    I was refused service on 8-28-2022 with my grandkids. 5 staffs was on duty and I was the only customer. They refused to acknowledge me and my two grandkids. Please do not patronize them. They discriminate against **.

    There was hair in my ice cream. NOT ONCE BUT TWICE...NO REMORSE FROM KAT THE MANAGER. I will make sure I let people know about this. I bought a quart with chocolate chip mint and chocolate chip... Got home, put four spoonfuls in a bowl. Went to my room, took a bite...nothing. Took another bite with both flavors and a hair. Obviously, it was in the mint ice cream.

    We were traveling over the weekend and stopped at the Baskin-Robbins in McDonald, TN. We went in and the clerk was very pleasant but unfortunately the store didn't keep up with her spirit. I ordered a Hot Fudge Sundae and was told their hot fudge machine had been broken for months. Disappointed, but in the mood for ice cream, I said, "I'll have two scoops of chocolate ice cream in a cup." The reply came, "We're out of chocolate." How can a franchise location have a hot fudge machine that hasn't worked for months?

    Excellent quality, store was very clean, restrooms were clean as well, Friendly service! Definitely return! As soon as I walked in I was greeted, they are wearing masks which I really like! Thank you Lake Jackson Baskins! You ROCK.

    I had ordered a cake from the website thinking it would be better than Carvel but I was WRONG!! I scheduled a Saturday pick up at 2pm, I called around 10am to confirmed if it's ready for pick up. The person I spoke to on the phone was really nice and told me the cake didn't arrive yet, he said he will have to contact delivery company to find out when it will arrive… so I said “okay no problem”, 15 mins went by, nothing..Half an hour later I got a call from the store saying it was delayed and told me it will be there at 2 pm for sure.

    I hanged up the phone and got a phone call a couple minutes later from the delivery or wherever they made the cake from saying the cake was damaged in transit and it will arrive a littler later than 2 pm. I said no problem, my husband can pick up around 4 or 5pm..They said yeah it will be definitely be there around 4pm or 5 pm. At 5:30pm, my husband drove to pick up the cake and they said the cake was never delivered! They gave us a cake as an apology but it was not a cake that I customized! The next morning, which is Sunday morning…I called and the person told me the cake had just arrived this morning!!! I am like “Oh okay”. So no one called me to let me know it was going to be delayed for another day?! Aright fine…My husband went and got the cake…Needless to say the cake looks horrible! Didn't even look like the picture shown on the website! I was embarrassed at the party. I don't think I will ever order from Baskin Robbins again.

    Baskin Robbins in Ooltewah TN needs to train their people better. I went in tonight and purchased a pint of chocolate ice cream and a 3 scoop hot fudge sundae. When I was handed the hot fudge sundae it was in a large cup and the scoops of ice cream were so small that they did not even reach half way up the cup. When I pointed this out to the young woman who made it she just looked at me like I tough luck. I probably wont be back there, and that's a real shame because we have needed a place like this in Ooltewah for some time. But that's just too much money for so little. Nowadays people can't afford to get ripped off like that.

    I am a dasher. I went to the store and gave my cell phone to fulfill my order in order to make the employ easier to work on my order. A lady worked on my order and charge my company card. I trusted her and did not check items. I never had any missing issues before. When I delivered to the customer, he complain about missing two items among five items total. I got shocked. Then I called the store number, a lady picked up the phone and said, "Go to the store and get the items after paying." She never feel sorry for the mistake. I went to the store and paid by my own card because company card work only once in a order. I waited 10 minutes to get the missing items. They never said sorry for their mistake. Very worst customer service, ever. I hate this place.

    I paid for a cake at the Little Elm location and was given a cake with half the ice cream it is supposed to have. I have spoken with the cake maker several times begging for help to have this corrected before our family party and I was told I have to call the owner Greg **. I have tried to call him on his phone and at the store and left message but he has not contacted me.

    I called other stores to verify the mistake made by this store and was told I was given half the ice cream I was supposed to receive. I have ordered this same cake which is tradition for our family every year for at least 15 years and have never had this problem from other locations. I just want what I paid for and in time for our special occasion which is what Baskin-Robbins advertises they do. Not contacting me and refusing to correct this is unprofessional of Baskin-Robbins cheating a customer is wrong. I will never do business with this store again but other people should know how they choose to do business. Thank you for your time.

