Force Factor has become part of my daily routine. I have been using it for so long now and it was great when I started it. It's affordable and I do feel the difference when I'm not on it or when I forget it. It's good and I like it.

I use the Test X180 from Force Factor and I love it. I've been using it for four or five years now and it made a big difference. I had a huge weight loss and I've turned four or five friends on to it.

I'm an older guy who's working out and Force Factor gives me a little more to go through the day when I do use it. It keeps me more on an even keel. During the day when I'm stressed or when I'm working hard, it gives me that little bit of edge. I know when I don’t take it as I feel a little more rundown. It works good. They tried to put on the Volcano, but that was too much so they moved me back to the testosterone booster. I have recommended Force Factor to my son-in-law and have given him samples that I've had when I've gotten too much.

The supplements I ordered from your company were great! I recommended it to friends at the gym. I gave them the name of the product and where to order it. I would have kept using the products and supplements had I been able to afford it. Thank you Force Factor for a good shopping experience.

I started using Force Factor two years ago after I read the literature they had available. They're on time with the delivery. I seem to get some response from their product and I'm not doing any physical stuff. I felt good after the second week. But it would be better for someone who has a more active lifestyle.

Force Factor was great. I also took the supplements because it gives more energy for the workout, and they work well. But I've got a herniated disk and arthritis, and I'm no longer working out like I used to so I don't use it anymore. I tried to cancel it and talked with someone on the phone three months ago. Still, they would not stop taking it out of my credit card and that experience is low. But the experience of using it is high.

I been using Volcano. It's a very good product and the result really shows. I will recommend this product to anyone. I workout at the local gym and this product give me the stamina and endurance. No jitters and not too much caffeine on it too.

Great stuff always comes in like clockwork. My favorite is the ignite. Has a nice kick of energy which helps when long days get even longer. Have noticed a gain in cardio. To the point where I need to stretch a lot based on new muscle building on.

I was mixing Force Factor with a couple of things and it seemed to be helping. I've got to just try it on to see how it did by itself, but I seemed to be doing fine. I didn’t have any problems at all.

I have been trying to cease my Force Factor Products but it has been virtually impossible to do so. I have tried to get in touch by using the Australian Phone number supplied, yeah right there is some women with an American accent telling you to contact this company between the office hours Mon - Fri and Sat, standard eastern time. Well try and get through, impossible. So I ask myself what are the hours then if I keep getting this recorded message during the day during those so called 'Office Hours'?

I take Force Factor each day and I've found it to give me extra energy. I've used it off and on at various times over several years, not consistently, but periodically. As far as providing energy, it has some value.

Compared to other supplements that I've used in the past, the products of Force Factor are good. They have a good selection of products available. I've used these products and gotten good results so they have worked well.

I was doing some online shopping with weight products and I landed across Force Factor. I've been into supplements on and off throughout my entire life. I began to become more of a senior, so I was more interested in something to help boost my testosterone level, which is what got me to Force Factor because they were talking about testosterone boosters. They did give me a boost, though I didn't get the peak performance level I was looking for. The process was fairly painless starting out with it but I was not getting the boost that I was trying to attain, then with the repetitious orders and the working out. I was trying them out to see how it would go, but the experience was worth the try.

I use supplements to build mass and I try different stuff from time to time. I used one product that Force Factor sells and it's the only natural thing that they make. And it’s fine. I don’t have any issues with it and no side effects. But my biggest problem with it is that they keep resending that stuff. It’s like they keep auto-reselling it, but maybe that’s how I set myself up.

Excellent Customer Service, however the prices are quite expensive for long time members. There should be a pecking order. For example gold, silver and Platinum each category should automatically have a percentage off on orders or individual product. For example 10%, 20% and 30% the above status or ranking. This would encourage the buyer to work toward top status Platinum. Just an suggestion.

I have had several occasions to call customer service with issues over the past few years. Each issue was handled to my satisfaction with courtesy and service over and above anything I ever expected. Not all issues were the fault of Force Factor but still received excellent service.

I have been using Force Factor products since 2009 and I have seen amazing results. I have recently turned the age of 15 and I have been using Force Factor volcano for about a year and the results are amazing. There are times when I have to go to Force Factor directly and this customer services are amazing. The Force Factor company deserves to be the best because of their products and customer service.

This is the first testosterone I have taken that hasn't made me edgy or just down right mean. Helps my workouts and great in the bedroom. I'm 48 and this allows me to be 30 again. Being an ex-athlete I was used to performing workouts at a high level. I now have the stamina to finish those sessions with a satisfying finish. Not the well I've been here long enough.

I have always gotten my orders on time. I have never had anyone try to push something on me. I just stopped another order for that very reason, and when there has been a mix up you have always worked with me. I am happy with the product. Keep up the good work.

I needed something and when I saw Force Factor's ingredients online, it was the best among other products on the market for someone my age that's near 60. I got the 30-day trial offer and was impressed with how it worked. I keep a consistent weight and still keep my current sculpture, and when I get a chance to get into the gym and work out, I can see the difference not just in shape but also in mass. I also noticed the difference in vein size where there was more blood flow and oxygen in the areas I was working out. Also, I don't feel tired and amped up. It works well for me and has no side effects. I've used other supplements before but I consider Force Factor to be the number one for me. It does what I want it to do and I'm extremely happy with it.

