With a subscription, users also receive coaching from a dietician and have the option to add on meal delivery services.

What is FuturHealth?

FuturHealth is a telehealth service that offers consumers an easy way to get prescription weight loss medications and support without leaving home. The online platform connects users with board-certified doctors via telehealth appointments and includes one-on-one dietitian counseling and personalized nutrition plans.

Clients can also choose to add on services to their membership, like premade meals and in-app grocery delivery. To maintain services, clients must pay a monthly membership fee in addition to the cost of their medication.

How does FuturHealth work?

To get started with FuturHealth, complete a short questionnaire about your current health, medical history and weight loss goals to see if you pre-qualify. You can then view your membership options, where you can either pay month by month at the list price or receive a discount for paying in full for five months.

After you’ve entered your payment details, you can schedule a telehealth visit with a provider who will review your medical history and prescribe a weight loss drug if you qualify. After this process is complete, you decide if you want your medications sent to your nearest pharmacy or directly to your home.

With an ongoing subscription, you meet with a dietician to get nutrition information and personalized meal plans and continue to have monthly consultations with your provider. You can cancel your subscription at any time, but only the Pro Plan membership is eligible for a refund.

FuturHealth weight loss medications

FuturHealth prescribes glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) agonists as injectables or oral pills.

  • Wegovy: An injectable semaglutide approved for people 12 years and older with obesity.
  • Ozempic: An injectable semaglutide taken weekly to treat type 2 diabetes and help control blood sugar levels.
  • Mounjaro: A tirzepatide that’s used to treat type 2 diabetes.
  • Metformin: An antidiabetic agent taken orally to manage type 2 diabetes and blood sugar levels.

FuturHealth cost

FuturHealth subscribers pay both a monthly membership fee and the cost of their medication. The FuturHealth Weight Loss RX Program costs $129.99 a month, though discounts are often available that can bring the price down to $99.

The cost of medication varies depending on your prescription and health goals, with prices starting at $229 a month. You may also be required to pay shipping fees for medications, supplements, and meal delivery if you add these services to your membership.

Patients also have the option to sign up for the Power Plan, which locks in a discounted rate for three months, or the annual plan for a discounted rate when you sign up for 12 months.

Is FuturHealth legit?

Yes, FuturHealth is a legitimate company that’s been in business since November of 2023. The company works with over 6,000 physicians across the country and claims to have served over 1.5 million patients.

Pro Plan users are eligible for a 30-day money-back guarantee if they don’t lose at least 15% of their body weight in the first five months, and all of FuturHealth’s prescription plans are overseen by a board-certified doctor.

This is a horrible company. I am so sorry I didn't check reviews before joining. There are hidden fees that are not made available when signing up, and overtime my fees increased with no explanation. Calling their customer service did not help, I was informed they couldn't do anything and when I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor I was told there was none available but that I would be called by a supervisor within one business day but that would never happen. To add insult to injury I was charged an additional $699 three days after canceling my membership. I had to close my credit card.

This is a scam company. They told us one thing and then charged a different amount. There are a lot of companies out there that offer this product. I would say use any of them, not this company. I'm out $411.00 when I was told 100. Once they get your credit card number beware.

I used the service for approximately 4 months and dealt many negative experiences, regarding billing (sudden increase in price & hidden fees, and misleading offers), late medication delivery, numerous difficulties reaching customer service etc. The last straw was the customer portal going down this year, and customer service became unreachable.

FuturHealth is a terrible company. They shipped two damaged shipments and would not replace nor refund. Their customer service is incompetent and they are unresponsive. I highly recommend avoiding this service.

When I signed up for treatment, they charge before you actually see what you're getting. I stopped payment immediately after signing up. This has been ongoing since November 4,2025. I disputed the charge via Apple Pay and this company has yet to refund my $1035.54. They say it has been escalated to the highest department. What a crock! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Deceptive practices and need to be put out of business. Also, no corporate number available anywhere. If anyone knows the corporate number please post it! I am so over this!!!

This company is a scam. I use their services for one month and canceled after realizing they had hidden membership fee in addition to the cost of the prescription. I followed all their instructions on cancelling. I logged into the website and canceled, I called the 800 number, I sent them multiple emails and they continued to charge my card 129.00 a month after that. Every time I call them, they give me the runaround, saying I have to have the correct email address for them to be able to cancel my membership. However that is the email address tied to my account and the same email address they sent their email communications to. Every time I call or send an email I go through the same circle. I’ve asked to speak to a manager, and have been told there’s not a manager to speak to. Thankfully my bank has helped me get the money back from them but they continue to find ways to charge my account.

I had to cancel my Discover card because even after I cancelled my service with them and put a block on my credit card, they were able to still draw money from it under a different name. I paid the 600 for 5 months in advance and they charged me 400 bi-weekly on top of that purchase without my permission. This is the biggest scam I've ever encountered and IDK how they continue to get good reviews on certain pages when everyone who has signed up continues to get ripped off over misleading product pricing and not receiving your medicine.

After paying $99/mo for six months upfront JUST for the prescription, I was shocked to see the meds themselves were almost $400/mo. I’m forfeiting my last two months because it’s so expensive. I tried to pause my membership. Not allowed.

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM. Do NOT sign up anything with this company. I was billed $105 per month for a product that I was not signed up for or ever received. I have made numerous calls to them about the situation. I am only told each time that my refund is being expedited. I had to change my bank card to stop the process. I call weekly and the call center just tells me the decision comes from farther up the chain. I have sent them all proof from my bank charges and they are still holding back my money. They are a fraud and should be shut down. Do NOT, Do NOT do business with this scam company.

They lie. I was set up to spend x amount of money and they kept charging me more. Was suppose to be $200 a month. Instead was almost $900 for the months! Don’t trust this company. You’ll pay a lot more than you think you’re signing up for. I cancelled and will NEVER use them again!!! When I tried to resolve this, they were no help. I guess some people don’t even get their meds?!? WTF. Horrible company…. Beware!
