Overall the experience with refinancing with Rocket Mortgage was great. The only thing is the ending of the checks being distributed is taking an extraordinary long period of time. It has been 5 days since the closing! I have not received the checks for the creditors!

Refinanced with Rocket Mortgage years ago, they send tons of spam emails, non stop refinance offers. I got tone deaf and was used to ignoring their spam. Then I had a shortage in my escrow and did not see the email about it due to the massive amount of spam they send me. This caused me to miss paying the shortage in escrow and was counted as a late payment, this caused an 88 point hit on my once proud credit score and will take 5-7 years to fix. Pay attention to your spam I guess.

I have been a huge fan of Rocket Mortgage for many years. I felt like they had the entire process down and customer service was absolutely top-notch. Fast forward to 2026 - AI agents have replaced live humans with a pulse. This is a common cost savings for customers as they work 24/7 and don't take PTO and breaks. This is not a customer perk by any means. Don't get me wrong, when they want your business, you get calls, emails, and they bend over backward to secure your loan. Once you have an account - try and get in touch with them!

I was buying a home with Rocket and everything went smoothly. My loan was approved, and 1-2 weeks before closing my loan officer called me and said they were pulling out of the deal. They screwed me big time. For about a year now, Rocket has been collecting money on behalf of my mortgage company "Mr Cooper". Rocket emailed me today that they will be acquiring my loan, and I clicked the link to login.

My Bank sold my loan to Rocket mortgage. It's the worst experience I am having. I schedule a payment with the wrong date. I call and canceled the payment 4 days before deadline. They still went into my account and took my money. And refused to return my money to me. I made several calls to them to return my money. Then I was told I have to wait 5 days for my funds. I still have not receive my money. They illegally went into my account and took my money. Totally dislike this company.

Feel like I was taken advantage. I made sure from the start this was a house I was buying to resell. Some reason they thought I should buy points. I never asked for point. Why would I buy points if I’m reselling it. Didn’t notice it and my bad but noticed it at close. I was already a customer of theirs so why do business with me like this? Horrible. Johnathon **. I am beyond frustrated with Rocket Mortgage. We started the process of obtaining a partial release in early April, and as of June 17, it is still not complete. Throughout this entire process, there has been a complete lack of communication and consistency. Every time we call, we receive different information depending on who answers the phone. One representative tells us one thing, and the next tells us something completely different. No one seems to know what is actually happening with our file.

Rocket recently purchased our perfect payment history mortgage. They are absolutely the worst. It's almost to the point of harassment. If I didn't have a fixed rate mortgage, I would refinance in an instant. Until current rates drop, I'm forced to put up with their garbage. If you're looking for a mortgage, use anyone but them.

My biggest complaint is that since contacting RM, the number of mortgage telemarketing calls has been unbearable. This started happening soon after I contacted you, so I can draw a straight line from you to them. I was not prepared for this and do not appreciate it in the least. Now they have begun sending mail with urgent pleas to contact them. For this alone, I would be hesitant to recommend you to anyone.

Rates are competitive, but customer service is terrible. Multiple transferred calls, and online chat is worthless. I am overpaying $7000 a year in escrow, and no one will return a call. I simply get pushed to another customer service rep.

Absolute dogshit. Ever since my loan has been transferred to rocket mortgage it has been such a huge pain. It takes over 20 minutes of screwing around with the automated service to get in touch with a human. Horrible customer service, absolutely infuriating. Getting to speak with a human is like pulling teeth, and once you get one, they are completely incompetent. Emails are ignored. They have messed up my insurance and caused confusion countless times. I am a real estate investor and they are easily the worst mortgage company I have ever worked with. Will not be working with them ever again. Avoid at all costs.

My experience with your company was a delightful experience. Your team was professional and helpful. If l didn’t understand something all my questions were answered in adequate time. I would recommend Rocket Mortgage to all my friends and family.

They were good at first. Made it to the point the papers were at the attorneys office then they tell me they can't go through with the loan because I'm out of work on long term disability & I didn't have a return to work date.

Transferred home to trust. Rocket mortgage lacks the experience and expertise to update their records. Telephone customer service is a complete waste of time. Employees have no clue regarding transaction and simply make up absurd requirements. Every couple of days they send form letters requesting documentation I have provided. What a waste of time. At this point Rocket paperwork will stay as is. Doesn’t matter. Just hope I never need customer support.

I have been requesting a comprehensive breakdown of my payments applied + my extra payments made toward principal since my loan origination. I want to see my monthly balance after each payment + extra principal is applied. I have sent a certified letter requesting this, have emailed back and forth, but Rocket Mortgage will not provide me with this. It is infuriating. I keep getting standard responses from "landtransactions". I received an amortization breakdown but it does not include my extra principal payments which I have requested every single time. I am very disappointed with Rocket Mortgage. It should not be this challenging to obtain my own financial information.

Rocket Mortgage reached out to me to let me know that my loan could be refinanced to a lower interest rate. I got a great quote and went forward with the process. Our loan officer was exceptional and helped make the process go as smoothly as possible despite a little hiccup. We still closed on time and we were extremely satisfied with the final numbers. The closing was digital and extremely flexible for our schedule. I highly recommend Rocket Mortgage to family and friends.

Overall very good experience. My complaint is that the online chat support was poor as it did not really answer questions. It basically repeated what was in the to do task description. Calling in was not much better. Getting in contact with my loan representative was the most help and productive.

The preapproval process is a scam to get you fully invested into purchasing. I’ve heard so many horror stories about Rocket, and I had to find out the hard way myself. 5k down, spent well over 5k in fees throughout the process for them to not only ruin my credit by running my report 24 times!!! (Yes, 24 inquiries) But they waited until the title cleared and a few days before my closing is scheduled to tell me my income isn’t eligible for the loan. Please, please be mindful of the rumors you hear, they are 100% true!

Horrible customer service. Rocket bought my mortgage from Mr. Cooper. I am unable to speak to a Live Rep after they took money from my escrow account. They had documentation that I paid my new Hazard ins and did not pay me back.

Very responsive and attentive to our needs and wants. It was nice having a text message option for last minute additional questions. Process was a bit long from start to close but was acceptable. Thank you.

Changed insurance to another policy with SAME CARRIER. Rocket “double paid” premiums with no notification. Rocket’s customer service is in a third world country; very difficult to understand the agents. Takes too much effort to reach the right agent, then they have to “redirect” you to another company. Galling.