Force Factor was advertised as a GNC product, and the ad said it was sweeping the nation by storm because of all the increased energy, libido and alertness that it produced. The advertising was very good and it got my attention to order it. It's my first time using this supplement and I’ve noticed some benefits with it.

Force Factor had an internet promotion so I went ahead and signed up for a month of free bottles. Then, they charged me for the postage of the first month trial period. I have not mentioned this to my holistic doctor who had recommended other supplements before. But I have never felt a result from any that I've taken and they're costing me a lot of money as well. My doctor doesn't want me to take anything that he hasn't recommended but I'm gonna start taking the Force Factor supplements every day for 60 days and see if it affects my energy.

I went to Australia on vacation and my friend who's running a health and fitness shop there told me to try Force Factor. I've never had to use supplements before, but I'm getting older. I thought at first that it was helping, but I really couldn't see results after a certain time. I guess I was not doing the regimen correctly. The Nitric Oxide seemed to work really well for what it was supposed to do. But the other thing I was taking didn’t. Then I started combining them with another supplement as well, so I couldn’t tell if it was actually the Force Factor itself.

My wife got me a free trial of Force Factor VolcaNO in July of 2015. Force Factor shared my information with a telemarketing company that sells "Extenze Plus" - a "male enhancement" pill. The telemarketers have called me no less than 10 times in over a year. They have extremely thick accents and never respond to my requests to stop calling. Oddly, they stay on the line and listen patiently as I ask them repeatedly "Why are you calling me?" "Will you please stop calling me" "What company do you work for" and "may I speak to you supervisor", but they never actually answer these questions. I learned from reading Force Factor's privacy policy that they do share your info with third parties, and will stop upon request. However - the damage is already done.

I saw Force Factor in GNC. I'm getting older so anything that says testosterone booster I'd want it just to help with recovery and energy. I bought the X180 Ignite which is a pre-workout and it seems to work. It's as good or better than other supplements I’ve used in the past. I take it every morning and I'm getting results. I'm probably in better shape at 54 than I have been at 35 or even 25. My wife doesn’t understand how come I have so much energy. I myself don't know if it's because I like working out or it's the Force Factor. But I do bounce out of bed at 5:00 in the morning ready to go to work out and enjoy it.

My experience with Force Factor has been excellent. I'm always very apprehensive about giving somebody a credit card and letting them do recurring bills but they’ve been perfect. They're really trustworthy, and I've been pleased. I had the Test X180 and they also sent me a free sample of the one called LeanFire. I got sample and got laid off so I called to put on hold until new job. They told me account on hold until Aug 27, all my accounts but 2 weeks after I get a charge for over 100 Canadian. I call and was told half refunded and product shipped and I can keep. Now mailman comes and I have a charge to pay at post office. I get 3 trial and no charges then I cancel and I have to pay to pick up. It's funny (not at all) that when talking to supervisor I'm told this has nothing to do with them. I feel I was lied to and manipulated. Do not enter into business with these guys. I feel totally ripped off.

Been using FACTOR 2, VOLCANO and TEST180 IGNITE combination for almost a year now. I started with Force Factor about 2 years ago. I look better than I ever have and I'm 71 years old. It made a big difference for me and the weights I usually use in the gym are getting "lighter".

I contacted the customer service line to see if we could arrange a refund but I had no luck. I've received charges for the product that I'm not using and every time I call one of the employees, Cris, answers and never lets me cancel the subscription. Instead he gives me more days to try it but I am not using the product! Both the sample and product are brand new. I just want to cancel and get my money back. Customer service really is terrible. Someone please contact me. I don't want another charge to my account.

I tried Force Factor to get energy prior to working out. I got the VolcaNO and I do have more energy from using it. I don't think it's done anything mass-wise. It has inflated my veins a little bit but nothing like it's swelled up. The positive side was I don't get jitters using the supplement.

Force Factor Customer Service Dept. is the BEST in giving you the "RUN-AROUND". With the workout they gave me over the phone I was able to skip the gym for several days. They are experts in making a deal with you then overcharging you the following month. After 20 min. on the phone with them, I just threw in the towel. All I received for my business was them taking my $75 and offered to return 60% of it. I refused and now I have to wait 2 weeks for my money and lost $10 from shipping charges. I could go into a extensive description about my dealings with them but I do not need another headache. They would make a fortune selling Ibuprofen. In short, they take your money then they offer you more and different supplements like they are doing you a favor. The company should be called: FORCED FACTOR. They take your money and FORCE you to purchase more product. That's A FACTOR...

I am writing this review on behalf of my boyfriend. He has tried multiple products over the years and believes this one is the best. Not only does it help build muscle, it helps him maintain. He always has energy when he comes from working out or weight lifting. I recommend to anyone who has tried other products they haven't liked.

