My previous employer purchased a Polaroid Tv FLM-3232 from Circuit City for an office contest. The TV is mine now and the tuner has gone out. The TV was purchased 3/16/06 as the offer for an extended warranty shows from Circuit City.Polaroid insists I have to have the original receipt for any repairs to be done although they know how widespread the problems are with this particular TV are. After researching the internet found many complaints about individuals who did have their receipts and were still unable to get Polaroid to repair their TV.

Polaroid should have recalled this model due to the widespread issues with the tuners going out and I find this very disturbing. The original cost of this TV was more than 1,300.The tuner went out in less than a year.I will certainly spread the word not to ever purchase a Polaroid TV. Customer service has been rude and offered no help.

My case is not isolated according to the complaints on the internet. I beleive this complaint applies to many nationwide.

been calling to get warranty info and service for a week...just got thru and told I'd been calling Canada!! Then they tell me they cannot find a service person to come to the house and to bring it to a service center, which is 56 mi. round trip ! The warranty states there is in home service. What is the problem. If I have to go 56 mi. away is Polaroid going to pay my gas ? I need an answer. Spent a lot of $$ for the TV...and it lasted a little less than 7 months ! Need answers.....

Bought a Polaroid FDM-0700A under the cabinet TV. The product went out in less than 8 months of use. We have freinds who purchased at the same time and product went out in less than 4 months. The LCD screen went black. I have been on the web reading reviews (there are hundreds) and I have not found one where anyone has said the product lasted them longer than 1 year. Polaroid needs to recall this product it is obviously a dud. Consumers expect much more out of a company like Polaroid and every review I have read - Polaroid is losing consumer loyalty with a quickness!

Out the $225 cost to buy the product. Product only had 90 day warranty.

Bought undercabinet tv from radio shack and it went out twice. Polaroid just today told me there is a defect with the product. It is the LCD screen. I was told to send them $110 for a new unit. I told suzy that is not my fault that the unit was defected and that I should not have to pay an additional $110 for an up to date unit. Polaroid has not taken responsibility for their bad units. No recalls at all. This unit is very bad and the consumer is being trick into spending even more money to get the unit fixed. Polaroid should take responsibility for this piece of equipment and fix it at their expense not the consumer. My unit isn't even a year old.

Radio shack has numerous complaints about this unit and no one from Polaroid will take blame. They know what the problem is now recall it and keep your customers happy.

My husband spent his hard earned money on this product and not to mention our new kitchen cabinets have holes in them from the undermount unit. We feel like Polaroid has ripped us and thousands others off. Think of those who don't call. Money in todays society is
