Force Factor- Alpha King. I was not satisfied with my trial and then was billed without any pre-warning. I have a $75 charge on my account, when I called to ask for a refund and to hold the charge the agent told me it already shipped, but could not provide the tracking number. In my opinion it likely did not already ship. He just did not want to process the refund. The supplement made me feel sick, so I am not interested in continuing however I would just like to cancel and receive my refund, and since they just ordered it yesterday I am sure the product hasn't shipped out yet.

I saw Force Factor supplements on the TV ad, and then I decided to try them. I was looking for a test booster as well as a pre-workout, and then also kind of blood flow. I liked them after I tried them. I like the quality and the effect on the health.

I ordered a sample of a product. It was not made clear that after I received the sample it would sign me up for a subsciption. They are claiming that it was made clear, but it was not. This was supposed to be a sample and nothing more. They sent a full product a month later and gave me no warning. No email. No call. Nothing. I was given no opportunity to cancel. There isn't even an option on their site for an account, so that I could check to see if they have me listed for subsciptions. The first time I learned of my sub was when I received the product. They have now informed me that I can send the product back but have to pay for shipping and they won't refund the initial shipping costs. So now I'm stuck with a $75 product I didn't want or order and my only option is to eat $10. They aren't honest.

Couldn't send it back. Only got a machine when calling about the product. Felt like I was going to have a heart attack after taking this **. Wouldn't advise anyone to purchase this. Should get a full refund but can never talk to anyone. This shouldn't be allowed on the market.

I recently ordered the free trial of Test X180 Ignite. I take other products, which I might add are way better, but I thought I would give this product a chance. I paid the shipping fee and tried my weeks worth and was not impressed. I didn't plan on purchasing this product again. Well I came home and checked my mailbox and there was a package from Force Factor. I open it and there is a new bottle of test x180 ignite and also a receipt of 74.98. And a letter saying that I had became a monthly member. First off I paid for a free sample and nowhere on the email that I received said anything about a sign up.

I signed up for a trial of Force Factor Alpha King, with an open mind (if it does what it purports to do, even mildly, I'd be open to a recurring subscription). Unfortunately, this product does nothing, at all, for me. I took it as directed, daily, morning, even prior to breakfast/any food/drink, for maximum effect/absorption. Still nothing.

I tried their free sample of ProbioSlim that they promised is free, only pay shipping and handling. Well the product sucks, completely messes up your stomach and gives you diarrhea. Then they randomly charge the cards they have on file for you and their customer service dept is rude, does not give you a refund claims. They work with banks so you can't win a dispute. This company is a bunch of scam artist. Protect your information.

I tried this product, it does ok, but I only subscribed to the free sample. But they charged my card for almost $75 without my authorization, needless to say, I TRIED calling them, but I got the stupid automated conversation to get me help, but within a minute of holding, it hung up on me. I then resulted in contacting my bank & getting my refund that way by submitting fraud. Within an hour of doing so, my bank refunded my money.

I started taking ProbioSlim 2 years ago and very easily lost 60 lbs with eating fairly healthy. The ProbioSlim was under the SmartBiotics name and then it changed to Force Factor. I have continued to take them but I have put some weight back on since it’s been under Force Factor name so this is definitely not the same thing I was taking. I kept the weight off for 2 years under SmartBiotics and started gaining weight under Force Factor so I want all to know this IS NOT THE SAME THING. BRING SmartBiotics BACK.

Received sample and 5 days in did not like result of supplement. Called and cancelled recurring shipment on 6th day. Two weeks later my card was billed and when I called to explain, the customer service rep was beyond rude. He raised his voice and accused me of not cancelling and said he would not credit this and I just had to deal with it. This recurring billing is a scam and so is the product! Stay away!!

This product is nothing but roots and twigs ground into powder and put in a gelcap. Does absolutely nothing it claims and to boot, there was no invoice included with my "free" trial. Then no email to notify me my card would be charged as every other reputable business does. What a waste of time and hard earned money for nothing then billed because they did not provide an invoice so I could cancel. Never EVER do business with this company.