I bought Force Factor products locally. Using and achieving great results with one product from Force Factor encouraged me to try out more and more of their products. I have not been disappointed once. Their products have given me more energy, more endurance, more focus, better sleep and a higher libido. I have achieved a leaner body, more strength and more vascularity using Force Factor products. I am so far and beyond satisfied.

I ordered a free sample from Force Factor then not even a month later I had a charge of $74.98 to my bank account. This made me really upset! Just from this experience alone makes me not recommend this company to anyone. Then I tried calling them to contact them and see why I'm getting charged for something I didn't purchase, and to get a refund. I still NEVER got in touch with a representative which makes me even more furious!

Product was fine but was somehow added to a paid subscription to their product after the free sample. Luckily the customer service team was incredibly helpful in rectifying the situation.

I used Force Factor for about a month and I enjoyed it. It gave me some necessary energy levels in the gym and some physique, so I was happy with it. They were also timely on deliveries. I'd recommend it to somebody and I've actually told a few people about it.

Through six pack abs I was offered a free sample of a Force Factor product. 2 months later I noticed monthly charges on my credit card. I called to check this out and was told I had 18 days to return the product. I was passed the time limit and was told I could return the second shipment. It still has not arrived. Was also told it would cost a lot to return product to USA. I live in Canada. Checked their site and there is a return address for Canadians. I certainly do not agree with this 18 day policy. So now am out 213 dollars with one bottle of product. Customer service rep's very cold and nonchalant.

Force Factor was described as something to give me strength and energy and it seems to be pretty good. I get more energy when I use it combined with creatine. I'm satisfied with Force Factor and now that they lowered the price to $30 instead of $80 per bottle, it's worth it.

I truly want to thank you for your product, Force Factor. I have had a wonderful experience taking Force Factor and have the results to show for it. My energy level is high, and the increase in my muscles (arms, legs, and core) have made some people ask and notice my improvement in my body structure. Overall, I am very satisfied with the products I use from Force Factor. I use the T-180 and Factor 2 in conjunction with each other and am very pleased. It would be nice to see a price break for consistent users of your product though. Thank you!

I use Factor 2 as a pre-workout supplement. I am 65 years old and am still adding lean muscle mass. I would highly recommend this product for anyone who wishes to take their resistance training to the next level.

Been purchasing your product for at least five years. Several times I have tried to stops monthly shipment but they only stop for two months then start again. I really like your Force Factor & will continue to use but I have 4 full bottles on my shelf. I want to stop til I get down to one but I will call to start again. I'm 68 years old & work out 5 days a week. Please advise.

On March 31 I did signup for a free try of the Test X180 Ignite 28ct. I paid CAD$6.73 by the product, and a week later I received my package. I have the habit to check my credit card statement before pay, and for my surprise I found a purchase that I did not. Looking at in detail I realized that was a charge for Force Factor. I call the customer service and told the history. The operator understood my situation and canceled the order. That fact is, I did not order anything else. Even so the Force Factor sent me a package and charged CAD$119.81 for it. I have returned the package, but I had to pay for shipping. I would like to know when will I get my money back including the shipping. I expect be refunded in CAD$129.32.

I decided to try Force Factor several months back. I wasn't really let down with the product nor was I impressed. My complaint comes from the sales reps and sales supervisor. I stopped taking it with plans to start back up and a few months later noticed I had not received my package in four months. Now I had moved at some point during that and was understanding that one or possibly two were shipped after I moved. Anyway I called in January to cancel writing it off as a loss.

I found out about Force Factor through and advertisement while reading a magazine. I wasn't really looking for anything, but with the explanation that they gave with the advertisement and with my workouts at that time, it was a viable addition to try it out. I felt more energy when I tried their sample offer. I use other supplements, but not in the form like that of Force Factor. They're good compared to the others. I'm sure there is a difference when I take them regularly during the mornings, after workouts and in between. It's been great. It's a supplement that will help and assist in my training. It gives what I'm looking for after working out. But I have to put a pause on my subscription 'cause it keeps coming and I have enough of it for a lifetime.

I was plateauing so I was looking for an extra boost. My brother is a personal trainer and he recommended Force Factor to me. I haven’t used it in a long time since I didn't find what I was looking for. I didn’t get as much as I wanted.

Always polite and when asked a question they give me an answer. I have had to delay shipping a few times because I am backed up on product and it's never an issue with them.

I bought the Force Factor Supplements to try out if I can get the mule to pull that plow a little bit harder. My son showed me an internet thing and they were saying on there that it can build 48% strength or build stamina up. And I figured if it works on a human, it might work on that mule. It’s the first time I ever gave the mule anything. There were a couple of days he was hauling that plow pretty hard so I guess it helped a little for a couple of days. But maybe he had a heart attack or just old and gave out. He's not doing good now. On the other hand, I think I only paid $9.95 for a bottle. They were real fast getting that out too. I got it in the mail in three days after I ordered it. They delivered up right here on the cabin. Overall, my experience is good. I'm happy.

