I did my homework. I started with Google search and then eventually I compared their reviews with a bunch of other companies. Victory Tax had the best track record for the services that I was looking for. The staff there are straightforward and polite. I’m kinda running like a hundred mile per hour. So they would break everything down to me pretty smoothly without any hiccups and I like that. We have great communication. I'm still in the middle of things. But so far, things have been good. I’m pretty satisfied. I also appreciate that Victory has a little bit more flexibility, payments-wise.

I had some unknown past year tax concerns or questions and I liked the online reviews of Victory Tax Lawyers, so I sought help from them. They consulted with the IRS and negotiated a payment schedule for me. We just finished the process which took six to eight weeks from when I first talked to them to when it was all done. It was excellent working with the Victory Tax attorney. It went extremely well and my experience was all positive. Victory came to a resolution with the IRS and I was very happy with it.

I liked Victory Tax Lawyers a lot. They took care of everything that I needed to be done. I also tried Optima and they screwed me, so I contacted somebody else. I told Victory's rep exactly what I needed, what had been done by Optima and what didn’t get done by Optima. The rep said no problem and to let him handle the case. And he handled it. He also very thoroughly explained all the aspects of the process to me. Victory closed the case and it seemed very simple for them to do so. Plus, they are 1/3 the cost of Optima that didn’t do anything.

I like Victory Tax's lawyers. They're personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. The company provides me with tax assistance, preparation, and consults. The initial consultation felt like a personal environment versus a corporate thing. It was detailed, too. Going with Victory Tax is worth the cost. And working with them makes my life easier because I have someone that knows what they're doing. They're great. They're a quality service and they have smart people. So, I like them.

We’re still in the process of getting paperwork to Victory Tax Lawyers and getting together to go over our tax issue, but so far, our experience is good.

We had some tax issues and I was looking for representation. And I went on the internet and found different ones, and Victory Tax Lawyers had great reviews. During the initial consultation, I talked to a rep who guided me through what the stages were and what they could possibly do. But he couldn’t make any guarantee until he saw all my paperwork. And by the end of the conversation, which was only about 20 minutes, I decided to go with them. I had a couple questions, I got some letters, and I called the rep back, and then he took my calls, and answered all my questions. And he said, “If you have any questions or any concerns along the way, don’t be afraid to give me a call anytime.” It was an excellent experience.

At first, I messed up. I paid Optima for their services and they gave me the run around. They do the flat rate thing. But they tell you they can't give you any price, so you pay them $1,000 and then once they do that, then they tell you their flat rate price. They won't give you any price before that. I didn't like that. Victory doesn't do that thing. They were able to give me a price without a charge of $1,000 upfront.

Victory Tax Lawyers had good ratings and were the best in the bunch. They had like 4.5 stars out of 5 and somehow, they got to be good. I went to them because the IRS came up with some back taxes that I didn’t know about. They garnished and levied my paycheck. The guy I worked with at Victory got that released. He also worked out a payment plan with them and they ended up with the numbers I had hoped for. He was very nice and knowledgeable, and just very good at it. It took him a while to get it all done and I had to do some stuff on my part to make it all work. But once it all was turned in and where it needed to be, it didn’t take him long at all to get it worked out. I can eat again now and I get paid.

I contacted online and one of their attorneys, Amir, called me. I expressed to him that my husband is self-employed, that we got married three years ago and he had tax debt, and it had just grown ‘cause the interest rate was so high there was no way to pay it off. I told him that we really needed help and we needed to figure out how to take care of it. Amir said that they would help us and gave us all the different things that the IRS could possibly do. We couldn’t afford to give the IRS 50% as we don't have that kind of income so Amir had us give them every bit of our income, what we paid out, and what came in. Then he said that the best route for us was an offer and compromise, and we said okay.