I have been using Force Factor products for several years. Some of the product I have enjoyed, some I have not felt any improvements. My first complaint is that every time I find something I really enjoy they discontinue it. Next is that there are too many proprietary blends. My single biggest complaint is that I am unable to manage my orders online. I have to call and speak to someone every time. Sometimes you want to skip because you are lifting heavy and don't need lean fire, or add because you cutting. Force Factor makes this painful. They do a few things that no one else does, but overall they are a mediocre supplement company.

I originally signed up for a few trial bottle of their bottle and I did not see in not a single section after 18 days my card will be charged for the full amount of $75 and I just received the package yesterday through mail and I called customer service. They canceled my subscription. But I did not ever received a call nor email notification as a reminder to cancel or continue with subscription to advise if I don't cancel soon that my card that was provided will be charged. Fraud....and now that I canceled I get a cancellation email...

I have been taking supplements for 40 years. With Force Factor, I can postpone an automatic shipment and turn it back on any time I want. Also, if you get a shipment that you didn’t realize you were gonna get, you can ship it back or they’ll offer you a discount on it and then you keep it. You can modify the automatic shipment that makes it available to you so you can really try out what works and then stick with it. But if I didn't get a discount, I wouldn't get it.

I've been with them for 6 months and customer service is quick to get you the help you need like address or subscription changes. I've received various free samples of things to try along with my normal subscription plus other things like t-shirts and goodies. I'll be sticking with them a long time.

Please stop delivering this product to me and stop billing please. Once I made the initial purchase these continually were billed to my credit card. I no longer wish to continue this product. Please STOP, PLEASE STOP, PLEASE STOP. Thank you. John

I ordered the 2-week trial hoping to circumvent trips to GNC & try a new probiotic. The initial order is a "free trial" for two weeks; followed by a monthly billing of $84.99. The company's shipment was over a week late to arrive. This leave little time to integrate this into my routine and guard efficacy. Secondly, when my credit card is on file, it's highly disconcerting to risk this amount of money when a company's first impression is unreliable. The customer service agent did not understand this and offered to extend the deadline into a date where I will be traveling for my job in the South. Instead of being respectful, he questioned my motivation for canceling then essentially asked me to analyze his conduct. He comes across as an amateur CS agent. Combine my disillusionment, his resistance, my concern of automatic money withdrawal, and his attitude, and you have an irate woman whom no longer even wants this product in her life.

The VIP prices are still a bit higher than at GNC and Walmart. It seems weird to be a member and pay more than someone that goes to Walmart for the same product if I’ve been a valid customer for years and have tried many of your products.

I have taken Alpha King for the last year and have noticed a dramatic increase in energy and being focused. I am over 50 and without it I find myself always being tired and falling asleep. Taking it daily in the morning has turned my life around and I feel 15-20 years younger. I love the stuff!!!

I love Force Factor.... It gives me the drive early in the morning when I do my workouts and keeps me going all day!! It's hard for me to get up at 4 am but when I take my vitamins by the time I get to the gym they start kicking in and gives me the extra adrenaline I need for a great workout.

I saw Force Factor through an ad and they had that try-it-all free thing that I got into. They worked okay, so I kept them and I've been using them for a while now. I've done the Volcano and the Leanfire. They help me with focus and energy for the gym. I could also tell that they help with some leaning out and stuff. I purchased them online and the cost was a little high, but everything’s looking good through the program. The customer service has been helpful as well, so it seems like Force Factor is a pretty good company.

Must stop using your products because of medical issue. Your company was very helpful every time. In a while I will start again. Just not wise for me at this time. Any time I had a question it was taken care of. I will start again in a few months.

I ordered this product thinking it was a free one-time offer. I read the print and didn't see anywhere saying I would be billed every month for $81 but apparently there is the fine print I missed. When I called to cancel and get a refund I was told I had two options. 1. Receive the product and keep it and receive a Refund of $45. 2. Return the product and pay for shipping and state tax for a refund of $69. Don't waste your time on this product. IT DOESN'T WORK. I saw no difference. I will be sending it back. Not worth $69.

I was doing some research regarding nitric oxide benefits. The strength and the development in the Force Factor were intriguing to me because I’m an endurance athlete. I am sent the Volcano Extreme every month and it does a very good job for me. I'd tell friends to try Force Factor.

