Thanks to Consumer Affairs I cancelled my order on day I placed it. Did have to hold onto phone to hear a long ad message.. all bs. I cancelled my order as I now question value of product based on deceptive sale practice of this company. This ''hidden'' billing most affects older people who might have trouble with small print.

Hi, just wanted to share. I got this 14-day trial from Force Factor. They charged me 6.23 on one date and 115.66 on another. They are the most grrr can't even think of anything clean to say. I called to cancel. The first person I got sounded stoned, out of her mind. The second one was a li'l better. I called the Canadian number and got someone in the States or Australia. Now I'm sending this product back and if I don't get my full refund I'm calling the cyberpolice that work for my bank. Grrrr I'm so mad.

I ordered the free sample and to get the free sample I have to pay freight of $3.95. So to do this I use the credit card, I get the sample and no problems. Next thing I get a bill for $109.98 and a bottle of Force Factor which I never ordered and on the receipt it says they are going to send a bottle every 6 months until year 3915. I did not sign up to get the additional bottles, just the sample.. This is a huge scam.

THIS WEBSITE IS A ** CLEVER SCAM. First: they induce you to ordering 'a free sample' of their gym pills - you only pay for the shipping fee - what you don't know is that if you don't phone them and cancel your 'secret subscription' - they will steal nearly $100 out of your bank account every month to deliver you their ** pills WHICH DO NOT WORK. "Why not just simply cancel your subscription?" I'll tell you why: you can ONLY cancel it by phoning them (that's right - you can't email them). BUT WAIT THERE'S MORE. If you call them you are presented with 2 options: "press 1 to get a call back because all our representatives are busy or press 2 to be put on hold".

If you press 2: you will be put on hold FOREVER - I was on hold for a solid 22 minutes before my phone credit ran out! If you press 1: "Thank you, please enter your 10 digit phone number to get a call back". What's the problem with this? UK phone number are 11 DIGITS. They are a SCAM. DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. I had to request my bank to block them from taking any money out of my account.

I had just placed an order for the free sample when I came across something in Google about the scam that Force Factor does by hiding their membership details in the terms and conditions of their site, and nowhere in the signup details of the free sample. I'm not normally one to fall into the trap of these things. I'm normally completely cynical and research the hell out of everything. But clearly I was in a weak moment. I immediately rang to cancel the free trial sample and the VIP membership. Firstly they offered to extend the trial period out to a month, instead of 14 days, and I told the guy I wasn't happy about that, and I simply wanted to cancel everything. I was told I couldn't cancel within 24 hours because of how their system is setup. As far as I'm concerned 24 hours allows them enough time to send out the trial so that they can't cancel that order which is unacceptable.

I told the guy that within 24 hours I would have my card cancelled so they couldn't take any more money from me. He simply told me to call back within 24 hours, as there was nothing he could do. I had no choice but to ring my bank and cancel my card so that I could ensure that no further transactions could be taken from my account. I have subsequently also emailed them at chat@forcefactor.com to reaffirm the fact that I want the order cancelled, and that I have cancelled my card. I am waiting for a response to that email. I don't expect to get my money back. The card has been cancelled, so they can't reverse any charges anyway, and I'm certainly not giving them any new details.

Ditto to all the other complaints. Why would a reputable company have to go to so many slimy business practices to give unsuspecting customers the opportunity to test drive a product. I am going to have to cancel the credit card I used with them b/c out of the blue I got a charge on it from Force Factor that was actually $85, for Test X180 Ignite when the same product retails here in NC for $60 on the shelves. WTF?

First off, you had to read the fine print to even notice that you are signing up for a membership each month not just a 2 week. Oh, they lied about that as well... It was really 1 week if you followed their dosing suggestions...... And on top of that you are getting whacked with another 30% surcharge to get the "honor" to get screwed each and every month until Force Factor "notice the change in name" that I think they should adopt by the way.... Go ahead, you guys have my permission to change your name. See how I gave you permission.... You should try that business practice while trying to shamelessly trying to give your product away so to speak. Is this for real? Who do you think you are Force Factor?.... Making the already extremely shady supplements industry even more shady looking? HaHa. What a joke.

