I gave Audicus a shot after I saw they were well-rated and inexpensive. I like them a lot. They are most useful to me in conversations, watching TV or live performances, or going out to dinner at a noisy restaurant. I can use that little bit of assistance. They've been a relatively minor but meaningful improvement.

I had a hearing test the day before and the prices of hearing aids were outrageous. So I got in touch with Audicus. They used that hearing test, and I bought the hearing aids from them. I haven't used them that much, but they do work very well. It has a Bluetooth that can last for eight hours before I need to recharge. I use the app for volume control. Once I get used to wearing them, everything will be beautiful. They're good quality for the price.

A minute after I logged into the Audicus website, someone called me. It was a rush and I didn't even get a chance to look at the website. They called me on my phone because I put my phone number in. They said I would get a 10% discount or some type of promotion. They said the deal was right then and it was gonna end if I didn’t buy the hearing aids. I was talked into it and I bought them right there on my credit card. I paid $1,800 for them. They're not super expensive, but they're not cheap either.
Now, I have to program them. My experience of getting that done is not good. I did the thing at home several times but it never really worked. When I programmed it doing the online thing, it never seemed to do anything. I was told I have severe hearing loss. I used the hearing aids for a little bit and I didn't even notice a difference in my hearing.
Audicus only has one office in New York. They said they do the programming remotely, but they don't really because they didn't do it for me. When I spoke with customer service, I was told I gotta go to another hearing aid company store to get a hearing test and then send Audicus the file in certain format. They said they'll reprogram my hearing aids based on that file. That was a couple of months ago and I haven't done anything since then because I gotta find a place.
I would probably go to a place that is local than the mail order place because I can't get service. I'm in Massachusetts and Audicus is in New York. They don't have any offices and stores to do the hearing test. They can program their devices over the air but they need a good test. They don't offer a way to do a good test so how do I get it programmed? That's the problem I have. There’s a place right in my own town that sells hearing aids. I probably should have gone there first. They could have set me up with very similar hearing aids and it might have been a different brand. But they're right there in my town for support.
Audicus didn’t really support me. They said, “Oh, we got an audio here.” But how could they do my hearing test? I tried doing it over the phone with their online hearing test and it wasn’t good enough. Audicus customizes the hearing aids over the air somehow, which is a good feature. The bad feature is getting that file professionally. They don't have a better way to do a hearing test somehow. If I do it over the phone, there could be interference. The equipment could say it's not giving me the right sound to know that I'm hearing it.
My experience with Audicus is not that great. I paid $1,800 for hearing aids that are just sitting on my shelf. Their customer service let me down. It's not like they were mean or they were not nice, they just couldn’t help me. Now, I have to go to another place that sells a different hearing aid and say, “I want you to do the hearing test. But I don't wanna buy your hearing aid. I just want you to give me the file. 'Cause I bought another hearing aid.” It is awkward that Audicus put me in this situation. That's why I regret buying their hearing aids.

The earpieces are perfectly comfortable and I can wear them all day long. The body is a little bit thicker, and I wear glasses, so there's that discomfort but I’ve been able to get used to it. I also use the app extensively. I even bought the buddy mic and the television adaptor. I bought all that because I was tired of not being able to hear. The Audicus hearing aids changed everything, so it's great

I've been wearing hearing aids for 30 years and I needed new ones. I found Audicus on the web and it sounded like a product that I could use, so I took a chance. The website was a bit confusing for me. I'm not really good with computers, but I'm glad I talked to somebody. He explained some things to me about the hearing aids and about going forward.
With Audicus, I don't have to bother with batteries because these are electric. I have to plug them in each night. That is good. But it's also bad. The hearing aids were in their charger overnight and I must have tripped on the cord and it came unplugged, so they weren't charged in the morning. That was a little scary because I depend on them. I'm very hard of hearing. But I was able to work around the kitchen in the house and plug them in for a while. They caught up a little bit. That night, I was able to do the rest of it.
Audicus was very good with customer service at first. Now I haven't heard from them in quite a long time. I don't understand a lot of the different features, so I don't know how to use them. There's no way to know you're in a certain program. You beep through it and it doesn't do anything for me. I just go along with it as it is. Hopefully, I'm getting what I need. All in all, I’m satisfied. I have these perfectly adequate hearing aids that I got at what I consider a pretty good price compared to what I was being quoted by my audiologist. I’m using them regularly and they work.

I don't like the Audicus hearing aids. I hate them, but I have to have them. It's not that they're bad. It's just me. I can't remember to put them in. But everybody said I have to get used to it. It's only been so many months. But their customer service is outstanding.
I have small ear canals and the hearing aids actually corrected the problem. It's just that I don't wear them all the time because my ears aren't used to having something inside them. Also, if I wear them all day and I take them out, my hearing is diminished. It comes back, but it's like I've heard a loud noise. So I have to get used to that. There was a problem with them not recharging, so they sent me another pair. There was no argument.
I don't have a problem with the Bluetooth. The app works great and as described. When I got the new pair because the other ones weren't doing what they were supposed to, I went back and they had to show me how to repair them with my phone.
I had a problem when I got updates in my phone and couldn't figure out how to stop them. Their customer service was very good helping me get rid of it and turn it off. Another downside is there's a lot of control. If I have my family over and some of them are just too loud, I could turn them down, but then I can't hear the people that aren't too loud. Other people who bought more expensive hearing aids also have the same problems.
I'm not complaining about them. The service is outstanding. I'm happy with Audicus. There's nothing negative I could say about it. It's just mostly me getting used to them.

I received my new Omni right ear hearing aid in good condition, which replaced an Audicus Spirit model I've used for approx 3 years. The Omni's initial performance seems comparable to the Spirit. I'll continue to monitor this over time. I appreciate the ability to be charged monthly & upgrade my hearing aid as improved models are offered.

I looked on Google and Audicus was #2. I tried number one, but they never answered the phone, so I went to Audicus. I mostly did everything through an individual. I like talking to someone and I'm not a fan of doing something online. I interacted with a specialist and she was wonderful. She made me feel confident and made me know that if I was not happy with the hearing aids, I could get a full refund. Talking to the people and the specialists, they were really good. I was impressed with it.
The hearing aids are perfect and they definitely come in handy. I like the fact that they have Bluetooth. I also like the fact that I can call them and send a picture of what I want in a different program, like a church mode, individual, and let them remotely put it all into the hearing aid. I love that part because each time you put the hearing aids in the charger and turn it, it automatically turns off and goes back to reset. What you were listening to and felt comfortable with, now you have to program again.
You can call Audicus any time. I called before Thanksgiving to ask a question and nobody was there. They apologized for missing the call. It was okay and it was my fault. I had wax build-up in my ear and realized how to get the wax build-up in the hearing aid. I visit the website all the time. They give you different things like videos on how to clean the hearing aids.
I love Audicus and I've recommended it to people I see playing pickleball that are my age. I have told friends to give it a try as they have nothing to lose. Audicus is a whole lot cheaper. I checked out Costco on their hearing aids and they wanted $6,000. The other ones are between 5,000 and 6,000. The price of the Audicus is great because it's only $72 a month. I'm a senior citizen on a limited budget, so I’m okay with no interest for two years. I like the fact too that I got that thing where if something happens to the hearing aids or they get lost or stolen, Audicus will give me one time a brand-new one and not a reconditioned one.

I spoke a friend who had been wearing Audicus for a while and she was satisfied with them. I use the button to increase the hearing capability all the time. The people from the company have been very wonderful and helpful. I get along fine with them. I sometimes wish I could hear better, but I truly believe my hearing is getting worse. My experience with Audicus is okay.

I picked the Audicus hearing aid that seemed to me to was the best one. The hearing test was done online and it was accurate. I have one hearing aid and it's in my left ear. It fits in the back of my ear and there's a little thing that goes into my ear canal. The hearing aid is rechargeable. I also go on my app on my phone to adjust certain things. It has a lot of different things like background noise, volume, and something for tinnitus. I would recommend Audicus.

My experience with Audicus was okay. The interaction with the audiologist was done online and it was easy. I purchased the mni Series 2 hearing aids for both my ears and they are easy to use. I just charge them every night and I put them on first thing in the morning. I used the app to make adjustments in the beginning, but I don't really need to now.

I have tried 10 different hearing aids hoping to find "the one". Audicus has seceded in my quest! Having an Android phone has been the most challenging. I love the technology behind these hearing aids and the ease of use. Customer service has been great, easy to reach. I would recommend these.

The hearing aids has helped me. Sometimes I'm not sure it does help. But if I'm not wearing them, I don't think I can hear as well. So, it's one of those things you don't notice until you're not wearing them.

I talked to a lady at Audicus and she was very, very helpful. Audicus was a lot cheaper than Beltone, and so far, I'm liking them. I have glasses on so when the part goes behind my ears, it gets a little annoying because sometimes they'll fall off. But one thing I like about it is it's set up where if I don't have my phone with me, all I gotta do is click it, and I can hear somebody talking. I work in a senior center kitchen and now, I can hear a lot better, especially in a crowd. So, I'm gonna stay with Audicus.

I was looking at the online options, and Audicus looked like they have good quality. The reviews were all positive as well. They're not rated as the top ones, but they were only rated down because people didn't like only remote options. But that's what I was looking for so I didn't hold that against Audicus at all. I did the online hearing test then I sent them my contacts from my previous hearing tests. The assistance was right on the money.
Once I got the app downloaded, everything came right in through the app. I went pretty quickly from the website to phone assistance to the app and finished it up from there. I had it mostly set up before I got the instructions to set it up. The Bluetooth feature is probably the best part of it. I was using Widex hearing aids, and the app's similar. The familiarity helped me there some, too.
I've been happy since my Audicus hearing aids cost a third of what my insurance paid for my first set of hearing aids. Also the convenience of the remote assistance has been a nice part about it. I don't have to drive anywhere. I've already saved on four audiologist visits.
I've been really impressed with the ability to get adjustments as I need them. I've had three different adjustments, one for volume, one for clarity and one for noise reduction. The rep, Liam, suggested the noise reduction along with the clarity increase. She said it's pretty common, and it was a great suggestion. The support's been really good and I've already recommended Audicus to people.

We did a free trial with Audicus and we liked it. They're good with Bluetooth to your phone. But I just had my Audicus sent back to be reprogrammed because I had an audiology test done and they're gonna reprogram them and send them back to me. But before that, they were good. They're chargeable ones and I like that feature. Sometimes, I outlive it, as far as the battery life for a day, but most of the time, it's just fine. I've worn back of the ear hearing aids for years and I feel good with it.

I was pretty happy with talking to Dave in customer service because I had several different questions about Audicus hearing aids. I also told the gal that sold it to me that I was concerned about whether I should get a battery or a rechargeable, and she suggested that I get the rechargeable. I was concerned about the life on it, being overcharged a lot because it only takes two hours and you leave it on all night. She suggested putting on a timer.
The quality of the hearing aids seems to be good. However, I was in a restaurant yesterday, and I had to lean forward at the end of the conversation to get it, even though I set it on the restaurant program on my phone. I also bought one of those mics for my wife. It works pretty good at home, and it also works well in the car. But then it isn't quite as helpful when we're out with other people. I usually have to switch to another program. Whenever we have that mic on, it automatically goes into that program that's for the mic, and so if I'm in a restaurant, I'll tell her turn it off and I'll switch to Restaurant.

