Mary is a very good customer service. Very helpful and very speedful. Just the sandwich done correctly. The staff has very good customer service and respectful kind-hearted and polite. And yes I will come back.

Would give a negative 5 if I could, bought the chicken and avocado foot long on white and ate more than half and about 4 hours later, I was so sick it was coming out both ends, maybe they use expired chicken but the health department should look into it. I’ll never eat it again.

I go to this location a lot during lunch hour a couple times a week. Always on point with customer service and food is always fresh and delicious! I would recommend this location if you want something quick, fresh and tasty.

Scammers. Do not install the app, and do not give a personal info. They collect all your personal data and make it difficult to delete/close the app or get rid of annoying notification pushes and marketing.

OCT 04, 2025 • 12:30PM • $17.56 Order ** Falls Rd, Baltimore, MD. On Oct 4,2025 I made a order through the Subway app for delivery. (Transaction went through.) Waiting for the tracking info. Never came so I go online login to my account and seen the order is for pickup. Call the store immediately ((410) 366-4800). Told them the app made a mistake. My order is for delivery not pickup. "Refund the money and we can start over." They told me no refund. I live in NYC and was ordering for a disabled person that can come to the door like I have been doing in the past. (Subway refund policy: To get a refund, you must contact the specific Subway restaurant or use the app's support section within a short timeframe (often 24 hours) and provide proof of purchase.) I did all that Subway ask in their refund policy. Still nothing.

Subway always hits the spot! The bread is fresh, the veggies are crisp, and the staff are super friendly and quick, even during rush hours. I love how customizable every sub is—you can make it exactly how you want. Great place for a healthy, tasty, and affordable meal!

The both times I visited Subway the experience has been horrible, the service is terrible! The workers just ignore that you're in line, running their mouth, don’t ask if want to order something to eat! Ended up leaving since I got tired of waiting!

Recently ordered take out and service was very slow and poor, only one employee. The vegetables had been harden as if they were left out to dry. The taste of the vegetables was of paper or cardboard, no flavor at all. There was no Flatbread to make my sandwich. One footlong with different meats should not be charged as two 6 inch sandwiches so yeah I paid over $32.

I love the customer service at the Lowell, Arkansas Subway; they are so nice, helpful and awesome service. To be honest, this Subway is one of the best and the location is great as well so If you want an awesome food service and friendly people, come to the Lowell Subway in Arkansas.

I asked for a double meat. I got 6 extremely thin slices of ham and turkey. That is not double meat. I called the store but they said they could not give me any credits because I ordered through doordash. WTF. I will not ordered from Subway again 😑.

Absolutely the best sub I've had in a really long time. The staff was amazing and the store was very clean. I've been coming to this location for many years and it's been great, but today was the best experience. The employees was very friendly and helpful. Made some very good suggestions and just made the whole experience very nice.

Very bad experience at Subway Financial Drive branch Brampton. Ordered one hour ahead but when reached there order was not ready. Only one lady working in bad mood. Very bad customer service. Not at all recommended this branch.

One, the bread always smells and taste old, it’s chewy. It’s not worth the price for old food. I got the steak and cheese, and the steak was lukewarm and very salty. I would say it’s not a healthy choice and not worth what they ask people to pay. Especially the bread smells old and taste old.

Ordered on the app a steak, egg and cheese on toasted Italian herb and cheese bread. After getting it home, opened it up and it was on flat bread, NOT even toasted. After taking a few bites, I found a long hair in my sandwich! GROSS!! Talk about losing your appetite!! My wife's bread was so hard you couldn't bite into it. There was so much sauce, it would run out of the sandwich. Not a happy camper!!!!!

The workers was excellent and had great customer service and my sandwich was amazing! I will definitely come here again and recommend others to come to this location. I had a good experience at Subway. The staff was friendly and made my sandwich just the way I wanted. The ingredients were fresh, and the bread was warm and soft. I like that I can choose exactly what goes into my sub. It’s a quick and healthy option for a meal. I’ll definitely go back

The drive through menu prices were not completely accurate to what I paid for. I had to pay more for what the original prices were. The person at the drive through looked at me as if I were stupid when I asked why haven’t the prices been fixed. The drive through menu said I’d need to pay about $13. Not almost $20.

Manteca California subways are terrible. Quality of food is bad. Vegetables are old lettuce is brown. The sandwiches have got a lot smaller through the years The bread is not fresh. Subways quality has changed for the worst. When you have more bread than you have meat with bad vegetables it’s not a good experience. And the cost has changed to higher price. I am surprised they’re still in business.

I just purchased 2 sandwiches and I was in shock at how little meat they had, I even thought they had forgotten to put meat in, unopened both sandwiches and they had a minuscule amount of meat. I will NEVER buy a Subway sandwich again.

I went to Subway to get a salad, very basic lettuce, cheese, olives and they put it in a small round bowl, it was so small that I was still hungry afterwards, I PAID 7.69 FOR A .99 SALAD, I COULDA WENT TO A RESTARAUNT AND GOT A HUGE GOURMET SALAD FOR THAT MUCH....very dissapointed in the price and the size, I won't go back

I ordered a 1/2 tuna online at Centennial location. When I got there it was not ready, not even started. First I was told they had not tuna, so I agreed to switch to a cold cut, same toppings, no mayo. Then I was told the only bread they had was wheat and flat. Next, no lettuce, no spinach, and she started putting mayo on the sandwich. I said "No mayo", so she picked up the piece of cheese on top and tossed it and got another piece of cheese. They had no drinks either. If they are going out of business they need to stop taking orders or at least say they are closed.

I placed an order at the Ozark, Ar location 1700 W. Commercial st. The service was outstanding considering the lady was by herself. It was during lunch hour rush so She worked really hard to get everyone’s orders out in a timely manner. Very friendly with everyone! My order was made exactly how I wanted and everything tasted great!

I had the worst experience at this location 30080 Grandriver, Farmington Hills, MI 48335 on 8/24/2025. The gentleman that was there was unprofessional, rude and rushed us thru the order. We asked for toasted they were not, he barely wanted to put the things on the sandwiches, the bacon was half cooked. We couldn't get any sauces for the sandwiches and he didn't cut the sandwiches in half. I was owed change, he did not give it and I only got the receipt because I reached and grabbed it. It was only a nickel so that wasn't a big deal. I will not be back to this location until management is changed and with his attitude it won't be long. And no I did not cause a scene because my daughter asked me not to. She was ready to go home and just wanted a Subway sandwich and this idiot ALMOST ruined our day.

Every time I put in an order if it's not in person they always mess up my order. Never read the receipt and put opposite food items not even remotely close to what is on the order. I asked for onions and they put olives and I asked for toasted, they never toast it and never cut the sandwich.

I just can't get over how poor my experience was at Subway in North Port, FL. I ordered 3 foot- long subs , but I'll just address mine for this purpose. My Italian herb and cheese roll was dried out around the edges and for a foot-long sub included 4 reduced size slices of turkey which d/t being slightly overlapped left both ends of my sandwich with NO meat. Those meat slices and even the cheese were sliced so thin they made Scott tissue look thick and left the sandwich with zero recognizable flavor resembling either.
I asked for oil and vinegar along with peppercorn ranch dressing which somehow left my roll dry even though the lettuce was almost imperceptible under the best feature of my sandwich which were 4 half dollar sized tomato slices. I am willing to possibly credit my request for a toasted roll to be the reason my bread was dried out around the perimeter, but there was no evidence of browning of any kind. If Subway can't afford to replicate the subs of yesteryear, just please tell us how much you need to charge to satisfy our hunger for the subs we loved for years. You'd be surprised how many might be willing to pay a respectable price.