The only thing this stuff is good for is jacking up your heart rate IMO, and not from the ingredients.... but from the aggravation from start to finish on this deal! GNC, as bad as you are, you should even be ashamed about doing business with a company such as Force Factor. They did give me my refund but tried to give me this 60% off and keep the product deal which I was having nothing to do with. Well thought out marketing plan FF team..

These guys have their scam down to an art. I bought a trial pack of their X180 product two weeks ago. Two weeks later, right after I got the the trial pack I ordered, I got slammed with a charge for $75. I called the number on my bank statement. It leads to an endless loop that prevented me from ever talking to a rep. Next, I called my bank to dispute the charge. Force Factor claims that I signed up for one of those trials with an automatic renewal unless you opt out. So the bank refused to help.

I didn't remember seeing anything like this when I bought the trial, so... I checked the screenshots I took of the checkout screen and the confirmation page for when I bought the trial pack. There is nothing there about auto refills, subscriptions or opt outs. I also checked the confirmation email Force Factor sent. Same thing. No such language. I offered to show my screen shots of the checkout page and confirmation to the bank (Wells Fargo). The bank did not care to see them because Force Factor somehow "proved" to them that the opt-out language was included despite the fact that I can prove it wasn't there. Well Fargo refused to disclose how Force Factor had "proved" this. I'm still getting stonewalled by the bank.

I finally tracked down a number for Force Factor that got me to a rep. "**" was a simple script reader who read the same paragraph over and over and refused to respond in any other way. Force Factor would not accept any returns or refunds even though the website promises money back if not satisfied. BOTTOM LINE: This is a sophisticated opt-out scam that signs you up for a monthly charge without telling you that's what they are going to do and then prevents you from disputing the charges by sending false paperwork to your bank. STAY AWAY!!!

A few weeks later I receive a bottle with 120 capsules and an invoice for $84.98. Evidently, there was an agreement box that I checked at the time of ordering the sample. It stated that I needed to cancel my membership within a certain number of days. Membership? - I thought I was simply getting a free sample. The two options I was given was either to pay to have the product return or pay them 40% of the invoice and keep the product. Very shady business practice. While reading a news article on MSN.com I saw an article addressing getting rid of fat, increasing stamina, etc. It claimed that the demand for this product was causing it to be hard to find at GNC and had a button to see if you would qualify for a free sample. I clicked on the button which put me at a page that wanted my name, reason why I wanted the product, and my age. Then I needed to click on another button to get to another page. This page asked for my name, address, telephone number, email address, etc. Then another button to see if you qualified for the free sample. I click on it. There it had the cost of shipping at around $5 on one side of the page but then wanted you to fill out a credit card number submission.

Here's where I stopped. I backed up to the previous pages and erased each one from all content and destroyed the page. Returning to the last page I erased all the information and backed out to the previous page and destroyed the webpage. Within three minutes after doing that I got a strange call on my cell phone from +1 (909) 219-6401 Anaheim (By the way this is not an Anaheim number.). Both me and my wife looked at each other and I answered the call asking who was this. A female voice from Force Factor asked me if this was _________, using my name, even then using the title Mr. before my first name.

I then asked this person who they were and how they got the telephone number, without admitting what my name was. They then began to explain that Force Factor had received my request for a sample. I then told them that they were never to call the telephone number again and asked them how they got the number (which would mean they had the other kinds of identity information which were on the other webpages if they had the telephone number). They tried to tell me that I had submitted the information online (which I denied), but by all practical terms I didn't, erasing all of the pages and never clicking on the submission button on the last page.

Apparently, the first two pages they use to collect identity information with, so when you see the credit card page and you know for sure you don't want to fill that out for a FREE TRIAL at destroying your identity and credit you stop, they can call you up and tell you that you submitted that information to them. The Force Factor person continued to argue with me about the use of such webpages and tactics in getting identity information from their webpages.

I told them to remove and destroy any information that they may have gotten from the webpages and that I would be reporting that Force Factor is using a program to steal information without the permission of unknowing individuals that are lured to their website for a FREE TRIAL sample. Be it said and done. I have nothing to say about Force Factor but that they are forcing themselves into our private and critical identity information with these type of website tactics. Let it be a warning, you can no longer test the waters through Internet webpages.

