What is Henry Meds?

Henry Meds is a telehealth platform that focuses on weight loss and testosterone treatment.

Users typically start by completing an online health assessment, after which they consult with a licensed health care provider. If deemed appropriate, the provider may prescribe medications that can be delivered directly to the patient's home. Henry Meds reports that it aims to make it easier for individuals to access weight management treatments without needing to visit a physical doctor's office.

How does Henry Meds work?

Henry Meds provides patients with a free online medical form to complete. It may request lab work to ensure a medical need for treatment.

Then, you meet via teleconference to talk with a licensed nurse practitioner or physician about possible treatment plans. Finally, if appropriate, a pharmacy will fill the prescription every 30, 60 or 90 days.

Prices vary based on the specific program, but its weight loss programs cost $297 per month, and its testosterone program costs $129 per month. It is offered on a monthly basis, and you can cancel your plan at any time.

The program is billed monthly and includes telehealth visits and a prescription. If you decide to fill your prescription outside of its suggested pharmacies, you may have to pay an additional cost.

Is Henry Meds legit?

Yes, Henry Meds is a legitimate telehealth platform. The providers see clients based on state licensing, and a list of its medical professionals can be found here.

The customer support for this company is non-existent. My original prescription was not correct. I went to Henry Meds for a specific peptide which I confirmed they offer in multiple forms and didn't have any issues with market availability. What I specifically requested on the intake forms was not what was prescribed. They offered no clarification or way to get it corrected. I made multiple attempts to contact their customer support. I left multiple voicemails & service tickets and received no response. Zero response from either a human or AI. This was after multiple days when they were supposedly available. Not one response.

The only contact I received from the company was an auto generated email demanding that I approve my prescription so they could charge my credit card. They were demanding payment for the prescription that was not correct. They don't even pretend to care about your needs or wants as a paying customer. They literally just spit out a random prescription & kept demanding payment. This is a joke of a business. I definitely would not recommend this company. There are a number of other options that offer similar prescriptions. Take your money elsewhere.

Junk meds, save your money. Their weight loss pills are probably street drugs. You are not getting what you pay for, saved mine, taking them to be analyzed.

I had my appointment and was approved for Semaglutide. It's been 3 weeks. They sent me only the anti-nausea medication but not the glp1. The customer service is horrible. They never know what is happening. All they do is take your information and no one ever gets back to you. I want to cancel, but I fear I will not get my money back.

I began treatment with Henry Meds in May 2025 and received an initial vial of compounded semaglutide that worked extremely well at the lowest dose. If I noticed success following the first injection, my provider encouraged me to place a bulk order quickly due to possible future regulatory restrictions. Relying on that guidance and noted success, I purchased a bulk order totaling $2,694.

The bulk-order medication was completely ineffective at every dose, even at three times the dose that had previously worked. I later learned the bulk order came from a different compounding pharmacy, which was never disclosed before purchase. The only change was the product itself. Henry Meds refused a refund or replacement, citing “all sales final” bulk terms and general disclaimers about treatment outcomes. This is not a complaint about dissatisfaction or variable response—it is about receiving a materially different and ineffective product after being directed by a provider to make a large, urgent purchase. I even offered to return the unused medication, which was declined. Henry Meds also attempted to have me interact with the dispensing pharmacy, even though:

      • I did not choose the pharmacy,

      • Henry Meds selected the pharmacy, arranged fulfillment, charged the full amount, and the bulk purchase was made under Henry Meds’ clinical guidance.

This company preys off of a vulnerable population and does everything they can to make a profit at the expense of its customers. They structure the company to ensure the customer is never right and not protected even in the most basic ways.

This is the worst company and such a scam. Their OTC isn’t compounded correctly and you will see no change. They will lie and tell you it takes time. Then when your RX is due they will say let’s increase it to 6mg and you will see results. They have you sign a contract for six months even though there is zero results and will keep telling you it takes time. Do not use this company. They are awful.

Please stay away from this company. Wish I could give zero stars. This company uses scam tactics to keep charging you even after they’ve sent a cancelation notification via email. They hire well spoken, customer service representatives, but give them no power to actually help you solve anything like a refund. They run two subscription side-by-side. One is hidden in the terms of service for $49 per month, and the other is for the medication payments. I spent over $2000 on a bulk order of GLP-1. They kept charging me $49 a month and would not refund me for the months. They were charging me after they sent me a confirmation email letting me know my sub subscription has been canceled.

Henry Meds sold me a different GLP-1 Product that did not work at all. I read online that I should be able to cancel my subscription if it did not work. Also, I originally up for a 6 month subscription and now they claim I am stuck to a 12 month subscription. Total failure of a company.

Signed up, which required autopayment info. I received one more shipment of meds, then nothing. Kept billing me till I called credit card to cut them off. Excuse after excuse from Henry Meds. They only agreed to fulfill their obligation after the card company refunded my monthly payments. Then after agreeing, they still tried to bill me for more money and never sent me more meds. COMPLETE SCAM.

So far I have not been at all impressed with this company. Although this is the first time I have tried a semaglutide I would have thought after 3 weeks I would have lost at least 1 pound but instead I have gained weight and feel hungry all the time. It almost feels like it's just saline in the vial. You would think maybe someone would send an email or something to check in and make sure you received your meds, but nope. The meeting with the online NP was very short and when I had more questions I felt very rushed off the phone. It is such a bummer though as I paid for a full year in advance. Hopefully I can get my money back and switch to a better company.