I ordered sample in Dec 2018. I put my credit card. However, I never tried it. I thought if I don’t order, they won’t send me or charge me. In Jan 2019, I got one bottle. I opened the package but there is no letter inside. I just ignored it. I don’t open the bottle. In Feb, I got another one. I am suspicious. I found one small paper covered with plastic outside the enveloped. This one can easily missed. This is fraud.

I was looking for an extra boost and I felt like I needed it. I was watching a Force Factor commercial on TV and decided to use them. The selections they offered were good and the products were exactly what I was looking for. So far, it’s working the way I want it to. I don’t get tired as easily which was the boost I was looking for since I need my energy sustained over more than a 12 to 14-hour period.

Force Factor has higher quality and it's organic. If it's not made with a lot of additives, then it's for better health. It's also quite easy to find Force Factor products. But shipping is terrible and when I need the product right away, it comes so slow. The shipping is just regular mail and sometimes it can take up to seven days to receive it. That's my biggest problem with them. But I'm getting positive results from using their products and it feels pretty good.

I wanted to feel better so I started using Force Factor. I’ve asked that it be suspended temporarily because I'm in and out of the hospital. My doctor won’t let me take them at the hospital, but when I’m home and I take them, they make me feel great. I suggest it for all males. I have five sons, and I have requested all five of them to take Force Factor.

All I needed was to lose 5 to 10 pounds. I bought the supplements of Force Factor online through Amazon and the website navigation was easy when I was shopping. Force Factor's product worked so I got another one. It made me a little jittery though. Other than that, my experience with the company was good stuff and everything seemed fine.

Force Factor charged my card without my permission. In looking at getting a "free" sample, I entered my credit card information BEFORE they showed me how much the "free" sample cost. When I saw the charge, I discontinued the transaction. I then received several calls & messages from their customer service about completing the transaction. I told them NO over and over. However, they sent it anyway. Someone at Force Factor pushed through an unapproved transaction and this is wrong!

I use the testosterone and the Score! from Force Factor. It is being shipped to me every three weeks. However, I’m not liking the products. They are too expensive and I also have not seen that much results from using them. I would suggest that Force Factor drop the prices. If a friend were to ask me about it, I would tell them to think about it.

Ordered it once for supposed "shipping" just to keep getting my debit card $79 with no way to cancel it. If I do take it for a few days in a row it makes unbelievably sick and nauseous. So no I wouldn't recommend it. I tell everybody not to order it and get scammed or take it and get sick. I'd just like my $140 you all stole from my account "that I'm aware of" back.

I was looking for testosterone pills since I was lacking. I talked to a few guys at the job, and they explained to me about the symptoms that I have like I was not getting any energy and I wasn't building any muscles. They said that it was maybe because I was low on testosterone. I'm also 37 years old. I told this to one of the guys who go and do a workout with me at the gym. He told me about one of the Force Factor commercials on TV and said that I should get the Ignite 180 sample and try it out for a month. After that, I decided to join for the whole monthly supply.

I believe that this product works. My metabolism is extremely high, so it takes a lot in order for me to gain muscle mass, or weight. Thus far, in roughly six months, I've gained five pounds, and some mass. Yet, my libido is on point. I was not trying for this, but it's there.

I was searching for a supplement to give me energy, and I started reading about Force Factor, and the comments and the reviews made me give it a try. I don't use it on a daily basis. But when I do use it, it is something noticeable. So far, I liked it. The price for it, however, is a little steep and I don't know if I'm gonna be able to afford it. Other than that, it is effective. It give you the mental agility that they claim that it does. I felt it.

I like Force Factor a lot and I would recommend it. The prices are very good and they give a discount if you’ve been a member for a long time. I like LeanFire a lot. It’s good for energy and losing weight, and I lost 16 pounds from it. I use the BCAA mainly during the summer and I also got the Fuego. I usually call Force Factor to order. Their customer service is very good and I like it a lot as well. Walmart carries Force Factor and price-wise, they’re good on them.

I took Volcano Extreme for three months but it didn’t do anything for me, so I stopped using them. I contacted Force Factor when I cancelled.