    I was so excited to eat my ice cream but then I found some bug with wings that looked like an ant. You know I still ate it (around the ant) because I’m not that much of a Karen to throw out perfectly good ice cream, it was good but the bugs gotta go. That’s all I’ll say for that.

    So I order a warm cookie sandwich, She hardly even put any ice cream on it. I stay not even 5 mins away. By the time I got home it was melted. Cookie hard as a rock. I don’t understand. This was my first time & last time going.

    To keep this review as short as possible, I will try to summarize:

    1. Baskin Robbins is taking advantage of the coronavirus situation. I usually buy 4 prepaks for $28 and instead, needing it delivered since we are high risk and have to stay home, it costs $54.50 for the same amount. I looked into it and it isn't the delivery company doing this. Baskin Robbins is charging approx. $48 for the same 4 prepaks. The rest are the fees charged from the delivery company which is fair.

    2. I had a black hair in my prepak. I am a redhead. I was disgusted and because of the virus very worried. I have never had a hair in my ice cream before and got anxious that I could catch the virus if the person whose hair it was had the virus. Instead of letting me know the day they were contacted if I could get the virus that way, they made me stress out. I told them it is causing me stress and they didn't care. I asked what day it was produced and had to wait for an answer. It turns out the date under the container is a year from the date made. I gave them the info on the bottom of the box so why was there a delay to tell me the production date?

    3. I ended up spending time researching and calling public health and writing e-mails. Baskin offered me 1 prepak for all that happened. I said that 1 prepak should replace the one that had the hair AND I deserved more for what happened and the stress and work involved. They asked me what I wanted and then disregarded my response. They are giving me a total of 1 prepak to make up to me for all the stress and work I did and the replacement. That isn't fair.

    4. Just in case anyone wonders, this was from the corporate office that didn't care. They are the ones that handled the entire situation. I later wrote the CEO of Dunkin Brands that owns Baskin Robbins and he never bothered responding.

    5. I have been a loyal customer of Baskin Robbins for decades. They DON'T care about their customers.

    I purchased ice cream on yesterday 1/17/20. My order was 3 quarts of fresh packed ice cream. I asked the server if she would make sure the ice cream was packed and weighed. She lied and she it was weighed and that she had packed the ice cream. When I got home the ice cream was only reached half way the quart. I knew she wasn't packing the ice cream but I took her words. Not sure who the owner is of this locations but I suggest that you not purchase ice cream from the location 3266 Westheimer near the River Oaks area. These are cheaper of their products. I will not purchase from them again.

    I ordered the cake for my uncle's birthday, the pic online looks really good, but when I pick up it turn out soooo ugly. Even 10 years old kid could do better, I think this is totally wrong. It is like the scam for steal people money. And it ruined my plan. I have to run to another store to get a different cake for my uncle birthday. And it is Christmas even 5pm today. I don’t know if any cake store still open or my uncle would have no cake. Cause I would not take that cake to the party. It is so embarrassing. Beware everyone. Don’t buy cake from them.

    I purchased a pre-packed 1/2 gallon of my favorite flavor, chocolate-chip, at my local Shell Station Convenience Store. That night, while enjoying the ice cream I got a bite of what I first thought was a big piece of chocolate. After chewing and swallowing what-ever it was, I digging around the carton. What I found (within the top 3/4" of the carton) was something that was dark 'off-white' shaped like a section of Tootsie Roll. It was about 3/8" round, barrel shaped and about 1/2" long. I dug two pieces of what-ever this is out and washed them off in cold water. Upon closer examination I found a 'dark brown' colored core running the length of these cylinders. The object has the consistency of modeling clay, and has a pretty bland taste. I'm trying to find out what this is, but in the meantime, the carton is in my freezer and I warned my wife about eating any more of it.

    Do not order cake online. They just want to steal your money. So I ordered pearl and petal cake and what I got is some trashy cake. Look disgusting. I wish I can put the photo of their masterpiece here.

    I wanted to purchase 2 quarts of pre-packed ice-cream today. I had a gift card for the value of $8.00 when they scanned it, the register voided the gift card value and something went wrong. The guy decided to void the transaction and start over, which deleted the value of the gift card to $0. Now he is saying I have to pay full price because he can't fix it. There is no supervisor, no manager or even owner of this store he can contact since he is new at this job and I was told to waited about 30 minutes to meet with his manager who was supposed to come to the store.