I have now used two products in the Force Factor family and have been pretty pleased with both of their results. I use both the VolcaNo Fury pre-workout and the Performance Protein. The pre-workout definitely unleashes the beast in me. I love it. I get a nice pump and have been steadily increasing my weight/reps. I usually do 3 weeks on the product and 1 off to help my body recover and to continue to push myself. As for the performance protein, I take about a scoop after every workout (minus cardio day) mixed with either milk or water. Definitely helps me recover and supplies my body with the protein without all the calories/fat. Recommend both of these products!

I felt I needed supplements and in a magazine they had something like a discounted price or a free sample so I took advantage of it. I was only looking for one that was a general application, and this one is a little more than I need because it’s for people who are trying to lift weights and get toned up a lot better, and I’m just looking for more abs. I liked the results after using it, I felt like I’ve got more energy now and I can feel the difference. If I forget to take it, I’m definitely slowing down. I’m 71 years old and I don’t feel it at all, and I attribute a lot of that to Force Factor.

I was doing a new fitness routine, and saw Force Factor Supplement on a magazine that I was reading and decided to give it a try. It worked fine but last month I was told I have Graves' disease, which is hyperthyroidism. So I haven't been taking it for a while and I have to send a letter to stop them from sending it. But my endocrinologist told me that disease wasn't from one of the ingredients in the Force Factor. I would recommend Force Factor and I was satisfied with the gains that I was receiving. It did what it was supposed to, but I just wasn't able to take it for a long period of time. And one thing that I would have wanted to do was to order it a couple of times on my own without having to do the whole automatic sending or billing.

Your sales support has ALWAYS been helpful and understanding. I have had some health issues and they have been very accommodating when I've needed to change my shipping schedule.

I've been working out for some time now and have been struggling with my endurance and energy. I was doing some research on pre-workout supplements and found Force Factor's VolcaNO Fury to be interesting. I started using it a couple weeks ago and have been absolutely explosive. I've been taking the Test X180 for quite a while and I had some samples of the VolcaNO and I liked it. It works really good with me. I'm 56 years old and have a chronic back and neck injury. The Force Factor product was helpful to me. The product choice comes in good shape in a good amount of time.

I ordered the free bottle back in May 2015. Immediately after, I phoned them and told them to discontinue the order. They agreed. However, I found out later that they did not cancel as per my request. I even moved, and they continued to charge me. Interestingly enough, I never received any product. Where did it go? These guys are crooks and they will refund my money.

I've been in Force Factor for a year and I take half a dose because two doses or two pills a day kept me from sleeping. The only way I could tell if it's done any good for me would be to get off the pill. I'm just taking it as thinking it does help.

BUYERS BEWARE! This company offers you a free sample for the price of shipping as long as you cancel before they send a monthly subscription of products. After you cancel with them on the phone "surprise" they still send their products and still bill you. I spent over an hour with customer support trying to resolve the return and ended up getting hung up on. They have your address and credit card # and you might as well give up. They will keep billing and sending their supplements. Don't believe this guy who comments after my review. Their dedicated customer support is dedicated to one thing, to sell you more products and mislead you into giving more money. BUYERS BEWARE! Nothing is free.

Don't order a so called free sample of anything, they are suppose to only charge a shipping fee, but if you don't call up in 15 days and cancel they charge you $80 and send you another bottle every 30 days. And getting through on the customer service line is a nightmare, there is no email address to write to so you can't even go that way and get a written record to take to your credit card company to block them from charging you. They have a 30 open bottle policy which they tell you but won't give you in writing. So if you want to send product back you have to call up the wait forever customer line and get an RMA number to send it back. Why send back an empty or half empty bottle??? Bad customer service! Shame on you.

I needed energy so I started using supplements and after using Force Factor, I felt really good. I'm very happy with them.

With Force Factor Volcano, I experienced no positive difference in strength, pump or energy. With Force Factor Volcano I have experienced the worst case of full body itchy hives. I do not recommend this product to anyone.

I have been on such a tear lately with Force Factor VolcaNo. People always talk about the "pump" feeling at the gym, this product does just that. My workouts have been fantastic. I was looking for a way to improve my testosterone levels, so I purchased Force Factor supplements. I initially took advantage of their free sample offer. I’m a little bit of a tightwad so I don’t like the price; It’s a little expensive for the extra caffeine. But I’d rather get my caffeine that way than in a cup of coffee. I lift weights three times a week and I am 74 years old so if I’m going to pump iron, I need some extra energy from the extra caffeine in them and it's worth it. I can throw the iron around pretty decent. I didn’t know how it was going to work or how it’s supposed to work but the caffeine part of it is working so I’ve been staying with it.

I love working out. I love the atmosphere, the feeling while you're working out, and of course the results. There's no better feeling than seeing results. I have really been working on my legs and have seen plateauing recently. It's discouraging to say the least. After doing some research on Force Factor, I decided to give it a try. I understood it would give me an extra boost in my workouts. The results were incredible. I was able to beat my plateaus and start seeing progress. I'm beyond impressed with Force Factor.

Force Factor had the product I was looking for to help pick up the burn when I'm working out. It seems to work and I can tell the difference after using the product.

