Absolute joke price went from 149 to 349. They took the payment for 349 3 weeks ago and still haven't sent a message or responded to my calls. 1 week from next payment and haven't even received the other shipment.

This company is a scam. Stole $600 from me. Never wrote a script, never sent medication. Customer service is non-existent. Telephone goes right to answering machine with no callbacks. Emails go unanswered. Filed claim with my credit card company.

Beware that it is impossible to cancel membership. You can’t cancel online, emails go unanswered and no one answers the phone. I had to have my credit card close my account and issue me another card so they would stop charging me. Don’t join unless you want to be charged for life.

DON'T DO IT! They told me to cancel and there's nowhere to cancel so they will continue to charge you $299 a month and you won't ever receive your glp-1. You have to cancel your credit card. You can never get through to Customer Service and no one will return your call. I'm contacting the FBI and the attorney general of California because this is a TOTAL SCAM!!

I wish I would have found these reviews before I tried Sprout as well. First off, since of course you have to pay before the Dr. prescribes anything, I was unaware of any of the pharmacies used. But as I am waiting for a week and a half for the meds to come through, I had plenty of time to look into the exact ones I would be receiving from. Turns out the one they associated with my account had been closed down for scamming consumers with fake medicine. I instantly contacted Sprout customer support and the Dr. both. I received a message from the Dr. that the pharmacy would be changed. It was, and I received my meds 2 days later. But here after 3 months I haven't had any success at all.
I inquired about my concerns after the 2nd month and was told I need to exercise more and try dieting. Seriously? As if I'm not already doing that. Like it's my fault there's no results. I have lost 6 lbs total and that's because of giving up sodas. Not anything their medication has done. I was on the shots through a different company beforehand and lost 22 lbs in 3 month. I got laid off my job after that so I was forced to stop the process and when I found Sprout and their prices were better, I tried it again. I'm very aggravated with the entire company and when I told them I was going to have vial analyzed their response was that I didn't need to do that. They only use reputable pharmacies. Yeah right! That's why the initial pharmacy they tacked me with is being investigated!! Bad, bad choice to go with.

I had been on Wegovy for about 15 months and lost 45lbs. I was on the max dose of 2.4mg. I wanted to do it slow to avoid skin sagging. Insurance no longer covered Wegovy so I shopped around and decided on Sprout. They were responsive and shipped out timely. Since I’m not a pharmacist, I made sure to ask how much to take that would equate to the 2.4 mg pen of Wegovy. They told me 26 units in the syringe. I tried one month and in one month I gained 5 lbs. The food noise and cravings were horrible.
I contacted them to let them know and got a generic answer that it may take time for that to go away. Um no…I haven’t had cravings and had no problem walking through the bakery department when I was on Wegovy. Once I switched, I had no control. I stopped with them after the first month and gaining 5 lbs. I started researching and found out that 2.4 mg of Wegovy is equal to 96 units of Semaglutide. Thank you, Sprout, for putting me through this month of hell. I switched to TrimRX and they’re telling me to take 56 units. I’m now questioning if that’s correct. I’m off to fight with them now.

I was looking for another provider to Lilly Direct's crazy price of $499 for Zepbound 15 mg. Sprouts sign up was easy; no membership fees: OK reviews, and the price was great, so I gave it a try. But after the 2nd and 3rd month delayed shipments (2.5 weeks respectively) AND not losing 1 oz, I began to wonder. No dr. interaction, customer service is non existent and still no weight loss, so I left. While I realize that a compounded version is not authentic zepbound, I didn't expect the differences to be that dramatic. By day 3, lots of food noise, not feeling satisfied/full, strong cravings and by day 5, it was completely worn off. I know a lot of people on compounded tirzepatide, from other pharmacies and have had success. Not sure what pharmacies Sprout uses, but their formulas are ineffective.

