What is ReadyRx?

ReadyRX has been in business since 2022 and is owned and run by Executive Medical, LLC. The company prescribes compounded semaglutide, compounded tirzepatide, Ozempic and Zepound. These medications work by lowering blood sugar levels, increasing satiety and slowing digestion. ReadyRX also offers prescription wellness and longevity medication like NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide), glutathione (GSH) and metformin (also used off-label for weight loss).

How does ReadyRx work?

Prospective patients can get approved for and prescribed weight loss medications entirely online. You’ll take a short online quiz about your medical history, past efforts and current goals. A board-certified provider then reviews your answers, and if you qualify, you’ll be prescribed a weight loss medication of your choice.

You'll receive your prescription once you accept and pay within three to five days. You can cancel any time by contacting the company directly or through your online account, but cancellation requests must be made at least four days before your next renewal date to take effect. Refunds are not available for partially-used membership periods.

ReadyRx weight loss medication costs

ReadyRX’s prices include the cost of medication and unlimited text support with a provider:

  • Ozempic: $1,289 per month
  • Zepound: $1,385 per month
  • Compounded semaglutide: $299 per month for month-to-month subscribers or $747 for a three-month supply ($249 per month) when paid in full; special promotions sometimes drop the price for the first month to $19
  • Compounded tirzepatide: $399 per month (no discounted three-month price)

ReadyRX has no membership fees, but with the cost of your monthly medication you receive unlimited messaging and support from your provider, making its model nearly identical to membership-based GLP-1 prescribers.

The company partners with Klarna, a buy-now-pay-later service that lets patients split their total costs into four payments.

Is ReadyRx legit?

Yes, ReadyRX is legit and is a LegitScript certified company. ReadyRX prescribes both branded GLP-1 drugs and less-expensive compounded versions. The company only works with FDA-regulated and state-licensed compounding pharmacies that are LegitScript certified. It also tests all its compounded drugs with a third-party FDA- and DEA-registered lab and offers a certificate of analysis (CoA) to all patients.

The company guarantees a full refund if you haven’t lost at least 5% of your baseline body weight after taking a compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide for at least 28 weeks as prescribed.

Quick turnaround times, great customer service. Have been on their Sermorelin program for over 4 months now and have experienced good results. Would recommend.

Another App that makes it very cumbersome to cancel.

Proceed with caution. Before placing my order, I called customer service to confirm how the item would be shipped. Because regular Postal Service does not deliver where I live, I specifically asked whether the package would be sent via FedEx or UPS. The customer service representative assured me that it would be shipped through FedEx or UPS. Relying on the information provided by the company’s representative, I placed the order. Unfortunately, the item was instead shipped through the Postal Service.

As a result, the package was returned, and the company refused to issue a refund. What is most frustrating is that I took the extra step to confirm the shipping method before ordering to avoid this exact problem. I did everything I could on my end, but the company failed to follow through on a very simple and clearly communicated request. They did not do right by the customer in this situation.

They sent my medicine one month early despite me moving back the date of shipment as permitted by their website. By the time I would need the medicine, it had degraded to the point where it could not be used (beyond 60 days). Customer service was useless in rectifying their mistake.

Same issue as another person here. Tried to cancel and it took me pointing out the fact that they were stealing from me to even get back to me. I waited patiently for over a month for them to "approve" my cancelation. After I threatened them they got back to me in 20 minutes but then kept me on the phone another 20 trying to convince me to stay. I told them after seeing what they viewed as "customer service" I would never dream of using them again. We'll see if I get a refund of my 500 bucks for meds they never sent.

Don’t buy it ! SCAM! I bought a very expensive peptide. It was delivered and the whole package was stored in the fridge by my spouse. I got a call from the team giving me instructions. So far so good. I got home two weeks later and I, me, myself opened the package and only syringes were there. No medication, no vials. I reached out the company and they said by the policy they wouldn’t be able to do anything since I needed to report by 7 days of receiving it (understandle). However as you can check by other reviews here and other websites this is not uncommon for this company have the same problem. Contacting them won’t help and they will only give excuses and buy time. Due this I immediately tried to cancel my subscription what was also sooooo disappointing. Don’t buy it and if so check your package right away and make sure everything is there. I won’t recommend it for anyone after losing $500.

They quit understanding English when you ask to cancel your plan. Their NAD+ injections were way less effective compared to what my functional health doctor recommended. They will not accept "please cancel my plan" until you get angry and disrespectful which isn't necessary.

Ready RX expanded to a new reputable pharmacy to fulfill the customers needs in a timely fashion.

I signed up for the auto refill program, and was very happy how fast the medication was shipped. When it came time for my refill my card was charged and the medication was ordered. It has been 10 days and my medication has not still not shipped. I sent numerous messages will nothing but “we are looking into it.” Conveniently for them, they do not have a customer service number.

They charged me $225 and never shipped my rx. This company is a scam, avoid at all cost! Tried to contact many times. All they needed to do was credit my card for the item not shipped. They never did so I would recommend any other company but, not Ready RX. Order at your own risk!

Had a horrible adverse reaction to their NAD+ nasal spray after the first use and they refused to provide adjustment. Find a company that actually cares about the wellbeing of their customers, instead of just seeing dollars signs!
