It is a much more pleasant water experience than the chlorine system. The lifetime warranty relieves the worries of any major concerns. Our pool buying experience was great with Blue World Pools! We were able to schedule an appointment for a quote very quickly. The scheduling of the install was easy and was fairly quick. The installation went very quickly, it only took 3 1/2 hours. They cleaned up after themselves and there was no damage to our property. Everyone we dealt with was both professional and friendly! From start to finish the whole process took only 15 weeks and we are now enjoying our pool!

When I first encountered Blue World Pools, it initially seemed to be overpriced. But after buying one and having it installed, I can see why the price must be where it is. This is a very high quality pool; much more so than I thought it would be. The installers were prompt and professional, and the materials themselves are excellent. Except for a plumbing issue that followed Wintermageddon in Texas in 2021, everything has held up and remained intact. My only issue with the pool is something beyond BWP's ability: the original installers no longer service my area, and thus could not repair the pool after the damage caused by the extreme cold that year. I did find a good repairman, but BWP couldn't recommend one to me that serviced my area. So, we're kind of orphaned right now. Thankfully I can do the regular maintenance myself. My family has greatly enjoyed the pool!

We recently had a pool installed and have had such a pleasant experience...It is very easy to maintain, we haven't had any problems at all. My kids use it almost daily. Will be sad when we have to close for winter lol.

Our family truly enjoyed the pool during COVID. Our grandchildren were out of school. It gave everyone something fun to perform outside. We played games with water super guns and chose sides. That was a blast. We cooked outside and returned to the pool after playing red light, green light. We laughed, sang songs from the radio and danced. It was a pleasure even when I was alone it was relaxing on the floats with an adult drink.

This company is a scam!!! Blue World Pools is a finance company first and foremost. Selling cheap pools is the side hustle. They came into my home with the promise of a $300 pool then like a timeshare push and push and push for you to buy a $15000 above ground pool which is insane. They tell you the $300 is the same as one at Walmart and if you want it then you still have to pay $2000 to prep the site or they will not install it even though free installation is stated on the website and in contract. Their finance rate is the same no matter how good your credit is but you don't find that out until after the fact when you get hit with a 34% interest rate!!!! And the icing on the cake is that the company hires felons to travel and represent them. FELONS that they send to your home. How this company is still in business with all the criminal activities is terrifying.

The representative came to our home to explain the company and pricing; she was really patient with our questions and concerns. The pricing was reasonable. Once the installers contacted us, it was exciting to see the process at work. The installers were patient with the weather and finished the job in one day. They gave explicit instructions about the pool, skimmer, and anything else we had questions with. I highly recommend them as a great company to work with.

We were so excited. We were getting a pool. I had researched and found Blue World Pools. The gentleman salesman was very pleasant and courteous. Once our contract was complete we received our installation date and the rest went very smooth and the install was quick. The installers did a fabulous job. Explained and showed us how to maneuver the ionizer, how to start up and shut down the system. How to winterize the pool. We are very pleased. We were guided through the startup process. It took them a while to get out pool here because they stayed so busy but oh the fun I’ve had enjoying every moment with my kids. Making so many memories with my kids just like my husband wanted me to do.

Even though it took about 4 or 5 weeks for the installer to come put in our pool, it only took about a total of 7 hours. It’s a beautiful pool with clear water, no burning chlorine eyes, no dry skin from chlorine, no salt. It has an ionizer which we have had no problem with.

Happy to have the pool installed completely. Ground work included. Still a little expensive. Although everything in the country is expensive now. Maybe the price will come done as inflation lowers in our county.

When we first met with the salesman, he said if we’d buy today and agree to let our pool be “show pool” we’d get a 40% discount. We didn’t buy that day and paid full price at second meeting only to find out that they tell everyone this. It’s just a sales tactic. Long-story short, I ended up paying thousands more for the pool than I should have. I contacted Blue World and spoke with Russ In Customer Care. He wasn’t able to get me my money back but was able to help out by sending me some supplies and extras for the pool. Russ was great but have to give my overall experience a BIG THUMBS DOWN! No one likes to feel like they were taken advantage of and ripped off. Moral of the.

We are absolutely in love with our new pool. It was installed in 8 hrs. and had it up and running ready to swim a few days later. I love it being Maintenance free, it's one of the best investments I have ever made. My kids and family love it. I love that it is hassle free and I can just enjoy the pool and not work the whole summer on keeping it clean.