I've been using supplements since 1982 because it's not in the food that I eat. In 1938, there was a report that came out that said the soil was being depleted of its nutrients because of the way that we were farming. That's also the reason why there are so many obese people because of the vacant calories that's in the food. I tried Herbalife, Biometics, Lifetronic and Omnitrition and been with a whole bunch of nutritional companies over the years. I'm in GNC and got them because of the free sample offers. I paid for the shipping and they sent it. Compared to the other supplements I've used, they're okay in reference to muscle building. It works and does what it says it does so I'd recommend them.

This is a review for the customer service, and not the product. I found the reviews on ConsumerAffairs after I had place my order for the free sample of Test X 180. I was a little leery of what I had gotten myself into after seeing all of the negative reviews on poor customer service. I am not sure how/if things have changed with the customer service department and the way business had been conducted in the past, but I had a reassuring experience with Lyle. I did not have to wait any more than 30 seconds to be connected, and Lyle was very helpful

Ordered a trial bottle, then 2 weeks later they charge my credit card $84. Had to shut down my card and left me with no money because my card locked my card.

Force Factor is the best product out there and it has changed my life when I was on it. But now, I am not because of money shortage.

It was my first time using supplements from Force Factor, and I've had some medical issues because of it. My blood pressure went out of whack and I almost had a stroke, so I'm not going to be taking it anymore. I didn't feel it do any good. I called for a sample and they told me I have to order on the internet. The internet does not have it. Several times everybody at your place says yes I can get it on the internet and it's not there so it's kind of annoying when your own people don't know their business.

Force Factor, as a company, has once again proven to me that they are leading the race in workout supplements etc. I have been using Volcano, a pre-workout that came highly recommended to me, and I can't think of another pre workout that has got me into my groove any better than Volcano. I used Force Factor supplements and it's a little different compared to supplements I've used in the past. I took advantage of the free sample offer and have used only one product.

Force Factor Volcano had a sample which I sent only shipping cost (4.99) applied to my credit card. Wrong thing to do!! I received the small sample, and then they sent me a month supply. I never acknowledge a full bottle or even accepted the credit card charge of 74.98. I work hard at my job, and really don't need time to be left hanging on the phone for a half hour to talked to a representative. I just wanted to try the sample out, which I really don't care for the product. It's a GNC company and I get my vitamins from there, but looks like they are running scams. Maybe a new CEO? Bad management.

Force Factor's products are working good and I'm getting a little bit of energy. I get out and exercise and I've got no problem with it.

Force Factor works for me. I go to the gym so I'm using it. I do not buy any other brands, it's one of the best. However, my doctor wants me to quit because my creatinine level goes up when I use it. I just bought 2 bottles last week but I may have to cancel for a while. I will definitely buy it again in the future. I have recommended it to my friends and they're happy with it too.

My problem was leg pain. I am older, in my "golden years" at a healthy weight but suffered from aching legs to the point that even walking was very uncomfortable. Doesn't mean that I'm not interested in the opposite sex, so I tried Test X180 from Force Factor. I noticed within a day that the ache in my legs had reduced and within a few days, the ache was as good as gone. There are a number of documented health problems related to low testosterone but I was amazed and very pleased to discover that leg ache for me was one of them.

I've been taking Force Factor for a bit longer than 5 years. It doesn't work after about 1.5 years like it should but if you take a week off then a week on sometimes you'll get more done. Bottom line, it's expensive and has a large spectrum of side effects. The main ingredient is "NO2 EXPLOSION..." Really? Why should anyone trust that, why not nitric acid?? I kinda regret taking this product because of dependence or elce side effects will show up as follows; inner ear problems, vertigo, joint problems like carpal tunnel, stomach problems and the fun one when you first start a high dose then stop.

I’ve been taking Force Factor for at least three years and like the basic testosterone. I have four bottles in the shelf right now and they’re accumulating because I only take one pill a day rather than two. I used to delay the order for any amount of time I wanted to but now it’s only for two months and I want to delay it longer. I tried calling once to know if they have a plan for one pill a day but I wasn't talking to the right person. So I'll try calling them again or I’m going to cancel it and then re-submit whenever I need it or not take it at all to avoid stacking up. Nevertheless, I've recommended it to a friend. It’s a great product and it boosts the level of the testosterone. It’s what I’m looking for and that’s what I got.

I started using Force Factor's Volcano product before this past summer began, trying to get into summer weather shape and what not. The great thing about Volcano as opposed to other things I've used in the past for working out, is the noticeable boost of energy you get while working out. It has helped me tone myself out as well. I didn't read the fine print until I finished the transaction of ordering the 30 day supply of "Volcano" (by Force factor). After learning that in over two weeks my credit card would be debited for a continuing supply of the product if I didn't cancel, I called the next business day and explained. I was pitched more offers which would contradict my reason for cancelling to begin with. I still received the initial 30 day trial supply which was oncoming in the mail but haven't tried it. I'm experimenting with pre-workout supplements however as I read into the use of Volcano by Force factor, it must be used continually to achieve and maintain results. That's not what I really want. I need only a boost in my regimen.

Ordered a sample. Never got it. Emailed repeatedly. Today $84.98 is gone from my account! And I live off $1200 a month and the rude guy on the phone is not refunding any shipping even though I received nothing and I have to wait 5 days for my money. Beware!!!