I've had hearing issues for quite some time now, and I've got tinnitus real bad. My medical doctor is a good friend of mine, and he told me I need to look into it because a certain type of hearing loss causes tinnitus. And sometimes, that particular tinnitus can be helped with hearing aids.
With that said, I got online and got to look and found Audicus and a couple others. I ended up calling several others that didn't do a lot for me, or at least their talk wasn't as good. I talked to Audicus and these people were really on top of it. The lady that I talked to originally seemed to think that she could help me with my tinnitus. I bought them and my tinnitus is, on a scale of 1 to 10, it was 11 and now it's down about a 3. As far as my hearing, we're still making adjustments. But I do hear better.
As far as the features on my hearing aid, it has Bluetooth. They also send you an app that you can use on your phone. I use it two or three times a week. Sometimes, if I think I'm not hearing as good as I should, I'll make some adjustments myself to see if that will help me.
As far as customer service, when you call Audicus, you've got one person that you call. Mine, his name's Dave, and when I call him, he's always there to help me. Sometimes, he even answers the phone. If not, he calls me back within 15 minutes. I've also had a couple of times where I've had to get the hearing specialist or the audiologist to call me, and she's been super. It's been a good experience for me. I’ve recommended them to my friends and they're very happy with them as well.

I went to another hearing aid company and the price was twice what Audicus charged, and my girlfriend told me about how her husband had gotten them through Sam's. So that was how I ended up with them. I had an excellent experience with the Audicus rep. I don't wear the hearing aids all the time, but it has made it easier for me to hear what my husband is saying. Audicus called me and followed up a couple different times and checked on me to make sure everything was okay, and gave me a number to call if I had any questions. So I don't have any qualms with them at all.

I am liking my new Omni 2g, the fit is awesome, and the hear part is even better. I have already recommend them to my uncle. The last two nights I forgot they were in my ears when I went to bed. Anyone that buys the Omni hearing aids I feel they will be very happy with them.

The quality of the Audicus Hearing Aids has been good, so far. I still have some tinnitus, but they help reduce it. I've only had one issue and it was with the Audicus supply company online. I ordered the size of the retention guards that they, by email, suggested I get, but it ended up that the size of those retention guards were too small. So what I did, I took my hearing aids with the retention guards that I received from them in the mail back to Sam's Club and they were kind enough to exchange them and put on a pair that fit the speakers.

If the hearing aids get disconnected from the Bluetooth, it's hard to get it hooked back up. So I usually have to call Audicus to have them help me walk me through it. But the reps were very nice and helpful. One of my concerns is that I don't think the hearing aids are loud enough. I turn them up and then they just go back down to whatever level. I don't hear that much better. Other than that, the quality seems to be okay. I like it.

I have hearing loss on both sides and am a previous hearing aid wearer. I wasn't pleased with my audiologist at the time. His bedside manner was miserable. He was mean and inconvenient to get to because he relocated. So as it were, I lost one, so I had to shop around online. At one point in time, I bought one of the $99 sets, and between the buzzing and humming and ringing, there was just no way to get them comfortable, so I sent them back. That's when I ran across Audicus. They had the online hearing test, which I was able to do, and it was just very user-friendly. The communication is consistent and clear. When I ordered them, I got an email that said they're on the way, and then I got another one on how to set them up. So, that was very good.
They’re the behind-the-ear with a little hidden cord, and they have what the hearing aid people call a kick stand. They have an extra piece of clear that keeps it in your ear. Because sometimes, you'll see some old folks and the hearing aid’s falling out. So they stay in and they do their job. Then they go into the do-it-yourself charger, and it's all good.

I got Audicus after the ones I had before failed within a couple of weeks. I have the Omni 2 and they fit over top of the ear and then go down into the canal. Looks-wise, they're fine. It blends in with my gray hair. They're lightweight, so they're comfortable. They charge and have Bluetooth, but that has quit working. The one thing that I do not like about these hearing aids is that whenever I was able to answer the phone or listen to music through the hearing aids, the connectivity was horrible. I couldn't be 10 feet from my phone. If they tune that up, then they’d have got a great product.

The lack of ability to get customer service on the phone is awful. Their response time is awful. I have been waiting over a week for a repair and I cannot get an update on the status. This is terrible customer service. There should be a quicker response time and turnover for repairs in regards to matters of health like this company claims to offer.

This is my second time buying hearing aids from here. The have the best customer service! Always very helpful and willing to help solve concerns. Fabulous to work with. And the hearing aids last a very long time! When I had a problem with the domes they came up with different ones.

I have hearing loss on both ears, and my daughter told me that I needed to get hearing aids. I got my ears checked by different places and bought the Audicus rechargeable ones. There’s some little adjusting I can do in them, but I don’t have the remote. They help with clarity where I can understand the words better when I have them on. I’m quite satisfied. So far, it’s been a fine experience.

I only have one working hearing aid now. Neither of my Audicus hearing aids was working, so they sent me new wires. I put them in, and they started to work. One day I was on a Zoom call, and only the left one worked. I had trouble with the right one several times, so I had to send that back.
They’ve been helpful, but I don't like dealing with them online. At first, I really didn’t wanna order from them online. It’s been a real frustration to me because I made that decision in a hurry. I got the wrong number, and I just went online, thinking I was going to Costco. It’s very difficult for me as an older person doing things online at times.
I wish I could just return them and do something different, but I can’t because the 100 days is over. I don't want to buy another pair because it will cost twice as much if I were to go on somewhere else. I’ve enjoyed being able to hear and I want to have them. I’m hoping that they can fix this right one and I can go on with my life.

I’ve had the hearing aids for 120 days. I wear them all the time and I really like the Bluetooth part but it’s not as working as well. They get fuzzy and the volume and the connectivity jumps back and forth between the hearing aids. They came out of the box really well but I’m almost at the point of calling them back to ask what’s going on.
The comfort of hearing aids is very good. They fit very well and they don’t fall out. I’ve never had one instance of them trying to come out. I’m active outside working so it’s really convenient this way.
The device probably costs about $50. But then I see a dozen different vendors selling almost the exact same model. It’s nowhere near the value they’re getting, even though what I paid is considerably better than other retail places. I should be investing in the company that makes these things because they’re making $4,000 rate of return. Other than that, all the people at Audicus are very good and I recommend them.

I have hearing only on one side and the right side is completely deaf. So that creates unusual circumstances and challenges to hear. So a hearing aid helps, but nowhere near what I need. My hearing can't be corrected. But the service with Audicus has been wonderful. I was very pleased with them. I bought a hearing aid through eBay. It probably lasted three months. So $300 gone. But I've had no problems with Audicus.

I got my first hearing aids pair with Audicus. Sometimes it's good. If I'm watching TV or at church, I can hear the speakers from a distance. But if somebody tries to talk me up close, I can't hear. I was working at a senior center and when a couple of people tried to talk to me up close, I ended up taking them off. I also need to order some parts for them.

After an hour of use, the sound decreases as if my ears are stopped up. I’m constantly trying to “pop my ears. Then after an hour and a half or so, the left stops producing sound. Sometimes I take the earbuds off to make sure it’s the same sound that I hear without them.

Some people had told me about Audicus hearing aids, so I looked through the website and checked the ratings. Everything was positive, and that’s why I decided to try them. For the most part, they do seem to help, and it's been a mostly positive experience.
I really like having the hearing aids connected to your phone and being able to use the app for different environments. There was a little period of time where I was having connection problems, the app would disconnect and it was really hard to get it reconnected. Those couple of little issues were a bit frustrating, but they seem to have resolved now.
There are some things I still have a hard time hearing. I talked to a doctor, he advised me that I should go see an audiologist, so I am planning on doing that. But overall, it’s been pretty good.

My sister had a good experience with Audicus, and I like the cost, so I went with them. I purchase it on the website and the quality has been pretty good. I do like the Bluetooth, I like not having to have my phone in my hands if I’m talking to somebody.
However, it’s very touchy. If I move my hair right then and there, it hangs up the call. If I put my glasses on, sometimes it hangs up a call too, and I couldn’t see anywhere on the app to change that. I am not completely sure that I understand all the nuances of the different levels.

I’ve worn hearing aids for years and paid as much $6,000, but I haven’t had any better hearing aids than these. I saw Audicus advertising for $1,200 for two and decided to get them. I hear better than I could hear with the expensive thing. Overall, I've been satisfied with Audicus. They work real well and the size is very unnoticeable. I couldn’t exist without them, because I’m that bad.
I told Audicus I was really severely hard of hearing and needed the volume set up as much as possible. I like something that I can control myself so I don’t have to go back and have the adjustments done. In a restaurant or where there’s a lot of background noise, they don’t work too well, but none of them did. I noticed that when I do turn the volume down in a restaurant, it’s better not so loud.
Recently, I had a receiver wire put on and I even ordered another pair. I got my old ones for a backup and the new ones are working fine.

My friend recommended Audicus, and in general, they’ve improved my hearing, but it’s not as great as I thought it would be. The people there are so friendly and very nice, which is a very big plus in your company. My ENT doctor's price is triple your price, so I think what I wanna do is get another hearing test, send it to Audicus, and have the lady who programs them look at it.
My right ear never feels like I hear the best out of it, and sometimes, I still think I can’t hear, especially in a group setting where there’s background noise. I have the app on my phone and I can change it to a restaurant setting, but it’s still not extremely clear to me. It’s better, but it’s not great. My ears just hurt, I think, ‘cause I don’t like things in my ears, but I wear them anyways.

Everything is fine with my Audicus hearing aids. I bought it through Costco. It was easy to do the testing. I didn’t have to leave home or make a doctor’s appointment. Considering other products are a lot more expensive, we got mid-range, so I felt the cost was fair.
I did everything online and then spoke with a gentleman from Audicus before I purchased. The hearing aids have great quality, and I hardly notice they’re there. I also love the Bluetooth feature.

I got an evaluation and the audiologist said I have moderate hearing loss. I was told to look into getting hearing aids, so I did some research online. Audicus came up as one of the better opportunities, and one of the better devices to use.
The hearing aid increases what I’ve been able to hear with a little more clarity and certainly more volume than I was getting, and it satisfies what I needed. It worked pretty well. They’re easy to put on and store. You don’t notice they’re there, so they’re not generally noticeable to the public. It has made having conversations, listening to music, TV, and other things more comfortable and I’m not missing as much.
I’m very satisfied with not only the product, but also the instructions that came with it, so I knew what to do and how to install and maintain it. They did a very professional job.

