All "U" Need Pest Control Reviews

We have the pest control services done for our second home and we are not always there. My next-door neighbor recommended All "U" Need and they’ve been doing a good job. While I'm not there, I don't want some infestation and not even know about it until I come back later. In the past, all they've had to do is just spray on the outside. But we were starting to get some bugs on the inside, like ants. So they came in and took care of all those and they all went away. So it was nice.

Most of the people in the neighborhood were using All "U" Need, which was how I knew about them. So far, interacting with the team has been good. The technician who came out on the first visit didn’t do much. I told him I had a little problem in the house and he ignored it. I didn’t like that. I had to call back and get someone else to come out. But since then, pest activity has been good, though I still have a little bit of a problem right now. This was the first time the reps came out outside of the normal routine. If the issue had been addressed the first time the rep came out on his normal routine, the second guy wouldn’t have had to come. The first guy on the normal routine didn’t seem very ambitious. All "U" Need is good and fairly priced, though they raised it. The main thing is that they stay on, spraying around the foundation and doing what they have to do.

Our other company was charging an arm and a leg, and All "U" Need Pest Control came in with a really good package. We switched to them and so far, I like their pricing. It has stayed at that particular amount for a couple years now and I'm happy with them. The guys that come to the house are very polite and well dressed. They're not pushy about what they're selling. They fog the lanai for the spiders, so we just get the basic stuff for the bait traps. They test all of those or they check them every time they come. Since getting their service, the pest activity in our home has been negligible.

All "U" Need was reasonably priced and the most honest, reliable and realistic of the people that we talked to. It’s been about two years since we decided to go with them. They came to us door-to-door and the reps are always very good and thorough. They're polite and professional. They treat the property quarterly and the results have been very positive. We have cat food on the floor, and I thought there were ants around it. We couldn't seem to get rid of them and on a normal treatment of the property, the rep came inside and looked at them. He got his magnifying lens out and took pictures, and determined that they weren't ants. They were flour beetles. So, we started looking around and found them inside our cabinet, where we store our flour and cereal. They didn’t treat it, though. We just had to throw everything, and the beetles went away, and All "U" Need didn’t charge me anything extra for it.

All "U" Need Pest Control had a salesman that came around our neighborhood and he was already treating some of the other neighbors. I liked his attitude and they've got a good reputation in the area. So I've been with them for a little over a year and so far, they've done everything that I need for the pest control on my book. The guys who come out work all of our yard and clean the lanai from any cobwebs. They also fog the inside of the lanai for any of the other leftover insects. They send out different guys at different times and they all seem to be right on the spot. They're on an automatic schedule, but they email me a couple of days in advance and tell me when they're coming out. Then, the tech that comes out to spray always sends me a text a couple of hours before he shows up. So they have really good communication.

All "U" Need has taken care of spraying the exterior for bugs. We schedule their service once a month. Everything's been okay, so far. My biggest concern is that they're also supposed to take a big stick and clean all the cobwebs and all that stuff around the soffits, the fascia in the pool room. There had been a couple of times I've gone out there, and the pool has just been loaded with cobwebs.

I've used All "U" Need for a couple of years. Since using them, I haven't had any bugs in the house. I'm very happy. Once in a while, they check in with me and ask if I have any issues. Or if they're coming out, if I have any specific issues. So far, they've done such a good job. They do their job, and I hardly ever see them. Communicating with them has been easy as well.

All "U" Need Pest Control comes out automatically every three months. I've never had an issue with them. The interactions I had with the technicians have always been positive if I had any questions. The technicians are always very cordial. They explain what they're doing. It's a professional company. I've been with them for three years now and once they come out and do their thing, I've never had any issues. It's excellent service.

All "U" Need Pest Control is great. They're always there when we call them and they come on the same day or the next day. They're amazing and we really like them a lot. We worked with Terminix before and compared to them, All "U" Need Pest Control is a lot better in terms of general pest control. The only thing they probably don't compete with is their upcharges for roaches or bed bugs.

The pest control place I used to have ended up poisoning my dogs. They almost died after after getting into the rat bait station and they had their stomachs pumped. It was rough. All "U" Need Pest Control seemed to be local and a smaller company, and I wanted to support a smaller local business, so I went with them. They come once a quarter for the treatment and I've referred them to numerous amount of neighbors that weren't happy with their other service. If I call and there's an issue, they're out in the next day or two. So, I'm completely satisfied.

We have a service plan with All "U" Need Pest Control, and when we have issues, they come on the same day. They come out when we ask them, they do what they say they're going to do, and for the most part, it has worked. They've been informative and helpful. It's Florida, and we're going to have these little issues. It has been successful.

They come while I'm not there, take care of it, and they're gone. I used to have ants in the house, and they're no longer there. They've taken care of it. I don’t have any problems. All "U" Need Pest Control is as good as everybody, or a bit better. The tech did the job. He did the areas I told him needed attention. I have some vegetables growing. He said he would avoid them with his pest control, which was nice of him to notice that. Not everybody can recognize plants that are food-bearing. He was thorough with everything. I watched him for a bit. And when he walked around, he went by me because I was outside, and he was attentive in telling me to close my doors.