I got the sample in the mail and read about the diet, especially on the internet. It worked out for my norm, 10 minutes more than Force Factor 180x. I got no results. No energy. No weight loss to the .001 pound. It actually made me more tired. Then I saw the truth: I don't want to be a lab rat. I was getting slow results, but results on my own. After this epiphany, the mail sends me another month of this stuff. I just want to cancel my membership and get a refund for the supply I just received.

I have tried for the last two years to cancel my auto ship for 180x. I sent an e-mail requesting to have it stop and I get a reply asking me to call them. Finally as of October 2015 I went to my bank and had them stop payment on the auto ship. I also went online and located the CEO of this company and I am shipping back to him two years worth of unopened 180x along with a copy of the e-mail that I sent requesting to have the auto ship stopped.

I only get to workout in the evenings after a long day of work already with a job that I just started. I used to be able to work out before college classes which worked a lot better for my schedule, but even though I am excited to have gotten a job, it really messed with my workout routine. Getting Force Factor Volcano in the mix was an awesome idea because the NO boosting parts of it was able to keep me going after working 9-5. Was really happy to find this solution, and have had nothing but a great experience with Force Factor thus far.

I called the company and was connected with manager who listened to my problem and quickly resolved it, refunding my payment immediately even BEFORE I shipped the product back to them. I was looking on the internet for something that was going to help out a bit and found Force Factor. I had tried a few other things in the past and Force Factor is better. The price was good and I like the results. It might not be above and beyond the others, but it did what it was supposed to do so I was satisfied.

If you are looking for a great pre-workout this is it. Great, NO booster for those trying to get a better set going once you're at the gym. My credit card was charged two amounts on 9/29/2015 in amounts of $4.99 and $29.99. I have not received either order. In fact, I was not asked nor did I approve the shipment. It is difficult to keep track of pending orders on your calendar. I need advance notice of any shipment. That will allow me to confirm the need for the product. In this case, I do not need the product at this time and the previous shipping address has changed.

I have been very pleased with the results I have had with Force Factor. It has become a very routine thing for me to do and I can tell when I don't take it. As long as you stay consistent, exercise right, and eat properly this product will help you.

After giving the product 40 days, the only effects for me was massive headaches starting 5 to 10 minutes after taking it. I continued taking it thinking my body would adjust and the benefits would come. Sure was wrong about that!

Signed up for the free trial, they sent it. Now I get charged $84.98 on a reoccurring basis because somewhere in the fine print I needed to notify someone that I didn't want this to happen. I saw it nowhere, but I guess these crooks say it's there, so apparently it must be there (that is if you trust them, and you shouldn't). I've been buying GNC products for years, but I can tell you that just came to a screeching halt today. I've been spending about $100 a month with them for quite some now, probably the last 10 years. Why would a company screw that relationship up over some "free trial" scam? If I, in my infinite wisdom, suggested that to my upper management, I'd be taken out back and shot. To anyone out there listening, RUN THE OTHER WAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I worked out regularly, and bought supplements from Force Factor since it might supplement my diet and the product had to be beneficial to my health and well-being, develop my body a little bit, and help my athletic ability. I was able to take advantage of their free samples, and also found the products I were looking for, but I canceled because I had plenty of it. Their unique selection offer helped me sustain my work out a little bit, but they don’t let me suspend for 90 days, so I write in my calendar every 90 days, then I keep calling them up because I only take a little bit of the product at a time. Other than that, Force Factor has been good and helpful.

I signed up for trial size, received it and used it with absolutely no noticeable results. I received another bottle in the mail and thought they had sent another one by mistake. I didn't open it because it was a useless product to me. When I got my credit card statement I realized I was charged $75 for the bottle they sent me. I called to get a refund for my unopened sealed bottle and they said I had 30 days to return it and it was day 31. I can't return it. Even they don't want their useless product back. This company is a flat out rip off. I guess it was my fault for not reading the fine print close enough but companies like this shouldn't be allowed to stay in business. Do yourself a favor and do not purchase from this deceitful company.

I tried 14-day free trial for Force Factors Ignite. I called to cancel it because it was not helping me personally. I was told by customer service to give it more time. She extended the trial period and recommended Factor 2 since I was using the Ignite to work out. I told her I was not interested and she said she could send me a free bottle, I just had to pay the shipping. Before I hung up I was very clear in asking when I needed to cancel so I don't get charged. She told me Nov. 14th. A couple weeks later I received another bottle in the mail of the Factor 2. I look at my bank account online and I was charged full price for a second bottle. So I called customer service again and was only refunded $41.99 when I was charged $74.98. I still do not understand why I wasn't refunded the full 74.98?