I struggle hearing when somebody is talking low, so I purchased a hearing aid from Audicus. Their price was in my price range, and their website was user-friendly. Their specialist assured me that I could call them at any time I wanted. The hearing aids are very easy to put in and comfortable to wear, and have been very helpful to me. I just wish that they had an area representative. But when I am on the phone with them, it’s just like they are there in person. They warned me that it would take a few days to get used to them, but wearing them was the key to success in getting used to them

I have been wearing the Omni 2 aids for about a month. I sent in an audiogram from an in-person test. The improvement of hearing is noticeable. I haven’t changed the settings in the app since I received them. The adjustment took very little time. I did notice on the onset, that I needed to turn my head for the directional microphones. Since that time either I have adjusted or the tech on the aids has adjusted to accommodate speech coming from either side. In any case, I no longer notice this at all.
The customer service has been terrific. I have received 2 checkup calls from a support specialist for orientation to the aides as well as a follow up call to make sure I am adjusting well. I only needed clarification on bluetooth streaming settings. I have since been able to stream from my phone, tablet & tv. I am delighted with the hearing aids and support. I have spoken to several friends and my sister to recommend Audicus.

The hearing aids are junk. I purchase a pair they arrived and did not work. I had a hard time getting the support staff to return my phone calls. They finally sent me replacement hearing aids. They did not work. The replacement hearing aids were refurbished hearing aids not new ones. I returned them and am still waiting for a refund. The company is a scam.

I’m glad I found Audicus. They’re covered by Blue Cross Blue Shield, and I did all my transactions online, and that kind of hearing aid company is very hard to find here in Texas ‘cause they’re all brick and mortar. After being told I needed hearing aids, I went online to research different brands and models and decided on Audicus because theirs had the features I was interested in and at a reasonable price. This is my first set of hearing aids, so I didn’t necessarily know what to expect, how well they would work, how comfortable they would be, or whether I would like them. I’ve tried several inserts, and I found one that seems to be the most comfortable, so that's what I use. My favorite feature is that I can take them out and charge them at night. They also have Bluetooth and several types of adjustments, for which I downloaded the app. It's got a lot of features that help adjust to different environments.
Audicus did a great job reaching out when I first got the hearing aids to explain the different features and how to use them. It's been a good experience, and I'm getting more used to them the more I wear them. There were others that were more expensive and others that were less expensive, but I do think I'm getting good value for the money. They seem to be working pretty well, and I'm not getting yelled at as much.

Audicus has a wonderful feature, just the customer service connection. They reached out to me. I didn't call them, they called me. And I think that's pretty cool.
Well, I heard Costco had good hearing aids. I hit the website that I thought was Costco and it turned out to be Audicus. And then, I got a phone call. I read everything and put my information, still thinking I'm dealing with Costco.
And then, I got a call from the company. The lady was just charming and she's just got a great personality, no sales pressure. So, I just said I'll take one. And I love the fact that I could do the hearing test on the web when I download the link.
I was able to do everything right from my living room and, next thing you know, four or five days later, it was in the mail. I'm gonna have to re-read the instructions, but it works fine. I've kept it pretty much on the one that came.
I guess there's four different options and then five different volumes to raise and lower. And it just seemed to work just spot-on the way I had it. And she even said it does come adjusted to your hearing test. So, I decided not to do anything about it and just keep it as it is.
It's got a charging app, that was my favorite. You just plug it in the box and it charges itself. Put it in the next morning and away you go.
I've probably gotten 10 follow-up calls from them just to see if I'm adjusted correctly and if everything's working.
A little bit, it impacted my indoor acoustics where I go, mainly in a crowded restaurant. I don't know how bad my hearing was, but it knocks down that background noise so I can hear a lot clearer.
If I'm gonna be outdoors, I don't even think about putting it on. But if I'm going to a social event or into an office where I know I will need to clearly hear people speak, I'll put it in.

The customer service at Audicus was very pleasant and friendly. They were supposed to send me longer stems, but they never did. They said they were going to get them right out as soon as they came in, but I’ve been waiting about two months now.
I’m really not overwhelmed with the product. It’s just not as clear as I had hoped it would be. It certainly doesn’t help in crowded rooms like they claim it does. It does not filter out excess noise when you’re in a crowded room.
Overall, my experience with them has probably not been the best.

I’m not having a great experience with Audicus. They have perfected eyeglasses for eyes, but they haven’t perfected it if your hearing is not 80%. If you are very hard of hearing, then it is great. If someone is rapping something, you can hear the rapping, also the sounds that aren’t important become louder and magnified.
I have also spoken to other people with competing companies that they use, and they have the same issue that I have. So, the technology is not great. However, when I need help, they are there. Their customer service is wonderful, and they help you and answer any questions. Overall, having one is better than nothing. They do the best they can.

I purchased my hearing aids from Audicus because their pricing seemed like the best option at the time. I see Costco might have been less expensive and possibly a better fit for me at my age and with my health condition. I like being able to drive to a store, walk in, and get help in person if I have questions. So now I have to get used to talking to someone over the phone or trying to do video calls. The closer you get to 80, the more you start to notice certain things aren’t as easy as they used to be. Especially when you’re used to running somewhere. So, that's the only thing I'm trying to get used to.
They’re very sensitive, and I’m still getting used to that. I’ll turn them down because even my floor is squeaking. Then if I went to church, you could hear people talking on the balcony and catch myself thinking, These people need to stop talking in church and I do too. People who wear hearing aids always say it feels like you’re invading someone’s privacy because you can hear everything. So sometimes I turn them down or even turn them off.
But other than that, I'm doing okay with them. I'm afraid to wear them out while playing golf. Because like yesterday was a really windy day. I worry they might blow off or fall somewhere and get lost. I’ve seen people searching the ground for those little things, and I don’t want that to be me. I’m going to the gym today, and I probably won’t wear them there either because I tend to misplace things. I know I’m supposed to wear them more often, but with certain activities. I worry about myself finding things.

I started the Audicus purchase online, but it wouldn't go through, so it ended up being on the phone. I am happier with the Audicus compared to a previous hearing aid because they have Bluetooth connectivity. It connects with my phone and my laptop. The Bluetooth is very helpful to me. I can now hear better and participate more in conversations.
I wish the Audicus charging stand had a built-in battery and I'd get feedback in the hearing aid. I also had to send them back to Audicus because they would disconnect and I couldn't get them to reconnect or turn back on without putting them in the charging base. Audicus sent the hearing aids back and said they couldn't find the problem, but I know there is one.

I went online and saw Audicus listed among the top ten best-rated hearing aids. The customer service has been excellent, and I liked the app on my phone where I can control my hearing aids without pushing buttons.
I use them mostly when watching TV and in the house. Because when I'm outside, dust is blowing. And in the shop, where I can hear the hammer. There's no point in using them all the time. But when I use it, I enjoy it.

I’m able to hear conversation across the table, which before I couldn’t. Even though there’s background noise because it’s a coffee shop and they’re often grinding coffee beans, plus the noise of other conversations, I’m still able to be comfortable and participate in my group. That’s quite a plus for me.
Working with them has been a very positive experience. Gianni was my point of contact and she’s very good. It was an easy process. I spent $1,800 for my Audicus, and they’re much superior to the ones I previously had.

I've been using hearing aids for about 9 years now. First were Starkey (from a brick & mortar hearing aid place in NJ) which provided a learning experience which was ok but very expensive at $5k+!! Then the "Clara" model from you guys "Audicus' was a major step forward and massive savings & very good customer care & service. Performance of the Clara exceeded the Starkey aids. Now (6/2025) with my new Audicus "Omni' these are just unbelievable!! Now my brain is having to adapt even more so to accept the level of clarity with the Omni. The Omni model is the best I've tested and/or matching (possibly exceeding) hearing aids from 2 brick & mortar stores at triple to quadruple the cost. Go with Audicus you can't seem to go wrong & I hope you remain in business for at least 20 more years!!! THANKS!!!!

I ordered a total of three hearing aids from this company in a matter of a month. My first order, I didn't know what I was doing. I messed up so I did the test three times. When I first got my aid, I was able to easily set up the hearing aid. I didn't realize the amount of sounds I never heard or haven't heard in a long time. Then my dogs ate that device. So I tried to get a replacement but I didn't qualify because I didn't pay for the warranty. So I ordered the better device and got two this time. Then, I heard bugs at night in the summer for the first time in a long time. So I am extremely satisfied with this company.

I was googling hearing aids when I found Audicus. I liked that there’s no need to get in the car and drive to talk to an expert. It’s all done on the phone.
About the hearing aids, they fit back-to-back on my ears. I use Bluetooth for the app on my phone, but I turn off the features that would run phone calls and texts through my hearing. For the settings, there are three—left ear, right ear, and the other one. I turn that one off every morning and keep the other two on so I can regulate them from my phone. I charge them by taking them off and putting them in the charger, so I haven’t needed to use batteries. I also clean them with a soft cloth at night and keep my ears clean. However, replacing the little white tip sounded easy but wasn’t, so I’ve only done it once.
All in all, I am very pleased with Audicus and have never needed to call for help since I got them in January.

I did a careful review of all the products out there and Audicus had the best product offering. They're good quality hearing aids. I have tinnitus, and they help alleviate some of those annoying noises I get, not to mention it’s Bluetooth enabled.

These are similar to aids I purchased from Audicus some years ago, but they have been designed to accommodate my present hearing deficiencies. I am using them every day, experimenting with the different programs and loudness in various environments. Soon I will call for help in pairing with my Android. So far, these are the best they can be for the hearing loss I suffer, compared to all my "backup" aids.

I have had a hearing aid from Audicus for years and years before and it was very good. I liked it because I could try it and I could send it back if it didn't work. I thought the Audicus was a German company and I did it all online. I assumed I continued to use what I had always used and contacted them. They said I could test my hearing on the computer, but that was not the best. The computer has changed so in the last few years and got very complicated that it's more difficult for somebody at 93 to do that.
At one time they told me they couldn't help me anymore with my hearing, but I tried again and I've just kept with my old hearing aids. I got another pair of hearing aids from someone else. But overall, Audicus has been very good and I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

I like my hearing aids from Audicus. The specialist I spoke to when I purchased them helped me find the one that best fit my needs and answered pretty much all my questions. The affordability was the main reason I chose them.
I had an issue before where I had to send one in, but they responded right away and sent me the information so I could ship it to them for free. They reset it and sent it right back.
Right now, my right hearing aid hasn’t been charging for the last two days, so I may have to reach out again. I’m hoping it’s just something I need to change instead of having to ship it off because I really rely on them. But other than those two issues, they’ve been pretty good.

Very hard to get ahold of company. Days before they call. On my second pair of hearing aids. The customer Service doesn't get back to you for days. I'm on my second period Hearing Aid and now the second pair isn't working either. Very hard to get an appointment with the audiologist.

I did a lot of research on the functions and the features. I determined that what I like about the Audicus Omni 2 was it seemed to have better streaming and better reviews regarding the streaming. There were conversations with hearing specialists along the way. I think it was just online at that point. This is my first hearing aids. So I don't really have any kind of reference point to compare it to. But, having said that, I'm satisfied with the quality. I'm just loving them. It's been really great. I would have liked it to be a bit cheaper. But obviously, I didn't find it to be too expensive to go ahead and pull the trigger. So I did do it.

I chose Audicus for the cost effectiveness and the person that I spoke with initially. And so far, my experience with them has been good. Getting it was fairly easy and the hearing aids seem to work well. It’s supposed to automatically adjust to different environments, but I don’t see it doing that but maybe I’m a little bit premature. Other than that, their customer service has been great.