If you are reading Rocket Mortgage reviews to see if you should use them for a refinance, pay very close attention to who your Loan Officer is. If you get assigned to Larson **, consider this a massive red flag. I originally closed on my house in October of 2025. From start to finish, my initial home-buying experience with Rocket Mortgage was absolutely amazing. The process was dialed in, efficient, and transparent. Unfortunately, my recent post-closing experience with Larson ** has been the exact opposite.

If I could give the a zero, I would. Refinance of house, they had us jumping through hoops to appear them. Final strategy was they gave us an option to roof our unattached carport or tear it down. We worked though West Capital Lending, Travis and Matt and Rocket Mortgage. They lead you on for months doing everything they ask and the tell you to tear down something on your property or they will not close the loan. Worst experience ever. I think they took advantage of us at 70 years old.

Just got off the telephone with a Rocket Mortgage Agent (Rachel). Shared my concerns on numerous outdated letters I’ve been receiving in the mail, and Rachel was able to explain in detail the reasons I was receiving these letters in the mail and able to resolve the matter! We both celebrated exchanging encouraging words! Grateful for excellent communication, professionalism and a kind heart! She deserves 10+Stars!

Kyle ** was excellent, leading Denise and I through the approval process. Rodney ** and Larry (don't know last name) also assisted with updated information and guidance. The overall process was fairly easy for us to complete. I would definitely recommend Rocket Mortgage to a friend or relative.

We started our VA IRRRL refinance process with Rocket Mortgage on May 6, 2026. First of all, I would like to call out that a VA IRRRL refinance loan is one of the easiest, if not the easiest mortgage loan to process out there. No appraisals, credit checks, etc … just a simple process to put a Veteran in a better place with regards to their mortgage payments. The fact that Gabrielle ** and Abe ** could not navigate the steps to make this happen is quite frankly laughable, but how we got here is even more. We have financed or refinanced more than 25 homes in my lifetime and this is easily and by the far the most inept and unprofessional experience we have ever had with any finance company.

My experience with Rocket Mortgage was amazing. The team that assisted me was Great. They were patient with me and knowledgeable of all questions at asked. Walked me through steps of the process and explained the options that were presented. Team members were very professional and courteous. As the process moved forward, each team member Congratulated me on reaching each milestone of the process. All around Great experience. Second to none.

I am an existing Rocket Customer and when I went to purchase another home, we were able to close in 21 days. It showed good processes and also active work by the staff that supported me. Thanks to Rocket...was not sure how it would work out, but you did great.

This is the most unethical and inept company I have ever dealt with. They bought my loan in January of 2026 and then decided I needed a wind policy, even though my previous lender did not. I swallowed that pill and added wind. Then they decided to buy a policy for the PREVIOUS year, that had no claims, and charged me $2200 for the pleasure. They then renewed that policy in error and charged me again. I have wasted countless hours on the phone with their untrained employees and it is impossible to get help. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced with any company, let alone a lender. Literally one of the worst companies on the planet, steer clear

Once again they lost my payment that my bank had electronically sent to them. Call and was told it be 24-48 hours before they could have someone call me back. This payment was sent 5 days before it was due. They bought my mortgage and its been nothing but a shit show from the start.

From Start to finish, our assigned specialist worked side by side with us to ensure we had all completed task uploaded and on track to close. Thank you to each and every one of you for your hard work, dedication. Especially to you Randy **, since you were the main point of contact. Again, Kim and I both thank you for a smooth close.

Our Rocket Mortgage experience was great! Faeble did everything she could to make our experience great. She was knowledgeable, personable, professional and very easy to work with! She answered any and all questions we had and if she didn’t know she found the answer. We will definitely use Rocket Mortgage again for any refinances we do in the future!

The AI assistant takes way too long to get to live representative. I had to repeat live representative at least 5 times. Should only take one request.

Such an easy process with friendly staff. I highly recommend Rocket Mortgage. I am letting my money make money, complete home improvements. The visibility from my dashboard kept me updated on progress of my loan.

Benji was extremely helpful and walked us through the entire process. This was a first for us and explained what would happen and when. Also, the Tasks page on the website was super helpful. Even the notary who came to our house was super polite and worked fast.

The process was actually pretty quick and very easy. They walked you through everything. Luay was great to deal with as well. We signed most of the documents online and someone came to our house. It was there maybe 15 minutes to sign the rest of it also experience.

Worst experience ever. They told me they could match a competitor's rate. I agreed to rate and terms. They drag out paperwork until the rate lock went out and then stuck me with new terms. They then added 8500 in addition closing costs and increased the rate from 5.8 to 6.3. They dragged it out so that they wouldn’t have to honor the initial agreement. Worse experience ever.

Rocket Mortgage has bought out my mortgage company. I have not been able to pay my bill every time I try to log in. It says I am paid up in full and you cannot talk to anybody. I have tried on the website. I have tried on the telephone. I think this company is a scam. How is it that when I try to pay someone? They don't make it easy for me to take my money. It doesn't make any sense to me. I think they're trying to foreclose on my house.

Very pleasantly surprised how easy and friendly the representative was. Comfortable experience. James ** explained all steps and put us at ease. Would definitely suggest to others to feel free to consider this option. Using the funds to do upgrades and other needs.

Please don’t inquire about any mortgage. Rocket Mortgage gets your info and constantly places ads on my feed even though I’ve opted out three times. The customer chat is pointless. They refuse to take away the ad.

I reach out to Rocket Mortgage when no other company would or could help me with the issues from my previous mortgage company. It was a challenge and they did help me with refinancing and getting out of my old mortgage. So far it has been great. Thank you.

Very smooth and easy closing process for my refinance. Each step of the way was very well communicated and easy to understand. Loved the closing being remote via computer instead of having to take an entire half a day to drive and meet.

I closed a mortgage with Rocket 7 years ago. They collect all their fees and interest for the past 7 years, and I try to open a new mortgage with them with impeccable payment history and no late payments, and I get treated like a number, like a nobody. They have been receiving thousands of dollars from me and refuse to look at establishing a relationship to work with me on future investments. Oh, how things change when you get so big on the backs of people who helped you get there that you forget that it's the people who got you there in the first place. You will just get lost in the sea of people who don't care, you would be better helping a smaller company that treats you like a person, not just a paycheck to collect!