I accepted a promotional offer of a FREE trial 7 day supply of Force Factor Ignite Test X180. I accepted this by checking a box on one a long series of offers ancillary to an offer of entry into a draw to win some money. At a subsequent stage of the process I was prompted to pay about $5 for postage on the free sample. I authorised a charge of this amount to my credit card unwisely it appears. The sample arrived in due course. The first alert that all is not well was today [25th March 2015] when a parcel containing 120 capsules was delivered to my address. On checking my credit card account I find on 17th March $121.84 debited to my account quite without authorisation. I never authorised any ongoing charge to my credit card. I never authorised any one-off charge of $121.84 either. The only authorisation given was for about $5 to be charged ONCE for postage on a free sample.

I have not even been given particulars for any party to be contacted to cancel or terminate any ongoing arrangement. Not surprising as there never has been any such ongoing arrangement. My credit card provider has supplied a telephone number together with advice that the business hours today of the party concerned close at 9:00pm. At 5:28 pm, however, I got only a recorded message telling me to ring during normal business hours. Without saying what those business hours are! A credit card provider cannot enter a dispute until the customer has contacted the vendor concerned.

I accepted the offer of a "free" sample of the product and paid the required $4.99 for P&P. I read the entire page to make sure I wasn't going to get hit with the very unethical automatic order/ payment scam that some lowlife companies perpetrate. The email I received after the order had been accepted ended with just that automatic scam info, which I hadn't found on the site where I placed my order. I figured that when I actually got the product I would still have 14 days to try it out and decide whether or not I wished to continue to use it or not. I placed the order on 21 Feb and am still waiting on delivery.

On 11 March my bank account has been debited $118.31, this despite not yet trying the product, and to add to this companies unethical standards they made no notification that they had debited my account, I had to discover it on a routine check of my bank statement when I noticed that my balance was short. This makes me totally suspect now of the quality of the product I should by now have tried out for 14 days. If the product is actually effective it does not need to be marketed in such an aggressive manner - surely if the product is what you say, I could continue to order it when I want to. I consider this to be nothing less than fraud, and I think this method of marketing is illegal in Australia.

Any company with business practices such as these should make one question the product itself!! Certainly doesn't instill trust or confidence...

Products are worthless especially Test x180 Ignite. The company themselves have so many BBB complaints it's pitiful. I should have check with BBB before I bought into their trial offer!! There was NO FINE PRINT anywhere on the order form! So as far as I was getting was a trial sample for 2 weeks for 4.99. Then they WITHOUT authorization charged my card for 85 bucks! The wife caught the charge couple of days to late to stop the shipment. The product is WORTHLESS, sugar would have worked better!!! Don't waste your money on this or anything from Force Factor!! You WILL regret ever doing so!

GNC should pull all of Force Factors products off their shelves! Or they may end up hurting there bottom line!! So far I have just filed a complaint with the BBB lots of good reading about Force Factor on their site! They told me on the phone only 79 of the 85 dollars is going to be refunded which is a crock. Which further proves they are THIEVES and frauds! The charge was unauthorized so all monies should be refunded including the shipping.

Being 56 I thought I had nothing to lose to try it for $5. Then a box of 120 comes to my post office at a cost of A$120!! I never agreed to or signed up for any more than the $5 sample. I am prepared to wear this $120 cost once but suffice to say that I am not happy with their conduct. I have emailed them to say do NOT send any more. I may order more in the future dependent on them not trying this dodgy ploy on me a second time. I am really disappointed and just hope the product is better than their slippery promotion.

I immediately called to cancel to not get the next shipment scheduled 18 days later which would give you a lapse period in taking the product. Don't call it a 14 day trial. I also had read in the meantime that they are being sued for no proof of the product working.

So why would I want more and why was I was still charged on my credit card despite my phone call. I have not even opened the box or bottle, told them they could have the sample back and they still screwed me charging my card. They can have it all back, even the bottle I have not received that I was billed to me already, just give me my money back. It's a scam. The product has no proof of working, so WHY is GNC affiliated with them? I will never shop GNC again for that reason. This is the second time I have heard that GNC promotes bad products. I called Force Factor after receiving a notice of a pending charge from my credit card company. From the reviews I have read I was very fortunate to speak with a very nice lady identified as Candy. (I was equally as nice finding you get further with folks such as this with sweetness.) She offered a full refund and I ask that she wait online until I received the Return Authorization and cancelation into my email Inbox. She made an excuse that they were very busy but did comply. I received the RMA label and number and thanked her profusely for her help. (wink, wink)

We shall see if they do indeed refund the money less shipping as promised. Then I called American Express and had the merchant blocked from making any further charges. I don't know if you can do this if you used a debit card, but there is no reason continue receiving a product you no longer want. Cancel your card and just get another one. Credit card and banks are very accommodating about this.