I heard about Audicus online and through comparisons like Consumer Report. I started looking at the top five and Audicus was in my range, price-wise. I decided to pay a little extra for a little more, like the rechargeable batteries and a better quality. But the price range in-between the lowest model to the model I got to the upper model was a lot better than some of the other aids that I read about.
I'm having a few problems right now, but it could be because I need to learn a little more about how to program the background settings. It's been eight months and I'm starting to get a little static and the program's slowed down a little bit. But at first, the functionality was really good. The preprograms on the app is really easy to navigate. With the free programs, listening things, the quiet room, the theater thing, and the first setup is ideal for someone like me that I can just flip through the app I got on my phone to get what I need. Where I find the difficulty is in the going to the secondary of things, like adjusting the background noise and the sounds.
Before, I missed some ranges, and I wasn't hearing fully what people were trying to say. It was a hit and miss, so I was assuming that that's what they were saying. When I got the hearing aid, the ranges came back. I can hear my son now because he was in the range that I had trouble hearing. My daughter-in-law was in that same range. Now, I can hear fully, so I understand people better.
Charging is super easy. My father-in-law has similar hearing aids. But it's not the same brand, and it seems to be in trouble charging and changing things. But Audicus set up this hearing aid to where it's really easy to change out the parts that need to be changed out. They give you a choice of five different earpieces to put into your ear so that it's comfortable and it's really easy to change the little earpieces if you have to. In talking with them, I figured out the right piece and the right size, so it's really comfortable. I wear the hearing aids for 12 to 14 hours a day.
I've called Audicus a couple times to get the stuff I need for maintaining the hearing aid, and they've been really good. They also assign you one person, and I remember that person asking me for the first month, making sure everything started out okay and I got started right. Then I can go to her for any problems. So right away, I got a phone number. If I needed something, I just call her up.

Audicus was the first place that I went to because I saw them online, and I was very impressed. I did everything through the website, and then the specialist called me and was very good. Everything happened fast, and it’s all clean and professional.
A month later, I went to an audiologist and had a serious examination of my hearing. And of course, he ended his talk by showing me the hearing aids that he sells. But I decided I was satisfied with what I had with Audicus.

A friend of ours had Audicus, and then my husband got a pair and loved them. He can now hear the little things. He's so much happier because he's able to engage in social activities more where he's hearing what people are saying and he's not having to have people repeat themselves. He talked my mother into it. She's in an assisted living facility and has been wanting hearing aids for a while. One of the main reasons why she wanted to get hearing aids was the fact that hearing disorders could lead to dementia and she's scared to death of getting it, but she's not wearing them like she should. She knows she can't hear anything. She's just stubborn.

Everyone at Audicus has been great. I got my hearing aids in December 2024. I’m still getting used to them and take Sundays off to give myself a break, but my hearing has improved, and my tinnitus has slightly decreased. I plan to keep them because they do help. I really like having the Bluetooth. I like being able to connect them to my phone and computer, so when I’m on a call, the sound goes directly into my ear and is much clearer. The only thing they don’t have that I tried on a different pair at another audiologist is a feature to locate my hearing aids. So, for example, if one fell out while I was on a walk, I could pinpoint on this app exactly where it fell out of my ear.

I have had my hearing aids for for a few years and had purchased the insurance at the time. I usually never get the insurance or extended warranty. I’m glad I did when I first purchased. I have Bluetooth hearing aids that I bought seven years ago. They were good at the time, but technology has changed. The Bluetooth Audicus uses in their hearing aids is better, along with the programming.
All-around, Audicus just seems like a better hearing aid. The old ones still work fine, and I have no complaints about them. I just needed newer technology, and I was lucky to find something that actually does what they said it would.
I bought the Audicus hearing aids through their website and communication was really good. Hearing specialists haven’t been very helpful for me. They always tell you that you have a hearing deficit. This was done completely online, and it worked out well.
I think the hearing aids are good quality. The only thing I question is the battery door and how long it will hold up. It feels like a weak spot that could break over time, but it hasn’t yet. Because of that, I’m careful when I open and close it. Overall, I had an excellent experience. The hearing aids stream music clearly, and I like them.

I like Audicus ad and their price. The hearing test was good. I actually ran it two or three times just to make sure it was picking me up correctly. My new iPods are noise-canceling. So you gotta make sure that's turned off and stuff. But it was pretty descriptive on how to do that. It was fine. I like the fact that they have a variety of ear cushions because my ears are completely different hearing-wise, size, and comfort. So it was nice. And their service people are really excellent. I had two sets of them. I lost the first set. Doesn't matter how good the company is, you still would lose them. When I called to say that they weren't working right, they put me in touch with their chief audiologist, and she walked me through them and had me send them back. The service was prompt and everything. I was just really pleased that they would go out of their way to give me qualified people to help me instead of a help desk in China or India.

Prior to contacting Audicus, I had tried a less expensive pair of hearing aids from the Internet. The difference between that product and service to Audicus was astounding. I spoke over the phone with several different people at Audicus during the process of getting the hearing aids and setting them up. Speaking to them was very satisfying, and their price was about half of what I had paid for the first pair of hearing aids through a local doctor's office. Overall, I have recommended Audicus to a friend. They were very friendly and helpful.

I really haven't used Audicus yet. The drugs they gave me in the hospital have left a ringing in my ear. So, I'm supposed to get back with them when the ringing stops. But they've been good to their word so far. It comes with a 30-day guarantee. And I'm well past that.
I'm told by the doctors that this ringing will subside. I’d just like to know when. They've called me concerning and worried about, “Well, when are you gonna be able to wear it?”
They’ve been very kind and very patient with me. There's one woman there who takes care of me. She’s just been excellent and exceptional, to be quite honest.
I looked at quite a few hearing aids. We got $99. But it's more of a personal service, and I think you need some service when you're getting a hearing aid. You can't just dial the phone, and they play notes and what have you, and hope that you're tuned into it.
Audicus is overpriced. But again, I'm getting somewhat of a service with it. They had the most reasonable setup there with the hearing aids.

My experience with Audicus is all good. Their customer service is great, and it's ongoing. They'll answer questions at any time of the day or night.
Well, I'm 74 years old, so their hearing aids have certainly improved my hearing. It allows me to participate in conversations that I couldn't before.
The price is fair, not the cheapest, and not the most expensive. They seem to be kind of in a niche of $2,000 hearing aids. They work as advertised, and I haven't had any problems. So far, so good. I'd say you should try it.

I have a lot of hearing loss. Audicus was one of the few that could actually help with my hearing. Everything was done online, including the purchase. Their website is pretty user-friendly, and I had no real problems with it.
Audicus does what they were advertised to do. My hearing is pretty substantial, and I'm pleased with it. I'm pretty much deaf without them. They perform very good. I've had other hearing aids, and this one is better than the other hearing aids I've had.
If it's not for the hearing aids, I can't communicate, and I can't function with other people talking. I’m a little more confident about having a conversation with someone. I probably like its tap to answer a telephone feature. It’s very convenient.
They've been very good. I haven't had any issues with them. If there’s anything negative, I would say it's that they're a little hard to contact sometimes.

When I was checking around the internet. I saw Audicus, and it was in the Forbes Best 10 Hearing Aids. I had never heard of them. I had tried a Jabra, but I didn’t like them. They get the button sticking out, and every time I touch the button, it messes up the whole programming, and has to go back all over again, so I sent them back.
I wanted a hearing aid that was behind the ear and had a replaceable battery. I’m not a big believer in rechargeable batteries. It’s fine while it works, but after a while, the battery can’t be recharged anymore. I had to pay that much for that, and after a couple of years, I’d need another pair because we can’t keep charging them up.
I called Audicus, talked to them, and did the hearing test online. I got 100 days of trial instead of 45. They were a good price, and they even knocked off a little bit. They sent all kinds of stuff with the hearing aid to try the different size domes. I don't have the top-of-the-line. I have the Spirit 2.
I got the normal type loss of the higher-pitched sounds. I've been really pleased with them. People hardly even notice I have them on. They're that small. After I sent my hearing test in, that's what they suggested I should have, so they sent those for my trial. I put them on, and I still got them.
Evidently, they’re okay. I got an app that I downloaded, and it has different programs that I can adjust. The best one I like is automatic. If I’m in a crowded situation, I can adjust my hearing aid. It’s just several different adjustments or settings on that app that I can tweak to my perfection.
After I’ve had them for about a week or so, they would check with how everything is going, and that’s nice. They asked if I needed anything. I said I wanted medium wires, and they sent it right to me. I put those on, and they were more comfortable. They are really good support. Even the audiologist was a wealth of information on everything that the hearing aids had and what they could do.
I even took another hearing test on their website about midway through my trial, sent it in, and I said to compare that to see if anything changed. He said it looks pretty much the same. The amazing fact is, if something does change, they can tweak it where they’re at, send it to that app, and I can apply it to my hearing aids.
I’ll recommend Audicus to anybody that doesn’t have a severe problem, but a mild to moderate problem. They can fix it up. When I’m wearing them, I’m thinking if they are really doing me any good like I’m sitting watching TV or something, and the best thing to do is go on the app, hit the mute button, and turn them off or on. For the money and all the adjustments, plus I got lifetime support. It’s a world of difference.

I have hearing problems, and other hearing aids were three times as expensive and had a lot of the same features as Audicus. I just couldn’t justify $6,000 for hearing aids. The price point was reasonable in comparison to others.
When I wear them, I hear better. The sounds are clear and I can hear the consonants better than before. They’re also comfortable. There’s no irritation and no ringing in my ears like some of the devices I’ve used in the past.
One of my favorite features, aside from being able to hear better, is how quickly the hearing aids hook to Bluetooth on my phone. It’s kind of a double-edged sword though. While I like that feature, it can be a challenge to get them back on Bluetooth if I’ve taken them off in the middle of the day. It’s also a challenge to get back on Bluetooth once I’ve taken it off for sharing a song or something with a friend.
Other than that, I have no other complaints. The hearing aids fit nicely in my ear. They’re discreet, and very few people even notice I’m wearing them. Though to me, I don’t care if somebody sees them or not. It doesn’t bother me one bit.

The Audicus specialist made sure that the type of hearing aid my husband wears would actually help with the problems he was having. After wearing it, there wasn’t a whole lot of difference between the previous hearing aid that he had and this one, just some small things that make it more convenient rather than actually changing the hearing itself.
But we’re happy with the hearing aid. We did some research on it and it looks like it’s a good quality product. The price point was definitely worth looking into.

I've had two Audicus hearing aids before. The second one was really terrific and I loved it. It did everything I needed it to do. Five years ago, I lost it and had to replace it, so I bought what was comparable to what it was. I did their online hearing test and ordered the hearing aids through the website.
I have an Alto now and it's the same more or less as what I had before, but it's not as good. There are some sounds coming in. There's a clicking sound coming in on calls and people are complaining about that. I wrote to Audicus and told them my experience. I've gotten a couple of responses. It's great that they write back, but it hasn’t been so helpful. Someone said to change the wax guard. I'm a little bit disappointed in this revised model.
With my last hearing aids, there was a facility where if you hit the middle of the sound bar, it actually reduced extraneous noise, which was really helpful. The ones I have now do not do that. Evidently, Audicus took that out of the model and I really miss that. That aside, I'm really glad Audicus exists. I've told a bunch of people about them. It's really great that they have more or less affordable and good quality hearing aids. I'm happy about that.