About a year ago, we purchased a new home through Rocket Mortgage. We worked with Sylvie **, and it was a pretty smooth process. I do have a BK on my credit report from about 8 years ago, so we didn't get the best rate at the time. We planned on refinancing at some point down the road. Sylvie told me that if I get my FICO score to 740 or higher, we would get the best available rate. Fast forward to now, May 2026, and we decided to refinance as all three of my FICO scores are above 740.

We had a flawless refinancing experience. Everything truly went smooth from start to finish. Everyone we dealt with was extremely helpful and professional. Only one thing that we would change and it was our fault for not making sure before closing, but nothing that can’t be fixed . Would highly recommended to anyone considering using Rocket Mortgage.

The process for refinancing was made easy and timely by Nicholas and the Rocket Mortgage app. If I had any questions, I either text or called Nicholas, to which he responded in a timely manner. Closing was made easy by allowing us to pre-sign most people on the documents before meeting with the closing agent.

Was told with a credit check and all documents uploaded that I was approved for a refinance loan. Then when it was time to get the loan they denied me 100% payment rating. This company will deceive you. There are 100 + lenders. Stay away from Rocket Mortgage. Their rates are the highest. You can do better.

Jaspreet ** is a scoundrel. Worked hours, financially approved loan. ** made a subjective decision based on conversation, organic about potential liquidity events that would allow me to pay off debts, uncertain as to when they might, if they might, occur. Because I indicated the loan might be paid off in the future, with nothing other than conversation to assess, he determined that I might pay the loan off, therefore he could not approve the loan. RIDICULOUS and time consuming. This is a lousy company. Jon **, who supported the financial analysis, was terrific and deserves a better company.

The only issue I had was the lack of a consistent point of contact to ask and answer questions. I felt kind of pawned off to the next person and ignored by the previous person. I just hated waiting on the customer line for over 30 minutes each time. Other than that everyone was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and made the process very efficient!!

My home loan was bought by Rocket Mortgage recently and I usually made a principal payment 10 to 15 days after my regular monthly payment. Well the principal payment is not being processed or at least hasn't been taken out of my Bank account for over 10 days now. With my other Mortgage Company that I had prior, it would leave my account to them at the 3 day marker. It seems Rocket Mortgage doesn't like their Home Owners paying off their loans and would prefer making loans back to them, as in equity loan or refinancing. I've called and spoke to a representative but He all he said was wait 24 hrs, that was at Day 8 from the day I made the principal payment. Nothing yet! I wish I had my other Mortgage Company back, Rocket Mortgage isn't representing me well.

My whole experience was pleasant and enjoyable. From initial calls until closing was less than two weeks. Matthew was my representative, and he did a fantastic job. Even answering questions after normal business hours! I highly recommend Rocket for your next home loan!

Not an enjoyable experience! We weren’t aware of the costs that came with this process. We had to hire a structural engineer and pay for another certification that we did not realize we needed until very far into this process! If Rocket Mortgage is going to offer to Refinance mobile homes, then they should make it known ahead of time that there may be costs that come with this! The beginning of our process started pretty decent then took a downward spiral daily! Weren’t kept in the loop about things. Constantly had to call for updates and kept having to get transferred to different departments while getting the run around. I understand a lot goes into this process but our experience was definitely not smooth. Definitely wouldn’t use rocket mortgage again for refinance!

Everyone was incredibly friendly and the process was smooth. It was also discovered a change was made to my mortgage during COVID that I did not fully understand previously and the worker was very understanding.

The customer service is absolutely atrocious; months go by without a response via email. When you do call (and get a human being on) you have to wait over 30 minutes to get transferred between multiple departments by inept customer service representatives who have no idea how to answer a question. Oh and this is after you navigate the dumbest and most frustrating IVR on earth. Getting my loan transferred to Rocket was horrendous luck.

Please do not use this Mortgage Company, they rip you off. We are sorry we if ever got a mortgage through them. They doubled our escrow account with made our mortgage double the payment as they had wrong tax information. When we gave them the correct information they refused to correct our payment. The customer service is terrible. Don't sign with them.

Our experience with Rocket Mortgage was fantastic! Everything went smooth and quickly. All the online stuff is simple to use. If you need to talk to someone you can. Everyone is extremely helpful and friendly. They are very knowledgeable at what they’re doing with refinancing and buying homes. I would definitely use them again and recommend to family and friends.

Worst customer service I've ever tried working with. First, AI robots they use are a joke. They keep saying almost anything can be resolved online or thru the Bots. Takes 10 minutes to get to a live person and they can't help. I made my mortgage payment and they never credited the account. Made me jump thru all kinds of hoops to prove I made the payment only to say Customer Service can't give a status on the result. I am so sorry they bought the loan and I can't do anything about it. I would never let them service a loan.

If I could give you a minus star, I would. Your customer service experience is awful. To get to a live agent is like trying to get a law to pass in Congress. I think I have a better chance at winning the lottery than to talk to a person. I hate that my loan was transferred from Mr. Cooper to Rocket Mortgage. Mr. Cooper's customer service is much better.

One day before the closing, Rocket Mortgage asked me to put more down payment, forcing me to go to another lender, thereby losing a lot of money and time.

I was told at closing about PMI, and how it would go away after a while if I made payments on time. Well, it's been 5 years. I called to get rid of my PMI (PRIVATE MORTGAGE INSURANCE). I made every payment on time, plus paid extra on most months, my credit score I have brought to excellent, but when talking to Rocket Mortgage they said that their priority is the investors, not me and sounded angry at me.

We were very frustrated and disappointed with the overall experience. First we were told that the closing costs would be much lower than the $15,000 we were quoted by another company, only to discover that this is almost exactly how much we paid in closing costs. Secondly, the compartmentalization and fragmentation between the different units at Rocket Mortgage caused us to have to provide the same pieces of information many, many times. Third, the time that the overall process took was longer than we were told and the date of our closing was misquoted more than once.

Streamlined process working with competent people that care about customer service. Electronic signing of documents really made it easy.

We have been pleased with our refinancing experience with Rocket Mortgage. Edwin ** was very helpful and answered our questions and addressed our concerns promptly. He always returned calls in a very timely manner. Everyone that I have spoken to with random questions have been knowledgeable and friendly. The person that came to our house at closing was also patient and efficient as well as friendly.

I love that the process was seamless. Eveyone was very friendly, knowledgeable and provided very professional and complete support. I had questions and they had the answers. I REALLY, REALLY appreciate that they don't sell off your mortgage!! That's a big sticking point for me.