    At some point I started giving up and just wanted to pay for my order the full price which is crazy because he "stole" the value of my gift card as he voided it in the first place. This guy at the register (Andrew **) if that is his real name at all told me he is not going to ring me up until his manager comes. What the hell??? Really, I tought?! I told him if he doesn't ring me up, then he will not ring anyone up, because I am next in line and I am not going to move out of the line until he rings me up.

    Many clients waited behind me and left the ice-cream store. This guy and another client from the line were talking about calling the police on me, can you believe it? I asked them how is the police going to help them if he is incompetent to run the register by himself. Police won't be able to teach him how to do his job! The right thing to do would be to contact someone as supervisor or manager and have them help him do his job!!! After all I am a paying customer and he did acknowledged that with his poor register skills he somehow voided my gift cards' value. Intentionally or not it is all his fault. Not my fault so if there is anybody to blame is Andrew and he holded me hostage to wait for 1:35 min to pay for something that I would normally pay in less than 5 minutes tops. It is such a awful place. I will never ever step a foot in here again. Hope you don't too. Unless you are ready to wait over an hour for a scoop of ice-cream.

    Love to go to Baskin-Robbins for summertime flavor pink bubblegum ice cream. So we went to DeFuniak Springs to get ice cream, no outside menu, didn’t have pink bubble, had no idea when they would get any or if they would. Left without ordering because they simple didn’t care. Went to Niceville Fl 1 week later. Ask for pink bubble - summer flavor, didn’t have it. Ask for 5 more different flavors, didn’t have any of those. After guessing and guessing for flavors since we were once again in the drive thru with no board of flavors, paid over 10.00 for 2 - 1 kid scoop with a old tasting sugar cones, and a double scoop of birthday that we really didn’t want.

    Used to be an outing that we enjoyed. With so many don’t give a crap employees at both locations, wont be visiting those two locations anymore and if I go to a different one and have the same bad service and no choices of flavors, I won't go again. I mean I can go to the grocery and get strawberry chocolate and vanilla if those are going to be all they offer.

    I went to Baskin Robbins a few days ago and still can’t get over how rude the worker was and how rushed I felt. I just got back from my sports practice and wanted a milkshake and I walked in and immediately got a dirty look from one of the workers. I know workers despise customers who come in close to closing time but there was still 30-45 before they were supposedly to close. I started looking at the ice cream I wanted my milkshake to be and the worker (her name was Payton) said “do you guys need anything” very rudely with that same dirty look she gave me when I walked in. After that I ordered my milkshake and one of the other workers made it while the rude worker took out a mop and started mopping the floors and the whole time I was in the store I just felt very rushed and had an unpleasant visit.

    Waited for years to have BR return to Redding, CA. Once they returned we went to the opening ordered same as always and was very disappointed! Chocolate Mint Chip was no longer green and had a very different flavor. Will never go again, no better than supermarket brands. Too bad the environmental wackos got to you guys. They are ruining this country!!! There is nothing wrong with the original recipe, we have been eating it for over 40 years and we are in great health! Hope you reconsider and change back or carry both the original and new version for people who think they're being healthier by not eating food color.

    The Baskin-Robbins location at 8215 Auburn Boulevard Citrus Heights California Is employing minors to work past 10 o'clock. Because the owner of this business refuses to adhere to the law they are closing their business 40 minutes prior to their listed closing time. This is a very irresponsible business practice. The individuals working in the location refused to open the door and are closing this location prior to their closing hours listed.

    I went to the Baskin-Robbins in Kaneohe, HI. I ordered the 2 Scoop Sundae. Before the server put the topping on, I could see that there were NOT two scoops of ice cream in the cup. I said "wait, I asked for two scoops." The servers said, that is two scoops...two kid size scoops. I was so confused. I said I ordered TWO scoops of ice cream. He told me that on the TWO SCOOP sundae you only get 2 kid size scoops which his equivalent to ONE SCOOP. This is absolutely FALSE ADVERTISING. Nowhere can I find where it says that a 2 Scoop sundae is actually only 1 scoop. I feel this is a huge rip off and very deceptive of Baskin-Robbins. If you are going to give less product, DO NOT advertise it as 2 scoops. It should be clearly stated in the sundae description that you are serving two KID SIZE scoop, which equals one scoop. I was floored that a company would try to be so deceptive. I will NOT be going back, ever.