I lost my hearing aids in the water and I needed new ones. I found out a year after I got hearing aids that a law was passed where we could do hearing aids online. I researched it on the way home from Florida. Audicus had the best deal and the best help. It's really nice that they appoint one specific person that you can contact and talk with. I recently bought hearing aids from Audicus. After reviewing options, I chose Audicus mainly for their competitive pricing and comprehensive service. What set them apart was the fully online and phone-based process, including an online hearing test, which was very convenient. The hearing aids are quite similar to my previous ones, which I had for seven years, but these cost significantly less than the $4800 I would have paid for replacements at my earlier provider. My favorite feature is the Bluetooth connectivity, although I haven't used the noise-canceling function in restaurants yet. The devices use batteries, which I replace twice a week. Audicus is definitely worth checking out.

I decided to try a hearing aid because I was having trouble hearing. After looking into different options, I chose Audicus as they offered the best value for their hearing aids. I completed my purchase over the phone after talking with their specialist who was fine. Since getting my hearing aid, it's significantly improved my ability to hear people speak to me.
A feature I really appreciate is how easily the volume and modes can be adjusted. It's convenient to change these settings in a subtle way if needed. The device has 4 preprogrammed modes and various volume settings, which you can switch with a simple button press in the right sequence.
My hearing aids are rechargeable and they hold a charge well, lasting for about 12 to 14 hours. Overall, I would definitely recommend Audicus hearing aids to others, as they have made a positive difference for me.

I recently purchased Audicus hearing aids and have been extremely satisfied with them. Initially, I tried several expensive and over-the-counter models, but they either amplified noise or caused annoying feedback. I discovered the Audicus hearing aid online and was intrigued by their offer of a free hearing test, which led me to receive a call from them. Their presentation impressed me, leading to my decision to purchase their product. Although I had a hearing test independently about two weeks prior, Audicus customized my hearing aids based on that test, so I can't comment on their online testing process.
The hearing aid has been functioning great. I chose the rechargeable model and have noticed a significant improvement in my ability to hear. I recently assisted my mother with a hearing aid purchase from Audicus and found the experience to be quite positive. Despite her advanced dementia, the entire process was straightforward and could be managed online. I was able to help her with the hearing test by her touching my hand and me pressing the button for her during the test, which was a very convenient feature of the Audicus service. Though my mother had some challenges with the fit, as they sometimes fell out of her ears, the program itself was impressive. The functionality offered, like adjusting the volume through my phone, was very convenient for us.
Initially, there was a mishap where the hearing aids were misplaced. Concerned, I almost ordered a replacement but luckily found them later under her new hospital bed. This was after finding them on multiple occasions before. Despite these setbacks, I must say the hearing aid lasted quite a long time. I lost the left side of my hearing aid. I thought I was covered with extended warranty package that I bought for 3 years. I found out that I had to pay an additional US $150.00 per hearing aid lost.. I was never told about it when I signed up for the extended warranty. In addition, just received the hearing aids. I have been 2 weeks without them. Well Lesson learned about how Audicus operate.

These "Hearing Aids" are advanced "AMPLIFIERS" with a bunch of programs that "DO NOTHING". Do NOT... repeat .. Do Not... give them your money! They AMPLIFY, That's it! They claim their $1800 hearing aids are as good as or better than $5000 hearing aids that offer far more flexibility, options, and channels. Their sales staff are always in "closing mode," continually pressuring you to buy without providing direct answers to questions. They ALWAYS offer $200 off, which is an obvious ruse: the $1800 hearing aids are actually $1600 since they offer a perpetual $200 discount. When I challenged them to TRULY give me $200 off they responded by asking if I was ready to buy - and did not give a direct answer. If you hang up before they are finished pressuring you they will call non-stop (literally) from several different numbers. When I raised a complaint about this I was told that they are "diligent" about serving people and always follow up. "Following up" by ringing my phone 25 times after I told them I was not interested, is not following up: it is outright harassment.
Seems their product can't be very good if they won't answer questions and play every trick in the book to get you to buy. I have to question their "free trial" and wonder if they will ever give you your money back if you don't like the product. I strongly suggest that if you buy from them and want to make a return, tell your card company they were uncooperative and dispute the original charge. You will get your money back and they will pay a premium when the charge is reversed.

I purchased hearing aids from Audicus because I wanted to improve my hearing. I bought them online, but the experience was very confusing. I was told I'd be paying a fixed amount each month, which I thought was affordable. However, I wasn't informed that it involved CareCredit, a company that ended up charging me 29% interest. They started charging interest every day, and even after I paid it off by transferring the balance to another credit card, I was still receiving bills for interest. I was shocked to learn that interest could be charged on medical products like hearing aids.
Despite this financial mess, the quality of the hearing aid itself is good, and I like that it's rechargeable. However, due to the unexpected financial complications, I would rate my overall experience very poorly.

I have been wearing hearing aids for several years, but the ones I used previously were causing me issues. For the past four or five years, I had to send in one or more of the hearing aids every year for repairs. Last year, I faced a problem with one of them not working, and the quoted repair cost was $250. Given that I had spent $4000 on them, I decided to look for alternative options. I explored several options and tried MD Hearing Aids, but they were uncomfortable and didn't fit well, so I returned them. That's when I came across Audicus. I spoke with a representative who explained the program and how their hearing aids worked. I needed a hearing aid programmed for my specific hearing needs, which Audicus offered at half the price of my original pair. After trying them out, I was satisfied with the experience.
The Audicus hearing aids match up well with my previous ones. A feature I particularly enjoy is the Bluetooth function, which allows me to use them with my phone. There are several programs available through an app, and they work well. Though there's a slight difference compared to my old hearing aids, it’s not significant enough to justify paying a few thousand dollars more. The hearing aids use a charging station, which I find convenient. They also have a program to tune out background noise, which is useful in settings like restaurants. One minor drawback is that when I take them out of the charger, they don't automatically stay on a specific program if needed, like when listening to music while driving. However, this hasn't been a huge issue.
Overall, I'd rate my experience with Audicus as excellent. So much so, that I recommended them to my brother-in-law, who also purchased a set. The customer service, initially accessed through an online search, was handled entirely over the phone and has been satisfactory. Considering the price I paid for Audicus hearing aids compared to others, I'd rate them at a five for value.

Initially, I discovered Audicus through the internet and decided to visit one of their brick-and-mortar locations. They helped me through the hearing test and allowed me to try the hearing aids in person. After purchasing the hearing aids, my quality of life has significantly improved, probably by about 100%. I can now answer my phone and hear people much better than before. My favorite feature is undoubtedly the Bluetooth functionality. Having used Apple AirPods previously, this feature eliminates the need for them entirely. The hearing aids come with a convenient charging unit, which I simply use every night, and they are very comfortable to wear.

As a returning Audicus customer that has referred numerous people to audicus based on past experience, this time I am very unhappy with my transaction. On November 27 I completed my purchase with the help of Alexandra, who by the way was OUTSTANDING. But since then I have not received any shipping or tracking information and today is December 8. Somebody or something has dropped the ball because I was surveyed for a product that was paid for last month and I have yet to receive. I chose Audicus for my hearing aids because I liked the company. I initially went to a hearing specialist who recommended them. The hearing aids have significantly improved my hearing, and I particularly enjoy the Bluetooth feature that connects to my phone. Overall, the quality of the hearing aids is pretty good, but I have been experiencing some problems. One of the hearing aids is very staticky and goes in and out, making it hard to hear.
When I contacted customer service, they suggested a few solutions, but none have worked, and the issue persists.
In terms of ratings, I would give Audicus a 3 overall. The price deserves a 4, and the customer service gets a 3 because I'm somewhat satisfied despite the unresolved issue. The online service for the website or app is easy to use as well.

I initially heard about Audicus online, and after some research, I found that the reviews were excellent and the price was right. So, I decided to purchase their hearing aids, but I don't quite remember if it was an online or phone purchase—it was so long ago. Besides that, the representatives have always been excellent.
The hearing aids themselves have been very good. Over time, I've needed some adjustments, like the frequency, and that's been no problem. Overall, the features are excellent. Before using the hearing aids, my hearing wasn't very good, especially in noisy environments and with high pitches. Now, conversations are much easier to understand. It's a lot less frustrating and I'm not afraid of going into noisy environments anymore. I would definitely recommend this to friends.

The testing is pretty good. It can be a bit weird to do the testing online, but it worked out. In the old days, you went to somebody's place and did the testing there. To do them online is a bit, "Huh? How am I gonna do this?" But it worked. I saw something where Audicus would send me supplies every three months for a certain amount of money a month. I lost that and couldn't find it. I left them charged for too long, so they shut off. But the product is now working again. Everything seems to be okay.
I only heard in pieces. People would talk and would drop out. No mechanical aid is going to be perfect. It can't be. With the aids in, things are a lot better. I try to find a quiet place where we can talk and it works well. If I'm in a loud environment, it will not work as well. I don't expect it to. I have experienced it answering a phone call for me, which was weird. My phone rang and it rang in my ear. I didn't expect that. But it worked out okay. I'm old school with stuff. I just want to be able to hear. I can hear almost all the time. It works well for me.

I discovered Audicus Hearing Aids online and decided to purchase them due to my difficulty in hearing. The main reason I chose Audicus over other brands was their crossover feature and affordable pricing. I live alone and operate power equipment like chainsaws and lawn mowers most of the time, so I don't wear them all day. However, when I go to the grocery store or social occasions like a date, I wear them and find them extremely beneficial. They truly make a world of difference.
The crossover feature is vital for me because my hearing in the right ear is almost non-existent. This allows me to hear conversations when I'm in a car, which was previously impossible. The frustration of constantly asking people to repeat themselves is significantly reduced, which is a relief both for me and the people I'm with. I also appreciate that they match my hair color, making them less noticeable, and most importantly, they help me hear.
I've already recommended Audicus to friends, although convincing them is challenging due to their habit of having others speak louder instead of using a hearing aid. The price is a significant factor, especially for seniors, and it took me a while to save up for it. Unfortunately, it's not covered by Medicare or Social Security, which I believe should change.
In comparison to other hearing aids, Audicus offered me a solution at a reasonable cost. I did consider a rival offering a $25 Walmart gift card for a free hearing aid trial, but their costs were exorbitant. Audicus' price of $2,000 was much more manageable. My experience with Audicus has been very positive, and I'd rate it highly, having already suggested it to friends as a much more affordable option.

My mother is using hearing aids from Audicus, and she’s very pleased with them. The device is easy to operate and was pre-tuned according to her hearing diagram. She hasn't experienced any issues or needed any adjustments since everything was set correctly from the start. Her hearing aids come with a portable charger, which she uses as needed, but they do not have Bluetooth capability. The difference these hearing aids have made in her life is remarkable. She loves attending concerts and enjoying music, and now she can hear everything clearly.