While this product may work for some it did not work in any way for me. After 120 day trial period, I called and terminated the program, even got an email confirmation of the termination. They did not terminate it at all. They continued to bill me and send more product. After a second termination call and a second confirmation the product stopped coming but the auto billing continued. I sent the unordered product back and now three weeks after the shipping receipt confirmation they still are yet to process my refund with no explanation as to why. This company really needs to learn customer service, and to stop over selling the product. It is all VERY misleading.

I was told that if I wanted to postpone an order for 30 days that I had to call force factor by the 25th?! I called a day early and was informed that the date had been changed to the 24th??? Nobody informed me of this change! I don't like doing business that way! I need my money refunded to my account immediately! That money was meant for other things. Not your company secretly changing a date and still charging me for something I do not need at this time!

Force Factor has always been an awesome product! All right products I have tried have changed my life along with working out! Keep making awesome products that work also your customer service is very friendly and informative they keep you updated on the latest products and discounts!

Terrible! I cancelled my subscription in Nov, they never cancelled, still taking $ out and sending stuff! Every time tried to cancel before that, they pressure you into something else with a free sample of something else. Pain in the butt.

I like Force Factor's products as they seem to help. I haven't lost any weight, but they give me more energy for a workout. Also, the discounted prices are good. The Fuego seems to be pretty expensive, but the VPX Shotgun is $34 for 30 servings and it's a lot more soluble than the Fuego. The people have always been very nice, and I don’t feel like I'm being talked into something even though they are good salesmen. Everybody has been really good with me and I'm pretty happy with everything.

I read about Force Factor and a couple of days later, I got a phone call from one of their reps and he was telling me about it. And I go to GNC all the time and I went ahead and tried it. I've been using it ever since. The products are on point and they're good stuff. When I'm in town, I go at least three days to be in the gym and work out for a couple of hours and feel like I'm still pumped. I like their product very much. I talked to them a week ago and I upgraded from the Alpha King to something like Superior. But they were sending me the sample of the Volcano. That stuff is on point as well. I had a couple of samples and just by a couple of days working out, I felt a difference with that.

When I saw the ad of Force Factor on my phone, I wanted to try out their supplements. I had a good deal and the sample was good. It gives me the energy that I need for my workout. It helps build muscles pretty quick too. I still have a few pills left that I haven't used because I ended up hurting my shoulder, so I haven't worked out in a while. I'm probably gonna get back to it within the next few weeks when my shoulder heals up a little more. It was my first time to use supplements and everything was good and I liked it.

I signed up and didn't receive the two downloads promised with the 15 day trial. I emailed them and all I received was a $64 charge for a new supply mailed to me without my request. When I returned from vacation I called them and they said, "Too bad, we sent you another 30 day supply and charged you another $64!" They then cancelled my order but wouldn't refund my money. I am in the process of filing a formal complaint with the Nevada AG OFFICE for fraudulent practices. BEWARE-Don't fall for this scam.

I am using the Test X180 and the Factor 2. They give me more energy, and I don’t have much energy if I don’t take it. It also adds clarity and the libido aspect is great. However, Force Factor harassed me with telephone calls again and again. Even so, the price of the products is alright and it's comparable to other things out there.

I used this product for almost 8 months without results, not even an ounce dropped. When I called to cancel they asked me to put the account on hold and finish my stash of bottles...again no results! They wouldn’t give me my money back and would only offer me a discount on another product! This is so no customer oriented!

Updated on 01/14/2019: They didn't do anything but tell me that they were cancelling my subscription and sent me a form to fill out and send back the product. I don't have the product because I never ordered the product. It's just another way to give me the run-around and keep from returning my almost $400.

I ordered their product from a radio ad stating that they are affiliated with GNC. They sent the 15 day trial for Alpha King. It's Christmas morning (1:40am). They charged my prepaid card that only had $133 on it until I get paid again (unemployment check - been laid off since June). Nowhere! Anywhere! Did they say they were going to charge me automatically. The product didn't work and I don't want anything to do with a company that don't have the decency to allow their customers to choose if they want to purchase their products. I HATE COMPANIES LIKE FORCE FACTOR!!!