I purchased a 15-day FREE Trial of a product from ForceFactor.com. I was charged from my checking account, via my VISA Debit Card, $4.99 for shipping only. When I received the product I realized it was not what I wanted so I never ordered any of the product. However, less than a month later, without my authorization, my checking account was charged and additional $74.98. When I contacted the company they refused to refund the amount per their own Refund Policy. However, Ryan, their representative stated that another 120-day supply of the product was already on the way. I told Ryan my bank has already stopped payment on my account and would not authorize anymore payments. I also told him I was filing a complaint with the New York State's Attorney General's Office.

I stated to him that I am a retired U.S. Air Force Veteran and living on a fixed income. He stated he could not refund the first $4.99 because that was shipping cost. He could not refund the second $4.99 because that was also a shipping cost. Since the order was already mailed what he could do was refund me 60% of the $69.99 that the 120-day supply cost. That would be a refund of $41.99 from the total of $4.99 + $4.99 + $69.99 = $79.97. That is a scam if I ever heard of one. Knowing that I was not going to get any more, I accepted the partial payment and attach all of this information to my complaint to the State's Attorney General's Office. Lesson learned!

On 8/12/2014 I ordered a product from Force Factor and authorized payment of $6.04, which was the advertised price for the product. On reading the label, I decided that it was something that it would be of no benefit to me as I am a 71-year old pensioner and this product is for young people who work out every day, so I just put it aside and was prepared to take the loss for being so gullible. To my surprise, today I received a similar looking package from Force Factor and when I checked my credit card statement was surprised to find a deduction of $135.68 was made on my card on 26/12/2014. This deduction was never authorized and it is obvious their scam is to offer a product for a very small amount just to obtain your credit card details and once they have these numbers they just help themselves to peoples money. $135.80 is a lot of money to me as I am an old-age pensioner and my weekly budget after expenses leaves me with under $100 per week to live on. There is no way that I would ever authorize a payment of this magnitude to anyone especially for a product that I have no interest in. I should have gone with my gut when I found they do not accept PayPal, I have now learned a good lesson which is never, never give your credit card details to people like Force Factor or this is what they will do to you.

I was going to order a 2 week sample and filled out the first bit of the information but changed my mind when I was about to finish. 8 hours later I get a call from a rep who offered to reduce the shipping to 99 cents and include a bottle of some other crap and a $100 rebate for anything but alcohol and tobacco at a bunch of places including Walmart so I agreed since it was "yours to keep even if you don't want the product." 5 days later the product arrives with no rebate coupon, so I call them and ask about it and they give me the number for the company that does the rebates for more info (and I got plenty of info alright). Turns out Force Factor has given their number out to their customers even though they have NEVER done business with Force Factor. They sell bulk rebate certificates to companies to include as a gift and it would've been included with the product if it was legit.

She asked for my information to add my name to a list of people who were given their number as part of this scam to help them win a harassment lawsuit against Force Factor. I immediately called Force Factor a call and made it clear I want nothing to do with their company and to close my account. I'm supposed to get an email to confirm the closure but haven't yet so I'm going to my bank later to have them deny all charges from Force Factor and treat them as fraudulent. I hope Force Factor gets theirs in court from that harassment lawsuit, and they can all go ** themselves.

I called over the long weekend (Aug 30 2014) and spoke with Emile who read the script on the Force Farce and this membership deal. I was never aware of signing up for this membership. Then he offers this ridiculous 60% refund deal for the second purchase as the first one expired because it was after 30 days from date of (sic) purchase. They did send me a cancellation confirmation where I first became aware of (sic) my membership number.