Audicus was the only place offering the type of hearing aid I needed due to my hearing file requirements, but the initial experience with their specialist was not ideal. I had to be transferred multiple times and waited about 20 minutes just to speak with someone who could process the sale. It would have been better if they had more knowledgeable staff and reduced the transfer times. I prefer dealing with Amber and Ashley, who were professional and checked up on me weekly in the past. I wish they had more females in the sales department because I feel the males are not qualified for the job. My interaction with a male representative was not friendly, and he couldn't answer my questions about the hearing aids.
I can hear better now having the hearing aids. However, I do feel it needs to be reprogrammed since it isn't quite loud enough. I suspect they used an older hearing test on my new aids, which could be why the volume isn't right. When I did a new test, I was able to hear way better. But I noticed when I purchased the hearing aids that it wasn't like the hearing level that I was supposed to have.
I appreciate the Bluetooth connectivity feature, which allows me to talk without holding the phone to my ear. However, the online tools, like the app I downloaded, don't work as expected for adjusting the device.

I recently purchased my third set of hearing aids from Audicus after seeing an ad online. I chose them because they offer an excellent payment plan, which is perfect for someone like me who's retired and on a fixed income. The hearing aids are exceptional. I can make phone calls and listen to music through Bluetooth without bothering anyone else in my household. The feature that allows me to focus on conversations in front of me while minimizing background noise works really well, too. My previous hearing aids didn't have Bluetooth, so that's a big plus for me.
The customer service at Audicus is top-notch. I contacted them when I had an issue, and they knew exactly what the problem was and how to fix it. If a friend asked me about Audicus, I would definitely recommend them—I've already told my brother to get a set.
My overall experience with Audicus has been fantastic. I'd rate it five stars for their service, customer support, and the pricing was great for me. These hearing aids are rechargeable, and I charge them nightly. The charge lasts almost 20 hours, which is impressive. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

I had to return my new hearing aids, as the left one was defective, and would not consistently power on. It took them over 3 days to repair, combined with the shipping time back and forth, it was a bit disappointing. Shipping back and forth should have been NDA and repairs on new items should take priority. Customer Service tried very hard to get things right.

I’ve had nothing but good experience with Audicus and I would tell anybody to go to them. They are awesome. I may even go back and try to get the newest pair of hearing aids all over again. I like the ones I have but if they got better ones and I’m really thinking about just going back and trying it all over again and get the better ones, which are a little bit cheaper for me, which would really help me out.

I bought Audicus hearing aids. I ordered online and they arrived quickly. While I had them, they were average. They were responsive. But I made a mistake in depending on a service that was all online, especially since I'm an older person and not electronically good. Even with my phone and my computer, I'm not skilled. And I didn't think about the fact that I couldn't drive anymore. If I needed treatment or something to be done to them, I would have to mail the hearing aids in. That's different from if the company was right in my city. There was nothing that made me upset with Audicus. It's just that I felt I made the wrong decision.
One of the reasons I switched was, number one, I travel a lot. And number two, my doctor told me recently I had to stop driving. Therefore, I picked a brand when I got a new pair that is available all over the United States because of the fact that I have to travel a lot. And I don't have a car. And this brand was right in the city I live in. It's very close to where I live. That was important.

Audicus contacted me and I got a hearing test. Then I sent them my information but the hearing test that I took online wasn't registering correctly so I ended up having to go to an audiologist and get them done. That took three weeks ‘cause they kept having me take tests. I got a little upset about that. They said I was gonna have the hearing aids is three to five business days but it took almost a month for me to get my hearing aids from when I agreed to go with them when
But I like the hearing aids and I've told people who have been inquiring about Audicus. The bluetooth helps. If I'm in my car and when my phone rings, my hearing aid connects automatically to my car. They charge quickly as well and I like the different features that it has. This is the first one I've ever had that has two mics on it. Maybe the second mic is canceling out the excess noise. If somebody calls my name, I hear them. If I'm listening to music and I get a phone call, I can pause my music and answer the phone or I can have my music come out of my left ear and talk on the phone out of my right ear. Sometimes it seems I'm not hearing somebody all the way clearly and I may have to turn the volume up.
One thing I have noticed is sometimes, if I got my head turned to the right and someone's talking to me, it seems they go out on my left side. I will turn to the left and the hearing aid comes back on. Audicus sent me an update but when I added the update and put the hearing aids on, it gave me a major headache every day for four days so I put it back to the original setting. Also, I thought I had the domes in my kit that came with them, but I don't have any domes. I just have the ones that came with them. I've been looking online to see where I can order them.

Deciding to buy hearing aids was a very emotional experience. It was a Sunday, and I was sitting down in bed and deciding that I was gonna make the purchase. I was searching for the best hearing aid website and Audicus was on the list. I looked at five companies. With Audicus, it was easy to do the hearing test online, and I was able to walk through all the steps on my own using my phone to make the purchase. I found the website to be very user-friendly, easy to navigate, and I was able to put in the cart what I thought I needed and wanted. The ease of purchase, getting the hearing aids, setting them up, and putting them on were very plug and play for me.
When I have the hearing aids on, I feel a level of confidence that I'm going to be able to hear, but I still have certain voice register pitches that are harder to hear than others. I'm still trying to figure out which mode works with which environment as well. Some of the environment settings work better in places that people wouldn't guess, and I need to test that out a bit more.
From time to time, it gets sore behind my ears from having the hearing aids. That bothers me sometimes. I also anticipated having more functionality in terms of being able to use the hearing aids as Bluetooth and connect to my phone, so that when I took phone calls, I could use it. It doesn't quite do that. However, I've just been relying on my own knowledge, trial and error using the hearing aids, and I could benefit from a tutorial from the company itself. I want to make sure that I know how to fully use the hearing aids and I've been meaning to call. I find that the ear that I have the lowest level of hearing in, it does improve it, but I thought it might improve the hearing a little more.

I never had the feeling that Audicus' customer service reps weren't getting back to me. It was quick. Appointments were all done either by email or by phone. As far as my hearing aids, my first thought was, I was disappointed because I expected it to be louder, which it was not. And then the more I used it and after going through one of their online training programs and asking some questions and so forth, it was clear to me that the volume of what I hear is any different at all. But what's different is the quality. A couple of weeks ago, I was on a lake in the Adirondack. I was able to hear the loon calling before people I was with which I'm sure wouldn't have happened before I got the hearing aid.
I'm happy with my hearing aid. I don't think it made a massive improvement, but it made a clear improvement. It's chargeable. There's an outside-the-ear component. Then there's a filament that goes inside the ear. There's an app that connects to turn them up or turn them down. It seems to make a noticeable difference but not a massive difference. I like the Bluetooth feature and I use it, but it's also confusing to me. Sometimes, it seems to interfere with taking a phone call. Sometimes, I don't know when it's the Bluetooth and when it's not. I don't fool with the controls very much, but I'm better at it.
Overall, I was not overwhelmed by the effect of my hearing aids as far as the instrumentation goes but I would tell others that if they're thinking about a hearing aid, I would recommend Audicus because the response time and the customer service have been excellent. An individual may or may not see it as a significant difference, but they shouldn't hesitate to go the route of them because they're very responsive. If I send an email saying I wanna talk with somebody about it, they get back to me right away.

The customer service of Audicus was good. The person I spoke to was great with answering any questions I had and I liked that I could do a virtual hearing test. That helped greatly. The hearing aids are great. You could barely notice I have it on. It's small. The volume controls are awesome. You could raise it or lower it to your liking. It has Bluetooth and that is one of my favorites. You could listen to music while you're working and still be able to hear if somebody's trying to call you. Overall, my experience was great.

I'm so pleased with my new Omni II hearing aids from Audicus. They do exactly what the folks from Audicus told me they would. I was having more and more trouble hearing conversations and movie and TV dialogue. Background noise, music and sound effects would drown out the spoken words. I searched on the web for hearing aids that would have a payment plan because I couldn't afford them through my insurance. I found Audicus and the experience was easy. I sent in a hearing test 'cause I have a current one. Then I picked out what I wanted in the hearing aids and spoke to them. I have three pairs from them now. The first ones were not working as well as they first did. I got my second pair then I thought they started going out. I got worried and ordered another set just in case because my hearing loss is in both of my ears so without them, I can't function very well. On my new ones, I have Bluetooth on it. They're great because they connect to everything I need. I also got the rechargeable ones which I like. I don't have to repeatedly buy batteries. I'm having one issue 'cause they're not as loud as the previous ones. I'm not quite sure why that is but I can call Audicus and they can walk it through with me.

I like that the Audicus hearing aids are rechargeable overnight. I wasn't interested in spending a couple of thousand dollars, but when they told me I could finance it over two years, I said, "That's great." And it's interest-free, too. I have a two-year plan and that was something that I wouldn't have to take money out of my 401 to pay for. However, I got a lot of communication from them at first and I was like, "Leave me alone. It's not like these are new to me."

We went to a traditional ENT office and had an evaluation for a hearing aid, then I went online to get more information because they were so expensive. The place I worked at offered a discount, so I called that company. I Googled that company and Audicus was one of the names that came up. I contacted them and compared what they marketed as they had, what their service was, what their equipment was, the warranty and followups. Getting all the followup and adjustments online was significant because we would be traveling about 40 miles every time we had a question. So we prepared for the service, cost and we felt that, unless we've been really duped, we got the better or the same equipment for half the price that a traditional ENT office charges.
I have a niece that has a pair that she paid full amount for, and when we talk about our experiences, they're the same. My hearing aids help me hear better and not miss conversations. They are rechargeable, and they've never run out of the charge during the day.

I've been using various hearing aids for 15 years, and from the advertising and reviews, Audicus sounded as though it would be a significant technology upgrade. I had three conversations with one of their sales reps and they were not pushy at all. It seemed like it was an honest assessment. The Audicus hearing aids are a huge upgrade for me. It was exactly what I was hoping it was gonna be and why I invested money early in a new pair.
The voice search feature works well and the noise isolation works much better than I've had in the past. My previous hearing aids amplified so much background. It didn't filter it very well. They were annoying to use and marginally functional in some environments. I particularly have trouble with high frequency and noisy environments, but my Audicus hearing aids perform so much better. In all different environments, it allows me to pick out speech so much better. My wife's much more happy with me. It was also a plus that there were weekly follow-ups for the first part of it. I've been a hearing aid user, so part of it was not necessary, but it was reassuring and it gave me the opportunity to get the questions that I had answered.

I tried a competitor, compared the two, and Audicus is a better hearing aid. I've had them for 3 months and I like them. It's easier in restaurants. I can adjust them on my phone, so I'm much more comfortable. I can block out some of the loud noises and focus on speech. That's the biggest difference. I can now hear softer spoken people easier as well.

I've got bad hearing and Audicus seemed to be the least problematic of all those that I tested. I didn't have as tinny a sound with them as I did with the others. I ordered them online and gave them a copy of the hearing test, and they shipped the hearing aids. I don't hear well enough for them to make a big enough difference. I'm still having trouble so I'm about ready to send them in to see if they can increase the volume.

I did Audicus’ online hearing test and they seemed professional and decently priced. My dog ate one of the hearing aids and I just ordered a new pair. They've been great. When I'm in a crowded room, it’s always an effort for me to hear with a lot of noise in the background to hear up close. They have a phone app and I can choose an option that will automatically set them so that I can hear better in a crowded room and I like that I can hear my phone in my hearing aids even though no one else could hear my phone. It’s much nicer to hear so that’s a huge impact. It’s a good product, rechargeable and easy.