They do not inform you when you sign up to receive the trial that they will automatically charge your card. They say specifically that you are paying only for shipping when you get the trial and then they automatically charge you a couple weeks later. The confirmation emails say NOTHING about this. I could not find this information ANYWHERE when I looked up my trial order. There is nowhere on the website to take off your credit card information. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. I demand a refund.

Updated on 12/10/2018: So attached is the Force Factor response to my initial post about how they steal people’s money through shady business practices. Lo and behold I was introduced to the fine print section. I clearly have a cancellation, that says will happen in 24 hours. Why is the cancellation button on even on there if it will 100% or 99.9% of the time NOT cancel your “free” trial? It was meant to be deceptive. I have no idea how long it will take to get my money back, only that I’m supposed to send something back that was NEVER authorized. Who do these people think they are? The product does absolutely nothing for me. Monday morning can’t get here fast enough. It’s 2:33am and I’m livid. They stole my money during mortgage time and I’m not stopping until everyone who has been screwed over by them had their say.

I saw Force Factor at GNC and then, I read about them and decided to try them. The couple of people I talked to were great. I’ve been using Force Factor for three years and it is preload so, it works well. I was gonna end and be completely done but I ended up switching because of a free sample. I have shared my workout results with a couple of other people, so I would pass on the way I felt before and afterwards from taking it. I have good results and I would keep buying it.

I heard about the sample and figured I'd give it a try. I didn't realize I was signing up for an almost $80 product monthly subscription, so when I got the full-size bottle I was surprised. Since I saw no change when taking the product, I had no intention of ordering any more. I tried to call and cancel/return the product, but they told me it takes time to work and that I had to wait to get a refund. When I called again, they told me my account was cancelled. I assumed that meant my refund had been successful. Nope! I called again, but then they told me I was out of the 30 day window for a monetary return. I am beyond livid at their customer service. I feel taken advantage of and cannot recommend anyone try their products, if nothing else, because of their terrible customer service alone. Literally not worth calling them.

Force Factor is a big help. I use their supplements about two or three times a week and it gives me the endurance and stamina that I've been looking for. It also really helps me get motivated if I'm doing cardio, calisthenics, push-up or different things in my work out. I see good definition and form in everything. It really benefits me. I do a lot of lifting with the type of job that I have, so it helps with my strength too. I feel more energy and power. And I don't get winded when I'm lifting something heavy nor feel drained. Once you know how to use it, the Force Factor supplement is excellent.

I have been using some supplements for a while and I heard about Force Factor supplements at GNC. At that time, I was trying to tone down and I bought and tried it out just to help out. I have also tried a few that were a bit more expensive than Force Factor and they were not working for me. The stuff was decent but it was for different things and I ended up liking Force Factor. The product is helping me out as I am going through a divorce, I quit lifting weights and have concentrated on other stuff. I am still at my normal pace and I just keep going. I asked them to send me a catalog because I don't deal online that much right now. Plus, I like the little free samples they throw in to try every once in a while. Although Force Factor is not gonna work for everybody, I’m happy with my experience with them.

The product works as well as any other of its type but when I called to cancel I was given a really hard time. The call ended up with the representative accusing me of ‘abusing the system’. I wasn’t aware we were forced to subscribe to something we didn’t want to stick with! Customer service is important to me. I wasn’t absolutely sure I wanted to cancel, now I am.

I needed testosterone so I looked it up online. I saw Force Factor and I started using them many years ago. I've used other supplements but the TX180 and the Alpha agreed with me. I was seeing more results such as having more energy. I used the VolcaNO for some time too and it helped me when I went to the gym. I could feel the difference. I also felt good about the results after using the TX180. Force Factor is a fantastic product but I can't order it again because I told them I cannot do it automatically. One time, when it came out automatically, the account didn't have any money in it and I got charged an extra 35 bucks from the bank. Force Factor also said they'll have to raise the price back which I can't afford. So, I had to cancel them and I told the representative that I would like to place the orders when I'm ready. Still, Force Factor was really good and I've already recommended it to all my friends my age.

I started using the LeanFire XT product around a year ago and I haven't noticed much change in myself. Admittedly I haven't always been as consistent with it as recommended but for the last 6 months I have been more consistent with similar results as the previous months before that. While I haven't seen any improvement I have also not seen a decline so while it may not be helping as much as I had hoped for, it may be preventing a decline.

