    The lack of ability to get customer service on the phone is awful. Their response time is awful. I have been waiting over a week for a repair and I cannot get an update on the status. This is terrible customer service. There should be a quicker response time and turnover for repairs in regards to matters of health like this company claims to offer.

    My daughter told me that I needed hearing aids so I went through the necessary hearing tests. I had my hearing checked by different places and decided on Audicus. I have hearing loss in both ears and the Audicus Omni Series 2 has been satisfactory, offering convenience with its rechargeable feature, sparing me the constant need to replace batteries.

    While I haven't fully explored all the features, I know there are adjustments available to enhance the clarity, which indeed helps in daily interactions. Interestingly, I was informed that returning my previous hearing aids would result in some cash back, and I've already completed that return. However, I’m yet to hear about the timeline for receiving this reimbursement.

    In terms of improvement, there’s definitely been a positive change; the aids help me understand conversations better, making everyday interactions smoother. Although I'm unsure if it’s life-changing, they undeniably enhance clarity in communication. If a friend or family were considering Audicus for their hearing needs, I would tell them it’s been a fine experience for me.     When I ordered my Audicus hearing aids online, I made the decision in a hurry and I got the wrong number. As an older individual, doing transactions online is challenging for me, and I've found dealing with these hearing aids to be quite a hassle. The right hearing aid has given me consistent trouble, requiring me to return it, which left me with just one functional unit. Although new wires helped to some extent, issues persisted, especially with the right hearing aid, which stopped working during a Zoom call.

    This is my first set of hearing aids, and while they've been useful when functioning properly, my overall experience has been frustrating. The support from Audicus has been alright, but with the problems I've faced, I marked the whole experience at a 2 out of 5. One major issue was missing the 100-day return window; I wish there was a year-long warranty akin to what my friend mentioned they had with a different brand. Now I'm forced to decide whether to purchase another set at a greater cost from elsewhere. Despite the frustration, being able to hear has been a blessing, so I'm still hopeful for a resolution.

    Audicus was the first provider I contacted, and that initial decision stayed with me. My experience with their hearing specialist was quite positive; she, along with the rest of the staff, provided excellent service.

    The hearing devices themselves worked perfectly straight out of the box. I’ve been using them for around 120 days now, and initially, I had no complaints about their functionality. However, I recently noticed issues with the Bluetooth connection, which tends to get fuzzy, and the volume sometimes fluctuates between the two hearing aids. Despite this, I've mostly enjoyed the Bluetooth feature as it is quite handy.

    In terms of fit and usability, the hearing aids are impressive. They fit very well and remain secure, even during active outdoor activities. As for the cost, while I feel that the technology should warrant a lower price given the mass production in places like China, Audicus seemed more reasonably priced compared to traditional retail options.

    Overall, despite the recent technical hiccups, I’d recommend Audicus products. The experience itself showed me a product with great potential, and the initial quality was very reassuring.

    I use Audicus primarily for communication with my family. My experience with their hearing aids is influenced by a unique challenge I face; I only have hearing on one side due to a military incident which left me completely deaf in my right ear. a hearing aid helps, but nowhere near what I need. In terms of service, Audicus has been exceptional. I've had no complaints, even though my hearing can't be entirely corrected. When it comes to connectivity, the television sometimes poses a challenge, but telephones are a constant struggle. My hearing aids use batteries, which I don't need to change very often. Though I've considered the convenience of rechargeable hearing aids, I prefer to avoid further expenses. I bought a hearing aid through eBay. It lasted for three months. $300 gone. But I've had no problems with Audicus.

    These are my first hearing aids and the experience has been a mixed bag. For activities such as watching TV or attending church, they work quite well, allowing me to hear from a distance. However, they are less effective during close conversations. This discrepancy became evident, especially when I interacted with people at work while at the senior center, sometimes making it tempting to remove them altogether.

    The overall comfort in my ear is satisfactory, though there are parts I’ll need to order soon.

    After an hour of use, the sound decreases as if my ears are stopped up. I’m constantly trying to “pop my ears. Then after an hour and a half or so, the left stops producing sound. Sometimes I take the earbuds off to make sure it’s the same sound that I hear without them.

