Manager and her boyfriend need to wear beard netting, both of them. My wife hade a Red hair in her sub and I had 3 black hairs baked into the bread of my sub! Floor had piles of dirt. Counter did not look clean!

Although the customer service was ok, don't understand why my sub can not be made to my choice, especially if I am not asking for any extra. Wanted my mustard on my tuna. Was told it has to go on the bread (5 minute conversation), it my sandwich why can't I have it to my liking. Will take my business to another sub facility.

I went there and I wanted the Italian trio but instead of a wrap I wanted to make it into a sandwich and they wouldn't allow me to do that. They also said I could not add or take away anything on it. But what if I'm allergic to something but I still want that. I just wanted to change one ingredient. I find that very rude. I want to add more calories to it. They wouldn't allow that. They said it needed to be exactly the way it looks and I can understand that but it's Subway. You can add and change things the way you want. It's always been that way. They were very dismissive and a little rude.

Ordered online, received points and acknowledge receipt of order, took money from credit card, given a time to pick pickup order, went to get sub sandwich they could find order even when given order number. Tried several times to communicate with store, by email and phone no response went to store got a phone number for corporate, phone number kept going into voice mail. Gave my number to the manager at store. Sshe stated her manager would give me a call, after two weeks of no response I decided to write this review.

This app is impossible to use. I've been trying for a week to order the $6.99 footlong as advertised on tv. I am extremely dissatisfied. My husband and I received a gift card for Subway that we can't use as we'd like.

I ordered 2 subs from Subway yesterday (3-10-26) from the subway on Russell street in Hadley MA. They were supposed to to ready by 2:08 pm, I was there at 2:20. This store is inside Walmat. The Walmart was closed, as they had no power. I called three times to let them know that I wouldn't be there, it went to voicemail but they hadn't set up their voicemail mailbox, so no message could be left. The store has been there for YEARS. I called the next day and talked to a women at 9 30 am, she informed me that she opened the store at 9 and closed at 9. I repeatedly asked what time the store reopened due to the power failure and she repeatedly side stepped the question. Talk about lack of Customer service. Just tell the truth. I WILL NEVER be back to this location.,

SUBWAY 11977 St Charles Rock Rd Suite 140 Bridgeton, MO, 63044 314-344-3335. Do not go to this store. They changed my order from delivery to pickup and when I called to correct it, they claim to not understand what I was saying. I requested my money back and the manager(?) kept talking about who was going to eat the sandwich. I requested my refund 3 times and he stated "too bad no refund" then hung up. I called the authorities to go up there.

Subway #3015-0 14344 Ventura Blvd Sherman Oaks CA 91424. Employee # ** was so rude and was making the subs with hardly any items when requested -Olives she put about 6 and had to be asked twice. As well as other items and then my daughter dropped 20 bucks but didn't notice until we were across the street. When we went back she said she didn't see it. Well it was 1020 pm so there were no other customers. Her attitude alone was bad then she was dishonest. Shame.

We went to the store at E 47th street. They are awesome so far. They are the only store that made our sandwiches right. We have been at others and were left wanting.

I’ve been trying to do better, so decided on a 6” with cheese, spinach, cucumber, onion, & tomatoes with a bit of ranch and pepper… $8.00 🥴😬. No meat, just v guest and a 6”sandwich was 8$. Wow, subways is gouging on prices. Disgusting.

I feel like their false advertising right now because they're saying four footlongs for free and that's not the case. It's the fourth foot long it's free. You all need to fix your guys' advertisement or you guys need to give everybody four footlongs for free like you guys are advertising as of right now

I really like the Italian herb and cheese bread. My favorite sandwich is the steak and cheese. The bread is always fresh. I always like to try other sandwiches but I always go back to the steak and cheese.

I have visited many Subway restaurants, but none have matched the warmth and cleanliness of the location at 13556 Preston Road, Suite B, Dallas, TX 75240. The entire staff is consistently kind, welcoming, and effortlessly friendly, creating an atmosphere that makes me want to return again and again. They even go out of their way to suggest more economical menu options and share helpful tips on how to save money. I often use discount coupons when I stop in for lunch, yet not once have I seen any staff member show the slightest sign of displeasure. On the contrary, I am genuinely touched by how they kindly teach me how to use the app to purchase items at an even better price. It is a place I would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone.

Very poor experience. From the disinterested staff, lack of information about choices, impatience of server, no smiles or Thank you, to the substandard food, almost cold cup of tea which should be hot, barely toasted wrap, lack of fresh fillings, no beef, only chicken available, and nearly empty restaurant, we definitely won’t be returning!

2534 State Road 7, Margate, Florida by far the worse Subway I have ever visited. The Manager on site did not even great us when we walked in, the young lady preparing the subs was mumbling and had AirPods in her ears. The music playing was loud and quite annoying. We ate and as were leaving, I was kind of expecting the manager to say "Thank you Ladies, have a nice day" but NO, he ignored us completely. I paid $29.37 for 2 subs (6" & 1 FT), a bag of chips and a drink. I also ordered 2 chocolate chips cookies but couldn't eat them as they at least 3 days old. I will never be back to Subway. When did staff stop acknowledging customers?