On 17 August 2025 at 6:49 PM I ordered from this store 2 6 in sandwiches and 2 12 in sandwiches and a cookie with 1 asking for double meat and extra cheese. The order was confirmed and paid for. The estimated time of delivery given online was 7:04 PM, At 7:10 PM I received a text from the delivery driver stating that the 6 in tuna was unavailable and asked if I wanted a different protein, I replied to cancel the order and refund it. That did not happen. The driver replied to me that "yes you should report through the app." The sandwich didn't arrive because it wouldn't let me me report it here. The door dash delivery app would not let me cancel the order either under the help option. It said contact the store for issues.
I called the store and was told the order was already being delivered. The order was delivered at 7:25 without the 6" tuna sandwich. The other sandwiches were very sad and nowhere as advertised. Footlong #16 All-Pro Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki had less than half the fillings it was supposed to, The Footlong #31 Cheesy Garlic Steak Italian Herbs & Cheese, Toasted, Double Protein $3.2, Pepper Jack did not have cheese, or double meet in fact you couldn't see any fillings with the sandwich closed at all and was stone cold. The 6'' Oven-Roasted Turkey had 4 slices of turkey total.
At 7:33 PM I called the store again and asked for a refund and was told to do it in the app (which says contact the store) and I told him to refund the undelivered item now to which I was told I would need to come in when the manager was in to get a refund and the manager would be in the next day from 7 AM to 5 PM. I let my family eat what sad sandwiches arrived as to not waste the food I kept 6" of the Footlong #31 Cheesy Garlic Steak to take back to the store. The order charged my card $56.24
On 18 August at 10 AM I took an hour off work (costing me $35.17 in pay) to go into the store for the refund as directed to on the phone the night before. I told Maria (GM?) I wanted a full refund and now the cost for what I lost from work. To which she told me she couldn’t give me a full refund since I didn’t bring all the sandwiches back she offered only a refund for the tuna sandwich not including the fees I was charged for it for the delivery costs. She told me the steak sandwich I brought back had double meat because when she opened it a couple pieces of meat stuck to both sides of the bread. I told her I need to speak to her boss to which she gave me the number for Pedro. He told me they would also refund the steak sandwich but that is it.

My experience was terrible. Sandwich bread was very dry as if it had set for days. Their toppings were limited as they had no onion and the person making my sandwich fail to listen to the toppings other than telling me there were no one. The store 2548 North 400 East in North Ogden Utah should close. Thought I'd known they were of this service I would have went to Arby's or many other options that were in the area.

The 1138 West Ave Subway in Conyers wouldn’t open the doors for us when they opened at 9 AM. We showed up around 9:15 - 9:20 and the girl did not want to let us in even though they were open. This teenager worker needs to have consequences for her actions to not open the doors for us simply because she didn't want to serve us.

I went to the Subway in Massena, NY tonight. Without all the details of the story I just want to say…the woman working, Kara, was not only efficient, she was very accommodating; and despite the long line of customers 5 minutes before closing time she was the friendliest customer service employee I’ve encountered in a very long time.

Bought a sub at Subway at 1801 Autumn Grove in Salisbury! The bread was like a week old!!! Crumbled in my hands!! Rude, nasty people work there. This is why they are going bankrupt!! Large woman at register was so nasty and did not want to be there. The bread crumbled like a cracker. Women there were mean and did not want to wait on customers.

Every time I come here there's hair in my food. They refuse to wear hairnets and when brought up to them they refuse to remake my food. It's happened 3 different times now. I've found hair on both sides of a foot long and they remade half of it.

This staff is great, they are so happy and they just bring a sense of happiness when making each sandwich. Their manager, blonde gal, is always there to help them and you can always hear her giving them good jobs or motivation or stepping in when she sees they are struggling through a big line. They definitely look for her guidance, help and approval and that's exactly what she focuses on. Great team with a great leader. Always clean, fresh and an overall awesome setting.

I love Subway sandwiches. But what I can't tolerate is driving out of my way from teaching a class only to find that the Subway I'm going to which advertises hours to 9:00 p.m. (which is too early to close) but when I arrive at 8:40 it is already closed. Not the first time either. Or when they are open I ask for my favorite which is grilled chicken on flat bread only to find they don't have any more flatbread. I do love Subway sandwiches, but have moved on to Jersey Mike's and Jimmy John's. Better hours and much more reliable to be open when they advertise.

When did you raise the deluxe price to $4 and the double meat to $6 for a foot long sandwich? Why did you change the top that covers the meat to a metal top from a glass top. Glass top allows us to make sure they are making what we ordered, plus putting extra meat and cheese on it, if that is what we ordered. Don’t try to conceal what you are putting on the sandwich. Please put the glass top back on.

What in the hell has happen to Subway. These people act like there to good to serve you for 1 and when you ask for a sub with all veggies on it they will give you three and this is not confined to 1 location. This is confined to all locations. I have been to in the upstate of SC that would be about 7 different ones. In the Pickens and Greenville areas they have bad attitude. When you go to drive thru they ask you to come in cause you got 3 subs. I WENT THROUGH DRIVE THROUGH CAUSE IT'S A DRIVE THROUGH and then they have the nerve to ask you why did you go through drive through. I ordered a steak and cheese, all veggies, got 1 tray of meat on a footlocker and olives and spinach. All I got to say is that is the first time I've ever had a bread sandwich. WTF. These people should close down. Jimmy John's and Firehouse will get my business for now on. This is ridiculous

We were six people and was discussing on the order and the server ** at Subway 110-2915 Boul De La Gare, Vadeeuil-Dorian, Quebec, J7V9R2 was very rude to us. She said she is busy and call her when all our orders are ready. During the order she even did some other work in between after toasting the bread and cheese. She delayed the order preparation purposefully . At the end she gave the wraps without naming them and we had to unwrap it to identify each of our orders. When complained to her she said we didn’t ask her to mark the wraps so she didn’t do it. She didn’t have any patience and rushed us away. It was a bad experience.

If you no longer carry an item take it off your website. I ordered a tuna wrap and when I got home, I had a tuna flatbread. When I called the store they said that is now the same thing. I'm sorry, but they are two different things. I do not like flatbread, therefore my dog got a nice treat.

Subway is supposed to be "eat fresh". I ordered lunch on a very busy work day for delivery. It came with lettuce so old that the sandwich smelt bad and was leaking brown liquid (I get garlic aioli for sauce which is not brown in color). When I tried to use the scan code to write review to the Haney Place Mall location in Maple Ridge the scan code would not load. Very disappointing Subway. :(

We stopped at the Lawtey, FL Subway on Rt. 301 at noon. We asked if there were any specials and he said today’s special was the American Club. It was advertised as $6.99 for a 6” or $9.99 for a 12”. We ordered a 12”. He charged us the regular price of $12.99. When we realized the mistake we went back in to inquire about it. He said the special doesn’t start until 2:00pm. There was no mention of that on the sign. He refused to give us a refund, but offered us some cookies instead. What a rip-off! Subway isn’t what it used to be!!!

Weber City Va subway, first off the 2 young girls were very nice and had good customer service. However, I visit Duffield Va and Kingsport some drive Subway often, I always ask for 2 scoops of tuna with pickles, and baked lays. Always less than $5. I was told today that I had to purchase a protein bowl which was fine, $14. I said thank you and went about my way. Price wasn’t necessarily the issue although I won’t pay that again for that amount of food but I ate in my car since I was in a hurry on my lunch break. As soon as I opened the bowl I saw a dark hair in the tuna. My hair is blonde. Still not a problem as I just ate the other scoop, I am not much of a complainer that way. But I have been sick as a dog for the last 4 hrs. That was the only thing I have ate today.

Lately any Subway I have gone to, the bread has been old and hard. The lettuce is brown and when I asked for the side that looked fresh they gave it to me but didn’t like. The other day I bought my granddaughter a Footlong and it was molded just under the crust all the way down. Since I never receive fresh bread or vegetables, I plan to find a new sub shop.

