    I am a senior citizen and a retired Registered Nurse. There was an advertisement poster stating "Unlock free guac Scan to become a new rewards member & get free guac instantly." They charged me for the guac. I reminded the employee of what the sign said. He said, "That's for next week." I replied, " It states "instantly," not 3 days. We went back and forth. Another employee said, 'You want something free." The manager said, "i will call the police." I responded, "That's a great suggestion. Maybe they can define what the word "instantly" means." I never cursed, nor did I speak loudly. I reported the incident via email and did not receive a reply. I encouraged all my family & friends to not dine there.

    Got a coupon in my email for a buy one get one free to use on my app and it will not accept it and it expires in 3 days, I have contacted customer service 4 times and they tell me to send proof of the email so I did this twice and they never got back to me! Customer service is the absolute worst.

      This is the 2nd time that I have been to this particular location (Chipotle - 4953 Centre Pointe Dr., North Charleston, SC, 29418) where they have been out of KEY items. I specifically went to This is the second time I’ve visited this particular location (Chipotle – 4953 Centre Pointe Dr., North Charleston, SC 29418) and found them out of key items. I specifically came in for the al pastor chicken, only to be told it would be another 15 minutes before it was ready. They were also out of grilled vegetables.

      When I expressed my disappointment, the employee responded, “We only have one grill person—you can come back and help if you want something.” That comment was both surprising and unprofessional. I’m curious—does the same owner operate the West Ashley location? That team consistently does things the right way, and this location could definitely take some notes. P.S. To make matters worse, the food was cold again by the time I got home. At this point, I would prefer a refund rather than a “free drink” on a future visit, as I don’t plan on returning to this location—even though it’s the closest to my home.

      I was racially profiled and deeply offended by the manager! The manager's name is Esaul **. I do plan on pursuing legal action towards him and the store. It is NOT ok for him to speak to people the way he does. I also left a google review for this location and was NOT surprised that they have a lot of 1 star reviews. A lot of them dealing with poor management and service.

      I had yet ANOTHER bad experience at my local Chipotle in Calhoun, GA. I contacted corporate via their website, including uploading a photocopy of my receipt as required, then when I received correspondence from their so called customer service, they again asked me for the receipt. I had already thrown it away since I had already uploaded it, and they then demanded my credit card info, dates, times, ordered items, etc., etc., despite the fact that I had already given them the receipt picture copy plus all my other info. I refused to give them my credit card info, for obvious reasons, and told them to LOOK AT MY FORM and get it from there, and instead of rectifying the issue or offering ANY customer service, they emailed and stated that they were "considering this matter closed and ending the interaction". ZERO customer service!! It's like they do that entire thing ON PURPOSE so they can tell you to screw off.... CHIPOTLE SUCKS!!!!

      A few weeks ago I received an email promotion from Chipotle. The picture in the email (as shown in the attached photo) said 50% off an entree and 815 points beneath. Since you can redeem 1625 points to get a free entree, so I interpreted the promotion as redeeming an entree using roughly only half of the normal points. To my big surprise, they insisted me pay the other half after taking away 815 points from my account at the check-out. Since there were several people behind me I didn't want to make it a scene at that moment. Essentially I paid the full price, half with points and half with money. I emailed the customer service a few days later and was told the promotion meant that way. It's such a deceiving promotion that I got sucked into it.

      I asked the customer service why I even bothered to use the promotion if I ended up paying the regular full price. They simply avoided answering my question. It's so sad Chipotle has become such a deceiving company not to mention raising prices several times in addition cutting the quantity of food. I hope no more people like me got fooled.

      My review is not about the restaurant service but the use of their gift cards. I would advise customers to never purchase a gift card as I discovered they lose their value twice. I say twice because the dollar in general becomes worth less as time goes by and due to inflation. But Chipotle takes it a step further by devaluing your gift card for each year you do not use it. I had a $15 gift card which only had a value of over $11 when I finally used it. It doesn't make sense to me considering chipotle probably raised their prices in the last three years and gave me less value for my gift card as well.

      We’re here at 1918 Skibo Chipotle for the Bogo. Before standing in line we asked were they gonna service everyone already in line before 1600. They replied yes! At 4:02 they announced they will not services anyone else, even though we’d been in line since 3:15. This was wrong & unprofessional. There was zero compensation whatsoever. This is very SAD. They always not standing by their word. Chipotle does this to get folks out & then there’s always some catch22! WHY! Are you all looking to be boycotted, because this has become a awful habit with this company…🤯

      Both meat and pepper and onion portions were meager. When you ask for a little extra meat, they charge it as double meat which practically doubles the price. Person behind the counter was surly and borderline rude. Store in Lockport, IL.

      This review is not for Chipotle but it is for a specific person at the Henderson, NV St. Rore Chipotle store... There is a woman who works there by the name JAN... This lady is a workhorse, she multi-tasks so much she secretly has to be a superwoman... She helps customers, she makes food, she preps food, and she cleans counters/floors, all while she is smiling under all that pressure and always pleasant and polite... WOW!! Hey Chipotle managment this lady is worth a huge promotion. Whatever you pay her you should triple it, and promote her out of the store and into a corporate position... She is AMAZINGLY GREAT!! Chipotle, you are lucky to have her...