I was told that I could not get a refund as 30 days had expired after the first shipment, a clause hidden in the fine print which I did not see. I lost about $200 Canadian in this adventure and I haven't even tried the product. Please do not get suckered in by these unethical companies which unfortunately are only allowed to exist in the US. When I eventually got through, at first they denied about the phone, then admitted they had some problems. Got an e-mail and e-mailed but got no reply. Took some money from my account stating that I had received a bottle of Force Factor. However it was then admitted that they normally just leave the package at the front door. This to me is not accepting any products and will not take any responsibility... They tried to refund, but as I had stopped the card, the bank cancelled it meaning that in Australia the account is cancelled and will not allow anyone depositing money into account. When I spoke with them, they said their policy is that they can only refund to original account and seeing the bank won't allow it, they say they can't do anything about it, and will not send a money order or put it into another account. Talk about a con. I asked to speak to a manager, but was told I could not. The person spoke to was a person called Courtney.

Had it been it clear sight where I enter my credit card information I would have never taken trial. 2) I took these supplements exactly one day. 2 in the morning and 2 before I worked out. That night I had the worse diarrhea I have ever had. I have never taken another pill. 3) A few weeks later I noticed my bank account had a charge by Force Factor of $74.98 processing.

I called Force Factor as soon as they opened to have this corrected. I was told that they could not stop charges as another supply had shipped at 6:00 A.M. Dodgy Practise - Force Factor Test X180 - Another one who signed up for a 'FREE'. I got billed in Dec. & got the goods but THEN I got billed in January but haven't received anything (5th Feb). Trying to cancel but not easy from UK. In my opinion - you should avoid this company like the plague.

I signed up for a free limited test sample and paid shipping and handling charges, but had to give a credit card number. I received the sample a few days later. 30 days later, I received a 30 day supply that I did not order and was charged $74.98 to my credit card. I did not order this merchandise or authorized the payment. I called the company to stop further shipments and charges, but they were adamant about reversing the charge for the 30 day supply I had received unsolicited. Afterwards, I entered the company's website to review the terms and conditions, and was able to locate them in small print and after having to scroll down beyond the point where you accept to pay the shipping cost for the "free" sample. This is misleading and unethical.

Same thing sign up for free sample... Now I'm being charged $74.00 for being enrolled in a monthly program. They bury it in the fine print. Very shady company!!!! Had product just show up in the mail box with a bill. They email a tracking number with the sample package, but just send you the monthly $74 without notifying you.

I ordered the free sample from this crooked company on 1-20-14. I got it a couple of days later. Yesterday I got a call from American Express about suspicious charges on my card 1-21-14. I had to cancel my card and get a new one issued. Then yesterday a package comes from Force Factor, a whole new bottle of 60 pills which I did not order and a charge of $74.00 on my card! I just disputed the charge with AMEX. This is a ripoff and I believe this company had something to do with the bogus charges on my credit card.

After seeing an advertisement for Force Factor health supplement (Force Factor Test X180 IGNITE), on the internet, giving a free sample and only having to pay for post and handling, I ordered and paid $9.99 US currency. This was debited against my account as $10.99 Aus, on the 3rd December. On checking my bank account today, 30th December, I have discovered that Force Factor has taken a further $101.92 Aus. from my account. This withdrawal was unauthorized and I did order or receive any further product from the company Force Factor. As a Retired Detective of Police I am hoping that you can assist in this matter.

I agreed to pay $6 shipping for a free 14-day sample of Force Factor. Buried in the text was an implied consent for recurring monthly shipments. They shipped an $80 bottle at the same time as the sample. I have not been able to get my credit card company to reverse the charge. There is nothing new or revolutionary about this product. The ingredients have been available for years, and can be obtained in single supplements with higher doses for far less. I didn't intentionally order this product, I don't want it, I'm not going to use it. I encourage everyone that has been fooled by this business practice to post on every site they can find.

I fell for the offer of a Force Factor sample without realizing I was signing up for automatic shipments. Four days after I placed the sample order I attempted to cancel the automatic shipments. So far I have spoken to 3 representatives who work extremely hard to keep you as a customer. They promised my account was cancelled and an email was forthcoming, yet no cancellation email arrived. Each call back I'm told your account didn't cancel but I've now cancelled it. I still have 14 more days to see if I can get this cancelled before an automatic shipments comes and I get charged $75. If I had the Corporate Office address I would send a certified letter of cancellation so I would have proof of cancellation for the credit card company. This is extremely frustrating.