I love going to Subway and they're really nice and helpful. But today when they were making my sandwich they had a very bad attitude and added avocado without Me saying yes to it and after I informed them of the miscommunication they were rude and slammed the door on the oven scaring me and making me feel extremely uncomfortable making my choice to visit subway for lunch with my family feel like a bad choice.

This is not specific to the Subway I visited today, rather it’s a general review of recent frequent experiences. While the staff is usually friendly and efficient, the stores are always out of something. Usually, one or two sodas are “out of order.” Often there are chips that are out of stock. Many times there is a limited selection of breads. No cookies, or only one variety of cookie. Many times the veggies look wilted and old. This seems to be a regional or corporate issue. And, since they switched to Pepsi products I don’t go weekly like I used to. Overall just not a good experience anymore.

I ordered online through their app. It was still clocking when I arrived. They processed all walk-ins ahead. They ran out of breads, out of cups, out of napkins all before noon. 40 minutes later, they substituted what they had, flatbread for a sub roll, etc. No refund, apology, or compensation offered. Does Subway want to go out of business??

I ordered the new footlong nachos at my local Subway in Helena, MT and got half of what I ordered, I got a half acre Footlong Nacho! When I called to ask why it wasn't complete the 2 times I ordered it from Doordash I was told, "Too bad. That's what our portion is." Why advertise a 12 inch nachos if it's really only 6 inches? This seems like false advertisement to me! I am tired of being treated like crap, as a consumer spending my hard earned money I should at least get what was advertised! Shame on you Helena Subway!

Subway, Don't waste your time or money going to the Subway on Peach Orchard Road in Augusta, GA. We just had the worst, paper thin sandwich we have ever partaken of in our 73 years of life. OMG! Chicken salad sandwich has about I/8th of an inch of chicken salad on it. My BMT sandwich wasn't much better. The bread was nasty. The congenital of the server was non-existing. We spent 2 $20 on 2 6" subs, chips and a drink. The cashier didn't know much about the cash register and had to keep calling the sandwich prep guy over to help. By this time there was a line wrapped around the dining area. Man! What a waste of time and money.
I have spent over an hour just trying to get to talk to someone from subway. I did get to talk to a robot, the same robot on every number I called. When I would select a number to punch, it would be another robot telling me GoodBye. It seems that subway doesn't really care abut their name or their customers anymore. What has this world come to???? I regret that I stopped at this subway on Peach Orchard Road in Augusta GA to feed my family.
I should have just went to Food Lion and bought some deli meat and bread and fixed our sandwiches at home.. Ooooooh! Subway in Rockport Texas on Market Street. Is the good place to visit at night. The people are great. Go check it out for yourself and on Highway 35 the customer service is good. Overall great. Go check it out.

The last few times we ordered, the buns were stale and so much smaller in girth that the filler portion had to be reduced and the bun still would not close in order to contain the product. It's sad to see a once respected fast food outlet fall by the wayside. I would personally pay for what we were accustomed to than to pay once for something I will never go back for again.

What a waste of time and space. 1) The App doesn't work, so you can't order 'online'. No one at the location cared, "not our problem". 2) Slower than Christmas, myself and several other customers walked out due to lack of service. 3) two employees, one leaning on the cash register avoiding customer service, and the second one was building a sandwich, which was taking forever. 4) so I left, along with a couple of others. We were never acknowledged, greeted, or even looked at. So, I deleted the app, crossed Subway off my go to list and went across the street to Wendy's.

My transaction was cancelled after was successfully received because the store in Troy IL didn’t honor the promotion. 1 footlong full price and the second one $1.00. When we choose the store, we made sure, the store was a participating store on the BOGO for 1.

Disgusting!!! Bacon egg cheese sub... Bacon was raw and way undercooked and it was precooked microwave bacon.. Eggs was cold and I tried to return/exchange for a refund and was told I'd have to buy another at full price and wait for a refund 7-10 days... I will never buy at Subway ever again... Just picked up 2 subs ordered on the app - total of $14. The sandwich was mainly bread. Had the spicy chicken - hardly any chicken and less vegetables. The 2nd sandwich was the same, mainly bread - hardly any filling at all. I have never experienced this at any other Subway. When looking at the sandwich from the cut end, you could not see anything between the bread.

We ordered a philly steak and cheese, and the Subway in St. Francis, MN did not add the provolone cheese to the wrap. I called, and they said to come back to have the cheese added. We were too far away by the time we realized it to come back. They did not offer a refund. How can you forget to add the cheese to a philly steak and CHEESE? We pre-ordered our order an hour and a half before we picked it up, which is plenty of time to get the order right. Ridiculous, and poor customer service for mistakes. I have the receipt, but will not post it. It shows that there should have been 4 slices of cheese on this item.

A healthy reasonably priced lunch back in the day, is now overpriced compared to a deli sandwich. To pay $10.00 for a 6 inch sub that is mostly veg, four thin slices of turkey, is a lot. The bread is baked fresh taste good, and veggies fresh also good, so eating fresh. The only way around the price is online purchase, in store offers nothing, not even sandwich of the day.

Disappointed. It’s 5 pm and the only bread they have is wheat bread, which was not fresh at all. No white. No nothing. How can it be 5 o’clock in the afternoon and have no bread available besides wheat which was day days old. Second of all the slicer was down so they had ham all chopped up instead of doing slices and they blamed it on the slicer. The next thing is they can’t honor a coupon because they don’t have anything available for drinks. This is very poorly managed Subway on 218 at Circle K. The cherry on top was the computer wouldn’t accept my number so no points on this purchase. Very very disappointing.

Subway sent us coupons in the mail. We took coupons to store number 31715-0 in Clarksville Tennessee, and they refused to honor the coupons! We are on a fixed income and did NOT appreciate being charged full price. We were robbed of almost 12 dollars because of greed by the franchise owner. I will eat the dead possum, splattered on the road near our house before I ever spend any more funds at Subway in any location. Your franchise owners are going to ruin your future by such conduct! Excellent service! Very clean! The bathroom was clean and even smelled good, odd Indeed. But absolutely refreshing! I was hesitant to come in and eat because of two other restaurants I was disappointed in, Burger King because the kids working there just sloppily put the burger together. Kentucky Fried Chicken and Long John Silver sharing space: I started with LJS but the fish was soaking in grease not to mention they were out of tartar sauce and root beer. I couldn't eat the greasy fish so I got KFC. Anyway my point is I just started to assume that all the fast food restaurants in Winnemucca Nevada are inferior compared Calif. But you changed my opinion and will absolutely be back to Subway sandwiches 🥰

I tried to place an online order, however after I finished ordering and went to pay my debt card didn't go through!!! I tried multiple times, all I got was oops!!! Now my card works everywhere else. When I tried again last night figuring there must had been a glitch in their system, however I got the same results OOPS!!! I called my bank today to check it out. My card was active and was told that they approved my first order on May 13, 2025. But there was no amount sent!!
Subway has also removed some fixings and cheeses!!! They have lost my business. If I could have I wouldn't have given them even 1 Star it would have been a - 10!!! Right now I wouldn't care if they went out of business!!!! Another thing their customer service is basically non exciting, you can not call them at all just get recording saying goodbye!!! I went to the Subway in walmart in temple and there were 2 staff members working. The young lady working was very disrespectful and then went on and tried to charge me more than what was correct. To finish it off, we ordered a pizza and it was not even cooked all the way. I’ve never had trouble over here but the girl working needs to learn the rules and manners when helping customers. The guy working at Subway at Walmart in Red Bluff, CA was super nice and friendly, but I didn't realize until we were home that he must have made a mistake! My husband and I bought ONE foot long subway to share, and two small bottles of orange juice, and it cost over $29.00!!! Could that be right? I went into the Subway on State Road 70 in Lakewood Ranch, Florida to quickly have six subs made to go to a party. Pedro and Brennen were the only ones there and they jumped on that order in no time. They were friendly, efficient and made our order exactly as we asked. I felt there should have been more workers since they were doing it all, but they didn’t complain and it looked like they really enjoyed what they were doing. Very disappointed with this location Providence Rhode Island Smith Street I wasn't able to use my app and I will no longer come to this location ever again I may not even to Subway anymore. App will not allow me to use my credit card to purchase anything without creating a Google account. I do not want Google having my personal information. I purchased the Philly footlong and compared to getting them in the past it has fallen short. Basically they put less of every dollar hung on them so you get have the amount you use to get and that goes for the meat as well. I am not a gambler but I would put money on it that there was not even two ounces of meat on the entire footlong and he didn’t even put cheese.

