    In a world saturated with fast food and fast casual dining, Subway cannot compete. Sub quality food, sub quality ingredients, non existent competitive marketing strategies including a basic and almost pointless app. Because no phone number exists for contacting customer service, I am forced to communicate in this manner. I am not usually a person who shares on Yelp. In fact, I find most of the comments made on here to be extreme and detrimental to any business to an unreasonable point. However, with no other option offered to communicate, here I am. Last evening we visited the Subway at: 12410 Aberdeen St NE Suite 100, Blaine, MN 55434. Here are my issues.

    Subway, In an antiquated system that probably persist from their early days, still offers paper, coupons by mail. I cannot think of another fast food chain that has not moved into this century and developed an app and incentivizes their customers through modern techniques. The only piece of the system that is even remotely keeping with the times is the QR code on these coupons. The majority of people under the age of 50 are starting to pay for everything either by card or by systems like Apple Pay on their phone. The idea that someone would carry around a paper coupon is ridiculous. The only explanation for persisting with this method would be the hope that no one would ever be able to present the coupon. Fortunately, I am not a person who is in a position to absolutely need to use a coupon, however, if one exist, it should go against anyone’s frugal tendencies to not attempt to utilize and offered discount.

    In order to utilize this antiquated system in an effective way, people have begun to take photos of the coupons and use the QR code to scan at the restaurants. This has been an accepted practice at many locations, as it should be. On our visit last evening, we were informed that the business would no longer be accepting the QR code on a device to apply the coupons. While I can understand the business flex of this change in policy, it is my opinion that it will ultimately be the demise of Subway because they won’t be able to compete in the current market.

    Specifically, in this exchange, we were denied the application of the coupon. We were then pointed to the possibility that digital coupons existed within the app. The employee had no idea that this is not a true statement. It was then that I resorted to finding a coupon code online that was applicable to an order placed online. Having real time researched our own solution to the problem, we went to place our order online. We couldn’t because the online ordering was closed. They were not accepting online orders at that time, even though the store was fully open. The general manager on site stated that they had no control over our ability to order online.

    At that point, I suggested that the effort put into finding a resolution on our parts and the frequency of our patronization to this restaurant, it might be in the best interest of securing frequent and future business for the manager to apply some sort of discount to our order for that evening. She, without remorse, declined and complained about not getting 40 hours in a week and how she as the general manager had no control over anything in her store. I will not return to Subway. There are plenty of other sandwich, restaurants of higher quality in the same price range. I will always choose to go there from now on. Although I know that it is unlikely that this message would ever get to anyone who would want to affect change, buyer beware at Subway on Aberdeen Street in Blaine Minnesota.

    It is sad that you purchase a gift card for your kids to have lunch who is a diabetic. The last two I have purchased do not work. Ended up paying cash. Not the intended purpose of sending out a gift card. Very very disappointed. I will never purchase a Subway Gift card again.

    We decided on sandwiches and normally we don't complain. It is usually good, however we spent 70 on 7 sandwiches, 2 of which were kids'. We had sat in the drive through and waited for over an hour. Got home and 4 of the sandwiches had cold meatballs that were still frozen. The other one had no vegies or meat on it. There was no one in the store or parking lot when we got there the first time. The second time we waited another hour for our sandwiches get get finished and only got four out of 5 back. I don't know what happened to the store at 444 n Main street but that is twice in 6 months that this situation has happened. I will not be going back to that store. The customer service and food has gone downhill.

    I ordered a BLT sub, from the store in Evansville on 1st Ave. The bread was stale, there was very little veggies on my sub. The sub was very dry and tasted like cardboard too. I don't know if the person making my sub was having a bad day or what. If you can't do your job the right way, maybe working at Subway just isn't for you.

    I have liked Subway for many years but the last 2 subs I bought from different stores so I know it's not just the one store was the worst subs I have ever gotten from any Subway. I got the turkey sub both times and there was 2 slices of turkey on the sub that is 1 slice on each side of the footlong sub. I couldn't even tell there was any meat on the sub. If this is what Subway is doing now I will not be buying any more Subway subs. Definitely not worth the outrageous price you have to pay for them.

    Between games, we like to have light food. However this time Subway was giving way too little. I ordered a Turkey Bacon and Avocado Wrap for $10.98 before tax. I was surprised to see the female maker used two slides of turkey and one slide of bacon so I took a picture of it. The male maker saw it and probably noticed How little of the meat, he asked the lady to make a new one although I told them no need to make a new one, just make it as the company required. The one made one had three or four slides of turkey and one bacon slide with very very thin layer of avocado. I don't know if it is a reflation of the inflation or Subway's quality control issue.

    Title: Extremely Disappointing Experience at Subway

    I recently visited my local Subway and had an incredibly frustrating experience that I feel compelled to share. I purchased a sandwich that tasted terrible, and when I returned to the store hoping to resolve the issue, I was met with indifference and poor customer service. I had initially ordered a wrap, but it was dry and unappetizing. I asked to exchange it for the same sandwich, just on regular bread instead. To my dismay, I was informed of a new policy that required me to purchase another sandwich, despite my valid concerns about the quality of the food I had already paid for. It was disheartening to see that they were unwilling to accommodate a customer who was clearly dissatisfied.

    The staff's attitude made the situation even worse. One employee had pink eye, which was unsettling, and rather than addressing my concerns, they walked away while I was still talking. I requested to speak with a manager, but instead of helping me, they told me to come back on Monday, refusing to escalate the matter right then and there.

    Overall, I am livid about my experience. I spent $13 on a sandwich that tasted awful, and the lack of concern from the staff was unacceptable. I left feeling disrespected and frustrated. I hope this review serves as a warning to others about the poor quality of food and service at this Subway location. I will not be returning, and I urge others to consider their options before spending their hard-earned money here.

    So I’ve been on a diet and cut out bread. Normally on my lunch break, if I didn’t pack a lunch, I’d go to Pita Pit and get a quinoa bowl, which never disappoints. Unfortunately my go-to lunch spot permanently closed, so I decided to try a “no bready bowl” (it’s just a salad but more expensive for some reason). I got 1.5x rotisserie chicken, peppers, lettuce, onion, olives, cucumbers, and then oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. The meat was a similar texture as canned tuna in water. The vegetables were fine. I had to force myself to eat half of it before discarding the rest. Seriously this was the most disgusting thing I’ve ever spent money on.

    I am contacting Subway because I did an order with the subway located at 2436 West 10th Street Roanoke Rapids NC 27870. Paid for my order through the app and received the confirmation number and reward points. I drove all the way to the store to get there and have a subway employee ** tell me that they did not get my order and because my order didn’t come through on subway's machines, they cannot make my wrap. After complaining she called her manager, **, who told her that they can’t make the order unless my order comes through on their machine, one of her coworkers told her they have been having problems with app orders coming through all day.

    I show her my app and she seen where I placed the order today, paid for it, the confirmation number and what it was. And basically did not get my money back or the product, she told me I would have to go through the app to get a refund and there’s nowhere on the app that you can request a refund on the app. How would the app know they didn’t give me what I paid for? I will never offer with SUBWAY® ever again since this company is robbing people of their money. We don’t get the product even with your employees looking and seeing for themselves at the order was placed 10 minutes ago with it showing a pick up time. It was only a 9 dollar wrap. Is subway that broke that y’all could have good customer service and fix my wrap and say, "Sorry for the inconvenience and we will fix our machines."

    I'm truly about as long-suffering and patient as they come. I really am. But the Subway I visited this afternoon was difficult to take. For the most part they seemed okay and considerate when I started out with my order. Within a couple minutes they definitely seemed irritated and almost disgusted in coping with my disability. It was hugely embarrassing for me. They either hated their jobs or hated me lol. When I thanked them as I was leaving neither of the servers would even look at me. They turned away and ignored me. Oh well. Too bad it has to be this way. I would never....in my own life....wish them any ill will.

    Ordered online, paid for order, to be ready at 5:20 got to your store on 2017 Memorial Dr in Waycross at 5:31 - order had not been started yet. Then was told no steak cheese or style of bread AVAIL.. Asked for a refund and the owner whom they got on the phone, number was not posted out front as is most cases with subway. Owner would not offer a refund DUE TO ORDER BEING ONLINE. And told me I was telling lies about not having cheese, white American or other white cheesses, Owner was only on phone. Told me to walk out of her store and not be their customer, Manager (**) told me owner (** at **) that I needed to wait until they thawed out the meat that just arrived from the truck.

    I again asked for a REFUND. One staff was her first day, other employee nasty to me about the issue. Struggled to make customer sandwiches, many left the store,. Manager child was in store sitting at table. I have never seen such a ill run Subway in my life, I will be posting online and want a full refund on my credit card today..

    I visited a Subway near me. This store is attached to Walmart & has been there for 10 years or so. I ordered my usual 6-inch turkey sandwich. I asked for a cup of water and I was told "we are out of water cups". She then offered a beverage cup, for which I would have to pay the beverage price. Nope, no drink or chips. I had checked the price up on the wall before ordering and it was the expected $6.79. As I was eating this sandwich, I noticed the receipt with a charge of $6.99 for the sandwich! I looked on the receipt for an online address to review this transaction and there was no web address or phone to review. This place appears to be greatly lacking in management and overcharging for their product. The sandwich maker was not friendly or caring of doing her job. She likely didn't want to be there. Sad.

    Wished I could give 0 stars. 4149 Lindell Blvd, St. Louis, MO 63108. I placed an online order with your business at the above location on 08/20/2024. My bank account was charged $26.72 for an order that was never delivered. Contacted the location the order was to be delivered from. Spoke with a very unfriendly, rude manager by the name of Shannon. She informed me I needed to contact Door Dash. I placed the order with Subway, Subway charged my bank account $26.72 not Door Dash. I was told I'd be issued a refund of the stolen funds on 08/20/2024. As of 08/25/2024 the stolen funds has not been returned.

    No it's not the bank holding my funds. It only shows $26.72 was deducted not returned. I will be contacting the Attorney General's office on 08/26/2024 informing them of the fraudulent transaction that Subway engages in with consumers. This is the 2nd attempt at contacting Subway about the stolen funds. 1st attempt 08/20/2024. No one has contacted me as of yet using this contact method. Customers/consumers should not feel they were taken advantage of by a company.

