Just a repeat of the folks who were told that the 6 months included meds. I was told the same thing. Just would have to buy nausea medicine if I wanted it. I never had side effects, almost like I am on a placebo! Cancelled after three weeks. Telehealth appointment is a joke. I don’t think the people are legit physicians.

Ordered Tirzepatide from them and they charged my card $636.63. When I got my receipt, it said they were sending me semaglutide, so I called them and told them that wasn't what I ordered and they told me they couldn't find my account even though they had emailed me a receipt that said they were sending me the semaglutide. Sent them a screenshot of my bank statement showing where they took out the money and they're still telling me I don't have an account with them, even though I have proof that I sent them showing that they took my money. Don't order anything from Futurhealth, they are a bunch of crooks.

My review is the same as lots of others. Signed up under deceitful false pretenses for a package said medication was included, was charged for medication I told would be included once, and then got a fraud alert for a third shipment of medication, though I’ve reached out multiple times to customer service. I had to cancel my debit card, file fraud, and I submitted a report to my state's attorney general for more investigation. The guy on the phone after a few incidences of hanging up on me, said he canceled my acct and I would receive a refund but the acct is still active and I just have a “cancellation number” which I believe was a straight up lie.

Do not use this company. I had my consultation with a PA on July 4, 2025 and was told I did not qualify for the medication I was charged $623.42 for. I was told I would have a refund in two days. It is now August 13, 2025 and after many phone calls to FuturHealth, I am still waiting for my refund. I disputed the charge with Citi and FuturHealth told them I did not follow the "return policy." There is no return policy and they never sent me anything to return, just charged me for a product that I never received. They have a new excuse every time I call and always tell me they will call back in two days, they never do. I am not going away. I will be contacting the Maryland State AG and consumer affairs.

The advertisement is a complete lie and a scam. I paid almost $400 for a 3 month supply of Tirzepatide. I paid up front and when I spoke with customer service I was told that my subscription was for 3 months and a 1 month batch of Tirzepatide!! What the heck is the 2 month subscription for? They then told me that I would be charged $399 for next month's batch! This company is a fraud and a scam! I should have listened to the other reviews. Shame on these people and we all need to report them as thieves!

I was told 6 months of my medication was included in my initial up front payment. I was told 6 months of my medication would be covered with my initial up front payment of $597 and now they have tried to take money out of my account on month 2. When I called them to ask why, learned that only the 1st month is included. At no time in the process did anyone ever say "after the first month you will be charged a few hundred dollars with each refill monthly". Not once. I believe this company deliberately misleads. I have told them I wish to end my association with them and be refunded my money. I have just looked at my bank acct and they refunded me $165. How is that appropriate? $597-$165=$432. So for one month out of 6 months, I am charged $432???? So disappointing.

This company's medicine isn't worth the money spent to speak to their doctor and first dosage. I used the meds for 2 months and there wasn't an ounce of weight that shedded from this program. I work out daily and eat properly and i remained the same exact weight for 2 months. This was unheard of when I used another company. My results were at least 10lbs by now. Cheaper isn't always better!

My husband signed up for the 6 month plan with Futurhealth/Open Loop to receive GLP medication. During the consultation with the doctor, she changed the prescription from an oral tablet to injectable medication. The email he received verified the medication was injectable and would be sent immediately. When he received the medication, it was the oral pills. After attempting to resolve the issue for 2 weeks, nothing has happened, the correct medication has not been sent and no one has called back. The customer service representatives continue to state we will receive a call back within 24-48 hours and the issue has been escalated. We continue to call, and no one cares and the correct medication, not been sent but they have charged our credit card. Asked how to get a refund and the representative said to contact the billing department but had no idea how to contact them.

I am soooo disappointed on this Company. I was told that I would pay membership fee.. they charged me $636.00 then it was supposed to be $99.00 per month for 5 months. Very untrue. I just go my 2nd payment at $397.00, (second month) automatically charged to my Amex> I called, got hung up on 3 times, I finally got thru, I asked why I was being charge 397.00 instead of the $99.00 per month. The person Johannes, put me on hold and came back on - 8 minutes later to say, oh, we can give you a new offer at $229.00 per month.!! I said put me on hold again, and tell them I want the rate that was advertised at $99.00 per month. I asked to speak to a manager/supervisor... they will call me back - of course that never happened. This is a big scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Now I have to go thru canceling all the charges with AMEX claim center.

