Great company, great product, great price. Going on a third year and I plan in many many more.

They lie and steal from people! They was supposed to deliver my pool yesterday. They never showed up! They were supposed to deliver again today and the ionization system was out of stock! They ship the pool without the biggest selling point! They didn’t bother to call and say anything about it! Once they get your money they don’t give a crap about you!!!! Shame on you!!! I want my deposit back!! Don’t buy from this company!!

Installing was fast and the people were knowledgeable. Pool is great quality.

We have not yet received our installation and summer is going by. I’m disappointed. We were told The end of May. Now June 12th. Now put off again.

Love the pool. No complaints other than when tornado hit our area and the cost to get the pool fix. Our homeowners insurance would not cover the pool.

The company were very helpful in getting the pool liner replaced after setup the pool, the liner was leaking, they came out and replaced it a month later; but they still wanted me to make the payments on time even though the pool was not complete.

I recently installed the pool myself and they helped me all the way. Could not have done it without them. Competitive prices.

They tell you that you have a warrant, but you don't. When you called them, we don't covered that, but you can buy it we will send it, plus shipping cost.

My experience with Blue World Pool’s has been positive. The ionizer works great keeping the water clear only adding 1 gallon of bleach per week. The service department has been very helpful.

I absolutely love my pool! We got the 18 ft circle. My favorite part is that it’s a fresh water pool. When I flop in it in the middle of the day, I don’t have to shower to feel clean afterwards. I can just go about my day! The whole process has been super easy!

After much research on other pool companies we settled on Blue World Pools and could not be happier. From the start they were very helpful with our pool purchase. We are very pleased with our Blue World Pool. We have had it for 7 years and haven't had any issues with it. Would definitely recommend them.

The pool was installed very quickly. However, the company that installed the pool left cigarette butts all over our yard. Also, they did not use all the sand that should have been provided and the bottom of our pool is very lumpy. The pool cover that was provided also did not last through the winter and it shredded. We now have to purchase another pool cover and clean the inside of the pool.

I bought a 24ft pool back 1.5 years ago and after the winter and opened my pool. The following weeks of opening my pool I noticing a small wet area 3 ft to the left of my pump. At first I thought it was the drain hose from draining the pool because of all the rain we had. So I moved it. After about a week after the wet area was still there. So I called to get it fixed. Now they want to charge me $1600 to replace the liner because it developed holes in the pool due to low water level. And they want to charge me for labor to fix their leak that caused this issue in the first place. And then threaten me with a lien. If I don't pay even though the leak from the install caused the entire issue.

We bought our 24’ Blue World Pool 5 years ago. We enjoy the ease of care. No chemicals. No constant checking levels. We simply change the ionizer once a year and pour in a gallon of bleach once a week. When I do check levels. It’s always perfect. The same water we put in 5 years ago is still clear. We don’t have a long winter, so the pool doesn’t stay covered long. We do add water when it evaporates from our bright sunny days. I am in the pool every morning getting my exercise. The pool is the main attraction when the Grandchildren visit. The pool is always a big hit with BBQ’s with the neighbors. I love that we have so much fun and the upkeep is minimal.

John Mabank Tx. Upgraded to a Classic pool because of the warranty. My pool is only 5 1/2 years old, and this just happened. Called and sent them pictures just to hear It doesn't have a warranty. A lot of money and no pool. I would like for them to at least be honest about what is covered when you buy their product. Think Before You Buy!!!! Just Saying. I think the pictures says it all.

I like that the pool uses a copper ionizer. I think it helps using less chemicals. We have had it for several years. Makes summer so much better. Installation was great. Customer service helpful and responsive.

Been trying to get a a quote on a pool. But have been told I have to schedule a site survey and have a rep come out and talk with me for 90 mins just to give me quote. Have had to call multiple times because customer service wants to hang up on me and ignore me when I ask them questions.

The product we purchased was excellent and the install was great.

We love our pool. We are in it as much as possible. Clean up is easy. Equipment works exactly as advertised. Never had 1 issue from install to closing it every year. I do wish they had a dedicated system to cover the pool available. But we make it happen. Can’t say enough about how happy we are with the pool.