    I have not patronage Subway in my community since 2017 because of the unsanitary methods used that I saw as well as the horrible customer service I experienced on several occasions. Now I can add fraudulent transactions to that list. Will I be contacted or not. Probably not, what I've learned there is no way to contact a live person at the three phone numbers I found. Even if you submit a complaint through their website no one will contact you. Never will I patronage another Subway in any city, state or, country. Every site I visit wants to see the receipt or numbers from the receipt. NEVER RECEIVED A RECEIPT. NEVER RECEIVED THE ORDER.

    On August 10, we went to pick up sandwiches at our local Subway store. Our favorite is the meatball sub with extra meatballs to share. Then I noticed a sign that the meatballs are now beef and pork! I am allergic to pork so no more meatball sub (one of my favorites) for me! I ordered the “new chicken salad”. I asked for spinach and tomato. They do not offer Spinach. The chicken salad was dried chicken meat with little or no mayo and had a weird taste. My husband did. It like the meatballs either. So - why change good products for bad. All beef meatballs were great and the old chicken salad with cranberries and mayo was some of the best. We probably will not return.

    Ordered through app at Subway sandwich located at 5194 Commons Drive, Rocklin, CA. My friends/family received their orders fine. My order the lady at the counter was not aware of, I showed her my emailed receipt… Instead of trying to figure out the issue, she stated that no order was received. My credit card got charged. We were on a road trip, I went without food for about 3 more hours into my drive. I don’t know if this is limited to this location, or a company wide issue. I checked later in my app and it states that I picked up this order.. Well I didn’t! Going to have to challenge the charge on my credit card. And good luck trying to call the Subway headquarters folks!!

    Me and my two sons went to Subway on July 16 2024 in Prince Albert Saskatchewan up on 32 Street West Subway. They don’t change their gloves after they deal with a customer money. They go straight to handling the Subway lettuces, cheese, meat and then go ring up another customer at the cashier with the same gloves on and go back to handling the condiments, food, etc. Not changing their gloves throughout the day and they're getting very cheap with the lettuce, spinach, pickles, etc. Putting down the bare minimum for my Sub and over charging me.

    I used to love Subway but substituting rotisserie chicken for a chicken breast is definitely disgusting. Worst sub I've ever had. I won't go back.. Service was great but the food wasn't. I miss the green olive as well.

    The PRO - I always love the veggie sub with everything on it. I can't make one at home with all the ingredients for less. There usually is an online coupon or deal that brings the price down quite a bit. The people are friendly and helpful and never had an issue with freshness and quality. Windsor, Ontario. I would give 5 stars but the following is so frustrating. THE CON - the website is terrible, the layout is fine. I sometimes can't sign in or even get to the payment process page. I have ordered else where when their website is acting up. It's sometimes 30% not working to where I can sign in, order and pay. It's 2024. There is no excuse that the website doesn't work properly.

    My wife and I visited this Subway on numerous occasions, my first question is do you all drug test, because just about everyone in there is high on something, they are rude, mean, unprofessional, and unwelcoming. They don’t look clean or sanitary. The past few times we’ve been there has been this ** guy has been very welcoming, pleasant, and he doesn’t rush with our food. As a matter of fact, he convinced me to buy a dozen of chocolate chip cookies. He’s your best employee. Myself, my wife, and my friends and family will only visit there when the ** guy is working, if he isn’t we will gladly take our business to the Subway in Dade City.

    We HATE the new Subway wraps!! It's a really dumb idea to call something a "wrap" and have the ends hanging wide open. The entire point behind a wrap is to be able to eat in hand without the contents spilling out the ends. At least, give your customers a choice.... We will NEVER purchase another subway "wrap" unless Subway gets a clue and returns to the good old tortilla bread.

    I ordered a plain turkey sub with mayo, tomato and cheese. The sandwich had a tuna fish taste to it because I'm sure they use the same knife that they use in a tuna fish to spread the Mayo on the bread. Very disappointing. So I guess that's why I'll continue with Jersey Mike's much higher quality or and Jimmy John's too.

    I visited this restaurant twice on this day. Once at 1:30 pm and again at 7:40 pm and ordered the same thing as I do four times or more a week: 6 in. Tuna, chips and two cookies. At the 1:30 pm visit, I was charged $9.17; and at the 7:40 pm visit I was charged $9,28! This has happened before, but what is the reason you are not consistent in your pricing? I go to this restaurant a lot, and rarely complain, but I sent a remark in on 4/8/24 concerning the skimping on the meats, a known problem at this restaurant. The restaurant now covers the meats and cheeses, so we cannot always see the served putting those items on the sandwiches, but when I stood on my toes and looked over the barrier, I saw he was putting a scoop and a half on the sandwich which is less than advertised, I said "couldn't you put a bit more on that"?

    When I went to pay, my bill was $10.53, for the same items listed above that I always buy. I asked why, and he said he put another scoop on the sandwich and that was a dollar more. I said. "I did not ask for another scoop. Only the regular scoops you provide." He just shrugged! Adding items to the sandwich without telling the customer there is a charge is against the law.

    Tried the deal on footlongs so took opportunity to try the 4 new flavors and in the years of enjoying subs these 4 ended in the garbage. Not 1 person finished or enjoyed them. Not sure if St. Anne's location made them wrong or if they are just a huge disappointment. We all had irritated stomachs so very happy we didn't Finish them. Again not certain if it's just the st anne's location but as a customer not impressed. Again rare that all 4 had issues.

    I am sitting in the parking lot at 1558 Union Subway very disappointed. Upon first arrival, the EMPLOYEE has on an oversized purple BONNET ON HER HEAD! Who manages this location? This is TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND CLASSLESS! Before I could even tell her nevermind, she informs me they are taking cash only, the credit card machine down. Ok, that's fine, things happen, but her appearance was UNACCEPTABLE! I don't think I should come to get lunch and you look like you've just got out the bed.

    DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME TRYING TO CONTACT SUBWAY CUSTOMER SERVICE. Not only can you not talk to a live person they will not respond to emails either. I was charged 3 different prices at a single SUBWAY on 3 consecutive visits when I ordered the SAME items even though they labeled the items differently. I have receipts for 2 of the 3 visits. I've emailed SUBWAY 3 times beginning on 1/19/24 and not even received a single response. I emailed the District Manager. He he didn't respond either.

    I received a sheet of discount coupons for Subway in the mail. The coupons were supposed to be valid until 4/11/2024. I clipped out a coupon for 2 footlong subs for #12.99. I went to the Subway in Kemah Texas and ordered 2 footlongs. I showed them the coupon when I ordered. They prepared my order and when they rang it up on the register it would not accept the coupon. My 2 footlongs for $12.99 cost me $20.87. I will never ever do business with Subway again.

    I love Subway's food and freshness. My concern lies with the owners. Why would you put an option to tip your sandwich artist? I do tip but I feel like you should be paying your sandwich artist enough where they don’t have tip option. I tip because I know you don’t pay enough and now you are trying to normalize it by adding it into the app itself. I would be embarrassed if I was an owner. Also, your prices are reasonable as long as you run the buy one get one free foot-long frequently as you have been.

    I purchased a Subway 6" turkey at the Subway on 735 Markland St in Markham, ON. The normal price is 7.69, as I get this subway sub all the time. Two older men served me; they seemed to be the owners. They ring up 8.99 for the sub with 10 cent bag fee. The place was busy, so I didn't want to make a scene, so I paid. I then filled out two complaints on Subway's website, and no one has responded or offered my overcharge back. They completely ignored me. I know these men overcharged me on purpose because they were not new employees. Shame on you. Prices are high enough, and I chose to spend my money at your establishment. Never again.

    Lexington, SC: I placed an order thru the app. I was about 10 minutes early. All 3 of the employees were rude and said, "Nothing we can do for you, you'll just have to wait." I told them to cancel it because I didn't have time to wait, showed them the order on my app, and they refused to even make it early. I went right over to Publix and got an even better sub. This is why I don't bother with Subway, and definitely never will again.

    I order 5 sandwiches. The ordering experience is horrible. You don’t have the options of selections as you do in the store. I ordered five sandwiches. One was not complete with a Philly cheese sandwich or anything on. It was just a steak. The other side cheese steak I had ordered extra cheese, which I was charged for. I ordered jalapeño peppers, which was extra. I did not receive those. All the sandwiches all five sandwiches for the thinnest sandwiches I have ever seen at a Subway location and I visit there often. Should be here any minute. So the online service I will not be using again. When I go back, I will be using the in person, ordering to sure that my sandwich is made as requested.

    I have pictures to show the sandwiches which is totally unbelievable. It was not an enjoyable experience by sandwiches. We did not know which one was which. They only had numbers on them. 12345 so we have to personally open each sandwich to find out whose sandwich goes to which person which is not sanitary. Very disappointed in the service.

    I ordered my food and quickly noticed it tasted fishy. I don't eat seafood and didn't order any. Initially, upon inspection, I didn't find the reason for the fishy taste. I chalked it up to the girl not changing her gloves. But the taste continued even on my 3rd bite and was making me feel sick. I found the moldy cucumbers and went discreetly to a server. She apologized for it and immediately went to the cucumber bin to check them. She found many pieces which contained mold and was tossing them in the trash bin as she found them. I just patiently waited with the salad still in my hands. She noticed and asked me if I needed something. I said, "Yes, please." She said she could throw the salad away for me. I thanked her. Thinking she would make me a new one I stood waiting.

    She went about her work and then finally asked me if there was something else she could do for me. I told her that I had paid for a salad and at the least wanted a salad without cucumbers. Although my appetite was completely gone, I didn't think it fair that I paid to eat mold and then tossed a full salad and no refund was offered. She asked her manager which witnessed all that had happened. Her manager reluctantly agreed to replace the salad, speaking as if she was doing me a favor. I could tell the server would have treated me better if her manager wasn't there.

    Ordered a salad along with a few others in the office. 2 out of the 3 of us, the order was wrong. All of us felt as though there was NO lettuce on the salad. The bowl was 1/2 full! Again asked for the dressing to be on the side, as I ordered 2 and wanted to mix them but the entire salad was doused in both dressings. Why is there a place for "directions" or comments if no one reads them. This is the last time we're getting salads from here. For what it's worth, what I did have for salad tasted great, but it could have fed my grandchild as a side salad.