    Audicus was more affordable compared to other hearing aids. I had been using hearing aids since my early 20s and spent thousands previously, so the $1200 price for a pair was very appealing. Although I initially had low expectations, these hearing aids exceeded them, allowing me to hear better than more expensive models I've used before.

    My experience with Audicus has been positive. I've been using them for about two years, and they have served me well. When I experienced some issues with the receiver wire, the company resolved them efficiently. Recently, I bought a new pair, keeping the repaired ones as a backup. These have been the best hearing aids I've owned, and I encourage my cousin to switch to them as he struggles with his current ones which are ineffective.

    I have been wearing the Omni 2 aids for about a month. I sent in an audiogram from an in-person test. The improvement of hearing is noticeable. I haven’t changed the settings in the app since I received them. The adjustment took very little time. I did notice on the onset, that I needed to turn my head for the directional microphones. Since that time either I have adjusted or the tech on the aids has adjusted to accommodate speech coming from either side. In any case, I no longer notice this at all.

    The customer service has been terrific. I have received 2 checkup calls from a support specialist for orientation to the aides as well as a follow up call to make sure I am adjusting well. I only needed clarification on bluetooth streaming settings. I have since been able to stream from my phone, tablet & tv. I am delighted with the hearing aids and support. I have spoken to several friends and my sister to recommend Audicus.

    The hearing aids are junk. I purchase a pair they arrived and did not work. I had a hard time getting the support staff to return my phone calls. They finally sent me replacement hearing aids. They did not work. The replacement hearing aids were refurbished hearing aids not new ones. I returned them and am still waiting for a refund. The company is a scam.

    Among the different brands and models available, I found that Audicus offered both the features I was interested in and a reasonable price.

    I really appreciate the convenience of taking them out and charging them at night. Even though I didn't know what to expect in terms of comfort and performance, I was pleasantly surprised. The ability to download an app allowing various adjustments, such as managing background noise, is particularly helpful. The Bluetooth feature is an added perk, enhancing my overall experience.

    After visiting a website, which I initially thought was Costco's, I ended up engaging with Audicus and mistakenly entered my information there. The salesperson who contacted me was exceptionally charming, with a great personality and no sales pressure, which ensured an easy decision to purchase.

    The convenience of doing the hearing test online from my living room was another huge draw. Ordering was straightforward, and the hearing aids arrived in the mail four to five days later.

    As far as using the hearing aids, I initially kept the settings as they were, and they worked perfectly. The aids come with four program options and five volume settings, but because they were adjusted based on my hearing test results, I didn't feel any need to change them. The device is comfortable and effective, and I appreciate the way it eliminates background noise in crowded places, making conversations in restaurants and similar environments much clearer.

    My favorite feature is the charging cam. I just put the hearing aids in the charging box at night, and they're ready to go in the morning. Audicus' customer service has also been impressive—they've followed up around ten times to ensure everything is working well for me.

    Overall, the hearing aids have improved my indoor listening experience, particularly in environments where clear hearing is critical.

    My experience did not meet expectations. Initially, the customer service was pleasant and friendly; however, they fell short on delivering promised items. They were supposed to send me longer stems for my hearing aid, but even after two months, they have not arrived. One of the main features that influenced my decision was their claim that the hearing aids could filter excess noise in crowded environments, yet I found they didn't meet this promise. The sound quality isn't as clear as I hoped, particularly in noisy settings. Given these shortcomings, my overall experience with Audicus isn't quite satisfactory.

    I went with Audicus after considering the need for a hearing aid that could offer a good balance of price and quality. However, I've found that the current technology just isn't quite there yet, especially if your hearing is 70-80%. Sounds that are less important tend to get amplified, making everything seem equally loud, which can be problematic.

    That being said, I must commend their customer service. The team at Audicus is always helpful and readily available to answer questions or provide assistance, making the experience less frustrating despite the technical shortcomings. I've heard similar feedback from users of other brands, so it seems to be a broader technology challenge in the industry.

    In conclusion, if you are very hard of hearing, Audicus might work effectively for you. For those of us with moderate hearing loss, the technology is still a work in progress. They appear to do their best, and I appreciate their dedication to customer care.
