    If I could give this zero stars I would. Especially, for service. I just had a terrible experience with your "manager" at a Manchester CT location, extremely unprofessional. Extremely rude. Refused to help. Made tons of sarcastic comments. Spoke to me like dirt when all I wanted to know was if my Uber Eats order went through. You should be ashamed of hiring such a poorly trained, disrespectful and rude person and giving them a position representing your company and interacting with customers.

    I wouldn't speak to anyone the way she spoke to me and my wife let alone a customer and her absolute refusal to even help us with our inquiry I can guarantee is against every policy in every customer service industry in existence. I will absolutely be telling every single person I know not to go to that store. To wrap it all up - my order was completely wrong. I got hash browns instead of a croissant and a bagel instead of a croissant as well. This is straight up the worst most incompetent experience I have ever had with any restaurant ever.

    I had an awful experience with the cashier and two other employees. One being a manager. I’m 68. I was talked to in the most inappropriate way. They had me step aside for a black coffee, to wait. She kept taking other customers and when I asked for my coffee, I was told she was very busy and make a remark to the whole store that I couldn’t wait 2 seconds for my coffee! I asked for my money back, told to wait. I was so mad, they threatened to call police, which was okay with me! So rude, disrespectful. I’m here writing this because I was contacted by customer service. They said they would talked directly to field manager and someone would be in touch within 2 days. Nobody has responded to me yet! Happened two weeks ago. I’ll never go back and I’m so disgusted with the whole thing! They must not care enough about their customers. They don’t address complaints.

      I was just at Dunkin' in McConnellsburg, PA today and was greeted with friendliness and fast service. Of course, I love the drink and food selection at any of the locations. They can put a smile on a rough day! Thanks, McConnellsburg Dunkin' for today!

      Today was my worst experience but it is usually pretty bad when I go in there but today five people were working standing around as I stood at the counter for over 5 minutes waiting to get two donuts. After I said something nobody moved. I then moved to the second window, said something again and got yelled at that they'll get to me when they can as they all were standing around. Worst Dunkin' Donuts ever. Do not go there.

      On 3-6-26 at 8am at Baldwinsville NY on Genesee St, waited 25 minutes in drive thru line before order was taken. Gal at window exchanged my small coffee not once, but twice. Waited over ten minutes at window. Finally got the order except for my plain toasted bagel which she said she was waiting for. Not true! There was at least 9 bags sitting at the sandwich area that had not been picked up AND mine was one of them. Got home and discovered the bagel was not fresh and the two blueberry muffins were chocolate chip. The gal at the window should never be in charge of anything and the gal making the sandwiches should be promoted.

      I went to my local Dunkin’ Donuts to get a Hazelnut latte. Nobody was at the counter so I used the Kiosk. I didn’t find my flavor and needed to speak to an employee, I waited at the counter for over 5 minutes for someone to see me. No one showed up, so I looked in the back and saw someone. She looked at me and said one minute. l waited 10, looked in the back again and another looked at me and asked rudely asked me if I used the kiosk and said if I didn’t, I would just have to wait!!!! I gave up and left.

      Five stars man. I tell you if you go into a DD with a camera and an important look on your face you will get free food. They gave a free large coffee of my choice and 2 dozen of donuts FOR FREE. I love America.

      In December 2025 I purchased 2 bacon, egg + cheese croissants at the Dania beach Florida location 550 S Federal Hy. I noticed the bacon looked a little limp so I opened up the sandwich.The bacon wasn't even cooked. (See picture) I contacted Dunkin via their website and asked why this happened and that I wanted a refund or credit. I was told someone would get back to me but that never happened even though I gave them over a month and multiple emails. Shop elsewhere or take a chance of getting food poisoning.

      My family and I were en route to Orlando from Miami. We stopped at the DD at the Ft Pierce plaza. We waited 40 mins for food that was cold. Burnt and unappetizing. Customer service was of no help. Don't stop here!

      I live in Clinton Md, I have visited the Dunkin here twice and both times there is no one up front, and when they did see you they act like I'm a bother, everyone is in drive thru. When someone does wait on me, I feel like I am a real problem. With the doughnut shop down the street I would think that we would get better service, even without competition it's plain customer service.