By far the absolute worse customer service in any industry I have ever dealt with. Of course like a dumb A--S I paid up front 650.00 dollars which was to include 1st month's meds. I wanted to use Tirzepatide but THEIR Dr. suggested Simiglutide. So this is where the nightmare begins. I received an email from the company stating meds are on the way. TIRZEPATIDE. So I call and stop delivery but it's too late so I call to return them and get the proper meds SIMIGLUTIDE. "No problem sir. We have to create a ticket to EXPEDITE the process." OK GREAT.
7 weeks later stillness MEDS and still no progress on when meds will arrive. Call customer service. They answer. I canceled my account. I received an email saying I am only getting back 176.00 out of the 650 I paid. They state in the email membership fees, pharmacy handling. What do the fees include? "Well sir we have to create another ticket and EXPEDITE it over to billing." "Can I talk to billing?" "NO. That is why I have to create a ticket." STAY AWAY FROM FUTURHEALTH. THEY ARE NOTHING BUT SCAMMERS.

I enrolled in FH’s weight loss program seeking medical support for sustainable weight loss. Unfortunately, my experience has been deeply disappointing and frustrating due to the following: 1. No appetite suppression as advertised; cravings for sweets and carbs remained strong throughout the program. I had cravings that I had never experience before - eating cod liver can like cherries and sugar. Multiple side effects, including dizziness, foggy cognition, lack of focus. I was given conflicting dosage instructions.
I requested a formal cancellation and refund, citing side effects and lack of results. Despite being told a refund was forthcoming, weeks have passed with no resolution. Company representatives repeatedly pressured me to remain in the program, ignoring my clear health concerns. I spent $1333.72 for the period from May 8 to June 20. Zero results just side effects. The rep said after all my sufferings the company offers 392 refund. And no refund yet. SCHEME!

Quick to get meds however, for the first month I had no reduction in appetite and just felt like I had the flu but worse. I decided to give it one more month and it caused violent vomiting of a small healthy portion of food. The weirdest thing is that hunger pains were very prevalent. I also had NO weight loss. Eating an average of 1200 calories per day which from a calorie in/out perpective should cause weight loss without meds. I do have hormonal complications that don't allow for normal diets to work which is why I spent so much money on this. They do hook you also, admittedly I did not read carefully and thought I was buying medication with the initial charge and was surprised when I find out it was an additional 400/mo on top of membership fees.

If negative stars were offered, for the first time in my life, I would have used the option on this place. I completed the online screening application, which initially indicated I may not be accepted because my BMI was too low. I realized I had typo’d my height, and when I made that adjustment, it said I met the criteria and said I was good to go. They charged my card and had me schedule an appointment to ‘get a prescription’. I got online 5 minutes early as requested and saw that the provider I had been assigned was ‘available’ so I assumed she would be joining. After 15 minutes of waiting, a CS agent came on and let me know she was going to try and get in touch with the provider to find out why I hadn’t been seen yet - After 20 minutes of waiting, the rudest medical ‘professional’ I have ever dealt with popped up on the screen. No apologies for being 20 minutes late, no hello, thank you, NADA - said her name and told me to ‘wait a minute’.
After reading my chart she said she wasn’t going to prescribe the meds because I take opioids- A fact I disclosed on the application. I said, “It wasn’t going to let me through based on BMI, why did it let me through when I said I took opioids if that was a disqualifier?” I told her I knew that was not a contraindication because I have been on the meds before and had no issues. The epitome of rudeness let me know that everyone gets approved AND CHARGED, but until your appointment you aren’t really approved, and that I ‘should maybe’ get my money back. When I started to go ballistic, that changed to she was sure I would get it back, but she had no idea how or when that would happen. Since it was obvious I would get nowhere with her, I immediately then tried to call or chat with cs- which was closed. I used the online contact to open a ticket about getting a refund. Never heard a single word back.
After several attempts I finally reached customer service this morning who said it will be another 7-10 days before I can expect my money back - When I asked about the disqualification, there was no answer, except to say that everyone does get charged upfront. The bottom line is that FuturHealth will have kept $500 for 2 full weeks for a service that, based on info I provided, they never intended to deliver. I previously used Life MD and while the cost is a little higher, it is well worth it since you actually get what you pay for and in the 6 months I was with them, I never once had to deal with anyone that was remotely as unprofessional or rude as the ARNP that I dealt with at FH. Save your money and go somewhere else!!!