If I could rate this less than 1 star I would. I personally talked to the MANAGER at Ferris Texas and made an order to pick up at 4 o’clock. When I got there I waited 35 minutes to pick up my order because there was only one person working ONLY to find out the order hadn’t even been made yet. I am left bewildered and wanting after my most recent visit to Subway#30111-0. We were given a slight nod of a welcome. There was a guy helping another customer with an order and a 2nd guy in the back, running around like a chicken with his head cut off. The 2nd guy is whom we have the issues with… He took our order, but either is brand new, like it’s his 1st day or he was completely off in lala land. He made a 6” Subway Club and when it came time to close the sandwich, he didn’t use the knife. Instead, he opted to finger the items until they were crammed into the sandwich enough to close it. Then when it came to mine, he realized that y’all were out of pepperoni slices to make the Hotshot Italiano. I said that he could use turkey instead. When it came time to close my footlong sub, he used a dirty knife from the guest before us, to cut and close my sandwich. I’m deathly allergic to honey and he just cross-contaminated my food!! WTAF!!
I had asked him to make a footlong Flatbread Elite Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich. He went back to the beginning of y’all option bar and then asked if I wanted it toasted. I did. When he brought the flatbread out, all the meat was on the 6” side! He didn’t even make it right. I told him, the meat was supposed to be spread out across both sides of the flatbread. He then goes to cramming all the bacon to one side and chicken to the other. I told him not to do that. He then goes; well, I can make it again. Mind you, he’s already messed up 3 times at this point! I just tell him to stop, I’m not gonna purchase that one. He rang me up for the sandwiches, no apology, no customer service, nothing. Completely disappointed, I paid for the 2 sandwiches, and we left. I stopped at Wal-Mart, purchased a 6” club, and a footlong Italiano from them. So, $18 down the hole from y’all and another $15 for Wal-Mart’s Subs.

I walked into Subway on State Street and a nice young man named ** made five sandwiches that were all VERY different, correctly, in record time, even fixed a couple of my mistakes, and was exceptionally pleasant about the whole experience. This review isn’t based off just one Subway it’s all of them. Ever since Covid all food chains have gone downhill including Subway. The meat is terrible, the portion sizes are inadequate and the commercials for subway are just not even relevant because no sandwich you get from there looks anything like the ones on TV. The meat tastes old, the cheese has a chemical taste and the veggies look old and sad. Lifeless. Long story short your customers are what made you successful in the first place so to spit this garbage back at us and call it food while we continue to support you with our hard earned money is bewildering. Today when I was ordering supper for my husband and myself I ran into an issue I never had before. I was told that I could not get the amount of toppings I requested without a separate upcharge. To boot once I had agreed to said charge I still could not get this woman to put on more of what I wanted. I received about half the amount of spinach that I normally do. The sandwich was okay but not the same as I have had before. WHAT?!!? If this is a new company policy I need to know. If you do charge for extra toppings, shame on you! Yesterday on 4/22/2025 I ordered a foot long sandwich for my son. To note I’m a regular there at the in Oxnard on Saviers. Been going here for a long time Now yesterday was all professional. The girl who help me she was overweight and rude! I know the other girl seen that she didn’t even correct her. I should put her name here but I won’t but surprised she didn’t say anything. Wasn’t feeling well that day. I have cancer and this girl the over weight one didn’t take my coupon for the sandwich. She said it’s way overdue but I told her you guys do take expire coupons. I paid for the sandwich and walk out upset and my roommate was behind me who seen it and one other customer. Just ordered a 6" roast beef sub. It had 1 slice and a another piece (not a whole slice) for 8.99 (the price used to be 6.99 for 3 full slices). I doubled my order so I would at least get some meat with my bread and got another slice and a half. My husband ordered the cold cut combo and the combo only had lunchmeat (it use to contain 3 meats), there was no combo in this sandwich. I visited the Flatlands Subway on the corner of Avenue I today around 1 PM and was once again disappointed by the poor customer service from one particular employee. While the gentlemen working there are always polite and professional, the short Indian woman serving today displayed a consistently unpleasant attitude. I prefer my bacon to be fried separately so that it is crispy, and every time I make this request, she responds with visible frustration. Today, I ordered two sandwiches, and to my shock, she placed my sandwich directly over the garbage bin on the counter. This is a clear violation of basic food safety standards. The sandwich itself was on the counter, but the end of the bread was touching the plastic liner protruding from the trash can. If a health inspector were present, this would undoubtedly result in a failed inspection.
When I politely asked her not to place my food in such an unsanitary manner, she became visibly irritated. Instead of correcting the issue or offering a simple apology, she turned to her colleague and made a remark in her language, which only reinforced her dismissive attitude. This is not the first time I have encountered such behavior from her, but today’s incident compelled me to formally address it.
I sincerely hope management takes corrective action, as I would hate to take my business elsewhere due to one employee’s disregard for basic hygiene and customer service standards. I look forward to hearing from the establishment regarding the steps that will be taken to ensure employees adhere to proper food handling protocols and treat customers with respect.

The food taste & quality is typically consistent, however the portion sizes vary so greatly that I’ve stopped going here. I’m referring to both the meat positions & the sizes of the bun. As shown in the picture, this is 2-6” subs purchased 5 mins apart…one measured 4.5” & the other one almost 8”, which is ridiculous. I use to order one of the premium subs, usually steak, but again, some of the servers give a proper scoop, while it’s happened on multiple occasions that the server will “shake down” the scoop until it’s 2/3 full. Very disappointing.

I wasn't at the store so I can't speak to the quality of the staff. I haven't had a Subway sandwich in years and I was looking forward to my favorite, Tuna with plenty of sweet peppers, and a few other toppings. I asked my husband to get a footlong even though I wasn't sure I could finish it before it went bad. What a disappointment! The breads I remember were nice size hero rolls. The one I got today was so puny I realized I could probably finish it in one day. The tuna, etc. were fine, and I received the extra sweet peppers I wanted.

I went to the Subway on Singer Island Fla and two days in a row had hair in my food Long strand of hair and after the second time I called and advised them of the issue and was put on hold only for them never to return to the phone. After 15 mins sitting on hold the line picked up and went dead,, So I called back. The lady answered again sounded very annoyed and said she was the only one there and the AC was not working and asked if it was my hair. I then told her I'm the lady that works at PBSR and I have very short hair so No it was not my hair and she stated she had customers and again ended the call. I will never visit that location or any of the locations again. They charge way too much for them to treat the customers this way. I'll go to Publix from this day forward and advised everyone I know and the guests that stay at PBSR to do the same.

A Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Extra Cost. I have always enjoyed Subway’s food, but my recent experience has left me extremely disappointed and frustrated. I ordered a sub and paid an extra $3 for double meat, expecting a hearty, well-filled sandwich. However, what I received was shockingly underwhelming—it barely even had enough meat to qualify as a standard portion, let alone double.
It honestly feels like I was cheated. The sandwich looked sparse, and I had to double-check to see if they had even added the extra meat at all. If this is what they consider “double,” I’d hate to see what a regular portion looks like. I paid a premium for what should have been a satisfying meal, but instead, I was left feeling ripped off. Subway needs to do better. If they’re charging extra for double meat, they need to make sure customers actually get what they’re paying for. I won’t be making that mistake again.