From the time I made an appointment with the sales rep I was so skeptical. The appointment was set, the sales person arrived in a timely manner, she was respectful and knowledgeable. She measured where the pool would go and where I wanted it to go. We went in the house and she told me all about the pools, the company and the service that they provided and the guarantees. I was sold on the pool. I signed the paperwork to purchase the pool. The call came to confirm the installation, then the call came from the installer and then before I knew it the installer was here and installing the pool. It was set up a few days ago and I am so happy with it. I needed help with the test sequence and the staff that answered were able to give me the answers I needed immediately. I was so happy with the service!!

Was told at time of purchase that it would take 4 to 6 weeks. Was contacted ten days later and was given installer's information. They contacted us two days later and set up delivery time for pool and installation. The installation company called several times keeping us informed on everything. Our installers were very good while they endured 103 temperature.

We’re very satisfied with this pool. It's built well and the installers were very meticulous while installing it. I’m very picky about someone installing something for me. I always go behind them and fix the little things that they missed or didn’t install to my satisfaction. The only thing I found was that they forgot a pair of scissors when they left! Great job Blue World installers!

We had our pool (24' round) installed 3 years ago and have loved it ever since! We built a 32'x52' deck around it and it just compliments the house. The entire staff (from install to sales/service) was awesome to work with! They get back to you when you have questions and are willing to do anything to make it right. I would (and have) recommended them to anyone looking for that oasis in their backyard. What makes it even better is the easy maintenance. These pools cost a lot less than in-ground pools not only with install but upkeep and are fun for everyone.

The pool is a top quality above ground pool. The installers prepared the ground and set up the pool. Blue World Pools are a hybrid pool that uses Ionization for water clarity and one gallon of household bleach once a week. I purchased a Blue World Pool and am enjoying it. They had it installed in a day. The water is crystal clear and I enjoy swimming in it without any chlorine or salt products. The ladder that comes with it was better than a typical a frame ladder.

Jack followed up with me many times prior to having the pool installed. He was professional questions and was responsive to any questions I had. He also provided contact information including a photo of my installer. Jack went way out of his way to ensure I was satisfied. Then there is my installer Thomas and his team. They were professional and arrived a day early. The pool was installed in record time. Thomas was also very receptive to phone calls after the installation and made an emergency call to my house because something was leaking. He fixed it and was on his way. I could not have asked for a better team.

First, I contacted Blue World Pool for the advertised $300 pool. Salesperson makes appointment with my mom, husband, and myself. She was very nice and turned us away from $300 pool and got our attention on a much more expensive pool that was going to be $19k but we were supposed to get a discount because of the ad and because my husband and I are both disabled vets. I asked the salesperson how long before pool would be installed since it’s already June. We were told 4-6 weeks so I’m thinking 4th of July we should have a pool.

I'd like to thank the top Leadership of going the extra mile and willingness to satisfy a contract and a customer. I had a series of issues once my contract moved along to the installation department. They brought the crew in that teaches their installers to handle the installation with white gloves. The internal issues were discussed at length, as a PM, I had brought the issues with resolutions as an escalation, the conversation was well received and issues rectified. I can appreciate the difficulties of running a world class operation and ensuring quality control along the way and keeping it consistent. As a customer I appreciate being heard and completely satisfied with the outcome.

I love my Blue World Pool! Installation only took 2 days. The new copper ion system keeps the water crystal clear and softens it. Makes my skin and hair feel amazing! I would absolutely recommend to a friend.

The overall experience was very good. The seller was not pushing and gave us what we asked for. This our 2nd pool from them. First one would have lasted longer if they would have told us then to buy a new ionizer every year.

Customer service and management are the worst I have ever dealt with. They have a don't care attitude, refuse to offer assistance and hang up on you. May 14th sales person was out I went with midline pool, was told install would be within 3-4 wks. I had to keep calling to ask about install date was finally told June 24th. Finance calls. Of course they upgrade you. I was told classic is the Cadillac of their pools the best, Fred also told me 4 inches deeper than midline. Found out today by Fred that midline and classic are both 52 inches deep. When I asked why did he tell me when we last spoke it was deeper the conversation ended because he tried to argue that he didn't tell me that and he hung up on me.

We purchased a 27' round, 4' deep above-ground pool from Blue World Pools in 2020. We had a great summer, spending many hours in the pool with family and friends. It was a lifestyle-changing decision, as we found it became a great excuse to grill out, invite people over and relax. After deciding to sell our house that winter, the first thing we did at our new house was to call Blue World Pools and get the same pool again. This is our second pool in 2 years, and one of the best investments we have made. There is nothing more refreshing after doing yard work or a long day at the office than getting into your own pool. Highly recommended!

We love our Aboveground 24' pool. The Blue World Pools guy was awesome to listen to us and our needs and met them all the way. We use it all the time. Easy to clean and maintain. Love the sand ionizing filter. It is the best. Thank you so much.