    I ordered the Italian BMT Meats sub, I don’t like vegetables so I only asked to add mayo. They put one Slice of cheese, one slice of pepperoni and one slice of Black Forest ham, also The presentation of the sub was extremely poor, it’s clear that whoever put it together rather be home than working.     I have always enjoyed the food I got at Subway but Customer Service on their website has disappeared. They used to have a phone line for problems but now the only option is an online form which, when submitted, will result in an automatic form acknowledgment of receipt and then nothing. Ever. My problem started when I tried to take advantage of an email offer (BOGO) which was only valid if I placed my order online. I found a participating location, selected my food and tried to place my order. I immediately got a message that there was a problem with my credit card. I tried again...Same result.

    I tried a second card and had the same problem. I called the credit card company which told me the card was fine but that Subway was charging my card for the order then immediately submitting a reversal or credit. In addition, I had a $2 reward which was applied to my order but which was not returned when they cancelled the order. So much for their loyalty program. I contacted Subway through their Contact link on the website three weeks ago and have heard absolutely nothing from them since (other than the aforementioned generic auto-response). They have lost my business for good.

    I’m baffled as to why a turkey wrap is $13 and some change. It’s far less food than a half a sub as well as less than a full 12 inch. If I knew I would waste money on a joke of a wrap I would have gone to an actual sit-down restaurant, ordered a sandwich with a side. And they wouldn’t have tried to ruin it with cheese or try to kill me with undercooked bacon. If you can hold it in one hand and close your hand around it with space to spare then they may want to rethink prices as well as adding more meat inside. Since it’s all gone after 2-3 bites and you're left with the bread and veggies pushed to the ends.

    So $13 for 4-6 bites that are actually what you ordered. All the rest is garbage. Forget about asking for crispy bacon. Apparently they don’t know what that means (but no worries 90% of places have no idea what to do when someone asks for that.) Needless to say I won’t be going back to waste money on something that is a complete waste of money and time. My dogs did enjoy the “food”.

    Food is decent. And when actually visiting the store, folks are nice and service good. My issue is with their online ordering system, app and customer support. Ordering via their website is ridiculous. I've tried Firefox, Edge and Chrome, all with the same issues.

    Two primary problems: 1. I place an order online and am brought right back to my cart, which still has the items I ordered in it. Payment processes but no actual order is issued. I've tried this at least a dozen times with different browsers mentioned above, at different times, etc., all with the same result. Upshot: I can no longer place an online order. It seems that their payment system will, in a day or so, automatically refund the charge. How thoughtful.

    2. This is an older issue: The system will randomly edit my order, removing items from my sub, chips, whatever. I don't find out until I receive my order. I'm charged for what they sent me, but it's still not what I ordered. 3. Subway's support is non-existent. After sending more than 6 requests for support, I received no response. Zippo, nada. I spoke with an area manager but that didn't change anything or help. I used to think Subway was pretty cool -- I'm vegetarian and it's nice to be able to get a decent veggie sub, but I'm kinda done with this outfit. They clearly don't care about their customers.

    Subway subs are disgusting. They’re all the same. Watched the person making the subs collect money at the cash register never change his gloves and then just continued making sandwiches. So everything was contaminated between the bread, cheese, the meat, all the vegetables. It’s a dirty place. Any restaurant that as the same person that’s working the cash register and preparing and making the food AK subway sandwiches. It’s just disgusting. Watch that happen and would never eat at a sandwich shop again. That cross contaminated by having their cash register and your food making right next to each other and they have the same people rotating the money and making the food and it’s all disgusting and dirty.

    The phone numbers on back of the card provides consumers with only a website. The website denies consumer access to portal. The protocol to register a subway gift card is moot. How many gift cards do not get redeemed due to this faux process? Who is/are the beneficiary/s of these so-called unclaimed gifts? I followed all the directions to activate my Subway gift card including the chat, which ended when they tried to charge me $1 for technical help. Really, technical help to register a gift card?     I've been there in the past and I was always satisfied, but I think there's new and younger people! This will be my second time going there and not being satisfied with the recent Sandwiches we have purchased! The meat looks like it has been sitting out under a warm light. Everyone know how fresh Cold Cuts supposed to look and this not it! I called and spoke to the store manager but as usual they trying to explain that it was just taken out. I don't think so! So anyway, I'm done buying from that Subway in MS on Hwy 90! So please let them know you don't want the top slices. I didn't go today but ordered it through a friend and the first time that happened the little lady that served us a while back had no problem to give us the next slices under the dried out ones.     Very unsettling. Ordered a buy one get one, the order went through and charging for two. Immediately tried calling store for assistance while driving through town, rang (according to cell 2 minutes) and hung up, more than 4 times. Upon arrival, there were no physical customers, one completed order on shelf for pick up, my sandwich was under construction, one bagged order on the rack for pick up, no one else in the shop. I asked If they have a phone, I was told yes, do I need to use a phone? I told her what happened that I was charged double instead of bogo, had tried calling numerous times and was disconnected. She said, "no phone rang here, did you call this store, did you call Altoona.".. Each time I responded I called here, on my cell, **...she proceeded to aggressively deny any call being disconnected at THIS store saying, "I would NEVER hang up on someone, no one hung up on a call here."

    After a few minutes of nervous tension from deflecting my problem to her phone problem...she stopped and directed her attention to my issue of not honoring the offer. I was informed she has nothing to do with online ordering, she can't do anything about it. In that moment, I understood she wanted me to leave. I tried to inquire the possibility of ordering bogo, as I needed 6 and the problem app quickly took my order, charged for 2.

    I had no time to clearly understand my issue was going to be addressed. She raised her voice over me to shut me up listing all the steps she was going to go through to see if "corporate" would help me in this matter. She could not guarantee anything, I asked ok, is "corporate going to care?" I tried to let her know if "corporate is NOT going to help me after how I was handled...this would be my last trip here." Never got to tell her this, She blew a fuse yelling over me, claiming she managed two stores and she won't miss my business there either. I need to leave, bye. Yelling I came in there with attitude...."I don't need your business anyway..."

    Another customer entered, she proceeded to inform her that I entered RUDE and quite frankly... the whole thing became a smoke screen for the lack of customer service with public mortification and insult as I was berated in front of that customer. Family travels a lot. All 150 members. Not good. I have been ordering from that Subway market for the past few weeks. I owned a shop for 30 years, I would never have handled this matter in this way. I contacted Roaring Spring store to see who the manager was, at least that part seemed to be true. There was a worker preparing my sandwich at the time.

    Was cursed out by an employee after I was delivered the wrong order. I was NOT rude to her whatsoever, I asked what to do. She hung up on me the first time. I called back and she went into a rant that I did not place an order from that store. I asked how if they brought the wrong order. She proceeded to tell me to contact DoorDash. I did that, DoorDash did not have an order. I called Subway back and this employee, when I asked what to do now since neither had my order but I receive the wrong order and had been charged.     I ordered Subway through their website. They had the delivery address wrong (they actually had it delivered to another Subway restaurant). The first time I called, they said it was not their problem and they hung up on me. The second time I called I was told that Door Dash is the one delivering and there is nothing they can do (I ordered from the Subway website though). I contacted Door Dash and was told they can't refund my money since the payment was made to Subway on their website but they were going to contact subway and issue them a refund and put in a referral. They gave me the referral ID to contact subway. I contacted their headquarters twice and they never got back to me. Instead they literally stole my money.

    Dear Subway Management. I am writing to express my and frustration with the behaviour of your employees at Mebane on 5/12/2022. My mother and I visited your establishment and were met with incredibly rude and unprofessional behavior from your staff, which made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. The first sign of trouble was when we placed our order and the employees seemed to be in a hurry and not interested in listening to our requests. They didn't seem to care about our preferences and even made disparaging comments about our food choices. It was clear that they had no interest in providing us with quality service or even basic courtesy.

    To make matters worse, the employees started bickering with each other loudly, using profanity and derogatory language, which made the environment very uncomfortable and inappropriate for families and other customers present at the time. We tried to ignore it, but the employees continued to make a scene, which was extremely disruptive and disturbing to us and other customers.

    Overall, our experience at your Subway location was highly unpleasant and left us feeling disrespected and uncomfortable. I hope you take this matter seriously and take appropriate action to address the behavior of your employees, ensuring that such incidents do not happen again in the future.     I wanted a fresh sub and Jersey Mike's was closed so I figured to give Sub Way another shot since the last time I went it was a nightmare, well bad decision. When I walked in the line was out the door and there was only one employee working. Can't believe I pushed myself to stay in the line because 30 mins went by in the line. Finally I ordered and the employee seemed like he was sleepwalking or something. I ordered a steak Philly and OMG he put ranch on it like an idiot. I said, "What are you doing?" And he did not respond, so at this point I was just gonna eat my chips for lunch. But he ended up dropping the sub so he said, "You want a new one." And I said the same thing but no ranch. And this time he forgot the cheese so I didn't say anything about it and left with no sauce and just a coke, and a cookie. This was very pathetic and it was like he wasn't even trying.

    Subway still has yet to fix the hacking issue with their app. I was charged for 5 meals yesterday and had to lock my credit card. Subway app does not allow you to cancel orders, even fraudulent ones. Subway asked me to email customer care, and they've yet to follow-up or refund the money. This app should allow you to cancel orders. The account was clearly hacked, subway needs to refund me my money.

    DO NOT ORDER! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR $$$ & NOT GIVE YOU FOOD. This is twice now. My stupidity for thinking the first time was a fluke. I ordered online without issue. The money was taken out of my bank. I get there and they don't have the order they say. I show them on the app where I placed the order and that it was pending. They didn't care. Actual words were 'NOT MY PROBLEM'. Went to my account to show them the store number listed with the transaction. Just to find that they had taken the $$$ out twice. Still, not there problem. They told me to cancel it on the app. There is no place to do so.

    I ask for the phone number to corporate and the district manager who was in store told me they do not have one. I ask him who he called when he had to speak with someone in corporate. He doesn't ever call them he says. Refused to refund me or make my order. I immediately found corporate customer care # online. I did get a msg that they are moving customer care to online but I hit zero to transfer to an operator. Not much help. The Customer Care Associate said it is up to each store whether to makey order or give me a refund. I explained how rude and that they would not. Her only solution was for me to go through my bank to dispute the transaction. In the last 30 years until Subway I have had to dispute one transaction. Now in just a couple of weeks I have had to dispute 4. I only ordered twice but was charged double both times.