So far, my experience with Force Factor has been fine. For the trial offer, they gave me a discount on supplements the first time that I used their product. Then I went through the process of trying to see if their product would work out. I've been using it and it has been working. I feel pretty fair with the results.

I got back problems and using Force Factor gives me a little bit of a boost. It also helps me keep up the muscle which I've lost a lot of because of my arthritis.

I was looking for something that would increase my metabolism and I thought I'd give Force Factor a try. I purchased Mega Men before and tried that. But I haven't had anything that I was regimental to. With the Force Factor, this was the first time that I ever got on anything that I used for a longer period of time. I saw the commercial on TV and ordered Force Factor and then they kept sending it to me.

Force Factor automatically refilled a larger supply without my approval. The initial “free” sample, while received quickly, hadn’t even had time to prove its effectiveness before I was flooded with daily emails to reorder their unproven product. The cost to refill? $69.00 plus shipping and handling. I’m told that I has to respond to their offers and cancel the automatic refill that was detailed. I can only assume it to be in the small print, not readily evident in the initial offering. They shipped and automatically billed our debit card.

I went through a prostate radiation treatment and I needed something to keep the prostate healthy. I caught Force Factor on a television advertisement and it's doing fine. I've also taken advantage of the free samples and I feel great about the unique selection that they've offered.

Force Factor is better than the supplements that I got from Walmart. It seems like I have more energy. I saw Force Factor on a Facebook page and I ordered by texting. I tried the free samples then I started getting it monthly. I just kept doing it and looking for products on the site is easy. Force Factor supplements are worth taking.

The Force Factor supplements have been working well and I didn’t have to get up in the middle of the night many times to go to the bathroom.

The customer service rep assured me the order was not an auto-shipment, because I questioned him extensively. Therefore I did not call to cancel. I was charged and I called the company. A manager was to pull the recording, listen to it, and call back within two hours. That was Sep. 5. They never called. I called them today, Oct.11! The manager said she remembered the call in and had listened to the recording and heard the CSR assure me it was not auto-shipped. She said he later told me it was. I am 70 years old. They know what the conversation was and still it is acceptable to do underhanded business dealings. I am returning the product. My money was taken out last month and it will most likely take another month to get it back. They upheld their underhanded C.S.R. even with a recording of the transaction, and they never returned the call! Liars from top to bottom! Desperate for a commission! They will not prosper in their ways!

I was trying to get in better shape and Force Factor offered me a good deal. It was half the price than it was at GNC. It was the first time I used the fat burner product from Force Factor and it worked really well. However, it was causing some issues with my complexion and I started getting acne, so I had to stop using it. I was given the Nitric Oxide product for pre-workout after I got the initial Test Ignite. The selection offered and the results after using the products were good. Force Factor automatically renews or sends out every month, so I had to get that stopped. Every time I would call, they would offer other stuff, which was fine, and they were good with when I wanted to cancel.

I've been trying to bulk up a bit. I tried Force Factor to see if it worked. Since using the product, the results have been awesome. Now, I have more energy and more drive. I've been working out all the time and Force Factor has helped.

I ordered the sample for my dad, I tried multiple times to call during business hours to cancel and he was billed anyway! A man on a limited income cannot pay his rent due to this! Also he has had no change from taking it! ANSWER THE PHONE PLEASE!!!

I've done Creatine in the past but the VolcaNO one from Force Factor works better. I like it. I feel like I’m stronger and I have more energy. It helps me lift weights. I’m not young anymore so it’s nice to have energy in the weight room. It makes working out a little more fun. I've been using Force Factor for about a year now and the auto-ship thing sometimes comes too quickly then sometimes it doesn’t come quickly enough. But other than that, Force Factor is at the top of the heap. It's decent and it works for me.

If you're looking for something that boosts your workout routine and gives you more energy throughout the day, try Force Factor. That's what I've experienced with it. I have been using Alpha King for six months and it works great.

