How do Jacuzzi Bath Remodels work?

Jacuzzi provides a free design consultation to help you find an ideal tub or shower for your new or existing bathroom. The company offers everything from walls and bases to fixtures and accessories to replace your existing tub or shower. You can buy its products online or at a local showroom. Installation is available through the retailer or a local service company.

Jacuzzi Bathrooms operates through third-party dealers nationwide. Bathroom options, offers and experience vary from location to location. Installation timelines can also vary by dealer.

Jacuzzi Bathrooms advertises one-day remodels. "One-day" refers to the physical swap of the tub or shower unit once preparation is complete. Pre-work — including measurements, product ordering, permit approvals and any structural repairs discovered during demolition — can take weeks. Reviews often note confusion around this timeline.

Jacuzzi Bath Remodel services

Jacuzzi’s bath remodels offer luxury bathroom appliances as well as hot tubs, swim spas, saunas and massage chairs. Its bathroom products include:

  • Bathtubs
  • Bathtub fixtures
  • Bathtub doors
  • Shower fixtures
  • Shower bases
  • Shower doors
  • Bathroom accessories

Its installations include high-quality materials, such as Jacuzzi’s nonporous, acrylic Tri-Tek™ material. Its tubs typically feature sleek designs and advanced options like jets, aromatherapy, smart controls and more.

Jacuzzi safety and accessibility products

Jacuzzi also provides safety remodels to help make your bathroom more accessible. The company offers low-threshold, no-barrier, and rolling walk-in shower bases. You can also choose from a number of ergonomic and adjustable shower heads, as well as these accessories:

  • Grab bars
  • Fold-down seats
  • Built-in seats

Jacuzzi Bath Remodel cost

While Jacuzzi offers some budget options, many of its products are known for luxury materials and styling, making much of its catalog more expensive than competing brands’ showers and tubs. For example, Jacuzzi bathtub prices typically range from about $1,100 to $9,800. Prices can vary significantly by item type and retailer.

Jacuzzi provides a custom quote during your consultation. That price is valid for one full year.

FAQ

How long does a Jacuzzi bathroom renovation take?

Jacuzzi bathroom remodels can be done in as little as a day; however, for larger bathroom remodeling projects, renovations might take longer. Your remodeler will walk you through the timeline before starting the process.

Does Jacuzzi handle the installation process?

No, Jacuzzi does not handle the installation process, though local showrooms typically offer installation services. If you purchased your Jacuzzi tub at a big-box hardware store, you’ll need to arrange installation with a bathroom remodeler or install the tub yourself.

What warranty do Jacuzzi Bathrooms products have?

All Jacuzzi baths are covered by a limited lifetime warranty that applies to the bath and all components, as long as they were purchased through an authorized dealer and installed by a certified technician.

Where is Jacuzzi bath remodeling available?

Jacuzzi bathtubs are available nationwide. Check its website to find a showroom and to view nearby retailers’ product selections. Ratings and reviews can vary by retailer, so make sure to narrow down your search to the showroom closest to you.

What materials are used in Jacuzzi bath remodels?

Jacuzzi bath remodels use Tri-Tek™ composite acrylic for its tubs, showers and wall surrounds. This material has a high-density PVC core and dual aluminum backing. It’s scratch-, UV-, and wear-resistant. It also has an antimicrobial surface layer, making it easy to keep clean.

Still have questions?

Are Jacuzzi Bath Remodels worth it?

Jacuzzi is a household name for bath products due to its high-quality, reliable fixtures for both standard and luxury bathrooms. Many of its products are expensive, but the company has options for varying budgets, and financing is available. Jacuzzi bath installation is often fast, but note that it’s typically arranged through a third party.

The only reasons for me to hire Jacuzzi in because of their TV advertisement with a well known tv personality and because I was caring for my dad with dementia we needed a walk in shower for my dad's safety. In short everything with process and pricing was fine except for the contractor that took care of use at the time the company went out of business and not sure why Jacuzzi couldn't have contacted another contractor take care of us but since my issues was concerning the shower door they directed me to the shower door company which is in Canada.