    I mean The store doesn't have much going for it anyway. With the exception of being in front of Walmart. It's nasty half the time, the tables the bathroom. That's why I don't need in the store. The workers were childish and very impressional in the way they acted in front of customers the few times I was in there before. But I don't have to deal with that if I ordered online. But they are thieves and I am sick of this contacting the better Business bureau and I won't stop. If you want Subway here in Elizabethtown, go to the one that is it located at 809 East Dixie or the one that's on mulberry Street. Do not go to the one in front of Walmart.

    Asked for the 10% seniors discount when making a purchase. I was told, "we don't do that". I said, "Really? I have read multiple places that Subway offers a 10% discount to seniors 60+".     App does not work. Customer service non-existent. Extremely rude, gossipy staff. They have my money loaded on an app that does not work in the stores and I am unable to use it. Each time I go to a Subway store I leave extremely upset. I either cannot pay for the sandwich because of the app or the staff have verbally spit all over my transaction. I tried calling their corporate office and the women who answered was no better. Extremely rude implying the app didn't work because of me. Unhelpful and resistant. Their new sandwich menu isn't that great...more like an excuse to charge more. All in all, Subway which used to be an affordable and favorite restaurant, has now become a huge disappointment.

    Customer service and food preparation. Horrible customer service from both management and staff. Missing items from my order with no resolution. I ordered to be delivered and the entire order was messed up as well as missing items. I called; however, the manager and his manager were extremely rude and did not replace or refund my order.

    At the end of several phone calls and complaints, I was offered to come in for them to remake the order, however, I will not trust them to prepare my food after the horrible feedback and experience I received. I asked the store manager to put me through to her boss and she never did. Her reply to me was rude and broken English. I asked if I could send her photos of the food I received for me and my grandchildren, she said yes, however, she blocked my number before I even sent the photos to her; then she fabricated on an email to me saying she called but I didn't answer and that she never asked me for any photos.

    When I called and asked for the person's name that I was speaking to at the time of the incident, he said "why" and never gave it to me, then said "lady, I'm busy. I even tried to let them know I did not get my 10% off and was told "well, if it isn't on there, I can't do anything about it". I let that go. However, after the food arrived in the shape that it arrived and the quantity as well as missing items, I was concerned and that's when all hell broke loose. I was treated poorly for no reason at all. Why would I ever want to go back there to eat anything from them?

    And to this date, I still don't have my refund. I spent 48.26 for what? Order not complete and I had a huge tortilla for all three sandwiches with hardly any meat. The bacon on one sandwich was raw, not even a tablespoon of chicken, on the other sandwich, same thing, except it was supposed to be ham and there was only one slice of ham, too much mayo, pickles that I asked not to put on there, and the tuna wrap, now that was a hot mess, a pepper stem, wilted lettuce and old tomato and a tablespoon for tuna, smeared on the huge tortilla, folded up flat.

    After several more calls, a few not answered, the guy "still no name" gave me his manager "Nirali", and she barely wanted to answer her phone and when she did, it was very unprofessional. She then emailed me saying she showed them how to prep; if that's the case, then she should be embarrassed, and if she's rude, I can see why her staff is uncaring and rude. A lot happened that day and it was actually heartbreaking, and I will never go there or order from them again.

    I will preface my poor review by saying I have eaten thousands of Subway sandwiches throughout my life and have never had issues until covid. I don't know what changed, but the quality is so poor now. Of the 4 times I've tried to go to Subway this year, 3 trips have been a waste of time and money...all 3 different stores too. I went for lunch one day...and as they're building my sub, I say..."looks good, just a shot of mayo down the middle, not too much lol". I didn't watch this step as they distracted me for payment...but when I got home, there was literally a cup of mayo on it. So gross!. The second time I had slimy spinach and green chewy tomatoes. I guess only one of your "sandwich artists" can seem content serving that...hardly eating fresh. Threw that away too after a bite.

    The third trip was tonight...the kid toasted my sub without asking...so he had to start over...then again, while I was paying with another employee this kid put a half of an onion in my sandwich. Luckily I can pull those out...but that first bite wrecked it for me. Oh, and they charged me twice! These seem like such simple tasks...so how can they get screwed up? Maybe your employees should eat my mayo and onion subs so they can see how ridiculous it is. Would they serve that to their parents, or boss? Seems like basic training. For the record, jersey mikes always gives me what I order...no drowning it in mayo or burning with onions, no slimy or unripe veggies. And it doesn't really seem like brain surgery. Sorry guys...you've lost a 20 year old customer...I'll go to Jersey Mike's from now on...they train their "sandwich artists".

    Have all Subway restaurants got stingy or just National Highway in Thomasville NC. I ordered a foot long, hardly any lettuce and the guy actually counted out 4 pieces of green pepper and 4 pieces of onion. Seriously!! When I questioned he said that was all he was allowed to put on. Since when. Used to be you could hardly get your mouth around their sandwich for all the fillings. Now they’re counting how many pieces to give you. What a disgrace. It will be Jersey Mike’s for me from now on, they might cost a little more but they’re not stingy and they certainly don’t count out their fillings. I really want to complain to corporate office but can’t find where to do that so if anyone knows I’d appreciate it.

    When I was younger I used to be a fan of the Subway restaurant chain, but now as an adult my opinion has drastically changed. When I go to subway I feel like they’re the customer, and I am the merchant. They’re always telling me what I can and cannot put on my sandwiches, and always refuse to substitute meats. For example, the club.. it comes with Turkey, roast beef and ham. I don’t like ham, so I try to sub it for pepperoni and the answer is always no! Why not!? It’s just one meat for the other, what’s the big deal?? If they do, they charge an outrageous mark-up. Coupons are next. I’ve received coupons in the mail and went to a subway near my home and they had a sign not accepting them. I understand some franchises do and some don’t, but the overall chain seems to conduct business the same. No thank you! Subway's just isn’t for me but to each their own.

    I continue to get the worst service at Subway Restaurant in Rockwall, Tx off Goliad Rd. Restaurant is always out of fresh veggie, meat, cheese & salad dressing etc. People waiting on me have the I don't care attitude. I have pass on reviewing hoping things would improve. Not the case. Sorry service continue to get worst!! I have waited to give restaurant review but today was the last straw. They were out of regular cheese so they just added shredded cheese to sandwich, requested ham. Got turkey. Only wanted lettuce & bell peppers. Got the above with purple onion, tomatoes, requested vinegar. Got oil.

    I was hungry and went online to order a sandwich from Subway. I selected the store, I took advantage of a BOGO (buy 1 and get 1 at 1/2 price.) I am disabled so I chose the "deliver curbside" option. I then paid for the order and left to go pick it up. When I arrived I discovered that the Subway was located within a mall and was very glad I asked for curbside pickup. I called the store as instructed and spoke with a man that had a very very hard time speaking clear English but I was able to make out that he was unable to bring my order out to me. I told him about the website and that I was just maybe 50 feet from his store. He told me, the best I could understand him, that he wasn't going to bring it out. I told him that he should just go ahead and cancel the order then and he said he would.

    Well, the charge never got canceled. I tried calling the store again and got no answer. I tried calling Subway customer service and was told that all complaints were handled online and gave me a web address. I filled out the form and sent it in. I got an automatic reply that it had been recieved but NEVER was contacted by an agent. This was 11-21-22. It is now 12-1-22. I guess I am just out the 14 bucks but learned not to ever, ever get anything again from Subway.

    So 3rd time stale bread experience. Once Fountain store, once 8th St and now S. Nevada all Colorado Springs. I will not be back. Nothing like taking a bite and hard, yucky bread especially when I put soft bread please in special instructions. I will eat Jersey Mike’s. More expensive but bread has always been soft and fresh.     Absolutely horrible customer service. The person at the counter should be barred from any customer facing work. Extremely rude, unprofessional, incompetent. Basically did not keep my order ready even 20 minutes after the scheduled time. Instead of politely informing me of the delay - he very rudely asked me not to stand at the counter and sit in a corner. While I was there he pretended to work on my order but it seems he stopped when I stepped out for a few minutes.

    When I returned in about 10 minutes, he started literally screaming at me without provocation, saying he 'threw' away my sandwiches because he thought I was gone. I politely asked him to cancel my order and relax - but he kept screaming. Bizarre.... I just left without my order after wasting 30 minutes for a pickup.

    Subway's ingredient quality as well as the cake they pass off as bread in the US have decreased so much in the past years. Couple this with their recent price increases, I am unlikely to return. I gave 2 stars because the service at the location I visited was good and it was fairly easy to find a coupon that made my regular $10.99 footlong only $5.99. If not for the coupon, I would not have eaten Subway. $13 after taxes is too much to spend on a fast lunch.

    I order on the Subway app. It took the money out of my account and said the order did not go through. The store refused the order.I am out my last 26 dollar and no food to eat. The server called the manager and he refused to do anything. I go there at least there At least three times a month. From now on I will go to Mr. Sub. I am disabled and mr sub is farther.     So, after about 10 minutes of standing in front of the counter... waiting for the gentleman to stop sweeping the floors! I ordered a foot-long tuna with just lettuce. When I got home the sub had very, very little tuna and a ton of lettuce! Here's a tip... this Subway is owned and operated by the owners, they work there themselves. Why, because they are stingy trying to save money and make more profit! The owner made me a sub with hardly any main ingredient (tuna) and mostly lettuce. The bread was smaller than normal.     Placed online order. Veggie sub only allowed one cheese selection. Called store, requested all cheeses and they denied request. Told me I had to make another order. Asked to place that other order. Told me they were too busy to take order. I asked what their name was. They hung up. Had my daughter call back to make sure they cancelled my order because my app said that I picked it up. They said yes. Two to three days to see the money back. My daughter asked their name and their manager's name and they hung up on it a second time.

    For fifteen minutes of drive all the way to that store they just wouldn't answer their phone. Completely ignoring us altogether. We get there and there's at least three employees standing around doing absolutely nothing. Lobby empty and no customers there eating. I took a video of the rude and disrespectful person running the show. Guy with the pink hair. Very snappy. Seemed to be a controlling individual. I asked why he did what he did. Hang up on customers and then ignore them completely altogether. He then said I was rude and disrespectful. He and I both know I wasn't but I'm sure the other people only know what he's stating aloud.