I haven't been to Subway in years but decided to go yesterday. The staff Thomas and Tessa were absolutely amazing. From the moment we walked in we felt welcomed. They were very accommodating and were definitely a fresh of breath air. Due to our amazing service we will be coming back.

All the subs are missing something. My BLT has a half of piece of bacon on each size. No cheese. The BMT has only salami. No ham or pepperoni and no cheese. Then the Italiano was missing the pepperoni and the cheddar cheese.

Ordered a cold cut combo, while eating it noticed that it had very little taste compared to the other ones that I’ve had before so looked at the layers of meat, two slices of ham very thin and three slices of bologna thin sliced but no salami which really was the main meats for taste, will never return to these establishments again, they use to be great places for a quick sandwich, but have gone south like many other eateries.

I went to Subway to get a Tuna salad which I love, only to find out when I was checking out that Subway no longer offered crackers with their salads. It was very disappointing, as I love crackers with my Tuna salad. The salad seemed to be much smaller than I remember, and I had to get extra Tuna just to have enough, glad I did since I did not have any crackers. I enjoyed the salad, but left feeling still somewhat hungry due to lack of crackers. I say, please bring the crackers back.

Feedback:I was very disappointed with my recent visit to this Subway location. Firstly, there was no soap in the restroom dispenser, which raises serious concerns about hygiene and food safety. It’s alarming to think about how the food is being prepared without proper sanitary measures in place, especially considering the current spread of stomach bugs. Additionally, I observed an individual, who appeared to be the manager, climbing on top of a customer dining table to fix a window promo. This is completely unsanitary, as the table should be kept clean for customers to eat safely.
When I ordered the new spicy nacho chicken sandwich, the staff forgot to include the main ingredient (nacho cheese). Upon bringing this to their attention, the staff member shrugged it off, saying it was “only missing the nacho,” without apologizing or offering to fix the sandwich. To make matters worse, the same staff member touched my food with the same gloves they used to handle the register, which is a clear violation of food safety protocols. This experience was not only unsatisfactory but also concerning regarding health and safety practices at this location. I hope immediate action is taken to address these issues.

I've eaten at dozens of Subway restaurants as we travel the US. I don't eat meat, but enjoyed fresh veggie wraps with sliced mozzarella and Avocado. Then Subway dropped wraps for a tasteless dry flatbread which barely holds the sandwich together and now they have stopped offering mozzarella. When the Subway in Louisiana that I stopped at yesterday was out of Avocado, that was my last visit to this restaurant chain. Officially nothing for vegetarians here anymore.

I stopped in to the Subway on 9th Street in East Stroudsburg, PA on January 2nd. I got the 6 inch salad bowl with tuna. It was amazing. I asked for most of the veggies on top and it was made perfectly. The staff was really friendly too. Thank you.

Went to the Subway on 1123 E. 9th St Mission Texas. I ordered a 6in. The girl proceeded to make sub then when she asked me for veggies. SHE PUT THEM ON THE CUTTING BOARD so when my sub came out she would just put in My SUB And get this TO NOT FORGET WHAT VEGGIES I WANTED ..SERIOUSLY..I told her I don't like that you put my veggies on the cutting board. That board is contaminated. She proceeded to take them off my sandwich. NOOOW SHE JUST TOUCH ALL MY VEGGIES AND SANDWICH. IT'S ANNOYING..NO APOLOGY. Hi, I always come to Subway for cookies however the service at 1270 la cienega blvd is the worst place ever. I order the holiday double chocolate that is being advertised, The employee yells at me we don't have that and if we did oh well so I bought the raspberry cheese cake cookies, nine of them. She packs them so aggressive they're falling apart in the bag. She only gives me my change. She refuses to give me my receipt, I had to ask three times. She is going to run off all of your business with her awful attitude. Also her clothes was dirty and hair all over the place. Train employees to respect guests not yell at them and treat them like crap.

My boyfriend and I were traveling on October 29th from Cincinnati to Florida by car. We decided to order Subway online in Ashburn, Georgia as we were making a gas stop. After waiting for it to be prepared my boyfriend goes in to grab the order. He comes out and says they don't have half the stuff we asked for on the sandwich. I decided I did not want the order but wanted a refund.
My boyfriend takes the food back in to the Subway employees and were told if it was an online order they could not give us a refund but that we had to request a refund online. We immediately filed a complaint within minutes, not realizing I couldn't actually speak to someone to request a refund or request a refund through the Subway app, which I am a MVP reward member. Once I filed the complaint I received a general automated reply from the owner Manish ** stating the location would be notified of the complaint.
After waiting to hear back or be refunded for our order, I reached out to the store by phone on 11/4 and requested to speak to the manager. The woman I spoke to said her name was Judy. Once I explained to Judy the situation she said that no one told her and that she wasn't sure I would be able to receive a refund since it took place on 10/29.
I reminded Judy that her employees advised us to file a complaint online and refused to give us a refund in person. She asked me to send her my receipt through text message and that she would get back to me on whether or not she could refund me per the owner. On 11/7 I received a text from Judy stating the following verbatim, "Hey this is the manager of Subway, call the 2800 number on the bottom of the receipt, they are the ones that handles the online orders." My reply back to Judy, "Hello. What 2800 number? The only number on the receipt is an the 800-888-4848 and that is not giving me the option to speak to anyone. I don't understand why I can't just get my $30 sent back as this took place on 10/29. The fact that I'm getting the run around for an order I never received is very shocking and distasteful."
After I sent this to Judy, I replied to the automatic email from Manish ** and explained my disappointment. After this, I still didn't receive a reply or refund. On 11/24 I sent another email to Manish ** and still nothing. At this point, Subway has stolen $30 from us and I want my money back. I will never eat Subway again or recommend them to any of friends and family. To know this is how they treat their loyal customers, I cannot spend my money with them ever again. I don't understand why they can't refund within the store if they are unable to fulfill customer orders??!

You have a Subway store in Riverview at 10807 Bloomingdale Rd that is so poorly run and managed, you should be embarrassed. Your website ordering system is also terrible and does not work correctly. I ordered a delivery using my home address and your site set the delivery to go to the Subway store instead. Once I realized that, I went there and the two people working there refused to assist (and said the phone doesn't work). They forgot over half of the order, burned part of the order (chicken and cheese wraps), the bread was hard as a rock on the sandwiches. This basically turned me off of ever going to a Subway again. If you have no quality control at your stores anymore, and the person that runs them doesn't even ensure the store's phone works to place or discuss orders, why bother?

Been a faithful customer for years, but downloading and using their App has been extremely disappointing. I used to be able to use App in store to get deals offered, now you HAVE TO order ahead. They will not honor App in store when ordering, so I am no longer a faithful customer. Just honor the deals appearing on your app, whether ordering ahead or in store. This is the right thing to do. Other than this, thanks for the 25 plus years of delicious subs, and sorry your new management doesn't care about customers past loyalty. If you sink or implode, you'll know why.

I used to love Subway, I went there all the time in high school but in the last couple of years I’ve been severely disappointed. I just want a wrap and they discontinued their tortillas but they still offer a “wrap” option with this cardboard tasting flatbread that they used to make pizzas out of. Not only that but I pay $18 for a “wrap” and a soft drink! That’s outrageous! Especially for a low quality product with absolutely no bells and whistles (not heated, no extra meat, etc.). I miss the days when I could get what I wanted at a decent price.

Order Subway sandwiches with app fairly frequently. They usually make small errors on order like adding onions when I specifically omit the ingredient. Last time I visited Sibley Plaza location it was extra special. Ordered ahead using app. When I arrived both employees were working on soda cooler ignoring customers. After two minutes I ask for my order. One employee hands sandwich to me. I tell them I want to order another sandwich. Was told to stand by door. They proceed to help other customer and make me wait. I was pissed and left. I write to corporate and received unsympathetic response. They apologize for longer wait completely missing the situation of rude and unprofessional employees and crappy service. I won't be ordering from that location again. You reap what you sow!