Rocket staff were friendly, efficient, and professional. They were knowledgeable about their products. They specified all of my tasks clearly. They answered my questions readily & explained various options for me. Their processes were amazingly quick & highly technical.

We were working with them BUT.. they string us along... They took our 500 dollars for appraisal and didn't do an appraisal and didn't tell us they were taking out 360.00 for credit report and we didn't find this out till we ask for the 500.00 back so we only got 115.00 back!!

I hate their 800 phone number; it's all a machine. I know they have almost all their services online. But when you need to speak with a real person, it's hard to reach them. Then the machine hangs up on you.

I was fooled by their fake marketing and numbers. I have 800+ credit score, excellent income, I offered a 300K collateral house paid in cash. I asked for a 100K HELOC loan as they advertise with 5.99% or a mortgage with decent rates and low closing costs. They offered me higher rates than advertised and very high closing costs. They did a hard pull on my credit to offer me something unacceptable!!! Look for a better service. My loan specialist was Danyl **. I guess she confused my information with another customer.

I am very pleased with Rocket Mortgage. I was going to go through my credit union and received the run around. From the very beginning with Rocket, my questions were answered, promptly. There was no second guessing with them, they were right on, very accurate with what was going to happen, the amounts, rates and dates. The process was swift and smooth. The team I worked with were great. Rocket was recommended to me, and I will definitely be doing the same!

I tried to talk to a person with a simple question but the phone system will not let you talk to a human. If I wanted to use the website I would. I do business with people, not a phone. I will not tell anyone to use you. I will post my experience online. I just wanted to know how to send a principal payment and not interfere with auto pay. Simple question that did not warrant 10 min. of stupidity.

From the application process to closing our experience with Rocket in obtaining a home equity loan was completed quickly, easily, and in a friendly, respectful manner. I couldn't be happier with Rocket Mortgage.

Our mortgage was just transferred to Rocket Mortgage from Mr. Cooper when Rocket bought out Mr. Cooper. Without my permission or us giving them our bank account information, they set our monthly mortgage payment up in auto draft. After we get paid on the 25th, we pay the mortgage ourselves, have a credit score of over 800 and have never missed a payment in anything. This time, it caused our bank account to go into the negative and we were charged several overdraft fees from our bank. When I called Rocket Mortgage, they said that when we enrolled in their online banking platform, we had to check a box saying that we did not want our payment to be auto-drafted.

The whole process was easy and Scott was amazing to work with. He walked with me through the process and made sure I understood the details. Everything went very smoothly and quick. Response time to questions was very quick, I was kept informed throughout the whole process. My loan is closed and I am extremely happy with the results of this decision.

They bought my mortgage from Mr. Cooper which has AMAZING customer service. Rocket is nearly impossible to talk to a human. Their Robo phone maze system is completely worthless, and NO you can NOT do EVERYTHING on the website. My rate is good and website is ok to navigate but sometimes you need to TALK to A REAL PERSON and apparently Rocket does not believe in that aspect. Mr. Cooper did its customers a real disservice by selling to these hacks.

I really like the help and services I got with the people who I worked with during my refi. I got taken care of. If I didn't understand something they would take to time to explain all of it to me. I am very thankful for all the help I got and now I feel at ease with my financial outlook.

I can’t be more impressed or satisfied with the service I received. What I thought was impossible was easily attained with everyone’s help. The people made every move smooth. From applying, to home inspection, to finalizing. There was never any negativity, always positive reinforcement.

I highly recommend looking elsewhere for you mortgage needs. They may be friendly and helpful upfront to get your business, but that all changes quickly. Their customer service is chat AI or an automated phone system that bounces you around before hanging up on you. When you are able to speak to someone, they are pretty much useless and there always seems to be a "technical issue" preventing them from providing assistance. Check the BBB site for the complaints.

I just got my mortgage transferred to them. They won't let you talk to a representative and they say, "It seems we are having trouble understanding you. Thank you for calling," and hang up. They never let you speak to anyone. My mortgage is a month ahead and my escrow balance is paid ahead, yet my new bill is higher than what I was previously paying. I am upset that it can just be sold off, and companies like Rocket Mortgage don't care about their new customers.

Servicing issues. Wells Fargo puts holds on checks written by Rocket due to Rocket writing bad checks.

Rocket mortgage was expeditious and thorough throughout the entire process. The employees were helpful and ensured timeliness. They answered all of my questions and made sure that I understood the entire process.

There is no service. You cannot talk to anyone. I am the executor of an estate, and so far, I have requested a payoff 3 times and still haven't gotten one. They transfer you around until you end up back at an automated line. This company is costing this estate money every day that they willingly don't supply a payoff. Today, I got a person after an hour and a half, and then he said that the system was down for an update and no information was available. There is usually so much chatter and noise in the background of the people that you can't understand what they're saying.

I went through the entire process to do an IRRL on MY HOME. I own another home with my siblings which is completely paid off with no mortgage at all. These geniuses at Rocket processed everything and decided I needed permission from my siblings to do my IRRL on MY HOME, which they are not on...needless to say when I contacted them, they were apologetic, but totally incompetent. The next time I spoke to them they told me they were waiting for my siblings to "sign-off"...again, I explained my siblings were NOT on MY HOME. I gave up. Incompetence at its finest. I HIGHLY recommend when they ask you if you own any other homes you just say "NO"...just my experience, I still have not gotten my VA IRRL.

Amazing levels of incompetence. They lost my mortgage payoff of $226K after my home burned down. 3 departments all try to pass the buck to the next without resolving the issue or actually providing any value. Then they wanted to seal me a refinance at the end of the call...on a burned down house. I can tell you were the next wave of AI automation is going to be. Don't trust this company with your most precious asset. I wish they never acquired my previous lender.

Process very long and cumbersome, definitely different without personal contact, past experience with other companies and in-person contact is much easier and pleasant, even though it was signed and closed several days ago, I still don't have the funds. My past experiences the company comes to closing with the funds, and documents still waiting?

My mortgage was transferred to Rocket Mortgage in December 2025. Rocket Mortgage performed an escrow analysis and calculated a $7100+ shortage. They stated they only consider the timeframe after their servicing began. My property taxes and homeowners insurance are paid annually and the prior disbursements fall outside of the timeframe being used by Rocket Mortgage. Completing an analysis on basically 1 quarter versus 12 months is excluding my prior contributions to escrow. Their practice has resulted in an inaccurate and overstated shortage and a significant increase in my monthly payment. Despite attempts to resolve this, Rocket Mortgage is refusing to correct the analysis using a full 12 month history.