I wanted to believe this was a honest company, I ordered and was was impressed with how fast the medicine (if you want to call it that) came. The joke of medicine in the bottle was laughable, I’ve used this med before and the dose they use can’t be right. I did send an email with my concerns and someone named Sarah responded, seemingly a little ditzy in her mannerisms, I assumed overworked or whatever, I made it clear the product was not to my satisfaction and would not be reordering. Lo and behold they charged my card a month later, they won’t answer calls or emails at this point so I’m forced to made a dispute with my credit agency. Beware, I feel this is a half baked company that has no buisness working with people.
I will in some regard offer a compliment on the way the artificial medicine was shipped, they sent all the supplies and everything was professionally looking as I opened the package. It’s a farce. It seems to work for them so they’ll keep it up. Just beware, very poor customer service and there is no way to “unsubscribe” on their web page, and not answering phones or emails makes it ever so easy for them to keep charging and shipping. So If I have to hire an attorney I will. These kind of people must be stopped.

If I could give zero stars I would in a heartbeat. My card was charged on 3/10. On 3/12 the "doctor" decided she wouldn't prescribe me the very same semaglutide that I've been on for 2.5 months. It's now 3/16 and I have yet to see a response from their customer service, much less a refund.

If I could give negative stars I would! I have contacted customer support via phone twice. Left messages both times and have not received any call back - I’ve requested to cancel and was still charged. I have also emailed into supports 3+ times with no resolve. Not being able to contact customer service is horrible, no response no care. Highly DO NOT recommend this company!

Product came filled with air and you cannot Get in contact with anyone to cancel. Big mistake! There is no option to cancel subscription and no one answers the phone or responds on the patient portal.

Absolutely horrible customer service just like Priority Meds. Both companies need to be put out of business. You can never get a live person when you call Sprouts phone number and the email response is almost nonexistent. It should be as simple as clicking unsubscribe, and then a refund should be processed within a few business days, but that is not the case with sprout health. It seems like most of these obscure online pharmacies are a scam.

Sprout was okay when everything was okay. They completely botched the shipping address for my order! You cannot get in contact with ANYONE. "No support agents available". Absolutely a disgraceful company at this point. Took the money and no follow through! I will now be without medication! Filing a complaint with my bank for fraud at this point if they don't rectify this. I see I'm not the only one!

Where do I start? It took a week to receive the medication, and the medication does not work. I noticed zero appetite suppression. I've been on name brand weight loss medications, so I know how my body responds to these types of meds. Still hungry, no weight loss. I've been trying to call, no answer, no call back when leaving messages. No email response and I can't log in to my account. I'm sent a code then no option to login after entering the code.

Product was ok but the customers service, leaving messages, email HORRIBLE. Based on that tried to cancel MULTIPLE TIMES, MULTIPLE ways and they tried to charge my card again. When you can't cancel or get a hold of them that ALWAYS leaves me with a bad feeling. Changed providers and I can talk to someone any time! Too bad for Sprout.

I signed up and they immediately took my money. I had read some bad reviews but figured why not try for myself. I'm so sorry I didn't listen. They sent my medication within 4 days of signing up so I was so excited but after opening my package and looking at the volume to my surprise instead of the 4 injections as promised I only had 2 injections. I had to cancel my subscription and was told via messenger it had been canceled but I continued to check daily but it hasn't been canceled ever time I check in online so i had to lock my card to keep them from charging me on the 27th. Every time you try going back in to cancel your subscription it has disappeared and no longer available anymore. False information to get your money, a huge scam.

DO NOT order from them! I cannot emphasize the DO NOT part enough. I never received the product. No response to emails I sent. I had to file a claim with the BBB to get any resolution. I did research. Depending on who you ask, the reviews were good. This is not my first rodeo. Sometimes you get what you pay for. DO NOT!

Communication is not their forte as I have been calling, emailing, leaving messages with no response back. I even alerted the Dr that I have not received my medication to start the program. Took my money quickly but no product.