My experience was terrible. I live in Forsyth, MO. You mail out coupons every month and until last week have always honored them. My family eats at our Subway at least four or more times a month. Suddenly last week we go to subway and after presenting coupon and ordering our subs are told they don't accept the coupon anymore except on weekends. The worker then tells me our order for three subs is 45.89. The main reason for going to subway was for the coupon which allows us to buy 3subs for 19.99 + tax. We love subway but will not be returning anymore. If I was going to spend almost 50.00 dollars for 3 sandwiches I'd go to a sit down restaurant where they would wait on us.

I was verbally assaulted by a drive thru worker this evening. Raised her voice and slammed the window in my face (for asking if my online order was toasted because our order hasn’t been correct the last 3 times). When she finally came back and opened window I asked for the manager. She refused. At that point I raised my voice. She then threatened to call the police if I didn’t leave the property. We eat there weekly but I will NEVER support them again. I worked with the public my whole career and I’ve never experienced anything like this before. Disgusting behavior.

I usually like Subway and have used them a lot. The Subway on West Butler road in Maudlin, SC is a big disappointment. I ordered a Italian Hot Shot online and for some reason, it came through with single cheese I stead of double cheese. I mentioned to the person working that the standard was double cheese but they refused to add the cheese. The woman told me that that's the wAy it came through and as it was already paid for. Well, this is about my local Subway at 4425 Venetucci Blvd. in Colorado Springs. 8 months ago I submitted a complaint about the quality of the food and the service I received. I was not very happy with my visit, as well as the previous 2 visits. They had the manager contact me, to which I thanked her for the contact, however, I would no longer use this location for my sandwich needs.
Now, fast forward to three days ago. I had received a $5.00 gift card from my bank to use at subway. I had to do some shopping at Walmart (this subway is located inside the store) and figured that I would go ahead and give them a chance. I ordered a $3.00 dipper just to try it out. When it came to cashing out, I was going to use my gift card. The girl there said their card reader wasn't working with gift cards. Ended up paying cash (my last $3.25 I had in my pocket). This again lowered my respect for subway. After that, I went home and submitted a complaint to subway corporate. I received a standard generated response that said it would be passed on to someone that could address my complaint.
Well, three days later, no response. I figure that I'm just one customer in a long line of customers and don't care about the loss of one. So the only thing I could do on this situation is to submit reviews on as many sites as possible. I may not get satisfaction from subway, but my satisfaction will come in the hopes that some readers of this review will think twice about where to purchase their fast food and make subway the last place on their list.

I purchased a B.M.T. footlong on October 24. It was not worst 50 cents as it had one thin slice of ham. 4 pepperoni and 3 Salami an a ton of lettuce. It also was to have 2x provolone cheese, but there was none. This is not the first time I had problems with this store. A couple of weeks ago, I ordered a Tuna fish footlong and in had maybe 1/8 cup of Tuna. The store is owned by ** and they barely speak English. I complained to corporate and have had no response on either complaint. I am disputing the charges with my CC provider and will never step foot in that location ever again. These orders were placed in their online app, so they would be ready to pickup. Stay away from this location.

I would leave a 0 if it were a choice. I visited the Subway in the Springville, UT Walmart store and the staff that waited on me was extremely rude. She was super short and while taking my order ask me several time what my order was, then she got it wrong. I saw her making a whole sandwich and I reminded her it was supposed to be a half. She told me I needed to talk louder and grabbed the meat and cheese off and threw it back in the containers. Then when she was making my second sandwich and got to the part where she was adding the teriyaki sauce, I asked her to also add some honey mustard.
She raised her voice and said I should have told her that before she made the sandwich??? She was in the process of adding the sauce??? Another staff checked me out and I asked what the name of that staff was and she said Kaylynn I think. I asked to speak to the manager and she said she was the manager and looked over at Kaylynn and Kaylynn smirked. I will not be going back and will find other ways to share this with others.

Staff is excellent. I don't like that the meats and cheeses are hidden from view now. I want to see you make my sub. My 12" with rotisserie chicken didn't taste like rotisserie chicken at all, just the bread and veggies, plus yummy garlic aioli. We have two gift cards from two different areas that do not work every time we go into a store they say there is no balance. The one I can go to a checker and it shows $20 on it. The other one won’t give me any balance it just says can’t find. They were both gifts. I ended up paying cash not the point nobody will contact us back. There’s no phone number that works, it tells you to go to their site and hangs up on you. Subway used to be a go-to for us but now having all these issues with gift cards and I have two friends that have the same issue so they’re taking our money and not letting the cards work, very disappointed.

Even the stores know that the customers are getting screwed over by this. I'll never try again. I don't care what promos they are "offering". It's a joke. In a world saturated with fast food and fast casual dining, Subway cannot compete. Sub quality food, sub quality ingredients, non existent competitive marketing strategies including a basic and almost pointless app. Because no phone number exists for contacting customer service, I am forced to communicate in this manner. I am not usually a person who shares on Yelp. In fact, I find most of the comments made on here to be extreme and detrimental to any business to an unreasonable point. However, with no other option offered to communicate, here I am. Last evening we visited the Subway at: 12410 Aberdeen St NE Suite 100, Blaine, MN 55434. Here are my issues.
Subway, In an antiquated system that probably persist from their early days, still offers paper, coupons by mail. I cannot think of another fast food chain that has not moved into this century and developed an app and incentivizes their customers through modern techniques. The only piece of the system that is even remotely keeping with the times is the QR code on these coupons. The majority of people under the age of 50 are starting to pay for everything either by card or by systems like Apple Pay on their phone. The idea that someone would carry around a paper coupon is ridiculous. The only explanation for persisting with this method would be the hope that no one would ever be able to present the coupon. Fortunately, I am not a person who is in a position to absolutely need to use a coupon, however, if one exist, it should go against anyone’s frugal tendencies to not attempt to utilize and offered discount.
In order to utilize this antiquated system in an effective way, people have begun to take photos of the coupons and use the QR code to scan at the restaurants. This has been an accepted practice at many locations, as it should be. On our visit last evening, we were informed that the business would no longer be accepting the QR code on a device to apply the coupons. While I can understand the business flex of this change in policy, it is my opinion that it will ultimately be the demise of Subway because they won’t be able to compete in the current market.
Specifically, in this exchange, we were denied the application of the coupon. We were then pointed to the possibility that digital coupons existed within the app. The employee had no idea that this is not a true statement. It was then that I resorted to finding a coupon code online that was applicable to an order placed online. Having real time researched our own solution to the problem, we went to place our order online. We couldn’t because the online ordering was closed. They were not accepting online orders at that time, even though the store was fully open. The general manager on site stated that they had no control over our ability to order online.
At that point, I suggested that the effort put into finding a resolution on our parts and the frequency of our patronization to this restaurant, it might be in the best interest of securing frequent and future business for the manager to apply some sort of discount to our order for that evening. She, without remorse, declined and complained about not getting 40 hours in a week and how she as the general manager had no control over anything in her store. I will not return to Subway. There are plenty of other sandwich, restaurants of higher quality in the same price range. I will always choose to go there from now on. Although I know that it is unlikely that this message would ever get to anyone who would want to affect change, buyer beware at Subway on Aberdeen Street in Blaine Minnesota.

We decided on sandwiches and normally we don't complain. It is usually good, however we spent 70 on 7 sandwiches, 2 of which were kids'. We had sat in the drive through and waited for over an hour. Got home and 4 of the sandwiches had cold meatballs that were still frozen. The other one had no vegies or meat on it. There was no one in the store or parking lot when we got there the first time. The second time we waited another hour for our sandwiches get get finished and only got four out of 5 back. I don't know what happened to the store at 444 n Main street but that is twice in 6 months that this situation has happened. I will not be going back to that store. The customer service and food has gone downhill.