    So after I questioned him and he claims to have cancelled my order that my app says I picked up I then requested to place an order. I was told no and that they reserve the right to refuse service to anybody. I know this is true so I just turn and walk away. Through our entire conversation, he refused to tell me his name or his manager's name. This was absolutely the worst customer service I have ever come across at any Subway. The way they were all just openly hanging out, the way pink hair lied and said I was rude and disrespectful over the phone, the way pink hair lied and said he was too busy to take my order, he said I had to place to get a sub how I wanted and worst of all how he continuously hung up on me and my daughter and then completely ignoring the phone altogether. This person does not belong as a lead or dealing with customers on a professional level

    On Friday the 26th I called the store approximately 16 times to cancel an order that went to that store by mistake and I was in the Mount Dora store, the manager of the Mount Dora store told me that she could not deliver the order until I called to The Villages store and cancel the order. The manager also called the store and they didn't answer the phone either, so I was left without lunch because they didn't answer the phone.

    Most locations that I visit do a great job at keeping food covered from flies and have fresh looking food that looks very appetizing to customers But, 75% of the locations that I have visited have dirt poor food handling skills. "Those gloves"! With their gloves on, I have seen them run their hands through their hair then make a sub or stick their hands in their pocket then go make a sub or handle cash from another customer then go make a sub or use their gloved hands to brush crumbs and bits of food off the counter then go make a sub, on and on, you get my point. I understand, we are human, we forget. What I don't understand is why most of them get upset if you ask them to change gloves before they make your sub. With such poor food handling skills, it makes you wonder, do they rinse out the spinach from the package before they put it out to serve?

    Went to order online, was given a time frame and hit submit. Go to check on time frame of delivery and it is telling me to order again so I just figured it refreshed since the charge is on my bank account. Try to call the store to confirm and no one answered after about 4 or 5 calls. Call their customer service line and apparently it's all online now and you can't talk directly to a person. So I call again to get a general operator who says they can't access that even if it's through Subway's website and I have to call the store that isn't answering. She asks a few questions and it turns out my order most likely didn't go through even though they charged me and I have to actually call my bank to dispute because they are unable to refund me since the order technically didn't go through. Ridiculous

    I receive SUBWAY restaurant coupons every once in a while. While I'm not a big fan of Subway I do enjoy a bargain. I went to 3 different Subways today and got 3 different answers when I tried to use a coupon for a footlong sub. The first one said "We do not accept coupons." The second said the same thing. Finally, the third accepts coupons and when I was paying for my Philly sub, they informed me that there is an additional charge for this sub because it takes more cheese to make. Why would the corporate office send out coupons when 2/3 of their stores DO NOT accept their own coupons and the third charges additional fees. I understand these stores are not company owned but for the small amount they discount the sub with a coupon it would make more sense just to accept them. I guess I'll try another sub shop in the future.

    You get the coupons sent to your home which is the reason you go to their establishment. I have 4 of them near me and none of them are accepting the coupon. Doesn't matter if you use the code on the coupon the square with the funny marks. The answer is still the same, well why not send out the coupons to begin with. I think it is false advertising, fraud. It is all to get you to go to the location. Then told that they do not honor the coupon. That you say well and make a purchase. All I can say is 1 of the tactics they are using are obscene, if you are losing customer service SUBWAY, maybe you should look at your practices. There are other places that offer even better sandwhiches, if you honored your word (coupon) then maybe your clientel would increase. I am so done. I will get the ingredient and make it at home.     I am getting QUITE FED UP with Subway! In my town of Escanaba Michigan, we have two Subway locations, and both of them now have signs up on their doors saying they are not accepting coupons. Yet I just got some in the mail last week and they don't expire until later in August. I found out about them not accepting coupons because earlier this week I went to one of the locations to get subs for my household for lunch and wanted to use the coupons I had just got in the mail. Only, when I got there and approached the door, I saw the note about the "not accepting coupons," so instead, I went to the Little Ceasers down the street and told them about how I wanted Subway but won't give them MY BUSINESS when they give us coupons that they won't even accept!!! UNREAL!!!...like, WHY SEND PEOPLE COUPONS IF YOU ARE NOT EVEN CREDIBLE OR ETHICAL ENOUGH TO TAKE THEM??!!

    So, then I get home on my computer to look up their complaint number, find it, dial it...and all I get was an automated voice saying to visit their website to reach Customer Care!!! I had just been at their website prior to calling and they leave NO PHONE NUMBER TO REACH THEM!!! All they do is allow give you a form to submit online, which they probably will NEVER READ OR ANSWER!!!! This is AMONG THE WORST customer experiences and example of BUSINESS ETHICS that I have EVER SEEN!!! Their corporate needs to go to business school because they are showing by these practices that they are aiming to run SUBWAY RIGHT INTO THE GROUND, rather than make a successful well-liked entity!!!!

    Word of mouth and customer dollar votes are the number one determinate of a business' success or failure, my college professors always said. With ethics and service the way Subway is showing, it shows they don't care about their customers, their ethics, their employees, and not even themselves...total lack of care, responsibility, reputation and pride!!! They may think they are cuttings costs and making money now, but given a little time they WILL FOUNDER by treating people as horrible as they are!!! They WILL lose those dollar votes and they WILL piss off enough customers and employees, then those people will talk to their friends and family....and then THOSE people will begin to have bad experiences themselves and they THEY WILL TALK....and so on and so on!!!

    Sooner or later they will lose more and more business and profits and their bad reputation will show itself...they will lose in the end if they haven't already started with the problems!!! In fact, they've already LOST MY DOLLAR VOTES!!!...and I've already shared and warned my friends and family, and they are turned off on Subway now also!!!!

    Subway has went downhill. I went twice and they messed up my food both times. Once I went and ordered a steak sandwich online got to the restaurant picked it up got home opened my sandwich and it was some roasted chicken crap that I didn’t order. They offered me a coupon for a free sandwich which was nice considering they gave me the complete wrong sandwich. So I tried a Mexicalli sandwich, it was mega disgusting, I threw it away. The avocado was dark brown and tasted as if it went sour and the bacon they put on the sandwich was uncooked. I decided I didn’t want food poisoning so I got rid of it. Will not be going back to Subway any time soon if at all. I mean it is already bad enough they barely give you any meat or cheese, their sandwiches are all toppings but to give me rotten avocado and uncooked bacon is horrible.

    The Subway locations in Forest is terrible. They are not only unsanitary where I have witnessed the owner pick his nose numerous times while handling food, but I have also experienced food poisoning several times there until I just decided to quit purchasing food from this location.     Very upset when I look forward to purchasing my favorite turkey sub on Italian bread with the marinated sweet peppers and sweet onion dressing to find out the Italian bread recipe has changed and is now hard as a rock and they changed the dressing by adding teriyaki to it AND they have discontinued the marinated sweet peppers!!! WTH are they thinking?!?! If it's not broke don't fix it! Not everyone likes teriyaki and why on earth would you discontinue the best part of the sun from the sweet, crispy marinated flavoring of Peppers?? And do we all need to break out teeth on the hard bread now? I'm sorry but I will no longer be purchasing anymore subs from subway unless they bring the original items back!     Subway appears to have a problem with their coupons. They send bunches out and then they are not accepted by stores. One reads about this all the time. My complaint is this: I have received a couple of email offers from Subway stating a buy-one get-one free from the ad or an app. When going to the order, I noted the price seemed high. I got out of the app and went to Subway the normal way and viewed the menu. Yup!!! They were offering me a "deal" but only if I used the elevated pricing on that offer. Isn't that fraud?? There is a Larry's Giant Sub close by. Their sandwiches are better than SUBWAY, and they are not out to continually try and screw their customers.

    I went to the Subway on Pembroke Street in Pembroke Ontario, and got my usual footlong cold cut with double meat and bacon, and it was so thin hardly any meat on it. It looked like less than single meat was put on it, I didn't see them make it because I got distracted and was looking elsewhere, this restaurant usually is pretty good, but it was a kid that made it this time, I was thinking he was a trainee but no one was training him. I wish I would have watched him make it. I have pictures of the sandwich as well, and the receipt showing it was suppose to be double meat. I will never go back to that Subway again. I contacted the customer service and they wouldn't let me show the pictures, and I got a scripted email from them saying sorry, and nothing else. I checked the BBB and saw many complaints about different Subway restaurants, about people getting ripped off and very poor customer service.

    Bread is not as good as it used to be. It seems less substantial and gets soggy long before the sandwich is finished. The meat and vegetables are still fresh but that makes little difference when the bread does not hold up.

    Subway has always been my healthy, fast, go to meal place. Subway is always busy when I visit, but usually the employees are quick and speedy about getting people in and out. I like that you can build your own sandwich if you want, places like Subs only give specific sandwich options. All of the ingredients are super fresh and I have never had a bad sandwich from Subway. But sometimes it takes a little long to get my order. Overall, Subway is still one of my all time favorite restaurants that I usually run to for lunch. I would say 100% of the time I get perfect, fast, and friendly service. The sandwich is always so good. :)

    Quit patronizing Subway's 2 years ago when I placed an order on line and after payment confirmed their website 'failed' and even though I had receipt via email they would not give me my order or refund because they said the order never came through their system. I just placed my first order AFTER 2 years, and got down there and it wasn't ready because they were out of something on each of 3 items ordered. So no more chances for them.

    Went into my local Subway. Been a Subway customer for decades and staff often find regular customers a problem since a regular customer usually knows how things should be done. Ordered a Cold Cut Combo. Watched the sandwich prep and only two thin slices of one meat was put on the sandwich when there was other meat in the same pan used for cold cut combo prep. Where is the combo? I asked about the other meat since the sandwich was looking very anemic and would almost qualify as a vegetarian sandwich as it was. I was told "oh, we have changed and now all the meats are combined in one and that is the slice I put on your sandwich."

    Well, I had been told this once before, then another visit told that was not right. That there are multiple meats to be put on the sandwich and now back to no, only one slice that combines all the meats. WHAT? So, I asked the prepper what the other meat in the cold cut combo pan was for and he said, "I don't know but this is how we do it now." I asked the second fellow behind the counter and his response was "look man, I really don't care!" I asked him his name and he said "you go figure it out!" Never going back.     I purchase a gift card for my granddaughter stocking. I paid cash, the card was not loaded properly by the staff and they have no way of checking video surveillance that far, so beware when buying a gift card at the subway on commercial in Vancouver. Now I have to purchase another card. That free 6 inch when you buy a gift card was the most expensive sub ever. Lesson learn. Keep your receipts.