I’m taking the TruFlow religiously and I'm going to the bathroom once, and I’d say there’s some merit to it. I was on a road trip, drank a ton a coffee and I didn’t have to pee for a good stretch of six hours. I bought it at GNC and then I've been getting it for a couple of months now in the mail. Every time I get a package, Force Factor would throw something free in and it was pretty cool. I got some moisturizer for the neck and the probiotic feels like a cleanse. The TruFlow is good and for people who has a concern about the urgency to pee, they should give it a shot and stay on it.

I, like many others, purchased the free sample + shipping for this product. After 2 weeks, I was charged $75 for the full trial. There was no recollection of any subscription to the full trial when buying the sample. I never got an email for the purchase of this full trial until I checked my card and noticed a large payment made to this company. Doing a little research, apparently buying the sample requires you to manually call them to cancel the trial instead of being able to do it yourself. Now I have to call in myself and work out all the intricacies with this unauthorized purchase along with processing the refund due to their shady business practice.

I saw the ad on TV for FOREBRAIN. It said it was free, but for $2.99 shipping... I thought OK, I'll give it a try. I wrote down when I started taking it - September 14... 8 days later I see a charge for over $74 on my card. This is for my next month's order??? I've only tried this 8 days and they are already charging me for next month? I don't know after 8 days if it works. I called customer service and there are 2 options for a refund. Option 1 is to return half of the $74.00 - Option 2 is for them to give you a RMA number, send you a package so that you can return the remaining pills, and then you'll get a full refund. I took option 1 just to get away from this company, so in the end, this FREE bottle cost me over $40... never again.

Well I decided to try the free trial. Of course paying for shipping. My trial was for 18 days on both of my products. Ramp Up and Forebrain both by Force Factor. I've had my product for about 7 days now, I have been more energetic taking both together, but I notice I'm always thirsty, dry, left with a desert tongue. I can't say whether or not I feel more focused than when I don't take the Forebrain, and that could be due to the duration I've been using it. I decided to write a review not because of my dissatisfaction of the product, but because my card was charged 80$, a week before my trial ended, a week before my "3 day notification charge before the transaction". I'm glad to say my bank seen and blocked the unauthorized transaction. Unless a new product emerges, or I'm offered free supplements for my inconvenience and experience, I won't be using Force Factor in the future.

I've taken vitamins all my life and I used to sell Herbalife so I can see the value and quality of vitamins and supplements. I'm looking for mind awakening vitamins which I haven't found yet. Force Factor sent an energy powder which was excellent, but I found Ramp Up. I also take it and I am happy with it. Force Factor has quality vitamins that are working and are also affordable.

When I first got Force Factor, there was a pamphlet that said everything else that they had. The best way to see if it's worth it and to understand it is if you try. I was a little skeptical at first but it has been pretty good. I get a really good workout when I use it and I feel better. It’s the pump I get out of it. It gives you good confidence, though you really don’t do the whole testosterone boost. It is working very well and it is a product I would recommend to people.

I'm always trying to find something with extra and free testosterone. I tried the free samples from Force Factor and they are good. I was hooked from day one. I subscribed to Force Factor every month. I tried the Ignite 180 and I like it. I get good results from that. Then I tried the Alpha King, which is okay, but I prefer the Ignite 180 as it helps me lean out better and gives me a bit more boost when I was in the gym. The products are reoccurring supplements and I get them every month. I've told some other guys about the Force Factor products and they've tried it out too. The supplements are good and compared to the other things I've tried, the Force Factor supplements are a lot cheaper.

I wanted to try something new and so I tried out the free sample offer by Force Factor. That got me initiated on it and their selection was good. At first, I wasn’t taking it consistently, and then I started doing it at a more regular basis and started seeing the difference. I've seen differences in a cut and a little bit of gain. However, it’s a little bit expensive and I forgot to cancel a couple of times. Other than that, Force Factor is definitely worth it. The free trials are really nice and they have a wide variety of options.

Usually when you cancel, you just go to the website and find a number, but with Force Factor, I had to search how to cancel my subscription.

When I purchased the Ignite X180, as well as VolcaNo, Force Factor 2, and Alpha King from Force Factor, I did it online. The supplements give me energy and they do help out. They're among the products that actually work okay with me. I try other ones before, but they make me dizzy or give me some heart pain. While Force Factor got good supplements, the most important part still is to do it with a good meal, as well as proper exercise.