I signed up for a free trial of their product, thinking I will give it a try. I received it and I noticed it was a fat burner so I didn't take it because most fat burners give me palpitations. Then the following month they send me a 120 capsule bottle. I didn't think anything of it, I thought they must of made a mistake. This month they send another one. I called and the guy tells me they charged me 90 dollars last month which I can't return because it's been thirty days and this month it's 90 dollars also. But since I want to cancel my subscription he could give it to me for half price and I don't need to return it. This is a total scam. What happened to 100% customer satisfaction or your money back. Accepted a free 7-day trial and have been getting billed every month since. Have tried to call 19 times and been on hold for an average of 20 minutes each time. Company should have an email that you can cancel on as they have internet access to scam you on. I have noticed that they have emails to answer consumer affairs with.

On 8/10/2015 after making sure my account was Truly canceled I received 8/10/2015 more product Per Femme Factor Who is part of ProbioSlim. I called them up Femme Factor and spoke with Austin on 8/10/2015. I Had returned the products Femme Factor sent me which they received on 8/05/2015.

Don't order free sample. They will bill you for a monthly supply of tablets. Just cancel your credit card so they can't direct debit.

I sent for free offer that came through my normal post. After a while I received offer. Then month later got another bottle of tablets for which I was charged eighty pounds plus eighteen pounds customs duty. I took the tablets but did nothing except now feel very unwell with dizzy spells. Don't fall for this scam as all you get from the telephone number when trying to cancel is ring during working hours. I pay by debit card.

When I got sample I spoke to a rep from the company. I told them I was going overseas and if I wanted any more tablets I would phone them when I returned but they sent me more tablets and charged my credit card. I have tried many times to phone the company back but all I get is a recorded message saying the office is closed. They haven't got an email address or any place you can leave a message.

I went through the same charging episode with Force Factor. I called and actually talked to someone. She corrected my problem (so far) and sent a free sample of a product. The product does work, but results will vary depending on your body, condition & how well you know your body. I have had credit card order issues with other companies. I go to my bank & tell them I lost my wallet & credit cards. The bank will immediately cancel the existing card and issue a new one. Nothing from previous purchasing can be charged to your new card unless you order with the new number!

Like many others I tried the free product. After purchasing I learnt of many others being ripped off and charged without consent, so I contacted my bank. Fortunately a day later they offered a service of locking international payments. The product arrived 14 days later. 3 days after that there was an attempt for a transaction of $104.56 on my credit card. If your bank offers locking (not permitting) certain payments, consider it. Haven't tried the product yet.

Force Factor is one of the worst scamming companies of them all because they keep getting away with it apparently. They get people to submit for a FREE sample with their credit card information for the $5 shipping cost and then wait two weeks, when they figure you won't be looking, before they start taking $74.98 + straight out of your bank account. Apparently they even get away with it from people who don't have the access to check their bank statements daily to see when they're going to do it. Then they say call us and Ask our Experts @ 1-877-492-7243 (US)...That's the funniest right there... What, you're fraud experts? All that number does is put you on hold for five minutes and then tell you to "leave a message and we'll get back with you"... Uh, No you won't because you know you're thieves!

These scammers have a running advertisement for a "Free Trial" of some junk that does not work. They sent me a tiny bottle containing four capsules. Product is GARBAGE. Do NOT fall for this scam. Do NOT supply them with your credit card information to get the free trial because they started shipping large bottles of their crap to me without my consent and charged me $75. They did this for 3 months and I had to fight it out with them and went through hell with my Credit Card company to resolve this. FORCE FACTOR IS A FRAUD AND A SCAM! DON'T FALL FOR THIS. DON'T TAKE THE FREE SAMPLE AND DON'T GIVE THESE CRIMINALS YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO. THE GARBAGE THEY ARE PUSHING IS ABSOLUTE JUNK! Please stay away from this scam.

I signed up to try the free trial for this product and put my credit card information in for shipping. They then went on to bill me $100 for a whole bottle of this stuff and sign me up for their VIP membership without my permission. This is the kind of company that hides a cancellation policy in their terms and conditions to scam you out of your money. My big suggestion is to buy all your health and workout products through a reputable company like GNC and not through these scumbags.

Tried the trial offer and did not like the way it made me feel. Tried to cancel and found no number to call or email. Had to look for it on internet. When called first two times (very funny), after waiting 20 minutes, rep answered and before I could say anything, said: "SORRY I CAN'T HEAR YOU BUT IF YOU HEAR ME, HANG UP, TRY AGAIN". This happen twice then I got put on hold by auto system and after 15 minutes, it just hung up. This happen several times. When I did get through the auto system, FOUND my account. But when the rep looked for my account to cancel, could not find it no matter how he checked. Told me, "don't worry, you don't have an order so nothing to cancel". Will see what happens to my credit card...

I ordered a small sample of one of their products and was VERY careful not to authorize the auto-ship program. They enrolled me anyway and shipped and charged my card. My credit card company was kind enough to disallow the charge but where do these people (Force Factor) get the nerve to be so dishonest? Maybe if enough people complain the FTC will do their job and crack down on this criminal activity.

Had the same experience as everyone else but was able to get someone on the phone - they said hidden in the agreement that you check for the free sample is something about being sent a new bottle every month and being charged for it. And if you cancel, you only get 40% back of the money that they take. What a bunch of crooks! Best advice is to steer clear of these people. Can't believe they are running their business like this! DON'T BUY ANY OF THEIR PRODUCTS!!!