Took longer than the time estimate provided. Some of the tasks seemed AI generated, and could have been satisfied with information already provided. One of the third-party data collection members was nearly impossible to understand and couldn't comprehend the terms of the credit account being discussed in a conference call.

I expected a smooth experience since I had used Rocket Mortgage in the past, but not this time. I had to stay on top of my loan agent every step of the way. If I didn't email him, the next step never happened. It was just an equity out loan that should have been super quick but it took over a month and I'm still waiting for my creditors to be paid. I'm sorry I chose them. If I had it to do again, I would look elsewhere.

The underwriter/banker was amazing. Prompt, responsive, and helpful. A pleasure to work with. He provided innovative solutions to a challenging loan. The closing department almost ruined the deal. They were unresponsive, sat on the paperwork for a day blowing the closing deadline, and transmitted wrong information to the title closer. If not for the generosity of the seller, Rocket's closing team would have torpedoed the deal.

Regret transferring to RM. Should have sought out a local lender. Unfortunately I was tricked into believing it would be a personalized and fast turn around transaction and instead it was a very inattentive and lengthy process.

The customer service I received from the start to finish of my loan process was outstanding. Justin ** provided superb assistance and kept me informed at every step of the way. If you need assistance with purchasing a home or refinancing a home Rocket Mortgage is the one. They were very professional in closing my loan.

An old Mr. Cooper I. That is why I chose Rocket for my home purchase. Everything went as planned until the underwriter kept asking for the same things multiple times and between the Realtor, escrow and Rocket there was some lacking in knowledge even though this is the only job they have. From an outsider in real estate it was not a very positive experience at times but eventually everything was worked out after many unnecessary calls and very unnecessary duplicates of the same requests made for more information that everyone has.

Always check to make sure you're added to the deed of your house after a refinance or what you think is a mortgage. After 6 years of paying on my house, I found out that I was never put on the deed of the house I thought I owned due to have a mortgage in my name. Just because my parents were the original owners and when I could put the house in my name, I left my dad on the loan to receive the better APR rate. I was trying to take equity out to fix up my house, just to find out I technically don't own it.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Mortgage was moved here. If I had a say in the matter would pick a different company. They caused my insurance to be canceled for not paying out of my escrow account. If you like wasting hours on the phone Rocket is the company for you.

RM has been great to work with. Friendly staff, answered my questions and gave me information I didn't know I'd need. From start to finish, it was a pleasure to speak with everyone! I would recommend RM to anyone!!

My home refi went so smooth and flawless. Anthony ** was very friendly and attentive. I loved how I would get messages that tasks were waiting for me. There was no question whether things were moving forward or not. Thanks to everyone involved.

My experience was not good! First I wanted a HELOC, it was recommended to refinance so I went along. I didn't learn until the appraisal that it would be an FHA loan creating a lot of work in undesirable weather conditions but managed to get all done. Then the fund distribution absolutely blow, You provide checks for accounts that are paperless paid online, making it difficult to get all the information to get to the correct account and where to send. Last, what about the insurance? Did you contact or am I supposed to? I would never recommend your company.

Rocket Mortgage made the whole refi process very easy to do. They plainly mapped out steps I needed to follow. When I hit a snag, they helped me through it. The one thing that would of made this even better is if everyone used the same dates for closing and knew what was happening. My closing was out of the norm, but we were told different things from people who should have known what was what.

Mr Cooper was pretty bad but when they switched to Rocket, horrible. I added taxes to my escrow in December 2025 after almost 3 years without it being attached. I received a high tax bill and Rocket paid it. Since that time (months), my escrow payment went from $2,025 to $2,770 to $3008 to over $3,340. I was told in december that I had a shortage of $9,335 and in order to keep my payment at $2,770, I needed to pay the shortage.

I was completely satisfied with the entire loan process. From start to finish, it was an overall good experience. Mr. Tanner ** was very helpful, professional and made every effort to answer any questions that we might have had about the steps needed to ensure that it would work out for us! The support staff were very helpful, as well! Overall, it was a great experience & minimally stressful…

Worst customer service ever! My mortgages payment not showing up on my statement but I have bank poof that they received and cashed it. I have called them 3 times, sent an email to where I was told to send it, no response, mailed documentation certified, they received, no response. Getting ready to initiate a lawsuit.

I paid my 4/1 loan payment 03/26/26. Rocket Mortgage then took a payment out 4/1. Numerous calls, dropped calls, incompetent. Then I was credited twice. Called to explain. Told I do not need to make a payment til June.. 4/11 received a text I owed 4/1 payment. Made the payment. 4/17 call from Rocket Mortgage that my loan was in collections. Called Rocket Mortgage. 2 dropped calls. Spoke with Manager Kelly who gave me an email address to file a complaint. Wrote long letter to complain. Wrong email address. Incompetent company. They have no idea what they are doing. Made another payment to cover myself. HORRIBLE SERVICE, INTELLIGENCE. Please go out of business.

Very easy, no hassle HE loan. Didn’t run into any problems. Our agent was very knowledgeable and quickly answered all of our questions. Our phone calls were answered or we got a return call the same day. We were very impressed with how easy this process was most of our loans in the past have been very stressful and we almost gave up. Rocket Mortgage was NOT my loan manager by choice, I was FORCED to deal with them when my mortgage was sold. Originally it was Mr. Cooper - talk about a name that sounds like a scam.

Rocket Mortgage is the worst mortgage company I have used in over 50 year. Mr Cooper was taken over by Rocket. Every since the merge, I have had to make 7 payments in 2 months because Rocket keeps claiming they "Returned" my payment. I make a payment and within 14 days, they show it was returned and have tried to then charge me late fees. Multiple conference calls with my bank to prove that payments we not returned. Provided Rocket with bank statement showing that payments have posted to my bank and still not good enough for them. There is no way to speak to one person as a point of contact and we have repeated our story at least 20 times. We have spent a combination of 3 full days on the phone with Rocket and been told multiple times that someone will be monitoring our account and calling us back and no one ever has.

Things started off very well with Justin ** but things got a little confused as the process continue with my POA documentation Miscommunication within the different departments. Finally, we were able to close, and everything is good.