    I have never understood why people eat Subway. Their meats have always been sub par by far. When consumers hear fresh ingredients, I believe they also assume the word natural comes with that. When you announce as they did a few yrs back that they were going to upgrade their quality of meats, it's as if they wanted praise for it making a big show of it and what not. Really though it's like you've been selling us garbage all these years. Who wants to eat your food anyways. Also after all this there was DNA testing done on multiple fast food chicken products and all of them came back with an 85% or above due to common loss adding preservatives and such, but subway was in the 40-60% range of chicken DNA with the rest being a soy additive. That's gross. That's the farthest thing from quality I could possibly think of.

    I've always hated subway and had a hard time finding anything on their menu I find palatable especially when compared to other sub restaurants. It's really not even a contest. Even Jimmy John's is better than subway and their subs are trash. Subway was smart the way they got their foot in the door early because consumers like familiar products because if it were solely based on quality and taste subway would easily be deemed the little Caesars of sub shops but with a higher price for no reason at all. I just thought I'd take the time to say that subway is a terrible company and has an awful product. By having more locations than other more quality sub shops has to barely be surviving. Could be the same formula as McDonald's. Location+familiarity+low cost product= the capability to stick around long enough to make a dollar. The longer they stay the more the formula feeds itself. If consumers don't care what they put in their bodies then companies like this will always be around.

    This was my favorite Subway, I went so often the would start fixing my order when they saw my car. The people were AMAZING, considerate and friendly! But something has changed! New people, rude, eye rolling, not even close to friendly! The past 4 times I’ve gone they haven’t had something, like no onions, no pickles etc... Now there is a grocery store less than a mile away. I don’t think anyone there realizes you can go buy those things within walking distance of that store. Surely Subway would rather spend some cash than be out of something almost everyday! The girl said we’re only out of onions today everything else is on there.... very proud... seriously!?! This can’t be the way subway wants to have their Brand thought of. I called an order in one day. The girl told me she was too busy could I call back in 15 min. Called back but she needed 25 more min. I went elsewhere.

    I have emailed Subway corporate several times in regards to tokens, I have been to their website and filled out missing tokens. Not once was I ever acknowledged or contacted in any way to resolve this situation. Very disappointed in the way Subway values their customers.     I used the Subway app on my phone to deliver Subway to my mom in a assisted living facility in Mobile, Alabama, I ordered a sandwich, cookies, chips, and a Sprite. I ordered it from Subway!!! Sprite and chips were not delivered. Called manager of store. Was told that the GM said it was Doordash responsibility to get drink and chips and was told to call them, have a nice day and hung up. She did this after I told her I ordered from them and they need to take care of it, I was told, "No"!!!!

    I called back and got GM phone number. She argued with me about it being Subway's responsibility and told me many times I was wrong, I continued to tell her she needed to get my mom her food I paid for from them. She stated it wasn't her responsibility and it was Doordash, I ordered my food from Subway, it is their responsibility! Did Subway get the order? Yes, what is next? They going to have Doordash making the sandwiches also.

    On December 9, 2021 placed an online order for the store located at 6610 S Tucson Blvd. The order was 2 foot long sandwiches, 4 cookies, 1 bag of chips, 1 soda. Drove to the store to pick up the order through the drive thru and the employee saw me while she was putting a sweatshirt. She looked at me and then walked away. After a couple minutes pass I peeked through the window from my car and she was sitting down chitchatting with another employee. I honked the horn to catch their attention.

    When she finally comes to the window she acted disgusted as if I was bothering her so she opened the window and said, "Yes" to what I said, "I been waiting at the window" and she didn't understand what I said. I told her to pick up an online order. She close the window, walked away and comes back with 2 sandwiches and handed them to me and said, "Here you go." She was about to walk away again when I told her that I was missing cookies, chip and soda. She comes back with rest of it and I left.

    I went home to try to enjoy my meal and to my disappointment the order was WRONG!!!. So I went back this time inside the store and tell them the order was wrong. There were 2 female employees with an attitude. She asked what was wrong, one sandwich had spinach and the 2nd sandwich had pickles. So she unwrapped it and start looking at it. Then she read the online order to compared it and she had the audacity to said "IT WAS ALMOST RIGHT."

    She started to prepare a new sandwich with an attitude and talking back to me while I was telling her that I wouldn't be there if she would had done it right the first time. I asked her why she was talking back to me with an attitude. I just waited for her to finish making the sandwiches so I could leave and never to return. This was the worst experience. Subway lost a customer thanks to lazy employees that don't do their job right, neither acknowledge you because they are too busy to do that or to apologize for their mistake even worse to say thank you.

    The flat bread and the Italian bread after the pandemic are very hard and rubbery. The people who actually knew how to bake the breads right are gone, now the bread really sucks!     So, as I observe ** (owner) toast my sub, he freaking starts sneezes all over the place. He wasn't even wearing a mask. To make matters worse, he takes my sub out the toaster, sets down on the prep counter and began to ask me what toppings I'd want. I just looked at him like **! This owner didn't even excuse himself to go wash his hands, change his gloves or wipe down the equipment where he blow snot all over. And best believe I left that nasty ass sub on that counter and walked out the store. There was a woman (DoorDash/Grub Hub driver) sitting and waiting to pick up an order. She asked me, "Did he just sneezed?" I said, "He sure did and didn't go wash his hands." After a while, I called up Subway. I wanted to get the corporate office information to file a grievance.     I live in Tampa and work in St. Petersburg FL. I order from Subway every weekday for lunch. For the past month or so every order has not been correct for one reason or another, if they don't want you to be able to pick and choose more or less, then don't give the option and if they don't follow special instructions (asked to cut tomatoes in half) then don't have the Special Instructions. That is a no-brainer!! So I sent a complaint email.

    They sent me back a "Template Letter" from Julian P. with App Medallia.com (that is who responds to their complaints.) I complained about not getting a "Real Response". I feel if they don't know there is a problem, the problem cannon be fixed. Well don't do that if you still want to order on the App or Online. They blocked me from ordering by locking my cart. I can go online, I can pick my sandwich, but nothing will be added to the cart. Finally - If you like Subway and want to be able to order online or through the app, don't complain or your cart will be locked.

    I visited subways on WS Young in Killeen Texas my way home. A fly was landing on the meat prepared. When I expressed my concern, the female dismissed it. And continued with the customer after me on line. I continued to fan away the fly. The young man acted on my request to wrap the sandwich quick before the fly land on the food. But the female ignored. I bought the food but was too disgusted to eat it, so I throw it away when I got home. We need to do better.

    We went in today for lunch and had a horrible experience. First of all they had multiple items that needed to be stocked so we had to wait, which was not too bad. The floors were crazy sticky all over. The absolute worst part was the discussion the two ladies were having out loud. My friend and I had just sat down and took a bite of our sandwich when we hear them talking about how there are roaches all over the place there, on the counters and floors. They kept on and on about it. My friend and I immediately threw our meal in the trash. As we started to walk out I turned back and told one of the girls that it was not a good idea to be saying that out loud while you have customers in store. I told her that should not said at all. One of the girls started in on me saying "every restaurant has a roach problem, this is not the first". She said "there are always roaches everywhere". I said if the place is getting inspected like it should then that shouldn't be an issue.

    She proceeded to still say "every place has them". After that she says "I'm the manager and if you have any other questions or concerns you can talk to me about that". I said, "Ok, I am. I am telling you we just heard your conversation and threw away our meal." Her response was "I'm sorry, but like I said every place has them, that's not something you can prevent". This was ridiculous! As a manager you should make sure that the issue is resolved and especially something that serious should be taken care of.

    Today I stopped by a Subway shop and I saw the new "melt option" for any of the sandwiches. I requested for a Melt Chicken Bacon Ranch. What the preparer did was to cut my 1 foot long sandwich in 2 and keep each piece in a paper bag and put it in the regular oven. I thought at first it was an interesting way to do it. However, I was very disappointed when I sat down to eat my sandwich. The ingredients were not compacted like a melt. In fact, part of the ingredients (chicken, vegies, etc.) where spreaded in the paper bag. I even had to ask for a fork, rip the paper bag and eat all the pieces. I can't believe they even charge an extra $1.00 for this.

    Had I asked for just toasted option would have enjoyed more the sandwich and saved $1.00. Why don't they simply invest in a sandwich grilled and press the sandwich so all the ingredients get compacted like a real melt? Honestly Subway is never my first food choice because although their ingredients are good and fresh the assembly of the sandwich is messy. They really should emulate the Italian sub shops.

    I walked into the Subway store located at 48th Street and Ray Road on Thursday, May 13, 2021. I ordered a sandwich. While I was waiting for the sandwich to be made, I had a conversation with the employee who was waiting on me, who said he was the store manager. I inquired in a friendly manner about a previous employee who had worked there, a young woman who attended Northern Arizona University. I had engaged in numerous conversations with her on previous visits to the store, which I have patronized for many years on a frequent basis. I asked if she was doing well.

    The "manager" responded to me by asking my age. I inquired "Why do you ask?" He replied, "You seem a little too old to be asking about someone who is much younger than you." I responded, "Are you nuts? I have no interest in anyone her age, other than a friendly regard." He then replied, "You have NEVER been friendly. You treat me as though you are being fake and phony." I told him, "I don't 'fake' being friendly. I treat people in a kind manner, as I have always treated you." I asked him if he was under the influence of drugs. He responded, "No. You have NEVER been friendly."

    After I left the store, I realized he had short-changed me on my purchase, so I drove back to the store and demanded a refund of the overcharge, which he gave me. Realizing the guy was a total jerk, I requested to speak with his supervisor. He told me, "I am the manager here. I am in charge." I responded, "There must be someone to whom you are responsible. I want to speak with them. NOW!" He used his cell phone to call a woman named "Amber", who is, evidently, his regional manager.

    I spoke with Amber on his cell phone and explained to her the circumstances of what had transpired and why I was concerned enough to have him contact her. Amber represented to me that she would speak to the "manager" about the incident and make sure that he understood that, as a customer, I had acted in a completely appropriate manner and that she would make sure that there wasn't a repeat performance of his objectionable behavior. I am hesitant to return to that Subway store, because I really don't want further interaction with this jerk.

    There are several Subway stores in the immediate vicinity, so I have the freedom to take my business elsewhere. I strongly recommend you avoid the Subway store at 48th Street and Ray Road, unless you don't have a problem with store employees who stick their nose where they have no business going and have no compunctions about alienating loyal customers with their innate rudeness and lack of appreciation for simple common courtesy.

