I wanted to fix my teeth but it’s just too expensive. So I did shop around to see what worked for me and came across Candid. I’m happy to say I made a wise choice. I love the results. I can actually smile without being embarrassed of my teeth love the results and it’s only been a couple months.

I originally subscribed to the Candid service, but upon my dentist’s suggestions I had to postpone my treatment until I had certain dental work done. Candid’s customer service was very helpful in the matter and put my account on pause so I may have my work done. Once I started my aligners it’s been smooth sailing since. Can’t wait to see my best smile once I’m done!

I have struggled my whole life with my confidence in my teeth and never thought I would be able to afford any sort of orthodontics. I then started researching for fun one night and came across Candid. They sent me out my impression molds and I got them within the week! They had extremely helpful videos to walk me through how to do it on my own and took no time to reach out to me after receiving them to give me my treatment plan and cost. Through Candid I was able to achieve my perfect smile in time for my wedding and actually be able to afford them! Knowing that you have a real orthodontic specialist on the other end of your treatment is something that made me pull the trigger. I definitely recommend everyone who is searching for a company to do Remote orthodontics with I 100% wholeheartedly recommend Candid.

Need to make it easier to change payment methods. I have had trouble doing so. When I switched banks. I do not want this to affect my credit. So I think it should be easier to change payment methods and personal information like if you have to get a new phone number.

So I am at step 10 with Candid. I have 6 more steps left. I will say it has been a journey but a fun and slightly painful one. I’ve received many compliments on my teeth especially how white they look, I can see and feel the small changes. I just can’t wait to see the final look. I’m so excited, thank you candid for making me confident in my smile.

The process from the very beginning has been super easy. They have everything set up to help you be successful in this journey towards straight teeth! The aligner fit wonderfully, the designers did a phenomenal job projecting progress. I can’t wait till the final aligned and I have the smile I have always wanted!

I’m halfway through my treatment. I’m so glad that I went for it and ordered my aligners! My teeth weren’t too bad because I’d worn braces as a kid, but they protruded outward and I hated to see that in profile pictures. That part is for the most part fixed already! The rest of the treatment is to finish straightening out my teeth. Each new aligner makes your teeth sore for about a day then it’s fine. Highly recommend!

My teeth are becoming straighter with each day that passes. Family and friends have seen the difference. The Candid team has replied back to my concerns in minutes. I love the layout of my treatment and how I can see my progress from Day One. Let alone my oral care has improved greatly since I've started. I didn't realize I was slacking so much. So far I'm very happy I went with Candid and invested my time and money into myself.

I am halfway through my treatment currently, and I could not be more pleased. Everything has been seamless. The trays are made extremely well with no altering needed. My online Orthodontist is extremely quick at responding to my 2 week scans. I am loving the results and can’t wait to see my final results!

Candid allows you to track your results through a video. And I can see my front gap closing, that's what I really wanted. The process is so easy and smooth. I am truly happy with my results so far. I can not wait to see my teeth in the end.

I’m so glad I did this. I’m halfway through my program and I have noticed an improvement in my bite. The process has been easy and smooth. Anytime I’ve had any issues, they’ve all been quickly resolved. My only complaint is some of the aligners have kind of sharp edges and have left small sores on my tongue but after wearing the aligner for a while you just learn where those edges are and avoid them.

I am on set 5 of 8 and so far my experience has been very good. Before I decided to go with Candid Co. I was able to speak with a representative who was very knowledgeable and helpful in describing the process and how things would work. My aligners arrived sooner than I expected. The instructions videos were very helpful. The scans are simple and I have received feedback in the afternoon of the day that I submitted the scans. I would Like to see more details in the review comments. Overall my experience has been very good.

The treatment is working very well so far. I’m very satisfied. My teeth look much better than before. Sometimes I feel pain, but it’s worth it. It’s easy to follow the treatment without having to go to the dentist every two weeks.

I was nervous at first because I’ve never had braces or clear aligners. It’s been so easy! Very minimal pain and discomfort. I’m 3 steps away from being done, and it’s truly been a breeze. I'm getting the results I wanted! I also have 24/7 assistance for anything I could ever need. I don't even have to go anywhere when I need to move up a stage, just send in my picture scans and it's that easy. I also really appreciate the fact that Candid uses its profits to help children in other countries with cleft palates. We all can have a better smile!

My experience with Candid has been really great. I’m halfway through my treatment. Thus far, I’ve seen solid progress. The app has been user friendly and like the results. Going this route has been much cheaper than Invisalign and the tech behind the scans is quite cool.

Easy and convenient to use. Love that I can change aligners in the comfort of my home and not have to make trips to an office every two weeks. I am a busy mom and full time principal.