The end result was good with a lower rate, but the rep felt pushy, often asked for things with new specific reason for the rush deadline. When we worked with other brokers in the business they presented a workback schedule, milestones, etc. We also had to correct some details regarding the Trust and QC that were wrong.

They took over our mortgage and have jacked up our insurance, not paid what they were supposed to, and then charged us an additional $3K plus for their crappy insurance coverage. Avoid this terrible company at all costs. We will likely just pay off the remainder of mortgage to prevent them from making any money on interest - GFYS.

The initial process was very good. What was needed was clear and every step was explained. Our closing was a bit difficult. The initial call to the closing department did not go well. The person did not schedule our closing as stated in our conversation. Once we had the closing scheduled through our second call it was explained and the person made sure it was scheduled. The closing was virtual and we had issues with the system scanning our identification. We had to contact the hotline several times to fix the issue. After the third call they had to resubmit our closing link. The closing notary was very patient, friendly, and we closed.

Here is why I’m no longer a customer of Rocket Mortgage. Communication is extremely important to me, and it’s usually the deciding factor in whether I stay with a company or move on. At one point, I was considering staying with Rocket Mortgage after speaking with one of their employees. However, after receiving new paperwork, I had questions and reached out to her for clarification. I left a voicemail asking for a call back as soon as possible, but I never received a response. It felt like once they were confident I would stay, the level of communication dropped off completely.

Rocket Mortgage was very easy to work with. The personnel were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The personnel were quick to respond to emails. Phone calls. The closing was quick, and easy. The notify explained everything in detail before we signed.

Worst customer service, actually no customer service at all. They continued to bill me insurance and property tax monthly 9 months and at least 10 attempts to contact them to STOP. I followed all their instructions, sent policies, payment receipts, emails, and spent hours on the phone being pushed to various departments and being cut off on at least 5 occasions. Yes they said I qualify to stop escrow, but the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing and if I don't pay their monthly billing I will get a blemish on my credit so I'm stuck. It's been 9 months and still no responses.. you are dealing with a robot.

Rocket Mortgage is the WORST mortgage company I have ever had to deal with. My loan recently transitioned from Mr. Cooper to Rocket Mortgage, and I have NEVER had so many issues since I've been a homeowner. Their communication is NON EXISTENT, they raise mortgage payments without notification, you can't get through to a live agent if there are issues without your blood pressure going through the roof trying to get through the IVR - it's horrible. If I didn't have such a good interest rate, I would not be with this company. If I could give negative stars, I would.

My loan was sold to Rocket Mortgage from Wells Fargo. I attempted to use my equity for home repairs. The person I was working with told me he was going to do a Cash Out Refinance. He didn't explain any options or why he was choosing this specifically. Communicating was a challenge because he was on the west coast and I'm in the Midwest. After weeks of working with him they transferred me to a woman name Cassandra in Cleveland. No explanation. Cassandra in Cleveland was rude for no reason. Absolute nightmare. I ended up financing with a different bank. Wells Fargo was way better.

The whole transaction was easy and seamless. The consultant, Redi, took care of everything for me. He was attentive to what I was looking to accomplish. Got everything set up and the process was quick and easy.

Everything went well but they said we was going to get our 500.00 back that we had to pay for the appraisal fee we had to pay for and it looks like they did not give it back to us like we were told, I asked them about it but no reply.

He was never rattled by the seemingly endless hurdles we encountered along the way. I firmly believe that we would NEVER have closed on the house without him throwing Hail Mary’s along the way. On 27 March 26, we closed on this home and we are happy as bugs in a rug! I would be remiss if I didn’t give a shout out to the ladies, Vette ** and Talene ** who helped get us across the finish line with the financial pieces.

My Refinance process was fairly straightforward and easy however there were (2) issues to note. 1- The initial Appraiser assigned was horrible and non flexible for days/times for scheduling.. I was re-assigned finally to a different Appraiser he was fantastic and flexible.

I'm retired senior with excellent credit, social security, and savings and no outstanding loans other than monthly credit cards which I was willing to pay down some. I was turned down. Without recourse. If you are not a typical homebuyer go elsewhere.

My mortgage was sold from one company to Rocket Mortgage. There wasn't any communication with us regarding the sell of the mortgage, not sure if this is required. However, we were still paying our normal mortgage payment. Behind the scenes, the 2 companies were not talking and all of the information was not passed along. I only found out what was going on when I received a cancellation letter from my home owners insurance policy. I was quite surprised when I had been paying this with my mortgage the entire time.

I got answers to my questions in a timely manner but some answers were different from different sources. The reviews team needed to make sure I didn't miss any e-sign tasks. That seems redundant. I couldn't proceed if a page was not completed.

I was just exploring the app and trying to see what kind of interest rate I could get in the future. Rocket Mortgage did a hard pull on my credit report and I did not ask for or authorize it. My credit score dropped because of this and I have no intention of refinancing any time soon. Not to mention they offered a higher interest rate than I already have. Also they started spam calling me. Terrible experience. I miss having Cooper for my mortgage company.

I received an escrow statement in December 2025 that stated I had until February 10th, 2026 to pay my escrow shortage or my payment would increase. I made the payment in December, 2025. I then received notice that my monthly payment in April 2026 was increasing due to a shortage in my escrow account. The payment I made went as a deposit only in my escrow account. IT WAS NOT APPLIED TO THE SHORTAGE! They do not use the balance that is in your escrow account to offset what they say WILL be the shortage at the end of the year. I had to pay the shortage AGAIN!

The loan process was a lot easier than we thought it would be, Mark started our loan and was great to work with, after he got the ball rolling, we turned in a few required documents, and our funding came quick, Thank You Mark, and the rest of the team.

The lack of communication after the appraisal was not good. I never got any text, call or email that more information was needed. I had to call to get a status and that is when I was told what else was needed. I had task to compete again that I was unaware of when I should have gotten some kind of call.

Rocket Mortgage took over my home loan from Mr. Cooper the last two months before we paid off our mortgage. I tried to contact them and all I got was a 1hr 45 min wait on a phone call, where nobody ever picked up. This companies' customer service is by far the worst. I'm so glad the this has come to an end; all I want is for them to send me copy of my Deed, but instead all I get is a ROBO call telling me that it will take 3 to 9 months. This is completely unacceptable, and when I finally get someone on the phone all they can do is give me a website link.

Because I didn’t allow them to rope me into a ridiculous refinance offer, they got rude.