I ordered ahead at the Subway in Breckenridge Colorado. When I picked it up, it had Mayonnaise all over it. I hate Mayonnaise. I had to wipe off all the Mayo before it was edible. If you pick up an order there, open it and check it out.

4 customers were refused service from Staff in Blanchester, Ohio. 2 Young Ladies were working one was named Lidia and did not get other ladies named. They just said, "We aren’t serving you." While sitting in car deciding where else to go both ladies kept coming to the window then looked the doors before closing time. It’s a shame that your employee are dictating how you should run your business/franchise. I wonder how often this happens.

First off I was asked if I had rewards I would like to use and I told them no but I do have a free cookie for my birthday but im unsure how to use it as it wouldn't work for me but if they wanted and could figure it out then I'd use that but wasnt a big deal and didn't care if GOT it or not and they took my phone, scanned something and never gave me a cookie nor did they give me cheese (or warm up the cold a$$ meat that should never be served under 135 degrees Fahrenheit) on my overpriced protein bowl.
Fast forward to 5 minutes later when I get home the police were at my door stating the subway people called and said I was intoxicated. Lol. I called and asked to speak to manager once police were at my house and the young girl said she was the manager so I asked her name and she told me she was going to hang up on me lmao. Hmmm. That's what a manager does is hang up on people? On customers? Funny! Do better with your young employees that think they are something more than they are 😅 posing as something and somebody you're not is a criminal charge. And if she is a "manager" she needs hella more training coz that is the most pathetic thing a person that calls themself a "manager" can do.
Educate your people and do better!!! Date of incident was November 18th, 2025 at approximately 845 p.m. I have debit card transaction for proof and I will be monitoring from here on out. I am a manager myself of a place way more regulated than a subway! We are state and federally ran where I manage at. Take action! This is far from acceptable! Quite ridiculous!

The Subway at 9602 N. Metro Parkway was not open at the posted time, This has happened twice, The guy behind the couldn't or wouldn't give an time when opened, If he can't get it together I won't eat there EVER. Subway will lose a customer.

Last time I visited a Subway store I came in with a coupon but was told by the staff member I could not use the coupon because of the bread I ordered (I wanted flat bread). It seemed strange at the time, but I didn't argue and paid full price for my sandwich. When I got home, I sent a question to Subway Customer Service asking them if the use of their coupons was predicated on the type of bread used in the sandwich. I never heard back, even after trying to contact them twice again over the course of the next few months. Subway has nonexistent customer service as far as I'm concerned and I would not patronize those who don't care enough about their customers to even answer a simple question.

Mary is a very good customer service. Very helpful and very speedful. Just the sandwich done correctly. The staff has very good customer service and respectful kind-hearted and polite. And yes I will come back.

Would give a negative 5 if I could, bought the chicken and avocado foot long on white and ate more than half and about 4 hours later, I was so sick it was coming out both ends, maybe they use expired chicken but the health department should look into it. I’ll never eat it again.

I go to this location a lot during lunch hour a couple times a week. Always on point with customer service and food is always fresh and delicious! I would recommend this location if you want something quick, fresh and tasty.

Scammers. Do not install the app, and do not give a personal info. They collect all your personal data and make it difficult to delete/close the app or get rid of annoying notification pushes and marketing.

OCT 04, 2025 • 12:30PM • $17.56 Order ** Falls Rd, Baltimore, MD. On Oct 4,2025 I made a order through the Subway app for delivery. (Transaction went through.) Waiting for the tracking info. Never came so I go online login to my account and seen the order is for pickup. Call the store immediately ((410) 366-4800). Told them the app made a mistake. My order is for delivery not pickup. "Refund the money and we can start over." They told me no refund. I live in NYC and was ordering for a disabled person that can come to the door like I have been doing in the past. (Subway refund policy: To get a refund, you must contact the specific Subway restaurant or use the app's support section within a short timeframe (often 24 hours) and provide proof of purchase.) I did all that Subway ask in their refund policy. Still nothing.

Subway always hits the spot! The bread is fresh, the veggies are crisp, and the staff are super friendly and quick, even during rush hours. I love how customizable every sub is—you can make it exactly how you want. Great place for a healthy, tasty, and affordable meal!

The both times I visited Subway the experience has been horrible, the service is terrible! The workers just ignore that you're in line, running their mouth, don’t ask if want to order something to eat! Ended up leaving since I got tired of waiting!

Recently ordered take out and service was very slow and poor, only one employee. The vegetables had been harden as if they were left out to dry. The taste of the vegetables was of paper or cardboard, no flavor at all. There was no Flatbread to make my sandwich. One footlong with different meats should not be charged as two 6 inch sandwiches so yeah I paid over $32.

I love the customer service at the Lowell, Arkansas Subway; they are so nice, helpful and awesome service. To be honest, this Subway is one of the best and the location is great as well so If you want an awesome food service and friendly people, come to the Lowell Subway in Arkansas.
