A fellow worker bought 3 gift cards, gave one to myself and two others with $10 dollars on each. When we went to use them they had no money on them! The person who bought them had a receipt for them! The district mgr said he couldn’t do anything about it!

I am done spending any money at Subway. I placed an online order and they messed up my order then I go in and ask for a manager or corporate's number and I get told there is no manager and trying to call corporate got me nowhere. Then they have you fill out some form with a robot that gets you nowhere either. Subway is a joke.

It is sad how Subway would sell the franchise to individual people. But Subway don't make the store owner stand behind the coupons, only certain ones they would honor, not all of them. If you ever have a complaint you would never talk to a human, you would have to go on the internet and nothing would get resolved. I will have to let the news media talk to these hidden people.

Subway Spectrum Irvine branch... Very bad experience the old representative's guy who's serving this branch.... Very bad attitude in addition to doesn't care with customer requirements and BAD handling of food arrangement. Finally BAD advertising of Subway image.

This whole rage about protein is B.S. The advertisements that you see are bogus and nothing but hype. The subway commercial does a good job with advertising this. Subway sells sandwiches , not protein shakes. You do not get fit by not eating. Sandwiches have nothing to do with fitness. Sandwiches are a lunch meal. That is all they are. There is no miracle behind a sandwich. If that's the case, then Subway would be better off advertising the amount of protein in a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Then charge an arm and leg for it. (What a bunch of idiots.)
I just recently went to Subway and bought 2 BLT footlongs for their deal price for $6.99 per sub. So, by the time I checked out my subs on the App, my total was $18 and I left a few dollar tip. Good thing i never paid full price. I would have end up paying close to $30 (thirty dollars) for both subs. When I got home, opened them up and looked them. The sub looked very small, no bacon on the BLT, whatsoever. I saw only a very small amount, if any, a couple pieces of bacon. The bacon was not fresh and did not taste too good. Then came the lettuce. The lettuce was rotten around the edge and looked to be a few days old. On the other sub that I had bought, the bread was crusty and hard (Like it had been sitting out for a week or more).
At this point I was very very dissatisfied and felt robbed of my money which is true. Subway is a food restaurant and is in the business of feeding people (NOT ROBBING THEM). I remember years ago. Subway was never as cheap and unprofessional as they are today. They actually fed you, with a sandwich and you were satisfied. Their sandwiches used to be stacked and fresh. I do not plan on going back to Subway for a very long time. I can make my own sandwiches at home, Thank you!

Placed mobile order and forgot to say I wanted one of the footlongs toasted so I went up to ask if I could have one out of the two toasted and she said, "You need to click on the option in the app for that." And I said I understand but accidentally bypassed that. I said, "If you cant do it then dont toast it" and she was like, "I can cancel your order" all loud and I said, "No ma'am I don't want that. If it was such a problem just don't toast it." There was no need for her to be rude. Wasn't very professional. I don't know if she was having a bad day or what but I felt like her target.

I barely go to Subway only because in Fairfax County VA you can barely tell there’s any meat on the sandwich. When away from the area and stopped in a subway I was shocked at the difference in how much meat they put on a sandwich etc Arizona, Williamsburg VA. Pretty sad how we get slited and the reason I only go once in like several years.

Updated on 04/20/2026: Following up my review of April 12th about not receiving an email to redeem my birthday reward. Now 8 days before my birthday and STILL have no way to get my birthday reward!!! Obviously Subway does not bother reading reviews or someone would have reached out to me but that has not happened!!!
Original Review: Have a birthday reward listed in my rewards section but no code to use. Was told by Sammy I would receive an email. The question is when?? My birthday is in 15 days and nothing received yet. Subway provides ZERO support!!! No phone number listed, no email and Sammy is a Bot. So he is AU. Artificially Unintelligent. My issue is NOT listed as an option. I am forced to select a date when that is NOT applicable!!! Emails local manager three times and never received a response! Terrible way to NOT support customers with their issues!! How do submit a receipt when no purchase has been made??? Terrible web design!!!!

Poor management and quality is poor. We ordered a protein pocket. The person that made it was a kid named Jayse. He decided to pour a bottle of ranch. It seemed like I could not eat it and the management would not do anything about it.

The worst experience ever. I order almost every day and never has it been this bad. I order my food on the app and when I go pick it up she said it was already picked up and I told her, "I didn't pick it up. You must have given it to someone by mistake" and she said, "No I didn't." Well I didn't get my order and she tried telling me that ordered at the wrong location but it was the correct location. She just made a mistake and didn't want to admit and on tops of it she got mad and remade my order and it was burnt and nasty. I'll never come back. I'm very disappointed y'all do better!!! Walmart Subway location onIndustrial Blvd in Covington GA 30014.

I hope that the kitchen is clean in the store because the Subway restroom was filthy and gross, needless to say, unsanitary. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for months! It was like a tornado hit. Trash was full and overflowing and sink was filthy, paper covering the floor in the stall. Toilet was filthy dirty. I let the customer service know and highly recommend that they not let anyone in because it was seriously in need of service. Oh, on a positive note, there was some toilet paper, soap and paper towels. So embarrassed for you, Subway. To think that you need a key to enter.