What happened is basically the same as other people's complaint here. They try to hook you up with cheap sample ($8). And after one month, they start to send you the product every month and charge your card for $80 for that. When I realized that after several months and called them, they said I agreed to subscribe for the service when I purchased the sample and it is my fault not to read through the contract. (I swear they hide the clause somewhere in the agreement that you won't be able to notice.)

What made me even angrier is that when I asked them to send me again the original confirmation email/documentation, they say they cannot do that, but insisted that it has been confirmed in their system. I asked for refund, they said no because the product has been shipped. This is so ridiculous!! There must have been tons of people get cheated by this kind of scheme. Just watch out and don't be fooled again! I've filed a complaint through BOA and will see how it goes. Shame on such kind of dishonest business.

Buried in the user agreement is a clause that has them sign you up for a monthly supply that I was unaware of because I did not review the agreement carefully enough. I feel this is an unscrupulous practice as everyday we have to check the user agreement. No one has the time to review all of the legal jargon contained in these agreements. This company will send out another month's supply and charge your credit card $74.00. Buyer beware as this company will rip you off!

Similar to others, I fell for the Free Sample scam. I paid shipping and received the product about 10 days afterwards. I didn't notice the fine print until where it says I have to cancel or they will be sending me additional product. I saw this charge on my credit card for $74.99USD and immediately called Force Factor. I haven't received the product yet. Lady was nice but told me it was my fault for not reading the website carefully. In the end, she sends me a return mailing label and said she would refund my money after receiving the unopened package. When I do receive the package, I will definitely return it. If the product was any good, I might have continued to buy from them but with this type of customer service, I will never buy any Force Factor product again. I'm sure they are constantly getting calls to reverse charges for their negative response selling method. It's just wrong.

This review is not to bash this company. I will try to be fair and only state the facts of my experience with Force Factor. For starters, I came across this free trial of Force Factor products. It is supposed to be a 14-day trial bottle (I chose Test X180), and I was only supposed to pay for shipping. The checkout process seemed fine, and the transaction went through smooth; although I waited for my bottle and didn't receive it until 19 days later. Upon opening the box and reading the usage directions, I found out that the recommended dosage is 2 pills a day, not one, as stated in the nutrition facts. So the 14 pills they sent is a 7-day trial, not 14.

This is deceptive and misleading information that is used to lure customers into their trial plan. Right on the website, it specifically states 14-day trial samples. I also found out when I opened my order that I was enrolled in their trial plan and that I had to call and cancel. It’s usually not a big problem. I have been in several of these programs before with no issues. I figured I would call when I got to work. I assumed it was 18 days from the time I received my bottle. So later that day, I checked my AMEX account to find I was charged $74+ on the same day I received my trial. I figured I would give them a call; I'm sure they will settle the problem and issue a refund.

Upon calling customer service, a man came on the phone and asked what the problem was. I explained to him that I was charged the money. Immediately, he got very defensive. He told me I should've read the terms. I understand that, but really, I expect a company to have some common decency and don't set unrealistic guidelines. I mean, come on, you set your trial for 18 days knowing it could take weeks for your customer to receive their item; leaving them absolutely no chance to cancel your program at all. Again, it’s just a way to trap customers into their program and cheat people out of money. I feel it is sad they can't let the product speak for itself. If it is a good product, it will sell. You can sell it in a decent manner and not have to lure customers by deceiving them and enrolling them in a trial.

So I explained to the man that I wanted to charges reversed. He immediately told me no. He said it is my fault and stated again that I should've read the fine print. Really? He told me I would have to send the product back. Ok, so I told him that I would and asked whether they were going to send me a return label. Obviously, he said no. He told me to refuse the package. I asked how they shipped it. He said USPS, and I asked how I can refuse it. It will be in my mailbox before I get home. He got an attitude and started talking over me and cutting me off; he was very rude. He told me I need to write refused on the box and then take it to a post office. He was very rude in his tone. After I said ok to this, he then started offering me to keep the product, and I will receive a $20 refund on my card. I said no.

