With a subscription, users also receive coaching from a dietician and have the option to add on meal delivery services.

What is FuturHealth?

FuturHealth is a telehealth service that offers consumers an easy way to get prescription weight loss medications and support without leaving home. The online platform connects users with board-certified doctors via telehealth appointments and includes one-on-one dietitian counseling and personalized nutrition plans.

Clients can also choose to add on services to their membership, like premade meals and in-app grocery delivery. To maintain services, clients must pay a monthly membership fee in addition to the cost of their medication.

How does FuturHealth work?

To get started with FuturHealth, complete a short questionnaire about your current health, medical history and weight loss goals to see if you pre-qualify. You can then view your membership options, where you can either pay month by month at the list price or receive a discount for paying in full for five months.

After you’ve entered your payment details, you can schedule a telehealth visit with a provider who will review your medical history and prescribe a weight loss drug if you qualify. After this process is complete, you decide if you want your medications sent to your nearest pharmacy or directly to your home.

With an ongoing subscription, you meet with a dietician to get nutrition information and personalized meal plans and continue to have monthly consultations with your provider. You can cancel your subscription at any time, but only the Pro Plan membership is eligible for a refund.

FuturHealth weight loss medications

FuturHealth prescribes glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) agonists as injectables or oral pills.

  • Wegovy: An injectable semaglutide approved for people 12 years and older with obesity.
  • Ozempic: An injectable semaglutide taken weekly to treat type 2 diabetes and help control blood sugar levels.
  • Mounjaro: A tirzepatide that’s used to treat type 2 diabetes.
  • Metformin: An antidiabetic agent taken orally to manage type 2 diabetes and blood sugar levels.

FuturHealth cost

FuturHealth subscribers pay both a monthly membership fee and the cost of their medication. The FuturHealth Weight Loss RX Program costs $129.99 a month, though discounts are often available that can bring the price down to $99.

The cost of medication varies depending on your prescription and health goals, with prices starting at $229 a month. You may also be required to pay shipping fees for medications, supplements, and meal delivery if you add these services to your membership.

Patients also have the option to sign up for the Power Plan, which locks in a discounted rate for three months, or the annual plan for a discounted rate when you sign up for 12 months.

Is FuturHealth legit?

Yes, FuturHealth is a legitimate company that’s been in business since November of 2023. The company works with over 6,000 physicians across the country and claims to have served over 1.5 million patients.

Pro Plan users are eligible for a 30-day money-back guarantee if they don’t lose at least 15% of their body weight in the first five months, and all of FuturHealth’s prescription plans are overseen by a board-certified doctor.

This company is a spasm. I went on website to research the option. I answered some questions. After the MD approved the order I received text to stating there were a few more sections I needed to answer to more forward. I did not answer because I did not want to more forward with the purchase. I was charged without me authorizing and I did not RECEIVE ANY PRODUCTS FROM THE COMPANY. I HAVE BEEN CHARGED TWICE AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING. THIS COMPANY HIDES ITS PHONE SO IT IS DIFFICULT TO CONTACT THEM. STAY AWAY. FRAUDULENT BUSINESS.

This company is a scam! Couldn't even get a password reset after numerous times! Very difficult to reach customer service. And they lied about the pricing! They don't tell you that upfront!! The emails they send get no results and no answers!!

Terrible decision. I end up in the hospital. Doctor told me I had to stop medication. I cancelled in November. In February they billed my credit card again. I cancelled again and they promised a refund which I never received. Stay away from this company.

I have consistently asked for a refund. Futurhealth charged my card, then constantly sent me texts with different links to reserve a Teledoc. Each time the link just spun and didn’t work. I believe the company is a scam since they do not respond to emails, use broken links and charge your card without any merch. Beware of FuturHealth.

Futurhealth promises an upfront fee that includes care and medication but the fee does not include medication. Furthermore, they billed me $497 for medication but never sent the medication. I reported the missing medication by chat. They told me to call. On the phone they told me to email. By email they told me to chat. After going around that circle many times, I asked them to call the medication into a local pharmacy. They won't do that. They never sent the medication despite promising to do so many time.

The worst of the worst song on Facebook to 49 initial startup fee with telehealth from their doctor. Paid the $49 on the first. I'm supposed to get a call from a Telehealth. No call. No nothing. Seven days went by nothing. January 8th I decided call them. FuturHealth talk to you, young man. He'll form me next on cancel my subscription.

But anyways, I decided to call my bank to dispute the charge. I just had a funny feeling about this company. Moving forward February 1st 2026 look it through my bank automobile app notice. I see a charge 149.00 from FuturHealth. That's an unauthorized charge. I did not consent because couple weeks back. I cancel my subscription and I disputed the 49 initial startup fee. So how's they charging my card. Call them up, spoke to young lady, let her know that there's an unauthorized charge in my card, and I cancel weeks back. And I talked to young man, he's gonna put in his notes that I cancel my subscription. Why is my card getting charged? She tells me that I'm still a member and I'm subscribed. I'm telling her no, I'm not. I canceled and I disputed the initial startup charge.

On top of that, I never received a telehealth call from one of your doctors. I don't have no prescription sent to my house from y'all nothing. I have received anything from y'all, so why is my car getting charged? She wanted to go argue back-and-forth. I wasn't going to do that, so I just told her. I just sputtered from my bank. Have a nice day. I do not trust these people. They are crooked. They'll steal your money. They don't wanna give your money back. It's just bad business

Joined and paid monthly fee, spoke to NP, received 1st month of medication. There has been no contact with them. They had me download app which has nothing on it except diet plans. There is no portal, no messaging center. Now, as the 4 weeks are approaching, I get onto their service chat line for the 2nd time since I joined due to no information, and there is still no resolution. They cannot find my account by my email address yet they sent me emails for my video visit. Now today, I am being charged $153.98 and I don't know exactly WHAT it is for. If I were to get another month of medication, there is no communicating with them, so doesn't make a bit of sense. I can't contact them to CANCEL either. I will dispute the charge and file fraud.

This is a horrible company. I am so sorry I didn't check reviews before joining. There are hidden fees that are not made available when signing up, and overtime my fees increased with no explanation. Calling their customer service did not help, I was informed they couldn't do anything and when I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor I was told there was none available but that I would be called by a supervisor within one business day but that would never happen. To add insult to injury I was charged an additional $699 three days after canceling my membership. I had to close my credit card.

This is a scam company. They told us one thing and then charged a different amount. There are a lot of companies out there that offer this product. I would say use any of them, not this company. I'm out $411.00 when I was told 100. Once they get your credit card number beware.
