Sadly, I will be saying good bye to my old favorite pralines 'n cream. I can't believe this is happening but then again I can with the shrinkflation and greedflation going on these days. First, the size of the "pint" changed to 14 ounces which was sad but I got over that. Now, it's the actual quality of the product. I had a "pint" the other day and I noticed that the flavor was very bland. I also noticed that there was barely any pecans in the ice cream as usual. I had one lonely piece of pecan in my mouth several times during eating it. I thought it was just a bad batch so I purchased another pint at a later date and wouldn't you know it was bland as well with barely any pecans. So, this is the norm now, right? I will NEVER purchase from this brand again as obviously they don't mind sacrificing quality to gain higher profits. In reality, they are losing loyal customers and hopefully will get the karma they deserve for deceiving customers.

This review is for the ARVERNE NEW YORK LOCATION. This store apparently never changes the online menu or they leave it the same to trap customers. I have ordered from them on more than one occasion and same ice creams are unavailable. Upon changing my selection, the ones delivered are not the changed picks and the ice creams delivered are freezer burned. Powdery consistency this last time. I would never recommend this store to anyone. I will also never use them again. Unfortunate to have to use other places like carvel, etc.

Awful service, disgusting taste. What’s happening to Baskin Robbins?? I’m a regular customer, and I can’t stand attitude/disrespect and no service. We should all boycott these places. No receipt was given upon payment.

RENO, NV on N. McCarran. They don't even deserve 1 star. Mgr. Mel .... HOW DARE YOU call me hours later and when I answer you ask if my ISSUE has been resolved! MY ISSUE was with YOU and the store and consumer deception and fraud. Look at BR pic of a 3 scoop order and tell me if it would look anything like what I received!! On the phone you wouldn't help, you didn't care that I paid $21.14 for a 3 scoop, plus bananas, plus 3 portions of caramel topping and whatever arrived in the smallest lid container BR has ..... Was NOT what I paid for. To make matters worse when I called you, you tried convincing me you spoke with the person who filled my order and they gave me everything .... THAT'S A LIE!!!

I went to Baskin Robbins in Manhattan KS and asked for a Chocolate sundae. The picture shows it with vanilla Iice cream, just the way I wanted it. When I started biting into it I had chocolate ice cream for my sundae. Sorry to say it was awful. It was like eating nothing but chocolate. I don’t get it. The service was so fast that I couldn’t see you made my order incorrectly

My husband and I went into Baskin Robbins on Mayfield in South Euclid and we waiting 10 + minutes before I asked was the 4 people I seen was the only one working, 1 (in the bathroom) 1 (one the phone by the bathroom) 1 (actually making an other) 1(looking like a deer in head lights) then this nice young man with shoulder length dreads came up front and was very polite and took our order. This location needs new staff.

Baskin Robbins' customer service is bad. Mobile orders are not really mobile you have to go inside and get. And they don't give exceptions. They also got my order completely wrong with no straws or spoons and wrong flavors. They do not refund. They do not keep manager onsite or owner. It is just bad service. But they make sure to raise prices. That they do very well with. I do not recommend BR.

I have been buying Baskin Robbin’s chocolate chip ice cream since the 60’s. Bought some tonight and was very disappointed. Completely changed. A lot of vanilla ice cream with a little bit of chocolate chips. Same thing I can buy at the grocery store for a lot less. 😩

The scoops are hollow and small and they charge too much for the amount of ice cream you get, and why would there be summer flavors? Only reason I was willing to be ripped off is the beach day flavor was really good, and they stop it because it's only offered in the summer? Ridiculous. I won't be going back, sorry!

My dad used to take me as a child, but it has gotten watered down since then. Customer service was fine, it was just the milkshake. I tasted more milk than anything. It was like I paid 7 dollars for a cup of milk with Oreo cookies in it. Not good at all and I was a little disappointed.

Changing policy against using Cash. You are not for kids/youth and adults on the autism spectrum that don’t have debit cards and younger kids. I guess you’re not supporting inclusion customers. Please change your policy back to the policy. Not returning to your stores after 40+ years.

I was just disappointed how much it is for a one scoop of ice cream. It is 3.89 now. I got 2 ice cream ones for 9.00. It was 5.00 last year. I will not be surprised if some of the locations will be closing. No thanks.... I rather go to Walmart or Jewel and get my money worth.

I have not been to Baskin-Robbins in about a decade. I stopped in this afternoon to get a scoop for me and a scoop for my mom. Over 8$ for two scoops of ice cream. Outrageous! I won't be back. Corporate greed is alive and well. The server was very nice and took about .50 cents off the bill.