You should have a choice to rate a shitty company as a ZERO! They constantly lie about your refund, they are falsely advertising medications, then government has restricted allowing people to buy so if you can't absorb the oral medication and need the injectable Futurhealth is falsely advertising what they are actually allowed to prescribe.
They know people will give up trying to get a refund or in my case, they shipped the oral medication after 3 weeks fighting for my refund as well as untruthfully stating they did not charge me twice. Thankfully I received 397 back but the other 397 hasn't come and likely won't but I'm still going to push and make their people miserable and waste their time because that company is crap and are trashy liars. I agree with all the one star reviews and can't stress enough to stay away from this company. They have no idea what they're doing, or I guess they do -- taking as much money as they possibly can from customers. I've had to call them several times since qualifying for semaglutide, spent a minimum of 30 minutes on the phone with them each time, and have had my blood boil each time. I did get a month's worth of medication so far, but now I'm trying to get the 2nd month's batch. They say it's coming, but I have my doubts. If it does, I hope I get the injectable semaglutide and not some other form of it, or a completely different medicine, as I've read has happened to others on other complaint websites.
The customer service is useless. You get a different answer for everything depending on who you speak to, and all they do is read from a script. It's also very difficult to understand them because they're obviously not in the U.S. and all have very thick accents. I can say that the nurses I've met with via video chat have been very nice and seem legitimate, but I do question why anyone would be involved with a company like this. They're constantly telling you that someone will get back to you in 24-72 hours and no one ever does. You get no acknowledgment of emails sent or lab work sent in, but they are very quick in charging your credit card. Their advertising is false and it's much more expensive than they claim to reel you in. I feel like a real dummy that I fell for it. BEWARE: DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

And again, NOTHING. This time, the so-called “support” person told me it was “out of their hands” and then hung up on me. Yes, you read that right — they hung up on a customer who just lost hundreds of dollars in vital medication.
I am now out over $550 for TWO MONTHS, and this company has done absolutely nothing to resolve it. No accountability. No follow-up. No reimbursement. No integrity. The information the company provided prior to changing my card misrepresented what I was paying for and when I called the company five minutes later was told talk to the prescriber and if I still wasn’t satisfied that I could get a full refund. After I spoke with the prescriber and wasn’t satisfied I was told I couldn’t get a full refund because I spoke with the prescriber. This company is a scam trying to take advantage of people.

I have had a most unpleasant experience with this company and it has only been 24 hours! I joined via the on-line process and had an appt with a PA today. I paid $297 for the consult, but first had issues with the teleconference as the provider showed up 15 minutes late. She then said we could not proceed because none of my health information was in the "form". What form? Turns out 1) I need to pay the $399 for the prescription PRIOR to this consult, and 2) no one could tell me via chat what "form" this is. So I got the phone number and called FuturHealth to try and get an explanation of their process and how this all worked. The agent was very nice, but obviously reading from a script. I never did get my "form" question answered and all he kept repeating was I need to authorize another payment for $399.
Then we can get another consultation set up. I decided then I do not want to do business with the company and asked for a refund for the $297 consultation fee (it has not cleared my credit card yet). Was told there are no refunds. Hmmmmm, their app clearly states money refunded if not satisfied. Clearly NOT satisfied! But beyond that, I never even had the consultation! The agent is escalating a ticket for me re: the refund, pretty sure that will be wasted effort so will have to dispute the charge through my credit card. Oh, they did offer a partial refund of $100 if I just go away! And after some digging I find out there is an ongoing membership fee of $129/month if I joined up. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! All they want is the money, upfront. So disappointing. Yet again, another American company screwing the little guy. Buy American? Fuhgetaboutit! Until they do better, I could care less about supporting them.

I enrolled in their services and was able to give them all of my information online from DOB, SSN, Health information, medications, past surgical hx, current medical problems, address, phone number, credit card information and then have a telehealth visit verifying all of this information. I then included lab work per their request via email. A month later, to renew the auto-enrollment they suddenly state ALL of my payment methods are declined but will not verify them via chat, email, or on the phone for security purposes. This is after they took my life information the previous month without a problem. When I offered to just verify the correct CVC number, I was hung up on.
I am given a dead link to 'register' my credit card information or told to call my banks which I pay off all my cards every single month. This is nothing but a scam. They not only have my entire life information, but now all of my credit card information as well and refuse to respond to me any longer after multiple emails, chats, and phone calls. No product delivery. Just a scam. Buyer Beware. Reported to the BBB as well.

This company is a total mess. Their communication is a disaster and is constantly out of date/synch and the app is total garbage. It takes days to get responses on any questions or support and there have been two instances in less than 6 months where they have failed to communicate a check in was needed to refill (but still confirmed medication for the coming month was coming - and of course charged for it) only to then need to "restart" the program to step up doing again to an effective level (spoiler, never got there).
There's no clarity on what is being charged and when, no receipts or invoices are provided and there's no "account history" of any kind to track payments, medication, length in the program etc. You end up wasting money, never getting to an "effective" dosing level and waste tons and tons of time trying to communicate and clarify what's needed and what's going on. My experience left me feeling like this was just a total scam - I would avoid at all costs and NOT waste your hard earned money.

Buyer beware. I signed up for this service, met with the online Nurse Practitioner and later had the necessary blood work done. Initially I was charged $594 for the consultation and membership + another $229 for the medication. I received the first months of medication and at the end of the month was reminded to request a refill which I did. I was again charged $229, however the medication was never received. It's been more than 2 weeks since the charge processed. I tried to contact their customer service which is essentially a chatbot and did not offer a refund or other recourse.