I ordered a BLT sub, from the store in Evansville on 1st Ave. The bread was stale, there was very little veggies on my sub. The sub was very dry and tasted like cardboard too. I don't know if the person making my sub was having a bad day or what. If you can't do your job the right way, maybe working at Subway just isn't for you.

I have liked Subway for many years but the last 2 subs I bought from different stores so I know it's not just the one store was the worst subs I have ever gotten from any Subway. I got the turkey sub both times and there was 2 slices of turkey on the sub that is 1 slice on each side of the footlong sub. I couldn't even tell there was any meat on the sub. If this is what Subway is doing now I will not be buying any more Subway subs. Definitely not worth the outrageous price you have to pay for them.

Between games, we like to have light food. However this time Subway was giving way too little. I ordered a Turkey Bacon and Avocado Wrap for $10.98 before tax. I was surprised to see the female maker used two slides of turkey and one slide of bacon so I took a picture of it. The male maker saw it and probably noticed How little of the meat, he asked the lady to make a new one although I told them no need to make a new one, just make it as the company required. The one made one had three or four slides of turkey and one bacon slide with very very thin layer of avocado. I don't know if it is a reflation of the inflation or Subway's quality control issue.

I recently visited my local Subway and had an incredibly frustrating experience that I feel compelled to share. I purchased a sandwich that tasted terrible, and when I returned to the store hoping to resolve the issue, I was met with indifference and poor customer service. I had initially ordered a wrap, but it was dry and unappetizing. I asked to exchange it for the same sandwich, just on regular bread instead. To my dismay, I was informed of a new policy that required me to purchase another sandwich, despite my valid concerns about the quality of the food I had already paid for. It was disheartening to see that they were unwilling to accommodate a customer who was clearly dissatisfied.
The staff's attitude made the situation even worse. One employee had pink eye, which was unsettling, and rather than addressing my concerns, they walked away while I was still talking. I requested to speak with a manager, but instead of helping me, they told me to come back on Monday, refusing to escalate the matter right then and there.
Overall, I am livid about my experience. I spent $13 on a sandwich that tasted awful, and the lack of concern from the staff was unacceptable. I left feeling disrespected and frustrated. I hope this review serves as a warning to others about the poor quality of food and service at this Subway location. I will not be returning, and I urge others to consider their options before spending their hard-earned money here.

So I’ve been on a diet and cut out bread. Normally on my lunch break, if I didn’t pack a lunch, I’d go to Pita Pit and get a quinoa bowl, which never disappoints. Unfortunately my go-to lunch spot permanently closed, so I decided to try a “no bready bowl” (it’s just a salad but more expensive for some reason). I got 1.5x rotisserie chicken, peppers, lettuce, onion, olives, cucumbers, and then oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. The meat was a similar texture as canned tuna in water. The vegetables were fine. I understand that inflation has caused a lot of havoc with restaurants. However, paying more and getting less is becoming a common theme. When your sandwich barely has any meat on it…time to re-evaluate where I am spending my money for food (or lack there of).

I am contacting Subway because I did an order with the subway located at 2436 West 10th Street Roanoke Rapids NC 27870. Paid for my order through the app and received the confirmation number and reward points. I drove all the way to the store to get there and have a subway employee ** tell me that they did not get my order and because my order didn’t come through on subway's machines, they cannot make my wrap. After complaining she called her manager, **, who told her that they can’t make the order unless my order comes through on their machine, one of her coworkers told her they have been having problems with app orders coming through all day.
I show her my app and she seen where I placed the order today, paid for it, the confirmation number and what it was. And basically did not get my money back or the product, she told me I would have to go through the app to get a refund and there’s nowhere on the app that you can request a refund on the app. How would the app know they didn’t give me what I paid for? I will never offer with SUBWAY® ever again since this company is robbing people of their money. We don’t get the product even with your employees looking and seeing for themselves at the order was placed 10 minutes ago with it showing a pick up time. It was only a 9 dollar wrap. Is subway that broke that y’all could have good customer service and fix my wrap and say, "Sorry for the inconvenience and we will fix our machines."

I'm truly about as long-suffering and patient as they come. I really am. But the Subway I visited this afternoon was difficult to take. For the most part they seemed okay and considerate when I started out with my order. Within a couple minutes they definitely seemed irritated and almost disgusted in coping with my disability. It was hugely embarrassing for me. They either hated their jobs or hated me lol. When I thanked them as I was leaving neither of the servers would even look at me. They turned away and ignored me. Oh well. Too bad it has to be this way. I would never....in my own life....wish them any ill will.

Why do they insist on hiding behind a shield! Before they had a big sticker so you couldn’t see the meat and cheese now it’s a big cover, I like to see what I am getting and how clean the area is! Unreal. It’s not just me, I hear others talking about being able to see what they are getting

Customer service was horrible. My sister and I were disrespected. I was using a coupon not sure if their attitude had anything to do with their disrespect. I will not be returning to that location and the sandwiches were not tasty. The girl that was also cashiering did not give me a receipt.

Ordered online, paid for order, to be ready at 5:20 got to your store on 2017 Memorial Dr in Waycross at 5:31 - order had not been started yet. Then was told no steak cheese or style of bread AVAIL.. Asked for a refund and the owner whom they got on the phone, number was not posted out front as is most cases with subway. Owner would not offer a refund DUE TO ORDER BEING ONLINE. And told me I was telling lies about not having cheese, white American or other white cheesses, Owner was only on phone. Told me to walk out of her store and not be their customer, Manager (**) told me owner (** at **) that I needed to wait until they thawed out the meat that just arrived from the truck.
I again asked for a REFUND. One staff was her first day, other employee nasty to me about the issue. Struggled to make customer sandwiches, many left the store,. Manager child was in store sitting at table. I have never seen such a ill run Subway in my life, I will be posting online and want a full refund on my credit card today..

I visited a Subway near me. This store is attached to Walmart & has been there for 10 years or so. I ordered my usual 6-inch turkey sandwich. I asked for a cup of water and I was told "we are out of water cups". She then offered a beverage cup, for which I would have to pay the beverage price. Nope, no drink or chips. I had checked the price up on the wall before ordering and it was the expected $6.79. As I was eating this sandwich, I noticed the receipt with a charge of $6.99 for the sandwich! I looked on the receipt for an online address to review this transaction and there was no web address or phone to review. This place appears to be greatly lacking in management and overcharging for their product. The sandwich maker was not friendly or caring of doing her job. She likely didn't want to be there. Sad.

Wished I could give 0 stars. 4149 Lindell Blvd, St. Louis, MO 63108. I placed an online order with your business at the above location on 08/20/2024. My bank account was charged $26.72 for an order that was never delivered. Contacted the location the order was to be delivered from. Spoke with a very unfriendly, rude manager by the name of Shannon. She informed me I needed to contact Door Dash. I placed the order with Subway, Subway charged my bank account $26.72 not Door Dash. I was told I'd be issued a refund of the stolen funds on 08/20/2024. As of 08/25/2024 the stolen funds has not been returned.
No it's not the bank holding my funds. It only shows $26.72 was deducted not returned. I will be contacting the Attorney General's office on 08/26/2024 informing them of the fraudulent transaction that Subway engages in with consumers. This is the 2nd attempt at contacting Subway about the stolen funds. 1st attempt 08/20/2024. No one has contacted me as of yet using this contact method. Customers/consumers should not feel they were taken advantage of by a company.
I have not patronage Subway in my community since 2017 because of the unsanitary methods used that I saw as well as the horrible customer service I experienced on several occasions. Now I can add fraudulent transactions to that list. Will I be contacted or not. Probably not, what I've learned there is no way to contact a live person at the three phone numbers I found. Even if you submit a complaint through their website no one will contact you. Never will I patronage another Subway in any city, state or, country. Every site I visit wants to see the receipt or numbers from the receipt. NEVER RECEIVED A RECEIPT. NEVER RECEIVED THE ORDER.