Been standing here waiting. Lady watch me come in and turned away and went to back and hasn't came to front to help me. Not once. Just back there talking to another employee. Got one employee out here in front telling me that you must ring the bell to receive service here. I don't feel I need to ring bell when she saw me standing here and walked away from me. She just refused to do her job. I will not spend any more money here at this Subway.

Manager and her boyfriend need to wear beard netting, both of them. My wife hade a Red hair in her sub and I had 3 black hairs baked into the bread of my sub! Floor had piles of dirt. Counter did not look clean!

Although the customer service was ok, don't understand why my sub can not be made to my choice, especially if I am not asking for any extra. Wanted my mustard on my tuna. Was told it has to go on the bread (5 minute conversation), it my sandwich why can't I have it to my liking. Will take my business to another sub facility.

I went there and I wanted the Italian trio but instead of a wrap I wanted to make it into a sandwich and they wouldn't allow me to do that. They also said I could not add or take away anything on it. But what if I'm allergic to something but I still want that. I just wanted to change one ingredient. I find that very rude. I want to add more calories to it. They wouldn't allow that. They said it needed to be exactly the way it looks and I can understand that but it's Subway. You can add and change things the way you want. It's always been that way. They were very dismissive and a little rude.

Ordered online, received points and acknowledge receipt of order, took money from credit card, given a time to pick pickup order, went to get sub sandwich they could find order even when given order number. Tried several times to communicate with store, by email and phone no response went to store got a phone number for corporate, phone number kept going into voice mail. Gave my number to the manager at store. Sshe stated her manager would give me a call, after two weeks of no response I decided to write this review.

This app is impossible to use. I've been trying for a week to order the $6.99 footlong as advertised on tv. I am extremely dissatisfied. My husband and I received a gift card for Subway that we can't use as we'd like.

I ordered 2 subs from Subway yesterday (3-10-26) from the subway on Russell street in Hadley MA. They were supposed to to ready by 2:08 pm, I was there at 2:20. This store is inside Walmat. The Walmart was closed, as they had no power. I called three times to let them know that I wouldn't be there, it went to voicemail but they hadn't set up their voicemail mailbox, so no message could be left. The store has been there for YEARS. I called the next day and talked to a women at 9 30 am, she informed me that she opened the store at 9 and closed at 9. I repeatedly asked what time the store reopened due to the power failure and she repeatedly side stepped the question. Talk about lack of Customer service. Just tell the truth. I WILL NEVER be back to this location.,

SUBWAY 11977 St Charles Rock Rd Suite 140 Bridgeton, MO, 63044 314-344-3335. Do not go to this store. They changed my order from delivery to pickup and when I called to correct it, they claim to not understand what I was saying. I requested my money back and the manager(?) kept talking about who was going to eat the sandwich. I requested my refund 3 times and he stated "too bad no refund" then hung up. I called the authorities to go up there.

Subway #3015-0 14344 Ventura Blvd Sherman Oaks CA 91424. Employee # ** was so rude and was making the subs with hardly any items when requested -Olives she put about 6 and had to be asked twice. As well as other items and then my daughter dropped 20 bucks but didn't notice until we were across the street. When we went back she said she didn't see it. Well it was 1020 pm so there were no other customers. Her attitude alone was bad then she was dishonest. Shame.

We went to the store at E 47th street. They are awesome so far. They are the only store that made our sandwiches right. We have been at others and were left wanting.

I’ve been trying to do better, so decided on a 6” with cheese, spinach, cucumber, onion, & tomatoes with a bit of ranch and pepper… $8.00 🥴😬. No meat, just v guest and a 6”sandwich was 8$. Wow, subways is gouging on prices. Disgusting.

I feel like their false advertising right now because they're saying four footlongs for free and that's not the case. It's the fourth foot long it's free. You all need to fix your guys' advertisement or you guys need to give everybody four footlongs for free like you guys are advertising as of right now

I really like the Italian herb and cheese bread. My favorite sandwich is the steak and cheese. The bread is always fresh. I always like to try other sandwiches but I always go back to the steak and cheese.

I have visited many Subway restaurants, but none have matched the warmth and cleanliness of the location at 13556 Preston Road, Suite B, Dallas, TX 75240. The entire staff is consistently kind, welcoming, and effortlessly friendly, creating an atmosphere that makes me want to return again and again. They even go out of their way to suggest more economical menu options and share helpful tips on how to save money. I often use discount coupons when I stop in for lunch, yet not once have I seen any staff member show the slightest sign of displeasure. On the contrary, I am genuinely touched by how they kindly teach me how to use the app to purchase items at an even better price. It is a place I would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone.

Very poor experience. From the disinterested staff, lack of information about choices, impatience of server, no smiles or Thank you, to the substandard food, almost cold cup of tea which should be hot, barely toasted wrap, lack of fresh fillings, no beef, only chicken available, and nearly empty restaurant, we definitely won’t be returning!

2534 State Road 7, Margate, Florida by far the worse Subway I have ever visited. The Manager on site did not even great us when we walked in, the young lady preparing the subs was mumbling and had AirPods in her ears. The music playing was loud and quite annoying. We ate and as were leaving, I was kind of expecting the manager to say "Thank you Ladies, have a nice day" but NO, he ignored us completely. I paid $29.37 for 2 subs (6" & 1 FT), a bag of chips and a drink. I also ordered 2 chocolate chips cookies but couldn't eat them as they at least 3 days old. I will never be back to Subway. When did staff stop acknowledging customers?
