Most of the people in the neighborhood were using All "U" Need, which was how I knew about them. So far, interacting with the team has been good. The technician who came out on the first visit didn’t do much. I told him I had a little problem in the house and he ignored it. I didn’t like that. I had to call back and get someone else to come out. But since then, pest activity has been good, though I still have a little bit of a problem right now. This was the first time the reps came out outside of the normal routine. If the issue had been addressed the first time the rep came out on his normal routine, the second guy wouldn’t have had to come. The first guy on the normal routine didn’t seem very ambitious. All "U" Need is good and fairly priced, though they raised it. The main thing is that they stay on, spraying around the foundation and doing what they have to do.

The sales rep from All “U” Need was canvassing the neighborhood, and when he saw that someone was living here, he came in, introduced himself, and I signed the contract with them then. It was a good deal. The guarantee of the work as the owner of the company made the employees stockholders. We were concerned about ants. The rep had all kinds of stuff to take care of them, but he said it would work. Then they told me about the Sentricon. This year, they did the annual look-see on the termites, and it so happened that the bait traps attracted the worst kind of termite possible. It wasn't in my house yet, but the traps around the house had significant number. So, I'll stick with people that work for me. They stand by their work, and that's all you can ask for. I got what I paid for.

Our other company was charging an arm and a leg, and All "U" Need Pest Control came in with a really good package. We switched to them and so far, I like their pricing. It has stayed at that particular amount for a couple years now and I'm happy with them. The guys that come to the house are very polite and well dressed. They're not pushy about what they're selling. They fog the lanai for the spiders, so we just get the basic stuff for the bait traps. They test all of those or they check them every time they come. Since getting their service, the pest activity in our home has been negligible.

All "U" Need was reasonably priced and the most honest, reliable and realistic of the people that we talked to. It’s been about two years since we decided to go with them. They came to us door-to-door and the reps are always very good and thorough. They're polite and professional. They treat the property quarterly and the results have been very positive. We have cat food on the floor, and I thought there were ants around it. We couldn't seem to get rid of them and on a normal treatment of the property, the rep came inside and looked at them. He got his magnifying lens out and took pictures, and determined that they weren't ants. They were flour beetles. So, we started looking around and found them inside our cabinet, where we store our flour and cereal. They didn’t treat it, though. We just had to throw everything, and the beetles went away, and All "U" Need didn’t charge me anything extra for it.

All "U" Need Pest Control had a salesman that came around our neighborhood and he was already treating some of the other neighbors. I liked his attitude and they've got a good reputation in the area. So I've been with them for a little over a year and so far, they've done everything that I need for the pest control on my book. The guys who come out work all of our yard and clean the lanai from any cobwebs. They also fog the inside of the lanai for any of the other leftover insects. They send out different guys at different times and they all seem to be right on the spot. They're on an automatic schedule, but they email me a couple of days in advance and tell me when they're coming out. Then, the tech that comes out to spray always sends me a text a couple of hours before he shows up. So they have really good communication.

All "U" Need Pest Control comes out automatically every three months. I've never had an issue with them. The interactions I had with the technicians have always been positive if I had any questions. The technicians are always very cordial. They explain what they're doing. It's a professional company. I've been with them for three years now and once they come out and do their thing, I've never had any issues. It's excellent service.

All "U" Need Pest Control is great. They're always there when we call them and they come on the same day or the next day. They're amazing and we really like them a lot. We worked with Terminix before and compared to them, All "U" Need Pest Control is a lot better in terms of general pest control. The only thing they probably don't compete with is their upcharges for roaches or bed bugs.

The pest control place I used to have ended up poisoning my dogs. They almost died after after getting into the rat bait station and they had their stomachs pumped. It was rough. All "U" Need Pest Control seemed to be local and a smaller company, and I wanted to support a smaller local business, so I went with them. They come once a quarter for the treatment and I've referred them to numerous amount of neighbors that weren't happy with their other service. If I call and there's an issue, they're out in the next day or two. So, I'm completely satisfied.

We have a service plan with All "U" Need Pest Control, and when we have issues, they come on the same day. They come out when we ask them, they do what they say they're going to do, and for the most part, it has worked. They've been informative and helpful. It's Florida, and we're going to have these little issues. It has been successful.

Our neighbors around us used All "U" Need Pest Control, and they liked them. The communication is fine, but I never interact with them. They come while I'm not there, take care of it, and they're gone. I used to have ants in the house, and they're no longer there. They've taken care of it. I don’t have any problems. They do a great job.