I signed a contract & paid $4,500 with Blue World Pools to have an above ground pool installed and encountered the worst experience ever. 4/1/22-4/4/22 The installer (1 man) showed up 4 hours late day 1 & late in the evening for the next 3 days. Installer damaged the pool. On day 4, I called company and they terminated their installer and said they would need to bring a new frame and liner & I told them? NO? & I would cancel the sale. I followed cancellation instructions & I have proof of letter received within proper timeframe. They’re not agreeing & threatening arbitration & attorney cost.

I would highly recommend this company for your swimming pool needs. Our experience was smooth from start to finish and we are loving our pool. The installation crew we had were professional and thorough with explaining on how to start up our pool.

Friendly and professional service from the representative that came and presented the pool lines to install. All of the promises of the company were fulfilled in the timeframe stated. Installation was professional and timely. Very satisfied and would recommend 100% to others.

Purchasing was very easy and hassle free. The installation company did a great job and in good timing. Blue world pools makes it very easy to make payments. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

Blue World Pools salespeople are very dishonest and will intentionally lie about many things including delivery times. I purchased a pool from Blue World Pools and the salesman said it would be installed in 3-4 weeks and they could fit the equipment through my 48 inch fence gate. 5 weeks later I just found out the opening needs to be six feet and installation is 3 months not 3 weeks. Very frustrating to have someone lie to my face multiple times for a sale.

The first installation was cancelled and we had to wait a couple of weeks while they found a new installer. During that time they were very hard to get ahold of to try to get a status. The salesman that sold us the pool left a card and said call him anytime but when we tried he never answered or returned any of my calls. The new installers were kind and knowledgeable and did a good job. I am pleased with the final result but not so much with the process we had to go through to get here.

Love my pool. We are a year in and the only struggle is keeping the water clear. The first backwash caused a huge white cloud and we’ve fought it every since. Aside from that Blue World has been great. Jamie

I highly recommend Blue World Pools. I was very skeptical about investing in a Blue World Pool. I decided to check it out and the sales rep was awesome. He was very professional and knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns. He was not pushy and did not pressure me in any way. It was installed in late August by a great crew. Being the end of August left us with little time to enjoy the pool before having to close it up for the winter. We reopened the pool this May and I was so surprised to find that the pool water looked pretty much the same as it did when I closed it, just as I was told it would with following closing procedures. I was amazed how easy it was to get it prepared for this year's swimming season.

Blue World Pools are great, it's been a year and we been enjoying the pool ever since. The pool looks great and the pump is very strong. The pool is a chemical free and that's what we liked about it, we run our pump 12 hours on and the pool stay crystal clear.

Called to make an appointment for a pool quote. Husband and I committed ourselves to 10:30 AM, today. NO one showed up. I called their 800 number. First person I spoke w/ sounded unhappy w/ her job and/or callers. Real attitude. Passed me to sales. Second person was short and gruff w/me right out the gate before he even knew who I was or why I was calling. He says we're not on the "board," whatever that means, and QUICKLY transfers me back to the first person. I tell the first person what little I know, and I am not pleased. She tells me someone "tried" to call us. I said nope; I don't even have a missed call. I went to ask her what phone number she has for us... and suddenly, just like that, the girl who hates her job is gone.

We have had so much fun with our pool. The installation was excellent and timely. We have had it for almost a year and have had no problems. The care and maintenance is easy and the pool is beautiful. We have soooo much fun in our pool!

Items that were left out while the salesman was talking. Now we wish we would of never bought it. Not very happy with what we are stuck paying for. Nothing is right with what the guy said to us. Not any.

We cannot say enough about the Blue World Pools team. They have been the absolute greatest. The pool is amazing, we have had no problems with the pool. The liner, the pump, the vacuum, all of it are fantastic. We are very happy and would and have recommended Blue Worl Pools to everyone wanting an above ground pool.

Our pool is very easy to maintain. The chemical balance is very easy to set up this spring. Over the winter it stayed blue and only required a few chemicals to get totally balanced and ready for swimming fun.

The pool is great and it comes with all the accessories like a ladder, chemicals, pump, vacuum, winter cover and oxidizer. The installation crew were great and answered all questions plus customer service is the best.

Great pool and support team which is available for any troubleshooting. Staff is hopeful and knowledgeable. My children love the pool cooling off during the long summer days and nights. Plus size it all increased the value of property.

First off, we never received our pool contract from the sales representative. Though I have asked for ours several times from different levels/departments within the company. Hold times can be 30 minutes plus for any department without knowing positions in the queue and you most likely will find yourself transferred/redirected for another lengthy hold. I have found hanging up and trying the number+extension again sometimes removes the hold time; makes zero sense.