    My ex and I ordered a sandwich and a chopped salad on Tuesday, April 27 from Subway in Oakdale MN. His sandwich was swimming in vinegar and oil. Duly noted. I had to run off to a prior engagement and never did eat the salad for two days. Discovered today that it’s not really a salad! Just a ton of chipotle dressing and black olives.     Here’s some advice for you guys. The Governor of this state has said masks are not required. As a business you have every right to require them but from a business stand point in order for people not to question this or to be more accepting of your decisions to require mask or no service you should have masks to give to your customers. Keep in mind some people cannot wear these masks without physical discomfort for health reasons. Guys, I cannot stress this enough I’m literally running out of energy repeating all this ** to you stubborn donkeys. Let common sense guide you. If you want to avoid conflict in the future and if you’d like to avoid losing business then you should have masks readily available for customers who walk in without them.

    Also, who’s training the people at your store? Your employees' nerves should not get so bad and so fast over this issue. I’m just astounded over the way people are choosing to handle this repeat issue... You chose to choose someone like they’re the biggest lived of shot in the world because they didn’t have a mask. Your job is not to be an enforcer and a public shamer of your customers nor is your job to play doctor. You showed your class today when you said, “let’s step outside.” Well how about you go find someone your own size but of course I didn’t go there.

    Luis who worked that day was acting like people were acting during WWII and that’s how everything started back then when someone try dehumanizing people. First of all some people exempted from wearing mask and your job not override a doctor rules! Your service is to serve food! Luis has no rights to judge people when they entered the store. He is dangerous to the society by doing this and that’s how fascism started in 1939. Let’s not to forget that. Divide people it’s also not his job description. Your staff members don’t have knowledge nor even clue about medical, Science, chemistry nor biology, but they tried to label customers with assumptions that all people are sick.

    Let’s get this straight once and for all where I will give you a little bit of knowledge you need to gain: not all people have to wear a mask even it’s required bc each person has a different condition of their health and only a DOCTOR will recommend to wear mask or not. Mask can harm you if you have heart issues, if you have asthma and so on... It leads to oxygen deficiency to your brain, lungs, heart and blood vessels... All those organs need oxygen NOT carbon dioxide, that’s why you not a tree...

    You wearing mask all day long, build bacteria inside your mask which can cause tuberculosis, lung complications, headaches in your brain and so on... I don’t think your employees are Surgeons who prepare to make operations to a patient as soon as they enter your bread store. Besides the temperature in the room should be like in an operation room for the reason not to faint after long hours wearing this mask where you protecting a patient not yourself. Every doctor knows that.

    We’ve had 3 little girls die in Germany just from wearing a mask... Think about when you force someone into that you’re taking full responsibility to do so and God forbid if someone dies bc of that requirement by your company. You will end up in a lawsuit... You should know also that viruses of all kind existed for centuries and no one wore a mask before except maybe Spanish flu. I guess they were testing panic theory for groups of scary idiots like we’ve all become nowadays... By looking through the microscope you will find out that the virus will go throughout the pores of the mask very easily bc the mask you are forced to wear not designed for that ... it’s mask from dust... Is it dusty in your store? I don’t know but after visiting you I guess yes...

    The comments of your clerk “to wear mask or we will not provide service to you” sound more like Gestapo during WWII. I felt for a moment that I forgot wearing yellow star and your employee - swastika... You repeating history again even you think you don’t, but yes indeed you do... and it starts from mask today and tomorrow you will be required for the vaccine which, as we all know, is an experimental trial... I understand your fears, but again you are not a doctor... and shouldn’t play one...

    I visited the Cocoa Clearlake location on 11/13/20 to pick up a 6” sub to go after not eating since the evening before. By the evening, I was nauseous so I didn’t eat anything the rest of the day. By 1:30-2am I was extremely nauseous, cramping, and vomiting. This continued until the morning when I was close to calling an ambulance because I was so weak, but called a friend to take me to the ER ASAP. Once there, I was given multiple meds for pain, nausea and was hooked up to an IV for dehydration. They took blood several times, received a urine sample, and kept me overnight.

    I reported to Subway that alI signs pointed to food poisoning. Their insurance provider, Liberty Mutual, received all medical records (which indicated gastroenteritis) but refused compensation for their neglect. I am extremely disappointed and will never trust another location, no matter how hungry I am. I would have rather delivered a baby than go through that pain again. To make things worse, I woke up on my Birthday in the hospital. Buyer beware!

    They close at 9 and I got there at 8:34. Open sign was turned on. I walked in and asked if they were closed and there were two females and they said “unfortunately we are” so I walked out the store and sat in the parking lot and five minutes afterwards this guy walks in followed by another man. I watched the girls make their orders and I left because I was so and when I seen them bagging up their sandwiches. Will NEVER go there again.

    This one Subway has always been below par. I went there one night, tried to order food, and the two workers were too stoned to make subs. Today, I ordered online from there because it's the closest one, I was in a hurry, and the app (another disaster for another review) wouldn't show me the next nearest location. I get there and they have not made my order because they are out of tuna. I had to go without, as I had just enough time to get home for a conference call. The manager is supposed to be refunding my $28, but I have not heard from him. Stay away!

    Store number SUBWAY 56049. I ordered through the Subway app and never Got a confirmation number and the store did not received the order to make. The money was taken from our account and gave the store number but yet no food. The employee that I spoke with at the store has no clue what she is doing, told me the store did not have an owner just a supervisor. The supervisor told us to come pick the order up at a certain time and then changed his story to I told them if the order came in through the computer to come and get it, how would we know when the order came into your computer?? This store is obviously poorly run and the employee is even MORE poorly trained. Next time don't give someone a receipt for the "supervisors" phone # that has another customer's credit card information on it!! That was my family's dinner, the last of our money!! Call my bank is all they said.

    There is is short heavyset female that opens and who works lunch most days. I asked if they had tuna, she said "don't you see it? Most people walk in, and if they don't see what they want they just leave". She destroyed the first whole wheat bun trying to cut it and got frustrated. Got even more frustrated when I asked her to heat up the cold bacon for my sandwich. Told me I was getting on her nerves and that I need to shut up talking to her. She wore no mask and talked over my sandwich while making it.

    I've tried to reach the manager "sammy" by phone but she answers and pretends to be the manager, even leaving the phone off the hook an entire afternoon. I also videoed the incident. Still trying to reach the owner. No luck. The short heavyset girl is unprofessional, rude, breathing over peoples food, has no business ethics and pretending to be the manager to avoid repercussions for her actions.

    Tried to sign up for an account at Subway.com and error that information I entered was not correct. Error gave phone number to call and get help. I called them and there is absolutely no way to get a human on the phone. The arrogance of them to hang up on you if you don't answer their prompts the way they want, "incorrect response, goodbye"-click. I assumed I needed to talk to someone since I know how to enter my name and phone number. I removed the app and will not be placing any orders!

    I bought lunch for $6.00 on Saturday. On Sunday my bank charges it? So next I am in a negative balance with $30 large bank fee on Monday. Overdrawn fee. Thanks. SUBWAY. I asked for extra tomatoes Sunday and she makes the sandwich, online order, with no tomatoes, they were out with a grocery store nearby. They were closing for the night at 8pm. Online it said 9. I charged a different card. Mental note to myself is pay Subway with only cash. Have a nice veggie delight sandwich in person ordering only. Call me: **. I have now have to find some money to put in bank and to ask a bank to waive the fee and flag my cause to get money. Since a kidnapping from 1967.     I understand capitalism - that if someone wants to purchase something, someone is going to sell it to them. I understand why Subway sells pork and chicken to customers - it's because customers want it. I do not fall under that category. I do not purchase carcinogens, and I do not eat pork or chicken, or dead humans. I'm a vegetarian for health reasons. It's not a mystic occult practice. I am very particular about what I eat and drink, but it's not a religion. So when your employees are making a ham sub at the same time they're making my veggie sub, I understand it's not a problem with the employee. It's a problem with your business model and practice.

    Please tell your stores to stop making veggie subs for vegetarians at the same time they're handling meat. Why is subway exposing me to risk factors that I specifically go out of my way to avoid? I know exactly what I'm doing. It isn't that I got sick, it's that I was exposed to a risk factor that I shouldn't have been exposed to. I do not eat and drink whatever I want, and I am not in the population that is constantly struggling with health related illnesses, and I would prefer it to stay that way. Please tell your stores to stop the practice of infecting my sandwich with contaminants that I do not wish to be exposed to. And please do not send me a coupon for a sandwich. That's not what I want. What I want is to be able to eat at a subway without regretting my decision.

    I built my sandwich and chose the “check out as guest” option. I put in all of my information and when I submitted it I was informed that my pick up time was no longer available. Rather than give me an option to change the pickup time, it restarted the process forcing me to put my payment information in again. Why does Subway invest so little in its online ordering technology? They lost my business today. Without competent online ordering, I will no longer be eating at Subway restaurants.

    Today, 9/2/2020, I went online to order 3 Footlong subs from the Subway Location 439 West Pike Street Lawrenceville, GA. I searched the closest store near me online and it picked this location and showed it to a be open and fully operational location. I was charged $19.06 for an online special I was receiving "Buy 2 footlongs and receive one free." When I went to the store to pick up my food it was shut down. There was a lady inside packing up boxes in the store and said this location was no longer open. So like I said in the heading- Subway stole my money! I am appalled at the unprofessionalism of this location. The corporate office should have taken down the website location and show that it was closed instead of falsely open. I can only imagine how many people who tried to order today online and came across the same situation. SHAME ON YOU SUBWAY!

    Ladies and gentlemen I never ever been so disrespected at my local (Brown Street Rhinelander Wisconsin) Subway. IMPROPER display of uniform and a crappy attitude asking me "What do want!" Instead of "Hi welcome to Subway. What can I create for you.." I have utilized many Subway restaurants. Estimate 57. From Utah to Texas to Wisconsin when I drove semi truck.

    Now as a college student finishing up my bachelor degree I don't find nothing funny that local management didn't contact about the poor service that their employee performed on the 19th of August. Yes I did contact Corporate feedback. Because of COVID19 customer service is not available. In conclusion. After all has happened At my local Subway. I won't patronize their anymore. SAD TO SEE a strong Brand get tarnished because management and yet franchise owners and corporate don't see even though people need a job and great service is hard to come by if workers are not passionate about their jobs.