Rocket Mortgage purchased the company that had been servicing my mortgage loan recently. Unfortunately, I've had a horrible experience with Rocket Mortgage since then. In January, my loan was changed to non-escrowed (more than 40 business days ago), and I have still not received the balance of my escrow account. I've reached out to their support team on four separate occasions, and not only has this not been resolved, I was told misinformation on three occasions. Although I've followed their instructions, waited the recommended times (20 business days) for a check to arrive, and after that failed, a wire transfer to be initiated (was told this takes 3 - 5 business days), they continue to hold onto my money.

Remember if something seems too good to be true it is. They give you a loan, and lock-in a price, they always answer your calls, easy peezy.. then all of a sudden your mortgage payment goes up. Than a couple of months later it goes up again…than again and again.. very hard to to get a knowledgeable person or even just anyone on a phone, and no one ever knows why or how.. they always send you to someone else. The interest rates have gone up and up.. And the insurance up and up. And the taxes up and up.. and they never know why the payment is so high… you never get the same people on the phone, and literally have to stay the whole process of explaining your case each phone call..(when you get a person on the phone) In my opinion they are totally unprofessional and their goal is to steal your home legally right out from under you. Please shop around. Don’t fall for their gimmicks. I promise there are better, and more honest companies.

Since the beginning when I got this loan my land and home taxes were supposed to be combined and into one and paid thru my escrow account, that has not been the case. My land has been paid by them, but my home itself has not been and it's almost late. I have reached out to them on several occasions but still have no answer or reply back.

Abysmal experience attempting to navigate their AI phone service, slightly better online. I'd regularly have to check if my human contact was still there and attempt to see if my problem had been solved. As of yet no confirmation (I was attempting to opt out of my info being sold in Ohio). I'm skeptical that they're remotely close to being #1 in customer service with my experience thus far. If it was a better economy I'd be tempted to refinance just to avoid further interacting with them.

I made payment arrangements with them and they sent me certified mail informing me they were going to start foreclosure proceedings even though I made payment arrangements and made all of them on time. When I called trying to find out what the issue was the representative I talked to was sarcastic and dismissive.

From initial contact with mortgage loan officer Joseph ** to apply for a mortgage loan to coordinating loan progress with Erica ** (Executive Purchase Specialist) to purchase closing specialist Candace ** during final signing, the Rocket Mortgage team was very responsive, explained processes, procedures, loan details and required documents to guarantee the best loan options and rate possible.

Have to say was dreading the whole refi process but Rocket Mortgage made it easy, convenient and seamless. Entire refi took only 4 weeks--Portal was easy to navigate with clear and concise directions/requests as we moved along. Highly recommend!

Decided not to go with Rocket for our home equity loan. After considering points and fees, the rate we got from Navy Federal was a much better deal despite having a higher number if you just looked at the percentage rate. I have received at least two follow-up calls a day for the last several months. Rocket must have an endless supply of phone numbers because I have blocked every one they ever called from. Answering and telling them you are not interested isn’t an option because if you do, you will find yourself talking to non responsive AI.

If you don't have to, DON'T!!! The only reason it's 2 stars is because of the decent person I spoke with today. Otherwise, it's at least a 20 to 30 minute hold before you get to the person who will transfer you 2 or 3 times only to tell you something completely misleading. The customer service as a business model is non-existent. Not having a physical location is suspicious considering every transaction has to be done online or by phone. This company doesn't deserve our business. The only reason they have it is because it's forced upon us.

Horrible!!!! Horrible!!!! This company took over my loan charging me late fees every month when I have auto payments by each and 1st of the month. Also charging me twice homeowners insurance. What a joke!!!!

Run and keep running from this place. I'd never do business with this company. So after they had everything and ruining our credit. They gave us our refinance payment amount and loan summary, etc. The stupid customer service person didn't wait for their own home inspection to input the value of our house. He took it upon himself to over estimate it and then when the amount came back under what he put in said he couldn't help us anymore. So after stealing $500.00 and making our credit score go lower and wasting all our time they said they couldn't help. And after speaking with a Federal Bank they said they never heard of something like that and they could have revised loan. So they are a very corrupt company and I'd never even think about doing business with them when ever again. And I'd look at Sidney FCU or Broadway before you waste money and time and get the worst rate from these idiots.

This company has been absolutely terrible! They refuse to return emails, after 20 minutes on hold the person can’t access my account so I’m put back on hold only for the system to hang up on me. Companies like this shouldn’t be allowed to exist!

Wanted to get some equity out to do some work on my home. Very easy, straightforward and pretty fast process. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to refinance their home or even looking to buy.

After working with Mr. Cooper for over 7 years here comes Rocket Mortgage. The customer service agents were awful. I accidentally doubled up on a payment advised the rep and she contacted my bank with me on the line and left the call. I am trying to reverse this additional principal payment in the amount of 900 dollars. I began calling at 8:30 am and my last call was at 3:15 pm and stated by all 3 reps the escalation team has been in a meeting all day.

My mortgage was sold to this company less than a month ago. I have been trying to pay my mortgage off, but they have thrown every possible obstacle in my way, so they can collect one more month of interest. I made an online payment of over $14,000, which they now say they cannot accept in spite of the fact that the payment cleared my bank, and it is sitting in my Rocket Mortgage account as a credit. I was told that it would be refunded to me in the form of a check in 15 days. I am now stuck waiting for the check. You cannot get a live person on the phone. Do yourself a favor! Go to another mortgage company.

We used Rocket Mortgage to do a cash out refinance loan two years ago. While the process went smoothly and everything worked as expected. I do not recommend anyone using RM. Immediately after finalizing the paperwork, I started getting spam calls from other lenders. Several calls per day at all hours of the day. I contacted them and they confirmed that they sold my information. I told them that because of that I would never use RM again. They ceased responding. It slowed for awhile but has picked back up again. Do not use RM unless you like spam calls. Go to reputable bank or credit union.

I'm trying to do a partial release of a portion of my property. I'm getting different instructions on what I need to complete to keep this process moving. Here is the last email I sent to Rocket Mortgage. (We just spoke to a representative from Rocket Mortgage Saturday 3/14 who told us we needed to send $250.00 to get this process going. We mailed that out on Monday 3/16. Now today 3/17 you sent me an email stating I need to send you $500.00.

I had an amazing experience from my first email to see if this was what I wanted to do and all through the process everyone was extremely helpful and very helpful. Less than 2 weeks from start to finish.