Audicus provided me all the information at home, and it was easy. They've been very helpful. The machine is wonderful. I can hear things I didn't even know were there before. So, I'm very pleased with the product. On my left ear which was the most deaf, the instrument died and they repaired it without pause, and I was very pleased. It just took a couple days. If you can afford Audicus and need to hear, you should get one.
I could have paid a lot more. I could have paid a lot less and probably gotten a piece of junk that lasted a week. Luckily, I could just barely afford the Audicus hearing aids. I'm very pleased. Because I was going to church in different places not knowing what people were saying, and now, I know. The most important element to our understanding of the Heavenly Father is to hear his voice. So, that's an interior thing. That has nothing to do with exterior voices. I can confirm that what he's been telling me interiorly is true on the outside.

I did a lot of research with a lot of the online companies and Audicus could fit into my payment plan and work out with what I needed so I went with them. There was a hearing specialist who helped me complete the order and the fitting was pretty simple. I did an online hearing test and they used that data to read what I would need and shipped them to me.
I like the hearing aids. My hearing seems to be a little bit better and they have the Bluetooth ability, so my phone calls can stream right into my hearing aids versus dealing with the phone. I love those features. Also, these are rechargeable and I don't have to mess with batteries. They stay charged for a good 18 hours or better. I recently took a long trip with my scouts and I was on a train for almost 20 hours and they held up most of the time before I had to dig out my charger in my bag and charge them on the train. But there are a couple of things on the app where I have an issue once in a while.

I was looking for over-the-counter hearing aids and found Audicus in that list. I was looking for in-the-ear hearing aids. I had tried a similar hearing aid. I had tried them locally and they worked beautifully, but they were $5,000. I had bought a pair of the behind-the-ear kind. Because I wear glasses, they make my ears hurt. They press down on the ear. So, I never could get adjusted to them. So I was determined to get an in-the-ear hearing aid. I had tried four different kinds before I found the Audicus. I can wear them all day from the first day.
I sent the Audicus back once because when I got them, they were set at too loud a volume. Now it's not too high, but I can't adjust it. It's the same all the way up through. So, I'm gonna have to send them back again. I hate to because I hate to be without them because it means I have to wear the other ones. I like the Audicus. The things I don't care for about them was the ones that I had tried previously. I think this is an older model than what they have today. So, I'm having difficulty understanding. Even when the volume is okay, sometimes I can't understand what the people are saying. So if that were made better, that would be excellent. Also, if they were rechargeable, it would be good. These aren't rechargeable. So, you have to get the little batteries and put them in, which is not a huge deal and they cost half as much as the other ones. So, I'm not unhappy.

I bought a pair of hearing aids before from Audicus and I like their price. I recently purchased from them again on their website and the specialist I had was responsive. I have my hearings aids for six months now and its quality is equivalent to my old pair. I wish the part that fits behind your ear was a little thinner to make them a little more comfortable, but thy're okay.

I purchased from Audicus because of the price and because they had a program where I pay by the month. It was a lease arrangement and that was more attractive than buying the hearing aids outright for thousands of dollars. I did hearing tests online and did most of the process on the phone. But I ended up not keeping the Audicus hearing aids because the noise reduction didn't work as well as another pair of hearing aids I had.

I was looking for a hearing aid that would be programmable and Audicus has a unique setup -- not just a generic increase in sound but a unique setup in terms of frequency. It was expensive, but it was significantly less than the prescriptions through an audiologist. Also, there's a Bluetooth so it connects with my phone, which is a good feature.

Audicus is a good company and they have done me good. They were cheaper, quick to respond, and I've had good quality out of these hearing aids. I've been able to hear things I have not been able to. I got Bluetooth so I could talk connected through my phone, to phone calls. I could do video streaming and adjust it to TV settings.

I've been dealing with Audicus for many years now, and they're still good. I have trouble hearing, and I was hoping I could get the ones that could connect directly to my phone via Bluetooth, but the ones I have don't do that. Besides that, my hearing aids work okay, and it's good to be able to hear what people are saying.

I hear better with my Audicus hearing aids when I'm out in public. Although sometimes, when there's a lot of people, it can be hard to hear what someone is saying clearly because I hear a lot of background. And a lot of times, I feel like I'm talking to someone on a microphone but I can see the difference when I take them out and when they're in. The Bluetooth feature is nice when somebody's calling me, rather than everyone be able to hear what's being said and I have to put it on speaker phone. I don't have that problem anymore. When I go into a store and I don't wanna listen to the music they have, I can put on YouTube and listen to a teaching, and I can listen to that while I'm doing what I'm doing and nobody else but me can hear it. My ears itch frequently when the hearing aids are in, but it's a part of it all. Overall, it works good.

The Audicus hearing aids work. I can hear better. They're also durable. I have the back of the ear type and the only thing I don't like about them is, I wear hats and sunglasses and they always bump them. But other than that, so far, I like them. They come with a charger. I normally just plug them in at night and they're charged by morning. They usually last over 12 hours and that's good. I also have a Bluetooth in my phone, too and that's nice. But sometimes it's a pain because I Bluetooth my music to my radio in my truck, and sometimes it goes back and forth. So I have to disconnect them. But I'd recommend them. I lease them for 100 bucks a month and that's a good option to have.

My experience with Audicus has been great. They have always been willing to help whenever I had an issue, and they were very professional and accepting. I couldn't have asked for better people. Ray was always making sure that I understood everything, making sure we were on the same page. Having to do things over the phone sometimes could be a little difficult, but they made it seem like a breeze, getting the adjustments. It was a frustrating thing, but they kept asking the right questions, and I understood what they meant and what I needed to do. I'm very pleased. Also, when I was in prison, Audicus was the company we dealt with. They always had supplies on time when I needed them and that was very appreciated because, in prison, everything moves really slowly. Dealing with Audicus, was always a two-week deal and done. Never a month or a few months. It's also very affordable.

I looked at four other companies and decided on Audicus for its pricing. I purchased from the website but I also called and talked to the reps. They weren't too pushy. We discussed which one would be best for me. I did the hearing test online so I didn't do it with the rep but he discussed the results with me. The hearing aid made my life better. The Bluetooth works great and I’ve not had the hearing aid die. It’s rechargeable and holds the charge as long as I need. I like it best that I pay monthly for the program, which was what sold me on it.

I got ahold of Audicus at the place in Manhattan, and the audiologist was fantastic. She was really intelligent, and she knew all that she was doing. She helped me. I got ahold of the hearing aid and kept it for over a month. Depending on how often it was used, I had to change the batteries. It's a fantastic hearing aid, but I had to turn it back in because I had some problems about constructing it. I have a brain problem and for me, it was too difficult.
The hearing aid does everything, but it's better for somebody who's a little more experienced than I am. I don't do much with it, and I don't go out of the house. Overall, I'd tell people to use Audicus because they're really good, and the stuff that they came up with are really fantastic. I'd probably go back and get a more simple thing from them when I'm in a better medical position because I'm not doing very well medically now.

Audicus made it easier for me to stay in contact with other people. A lot of times in conversational speech, I could hear sounds, but I couldn't make out what the other person was saying. I took the hearing test, then I talked with a specialist and decided on what to do. The hearing aids make it easier for me to hear and it makes me more functional as far as conversation with other people. I'm still having problems somewhat with it seeming too loud sometimes, but I'm working through that. Most of it is just that I haven't been able to hear the sounds.

Audicus has been pretty good. I really like the fact that you could pay monthly for the hearing aid, versus selling out a whole mortgage claim that I don't have. I purchased it online and their website was really user-friendly. The hearing aid has changed everything in my day-to-day activities. I used to work in a very loud attraction and it made it so I was able to hear everything. I didn't have to scream, "What?" at the guest every five seconds. My roommates have also noticed a difference. I can hear things and I can understand what people are saying. It's given me my freedom to be a 27-year-old person again and I don't have to keep staring at people's mouths when they talk.
It's comfortable, too. I took out the retainer clip things that keep it in and I haven't had really any issues with that. It doesn't fall out and I forgot about them. I have the rechargeable hearing aid and the longest I've worn it is 12 hours. I didn't have to recharge it and I still have maybe 5% but it lasted me until I got home. The Bluetooth is my favorite feature and the fact that I can change the different settings depending on where I am. They have an app and you can do it through the hearing aid. So if you press the dial up or down buttons, it'll change the settings if you hold it. Then with my phone, I can pick the specific setting if I want.

I put the hearing aids in every now and then when I get a chance. And I gotta call Audicus because I don’t know how to use them. I need somebody to even show me how to put them in so that things will stay in. But I can't put it on Audicus because I got, at least, two calls from them. I just haven't had a chance. I tried to call customer service one or two times and I didn't get connected. I got turned off and one of those times, I got interrupted. I just need to follow up more.

I purchased my Audicus hearing aids online and the website was great. Since then, I have gotten emails and a call once a week from their service department following up and wanting to know if I have any problems. I love my hearing aids. The quality that I hear is really good. I have control over volume and there are several different settings on it. If you're at church, you can have it set on a really quiet setting.
Before, I couldn't even hear birds anymore and even my husband had to repeat stuff to me all the time. When I went in for my audiology test, the lovely lady that did my hearing test was making a little box on a piece of paper and I asked her if she was getting ready to play the dot game. She said no and that that was how many times I said excuse me or could you repeat that. So, my hearing was pretty bad. But since I got the hearing aids, I hear birds again, I hear people talking, and I can join in conversations with people. And I have control because they come with an application. I'm in my early 70s that's really been a godsend. I'm a little bit tech-savvy, so I know how to control things and computers. For the elderly-elderly, I'm not sure if the hearing aids would be the answer because they might be too technical for them. But for my position right now, they've been wonderful.

Everything went really well in my experience with Audicus. I have the hearing aid and it's nice. I purchased it through the website and their website was easy to go through. I received the product within a week. They had a little bit of some stuff going on with the different tests and programming it, but it was quick. I use it to listen to music. It's also nice because, typically, I wouldn't be able to understand anything that anyone was saying just by holding my phone up to my head. But with this thing, I can understand what they're saying. They've also reached out multiple times to see if there was anything else that I needed and I still get check-in emails from them.

My Audicus hearing aids are good but when I start sweating, they start cutting in and out. But that's normal because I'm outside most of the time. When I'm talking on them, I get a good clear sound. I can hear a whole lot and a lot better. My wife says she really likes it. My grandkids and my son and daughters like that. Audicus is a pretty good product. On top of that, it’s a reasonable price and I can make out payments that works with me. I made the purchase through the website. My experience went really well. It's very self-explanatory.

The lady called me and I was at a weak point on my hearing and I was susceptible to being talked into getting a hearing aid. So, I bought it at that time. It works. I tried two other companies before, and I kept getting feedback in the hearing aid. I assumed it was because the dome didn't properly fit my ear. But these hearing aids from Audicus seem to fit my ear, and I don't get feedback. The quality is excellent. The reps were very helpful, and I like the fact that they had a Zoom conference with me to get me set up. I went online and took a hearing test and Audicus called me. The person that I talked to was very good because she convinced me. But I much preferred the hearing aids would have been fitting but I'm dealing online with people. It's hard for them to tell me much because I've got to describe if it fits but I don't know if it fits or not. They sent a whole series of rubber things that fit into my ear and I've got them from little bitty to big. I kind of experimented a little bit and know which ones are comfortable. I know sometimes when I change the tips, that doesn't work because by the end of the day, it's painful. But they've been helpful and I have never had any difficulty reaching. I called one time and I told them I heard birds chirping and they said I have the wrong size tip in. I changed tips and the birds went away.

