I will start off with something nice to say, the provider I spoke with was very nice and knowledgeable and meds were shipped on time. I spoke with the provider and already knew what I wanted going into this, I wanted Phentermine, so the provider suggested the sustained release all was agreed on and I started. I was pleasantly surprised how fast I received the medication. I looked at the pills and was a little skeptical but not enough that I did not start taking them. I noticed I had NO side effects whatsoever and that is not like me and not like anyone not to have some side effects esp with Phentermine.
I looked up all Phentermine pills and the one I have is NOT on that list. I started looking further and found out in order for meds to be FDA approved they ALL have to have some kind of marking on them ALL OF THEM no matter the pharmacy and if they don't not the med is an OTC drug or a dietary supplement, but what I have is definitely NOT phentermine. So, I am out all the money I put into this scam. I thought this was a reputable company, I now know better and from now I will ONLY use ones on the BBB list. I will tell anyone who mentions this company to try another one that is BBB certified and esp NOT to use this one, many people have been ripped off by this place, I so wish I had researched Henry Meds before I started, I have no idea what kind of medication they gave me.

They start you on a lower dose than any of the other companies, and they can't get their medication to you on time. They have a really simple business model. Get customers. Test customers. Get medication to customers on time. Test customers again. Get medication to customers on time. Rinse, repeat. They struggle and fail repeatedly at this simple system.

The Better Business Bureau rates Henry Meds as an "F" and that is no suprise. I am beyond frustrated and deeply disappointed with Henry Meds, a company that claims a commitment to delivering medications within 8-10 business days after an intake appointment. This promise is nothing short of a hollow marketing ploy. It took thirty days—three times their promised timeline—for my initial medication to arrive. To make matters worse, after my first fill, they let me run out of medication entirely, leaving me in a distressing and unacceptable situation. When I reached out to their support team, I was met with vague, robotic responses. They claimed my refills were "in process," but this excuse applied to all of my refills. I am now left without critical medication, scrambling to manage my health without the support I was promised.
This isn’t an isolated issue—countless 3 and 4-star reviews echo the same complaint: pervasive delays in medication delivery accompanied by Billing issues. It’s clear this is a systemic problem that Henry Meds is fully aware of, yet they refuse to address it. Their response to these complaints? The same cut-and-paste platitudes, recycled for every frustrated patient. This shows a blatant disregard for accountability and a failure to prioritize patient care. Continuity of treatment, a cornerstone of any reputable healthcare service, is clearly secondary to their financial gain. Henry Meds’ inability or unwillingness to fix this ongoing issue is not just disappointing—it’s irresponsible and unacceptable. I strongly caution anyone considering their services to look elsewhere for reliable, patient-centered care.

Horrible. They promised me a specific med due to negative reactions I was having, send it to me once and then continued to fill with the prior medication moving forward that I couldn't take all the while continuing to charge me. Their customer service called me a liar, called me rude, and refused to listen or assist in any way. They are completely negligent and don't care about anything or anyone as long as they get their money.

BEWARE! The billing is every bit as predatory as others have said. I realized after about two months of not hearing from Henry Meds via email that they had billed me a total of $500 without providing any service or medication. They refused a refund, citing their terms of service. I would avoid this less-than-upfront company at all cost. Don't waste your time or your money.

Henry Meds charged over 2000 for a six month subscription to oral semaglutide. I got one month and it's impossible to get answers. I tried calling and emailing to no avail. Stay away and use other sites.

I had a good experience with Henry Meds, until there was a problem with a shipment. And wow, did things turn south fast. After nearly a year as a customer, I received a shipment that was missing two vials of tirzepatide. I immediately reported this, and at the suggestion of a customer service agent, I submitted photos and video of what I’d received. Of course, there was no way for me to prove what was not included in the package. Henry Meds conducted an “investigation” and concluded that the missing vials had been scanned and verified at the warehouse, so they would neither replace the missing vials or refund me the nearly $650 I’d paid. I’m angry, of course, but mostly I’m devastated that my weight loss journey has been disrupted this way. A once-satisfied customer is here to say: Avoid Henry Meds.