    My husband went into this Subway restaurant in Firebaugh Ca and got both of us a footlong sub. It is the worst subway sandwich I ever had! The bread has to be 4 or 5 days old, hard, crumbly and dry! How dare they serve this garbage to people.     So first of all 6 Dollar footlongs were on tv, so I went in to get 2 subs. I like the Italian now that is 3 kinds of meat, 8 slices each for $5.39 for a 12 inch sub, ok fine. Then I order a turkey sub, $5.39 for 8 slices of turkey. For the same price I should at least get 16 slices of turkey. Anyway I got 2 subs nothing else, the turkey sub I got double meat so it would actually have meat taste. 2 subs nothing else, and $6 footlongs on tv my bill was $20.45. The lettuce was brown, I asked for new lettuce. At this price I should get green lettuce. No green lettuce available. Good sub price for ** subs!!! I don't plan on going back. Subway is the worst sub place I have been to and I have been to 17 Countries.

    The Subway located at 9313 Columbia Rd. Pataskala, Ohio 43062 unprofessional young, attitude, doesn't smile guy that worked behind the counter. I didn't appreciate the rolling of the eyes, the lack of customer service training... You would think that I am the paying customer you would provide a much more approachable and respectful service since in other ways I am paying for his wages. I never had an issue at this location before until now with that ill-mannered kid/guy/who needs a haircut looking like Tarzan's 3rd cousin. Then they didn't have guacamole for my chipotle southwest steak & cheese signature wrap. I could've walked out and went to a different location but I didn't because they had already prepared the other subs with double meat. I will never set foot in that Subway ever. I will drive 5 miles out if needed. The owner should spend time training these young immature individuals if he/she wants to keep customers.

    I placed an order (5/30/20) online and the order went through twice - I was charged twice. The store very responsibly called me to verify and I did not receive both orders. As a manager was not in the store, they were unable to refund the duplicate order. I was told that on Monday or Tuesday a district manager would call me back to take care of the issue. This did not happen.

    Over the last two weeks, I have attempted contact repeatedly via email, messenger(s,) FB, Instagram, Twitter, the online customer service portal, and even tracking down a corporate voicemail box. Over TWO WEEKS of this! I would very much like to get the second chargeback, as I did not order it, nor did I receive the food. You took my money, but did not provide goods in return - then have actively avoided responding to any of my many attempts. As a customer, I have gone above and beyond attempting to get any form of response. Anything. What kind of company forces its customers to go to these lengths? I'm utterly appalled.

She went behind the counter and while her father talked she played with the food.. It was long enough for me to record her!     This is our food guys and because of that, I would strongly advise that you reconsider patronizing these Subway locations (Sahara and Rancho/Sahara and Valley View in Las Vegas, NV.) There may be other locations throughout the valley that are associated with this owner also. Please do your research before patronizing his business locations. I have reported him to the corporate office, but this is a franchise so it is up to customers to speak out when these things happen. I do not want another customer to be abused in the manner in which I was when simply attempting to buy a quick meal.

    I went in with my adult children to grab some sandwiches on Mother's Day and was disrespected by the cashier on a level that absolutely shocked me. I left a vm message for the owner, Mr. David **. He was kind enough to call me back and leave a message for me. I returned his call today and he initially told a less than truthful story. He initially said he had viewed the videotape himself, but as he spoke, his narrative did not resemble what actually happened at all. When pressed, he admitted he had not seen the video and he went on to state that he was basically regurgitating the information that the store employees had given to him. We have video that was recorded on my son's phone of what actually occurred on that day. It is problematic that this owner is untruthful. It is also problematic that when questioned for the second time, he became defensive and chose to resort to being rude to me although my tone with him never changed.

    I will not go there again, but I want others to be aware of the unfortunate experience that I had. Mr. ** then said in an almost aggressive manner "what do you want me to do?" and followed that by "are we done here?" Had this gentleman viewed the tape personally, he would have acknowledged that there is a problem in his store, but his response made it clear that that is not where the problem began. I am not here to tell anyone where to go or not to go, but this incident throws up red flags.

    This should not have happened, but since it did, there was an opportunity for this man to remedy the situation simply through truthfulness, acknowledgement and civility. He instead resorted to rudeness. Customer service is clearly not a priority at this location and I would strongly advise you to do your research and choose a Subway that is not owned by David **. I know he owns the ones on Sahara and Valley View and Sahara and Rancho. Again, this is our food guys. If this is his response when there is a simple customer service issue, my concern would be what his response would potentially be if there is a more severe food-related issue.

    Subway was offering a buy 1 get 1 free footlong promotion when ordering online. Tried 1st restaurant near us & apple would not work. Employee was not helpful & would not honor promo. Tried 2nd location & approved worked but would not update promo price. Again, went to 2nd location & employee would not honor promo telling us to contact corporate! Employees are very poorly trained stating that they "only make sandwiches." Do not trust their promotions to be reliable!

    I was treated with disrespect and no one cared about it. Ordered a meal. Had a question and then the woman turned on me as someone who was just annoyed I was talking with her. She worked there but was evidently put out by customers. Customer service was not satisfactory either. I told her I was thinking about never coming back and she replied, "That's ok." Well word of mouth is a big thing. This is the day of the consumer to have a voice when a company brushes them off as not important enough to deal with. Why would anyone want to do business with this kind of business. This is a hard time. I would think they would want customers to help them to get through but obviously they think they got this on there own. Well let's see how that will play out. There are many other options out there. Not all will survive this. I hope Subway take a look at this before they lose others. Remember one customer can be the beginning of of many customers.

    I ordered and paid for food using the Subway app and the Dale Evans, Apple Valley Subway did not honor the order even though my receipt clearly showed everything to be correct. I paid again for the order. They were out of onions and cucumbers. I waited 45 minutes, still no onions. I took the salad with no onions. I emailed the complaint department with the information and sent a letter to the manager, however no one has contacted me or sent my refund.

    I wish I could go there every day. Every time I do go there I get an amazing experience and the employees always make sure to tell me have a great day. The restaurant is very clean and smells delicious when I go inside. I recommend whoever's is reading this review to go to Subway someday in their life.

    As I enter Subway I noticed all the safety measures they are taking to protect their employees from this virus but what safety measures are they taking to protect their customers. They have the chairs to keep us back. They have their Splash Shield to protect their staff but why isn't their staff wearing a mask to protect their customers as they prepare our meals?

    Went to Subway. They have one big sign on there. Monday thru Sunday 10 am to 9 pm. You can go in, order on the app, and as well through all different apps to get food to be deliver to you. When you go to the door to go in to get your food to go. They don't let you in. They have small sign something different. Misleading to customers. While their sign says open. No customer service and very bad for business. Here off of Beltline Rd and Conflans, Texas.

    Purchased Subway gift cards and loaded them on Subway app. Subway was hacked and my gift cards were used by "Ahmad" at a Subway in Staten Island, NY. Caveat emptor if you use the Subway app! If you report the fraudulent use of your cards to Subway, they won't reimburse. They just say read the terms & conditions. Subway isn't liable and you're screwed. This lesson cost me $87, but I'm never using the Subway app again!

    I was at Subway on Bethelview in Cummins Georgia the one near McDonald's, I ordered the Southwest Chipotle Wrap that lists the ingredients too include guacamole then once I went to pay they charge me a $.75 upcharge for guacamole when I read my receipt and said something I was told that the menu was old and the new one had not come in yet I told them as long as that menu was up what was listed was included nothing was done so I went on to complain to the corporate website And nothing was done.

    I took my three grandchildren to the Shorewood IL Subway on a busy Sunday and the line was very long with three people working hard. It was a very long what but we understood. The first sandwich went fine, the second one they needed to refill the ham bin and we waited and waited but that was ok with us, the third one we asked for the tiny little sandwiches and asked that the bun not be toasted. Well we were told that it had to be and when my granddaughter tried to take a bite, it was as hard as rocks, and she could not eat it. I ordered an ice tea and they gave me a cup and pointed to the beverage machine. I'm ok with that. Well the ice tea was empty. When I went up and told them about the hard sandwich, the girl shrugged her shoulder and told me again that they have to toast it. I asked for refund on my tea, since there was none and she told me "no refunds".

    I asked for a manager and she said that he does not work weekends and that I would have to come in on Monday for the refund. I told her that they did not give me a receipt, so how does that work. She was unable to reprint the receipt and kept telling me that I was not allowed to call the manager. I had NEVER asked to call the manager. She did call him myself and did get me the refund, but would not refund the uneatable sandwich, and I had not even asked for a refund on that. I will never be back and how do you run a store without a manager?

    As a vegetarian, I have limited options at most restaurants. I was delighted when Subway started offering egg and cheese subs! At first it was just for breakfast, but now, if you do into the store, any of the Subways around me will make egg and cheese any time of day. My frustration is the fact that the app won't allow the egg and cheese to be ordered outside of "breakfast time". If the stores don't limit when I can buy the sandwich, why does the app? I used to love Subway, but the frustration of not being able to order online or by the app has ruined my opinion of them. I won't be returning to Subway until this is resolved.

    I kindly asked the gentleman opening the store if I could use the phone for a serious emergency. He locked the doors behind him and gave me the finger! I then called to leave a message for the owner, and I was told to go ** myself. Good luck to your store, may I suggest hiring decent people that will do a simple kind act for another person in need.     I went to this Subway at 1306 Gibson Road to place an order on Feb 11th at 3pm. I had never been there before. I had the Rudest employee Ever! His name was **. I had one customer in front of me. He was helping the customer in front of me but also talking to me but not looking at me. I had no idea who he was talking to. He told me to get off my damn phone! Really! That’s how you speak to your customers? You don’t look at them and then you tell them to get off their phone. So wait I am an inconvenience to you because I am waiting! You don’t look at me, So how am I supposed to know you are talking to me? Talk about lack of social skills. I left. Wasn’t about to spend any money there.

    I got the chicken bacon ranch today, like many other days before. This time the chicken was awful! It was all fatty, and grisly. I could not chew it and had to spit it into my napkin.     Would be nice to have an online/printable menu sheet for multiple orders. Also provide all the amenities to choose from. The form that we have used in the in past is a form from Canada. We also had to used notebook paper to create orders for our basketball team.

    Good food. Great locations. Clean fresh veggies. Great taste. Good ice tea. Great bread, only thing I would suggest is when a customer ask for extra tomato some workers act like it’s out of their own pockets to give customer more even when they tell them they are willing to pay extra. Also, I would suggest lower sodium options too for health-conscious people. Thanks and continue the good work of feeding people low-calorie options and fresh veggies.