If I could give a zero I would. I asked for a Reese's sundae as I am highly allergic to gluten and they added cookie dough at the bottom. I called the manager on duty, who would not help and told me to call corporate. She then also told me she was new and They continued to tell me they wouldn't help and call corporate. I told her best practice on stuff like this is to call her boss and she said, "No, call corporate." I have the shift lead's name and the general manager's name, and will provide that upon request. I have my receipt with all order details, along with the cookie dough I never asked for.

I went to get a hot fudge sundae 2 scoops for $5.69 and when I got it I questioned if it was only 1 scoop since was barely full. They weigh the scoops at 2oz each. This is insane and made me so mad. What a waste of money!!!

For 40 yrs I have had great memories of Baskin Robbins. Because of prices I don't visit as much, but I do still treat myself, during Holiday season, to their peppermint ice cream. Yesterday I faithfully bought a quart. While looking at the large tub through the glass, I thought I was looking at boring strawberry. What they were calling peppermint did not have the usual vibrant pink color, nor could I see the typically visible peppermint candy pieces. Hoping the enemic color did not represent the flavor, and also hoping the candy pieces were hiding below the surface, I let the employee continue. As I watched each scoop, I didn't see even one red candy piece.

We were from out of town for a tournament and ordered a cake for a birthday on the main website for Morrisville NC. Said they were open until 9. We selected pickup at 8. Order confirmation said 8. Came to pick up and closed at 7. No call no email. Left the next morning so no cake. Called CS twice now and total runaround and store won’t respond to issue. Second time I called, CS agent hung up on me as said shift ended. Terrible customer service. Won’t ever shop Baskin Robbins again. Hope someone gets fired.

Got an ice cream cake for our anniversary. The cake was stale and the ice cream texture seemed to have been re-frozen. Contacted them about the CAKE and they replied they would improve the SERVICE. TERRIBLE PRODUCT and they obviously don't pay attention to problems as reported.

The Watchung location on Somerset is the worst ever, Had a graduation celebration planned, arrived to pick up custom cake Friday 5/12, it was not ready as promised. Returned today 5/13, waited and when brought out, it was literally melted to half size and collapsed in the box like the Wicked Witch. They actually presented it to me with blurred melted message on top of the deflated cake. They grabbed another similar cake and dropped just a graduation cap on it and presented it. I asked if it was same ice cream we ordered, they said yes, lied outright and then presented this crap to me for the $36.00 I had paid. They are incompetent and made matters worse lying and misrepresenting the product, thus ruining the graduation party. I would strongly urge that no one visits this poorly managed location in the future. Horrible experience in all ways,

What a disappointment. Paid $5.02 for a ripoff “2 scoop” Barely 1 scoop. Wish there was a way to attach a picture. I was watching while the male worker smushed the cone in the cup so hard it crushed the cone. Went back in and explained what he did, got another cone, and left. No, "Oops, sorry lady, nothing." But then, he knew what he was doing. He had to feel the cone break while he did it.

I placed and online order a week in advance for a $30 Small Ice cream cake. (Overpriced). I went to pick up my order and the doors were barricaded and locked. I called the store and they let me in. I told them I was there for my order and was quickly told the cake maker is out with the flu today and didn't finish my cake. I told her they had a week in advance notice to make it and I was told to choose one they already had made or go through the online process to get a refund that she couldn't give me a refund in the store.

I was refused service on 8-28-2022 with my grandkids. 5 staffs was on duty and I was the only customer. They refused to acknowledge me and my two grandkids. Please do not patronize them. They discriminate against **.

There was hair in my ice cream. NOT ONCE BUT TWICE...NO REMORSE FROM KAT THE MANAGER. I will make sure I let people know about this. I bought a quart with chocolate chip mint and chocolate chip... Got home, put four spoonfuls in a bowl. Went to my room, took a bite...nothing. Took another bite with both flavors and a hair. Obviously, it was in the mint ice cream.

We were traveling over the weekend and stopped at the Baskin-Robbins in McDonald, TN. We went in and the clerk was very pleasant but unfortunately the store didn't keep up with her spirit. I ordered a Hot Fudge Sundae and was told their hot fudge machine had been broken for months. Disappointed, but in the mood for ice cream, I said, "I'll have two scoops of chocolate ice cream in a cup." The reply came, "We're out of chocolate." How can a franchise location have a hot fudge machine that hasn't worked for months?

Excellent quality, store was very clean, restrooms were clean as well, Friendly service! Definitely return! As soon as I walked in I was greeted, they are wearing masks which I really like! Thank you Lake Jackson Baskins! You ROCK.