The sales rep from All “U” Need was canvassing the neighborhood, and when he saw that someone was living here, he came in, introduced himself, and I signed the contract with them then. It was a good deal. The guarantee of the work as the owner of the company made the employees stockholders. We were concerned about ants. The rep had all kinds of stuff to take care of them, but he said it would work. Then they told me about the Sentricon. This year, they did the annual look-see on the termites, and it so happened that the bait traps attracted the worst kind of termite possible. It wasn't in my house yet, but the traps around the house had significant number. So, I'll stick with people that work for me. They stand by their work, and that's all you can ask for. I got what I paid for.

I moved into my house, and the biggest problem I had is the spider webs on my lanai cage or my pool cage. My neighbors recommended All "U" Need Pest Control and they're great. They treated the cage with something special when I asked for that. I have no problems with them. They reach out when it's time for the service and they do a great job. They're fair, responsible, friendly, and professional. They're reasonably priced and I highly recommend them.

All "U" Need Pest Control has done fine. They come out every six months. Getting started with them was easy. Their service has been satisfactory. However, it's not consistent. I know that only when they do the pool can they go up so high. I know there are obstacles as far as the sun in your eyes. But they do an okay job.

The quality of their service is good. They take care of the pest. And if I have a problem, I call them, and they come back. They schedule the service calls. Then they just tell me when they're coming. I've recommended All "U" Need to other people in the area, because there was another pest control that is supposedly free for one year. And my neighbor had some wasps on his property. I told my neighbor, “All “U” Need is all you need."

All "U" Need Pest Control's sales guy came over and because of him, I decided to avail of their services. Their price is good and my appointments with them are set up automatically. They just notify me when they're coming. The technicians who come out do a great job. They do everything they told me they were going to do and I had no issues with any pests since I've been with them.

My neighbor was using All "U" Need Pest Control and I was referred to them. Their technicians come once a month and so far, there doesn't seem to be any bugs around. They just come on a certain date and they do their stuff. They're good.

They never showed up as I asked in the beginning to leave a card on the front porch when you spray, 6 months later I not receive a single card. I asked my credit card company to please refund my money but for some odd reason Capital One is siding with them. On top of $50.00 a month payments they charged me a $225.00 for cancellation. There is no cancellation, I never received any services.

All “U” Need Pest Control does a great job and they're very customer-friendly. I used them at another location I had over in Montezuma and when I bought a new house, I decided to use them again. They're very detailed in what they do and you don't even know they're here. They send me a text when it's time for my service, then the techs come in and do their job. It looks like their products are working so far and their price is not bad.

We've been with All "U" Need Pest Control for about eight months. Initially, a young and salesman-y guy knocked on our door and we set up the service with him. The techs that have come here have been professional and courteous.

I have limited experience with All "U" Need Pest Control because I only recently purchased the house. They did a good enough job that the prior owners wanted to refer them. So, that’s probably a good sign. They are scheduled upfront, and they send me a note and say that they're on their way, and the service gets done. So, it's all pre-set. The tech mostly does the perimeter but if I'm at home, then they're able to come in and do the inside. I'm not there that much, though, so I’ve had almost no interaction with them inside the house. But All "U" Need has done a great job with everything I've needed.

All "U" Need Pest Control came to our door in the neighborhood to introduce themselves and we just terminated our agreement with another major company, which we were unhappy with. So it was a good coincidence that they showed up on that time and so far, our experience has been very good. Different techs have shown up, but they're mostly very competent and they're passing on a lot of information for us to understand what is happening and what we need to pay attention to. It's very informative for us and it's not like they just show up and do something and then disappear again. One thing I don't like though is the company sends too many emails about services that we don't need. We had several emails about the termites in the area and we need termite controlling. We also receive emails about rodents. It's a bit too aggressive marketing.

I don't like bugs and All "U" Need Pest Control has been serving my new home since November. One of my neighbors uses them, and they left a card on my doorstep, so I reached out. I have them come quarterly to my house and I don’t even have to schedule anything because they let me know in advance and then come for the service. I was not home during their most recent visit, but they sprayed everywhere outside. I have an outdoor lanai and the screen was locked to it. I was able to open my garage door and the technician went through the house to be able to spray outside.

The previous homeowner used All "U" Need Pest Control. They were highly recommended on social media as well so I continued the service with them. I had a treatment the other day and talked to the technician. I'm going to set up annual termite treatment and plan with them in the next month. Scheduling the service works great. Unless they have to come in the house, typically, they just email and send a text message, saying the technician is going to be by on such day and a window of time. I happened to be here the other day when the technician came out and he was asking questions for information or issues I need to address.

All U Need comes once every three months. They do a good job in keeping the bugs away. They were here yesterday and cleaned the eaves and sprayed for bugs.

We’ve been with All U Need for seven years now ever since we built the house. They schedule our service and, generally, we aren't here when they come so we haven't had any face-to-face interaction, but they do what they need to do. We have had pests from time to time and they've taken care of the problem right away. We’ve been satisfied with their service.

The tech came and told us what he was gonna do and if we had any other concerns. I said, “No, I just want you to do a good barrier around the house to stop them outside so they don't come in.”

The homeowner before us used All "U" Need Pest Control. I also saw a lot of signs in our neighborhood of other people using them so I tried them as well, and they do a great job. They schedule the service, and then text and send us emails. We can also call and talk to them if we need to, and they're professional.