This was the most painful mortgage process I was ever involved with. It was a simple refinance from one Rocket Mortgage to another Rocket mortgage. During the process, I found I was not able to trust the process and some of the people. Items were added to our loan without discussion or disclosure - I only found out when I asked why numbers changed from one estimate to the next. What was added was concerning and in no way acceptable to me. I was asked multiple times to sign documents we all agreed were incorrect (wrong interest rate, wrong payment, etc.); some I was told to ignore, some I was told had to be signed in order for the correct version to be sent. Many items that were supposed to happen "automatically" did not happen and I was left to chase people to get them done. We did eventually close but it was definitely the most difficult and convoluted process I have experienced in 27 years of home ownership.

My mortgage was transferred from a mortgage company we liked, Mr Cooper, to Rocket Mortgage. We had previously set up bi-weekly auto withdrawals from our checking account. Although Rocket is continuing with these withdrawals, these amounts do not match the transactions shown on my Rocket Mortgage online account. The AI Chat can't answer why this is occuring, and told me to call Rocket Mortgage directly. I called and was caught in an endless AI loop that wouldn't connect me to a person. When I said I wanted to file a complaint, the AI bot finally put me on hold to speak to a person. After waiting an hour on hold, I finally had to disconnect - which was probably the company's intent. Worst customer service ever! I still don't know why the mortgage transactions don't match and don't know how I can get this answered.

The Beginning of the process in early February went fine. I expressed to Brianna what I needed. I made it clear after I decided to refinance the home I wanted to pay off 2 vehicles I own, my MFCU credit card and pay off my wife's car of $35000. She said $160000 would be enough until late February when I noticed the money I was gonna get at closing was $5000 short of what I needed and immediately started telling Brianna to increase the loan amount to $170000. She told me to settle at closing at which I talked about it with the closing agent and she said her job was just to get me to sign and I had 3 days to cancel.

My experience was great working with Cortni. She was very professional, knowledgeable and considerate of my time. I will refer everyone I know to Rocket Mortgage. I had no issues with closing my mortgage on time!

The customer service is HORRIBLE. I am very technologically competent, however their self directed online solutions are very limited and you will ultimately have to call. IT WILL TAKE HOURS. They will constantly send you from one person to another without actually resolving any issue. There is no communication between representatives or departments so you are back at square one every time. I have received countless empty promises and had to call back multiple times. The issue is still not resolved and they owe me $14,700 they accidentally billed me.

Worst Experience Ever. Fraudulently sabotaged part of paid Additional Principal. Trying to resolve since August 2025. No sign of a solution yet. Each time Rocket Mortgage is contacted, their classic reply is "we will give you a response in 7 days", and it never happens. A victim of this Loan Shark.

The process was quite easy to manage and quick. I am somewhat frustrated at how hard it was to get the auto-pay set up today, and that I was unable to sign up for the bi-weekly process until after the autopay started in about 2 months.

Rocket Mortgage is our third mortgage company. Both of the mortgage companies we've used before were phenomenal. Rocket however made it extremely hard to find out how to assign my extra payments toward principal only then when I did make a principal only payment, they designated my principal only payment toward interest. Rocket Mortgage has a useless and annoying AI phone tree that can't answer my questions and takes forever to forward me to an actual person, then the actual people at Rocket Mortgage refuse to answer the phone and leave you on hold for hours and hours.

These people are the worst. No one can answer anything without asking someone else. Each painful interaction has been over an hour and I still do not have the information or resolution I reached out for. Let me give you some additional information. I just wanted an mailing address confirmation, an email address confirmation and a statement, which I never received. This is important and heartbreaking as I am already overwhelmed as executor to my parents' estate after losing them within six weeks of each other.

The people at Rocket Mortgage were all excellent. They were courteous, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Matt **, in particular, was outstanding. We finally received the loan money. It is now in our bank. My only issue was the time it took from beginning to end. It took approx. 6 weeks. Too much paperwork and too much "nitpicking".

Very frustrated with Rocket Mortgage. My first two payments were to another lender, then these guys bought the loan. I cannot use my old loan number or my new loan number to log in to pay. When I call, I get this chatbot that wants me to log in for security using my loan number. Again, neither number works. The chatbot then says, Call some other time again. I cannot reach a customer agent any way I try. I'm now about two weeks late on my mortgage payment, and I can't pay.

0 out of 100 - can I give negative stars? Currently on my 4th chat with the company about the same issue. My previous loan servicer completed escrow analysis early - Rocket took over and now increased my payment retroactively. I have tried 4 times now to straighten this out. Apparently the chat bot I spoke to on Saturday did absolutely nothing because it's Wednesday and I'm on my third chat session of the day. Terrible terrible service. Owned my house for 10 years and the last two weeks as a Rocket Mortgage customer have been absolute hell. I don't know how they stay in business. They are so awful.

My loan was recently moved to Rocket Mortgage. Since then I have had nothing but issues with their customer service. First I sent an email requesting I create an account number by clicking on a link that asked for the last four of my SSN. Simple enough one would think but no their system did not recognize my input. Thinking I may have missed typed a number I very carefully type the correct last four again. Once again I was not only l rejected but locked out. The system requested I call their customer service line for help. Amazingly it requested my last four and my zip code which it accepted immediately and put me through to JOSH. I started to explain my situation but JOSH kept interrupting me by stating things I might have done wrong.

Just to get a year-end escrow balance I called four times and wasted an hour and a half waiting for a representative.. Could not get on their website because even though I requested a new password three times I never received an email.. This company sucks and they are always saying that they are experiencing exceptionally high call volume.

Rocket Mortgage bought my loan from Mr. Cooper. I always add a little more to the principal to help pay it down faster. Instead of applying it to the principal, they applied it to the next payment, which isn't due for a month. I tried their chat service but it said there's nothing they can do. I called their number last week and left a message to call me back which hasn't happened. I just spent the last 15 minutes on hold with no luck. Do real people work here? It's not the end of the world and I know how to work around it next time. But is it too much to answer the phone?

The worst automated phone system ever! I cannot get a hold of a person. Not everything can be handled "online". The "chat" did not every have a real person respond to me. How maddening it is to be this out of touch with people.

Working with Rocket mortgage was very easy. Understanding. The step-by-step process was awesome. Enjoyed every minute of it. We definitely recommend it to anyone getting a new mortgage or a refinance. Just very, very happy with the whole outcome.
