I feel cheated. The mattress is hard and I'm sorry I purchased it. I'm still paying on it, but it looks like they are no longer in business. Only half of the bed lifts. I need it repaired, or I want my hard money back. I felt scammed as soon as purchased it.

I placed my order and gave them two large payments and unable to reach anyone. Phones disconnected etc. They are scammers. I want my money back in full and prosecute the salesman Mike ** and Easy Rest Company

The head of my bed no longer lifts. The hinges are plastic and they have broken. How do I get new hinges to fix?? We can fix it if I can get the hinges. Is there anyone out there to help! I called 800 number. No longer in service. Emailed them with no response. Beds are only about 5 years old. Is there a guarantee on mechanism?

Hello, Please if somebody get to contact anyone in this company please let us know by this way. I love my Easy Rest bed, but I lost my control and I need another one as I cannot use the bed without it. I have been calling to all the numbers I know with no luck.

I've been trying to contact Easy Rest about getting another bed in place of the one I have, but every phone number they have, rings once and then it has a busy single. I don't think either they are in business any longer or something is just wrong with their phones. It's been going on for Months like that now.

Brought this system one up year ago and still making payment, trying to get a response through phone call constantly and no type of message are allowed to be left on the system. The automated System great. You tell you someone will speak to you putting you on hold for 5 to 8 minutes and then/it hangs up, and you repeat the process and no type of respond whatsoever.

The sales lady was good. She was one of the reasons that I bought the bed. The delivery team was great. They came in, took the old bed out, set the new bed up, and they were out within about an hour. The elevation of the legs has been very good for me. I also like the vibration feature.

My legs swell up and I got an Easy Rest to help with that. The rep was great and I loved her. She explained a lot of stuff to me and I decided I needed one. It's gonna be the last bed I buy in my lifetime. The delivery person was pretty good too and I liked him. It was quick and easy. The bed was expensive but you gotta pay to get what you need. Also, I had a problem because they were supposed to be taking the payments out of my account and they hadn't been doing it so I got charged late fees. I wasn't happy about that. The bill that I had to pay was like $392 so it kicked my butt there for a second. I made the full amount. Easy Rest will be taking the payment out starting next month and they should be able to do it. They did it through my account.

Easy Rest is good for my back and for sleeping much longer. I chose them for the extra stuff that the bed has like the massage. I recommend giving the seller a raise. The delivery people were very good too. I prefer this bed 95% more than my old bed. I use the feature that raises the bed on the foot and the head. I also like the massage feature. That's my favorite because it makes me feel so much more comfortable and makes me go to sleep faster and longer. Right now, the Easy Rest is helping me with my blood circulation and my blood pressure is definitely going down. On the whole, this Easy Rest is excellent. I'm happy with the bed.

The sales representative was wonderful. He explained everything and then had me get on the bed and test it. He took his time explaining. The Easy Rest bed is just as good as my old bed. But I like this best.