I ordered meds January 27 2026. It's now February 8th. I still have not received my order due to mistake on address with the state as N/A instead of CA, I been watching it in Fedex for days sitting in station to station, I'm upset. I call and get no answer instead get a VM asking to leave a message to be called back...I do that. No one has called me back. I emailed asking for someone to call. Still no calls. My medicine has been unrefrigerated for nearly 10 days. I have been without my weekly medicine for 2 weeks. All I want is to talk to an actual person.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!! BEWARE!!! If I could give it less than one star, I would. I got my first dose sent to me without any delivery info. Was delivered to the mailroom where I live and sat there for a week. I emailed the help line and got a response the same day telling me it was already delivered, keep in mind this stuff is supposed to be refrigerated. That’s the first issue. Next, I did my first injection and had a major allergic reaction the next day. I broke out in hives all over my body for 2 days, thank god for Benadryl.
Next, I decided to stop using the product after my first injection because if the hives were awful. I called the number Sprout provided to cancel any future deliveries and no answer. I emailed them and no response. As of now, I have emailed everyday for the last 5 days and called everyday too, NO RESPONSE BACK. Today I called my credit card company to put a stop on the next charge since Sprout wont call me back so I can cancel the next delivery. Their portal has nowhere to cancel the subscription so you’re at the mercy of them calling you back. Absolutely awful company and should have went Medvi instead.

I've made multiple attempts to contact customer service and have had no success, absolutely none. It appears that FedEx has lost the medication that Sprout sent. Obviously, while I don't know how the origination worked between Sprout pharmacy and FedEx, but FedEx is trying to find the medication, contact with Sprout customer service is absolutely nil. This company sounds good at the start but it drops massively after the first delivery. You need to find another company and base your search on customer service as well as other parameters.

Very horrible, no customer service. All fake phone numbers. When you email them you never get a straight response. They didn’t send everything needed, no instructions for injections. When you reach out by the email you have to always wait for a generic response. I don’t even think these are legitimate Doctors. I’m filing complaints against them!

This business is a disgrace. They sent the wrong medication and it is impossible to reach anyone. You call and after holding for 6 minutes a message comes on saying they are closed. I contact the BBB and filed a complaint and finally received a response. When I go into my account 2 weeks later it is still showing as active despite them claiming to have cancelled it. If another payment goes through, I will be reporting to the Attorney General. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!

Difficult to get a hold of customer service. I’ve waited more than 3 weeks for my medication, nothing, no communication about where it is, just that it’s with compounding still…. I am trying to cancel my already paid subscription. It seems to be difficult to cancel. Not happy customer!!!! I am switching.

According to LillyDirect, you should be receiving 4 1-dose vials. Sprout puts it all in one vial therefore losing proteins in the medicine. It's NOT a LillyDirect product! Buyer beware! I don't recommend this company.

I am glad that I ordered GLP-1 medication from Sprout health, it was the best decision I’ve made. I was worried after reading some of the reviews and afraid that I would lose my hard earned money also, but I decided to try it anyway. I have lost 22 pounds in 3 months and so happy that it’s working for me. My husband started a couple of weeks ago and excited to see his progress.

They won't respond. Sent me 2.5 mg instead of 15mg which I was already on. They don't answer the phone. They don't call you back. They don't respond to emails. Don't use them. Plenty of other places to use that will respond and have customer service. They are horrible. Run away.

I order the Tirzepatide and it take more than a week to send it. After I receive my package I found the vial broke and all the medicine disappear. I try to send a Pic to the customer support to send me replace for the broke one. It's not cheap $299. They said send a Pic. I send 100 time and they said, "Unfortunately, the image files you sent aren't opening on our end. Would you mind resending the photos of the damaged package?" They send the package in plastic envelope. Cheap people. Not in the box. Please any one will order from this website be aware because if you have issues no body will help you. Just steal the money. And the customer all the time is right whatever happen. It have a lot of website have the same product and work. These are the worse website ever. DON'T TRUST THESE PEOPLE. CHEATER. LIARS.