I had an issue with water leaks out of the doors plus one side of the shower door when you open to the far end the door will move on it's own, it was once fixed with the last contractor that installed the walk in shower but the concerns with the door and leaking water still remains. When speaking to the shower door company which is Fleuco the guy there wanted me to try to fix myself or hire someone to fix, this supposed to be under warranty repair but they don't do house calls. So I reported them to the BBB but since the contact info I gave the BBB Jacuzzi or the shower company won't respond, so BBB canceled my complaint. Oh and lastly Jacuzzi said since the shower doors wasn't their brand they can't fix my concerns, I said wow and they said if I wanted to have their brand shower doors installed I need to do another bathroom remodel with them, that's crazy!! I rather hire someone local next time.

I decided to contact Jacuzzi re upgrade 2 bathrooms in my home. I am a widower in my 80's. Need to sell the house. Jacuzzi sent '5 Star Remodel' out of ROCHESTER? I signed Contract for 2 conversions total cost $28,000. On June 2, 2026. Gave My ck. for $9,400, 1/3 down payment. JULY 2 CALL from 5 Star, waiting for material. July 8 I requested cancel the project. My 95 y/o Sister in California wants me to visit. 5 Star said it is too late to cancel and they will keep my $9,400.

We live in a remote area. When I visited with person one he guaranteed we were in the area. So we made an appointment for the following Monday 20 minutes before the appointment they sent me a text message stating that they had to reschedule. So I rescheduled for the next morning same time then they sent me a text message saying that we had to reschedule one hour before our appointment. So we made an appointment for 6 o’clock that night this appointment was made after visiting with two separate ladies. 6 o’clock came and went no one showed up no text message so I called changing our plans three times. The guy informed me that oh well we don’t service that area. I don’t know why anybody would’ve made appointments so for this company I think they suck! very unreliable. They need to train their phone people better so they know what they’re doing. Very disappointed.

My wife went to Washington Square Mall and visited with a sales agent, then came to our house to show us what you had to offer. Mistake 1, the salesman didn't submit our contract and money on time. Jacuzzi took 5-6 weeks to start the installation. Didn't complete the job to our satisfaction, my wife called and asked for the completion. Was advised parts where on backorder. Today date is June 25th, 2026! April 2026 to almost July 4th, 2026. Don't ever buy from Jacuzzi!

Jacuzzi Bath is a damned annoying company. In the last 3 weeks we got calls and calls every day. We told them we do not need their service and that the work is done by somebody else. But they keep on calling. We do not want to answer the phone anymore because of those stupid calls. They do not call. Registry does not work either. So people do not deal with this company!!!!

Was taken hook, line and sinker!! Salesman has his sale pitches and will convince you they’re the best because they custom make their bases. Our base was an unusual size, so we went for it. Unfortunately, the base they installed wouldn’t drain. Took several calls to get a response. Took months for the job to be completed and 3 trips for their installers to get the job done correctly. They had to tear out their install and started over. We also decided to go through their financing, which we were required to make payments before work was completed. No one will call you back, they give you the runaround, commercials are a joke, all lies! They broke a vase, left our outside faucet running for hours, the mess was overwhelming. Please do your research before hiring. They talk a big talk to get you to sign on and then crickets.

Do not fall for the national TV commercials claiming Jacuzzi is "waiving all installation costs." It is a complete scam to get a high-pressure salesman into your living room. I called Jacuzzi corporate ahead of time to confirm the ad, and they explicitly told me I would only pay for the materials/kit and zero labor. When the local representative arrived, he did the usual free consultation, gave me a massive verbal quote of $17,000, and completely blew me off when I asked about the free installation commercial. He refused to put a single thing in writing because he knew the pricing was a sham.

To make it worse, when I called Jacuzzi customer service to report this, the representative claimed "Jacuzzi doesn't do Wisconsin" and called their own local partner an imposter—despite me holding official folder packets and business cards explicitly branded with both Jacuzzi and their authorized local installer, Tundraland. Total corporate disconnect, deceptive advertising, and zero accountability. Do not let them in your house.

Never offered the “0” interest and free installation. Shower did get installed and there are draining issues. Jacuzzi called me 2 days ago saying they would call me back. Never did. It’s lifetime warranty so they either fix the issue or they can tear the whole shower out and reinstall. So buyer be aware of salesman tactics. Whatever they advertise on TV make sure they sign off on it. Oh ya the receipt or completion order is a joke. Hand scribbled. Unprofessional.

Tile floors new toilet and vanity and glass shower door. Tile half way up walls. New door new window. Less than 17,000. Don't fall for info babes selling this crap!