I purchased Semaglutide from Henry Meds beginning in January 2025. The vile was supposedly for a three month supply at $297/month. Approximately 2.5 months later, Henry Meds sent another vile for the next three months. The monthly $297 was continuing to be deducted from my financial account. By May, I felt the product was not working as promised or planned. I stopped using the product and stopped ordering from Henry Meds. Approximately two weeks ago, I inquired with Henry Meds about reactivating my account and giving Semaglutide another try. I was informed by a rep at Henry Meds that in order to reactivate my acct and continue Semaglutide, I would need to complete a new telehealth appointment for the new subscription to be activated. Furthermore, I would need to pay the remaining $297 for the second vile received in late March and an additional $297 to activate the new subscription following a telehealth conference call.
Prior to making the two payments last week, I inquired about the second payment for the new subscription and if I decided not to go through with it. The rep stated if I declined to go through with the new subscription, they would refund the second payment. Following the telehealth appointment on June 30, 2025, I informed Henry Meds I was not going to continue with them and to refund the additional $297 paid last week for the new subscription since I decided not to go through with it. Per attached email, Henry Meds is not refunding the second $297 paid last week for the "new subscription", insisting I owed that. When speaking with a rep from Henry Meds via phone the other day, I asked why they are charging me $297 upfront when they haven't prescribed anything. The rep stated if I decided not to go through with it following the appointment today, I will be refunded. Now, they're wanting to keep my money.

I had a terrible experience with this company’s customer service. I was prescribed a specific dosage, but their prescription didn’t reflect it correctly — which caused my medication to run out early. I flagged the issue before it became a problem, yet they took no action. As a result, I went without medication for 10 days, which seriously affected my mental and physical well-being. Despite this, they told me to wait another 10 days for a resolution. Meanwhile, of course, they had no issue processing the monthly payment. I’ve since switched to a more reliable provider. I do not recommend this service to anyone who values their health or timely care. In short, Their core responsibility is to ensure hormone stability — and they completely failed to do that.

Do not use. They will charge your card even if you demand it be deleted. That is blatant fraud. They lie about absolutely everything. I was supposed to receive 2.5 ml and was shipped 2ml. I PAID for 2.5. I am disputing the money with my bank and will proceed with a lawsuit against them. They lie about everything. They used to be ok but no more.

I reached out to them and reference to Phentermine, specifically asking if they offered it only in the form compounded with Topiramate. The website shows pictures of Phentermine alone name on the bottle, but I could only find information on the website about the compound with Topiramate.
So I emailed them to clarify because I am not interested in the compound because even though it is FDA approved and technically called safe I don't really see taking an anti-convulsion medication like Topiramate as something for weight loss regardless of what I have reader been advised in articles. Especially in one pill that is the other side of stimulant that is to suppress your appetite. I'm just not comfortable with it, but to each their own and we are all different. I'm not here to make judgment on those that have or say that facts about it or untrue, just not what I was interested in. I've taken Phentermine for years and had great results so that's what I was looking for only..
I get this template email back that essentially starts with they're overwhelmed with messages right now so it could take a long time for them to get back to me, I'm paraphrasing of course, along with basically a bunch of links that is exactly what the website is along with a specific template response to me about some type of Ozempic type med. Not in any point in that email did it say anything about Phentermine at all. This made me very uneasy and decided that I wouldn't proceed at all regardless if they did have the medication I was seeking.
My first impression through their first contact with me was giving the vibe of, "We are overwhelmed, we don't know when we're going to get back to you and we're going to push the most expensive weight loss drugs we have on you in this email and not even address that yourself personally or even the product you inquired about." I'm not inquiring about buying a pair of shoes or renting a vehicle. I'm inquiring about healthcare. I'm inquiring about my body that I reached out to you considering getting care for and I got a hideous template email back.
I can only imagine what type of hoops I would have to jump through to get a hold of somebody if I did go with them for care. So overwhelmed by just an initial question that you don't know when you're going to be able to get back to me but yeah you will schedule me that 15 minute initial consultation tomorrow at 9:00 in the morning. Please make that make sense. It shows that they're all about the money. You are most likely going to get horrible health care and who knows if you're even going to get what you're supposed to get. Hard pass for me.
I expressed all of this to them very clearly in a response email. But I doubt they'll even read it let alone think about it or take it to heart. I'm a legal scholar with a master's in journalism and a master's in business so not only just from a consumer's viewpoint but also from the actual business standpoint was trying to give constructive criticism feedback and also let them know that their practice of communication and making someone feel comfortable is horrendous.

