What is ReadyRx?

ReadyRX has been in business since 2022 and is owned and run by Executive Medical, LLC. The company prescribes compounded semaglutide, compounded tirzepatide, Ozempic and Zepound. These medications work by lowering blood sugar levels, increasing satiety and slowing digestion. ReadyRX also offers prescription wellness and longevity medication like NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide), glutathione (GSH) and metformin (also used off-label for weight loss).

How does ReadyRx work?

Prospective patients can get approved for and prescribed weight loss medications entirely online. You’ll take a short online quiz about your medical history, past efforts and current goals. A board-certified provider then reviews your answers, and if you qualify, you’ll be prescribed a weight loss medication of your choice.

You'll receive your prescription once you accept and pay within three to five days. You can cancel any time by contacting the company directly or through your online account, but cancellation requests must be made at least four days before your next renewal date to take effect. Refunds are not available for partially-used membership periods.

ReadyRx weight loss medication costs

ReadyRX’s prices include the cost of medication and unlimited text support with a provider:

  • Ozempic: $1,289 per month
  • Zepound: $1,385 per month
  • Compounded semaglutide: $299 per month for month-to-month subscribers or $747 for a three-month supply ($249 per month) when paid in full; special promotions sometimes drop the price for the first month to $19
  • Compounded tirzepatide: $399 per month (no discounted three-month price)

ReadyRX has no membership fees, but with the cost of your monthly medication you receive unlimited messaging and support from your provider, making its model nearly identical to membership-based GLP-1 prescribers.

The company partners with Klarna, a buy-now-pay-later service that lets patients split their total costs into four payments.

Is ReadyRx legit?

Yes, ReadyRX is legit and is a LegitScript certified company. ReadyRX prescribes both branded GLP-1 drugs and less-expensive compounded versions. The company only works with FDA-regulated and state-licensed compounding pharmacies that are LegitScript certified. It also tests all its compounded drugs with a third-party FDA- and DEA-registered lab and offers a certificate of analysis (CoA) to all patients.

The company guarantees a full refund if you haven’t lost at least 5% of your baseline body weight after taking a compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide for at least 28 weeks as prescribed.