    Hello. I had my first Baskin-Robbins experience which was worst. I had gone to a store near children's park in Sardar Pura, Jodhpur today. The shop was open, they didn't say anything. I went and asked them to redeem the voucher. And they just refused to redeem it and started saying internet is not working. After that they started saying that our stock is over. I was amazed as I can see the shop was open as well as stock was available. When I asked them when the stock will be available they just said till 8 pm. I was there at 3 pm. I don't understand how can you open the shop and say stock will be available 5 hours later. Is this your service? Never expected this from Baskin-Robbins. Feeling embarrassed!

    We had ordered a custom ice cream cake for a birthday, the ice cream was not the one we had ordered, must have been made at the last Ice Age. A reciprocating saw with a demo blade should be sent home with customer to cut and serve the guest.

    I order a cake a small cake online on their website, and call them to make sure about the time I am going to pick up and when I went they had my cake ready with my order no. and everything but in a bigger size. They kept me waiting for long and called their manager and they refuse to give me the cake and told me to go next day. This store is located in 74-13 Roosevelt Ave, Jackson Heights, NY. I had an argument and walked out of the store. I want to take some actions but I am not sure how to do that. They have a very very bad customer service. Their license should be cancelled.

    I went to Baskin-Robbins on Winchester road. I think a new management took over that location. I ordered two scoop sundae. They gave me instead of two scoop size they gave me a tablespoon size. I paid $4.91 for two table spoon size. I don’t recommend this location to anyone unless you want to waste your money. Don’t worth the price???

    I went to the Lodi, CA Lakewood Mall and ordered a Polar Pizza ice cream cake. I told them I had a $3.00 off coupon. They told me at first ,"Yes we would take it." Then they called their manager and they said no. After I got home I saw they had a coupon on their own website so when I went in I asked the girl before picking up the cake if I could use it. She said they would have to refund me and repurchased item then they could use it. I even called the 800 number. They even told me there would be no problem at all. Then one of the other girls said, "No. We can’t take it." They then called their manager and they said no. Talk about poor customer service. I’ve been going to them for years. Omg. You think they would do better and over a $2.00 coupon. Omg.

    I recently got the app on my phone. I had just left the dentist when my husband called and asked me to pick up ice cream. I had a BOGO for 99 cents coupon. Husband asked for Oreo caramel, flavor of the month. Which they did not have. While talking to him on the phone, an older female employee started talking to me. I could barely hear my husband when she rudely exclaimed, "Oh, you're having a boy, aren't you?" I am not even pregnant!!! After being told they did not have tiramisu, either... Husband's 2nd choice and on the website, I just left. As for the pregnancy comment, I was pretty pissed off. I doubt I will return and I am disabling my app.

    POOR! They do not care to make the customer happy - they would rather argue why they can substantiate their point. If you have a customer who has prepaid for a cake and ordered based on a website picture and you are unable to make what was ordered then you should call the customer out of courtesy and respect. You should also check orders BEFORE the customer arrives to ensure satisfaction. I WILL NEVER order another cake from this location (Sugar Hill, GA)--would rather spend my dollars somewhere that they are appreciated.

    At 3:45pm on 2/25/18, I drove 34 miles to use our coupon for sundaes at your Grand Rapids location. No dine-in, just drive up was open but we were prepared to eat in the car. However, they were out of banana, waffle cones, and various other toppings. The truck hadn't come in. OK. Milkshakes instead. But they didn't have enough vanilla ice cream for two shakes, and as it turned out, apparently not enough for one, either. The shake was mostly milk, runny, lacking any real flavor and I guess they were out of whipping cream as well. I mean, Steak and Shake's are far superior.

    Not being given a receipt, and in order to provide proof of purchase, I called an hour later when I got home to get the order number from the clerk. But she needed the manager, who had left for the day, to find the order number in her computer. When I asked for the manager's name, she confessed she didn't know how to pronounce it. She offered to spell it to me, which she did. I'll be sending a letter.

    I went to Baskin-Robbins at Sugar Creek and Graham, ordered 2 scoops of butter pecan ice cream that cost over $5 with tax. I received an extremely small cup that was placed in a bag, maybe so I wouldn't notice it. When I got home I discovered it was 1 scoop they tried to make into 2 which was maybe enough for a 1 year old or maybe enough to sample. I don't know if I will be back. I have never experienced this.