Great, they still bill you. Want to talk to someone about billing? No one will respond and their phone lines are on perpetual hold. Can't speak to their meds because I never received any. This company is the worst. I didn't even receive one order and they will do nothing. You are also locked into a subscription that is overpriced once you do the initial teaser rate. Don't use them! Look around and you can find better deals on the things they sell on Groupon or others.

Terrible Customer Service! The pricing system is how they get you... The 'fee' isn't based on the amount of medication they send you, it's for the 'service' of completely unreachable techs. So my three months of medication actually cost me $1250... and then when I didn't renew my subscription they quietly 'switched' me to a 'maintenance' plan (no additional contact, certainly no product) and kept quietly charging me $50/month for six months. When I finally discovered the charge and asked for a refund they REFUSED, citing that I had never emailed them back!! AVOID THESE SCAMMERS. They are also incredibly difficult to get in contact with.

Poor customer service-different rep every time you call and they say they've reviewed the notes but they all have a different story each time. Medication that was supposed to be overnighted to me took SIX days to arrive and only after I made multiple phone calls to find it. Instead of taking accountability and re-shipping my medication, they told me to contact FedEx who said they had never even received the package from Henry Meds. Once I called back and spoke with another Henry Meds rep, she told me unless it was hot to the touch upon arrival that it was safe to use. I'm sorry, what? Is your customer service rep who told me she works in the billing department qualified to make that decision?
According to FedEx, it shipped from Florida where it is already over 90 degrees outside and supposedly they hadn't received the package until day 5. Just because it's room temperature when it arrived in Cleveland's freezing temps does not mean that it stayed that way for the entire 6 day excursion. Supposedly the calls were all on a recorded line so l hope they take the opportunity to review because they've lost a customer on this one. Make sure you ask for email confirmation of your cancellation because I've heard horror stories of people continuing to get charged.

Please don’t use! There are too many other options rather than throwing your money away with this company. They were really nice at first and do have some good products, but if you want to cancel or get a refund.. well you can forget that. They will simply tell you No and paste in their terms of service, even though they’ve provided you no service!! I guess they rely on accts not getting cancelled on time so they can collect those couple extra months.

I have not received medication nor services and was told I am not eligible for a refund because “all sales are final”, as noted, I have not received anything in return for my 447$. They lock you into a monthly subscription - total fraud. DO NOT USE or subscribe!! Everything at first was great. Easy to navigate and medicine was ok. However the fine print includes a subscription of $49 per month forever. Total fraud. They kept charging me $49 per month for absolutely nothing. I finished my round of meds and had no support, counseling or services. When I questioned it they stated it was in the terms and conditions for a $49 per month subscription. I can’t find it anywhere. I asked for a copy and they refused to provide. Best of luck getting out of the services when completed!

Just want to leave a good review in the pool of one stars. I used Henry for 9 months. I lost little weight because I stayed on a lower dose but it helped me immensely with my craving control and learning how to eat intuitively. You pay $300 a month, you have to pay for 3 months. The overall price is 1/3rd of what I would pay at a local med spa that charges almost $1k a month. You’re getting 3 months for $1k.
You can’t cancel your service after a month or two. They send you the vial, you’re obligated to pay it off. Requesting a cancellation doesn’t cancel your current contract. It’s really not that hard to understand but every one star review insists that they’re getting scammed after they essentially tried to steal medication by canceling their card. I sent an email to cancel after my 9th month was up and I got an email back the next day thanking me for being with them and everything was cancelled. They didn’t try to rope me back in or make cancelling difficult. Haven’t had a single charge to my account since because I fulfilled my payments.
Loved my doctor, she was helpful and reasonable. Customer service was amazing every time. Highly recommend all around and don’t keep taking a medication if it gives you terrible side effects. I was nauseous for the first couple months but they literally give you a nausea medication. Don’t force yourself to take something you’re responding poorly to and then blame the company. Be smart people.

They had every opportunity to make it right and they refused even though they admitted their emails were misleading. There are a lot of companies out there that sell the same product. I would definitely not use Henry Meds. Be careful of getting charge ongoing even without receiving medication. The lower people like Hannah S. said they are not allowed to provide the name of her supervisor or anyone in compliance. She went on to say no one will ever call me back. I have been in business for a long time myself and am appalled by their terrible way they treat customers.