Filled out form. Error for wrong store number. It's the only number for store on receipt. Called store, and was told it was made by the order. WRONG.

On August 10, we went to pick up sandwiches at our local Subway store. Our favorite is the meatball sub with extra meatballs to share. Then I noticed a sign that the meatballs are now beef and pork! I am allergic to pork so no more meatball sub (one of my favorites) for me! I ordered the “new chicken salad”. I asked for spinach and tomato. They do not offer Spinach. The chicken salad was dried chicken meat with little or no mayo and had a weird taste. My husband did. It like the meatballs either. So - why change good products for bad. All beef meatballs were great and the old chicken salad with cranberries and mayo was some of the best. We probably will not return.

Ordered through app at Subway sandwich located at 5194 Commons Drive, Rocklin, CA. My friends/family received their orders fine. My order the lady at the counter was not aware of, I showed her my emailed receipt… Instead of trying to figure out the issue, she stated that no order was received. My credit card got charged. We were on a road trip, I went without food for about 3 more hours into my drive. I don’t know if this is limited to this location, or a company wide issue. I checked later in my app and it states that I picked up this order.. Well I didn’t! Going to have to challenge the charge on my credit card. And good luck trying to call the Subway headquarters folks!!

Me and my two sons went to Subway on July 16 2024 in Prince Albert Saskatchewan up on 32 Street West Subway. They don’t change their gloves after they deal with a customer money. They go straight to handling the Subway lettuces, cheese, meat and then go ring up another customer at the cashier with the same gloves on and go back to handling the condiments, food, etc. Not changing their gloves throughout the day and they're getting very cheap with the lettuce, spinach, pickles, etc. Putting down the bare minimum for my Sub and over charging me.

I used to love Subway but substituting rotisserie chicken for a chicken breast is definitely disgusting. Worst sub I've ever had. I won't go back.. Service was great but the food wasn't. I miss the green olive as well.

The PRO - I always love the veggie sub with everything on it. I can't make one at home with all the ingredients for less. There usually is an online coupon or deal that brings the price down quite a bit. The people are friendly and helpful and never had an issue with freshness and quality. Windsor, Ontario. I would give 5 stars but the following is so frustrating. THE CON - the website is terrible, the layout is fine. I sometimes can't sign in or even get to the payment process page. I have ordered else where when their website is acting up. It's sometimes 30% not working to where I can sign in, order and pay. It's 2024. There is no excuse that the website doesn't work properly.

My wife and I visited this Subway on numerous occasions, my first question is do you all drug test, because just about everyone in there is high on something, they are rude, mean, unprofessional, and unwelcoming. They don’t look clean or sanitary. The past few times we’ve been there has been this ** guy has been very welcoming, pleasant, and he doesn’t rush with our food. As a matter of fact, he convinced me to buy a dozen of chocolate chip cookies. He’s your best employee. Myself, my wife, and my friends and family will only visit there when the ** guy is working, if he isn’t we will gladly take our business to the Subway in Dade City.

We HATE the new Subway wraps!! It's a really dumb idea to call something a "wrap" and have the ends hanging wide open. The entire point behind a wrap is to be able to eat in hand without the contents spilling out the ends. At least, give your customers a choice.... We will NEVER purchase another subway "wrap" unless Subway gets a clue and returns to the good old tortilla bread.

I ordered a plain turkey sub with mayo, tomato and cheese. The sandwich had a tuna fish taste to it because I'm sure they use the same knife that they use in a tuna fish to spread the Mayo on the bread. Very disappointing. So I guess that's why I'll continue with Jersey Mike's much higher quality or and Jimmy John's too.

I visited this restaurant twice on this day. Once at 1:30 pm and again at 7:40 pm and ordered the same thing as I do four times or more a week: 6 in. Tuna, chips and two cookies. At the 1:30 pm visit, I was charged $9.17; and at the 7:40 pm visit I was charged $9,28! This has happened before, but what is the reason you are not consistent in your pricing? I go to this restaurant a lot, and rarely complain, but I sent a remark in on 4/8/24 concerning the skimping on the meats, a known problem at this restaurant. The restaurant now covers the meats and cheeses, so we cannot always see the served putting those items on the sandwiches, but when I stood on my toes and looked over the barrier, I saw he was putting a scoop and a half on the sandwich which is less than advertised, I said "couldn't you put a bit more on that"?
When I went to pay, my bill was $10.53, for the same items listed above that I always buy. I asked why, and he said he put another scoop on the sandwich and that was a dollar more. I said. "I did not ask for another scoop. Only the regular scoops you provide." He just shrugged! Adding items to the sandwich without telling the customer there is a charge is against the law.

Tried the deal on footlongs so took opportunity to try the 4 new flavors and in the years of enjoying subs these 4 ended in the garbage. Not 1 person finished or enjoyed them. Not sure if St. Anne's location made them wrong or if they are just a huge disappointment. We all had irritated stomachs so very happy we didn't Finish them. Again not certain if it's just the st anne's location but as a customer not impressed. Again rare that all 4 had issues.

I am sitting in the parking lot at 1558 Union Subway very disappointed. Upon first arrival, the EMPLOYEE has on an oversized purple BONNET ON HER HEAD! Who manages this location? This is TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND CLASSLESS! Before I could even tell her nevermind, she informs me they are taking cash only, the credit card machine down. Ok, that's fine, things happen, but her appearance was UNACCEPTABLE! I don't think I should come to get lunch and you look like you've just got out the bed.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME TRYING TO CONTACT SUBWAY CUSTOMER SERVICE. Not only can you not talk to a live person they will not respond to emails either. I was charged 3 different prices at a single SUBWAY on 3 consecutive visits when I ordered the SAME items even though they labeled the items differently. I have receipts for 2 of the 3 visits. I've emailed SUBWAY 3 times beginning on 1/19/24 and not even received a single response. I emailed the District Manager. He he didn't respond either.

I received a sheet of discount coupons for Subway in the mail. The coupons were supposed to be valid until 4/11/2024. I clipped out a coupon for 2 footlong subs for #12.99. I went to the Subway in Kemah Texas and ordered 2 footlongs. I showed them the coupon when I ordered. They prepared my order and when they rang it up on the register it would not accept the coupon. My 2 footlongs for $12.99 cost me $20.87. I will never ever do business with Subway again.

I love Subway's food and freshness. My concern lies with the owners. Why would you put an option to tip your sandwich artist? I do tip but I feel like you should be paying your sandwich artist enough where they don’t have tip option. I tip because I know you don’t pay enough and now you are trying to normalize it by adding it into the app itself. I would be embarrassed if I was an owner. Also, your prices are reasonable as long as you run the buy one get one free foot-long frequently as you have been.

I purchased a Subway 6" turkey at the Subway on 735 Markland St in Markham, ON. The normal price is 7.69, as I get this subway sub all the time. Two older men served me; they seemed to be the owners. They ring up 8.99 for the sub with 10 cent bag fee. The place was busy, so I didn't want to make a scene, so I paid. I then filled out two complaints on Subway's website, and no one has responded or offered my overcharge back. They completely ignored me. I know these men overcharged me on purpose because they were not new employees. Shame on you. Prices are high enough, and I chose to spend my money at your establishment. Never again.

First time having Subway, and it was phenomenal. Best sandwich ever, "The monster". The staff was nice and welcoming. Very good place to eat at, I would choose it over a lot of other places. I really recommend a lot of people to go try it out if you haven't already.

The employees are always smiling, demonstrating a positive attitude. They offer quick and knowledgeable service. I have observed them going the extra mile to satisfy their customers' expectations. The Manager Ram is outstanding. I even met the owner who is a caring man of great integrity. I highly recommend Subway as a healthier type of meal choice. I recommend this particular Subway because of their memorable service.