I work out and I get tired quickly even before we get started. I used to have a lot of energy, but I got an age issue. When I was doing lightweight, I can do sets of 100 and I can keep going but I would just stop at around 50. Force Factor gave me a push job after that and it gave me energy. It worked with my muscles but I don't use them anymore.

They charged me $75 for a one month supply. They never delivered on time with and wanted to do so for another six months. I heard from other people and my trainer that using supplements does a good job. I tried Force Factor and it has definitely helped out a lot. Volcano gives me energy and recovery whilst Alpha King gives me extra testosterone for when I lift. I recommend Force Factor to others if they are trying to do something different with their body.

If the company was honest, I would have given the product a fair chance. They are a company without ethics. They just want your debit or credit card information. The reps are fantastic and knowledgeable. Force Factor has helped me reduce anxiety from trying to find the correct supplements for my specific need. They’re also good about having plenty of selections. While I don't care much about the Tempest, I don’t need anything other than Volcano. The products work and give me more energy. My checking account was debited May and June, almost 5-6 months after cancelling my auto-shipment. When I requested my money back from the May charge, they needed another debit card # so they could charge me $2.50 to refund my money that they should not have taken in the first place. But when I tried to cancel my order, their salespeople were very pushy. They tried to convince me to just suspend it for a little while then they'd check back with me in three months. I've seen a Force Factor ad on TV. I'm getting a little old and I thought maybe it's something that can give me a little kick. First time. I tried the other one. But I'm doing the Alpha King now and this might have a little bit more kick. I got some joint supplements in and something about anxiety stress supplements that they sent with the Alpha King. The product seemed to be doing pretty good when I was working out about four days a week.

I ordered the trial because I wanted to try the ForeBrain and after a couple of times using it, I felt anxious and off so I stopped after a week. There was no problem till I got hit with a $75 charge. When I signed up I had no clue that I was signing up for another bottle that I thought I was just testing. What is even worse was that I over drafted my bank account and when I called to try and get a refund because it was nothing but a misunderstanding, the guy just kept trying to sell me on other products. I told him the situation and that my account was negative so why he was trying to sell me was frustrating. This company sucks honestly and I wish this was never a problem because I actually see some good reviews. But damn thanks Force Factor for sucking!

When I cancelled my order they did not cancel and shipped and charged me again! And when I called the company they said I never called them! Do not I repeat do not order from this company! They would not reimburse my money as promised.

I ordered the free trial of Force Factor. While filling out the form on my phone, it auto-filled with my old address when I put in my credit information in. I didn't catch this (my fault). I was billed twice for two orders that were sent to the wrong address (my fault). But then, I called to cancel and was told they would send me the bottles I had paid for. I thought that was really nice, but the bottles never showed up, and when I called to cancel once more, I learned they hadn't put my new address into the system. I'm disappointed I spent time trying to fix the problem, and it wasn't resolved.

I’ve used multivitamins since I was like 18 years old. I was reading about one of Force Factor's products online then I called them and got a product called VolcaNO which is supposed to increase nitrous oxide output in your blood. I also tried the testosterone supplement that they recommended last month and it has been okay but I probably won’t end up sticking with it because it’s not something I was really deficient on. I just wanted to see if it gave me a little boost. I like Force Facctor's selection but their prices are a little over the top at times. It would be nice if they’d price it to sell it and gear it down a little bit. They send me free samples from time to time, just random things like here and there, and they might charged me a dollar for only one of them. The other few were free.

I got the Igniter and so far, it seems to be doing what they said it'd do. I have used Force Factor for a number of years and try enthusiastically take advantage of their many trials. It allows me to take my own time to experience what works for me. I have found several products that uniquely are in tune to my situations. I have always found the staff available, polite, knowledgeable and a wide array of quality products to choose from that most importantly... WORK.

But they stopped selling in GNC so I couldn't find it anymore. I traveled around trying to find it and I was told that for whatever reason, the distributor stopped bringing it to them at the store. Was under the impression that the product Pure BCAA was good for your body. It is not! It contains the artificial sweetener Sucralose. Very damaging to your body just like Aspartame! The price is comparable to some of the other ones, though some of the other ones worked a little bit better. Overall it's decent, but it all depends on what others are looking for.