I thought I'd try their product as the advertisement had GNC in the title. I ordered it and stopped taking it. Today I find more money has been checked out of my account and I didn't knowingly authorize it. Theft as far as I am concerned. I do not know how to get rid of the people.

Thanks for the comments. I have taken action to cancel any further debits from my account in writing. I only received my sample today. I too have been charged for the shipping of the free sample offer. I obviously do not want any unauthorized amounts being debited. My bank has advised me that by creating this paper trail you would have more grounds to dispute the transaction. They do not have an email address and the phone number has a message to call back during business hours (I called at 3 pm!!!).

Same as everyone else, had a trial, had to provide card details, the trial was that with my heart condition. The product was unsuitable. Next thing every month I get a new batch and an Invoice for over a hundred dollars taken out my card. When you try to contact you are not able, phone numbers do not answer. Thanks to Consumer Affairs I cancelled my order on day I placed it. Did have to hold onto phone to hear a long ad message.. all bs. I cancelled my order as I now question value of product based on deceptive sale practice of this company. This ''hidden'' billing most affects older people who might have trouble with small print.

Hi, just wanted to share. I got this 14-day trial from Force Factor. They charged me 6.23 on one date and 115.66 on another. They are the most grrr can't even think of anything clean to say. I called to cancel. The first person I got sounded stoned, out of her mind. The second one was a li'l better. I called the Canadian number and got someone in the States or Australia. Now I'm sending this product back and if I don't get my full refund I'm calling the cyberpolice that work for my bank. Grrrr I'm so mad.

I ordered the free sample and to get the free sample I have to pay freight of $3.95. So to do this I use the credit card, I get the sample and no problems. Next thing I get a bill for $109.98 and a bottle of Force Factor which I never ordered and on the receipt it says they are going to send a bottle every 6 months until year 3915. I did not sign up to get the additional bottles, just the sample.. This is a huge scam.

We trialled the product and went to cancel. Money for the next shipment was taken from our account same time we got the trial bottle. I have rung and emailed to cancel. Lines are supposed to be open 9 am - 9 pm, I've rung at various times in the day to get an answering machine message saying they are currently closed. Please ring back when open. The emails get returned. How do I cancel?

THIS WEBSITE IS A ** CLEVER SCAM. First: they induce you to ordering 'a free sample' of their gym pills - you only pay for the shipping fee - what you don't know is that if you don't phone them and cancel your 'secret subscription' - they will steal nearly $100 out of your bank account every month to deliver you their ** pills WHICH DO NOT WORK. "Why not just simply cancel your subscription?" I'll tell you why: you can ONLY cancel it by phoning them (that's right - you can't email them). BUT WAIT THERE'S MORE. If you call them you are presented with 2 options: "press 1 to get a call back because all our representatives are busy or press 2 to be put on hold".

I had just placed an order for the free sample when I came across something in Google about the scam that Force Factor does by hiding their membership details in the terms and conditions of their site, and nowhere in the signup details of the free sample. I'm not normally one to fall into the trap of these things. I'm normally completely cynical and research the hell out of everything. But clearly I was in a weak moment. I immediately rang to cancel the free trial sample and the VIP membership. Firstly they offered to extend the trial period out to a month, instead of 14 days, and I told the guy I wasn't happy about that, and I simply wanted to cancel everything. I was told I couldn't cancel within 24 hours because of how their system is setup. As far as I'm concerned 24 hours allows them enough time to send out the trial so that they can't cancel that order which is unacceptable.

Been using product for 2 years & only took 1/2 rec. doses. Can't say I had amazing results but can't complain. Never had any trouble getting hold of rep as I stopped delivery three times as product accumulated on my shelf. When it got low I call up & they would resend. I looked at other sellers of similar products & found a lot of complaints too. Wonder if anyone took samples & had them tested?

So when my daughter decided go on vacation she deposited some extra money into my account so I could buy groceries & gasoline. Prior to that I accepted a offer from FORCE FACTOR FREE SAMPLE. Had pay .99 for 30 day supply. Promised make me feel better, with energy.. (Yeah right).

Ditto to all the other complaints. Why would a reputable company have to go to so many slimy business practices to give unsuspecting customers the opportunity to test drive a product. I am going to have to cancel the credit card I used with them b/c out of the blue I got a charge on it from Force Factor that was actually $85, for Test X180 Ignite when the same product retails here in NC for $60 on the shelves. WTF?

My name is **, from WA, like all the testimonials I read about this Force Factor gear, I like you got caught the same way. I blame myself for not reading the small print and it did say free sample, and also said, "when you receive your free sample you don't have do a thing, we will send you your next lot of supplements." You like me, they have your credit card details. We didn't read it properly, we saw FREE, and that is that. When it says FREE, think!!! Is it really FREE. Consumer Affairs has been warning all of us about this sort of advertising for many years. Nothing is FREE, there is always a catch. It's always there, but we must look for it. Anyway good luck next time. I'M TRYING TO CANCEL MY ORDER, NOT MUCH LUCK AT THIS STAGE. I'm into them for $89.98, didn't want it!! Just be more careful.