We were in the market for a pool and came across Blue World Pools. A consultant came out and we discussed packages. There were a few hiccups but they worked with us to resolve and rectify. My family loves this pool! It is huge and beautiful in our yard.

Had the salesman come to my house and it was a very well delivered presentation. Got set up with an install appointment right away and they came out within days. Installation took 1 day and was very clean and good work. Pool has been flawless since and we use it as much as possible.

We called and they scheduled a meeting. He met at our convenience and spent lots of time answering all our questions & concerns. Helped us find ways for great discounts. Took a little long to hear back once we signed up, but finally it all came together. Installers were very nice, but didn’t put the pool close enough to the deck as we had asked. We had to build more deck! But, that’s not Blue World Pools. Everything has gone smooth from their end and we are pleased! We love our pool and hope to enjoy it for many many years!!!

Blue World Pools have been great to us. To begin, the sale person was able to give us a presentation on a Sunday, which was perfect for our work schedule. Installation did take a few months but it was in the time frame we were given. Installers were nice, polite, and showed us how to do everything.

They installed our pool, August 2021 and they have been ext. helpful with helping us winterize and reopen the pool for 2022. Definitely worth the time and money! They also gave us certificates to help us with purchasing products for the pool.

Right from the first day of the pool being filled it leaked. I called and called to get someone to fix it and spent hours on the phone on hold. I was told the installer was not able to fix it due to personal issues, that I understand. However, after a month or better of getting no response or service, the payment department called to set up the payment, I told them I bought a pool not a sieve and that I would make no payment until it was usable. Boy that is when things started happening, I had an installer on the phone really quick and in a hurry wanting to set up an appointment to get it fixed. I can still get no help on this thing. It still leaks but not as bad.

RINKY - DINK COMPANY....You don't want them to contact you. Rinky - Dink company. Requires both people to be home- ok. Proof of ownership of property - ok. Must sit through a 90-minute sales pitch-ok and a credit check before they speak to you - not ok. If I am paying cash you have not business knowing my credit score. Requires a "credit check" even if you are paying cash or the highest expensive pool package. And of course you own your own land - we do. But a credit check. When I question this; they said company policy. Hung up on when I questioned his practice. I called them back. The lady CSR told me it is company policy. Then she told me that they only deal with professional people and hung up on me. Guess they did not know that both my myself and husband are professional people just retired.

Set up crew was amazing, great family hard workers. We love our pool. They met all they said they would do. Love the automatic vacuum. WOW! Love the no chemical filtration system. Two days after taking cover off pool after sitting all winter clear. Only two days.

We love our above ground pool that was installed last year! Pool was installed last summer and went great. There was a slight delay due to COVID but otherwise no issues. Since then we have enjoyed the pool and would do it all over again.

Our pool buying and installation experience was excellent. We are very pleased with our pool. The ionizer is a game changer no chlorine just a gallon of Clorox bleach each week and our pool is sparkly clear.

Great customer service, stands by what they promise. Never an issue. From the moment we met our salesman until recent we have enjoyed our time with BWP. The only issue we had was with our subcontracted installer. We were not happy with them at all, but BWP stood by us. When our pump failed they had a new one out to us within 2 days at 0 cost to my family.

Pool was as advertised. Installation was smooth. One year later all is good :). Blue World Pools has contacted me on several occasions to make sure I am still satisfied with the pool and to let me know if I have any questions or concerns to contact them for help if needed. Installer excellent, had to wait 12 weeks and I was told by sales rep 6 wk wait. When installer had pool set up it was missing parts, had to wait several days therefore the installer was here longer. Other than that I love pool. ⌨️ Was also told no chemicals were needed except Clorox once a week. I still have to add different chemicals

I had such an amazing experience with my purchase from this company. The communication was clear and I received everything that was promised to me. Set up was quick and completed as promised. Even after my pool was set up and I had an issue they sent someone out to address my concerns very quickly.

This is a good buy, it's very durable, good size. We had a pool party there was around 13 people in the pool and a volleyball net. It was a lot of fun. It's big enough to lay on the floating devices, the pump is quiet. So it makes swimming enjoyable.

Since installing the Blue World Pool, we have been making memories with our family and friends! The pool operates just as advertised! We could not be happier! After having the pool shut down for winter it was so easy to get ready for the summer!

Had pool installed August 2021. Installation team was great. We are looking forward to getting more use this summer. My 6 year son loves it. We are having issues using the $75 gift certificate. I did find out that I have to go thru the service department for that. We were not told when we bought the pool.