He then offered a coupon for a future purchase. I told him no; I would not be buying any Force Factor products again. I feel I have been deceived on the trial size as well as the trial program. He replied, "I'm sure you won't because you didn't read the terms, and now you're mad we sent you a good product. It's not our fault you don't pay attention. We didn't deceive you. There is nothing deceiving on our website." I tried to explain that I didn't receive my product for 19 days, and they charged me before I even had a chance to cancel. Also, I brought up the website and told him it says right on the website that I would receive a 14-day trial. The usage directions states 2 pills a day, and I only received a 7-day trial. He replied, "It's not our fault, you shouldn't have bought the item if you didn't read the terms. There is nothing deceiving about the trial. You get 7 days worth to try over 14 days." Really? (LOL). Seven days worth of pills to try over 14 days doesn't even make sense. What an **.

I'm sure this isn't just this guy. This has got to be a company policy to treat customers this way. Just read the other complaints. This company has complaint after complaint. I wouldn't even be complaining if they would've handled this with some decency. I have never experienced such disrespect as a customer of a supplement company. They just don't give a ** about their customers. So after that, he then offered me another promo. He said they would give me 60% off and refund me that amount, I again told him no. I was so pissed by now that there is no way I would take their product. You know, I would've accepted one of these offers and probably kept their product if he didn't treat me like this. Any chance there was of me using Force Factor products went out the window as soon as I spoke to this guy.

Finally he gave me an RMA and told me after they received it back, I would get a refund within 10 days. Are you serious? This company is a joke! Luckily I hadn't received the package yet because he told me that if I opened the box, I would have to pay for return shipping. I have never experienced such a lack of respect for the customers who make that company. If they don't sell their product, they will be out of business. That's just common sense. You don't treat your customers like crap. The customer is not always right, but in this case, they should've handled this situation completely different. I am going to send their product back, and I'm not waiting for a refund from them. I will file a dispute with American Express, and let them handle it.

So my final thought is that I will never buy a Force Factor product because of the horrible experience with their customer service. It really shows they do not care about the customer at all. What does that say about their product? In regards to the effectiveness of the product, I don't know; I didn't take it, and just threw it right in the trash. It was a waste of my time and my money. Not to mention they are charging an outrageous price for their product to begin with. If you really wanted it, you could get it elsewhere online for half the price. This company is just out to rip people off. Just look at their website. They set up this whole thing that you have to go through to see if you qualify. Ha! No matter what you put in, you will qualify. It is meant to make you feel like you are getting a deal. Stay away!

Your free trial signs you up for a monthly subscription of a supplement you may not want. I don't remember ever seeing anything that stated so, maybe because I purchased via a link on Kyle Leon's Muscle Maximizer site. In any case, I called them and told them I don't want a subscription and I wanted it stopped. They shipped me another bottle. At about 75 dollars a bottle, this is no deal. In fact, you can get this stuff off Amazon for a little over $40. I called them again telling them I wanted it canceled, and while talking, they charged me for another bottle. I've learned my lesson on free samples. Does it work? I stopped taking it after the first auto ship. After all, who markets a product like this if it can stand on its own?

On 7/29/11, I ordered a one-time free sample of Force Factor dietary supplement. I was let to believe that I had a 14-day trial period once I received the product. If I decide not to continue using the product, I am to cancel by the end of the trial period or another would be sent to me at the regular price.

I received the trial sample on 8/6/11 and expected to have until 8/20/11 to decide if I wanted to continue using the product. On 8/15/11, a withdrawal of $74.95 was made to my account by Force Factor. When I questioned this, I was told that the trial period is from the day of order. When I asked how can this be a 14-day trial period when the product is in transit for eight of those days? I was told "that's the way we do it, sir".

I contacted Force Factor on December 27, 2010 to cancel my subscription and to return two unused bottle and one open bottle. As a result, my subscription was canceled. However, Force Factor refused to have me return unopened bottles for a full refund of my money.

According to Libby, Force Factor customer service supervisor, their return policy takes precedent over a consumer who has experience side effect from using their products. I have seen reviews online, where other consumer experiencing similar problems from using Force Factor. It has been seen here that the product is not fit for consumer consumption. There is obviously a defect in the product that causes these side effects. Force Factor, the merchant needs to fully refund its consumer for a defective product. Their return policy has no effect when a defective product has harmful effects on consumer when consumed.I want to be fully refunded for the unused products.