Audicus was the most convenient out of anybody. Any questions that I had, they were thorough enough to where I didn't ask any questions. I like how the hearing aid adjusts to the sounds where I don't have to do that. So, when stuff gets loud, it lowers it to the same reasonable thing no matter where I was. The hearing aid was a bit hard to get used to. I just had to change the little rubber piece. That was the only thing. After that, it was good. Definitely a change. My brother has hearing problems from the military. And I told him to check out the website.

I purchased an Audicus hearing aid many years ago and it worked fine. The service was great as well. So I went back. My new hearing aid is outside the ear, has Bluetooth, and it's battery-operated. You can control it with an app on your phone and it's a great value with the quality of the earpiece I got and its price. Audicus answered all my questions about it and when I had some issues with my hearing aid, they sent it back and fixed everything in a week. The hearing aid is helping me hear better and I would recommend it.

They told me when I received the hearing aids that they were gonna call me back to walk me through how to set them up. But no one ever called me back. We had to figure that out ourselves. Another thing is they're taking money out but didn't send me a payment plan. I can't do that. I budget my bills. The product is good but customer service sucks.

The Audicus product is very good and the support of the product has been good. So, I'm pleased overall. The hearing specialist was great. The process was through Zoom and they were very attentive, listened to me, answered all my questions, and they are readily available by email or if I need help or have a question. I went through the onboarding online with Audicus and got the hearing aids and also got Jabra ones and in the end, I selected the Audicus product.
As far as how they helped my hearing, both products were very good but the Audicus product fits my ear better. The integration with the iPhone in terms of functionality was superior to what the Jabra version was. So, I selected Audicus on that basis even though it was about $1,000 more. When I'm out riding on my bicycle, which I do a lot, I can just tap my ear to answer my phone. I can stop and tap my ear. I don't have to dig my phone out of my back pocket, which is in a Ziploc bag because I don't want it to get wet. I can just tap my ear and answer the call. So, that kind of integration with the cellphone is very useful to me.

The rep with Audicus was very helpful. We discussed the different options and what he thought I should buy and not buy and the reasons one would be better than the other. He didn't try to get me to buy the most expensive one. He was honest and said, "You don't need that. This other one that costs less money, in your situation, will work just as well." I wound up buying the better one but I am very dissatisfied. I bought hearing aids before these. They have a nicer case and the case includes a battery. I don't need to plug them in for several days to charge.
The hearing aids from Audicus have a much larger case and there is not a battery in the case to charge the hearing aids. If I want to charge, I have to spend another 100-some odd dollars to buy a battery for this and it's gonna be more than two times the size of the other one. I have peripheral neuropathy in my hands. My hands are very weak and I have difficulty holding things. The instructions that came with Audicus was, when you take the hearing aids out, don't pull by the wire, pull by the hearing aid. If I pull by the hearing aid, I can't get it out. I don't have the strength enough in my index finger and thumb. I have to pull out by the wire. If I continue to pull it out by the wire, it's only a matter of time I'm gonna break it and the hearing aids would need to be repaired. I made a couple of attempts to speak to them but I've not been able to find somebody to talk to about it.

I'm very pleased with Audicus. I purchased my hearing aid online and it was very easy. A week later, I received it and since then, it has changed my life tremendously. My daughter's not hollering at me anymore about cutting the TV down. I also like the feature that kills off the ringing in your ear which has helped a whole lot. I charge it at night when I'm sleeping, then I put it on in the morning. And it lasts me all day. At first, it was awkward to wear it because I was trying to get used to it, but now it's just a natural thing. Sometimes I lie down and I'm going to sleep, then I realize that I still got the hearing aid in. So, I just take it out.

With Audicus, I like that I could do payments instead of having the cash in hand. The specialist I worked with was good, too. They explained everything and were good at what they did. The hearing aids are comfortable and I forget I have them on. I recharge them every couple of days depending on how much I use the Bluetooth.

In August of 2022 I realized that I needed good hearing aids. I had been sold one hearing aid for my left ear, where my hearing was not good, but it was one of those that fit inside your ear and can't be seen, and I never felt that it worked well. Naturally, my ENT audiologist charged me a lot for this hearing aid, and I stopped trusting them. After researching online, I settle on Audicus, based on both site and customer reviews. I took their online test (you take it on your laptop, using your headphones) and was soon contacted by a sales agent. I chose the Spirit, because of its Bluetooth and remote programming capabilities. I received the devices within about 5 days, and was assigned a hearing aid specialist that came along side me, metaphorically speaking, to make sure the hearing aids worked for me. During the first year, I had one remote programming adjustment made. The aids seemed to be working all right for me.
In about February of this year I took another online test, and it showed a significant increase in my hearing loss since I first received my hearing aids in 8/2022. I was advised that in order to reprogram my devices this time, I would need to send them back to NYC, that they could not be adjusted remotely. However, once they received them in NYC, the person I was working with informed me that the audiologist recommended I see my ENT and get an in-person hearing test because of the significant change in my hearing over the 1.5 years I had been using my Audicus aids.
I couldn't get in to see my ENT for a month. This was frustrating to me. I wondered why they couldn't have said that before I sent my aids in to them. They did not have any explanation. I asked that they reprogram them the best they could. They return the aids by 2-day airmail, but I had to pay for 5-7-day ground mail. I was without the aids for about 14 days. Not an insignificant inconvenience. Happily, my aids worked much better after this reprogramming. Still, I made an appointment to see my ENT and their audiologist.
I sent the results of the in-person hearing test to Audicus. I was told that the difference between their online hearing test and my in-person hearing test was significant, and they advised that I once again send my hearing aids back to them in NYC for another reprogramming. So, I did and just received them back, 10 days later. I haven't used them yet but am hoping that they will work even better. They do really help my hearing, both volume and ability to decipher the spoken word.
In summary, I think that Audicus is a good company with good customer support and quality devices. My own personal experience with having to send my hearing aids back to their offices in NYC was a little frustrating. That is the drawback of an online company with no local offices. I'm not sure that if/when I need new hearing aids, I would go with Audicus again. I might find a local company that can service me with a good turnaround, should my hearing aids need reprogramming or maintenance. Maybe even Costco.

I was happier with the people I spoke with at Audicus. And Audicus seemed the better product for a better price. They're excellent pieces of hardware. I like the Bluetooth connectivity because while driving, I am able to have the maps give me the information and I could hear it directly in my ear. Or if a phone call, I could hear on the phone. More like wearing an earbud where I do not disturb anyone. I'm happier with how I'm able to communicate. Also, I can hear things that I didn't realize I didn't hear before. So, my wife and kids are much happier with the fact that I could hear what's going on. I don't avoid crowded places as much now because I could differentiate and hear more about what's going on. I had the Audicus hearing aids before. I lost one. For the longest time, I only had one. I'm on a fixed income and I couldn't afford to buy another hearing aid to match the Wave that I had. But the rep told me that they had this rental program. That fit right up my alley. $99 per month. And after 18 months, I could get an upgrade and always keep the latest and greatest hearing aids. That's fantastic. That was when I upgraded my hearing aids and I went on to the rental program. The only complaint I have with them is I hear a lot of background noise along with my speaking to someone. Sometimes it's better than the person I'm talking to. But that's only an adjustment so it's not horrible, but it's just there. Other than that, the hearing aids are fantastic. They're good hearing aids.

I lost my right hearing aid and needed a new right side. Due to doing business online it’s been delayed. I could only get a hearing test in my area 2-3 weeks in advanced, which meant I had to deal with no hearing from my teaching job for three weeks. I understand the company is in New York, but I thought maybe a week I’d be without hearing and it was during my Spring Break. I thought I could do adjustments remotely. That doesn’t help if I had at least a functional right hearing aid. Anyway if I lose a right hearing aid at least I’ll have a hearing test on record. It would have been nice to have a least a borrowed backup. Thank you for your time.

My first set of hearing aides. Audicus was very helpful? Fast and accurate. Answered my questions. Very good. I returned one. Had on fixed and orders a second one. Now I have a pair and am happy. Customer service is always responsive. Always calls back. Repair fast and secure. Thanks.

My husband has been very pleased with the Audicus hearing aids so when it came time to upgrade and get new ones, we went back to Audicus. We like the quality and the people we deal with. I always have good dealings with them and this has been ongoing for 10 years. They listen if I call and have a question or concern. If they don't know it on the spot, they research it and call me back. I would highly recommend them. The cost for retired people is also a big plus.

My Audicus hearing aids have been fine. This is my third set. I've had hearing aids for years, and I bought the $8,000 ones, but these were 2,800. They work just as well and they're easy to use. I'm well pleased with them right now. The only thing I dislike about them is the batteries are easy to fall out of the device. If it ain't positioned just right, the battery will fall out of it, and I've never had one do that before, but I've learned how to adjust that and the position they need to be in when I open the gate.

I love the fact that I could do the hearing test online. That was convenient. I hardly wear the hearing aids, though, because I work from home. But I wore them to a photo shoot and I remember everything directly around me was louder. I didn't realize every single little thing would be amplified. Also, I wore them last November to see my stepmother in an assisted living facility and I lost one there. I had to order the replacement and that was quick. I packaged everything up, sent it in, and they sent me a new one. They also gave me a leash. But if they could make some sort of glue to glue them to the back of my ear, that would be great. I never felt like they were securely in there.

I bought Audicus hearing aids for someone and he loves them. A lot of things changed for him. He has a lot of things going on in his life. The hearing aids have everything. He can connect it to his phone. That's the better one they have there. Overall, Audicus has good customer service, and they are very convenient. I made the purchase over the phone. It was very easy to get in contact with an actual person.

I contacted customer service one time and the issue was resolved. I had hearing aids before and these hearing aids are 10 times better because they have a range of 10 on the volume scale. The old ones that I had only had 2. The difference is amazing. I can hear better.

The rep I worked with at the store was very good and really knew what she was doing. The hearing aids seem to be working fine and the charging feature is good. I charge them overnight, so I don't need batteries. Also, it's a good deal. Although there have been a lot of changes in hearing aids and there are now some very cheap ones.

Several years ago, I attempted to secure much-needed hearing aids. I tried local "specialists" and three different on-line connected suppliers. Audicus was the last. Admittedly, I was a difficult customer...I didn't follow the protocols, advices, suggestions and other recommendations to succeed and satisfy my needs. I have returned to Audicus because I was treated so well. The dedicated and thoughtful treatment I remembered has again been found. I have not been dissatisfied nor disappointed as the professional and cordial experience reflects my previous interaction. I am in good hands!!!

I requested to have two different sizes of domes at first. Then I spoke with someone, I think about needing both domes to be the smaller size. Still getting two sizes. Other than that everything is great. My hearing seems to have improved!! Enjoy the membership but wish the cost was a little lower.
